Hey, good morning. Welcome to Vince on a Thursday, or as Sri Tendar might say, wince. Glad you're here with us. We've got a big show for you. Tom Holman announced that the Trump administration is retreating in Minnesota. They've given up. They've decided to let the animals take over. No, I'm kidding. Actually, Tom Holman made a big announcement yesterday about the success that they've had in Minnesota. We'll explore it as you hear all of these numbers. Oh, he's removing 700 feds from the state. I'll tell you exactly what that means coming up. Also, we got a couple more updates on the SAVE act, the fight to get that across the finish line. We hear from the vice president of the United States. We've got Scott Besson smacking the crap out of Democrats in Congress yesterday. An update on, on, on Savannah Guthrie, actually on Savannah Guthrie and the search for her mother as president. Trump is getting involved in that as well. We have a lot to get to and the producers are already sweating whether or not I've teased too much because we might not get to all of it. I'm going to try. I'm going to try. Glad to have you with us here on this edition of Vince. I want to thank the great sponsors who make this show possible. International disputes, inflation, rising national debt, digital currency. It is great to have you here. Look, we've got Tom Holman stepping up to the microphone. He's not doing it that often. You know, every so often he comes in with an update. He stepped up to the microphone yesterday in Minnesota and he goes, hey, I've got some news for you. We're dropping the number of federal agents in the state by 700. That's a lot of people. 700 people is a lot of people that they're now sending back to their home states so they can concentrate on immigration enforcement there. For more information on it, here's Tom Homan yesterday and making the big announcement. Take a listen. Cut nine.
B
And as a result of the need for less law enforcement officers to do this work in a safer environment, I have announced, effective immediately, we will draw down 700 people, effective today, 700 law enforcement personnel. We have also fully integrated CBP personnel into the ICRO team structure under one unified chain of command, not two chains of command. There'd be one chain of command here. Any large enforcement operation I've ever been involved with, there's one chain of command, and that's where we're moving forward. During my press conference last week, I announced that moving forward, ICE will be conducting targeted immigration enforcement operations like ICE has traditionally done for decades, based on reasonable suspicion to question and detaince. ICE will conduct these operations and transnational criminal organization investigations with a focus on national security and public safety. I want to be clear. Just because you prioritize public safety threats don't mean we forget about everybody else. We will continue to enforce the immigration laws in this country.
A
We will continue to enforce the immigration laws of this country. All right, so look, his statement goes even longer than this. But I'll just start with the core point. He Sundays, we're pulling 700 people out. And that's because we've reached unprecedented, unprecedented levels of cooperation now with the state of Minnesota and the local governments all throughout the state. When he says unprecedented, he's not trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He's saying, this has never happened before. We've never had Democrats in Minnesota cooperating to the extent that they're now cooperating with us. In other words, those 700 feds have become unnecessary. Unnecessary. And does that mean that all of the feds have been pulled down. Hardly. They've got a massive force that's still in Minnesota right now. I want you to remember something. This is a really important number. Before the surge, before the Trump administration send in a ton of feds to go in, pick up these illegal aliens, and those feds were met with armed resistance by an insurgency inside of the state. There were only 150 people who were doing this job in the state of Minnesota. Then the Trump Administration surged to 3,000 people or just under it. 3,000 people in the state. Tom Holman explained yesterday when he was asked about this. What's the strength now? How many people are still there? He said, We've got 2,000 people still in the state after those 700 go home to enforce immigration laws in their own states. Listen here. Here's cut 11. Tom Holman answering that question. So 700 leaving effective immediately. How many will that leave here once that group is out?
B
Right around 2000.
A
And what is the pre operation footprint?
B
150. 150.
A
150. 150. We had 150 people here. We surged to about 3,000. We're down to about 2,000. So that. So, you know, look, the idea that, like, somehow they're giving up on Minnesota, they're not going to be enforcing the law, they're not going after people, it's just, you know, poppycock. The guys are being very aggressive in doing this. In fact, what he announced yesterday was that we had a lot of progress. Now, I'll say this as a guy who's been pushing for the Insurrection act, and I know so many of you have been pushing for this as well. I've wanted to see the Insurrection act in place because I want our guys to be protected. I want these bad guys to be taken off the streets. And this is why I said, you know what? That's an option. The president's got it. It's under the law. Send in the troops, enforce local laws, arrest the bad guys. But what Tom Holman's been able to achieve is he's now getting the local cops to actually do that job. They're arresting bad guys. They're clearing barricades. Have you seen that? A couple days ago, I was telling you about Jorge Ventura, my reporter. He was on the show recently. My guy Jorge is out on the streets of Minnesota capturing footage of garbage barricades that the insurrectionists are putting up to try and block the free flow of travel by American citizens in their own country. Checkpoints to see whether or not ICE agents are coming through. It's all crazy. The reason those barricades ended up getting cleaned up like that later in the day is because one Jorge captured it on video and shared it with the world. To. Tom Holman told us yesterday that he actually saw the barricades, presumably on social media. He called the local cops and he said, you get in there, you clean up. And the local cops went in and they cleaned it up. So President Trump once again is getting results. And Tom Holman is the vehicle through which he's doing it. And Holman announced yesterday something really big. Remember Tim Walls and Jacob Fry and all these other idiots who were saying, well, we are coordinating with the federal government. When we release convicted criminals from prison, if they're here illegally, we tell ice, okay, prison's one thing, but what about the jails? What about all of the jails in the state of Minnesota? You gonna ever cooperate with ICE when it comes to that? Cuz you're bringing in all sorts of violent criminals, illegal aliens, and then just releasing them back into the public, traditionally through your sanctuary status. What about the jails? I've got good news there. In fact, Tom Holman has good news there. He says ice is getting in cut 10.
B
Listen, we currently have an unprecedented number of counties communicating with us now and allowing ICE to take custody of illegal aliens before they hit the streets. Unprecedented cooperation. Now, I'll say it again, this is efficient. Requires only one or two officers to assume custody of a criminal alien target. Rather than eight or 10 officers going into the community and arresting that public safety threat. This frees up more officers to arrest or remove criminal aliens. More officers taking custody of criminal aliens directly from the jails means less officers on the street doing criminal operations. This is smart law enforcement, not less law enforcement. It's safer for the community, safer for the officers, and safer for the alien. This coordination also makes it far more safe for the Twin Cities.
A
Yeah, what an improvement. The number that stands out to me goes, all we need now is one or two ICE officers. They go inside this, this jail facility. The bad guy doesn't have any weapons on him because he's in a jail. They can put handcuffs on him, take him right into custody, get him out into a federal vehicle and drive off with this guy, get him out of our country, rather than have eight to 10 officers who are necessary to do that same job in public because they have to approach a suspect who may be armed. And in an environment where you have insurrection, is constantly attacking the feds. What a dramatic improvement from 8 to 10 down to 1 to 2, you know what I mean? So if you need 8 to 10 rather than 1 to 2, that's like a 500% increase in manpower just to do a public arrest. You don't want that. You don't want that. And that's why Tom Holman has secured it. So now they're doing it in the jail. So this, it's a big deal. So congratulations to Tom Holman. Thank you for doing this. You know, the whole reason we're pushing for the Insurrection act, the whole reason we're pushing for anything here is, is we just want solutions. Tired of this garbage. Tired of watching my country become lawless. Tired of watching a great American state and a great American city just absolutely crushed by the insanity, insanity and depravity of the left. And Tom Holman went in, he's knocking some skulls around and he. And he scores some big victories here. One last thing on how I think this went down, because I think there are two other major components to why the left is playing ball here. Because you're probably wondering, why is Tampon Tam even playing ball? Why is Jacob Fry even playing ball? Why is Keith Ellison talking to this guy? What is going on behind the scenes? I think there's two major factors here. One, there are criminal investigations into all of those men. The United States Department of Justice has not been shy about the fact that they have launched investigations into each of them for their obstruction of federal law enforcement. And so with that kind of heat breathing down your neck, you have to start making a case, just in case you end up in front of a court of law, that you're not obstructing law enforcement, that you're in fact a great partner and you're collaborating. So with that kind of pressure, results appear to be showing up. Another thing, remember that in the wake of the death of Alex Preddy, as a result of a series of his own terrible actions. In the wake of the death of Alex Preddy, there was a letter released by a group of Minnesota based businesses, businesses like Best Buy and Target. They a bunch of signatories who called on government officials at both the state and the federal level to, quote, bring down the temperature. They wanted to make it so that things were not so chaotic in Minnesota. It's terrible for business. We can't have all of this craziness going on, this chaos in the streets. And the media at the time interpreted that as some sort of letter directed at President Trump. But in reality, what you have with these businesses in Minnesota is they were directing that Letter at Tim Walls. They were directing that letter at Jacob Fry when they said they want to bring the temperature down. Who are the guys who have sown all the chaos? It's been these Democrats. President Trump's not creating chaos by enforcing the law. Democrats are creating chaos by encouraging people to attack law enforcement. It's obvious. So these companies came in and they said, you have to stop this now. That's a big deal when you get the big companies with all the money inside of your state to telling politicians that they actually have to do something. In reality, a lot of these guys will respond more to the people with vast amounts of money than they do to the rest of us individual voters. And the big piece of this that I think that's missing from the public conversation is that I am convinced that it's President Trump who got those companies to do that. We know there is public reporting that these companies were in touch with the White House behind the scenes, talking to the White House, trying to figure out ways to navigate forward to settle things down in Minnesota. And my. My very strong suspicion is that this White House, led by President Trump, perhaps even President Trump himself, leaned on some of the biggest companies in America who are headquartered in Minnesota and said, I need your help. Let's do this together. Let's settle this up. And sure enough, we're now starting to get some meaningful results. Now, will they hold? Only time will tell. Should we in any way think that Tampon Tim Walls is going to be some good faith partner in bringing down the chaos? No, we shouldn't. So I'm very glad that Tom Holman's there. But you want some reporting on what happened here, I've got it for you. This is a. This is a big deal, a big development this week. And President Trump, he did the right thing. He did the right thing. And don't fall for anybody who's trying to give you some sort of doomsday assessment of Tom Holman's announcement yesterday. Oh, they're getting weak. They pulled 700 agents out. This still got 2,000 there. And Tom Holman said, nobody's leaving until this job is done. And as they get. As they get more agreement from the state, more people will leave. You want our guys to go home? They will the second that we can make this community safer. Good for Tom Holman. All right, so Coco USA goes. What is that? Hell no, Vince, I don't even know what you're talking about. Why don't you vocalize what you're talking about? Coco, come on now. Say with Your chest. This is a, this is a very good development. Very, very good development. All right, let's, let's dive into some other elements today besides what's going on in Minnesota. Some, some meaningful moves there, which is, which is really great. There is some conversation. Democrats are trying to defund dhs. They want to defund the Department of Homeland Security. They want to defund ice. They really do not like this immigration enforcement. And so there's an ongoing battle right now in Congress about whether or not DHS is going to get any funding at the moment. They just signed earlier this week a two week stopgap spending bill to give DHS funding. But the clock is running out. DHS is set to run out of authorized funding from Congress in something like nine days now. And when we get there, how are we going to get funding from Congress to continue to sustain dhs? Well, Democrats have a list of demands. They have all sorts of demands they're making now. I'll explore what their demands are in a moment and why they should shove it up their ass. More ahead on the Vince. Well, on the Vince show. The Vince show is what we call the radio show. More ahead on this episode of Vince. Again, best audience anywhere. Thanks for being here. Did. What was the. I don't know. Who did I even lash out at? I forget who I lashed out at. But. But, Coco, I'm with you. I love you, Coco. Coco says, sorry, buddy. I'm with you, Coco. I'm. I'm respect. We're good. We're good, Coco. All right, let me see here. I want to talk to you about this ridiculous demand from Democrats. And they put out a list of demands because everything with the Democrats is a hostage crisis. We're going to hold the entire Department of Homeland Security hostage until you give us what we want. You know what DHS includes? It's a ton of stuff. A ton of stuff. It's not just Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs of Border Protection. It's also fema. You know, the emergency operations, the Transportation Security Administration, tsa, the Coast Guard, the Secret Service. DHS is everything. It's got a ton of stuff going on, and the Democrats are threatening to defund it right now unless they get their way. So what do they want? What are they demanding that we give them? And by the way, we shouldn't give them anything. We should just, you know, get rid of the stupid filibuster. That would be good. And just. Just past priorities. They're good for the American people. But here's what Hakeem Jeffries is. Is demanding. And Chuck Schumer, you ready? I'm gonna go through the list real fast, but there's some big elements here, and they always dress them up in. In language that doesn't really tell you the truth. So item one, Targeted enforcement. Targeted enforcement. DHS officers cannot enter private property without a judicial warrant. I'm going to tell you right away what this means. They're trying to lock up the entire immigration enforcement system. They want illegals to be forever protected in the United States of America. And in order to throw sand into the gears of immigration enforcement, they're demanding that every single illegal who gets arrested at a private property has to be arrested with a judicial warrant. That's what they're calling for. Now, I want to remind you of something. At this moment, the way DHS is going into a private residence to grab an illegal alien is that they have an administrative warrant. They have a warrant. They have an administrative warrant as opposed to a judicial warrant. That administrative warrant given to them by an immigration judge. I know, it's so crazy. All the terminology here comes at the end of these guys having final orders of deportation. There's already been due process to get these people out of the country. So they've been given due process. There's a warrant for their arrest, and you've got these immigration officials going in and grabbing them. What Democrats are attempting to do is to create so much muck in the system that you're not actually able to deport anybody. And they dress it up like they're actually fighting on behalf of the Constitution. Meanwhile, they're actually fighting against your right to have a country where American citizens live and we allow people in only on a legal basis. No, they want illegals to run like crazy all over the country. That's what they mean on this. Number one thing. Number two, no masks is their demand. ICE and immigration enforcement won't be allowed to protect their identity. Now why would they want to protect their identity? Because lunatic lefties, a part of an assassination culture on the left, keep attacking ICE agents and their families. That's the reason they're wearing masks. They're not wearing masks to perpetrate some sort of awful crimes against humanity or whatever. It's straight up so that they can protect themselves and their family, which is, by the way, a custom in law enforcement, including in gang units, when it comes to taking on very difficult jobs that imperil the families of law enforcement. So this is once again, Democrats on the side of making the lives of the. Of the good guys more dangerous. That. Number three, this is. This cracks me up. Require id. They say they want to require DHS officers to display their agency unique ID number and last name. In other words, they want. They want them to be doxxed again so that they can be targeted. But they're very big on ID all of a sudden. Democrats love requiring ID when they're imposing that requirement on ICE officers. But not for voting. No, no, it's only for ICE officers. But. But forecasting your ballots. No. No ID necessary. In fact, let's not do that at all because it'd be good if our system continues to be wide open to fraud. I know. Artsy lady's cracking up at it too. I'm cracking up at it. RC lady. It's ridiculous. They also want to prohibit any funds from being used to conduct enforcement near locations that include medical facilities, schools, childcare facilities, churches, polling places or courts, etc. Courts, courts, courts. Look at this. Courts. Illegal aliens who are inside of a courthouse, which is, by the way, public property. They don't want ICE to be able to pick them up. This is. This is a protection racket. Remember, we saw judges already arrested by the Trump administration for smuggling illegal aliens out the back door of the courthouse. And now the Democrats are trying to figure out ways to protect those judges so they can continue to. To aid and abet Illegal aliens staying in the United States of America. This is so gross. Every single demand here. Stop racial profiling. They say they want to prohibit DHS officers from conducting stops, questioning and searches based on an individual's ready presence at certain locations. Certain locations. So what if the cops find out? What if the feds find out that this apartment complex is a hotbed of illegal alien or gangster activity? Why wouldn't they go to that location? They're not allowed to go to that location. A certain location. They can't be targeted based on their job. What, so if you've got an entire job site that's populated by illegal aliens, they're not allowed to go there? Their spoken language, well, that's usually a telltale sign. Not speaking English at all. Come on now. Their accent or their race and ethnicity. Well, what if a suspect is identified by their race and ethnicity? The cops aren't allowed to use that as an identifier. You see what they're doing? They're trying to. All of these demands are meant to create a de facto amnesty for illegal aliens who are in the United States. They want to stop immigration enforcement at all costs. And they're calling it somehow like something good for the United States. And on and on. It just keeps going on. They like. The demands are increasingly ridiculous. And you know, if you want to go read the rest of them, you can, but I think I covered the top lines. So these are the demands now that the Republicans should tell these guys to pound sand. To hell with that. That's Hakeem Jeffries, the dial up Democrat, and Chuck Schumer making this demand saying, well, we need all these things. DHS is running out of money in two weeks, less than two weeks, in fact. We're just days away. Here's Katie Britt, Senator from Alabama, saying the following. She says, look, Democrats newest proposal is a ridiculous Christmas list of demands for the press. It's not negotiating in good faith. It's not what the American people want. They continue to buy politics to their radical base at the expense of safety of Americans. Dhs, fema, Secret Service, the Coast Guard, they all run out of money in nine days. Democrats don't seem to care one bit. They don't. They don't. They're holding the country hostage. Their. Their thing is we want anarchy unless we get anarchy. What kind of deal is that? Yeah, that's an easy one to say no to. That's a very easy one to say no to. Now will Republicans actually say no to it? Well, if they're like Katie Britt, they will. And God willing, they will. I can't believe it's even a jump ball on that question, but they should really say no to this Wild. All right, in a moment, I want to get into the SAVE act with you. JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States is pushing for it very hard right now, and he would be, if this became down to a split vote in the Senate, he'd be the tiebreaker. So he's on our side, of course, as always. I've got J.D. vance. Also, we've got some Republicans who are pushing right now. I hate to tell you this, I know. Republicans are driving me crazy. We've got Republicans who are pushing for amnesty as we speak, and then they'll tell you, no, no, no, Vince, it's not an amnesty. I'm sorry. What do you call allowing people to break our laws without consequence? I believe the word for that is amnesty. More on all of it coming up. You got to keep your head on a swivel. Our show does that for you every day. We help you out with that. Our great sponsors help this show exist. That's Bone Charge is today, our great sponsor, Bone Charge, the infrared sauna blanket. That's 888-879-6430. American Financing.net Vince, I told you, we have a lot to get to today. A lot to get to. Should I take another sip of coffee? I think I need the caffeine to power through all of this. Hold on. There we go. You're saying, Vince, you burned up a few seconds drinking that coffee. I know, but we'll get them back with the caffeine boost. It's going to be great. Okay, J.D. vance just did an interview. Believe. He's talking to Megan Kelly here. And he's talking about the SAVE Act. And he asks a fundamental question. Hold on a second. Who actually controls American elections? The people who cast the ballots or the people who count the ballots? That's the key question. Here's the vice president asking it.
C
Well, we're working very hard right now to get the Senate to approve it. Because if the Senate approves it, we think the House would approve it, too. Now, that would require, I think, some Republican senators Who? Maybe they're a little too attached to the filibuster. Maybe they're a little too attached to Senate procedure. This is about the integrity of American democracy. Like, do the people control who they elect or do some shady people who actually controls the people who cast the ballots or the people who count the ballots? We want the sovereignty to be with the people who cast the ball ballots. And that's why we have to get the SAVE act passed. So you'll hear people say all the time, and I love this argument, they'll say, well, if you look at this, this precinct, you know, only three illegal aliens voted in this election. Number one, that's three illegal aliens too many. And number two, if it's not a big problem, then why not just allow us to check ID and exercise some basic precautions to prevent illegal aliens from voting? I never quite understand the person who says, on the one hand this never happens, and on the other hand, your effort to prevent it from happening is a threat to American democracy, which is fundamentally the Democrats argument, by the way. It's like an 8515 issue. Yeah, most Democrats want voter ID because they want to protect their own votes.
A
But the elected leaders don't vote.
C
Leaders don't because they know that the more control they give to the people who are counting the ballots as opposed to those who are casting the ballots, the more control they will have.
A
Yes, they're trying to protect their Soviet fraud system. That's what they're doing. And so the vice President points to a very real phenomenon which is, wait a second. Every voter wants photo id. You ask every single voter, you're like, hey, do you think photo ID is a good idea? They all say, yes. I mean, we're at the point where Harry Entton is producing segments on CNN this week going, everybody loves this stuff. Photo ID is wildly popular. JD Vance and Nicki Minaj. I'm totally correct here. Okay, well, if they're correct, if they're with the voters, how come the Democrat leaders are not? The answer to that question is they love fraud and they're trying to protect a fraud racket. It's as simple as that. The President of the United States said it earlier this week. The only people who are against photo ID are cheaters. The only people who are against protecting the credibility of an election are the cheaters. That's it. There's no other explanation for this. And that's where they are on this. This is why Republicans should be hammering this so hard. Now. It's good to hear from this Vice President of the United States. I was, I was really ticked off at the former Vice President of the United States yesterday when I saw former Vice President Mike Pence posted this to social media yesterday. He said that election reform is a national imperative. He really posted this yesterday. It's a national imperative. But under our Constitution, election reform must be undertaken at the state level. Our founders limited Congress's role in conducting our elections for good reason. They wanted elections to be administered closest to the people, free from undue influence of the national government. And then he goes on to say, check out my op ed from 2021 when the Democrats tried to nationalize elections. Wrong then, wrong now. Okay, so Mike Pence, what is he even talking about? Well, nationalizing elections insofar as that language has been a part of the conversation this week. This came out of this audience will understand this. This came out of President Trump referring to nationalizing the voting in his interview with Dan Bongino Monday this week on the Dan Bongino show, which by the way is live at 10am on rumble rumble.com bongino so that's where this big conversation came from this week. And what was President Trump talking about? I don't know. Ask the White House. Ask President Trump. Ask Dan who talked about this on his show yesterday. He's talking about the SAVE Act. The SAVE act, in other words, verifying that only American citizens are registered to vote and only. And showing ID when they do it. That's it. Not that complicated. It's a great thing. And for Mike Pence to come out against the SAVE act, which is what he's doing in this post yesterday, is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. It's totally insane. And then he's suggesting that it's somehow not constitutional for Congress to pass the SAVE Act. Of course it's constitutional. The Constitution explicitly says that the election system should be set up by the states and that Congress can pass laws affecting our federal elections. It's explicit. It's in the elections clause of the Constitution. I've read it out on the program a couple of times now. So I don't know what Mike Pence is even talking about here, except like his, his animus towards Donald Trump is spelling out as he posts this nonsense. And when he refers to the 2021 Democrats nationalizing elections thing, I have to remind you of what that was. That was the Nancy Pelosi led For the People Act. For the People Act. And the for the People act was not for the people. It was against us. You know what that was? It was HR1, they called it the for the People Act. And back then the Wall Street Journal wrote a great op ed on the subject and they laid out why this was completely insane. Completely insane. It would make every election like 2020, they wrote. They said HR1 is packed with provisions that would federalize election results to dubious result, unsettled longstanding practices and security measures that local officials think are prudent, undermine public confidence and increase the odds of contested outcomes. These are all things that the Nancy Pelosi bill was designed to do. Not only was it the federal government getting involved in elections, it was making it so that our elections would be less credible, so the Democrats could commit more fraud. HR1 would have created a federal right to a mail ballot. No excuse necessary. So everybody's doing mail ballots now. That's. Yeah, that's safe. Jimmy Carter said that's insane. He said, early this century, don't do that. What else? Oh, state laws requiring mail votes to be notarized or signed by witnesses would be nullified. They'd get rid of that. If postmarked on time, the ballot would be allowed to be received. 10 days after election Day, the election's over. The ballot's still being received. HR1 would have overruled state laws against ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting. So that means political operatives could collect ballots and decide which ones actually make it to the state. That makes a lot of sense. No, it makes no sense. Some of these Democrat run states have it legalized, though it is a totally corrupt system. Under that same law, same day voter registration and 15 days of early voting would be mandatory. So people could just show up and say, I'm a voter now, and then vote. It's, it's, it's all. And then felons would be, would be voters under this law because Democrats know that criminals support them. That's their move. And, and on and on and on. Finally, the other thing that, that, that law, if it ever became a law, would have done is it would have created a scheme of public funds to match small political donations at a 6 to 1 rate. In other words, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez would be able to steal taxpayer money at six times the rate of her, quote, small donors. Because, you know, politicians need more money from you in order to campaign. That's what that bill would have done. So of course it was worth opposing that bill. It's crazy. It was a corrupt federal takeover of elections. What President Trump is advocating for is credibility in our elections. So when Mike Pence comes out yesterday and was like, I'm against this because it's federalizing the elections, just like when Nancy Pelosi did it. Bullshit. It has nothing to do with what Nancy Pelosi was doing. Stop lying to us and read the Constitution. Now, I think Pence heard some of the reaction that you and I had to this yesterday because his organization, which is called Advancing American Freedoms, the group he runs, put out another statement that he reposted later in the day. And here's what they said now. You ready? Federal elections is a bad. Federalizing elections is a bad idea, they wrote. The federal government must be a willing partner when states seek to secure their own elections. This is why AAF is a proud supporter of the SAVE Act. And then Mike Pence retweeted it. Sue, tell me, walk me through that. How do you go from opposing the SAVE act to supporting the SAVE act in the span of what, an hour? The whole thing is crazy. The whole thing is crazy. But that's. That's what happened. That's what happened. Anyway. That's. That's just to give you a crash course in all of the lies that are coming out about the Save. Oh, federalizing elections, Seizing control. No, saving elections. It's called the Save America act for a reason. And if you have any questions about this, do what I did. Read the bill. Text. You read it and you go, actually, this doesn't have any meat. I mean, it doesn't have any fat. Rather, it doesn't have any fat. It's not like they're trying to cram a bunch of extra horse crap into it. It's. It's exactly what it says it is. It's mandatory. You have to be an American citizen to register to vote, and you have to show id. And if you send in a mail in ballot, absentee, you got to do it twice. One when you request a ballot, one when you send it in. It's a massive improvement over the state of our elections right now, and it's the reason why Republicans should absolutely take to the floor of the Senate to get this thing passed. Now, what you have at the moment is. What you have at the moment is John Thune. John Thune, who we've been beaten up this week, and rightfully so, trying to play a game where he says, look, I support the SAVE Act. I support it. But if you support the SAVE act, why don't you use the tools at your disposal to actually get it passed? Here's Thune. Yesterday, he made a Fox News appearance. Cut to where he makes it sound. He's all for the SAVE act. But the core question really is, are you gonna force it to the Senate floor? Here, watch.
D
Should noncitizens be voting in American elections? The answer is no. And the Democrats have taken a hard that it's okay now, the law already prevents that. But if that's true, then why wouldn't we want to put into law something that would require, when you go to vote, that you prove you are a United States citizen. And that's all the SAVE act does. And so, you know, they can, they can cry and lament this actually being voted on, but I'd be hard pressed to have to defend a position that doesn't believe that you have to be an American citizen to vote in American election.
A
Yeah, it's obvious. So he's making a great argument for why we need it now. You got to demonstrate the testicular fortitude to get it across the finish line. What does it take? Get 51 senators, get on the floor of the Senate, begin the debate, force Democrats to filibuster it, prove that they're ridiculous in front of the American people, posterize them with a Michael Jordan style dunk, get this thing passed, make it immediately the law of the land, and save our elections. Do we have to do everything for you? Get in there. Get in there and do the job. And I know by the way, that you guys have been calling John Thune's office. Thank you for that. And it is equally, if not more important that you call your own United States Senator. I'm receiving messages from all across the country that everybody's doing this. I appreciate you for doing this. Emails, phone calls, they matter a great deal. If you're in Washington or if you plan on going to Washington, stop by their office, knock on the door, politely, tell the people who work there in constituent services that you are a vigorous supporter of the SAVE act and you look forward to your senator actually voting to get it passed. It's got it done. We got to get it done. This is priority one. None of this. Oh, we got to do a Russia sanctions package first. No, you don't. You have to do this first, get to everything else later. This is priority one. Democrats don't know what to say about it. Chuck Schumer says it's. What did he say this week? Jim Crow 2.0 in his low IQ, worn out, half assed excuse for why people should vote against it. It's a racist bill. It's a racist bill. He's an idiot. And he doesn't actually know how to stop this because he's trying to defend fraud. So he's using ludicrous arguments to try and do it. There are other Democrats who don't know how to defend this either their position. One of them is Democrat Senator Peter Welch, who spoke to Lindell TV yesterday. And Peter Welch said that the Save act is. You ready for it? Voter suppression cut. Three, Watch.
E
Chuck Schumer is calling the Save act Jim Crow 2.0. Do you agree with that? Do you think requiring an ID to vote in elections is, you know, Jim Crow?
F
I think this is about voter suppression. The president's talking about nationalizing the election. So it's all part of the effort to make it as hard as possible rather than as easy as possible for people to vote.
E
But does that imply that, you know, black voters specifically don't have an id? Most of them say that they have one. And I think it's like over 70% of them are in favor of voter ID for elections.
F
I don't think it's about what your race is. I think that we should make voting safe and easy and do everything we can to encourage every legal voter to do that.
A
I love this clip. You know why I love this clip? There's a couple of things going on. One, he's trying to dance away from Chuck Schumer's horse crap is like, I wouldn't go that far. I'm not going to call this Jim Crow. You know, I don't want to say that. It's not about race. He says, so that's. That's Peter Welch being like, Chuck Schumer is crazy, but Peter Welch is crazy in his own way. Because the Save America act or the Save act, whichever iteration gets passed, and it should be the Save America Act. For those who don't realize, the SAVE act is merely the one that says, you've got to be an American citizen. You have to prove it when you register to vote. The Save America act as the photo ID requirement. And that's what the House is currently in the midst of passing, and the Senate should pass as well. But what Peter Welch is talking about, he goes, oh, it's voter suppression. You know what voter suppression is? Voter suppression is when you steal the value of my vote by allowing fraudsters to participate in my election. Voter suppression is when you stuff ballot boxes with fraudulent ballots at the expense of my vote. Voter suppression is when our election system is vulnerable to the kind of fraud that robs American citizens of the share of the voice that they're entitled to have. When you disenfranchise voters, you are Suppressing them. Want to talk about voter suppression? It's what the Democrats are doing to the rest of us. So once again, what you're witnessing is a very inartful performance of projection where he says that the thing would act that would actually protect voters is voter suppression. Yeah, okay. It's not. It's quite. It's actually the exact opposite. It's protecting voters. And the thing that we want to suppress is fraud. That's right. Jeremy. 3287 has it. Correct. Voter suppression of cheaters. Yeah, that's. Yeah, that's true. Thank you very much. Hey, so let's see. Where does that leave us? So we got Democrats acting crazy on that. Okay, let's stay on the issue of voting now, because obviously we have Democrats acting crazy, but we do have some Republicans acting crazy. You see this push by some Republicans to give amnesty to illegal aliens? You pick right now. You pick right now. Leave it to Republicans to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. You pick right now to try and pass an amnesty for illegal aliens. Now, you should never pass an amnesty for illegal aliens. This game of rope a dope has been played forever. Democrats are constantly demanding amnesties, and they're like, we'll secure the border if you give illegal aliens amnesty. Ronald Reagan fell for it in 1986. He's like, okay, sure, let's do that. And guess what happened after that? We had an explosion in more illegal immigration. Why? Because foreign nationals and Democrats became convinced that this playbook would play out over and over and over again where we would just have massive amounts of illegal immigration. And then eventually Congress would tap out and say, okay, amnesty for everybody who's here but nobody else. Nobody else. The door's closed again. And then the door gets shoved back open. So how about never again? How about no more of this? If we're gonna have laws on the books, let's enforce them. And if we're gonna welcome people into our country, let's do it on our own terms instead of people doing a free for all. And then we say, well, that's okay. No penalty for you. No penalty for you. The name of the bill that these 18 Republicans and 18 Democrats are now pushing is the Dignity Dodd Act. The Digni Dodd Act. Now, I'm going to tell you something right now. They're not calling it that when they go out in public. They're calling it the Dignity act, because dignity is the English translation of the word Digni Dodd. But to add a little bit more insult to the injury, they. They named it Digni Dodd. It's the Dignity Dodd act of 2025. And the goal of the bill is to give amnesty to huge categories of illegal aliens who are here. Now, here's the actual name of the bill. Remember, in Congress they always do these acronyms. The Dignity for immigrants while guarding our Nation to ignite and deliver the American dream. Act of 2025. They're going to deliver the American dream to whom? Not to Americans. To illegal. Illegal aliens. What are you idiots doing right now? And then in parentheses they say the Dignity act on the very bill. Look at this, the short title table of contents. Digni Dodd Dignity act of 2025. They're giving the American dream away. The co sponsors of this dumpster fire. Because you're thinking to yourself, who is behind this thing? I'm glad you asked. Here they are. This is on Maria Elvira Salazar, Congresswoman from Florida, Republican. Here's right here on our website. Here it is. Eighteen Republicans. Maria Elvira Salazar, Mike Lawler, David Valadao, Dan Newhouse, Mike Kelly, Brian Fitzpatrick, Gabe Evans, Marlon Stutzman, Don Bacon. Once again, the only time Bacon doesn't improve something is in Congress. Young Kim, Mario Diaz, Bellart, James Baird, Lloyd Smucker, Kimberlyn King Hines, James C. Del Moylan, Monica De la Cruz, Nick Lalota and Neil P. Dunn. And of course, 18 Democrats. Not surprised that a bunch of Democrats are a part of this. These are. The Republicans are in on this. And now here's what they claim it does. I just want to. So they're dressing this up a bit. They claim it's doing something great. It's going to end illegal immigration once and for all. Where have we heard that before? Ask Ronald Reagan about that. Two, it'll fix our outdated asylum system. Three, it'll provide a dignified solution. Get ready for undocumented immigrants living in America. In other words, amnesty. It'll protect American workers and support industries. Support industries by giving them illegal alien labor and ensuring the United States remains prosperous and competitive in the future by relying on illegal alien labor. You see what's happening here? You can see through this in an instant. You start looking at. You're like, what the hell is going on? And, and, and let me take you into the. Look, here's the receipt for this. Ready for this? The. The, the actual description of the bill based on its authors is they've got this section called the Dignity Program Part 3, the Dignity Program. Let me pull it up because I got it up here on my screen. I want you to see this. Everything we do is just homework on this show. Everything is. It's just constant homework. We dig into this stuff. All right? The Dignity Program, permanent legal status for dreamers. Dreamers. These are illegal aliens brought into the country by their illegal alien parents. Now, they're all adults, by the way. Anybody who's considered a dreamer, they've been adults, they want to give them conditional permanent resident status for 10 years and then give them a. This is. Pay attention to this. This is a huge detail. A pathway to lawful permanent resident status. You know what that is? That's a green card. You know what a green card is? It's a pathway to citizenship. Pathway to a green card is a pathway to citizenship. They're dressing this up as, oh, we're not giving out a pathway to citizenship. We're giving out a pathway to a green card. A green card is a pathway to citizenship. Once you have a green card, you're on the pathway to citizenship. And then they have something called the Dignity program that they want to. They want to pass, which is what they refer to as a practical solution for the long term. Undocumented illegal. Why are. Why are Republicans signing on to a piece of legislation that includes its description undocumented? Even if you were for this, why wouldn't you be honest about the specifics here? These are illegal aliens. Undocumented is crap. How many illegals have stolen identities in order to be in the United States of America, thus creating a document? How many illegals are here because Joe Biden imported them into the country, processed them in, gave them asylum paperwork? How can you call them undocumented when there's tons of documents tracking their existence in this country? How can you call them undocumented when you've got illegals who've been here for years who have received final orders of deportation, which are documents to. From the United States government? Why are you playing these stupid word games? And the end result is like, hey, you'll. Oh, they. Oh, they'll pay a small fine rather than have the penalty that's supposed to be imposed, which is deportation from our country. And then they go on, you know, and then they're like, oh, don't worry, they won't become citizens. Maybe under this category, they won't, they claim. But then again, how can we even believe that some future Congress will pass it so they become citizens anyway. Why are you idiots doing this? Why are you even participating? This. Mike Lawler was just on. Congressman Mike Lawler, one of the co sponsors of this from New York, was just on Will Kane's program on Fox yesterday. And Will asked him about this. Why are you, why supporting amnesty? What the, the hell's going on here? And here's how Lawlor answered the question. Take a listen to this. Why is it important to give those.
G
25 million illegal immigrants a pathway to legal status? Again, you're not, you're not giving the 25 million. You're giving a segment of that that would fit into very specific criteria. Number one, they cannot have committed a crime in the United States or in their country of origin. Number two, they cannot collect government benefits illegally. Number three, they have to pay all back taxes and a fine for coming into this country illegally and go through this process.
A
Then they're deported.
G
Then they're deported, period. Then they are deported. You have to, you have to abide by the terms of this and part of this. And I, and I fundamentally believe if you gave people an option to come out of the shadows, to stop hiding and skirting a legal process, if you gave them a process forward that foregoes any path to citizenship, they would take it.
A
Now he's not even being frank about the bill. I told you a second ago that the people that they consider so called dreamers have a path to citizenship built into the bill. It gives them permanent legal status, which is a chance to become a United States citizen after you have a green card. The whole thing is just so crazy. And you pick right now of all times. What was the 2024 election about? What the hell did people vote for by a majority, A majority. They said mass deportations. They said get everybody out of the country who's here illegally. Stop breaking our laws. Stop making it chaotic. Get out. Get out. And you're picking now for amnesty. No. None. No more amnesty. No more. We've been through this game a million times and every time it happens, all we get is amnesty. And in the long term, no security. So the borders get kicked wide open again. Stop being, if you're, if you're just a sucker for this. If you just fell for this, stop being a sucker. Stop being a sucker. Okay, we need a palate cleanser. You want a palate cleanser? How about Scott Bessant whooping some ass today like yesterday in the United States Congress. How about that? The Treasury Secretary goes to Congress and he dog walks. These Democrats cut forward. Let's start taking a look at some of these Scott Bessen clips.
H
Do you have any idea how much we're spending on ICE every single day for investment?
I
The representative. This is the Financial Stability Oversight Commission.
H
But you're the treasurer. You're the treasurer. You're supposed to follow the money. In response to questions on this side, you're always talking about, well, we follow the money. Will you. Have you followed the money? How much are they spending every single day in Minnesota and other states where they occupy cities, terrorize communities, and try to break up our country again?
I
President Trump has secured the border. He was elected.
H
Well, then let him stay at the.
I
Border on a mandate.
H
Well, I disagree with you.
I
You disagree that he was elected.
H
I think you're confused. But let me ask you about something else. Okay, Maybe you'll.
A
You disagree that he was elected. That's Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia. There's. I'm telling you, I've been cracking up at these. I love these bass and clips. Bassett just decided now, I'm not taking any prisoners. I'm not playing any of these stupid games. He did this yesterday with. With a bunch of them. Here's Joyce Beatty yesterday, who was talking to Scott Besson, like, treating him like a kid. And she goes, you only got three options here. You either say, yes, no, or I'm not answering. Move on. At best, it's like, all right, number three, watch Scott Besson appropriated funds.
I
Treasury will be.
J
Is this going to be a yes or no program award, Mr. Secretary? No, no, no, no. I. I'm going to abide by the chairman's rules. But I have some rules. You can say yes or no, and then if you say yes, you may continue to give that support. If it's a no, then you tell me why not. And now we need to be clear. Yes. Let's start with the yes or no. I'm trying to be respectful, but you're not gonna do what you wanna do on my time. Yes or no. Or you can say, I'm not gonna answer. Now move on.
I
Number three.
J
Okay, so let the record show that he refuses to answer a question.
A
No, no, no, no, no.
J
We're not gonna do that with me. We are not going to do that with me.
I
It's a general woman's time from Ohio.
J
Now, you opted for number three. So you get to hear my wrath. That you refuse to answer a question under your authority and what this administration, and yet you've talked about the value of housing and you're not releasing the funds. And I want the record to be clear on that. So let me move on.
A
Oh, that's so funny. Now you get to hear my wrath. And Best is just laughing to himself. Yeah, yeah, go ahead. Bring your wrath. I. I love how feckless These Democrats were yesterday in the face of a guy who's like 10 times smarter than they are at the very least, really funny. I know we're, I know we're up against it. We're running out of time here. So let me just accelerate to Maxine Waters because it is so funny. Besson just keeps on giving all sorts of rational answers to everything and Maxine Waters tells him to shut up. She's like, shut up. You should shut up. Cut 7. Watch as Scott Besson has to deal.
I
With mad Maxime does belong, the housing woman from California. 10 and 20 million immigrants. Can you show the housing housing stock of working Americans and, and can you maintain some level of General's time has expired?
J
No, my time has not expired.
A
Your time has expired. The gentleman.
J
The gentleman took up my time. Mr.
A
I think you should recognize that, Mr. Chair. The gentlewoman's time has expired. The gentlewoman's time is expired. Mr. Chair, parliamentary inquiry. The chair recognizes the vice chairman. Mr.
I
Chair, parliamentary inquiry.
J
Go right ahead. But I would not expect you to do that.
A
The hilarious Maxi Waters just getting whooped by Scott Besson. And let me finish with the fatality. You ready here? Wait, let me see. Hold up, I got it. Fatality. Here we go. Wait, let me shut this off. There we go. Sorry, my voice changer was still on. Here's Maxine Waters getting finished off by Scott Beston who tells her, yeah, you know how housing prices went up? You can thank the illegal aliens that you let into the country. Cut eight. Watch.
I
I believe the ranking member does not understand the definition of generalized inflation versus one time price increases. I would also note that housing, especially for working Americans. A Wharton study has shown that the mass unfettered immigration, adding 10 to 20 million new people demanding housing, Congresswoman, is what caused a great deal of housing inflation for working Americans. So you and the Biden administration should be ashamed, which is also, which is.
F
Also why we are seeing rents. There was just a recent media story on this. Rents are going down partially because of that enforcement.
I
So Mr. Secretary is supply and demand continues to work.
A
Fatality. There we go. Thank you, Scott Besson. Very nice. Very nice indeed. So, you know, mixed bag today. We got some Republicans who are weak and some Republicans who are absolutely crushing it. Most of those Republicans, Republicans are actually already a part of the Trump administration, which is a lot of fun. Okay. On the big national radio show today, I'm gonna cover some of the things that I couldn't even get to today on the podcast, including the latest in the search for Savannah Guthrie's mother, the president of the United States is mobilizing federal resources to help find the kidnapper here and to bring her mother home. How decent of the president of the United States. Savannah Guthrie has not treated President Trump well in the past, but president doesn't care. He's here to try and rescue an old woman who needs to be rescued from a very perilous situation right now. We'll keep tracking the updates on that. We'll bring you them on the radio show. A lot more to get to. TheVintShow.com is where you can find your local radio listings. I'm live from 12 to 3 Eastern Time. I'm live on Rumble from 1 to 3 Eastern Time. Title: Democrats Expose Themselves On Voter ID
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: February 5, 2026
This episode of VINCE centers on recent developments in immigration enforcement—especially in Minnesota, a major shake-up in federal-local cooperation, and the ongoing political battle over voter ID and election integrity. Vince examines Democrats’ responses to the SAVE Act and broader election security efforts, highlighting what he sees as hypocrisy and obstruction within the party. The tone is confrontational, energetic, and unapologetically conservative.
(03:11 – 09:37)
Federal Drawdown: Tom Holman, prominent Trump-era immigration chief, announces that 700 federal law enforcement officers will be withdrawn from Minnesota due to “unprecedented cooperation” from local (Democratic) authorities.
Shift in Local Cooperation: For the first time, Democrats in Minnesota are directly assisting federal immigration enforcement, including:

This episode is an intense, rapid-fire dissection of immigration enforcement victories, legislative battles over voter ID and amnesty, and intraparty strife—interspersed with moments of sharp-tongued humor and clear calls to action. Vince’s message: Law enforcement and election integrity are under siege by “chaotic” and hypocritical Democratic leadership, but strong Republican action—and pressure—can deliver results.
