Look, everybody in the house with me today, thank you very much. Having you here yet. So, once again, I did not have a vasectomy or somebody in the chat said a Vincectomy. Thank you for that. That's really helpful. No, I had a. I had a hernia, it turns out I discovered while we were in surgery. This was now two days ago. So right after I got done the Wednesday podcast, I went off to the hospital and they discovered not only did I have a hernia on one hip, I had it on both hips. So they did a bilateral hernia repair. It was a little more involved than I actually even realized. Yes, of course, they gave me a lot of information before this thing, but what I didn't know until I was just about to be rolled into the room, they're like, oh, and then, yeah, of course we're going to knock you out. And then while you're knocked out, we're going to intubate you. I was like, hold up, wait. I'm going to be intubated. And for those of you who've been following along with me for some time, you know that at one point, a couple years ago, I was intubated for a completely different surgery. It was wild, but, you know, they stick a tube down your windpipe past my vocal cords in order to, you know, get oxygen into my lungs. And I was like, I mean, being intubated, yeah, but you'll be knocked out for it. And then when you come to, it'll. It'll be gone. Okay, fine. And that's. That's all well and good. Anyway, the point is I'm recovering from this thing. The doctor did a great job. Thank you. God bless the people who dedicate their lives to health. Thank you for all of your prayers, for, you know, just for this to be a successful thing. I really wasn't expecting it to be too much. It was maybe a little bit more than I expected in the end. But the only thing is, I'm just recovering from it right now, and I feel like somebody hit me in the gut with a baseball bat. But I'll. I'll recover from that, I'll be, I'll be totally fine. So thank you, as always, for, for all your support. It's, it's wild. Let's see. The, the other thing I want to say is thank you to Sean Farish. Sean Farish is an amazing talent. He's such a great human being. A really sincere, conservative guy. Becomes super famous just based on his world class Trump impression. Truly the greatest Trump impressionist that has tried to pull it off at all. A lot of people have tried. None of it come as close as Sean Farish. And in fact, Sean Farish is so good at it that I remember seeing video of him doing it for President Trump at one point. And President Trump was almost scared by how good it was. It's just an amazing thing. But anyway, thank you, Sean, as always, for filling in. I know everybody loves having you around and being on the program, so thank you for that. Really, really appreciate that. All right, so here's what's going on. While I was laid up trying to recuperate, I've been following the news, of course, and here's the big thing that we saw yesterday. One of the big things we had a lot of actually really big things that happened Thursday. I want to start with Tom Holman. Tom Holman just marked victory in Minnesota after the conclusion of what has been just an out of control situation. You know, remember how this starts. These Somalis are committing fraud to the tune of $20 billion. And then the Trump administration says this, this can't happen. So we're going to not only prosecute the fraudsters, which of course they've been doing, they've scored a lot of convictions, nearly 100 convictions against these fraudsters. Almost all of them have been Somali. And then there are criminal prosecutions going on into the top officials in the state, including Keith Ellison and Tim Walls and Jacob Fry. But also then you get this left wing insurgency on the streets, lots of violence against the men and women of ICE who are just trying to enforce immigration law after the Trump administration surges nearly 3,000 immigration enforcers into the state. And so that chaos has really annoyed President Trump because he doesn't want to see ICE officers attacked and he wants to see a successful mission. So in the end, he decides, I'm sending in Tom Holman, I'm done with this. And he calls President Trump, calls these top Democrats to include tampon Tim Walls, and says, we're not doing this anymore. We're not playing this game with you. You're going to turn over all these illegals if they're in your jails. You're turning them over to us, not just the prisons. We're going to cooperate. And in the world in which you operate, if you want ICE officers to leave your state, the only way that's going to happen is if you begin cooperating at unprecedented levels with us. And he sends in Tom Holman as the messenger, as the guy to go in there and start ringing some necks. And it works. It works really quickly, actually, because what did we see? We saw all of a sudden local cops making arrests against people who were attacking ice. We saw the jails across the state now beginning to engage in unprecedented cooperation with the federal government. It turns out there's nothing like sending Tom Holman. And we should send Tom Holman into all sorts of problems because this guy can fix things. Talk about having a real border czar, not like that idiot Kamala Harris, the fake border czar who just made everything worse. Tom Ullman is a real border czar. The guy is singularly focused on getting control of our immigration system and re securing the borders that make a sovereign nation. Amazing success. So Tom Holman comes out yesterday and they announced the end of the ICE surge in Minnesota. Those are the headlines on this subject. Here's what the the New York Post had to say about it. Let me see, let me make sure I can get this up for you here. Bear with me today. Sorry if I'm moving a little bit slower. It's just that, you know, I do feel like I was slammed in the gut with a baseball bat. Here's Tom Holman. Trump administration borders are. Tom Holman announced Thursday that the two month old immigration enforcement surge across Minnesota is ending. Though small footprint is going to remain in the state for a little longer. In other words, they're going to still leave an elevated level of immigration enforcement. Homan, who has sought to calm tensions between the White House and state and local officials for now two weeks, credited increased local cooperation for the coming drawdown, but warned that far left agitators could thwart plans to pull out all the agents. In other words, like, hey, insurgents, don't you think that this is some victory for you if you act up? We're sticking around and we're going to keep arresting you. And we've seen, I told you a couple of days ago, ICE has arrested thousands of these insurgents. They've put the work in, they've arrested a lot of these guys. And Tom Holman says we're going to do a lot more of that if you continue this with the success that has been made in arresting public safety threats and other priorities since this surge operation began, as well as the unprecedented levels of coordination that we've obtained from state officials and local law enforcement. I have proposed, and President Trump has concurred that this surge operation conclude, Holman told reporters in Minneapolis yesterday. And in fact, I've got, I've got some video clips of Holman here talking about all of this, making this announcement that they're going to be drawing down. Let me see here. He said that. Here's a good piece. This is from Eric. This is captured by the great Eric Daugherty. I love these guys who watch the media and clip all this stuff. It really helps me, helps the rest of us. So here you have Tom Holman thanking the Democrats for what a change it's been in terms of their cooperation with the federal government. And man, get Donald Trump and Tom Holman involved in something and things change quickly. Listen.
B
But we all agree that the lawlessness and chaos and disruption that is occurring on the street needs to end. I want to thank Governor Walz for his messages focusing on peace and his support for the Minnesota State Troopers to respond to unlawful situations that put federal officers and the public at risk. I also want to thank Mayor Fry for taking a public stance against agitators setting up barricades that block streets and endangered public safety, and for directing the police to take those roadblocks down. Just say I want to thank Police Chief o', Hara, Sheriff Witt and various other local law enforcement for their responsiveness and efforts to maintain law and order in the streets. We've seen a big change here in the last couple weeks, and it's all good changes.
A
I like Tom Holman. You know, I like, I like that I can trust him. I like that, that I know that he's not bullshitting me. It's hard to find that, you know, and Tom Holman is just one of those guys. He's just rock solid, and he's, he's, he's dealing, he's working with the hand he's been dealt, which is like you got these idiot Democrats who have been running that state into the ground. And Holman goes in there and goes, you're not, we're not playing this game anymore with you. You've got to cooperate. And if you cooperate, then we can reassign these ICE guys. You don't like them in your state, Perfect. We'll send them where they're needed across the country. Cooperate with us. So we need fewer here. And Tom was able to achieve that.
B
I'm also pleased to report that we're seeing a notable decrease on unlawful agitator activity here in Minneapolis and overall throughout the state. This is great news for Minnesota communities that have been adversely impacted by the lawlessness and chaos on the street. We have what we call here qrfs, Quick Response force. Security teams that get called out when ICE officers out doing operations. They get into trouble if agitators get out of control, if there's a danger.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, so there's Holman now. Somebody. I saw somebody in the chat point out something else that's really important. Holman announced that they saved a ton of kids. You know, they've been saving children, too. So in the midst of all this chaos, they found 3,300. Over 3,300 children that were missing in Minnesota. You can thank the Biden administration for that. They lose these kids in our country. Just awful stuff. Here's Hallman announcing that they got a big victory here. Thousands of kids found, rescued.
B
In addition to taking public safety threats off the street, ICE here in this state have located 3,364 missing unaccompanied alien children, children that the last administration lost and even looking for. That's because the leadership of President Trump, these children were located.
A
The last administration lost them, and they weren't even looking for them. You know what happens to these kids? These are kids who are imported into our country unaccompanied. What does that mean? Where their families at? Oh, they separated them. The left used your tax dollars and separated children from their families, imported them into the United States, where they went on to be used as slave labor. They went on to be used as sex slaves. They went on to be exploited and lost. And it, you know, just the cruelest possible imaginable treatment of children. You know, I love the left lecturing the right on that. They're not empathetic enough or caring enough. It's you who are the reason that these kids are being found and rescued. It's your vote that did that. The Biden administration was perfectly content losing track of all these kids. This wasn't a crisis to them. And then, remember when President Trump gets into office and you hear from RFK Jr. At HHS, because it's his agency that was really leading the human trafficking operation. Prior to him arriving, he said, this is one of the biggest human trafficking operations in world history that my agency, the one that I now am leading, was undertaking. He was horrified by it. And so this has been a whole of administration effort to rescue these kids. And it's not just Tom Holman and dhs. It's not just hhs. It's also the FBI. You know, I love people giving crap to the FBI. I'll tell you what, Cash and Dan and the team, those guys, they rescued thousands upon thousands of children. Whether it's, you know, from the vile human beings that try and run that 7, 6, 4 network, that demonic operation to abuse children and to convince them to abuse themselves and others, or whether it's rescuing these unaccompanied minors, this is a big deal. This is a big, this is a screaming headline on a day that had a lot of them. And somebody, I see a lot of people in the chat pointing out the media are not covering this and they're not covering that these kids were rescued. Fine, whatever. We don't need them. I'm just telling you that this happened and more people should know about it. And I'm glad, I'm glad to highlight this today because it's a, it's a really great thing. It's a really great thing that Tom Holland was able to pull this off. Let's see any one, one or more, one or two other things from Tom Holman from yesterday. And then we'll move on to some other elements out of Minnesota because the attorney General of the state, Keith Ellison, was getting his ass handed to him yesterday in Congress. He deserves a lot more than a tongue lashing, though. That guy definitely deserves some handcuffs. And he is under criminal investigation, remember by the FBI. That's, that's actually happening. Oh, here's Tom Holman. Here's, here's Nick Sorter sharing this detail. Thank you to Nick. Great reporter Tom Holman saying that he has pre positioned ICE agents all throughout the state of Minnesota to intercept these illegals when they're coming out of jail. Listen to this.
B
We now have the ability to arrest criminal aliens in the safety and security of jails throughout the state at the time they're being released, like we've done in other states. I've also directed the strategic placement of officers in certain areas throughout the states that can respond quickly to sheriffs that want to release somebody and notify us. We need to be nearby so they don't hold them unnecessarily. So we worked on a strategic plan to reassign officers in those key locations. Arresting a public safety threat and the safety and security of a jail is safer for the alien, it's safer for the officer and safer for the community. I think we all can agree on that.
A
Amen.
B
It requires less resources, threat large operations. It just makes sense. I'll say it again, as I said many times, we are not asking local law enforcement to act as immigration officers. I don't want them be immigration officers. We're the immigration officers. We just want them to be cops. We're asking law enforcement to coordinate with other law enforcement to help keep public safety risk out of the communities.
A
This is common sense. This is in vile human beings. You know, I went down the list with you before. One thing that really stands out to me, that it's just like, it's nightmare inducing. You talk about kids being hurt. You understand the people that they're picking up, they were, they're murderers, they're rapists. I remember running down the list with you. Remember, it was not too long ago. We played, we had. Bill Malusian had obtained a list of the people in Minnesota who were being picked up, who have hurt children. DHS provided a list of some of the bad guys. And multiple people on the list were already found guilty of the strong arm sodomy of a child. Strong armed sodomy of a child. Those were the words. Scum of the earth. Scum of the earth. And Minnesota was springing these guys out of jails and not working with ice, not letting them be taken into custody. And so is this the end of the Minnesota story? No, it shouldn't be. We need to see people prosecuted for what they did to those communities. And I don't just mean the people have already been prosecuted and convicted. I'm grateful for that. I mean government officials at the highest levels and God willing, the Justice Department can see this through. We can get like some sort of U.S. attorney to do the job. I, you know, I, I don't want you to forget the, the immense effort it takes to actually bring somebody to justice in a world where the left has so deformed our justice system. It's one thing to have cops working on these cases. It's one thing to have the FBI working on these cases. Their job is, is sort of the street level law enforcement. You make the arrest, you, you investigate any, any implication of criminality whatsoever. But beyond that, it's not up to the FBI to prosecute. The FBI doesn't have prosecutors. It's up to US Attorneys to do that. What's our situation in Minnesota right now? What's been a mess? It's been a total mess. Remember the US Attorney who was there who was investigating all the fraud? The guy who said he found $20 billion in fraud. And Thompson was his name. And we were. We were covering video of him talking about all this fraud. And I'm like, gosh, I'm so glad he's finding all this fraud. And then when the insurgents started going apeshit in Minnesota and attacking ice, doing their jobs, and then you get Renee Goode slamming her car into an ICE agent who has to discharge his weapon to defend his own life, and the people around him turns into a big scandal. Thompson quit. He quit at that moment because reportedly, he didn't want to engage in any sort of, you know, further investigation into these insurgents, that he was too. He was too much of a coward to look into it. That's what the reporting told us. And now what do we find out about Thompson? You know, about this U.S. attorney, what he's doing now? This former U.S. attorney, he went and gotten. He's in private practice now, and now he's representing Don Lemon. Now he's Don Lemon's attorney. And it just. It just boggles the mind that this is the hand that we've got to deal with. And this goes back to. I'm telling you, this is like an episode of Seinfeld. It's all going to be connected in the end. It's all. In the end, it's going to be all connected. But this goes back to the United States Senate. The reason we don't have good US Attorneys that we can rely on to see prosecutions through of all these people who deserve it is because the United States Senate is not moving anybody because of that stupid blue slip, because you got Democrat senators who have veto authority over U.S. attorneys in the United States. So in order for this justice system to work, you need sane, competent judges. You need people who are not lefty radicals occupying the bench. We have too many of those. You need U.S. attorneys who can actually see the job through. You need the US Senate to get those US Attorneys across the finish line. You need FBI agents actually able to investigate these crimes and not be focused on going after political opponents like they were under Joe Biden. This is not some simple switch. This is not like, you know, you just, like, replace that one guy and everything goes well. Put Tom Holman in there, and everything's gonna go well. That's not how this works. No. In adult world, it turns out it actually takes a lot of people all rowing in the same direction, and right now, they're not. This is the fight the Trump administration has to be engaged in. And so, you know, this is. I just. I want to help keep your frame of Reference here. Just like understand what we're dealing with. In a minute. In a minute. I'm going to play some Keith Ellison audio for you. Clearly there are Republican senators who know what time it is and they know Keith Ellison is a guy that is on camera committing crimes and he deserves to be prosecuted for it. I've got the details on that in just a moment on what is a busy Friday show. Thank you for being with us. Appreciate you as always. All right, so Keith Ellison appeared yesterday before the United States Senate for a hearing. And while he was there, he got some well deserved ass whoopings from a couple of people, including, here's Josh Hawley going after him. Cut 7. Josh Hawley v. Keith Ellison. Take a look.
C
Did you bother to investigate where the money that you facilitated their fraud for, where it went? Do you know where it went, what it was used for, the fraudulent money?
D
I do.
C
Because we just heard Testimony about it yesterday because we were players in the hundreds of millions of dollars to terrorist groups, to transnational criminal organizations, to the drug trade, to drug trafficking, to child trafficking. And you took $10,000.
D
That's a lie.
C
And helped them do it. You know, the other thing is whistleblowers came to you as early as 2019. Let's look at as early as 2019. Whistleblower. Don't talk over me. As early as 2019. It's my hearing, pal. As early as 2019.
D
Don't call me whistleblowers came.
C
Well, I should call you a prisoner because you ought to be in jail.
D
Well.
A
Josh Hawley, man, he is sharp. Isn't he?
B
Sharp?
A
Retired dude. One says he's sharp and retired dude has seen some things. He's retired. He looks at Holly, he goes, man, that guy is sharp. He should be on the supreme Court. He is pretty good. And he's right about Keith Ellison. Ellison spent the whole hearing lying about this detail. But, you know, in Ellison's case, he was caught on audio tape that he wasn't even aware was recording him at the time. And in the audio tape, which we've discussed before, he tells these. These fraudsters, these guys who are linked to all this Somali fraud, that, you know, that's fine. You give me campaign contributions, I'm going to work to make this. This problem go away for you. You know, just a call from the attorney general's office tends to have a big impact on people.
C
It'll.
A
It'll slow down the investigation or get them off your backs. And when they said, well, we're prepared to make a big campaign contribution to you if you help us out, he said, money buys freedom. Money buys freedom. I mean, this guy's on camera, he's on tape admitting that he can be bought. And he worked pretty aggressively to try and take the heat off of these Somali fraud operations. Now, that's the attorney general of the state. Psychopath, antifa guy, Islamist maniac. Now, that's why he is currently under FBI investigation as we speak. And that should. That should hopefully bear some fruit. And my desire is that, you know, you look at a hearing like what we saw yesterday with Josh Hawley, you think, okay, it's only. It's great that they're scolding him. But of course, you and I want to see something more meaningful than that. You want to see real consequences. Remember, the guy's under oath before Congress. Like, his statements before Congress can be entered into the evidence against him in a criminal prosecution. So that hearing is not without value. And of course, it does have the basic value of being thrilling. To watch somebody finally confront Keith Ellison and, and smack them around a little bit. That's good too. We also have that in the form of Ron Johnson. Ron Johnson, another great senator. Here he is cut eight yesterday with Keith Ellison.
D
I, as a government official, would have said, back off. Let us work with ice. Let's cooperate with him. Let's. Let's see if we can't de. Escalate this. But Attorney General, you did the exact opposite. And two people are dead because you encouraged them to put themselves into harm's way.
A
He's right.
D
And now you're exploiting those two martyrs. That was a tragedy. It never should have happened. Now we can investigate, but I can't imagine being a law enforcement official.
E
Where.
D
I know my colleagues have been shot at, their vehicles rammed, that they are trained activists deployed. And by the way, we know at least one of those activists had a semi automatic pistol with extra clips. So now you're an ICE officer. You're doing enforcement action. You've got a team behind you trying to protect you. You've got all these trained activists behind you. Is it any wonder they're at hair trigger alert? A tragedy was going to happen and you encouraged it. And you ought to feel damn guilty about it. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Yeah.
A
Sit there and smirk.
B
Smirk?
D
Sick. It is despicable. Are you asking me for comment, Senator? Because everything you said was untrue. It was a nice theatrical performance, but it was all lies.
A
Senator Hassan, you disgust me. You sit there and you smirk says Ron Johnson. Ron Johnson speaking for all of us yesterday. And he's right about this, you know. Tampon Tim, Keith Ellison, Jacob Fry, these guys all have blood on their hands. That woman, Renee Goode, Alex Preddy, they'd be alive today were it not for the encouragement of these lunatic Democrat officials. Telling people to go to war against ice, telling them that they're Nazis or the Gestapo or any of these other vile slanders. That's true. That's true. I mean, Tampon Tim Walls kept telling people recently, he's like, you go out there, you get your cameras out, you get in the faces of ICE officers like a Maxine Waters style delusional incitement. And it's led to a lot of chaos, which is, which is why I'm fervently praying we can get some. Some prosecutions of these top officials in the state, because they definitely deserve it. And Keith Ellison especially, it seems like Keith Ellison, it's Almost like that's the single best case, actually, because Keith Ellison is on camera, is on tape working with the fraudsters. And if we can prosecute him for that, that'd be a big deal because that also puts our eye back on the ball of this immense fraud that's been stealing from the American taxpayer. And so much of the chaos that we've seen in Minnesota has served as a big distraction from the fact that, you know, the taxpayers of the United States have been fleeced for $20 billion. That's not a small amount. That's a huge amount of money. That's a massive amount. It's more than the GDP of Somalia. Like, come on. That much stolen from us. Yeah, we got to go after that hard. Very hard. All right. More in a moment. I've got updates for you on other things happening in the United States Senate. Will we get election integrity, the SAVE act, and also, the President of the United States announced something really big yesterday that is going to, I think, dramatically improve all of our lives and bring down our costs. And all it took was getting rid of an illegal, like, literally invented law by the Obama administration. A long overdue decision yesterday by President Trump and Lee Zeldin at the epa. All of that ahead on this edition of events. Hey, I want to thank one of our great sponsors, Bone Charge, the Bone Charge infrared sauna blanket. And my wife Allison. You gotta get some rest. You gotta get some rest. And thank you, guys. Thank you very much for putting up with my. I don't know. I, I'm a little bit more subdued today. If, if you can't tell, I'm just like, it. It's, you know, it is what it is. There's a light life. Life hands you hernias and then you get surgeries and then you recover for them. So that's it. But, but thank you for being here. You guys are, are great. Let's. Let's see. So the war that we've been fighting, that you and I have been fighting for is to get the SAVE act passed. We want the Save America Act. We'd like. We'd like to make sure that only Americans vote in our elections. Please. Only Americans registered to vote. Prove it when you go to the polls. Show your id. Simple stuff. It should not be as hard as it has been, but it's been tough, no doubt. It's been a difficult thing. And so we've been engaged in a very real fight. And thanks to your phone calls, thanks to your American aggression, there has been a lot of movement in the United States Senate in our direction this week. The United States House of Representatives did pass the Save America act, the Save America act, in order to achieve those things that I just mentioned to you. And that bill, by the way, did get Democrat support. Isn't that amazing? It got one Democrat support. Henry Cuellar. He was the lone Democrat, you know, the guy who likes borders. He's. He also apparently likes making sure that only Americans vote in elections. So Henry Cuellar joined us. Thank you for that, Congressman Cuellar, for. For being a part of this. I do. I still think it's silly that ever since Trump gave him the pardon and he clearly likes borders and he likes election integrity, why doesn't he just become a Republican? If you like borders and you think photo ID is important to an election, you're practically a Republican already become one. And then don't vote with Democrats for anything, Henry Cuellar, just become a Republican. But we'll get to that at some point. Again, but Mike Lee is pounding away in the United States Senate, and here's the good news as of last night. I'm going to refresh him in a second and see if he's at anybody else and chat. You can alert me if he has. But where we were as of last night, we're now at 48. 48 Republican senators are now in the yes column. They are co sponsors of the Save America act, which is great. I'll take 48. We need to get to 50. Here's why there's I even to this very day there's immense confusion going on about what is achievable in the United States Senate. And the reason we need to get to 50 is because if we get to 50 then JD Vance can be the tie breaking vote. So 50 is the bare minimum. JD Vance can come in and be the tie breaking vote to get the Save America act through. Now you if you haven't been with me for a while or if you haven't been following the show for a while, you might be thinking to yourself but Vince, I thought we needed 60 votes to get anything done in the Senate. Well that's true insofar as senators never do their actual jobs. Traditionally they don't use the rules that are available to them to pass legislation. Right now the rule in the Senate is you need a quorum. You need a majority of senators in order to get business done. And so if 50 senators show up to the floor of the Senate 51, you can get legislation passed as long as you can outlast a speaking filibuster by Democrats. It would require no rule changes. Let me just re emphasize something because I still see to this very day people who still don't understand this. The silent filibuster would not disappear. It should by the way. I want to see, I want to get rid of it because Democrats are going to get rid of it anyway by when they get power. But all you need is for everybody to show up. That's it. No rule changes at all. There is no going nuclear. There's no getting rid of the silent filibuster. It's using the existing rules that are on the book. And so that of course raises a complicating factor for us. Mike Lee, God bless him. Thank and I'm so glad that he's doing this. He even got John Thune as a co sponsor. John Thune's a co sponsor now they've got 48. He's pushing towards 50. But that's co sponsors for the bill. What he's not saying and I want you to be alert for as we go into the weekend and into next week. What we don't have right now is a commitment that all 48 of those senators are prepared for a speaking filibuster fight. It's one thing to say you co sponsor a bill. It's another to get to the point where you actually are ready to wage this fight, to show up, to work, to be on the floor of the United States Senate and to take this to the end. That's, that's a really, really big thing. Excuse me. I. Let me, I. Let me give you an update. Thank you. Chat. Sam Smo says others have said it, too. Dan Sullivan In Alaska becomes 49. So we're at 49 right now. We're at 49. Here's Mike Lee. This is, this is last evening as well. He said, added Senators Sullivan, 49. He and I worked together with the House to make constructive changes to the Save America Act. We're now one step closer to the Senate passing the House bill. Baby steps to save America. And Elon Musk, by the way, is on the push for this. He's been tweeting about this like crazy. He said, we only need another senator now and America will get a new lease on life, which is really good. Now, who are the holdouts? This typical stuff. The holdouts in this case are, well, not. Dan Sullivan's off the list, but Lisa Murkowski is already a firm no for idiotic reasons. If you want to see me, tarantulas from Murkowski. I did that earlier this week. She's, she's, she's deceitful is what she is. She claims that it's. It would be constitutional, it would be unconstitutional for the Congress to step in and rescue American elections. It's not. You're constitutionally illiterate if you actually believe that. Dan Sullivan. Thank. Thank you to Bricksuit. By the way, who put these names and numbers together? Dan Sullivan's in the yes column now, so we don't have to worry about him as much. But keep his number handy just to make sure he helps us take this to a floor fight. Mitch McConnell, Susan Collins and Thom Tillis are the other problem children here as of now. Mitch McConnell, who. You know, there's footage of him through the years saying that, oh, I really want to support election integrity. Well, now's your chance, Mitch. And Mitch, who clearly hates Donald Trump, is at this moment not even attempting to do him any favors, like helping to secure our elections. Crazy. Thumbelina is typical. He's retiring and doesn't like Trump either. And so he's, he's a stubborn obstacle to us getting something good for the country. And then there's Susan Collins. Susan Collins is always a complicated thing because, you know, we'll take a Republican senator in Maine and this is one of those kind of like hold your nose in order to accept that fact that it has to be Susan Collins. It's just, it is what it is. You know, you want a Republican vote, you've got Susan Collins. But she, she is a disaster on so many issues right now. It appears, though, she's leaning towards joining us on the SAVE act. And here's why I know that, or here's what's giving me that, that sense. Lindell TV caught up with Susan Collins on the floor of the or walking through the hallway of the Senate yesterday and asked her about it. And here she is. Listen to this. Cut six and tell me if you don't think she's inching towards yes. Now that the Save America act has passed the House, can we count on you to support it in the Senate?
F
I am looking at the housemate. Some significant changes. For example, you would not have to prove citizenship every time you vote. That's a good change. It makes sense to have a requirement the first time when you register, but not every time. I've once supported voter id. There's some issues. Some what. What are federal and what are state. So I'm still the. This is a work in progress, but I've got to go to the health committee.
A
Thank you. Okay, so the way she's answering the question certainly suggests that she's inclined to support it, to join as a co sponsor. So Susan Collins may be the, the 50th Republican vote here. I don't know what she's talking about. Proving your citizenship every time you vote. The citizenship proof component is when you register to vote. That's been that way in all of the various iterations of the SAVE Act. And showing your ID to vote is a standard feature for any sensible nation that wants to protect its elections. So Susan Collins might be a yes. We'll see. Keep, keep up the pressure. If you are in Maine, to all my Mainers, please call Susan Collins. You want the number? Let's do it. As brick suit chairs Susan Collins. 202-224-2523. Place some polite yet earnest calls to Susan Collins. Encourage her to do the right thing and to save our country. 202, 224, 25, 23. Susan Collins. And yes, Ash Dasta. They did get Dan Sullivan last night. I was just, just going over that. You might may also be a little bit behind on the show. Sometimes people watch it Slightly delayed. Okay, so let's see here. That. So it looks like we're moving in that direction. But remember, these are two distinct tracks you need to keep your eyes on. One is, who's supporting the bill? I know there's some chatter about, would John Fetterman support it? Fetterman. You know, Fetterman's the guy. Fetterman's always coming through and he's like, hey, my party's crazy. Like, there's nothing. There's no problem with voter id. Like what? Like it's insane to stop that. Democrats really support it. That's Fetterman. Now, will Fetterman vote for it? I don't know. I mean, Fetterman votes with The Democrats, like, 98% of the time, so we can't count on that. But it would be good. You know, it'd be good to have an additional vote there from John Fetterman. In fact, here's. Here's some Fetterman for you. Yesterday, the Senate failed to fund dhs. And as of tonight, by the way, about midnight tonight, we're going to get a partial shutdown of DHS that's going to affect a bunch of offices at the Department of Homeland Security, including, you know, the Coast Guard and FEMA and tsa. It's not going to impact ice. These idiots, these Democrats are so stupid. They think they're going to defund ice. It's not going to be defunded. ICE is not defunded. ICE got the funding from the big, beautiful bill. All you're going to do is hurt the other components of DHS as you try and hurt a great component called ice. How cruel of you. Here's the vote yesterday, cut nine, as the Senate failed to fund the Department of Homeland Security. Watch that much, too. It's literally just a video of them failing. And then the guy takes the microphone to announce that it's a failure. Is that all this is that I send a silent clip of a vote to vote. The yeas are 52 and then they 47. Yeah. All right, so anyway, that's the vote. So they didn't fund dhs. And then so Fetterman jumped in and he goes, guys, you're being stupid. This. This doesn't even have an impact on ice. Just John Fetterman cut 10.
G
Watch, as a committed Democrat, I want the same changes that every other Democrat wants to make on ice. But ICE already has $75 billion in funding from the big, beautiful bill that I did not vote for. So what it will impact is that will Shut down down important parts of dhs, whether that's fema, whether that's the Coast Guard, whether that is also about the cisa, the cyber security agency in our nation, all of these are shut down. We want to find a way forward to produce those changes, but shutting the government down is the wrong way.
A
So the fatterman, once again the voice of reason in his own party relatively, I mean he's still saying stupid things about ice, but he's, he is pointing out to his own party, he's like, you guys are being dumb. This is idiotic. You're going to shut down. Like DHS is not even going to impact ice, so you're going to shut down the parts that we like in order to. It doesn't make any sense, but it's, it's Democrats, so in that way it makes sense. Incoherence is a feature, not a bug. All right, let's, I want to talk about Democrats and how they've abused the law by inventing laws out of whole clothes. Back in 2009, Barack Obama imposed on America a completely invented law out of the Environmental Protection Agency that announced that he considered carbon dioxide, you know, the thing that you exhale to be pollution. And as a result that the United States government without any new law could regulate every aspect of your life to include what kind of car you drive and what kind of features that the car has. Yesterday the Trump administration finally announced the end of the Green new scam. Here is President Trump announcing the end of the climate war on Americans. Cut one another war that President Trump has ended. Watch.
E
But I'm pleased to be joined today by EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, who you all know and to announce the single largest deregulatory action American history. That's a big statement in American history and I think we can add the words by far. Under the process just completed by the epa, we are officially terminating the so called endangerment finding. A disastrous Obama era policy that severely damaged the American auto industry and massively drove up prices for American consumers. Prices went up incredibly for a worse product. This action will eliminate over $1.3 trillion of regulatory cost and help bring car prices tumbling down dramatically. You're going to get a better car. You're going to get a car that starts easier, a car that works better for a lot less money.
A
Yeah, this, this scam has been awful. It's been a totally destructive thing to the American economy. And Lee Zeldin announced yesterday that as a result of this, there's no more of this government mandate. That's going to force car companies to create electric vehicles. There's no more government mandate that's going to force them away from the internal combustion engine. If you've been wondering why is every car company giving up on the internal combustion engine and going to electric vehicles and that that's been happening rampantly now. Electric vehicles are fine, they're wonderful. I'm perfectly happy with electric vehicles. But the idea that the government can force them down your throats, disgusting. At the expense of an internal combustion engine that people want to buy. Still, it's awful. And it's led to basically a lot of unhappy consumers whose lives have not been improved in any way by this. Lee Zeldin announced yesterday that as a result of this, the average American family is Gonna now save $2,400 for every new vehicle. That's a big deal. Here's Lee Zeldin making his happy announcement yesterday.
H
With today's announcement, American families will save over $2,400 for a new vehicle. Sixteen years ago, an ideological crusade within the Obama administration set off the most costly regulatory power grab our country has ever experienced.
A
Yeah, it's been the most costly regulation in our nation's history. Trillions and trillions of dollars. And what it's led to is, you know, car companies were coming up with gimmicks in order to meet this Obama era mandate from the epa. And one of the gimmicks was that they were trying to make it seem like on paper that cars weren't producing carbon dioxide and they weren't producing all these, these climate destroying emissions. And so. But because of the government's interference, car companies started installing that dreaded stop start feature into everybody's vehicle. You know, like when you pull up to a stoplight, perhaps your car does this chat. Does your car do this when you pull up to a stoplight? Stoplight. The engine just stops right at the stoplight and it's like, oh, it's trying to save you gas. Like, does it really save gas? I feel like it didn't really ever save anything. I would, my car was burning gas just as quickly, it seems like. And, but these auto stop start features were being put in the cars and then I don't know about your vehicle, but the vehicles that I've owned that I've had this feature in, they call it a feature. It's, it's like a awful thing. I can't default it to off. Like my car would always reset it every time and it would, it would be always, the feature would always be on unless I actively shut it off. I couldn't reverse it so that it would forever be off. It's insane. And anyway, Lee Zeldin says that's over. He announced that the stop start feature is not going to be in any way mandated anymore. Car companies can get rid of it. Listen to Lee Zeldin talking about this yesterday. Cut three.
H
And as a cherry on top, we are ending the federal government's push to get manufacturers to install that Obama switch, the almost universally despised start stop feature. There will be no more climate participation trophies awarded to manufacturers for making Americans cars die at every red light and stop sign. It's over, done, finished.
A
It's over. It's done. It's finished. Russ vote also standing up there yesterday, the great Russ vote from the Office of Management and Budget saying that the savings to the American people are going to be immense. Here you understand how much money has been sucked out of your wallet by this lie, this garbage. Here's Russ Vote saying, congratulations, the Trump administration just saved you $1.3 trillion cut for watch.
I
Absolutely no other president would have done this to get at the foundations of the Green New Deal. So tremendously excited that we are where we are today. Great work by Lee. I'm a little worried that this next year will be EPA alone will be dereg east by the number of things that are come out of EPA. So great work to the team. $1.3 trillion in savings. Massive historical opportunity. Thank you.
E
Thank you.
A
You know, one of the reasons this could be achieved is because we've had a bunch of Supreme Court wins that have reasserted what the founders set up in our government, which is that, you know, not to do Schoolhouse Rock with you, but the way laws get created are in Congress. That's the way it's supposed to work. And then the way those laws are enforced is with the executive branch. And then, of course, disputes are handled by the judiciary. And what had happened was the federal government had decided had started assuming unto itself the power to create laws on its own. Congress had stopped doing its constitutional obligation of actually handwriting laws and instead passing the buck to the executive branch to invent them. And so that's how the Democrats arrived at this conclusion that Obama could use the Clean Air act in order to invent an entire law straight out of the epa. Well, we've had a number of really big Supreme Court decisions that have turned all of this around and have righted the ship. So thank God for that. And they include decisions including Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo And West Virginia v. Epa. And these cases get at something called the Major Questions doctrine. And what it means fundamentally is that, look, Congress can ask agencies to regulate like little things like, like go in and determine whether or not that pollutant is destroying that stream and then, you know, issue a fine or something as a result of it. But on the major things, on economy altering things, on stuff that's like so big it should be obvious that you need an entire law to govern it, then. No, you can't do that. These agencies can't invent laws on their own. Congress has to write them. Now, Barack Obama, who is a lawless person, was absolutely freaking out about this yesterday. Here he is having a meltdown on X about it. He said today the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding. The ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and, and power plant rules without it will be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change. Also, the fossil fuel industry can make even more money. You know, he's lying, of course, throughout all of this, you're not going to be less safe, less healthy or less able to fight climate change or any of this other stuff. In fact, thanks to the decrease in the cost of living and the increase in the availability of cheap, affordable energy, more Americans will thrive as a result of this, not be hurt by it. In fact, this whole thing about climate change, oh, we turned around climate change, we stopped all these emissions. You understand something. After 2009, when Obama imposed this on the rest of us, it didn't actually help anything. It didn't change anything. Do you know why climate emissions are going down every year in the United States? Insofar as we measure climate emissions, CO2, do you know why they're going down all the time? It's because of fracking and natural gas. We've, it's, in fact, it is so obvious that Obama was lawless and out of control that even the Washington Post this week has endorsed what President Trump is doing. They say the EPA is right to reverse Obama's overreach. And in. I know you're looking at this going, whoa, Jeff Bezos newspaper. Yeah, they've come out and said that this endangerment finding is ridiculous. It's over the top. And they even include a little chart. Look at this. The percentage of global greenhouse gas emissions from the United States. And they put a line in 2009 where Obama created a fake law. And guess what? Look at the trend line. It's the same. It's not. It hasn't changed at all. So the thing did nothing but cost you a lot more money. And the reason that these emissions have gone down, these, these, these so called greenhouse gas emissions is because we've just gotten better and better at pulling American energy. That's it. Meanwhile, China is polluting the atmosphere for real. And you know, and of course, like they get away with it and the left lets them do it because they get paid off by China. So that's, that's what's happening. Let me end with this. I want to, I want to share something great with you. So of course some idiot reporter asked President Trump yesterday about the health risk. What about the health threat to the American people? What about people who are concerned that they're about to become very unhealthy because of what you just did? President Trump slam dunks on the question cut five.
E
Listen, I tell them don't worry about it because it has nothing to do with public health. This was all a scam, a giant scam. This was a ripoff of the country by Obama and Biden and let's say Obama started it and got it rolling. And a terrible ripoff. They'll have more money to spend for healthcare. If you look at it now, they can go out and spend it on something that's meaningful. And nobody is doing more for healthcare than the Republican Party. And that starts with the fact that prescription drugs are going to be coming down at numbers that nobody has ever seen before. They're falling. You know, we were paying the highest prices in the world by far, sometimes by 10 times more than other countries. Now we're going to be paying whatever the lowest price is anywhere in the world. We're going to be paying that. It's called favored nations, most favored nations. And I think it's the biggest thing to happen in this world, the world of medicine, prescription drugs, ever. There's never been anything like it. You know, if like in my third year, first term, I actually got prices down one quarter or one eighth of a percent. And I was so proud of myself because they were like that for years and years and since under Biden they went up very substantially and now they're coming down by depending on, you could say 500, 600, 700%, depending on the way you want to, or you could say 80%, it doesn't matter. They're coming down by numbers that nobody ever thought possible. I got it all done and I got it all approved and all of the countries all over the world are going to pay more. They've agreed to pay more because of tariffs. I said, if you don't do it, we're going to have to tariff you. And they've all agreed to do it, otherwise they would have never done it. That was why no president has ever been able to get it done.
A
All right, so President Trump saying, you care about health, you should support me because I'm fighting to lower health care costs for Americans. And this whole thing about, like, what do you tell Americans who are concerned that there's going to be a cost of public health by this? He goes, I, I tell him, don't worry about it. It's got nothing to do with public health. This was all a scam. He's right. Even the Washington Post admits it. It was a scam. It's amazing. As always, great to be with you today. I hope you had a wonderful week. We've got got a lot of big things coming up. A lot of big things. I hope you have a great weekend. Great Valentine's Day. Happy Valentine's Day and look forward to being back with you again next week. Tan, rested and ready. I'll feel good. I know I'm recovering from this little surgery. It's been great. Each day I feel a little bit better. And now I'm on day two and I'm feeling better. So I'll be fine. I'll be fine. I'm with you on the big national radio show today. That's from 12 to 3 Eastern Time. Thevinshow.com to get your local radio listings. You can watch it live on rumble from 1 to 3 eastern time. I told producer Jim, I was like, dude, you should hang out with me more on the air today. He, you know, help, help shoulder some of the burden. It's going to be good. I'll hang out with producer Jim today. It'll be nice. We've got coming up today Dan Bongino's great podcast. He's been just absolutely crushing it, really crushing it. In fact, I was really, really interested in his commentary yesterday on how the FBI has not had a good relationship with the Pima County Sheriff's Department as they searched for Nancy Guthrie. The sheriff's department kind of blocking the FBI from being involved for very, for a long time. Insane. It's totally insane.
E
What do they do?
A
They want to solve this or not? They're really going to allow politics to corrupt the search for Nancy Guthrie. It's just, that's just awful. Fascinating. Look forward to his great show coming up at 10am Eastern today. That's live on rumble.combongino also, the world class Haley Caranilla is coming up on the Bongino Report at noon Eastern time. Always make sure to check out her great program as well. It it is so nice to be with you. I'll be back with you again on Monday, President's Day. Good to see you.
