Well, it's his administration, really. The Justice Department has established a fundamental whereby people who've been attacked by the federal government can collect on the damages that have been done to them. Now, honestly, at first blush, it immediately sounds like justice. If the federal government tortures American citizens, those American citizens should be made whole somehow, to the extent that's even possible. So this stands to reason. Okay, story over. I think it's perfectly wonderful, but there's so much more to this, as you might imagine. Yesterday, the Justice Department makes this announcement, and they post to X that they have resolved a case called Donald J. Trump. President Donald J. Trump versus Internal Revenue Service. Per the settlement, plaintiffs will receive a formal apology. The plaintiffs here, by the way, are President Trump and his family. They will receive a formal apology, but no monetary payment or damages of any kind. Which is a way of saying this is corruption. No, they're not getting any cash. No cash to the Trumps. There are no partisan requirements to file a claim. Any money left when the fund ceases operations will revert to the federal government. There is legal precedent for such a fund, the Justice Department points out, most notably the Keeps Eagle case, where the Obama administration created a $760 million fund to redress various claims alleging racism against the federal government over a period of decades. Okay, so here. Here's the. Here's the bottom line of this story. How did we get here? What is this about? Well, a couple of years back, you'll remember, President Trump was had his personal tax records leaked by an IRS consultant by the name of Charles E. Littlejohn. Yeah, Little John leaked President Trump's tax records and as. And he was sentenced in 2024, this guy, Little John, to five years in prison for stealing the President's tax returns, as well as thousands of other people, very wealthy people, in the United States, and then leaking those documents to ProPublica and the new York Times. So Lil Jon got a sentence of five years in prison. Yeah, and that's because he broke the law. So does the President have a strong case that his personal, private information was leaked to the American people and violated his rights as an American citizen? Hell, yeah, he does. So he brought a lawsuit against the IRS. He sues for $10 billion. What? Okay, he sues him for $10 billion again, rightfully so. And now the Justice Department has announced that the President has decided to settle up. Okay, fine. We're going to reach a settlement here. And the President doesn't take a dime. Instead, they're establishing a settlement fund in the amount of 1.776 billion. $1.776 billion. Now that's a fun number. I like that number. Why is that number fun? 1776 even. Even when they do a settlement, they Figure out a way to remind people of how great this country is. 1776, $1.776 billion that the DOJ is now going to pay to people who've been attacked by by the United States Department of Justice and the federal government. Now what kind of people could possibly be on the receiving end of this kind of money? Well let's see. Maybe somebody like Mark Hauck. Remember Mark Hauck? Mark Hauck, the Catholic Father of 740 Days for Life participant. Back in 2021, Mark Hauck was standing outside of an abortion mill with his 12 year old son. And that's when one of these abortion enthusiasts, a lunatic, gets into the face of his 12 year old boy and starts harassing the kid. Mark Hauck steps between his child and the man and shoves the guy back away from his boy as any father would at the time. That local DA Soros funded lunatic, he didn't even think that charges were sufficient against Mark Hauk. So he dropped the case. Mark Hauck was free. There was no problem until the Biden DOJ got involved in 2022. Remember the Biden Justice Department charged Mark Hauck with two felony face act violations. FBI agents, 20 FBI agents, two dozen of them were deployed to Mark Hauck's home in a pre dawn raid, guns drawn. They arrested him in front of his family. And that's despite the fact that he offered to surrender. He said I'll turn myself in. They didn't care. They wanted a videoed raid on this good man's house. In the end he was acquitted at trial. And as a result of that, in 2026 he did receive this year a $1 million settlement from the United States Department of Justice. But he is the perfect example of the kind of person who has been on the receiving end of this tyranny, who would deserve to tap into a settlement fund designed to make Americans who've been tortured by their government whole. It's also true that other conservatives who've stood outside of abortion mills, just people of faith, also were tortured by the Biden administration. There were over 26 charges in 2022 against people like, like who were standing outside of a Tennessee abortion mill, were sitting in wheelchairs singing church hymns, trying to elevate the entire atmosphere to a godlike one to one where people would respect life instead of destroy it. There was a priest, a Franciscan monk by the name of Fidelis Mosinski, Father Fidelis Mosinski, who was charged federally. It's pretty sick. Maybe they can be made whole. What about parents at School board meetings. Attorney General Merrick Garland conspired with the, with. Well, first of all, the whole government did this, but they conspired with outside left wing organizations like the National School Board Administration in order to attack parents who were going to school board meetings and raising concerns about the curriculum in the schools, the way their children were being treated, the fact that boys were being allowed into the girls restrooms, locker rooms and sports teams. Parents were legitimately raising these grievances and then the FBI turned around and attacked them at the behest of these out of control left wing operations who wanted to protect this type of abuse of our children. That's crazy. That's how you get FBI agents sitting in the parking lot writing down license plate numbers of parents attending those school board meetings. Can we make them whole for the attacks by their federal government? Maybe. What about the traditional Catholics who were attacked in Virginia by the FBI's Richmond Field Office who established that, that it is somehow radical to practice the traditional Latin mass and treated these, these good and faithful Christians like they were enemies of our country. Maybe they can be made whole. And what about all of the people who were attacked under the many federal investigations designed to try and hamstring the conservative movement in the United States? Namely Arctic Frost. You remember Arctic Frost. Chuck Grassley's been all over exposing this. He's revealed that Arctic Frost was designed to go after every single Republican group the FBI could get its hands on. Remember this? This was from September of last year, 2025. Grassley exposes FBI for targeting nearly 100 Republican groups and individuals. 92 Republican organizations and individuals were targeted in Arctic Frost. This includes Charlie Kirk's Turning Point usa, the Republican National Committee, the Republican Attorneys General association, the Conservative Partnership Institute, the America First Policy Institute, and more. Chuck Grassley saying at the time, Arctic Cross wasn't just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire race. Republican political apparatus. So what we have here. Are you following the sequence of events. The IRS abuses President Trump's rights. President Trump sues the federal government to recoup the damages. He decides now not to take a single dime of that money and instead they create a settlement fund to address the legitimate grievances of Americans who've been attacked by the federal government. How many have been attacked? A lot. Enough to justify $1.776 billion? Yes. And in fact, it might justify a lot more than that. This is very legitimate. Now, what you're seeing right now from the media is that this is President Trump rewarding his cronies. He's, he's, he's diving into American taxpayer dollars and just giving it to all of his friends and benefactors. That's not what this is at all. If normal Americans are being made whole by this, that's a very different sequence of events than we normally see from the American left, which I want to get to in just a moment because the history of the Obama and Biden administrations has been to create massive slush funds to give to huge left wing operations to fund the left wing political movement. What do you think USAID was, it was raiding the tax dollars that you had confiscated from your paycheck and then giving it to left wing operations. The fact that President Trump is making a couple of Americans whole, that doesn't offend me. It elates me. Look at the way the left is treating this right now. And this is just typical. The media is doing this broadly. But this is Gavin Newsom, for instance. Gavin Newsom said, Donald Trump lied to you. He said he'd fight for you. Instead, he's building himself a $1 billion ballroom and, and handing his criminal cronies a $1.7 billion taxpayer funded slush fund. Maga. Wake up. Slush fund. Oh, that's interesting that the left will now finally start using the phrase slush fund. Not to return to, not to refer to all of the slush funds that the left creates for itself. No. But to refer to President Trump trying to address the grievances of people who have been attacked by the federal government. Yeah, got it. So once again, a perfectly Orwellian inversion of the truth. And here's the President himself. Yesterday a reporter asked him, why should taxpayers pay $1.6 billion for January Sixers? Listen to the President's answer on this subject. Watch. The Justice Department has this new fund that was announced today, $1.7 billion.
Harmeet Dhillon
Why should taxpayers pay for the January 6th.
President Donald J. Trump
Well, it's been very well received. I have to tell you. I know very little about it. I wasn't involved in, in the whole creation of it and, and the negotiation. But this is reimbursing people that were horribly treated. Horribly treated. It's anti weaponization. They've been weaponized. They've been in some cases, imprisoned wrongly. They paid legal fees that they didn't have. They've gone bankrupt. Their lives have been destroyed and they turn out to be right. I mean, it was a terrible period of time in the history of our country. And they worked on it. I know the Justice Department, it's really been working on it very hard. There's been numerous other occasions over the years where things like this have been done. But these were people that were weaponized and really treated brutally by a system that was so corrupt, with corrupt people running it. And they're getting reimbursed for their legal fees and the other things that they had to suffer.
Vince
So you heard what he said there. They're getting reimbursed for their legal fees and the other things that they had to suffer. Yeah, legit. I mean, remember in a lot of these cases where these people were tortured by the federal government, it didn't result in convictions. Some did, but. But there were quite a few cases where they didn't result in convictions. But the process is the punishment. People had their lives destroyed or even if they did get convicted and they finally were able to get a pardon or get it overturned on appeal, whatever the circumstances. They had their family's wealth destroyed, their relationships destroyed. You had attorneys who were disbarred just for giving President Trump legal advice. The left has had a sinister and relentless ambition to destroy anybody who opposes their power projects. And the president is trying to make some of these people whole. The president's administration is right now. Now, as far as left wing slush funds go, we've seen a lot of this. I want to take you back in time to the Obama administration. There was when, when President Trump first came into office in 2017, his first attorney general, Jeff Sessions, established a policy to get rid of the third party slush fund operations that the left had created. Now, that was only for the window of time that President Trump was in office, the first go around. Because when Joe Biden came back into office, the very first day that President Otto pen had arrived, January 20th of 2025, or excuse me, 2021, January 20th, he arrives, he instantly reverses this and says, hey, the slush funds are back on in the Justice Department. But what did that look like? Well, if I take you back to June of 2017, when Jeff Sessions tried to end this thing, they talk about how the misuse of settlement slush funds was one of the Obama administration's worst practices, which it used to end run Congress's constitutional spending power. After the Republicans took the House and tried to cut spending for liberal interest groups, the Obama Justice Department began to force corporate defendants to allocate a chunk of their financial penalties to these groups. Left wing operations. Banks were made to fund left wing activists such as Neighbor Works. These groups were neither victims nor parties to lawsuits. In 2015, JP Morgan was required to pay $7.5 million to to the American Bankruptcy Institute's Endowment for financial education. In 2016, Volkswagen was required to invest $2 billion in zero emissions technology and promote zero emissions cars. Government enforcement became an income redistribution mechanism without having to go through Congress. This is how the Obama administration operated. They were taking from corporations and then giving it to left wing operations in order to fund the left's political movement. Left wing operations that had nothing to do with anything. They were just getting all of the money. And there was more. Recipients of settlement payments included progressive operations, left wing operations like La Raza. La Raza, which is Spanish for the race. Look at this recipient. This is Daily Caller. At the time, years ago, notable recipients of settlement payments included the progressive group La Raza that supports deportation and amnesty for illegal immigrants. And no, it supports amnesty. It doesn't support deportation. That's a typo for illegal immigrants. And Operation Hope, which fights against wealth disparity in America. Gibson Guitar Corporation issued a settlement payment to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Remember this Gibson Guitar? To close out a criminal investigation into allegations in illegally imported exotic wood. So, so this is again, this is how the left operates. They raid the coffers of any operation they can and then use it to fund the left's political ambitions. It's also true that the Biden administration did this throughout its time in office. And just before Joe Biden left office, a massive slush fund scandal that the media for the most part memory hold. They just pretended like it never happened. But we remember it and I'll remind you about it in just a moment as we, as we talk about this massive story. What a, what a remarkable turn of events coming up here on this edition. Events. Let's talk about your money though for a moment. We hear a lot about crypto. Here's the part a lot of people miss. Crypto was created so you could actually own and control your Money. After that 2008 financial crisis, Bitcoin was designed as an alternative to banks. So instead of a bank holding your money or delaying transfers or limiting access, you are in control. And if you've ever had to, had to wait for a transfer to clear, you have felt this problem. Now if you fast forward to today, everybody's heard about crypto. But getting started still feels complicated. This is why you should use Rumble Wallet. It takes all of the complexity and it makes it so simple. Choose what you want. Bitcoin, dollar backed stablecoins or even digital Gold, backed by real gold. No complicated setup. You can be up and running in just minutes. See terms@wallet.rumble.com. thank you, Rumble. Thank you, Rumble Wallet. Great supporters of our program love the free speech we get to do on Rumble. Okay, so you get the Obama administration for years taking all this money, funding the entire left. We've seen that again. What do you think USAID was that the whole point of that was to take your tax dollars and to fund left wing political operations. Left wing cronies was a slush fund for the left. I got people in chat who are mentioning the congressional slush fund for all of the settlement payouts for sexual misconduct in Congress. There's all sorts of slush funds all over the place. The only people not being taken care of are American citizens who've been attacked by their own government. Finally, President Trump is doing something about this. But in the closing days of the Biden administration, this is after President Trump beats Kamala's ass in the election, wins the the popular vote, destroys her in every swing state. The left, in its agitation over the voters choosing Trump, decides, you know what we're going to do? We're going to spend a lot more of their money. Again, you remember this piece, Free Press? A $20 billion slush fund paid by you to progressive nonprofits. It was March of 2025 that this piece came out. March of last year. The Department of Justice is now investigating something called the Greenhouse Gas reduction fund, a $27 billion program that was part of Joe Biden's $740 billion inflation reduction act, by the way, that did nothing to reduce inflation. It only stimulated more inflation as they printed all that money. Created in the spring of 2023, managed by the Environmental Protection Agency, the fund was supposed to be a first of its kind program to address the climate crisis while revitalizing Communities that it considered historically left behind. But it appears little of the $27 billion revitalized anything except the coffers of a range of environmental nonprofits associated with former Obama and Biden administration officials. Lee Zeldin, at the time Trump CPA administrator, telling the Free Press that the Biden people used it to, quote, justify handouts of billions of dollars to their far left friends. A Free Press investigation reveals that of the $27 billion, $20 billion was rushed out the door to eight nonprofit groups after Kamala Harris lost the election, but before President Trump took office. As one former EPA official put it on a secretly recorded video, it was akin to tossing gold bars off the Titanic. The eight groups were allocated sums that ranged between 400 million to $6.9 billion. Several of them were formed in August of 2023, just one month after the grant applications went live. In July of 23, when it became clear that large nine and ten figure grants would be up for grabs. The boards and staff of these eight groups included Democrat donors, people with connections to the Obama administrators and Biden administrations, and prominent Democrats like Stacey Frickin Abrams. These are some of the biggest grants to individual organizations in American history. And so the way they did this guys is they rammed the money out the door after the administration was clearly the loser, after President Trump had won reelection. And then they set it up. The way the money was dispersed, they wrote into the dispersals that any attempt to claw back the money would instantly trigger full disbursement to these left wing operations. It was designed to prevent the Trump people from, from trying to stop this money from going out the door. The left contemplated how can we steal from the American taxpayer? How can we fund the left wing political operation? And how can we prevent the Trump administration from calling this money back? That's the scheme they devised. And the money I just told you, $20 billion after the 2024 election, right out the door to these left wing operations. How much money are we talking about again with this DOJ settlement? What's the amount? 1.776 billion to American citizens who were attacked by the federal government. Not $20 billion to Stacey Abrams and friends. 1.776 billion. Back to the American taxpayers who were attacked by their government. All I'm asking is that as you assess all of this, just remember exactly what has happened in our country. One of the one. I feel like one of the goals of this program, to the extent that I'm able to achieve it each day, is to contextualize everything you're seeing yesterday, I just saw this hysteria. Like, what is this? I can't believe they're doing this. Just a slush fund. They're handing out all this money. President Trump is rewarding his friends. Are you aware at all of the left's violations of our rights on a routine basis of the schemes they've devised to fund their political projects that don't have any popular support? It's just under coercion. Taxpayers are being robbed to fund the left's political movement. You aware of this? Because once you become aware of it, you begin to think that 1776, $1.776 billion might not actually be enough. Just something to think about. We got a lot more coming up on the program. I want to talk to you about a massive bust of election fraud going on in Los Angeles. Could it be the beginning of a much larger trend of these kinds of busts? I hope it is, because there's a lot of election rigging to fix. There really is. Let us see. All right, let me tell you about two of our great sponsors real fast and then we'll dive back into it. But the reason we can do this show is thanks to the support of our great sponsors. I'm wearing a quince shirt today. I love my quince. And. The thing that never happens, it just happened again. And Harmony Dylan, God bless her, who's just been on an absolute terror is at the center of this takedown. We have, we have the news now of a Los Angeles woman who has been illegally, of course, paying homeless people to register to vote. And she's been doing it for 20 years. She's been doing it for 20 years and luckily the Trump administration has tracked her down. Here's Harmey Dhillon. Yesterday explaining what has just occurred.
Harmeet Dhillon
The Department of Justice has charged a longtime California signature gatherer under 52 USC section 10307, subsection C with one count of paying another person to register to vote in a federal election. The defendant, Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong has signed a plea agreement and has admitted her guilt on this charge. According to the plea agreement. And my colleague Billa Sale will be able to answer any specific questions about it. She worked as a petition circulator, aka signature gatherer, here in Los Angeles for approximately 20 years. And starting in 2025 or so after Ms. Brown Armstrong had a practice of going down to skid row here in Los Angeles, getting homeless people to sign these signature petitions that had to do with qualifying ballot measures and et cetera. She would sometimes find that the signatures would be disqualified because the people signing these signature petitions weren't actually registered to vote. To remedy this flaw in her business arrangements, she would then gather, starting in 2025, stacks of voter registration forms from the Los Angeles County Regist, our voters, and then go to skid row in downtown Los Angeles to have homeless people first sign the voter registration forms and then sign the signature petitions.
Vince
Got it. So she needed them for petitions, and she needed them for their votes. And when the petition things were turned away because they weren't registered to vote, she was paying them to register to vote. So she was committing all sorts of federal crimes. For two decades, she's been doing this. Now, somebody just in our chat. Who is that? DAC12, I think. DAC Dak Dak Da da da da da da. Somebody just asked. Yeah, DAC 1212 goes. Isn't this old news? I thought I saw this story a while ago. Good eye, Dak. Very good eye. In fact, it's true. This story was known to the public or anybody who was paying attention that people were being paid to be a part of these voter registration and petition operations. The new addition here is that the Justice Department's actually doing something about it, which is wonderful. And the reason we knew about this story is thanks to great citizen journalism, like the journalism that James o' Keefe produced, which just so happened to actually capture this woman, Brenda Brown, on camera doing this very thing. So the feds have all sorts of evidence against her, thanks to the video evidence that James o' Keefe created. Take a look at what he captured.
James O'Keefe
The petitioner, Brenda Brown, hands cash money to the homeless person not only for signing the California ballot initiative, but also as payment for them to register to vote.
Ashley Rojas
Now, because you haven't registered, I need to register you so I can get paid, too. Okay, you guys, I need to get paid.
James O'Keefe
That is a federal felony. And it didn't just happen once. It happened over and over and over again. We personally witnessed and covertly filmed this happening at least 28 times over the span of our investigation. And that is just in Los Angeles. Many of the homeless have zero understanding of what it is that they're actually signing.
Ashley Rojas
But what, what is that petition for?
Vince
You know the petition for.
President Donald J. Trump
I do not know what to say.
James O'Keefe
The petitioners instruct the homeless to enter madeup addresses like Pinocchio Lane.
Vince
What do I put as my address? Yeah. Oh, good.
James O'Keefe
And all of this occurring just outside the front doors of shelters and NGOs such as Weingart Center.
Vince
God bless James O'. Keefe. That is an incredible report. And it has led to real results as Harmeet Dillon and the U.S. attorney in L. A bill as sale bring real charges here. Now, one of the things that drives me crazy about this story is not merely that it was taking place for 20 years, but the criminal consequences that are involved are nowhere near what they should be. And that's just, that's a statutory matter. The maximum penalty here is five years in prison. And I'm sitting there going, wait a second. If you've been doing this for 20 years, wouldn't it be somehow commensurate that you serve like at least a 20 year prison sentence? But they say five years is the max in the statute here, which drives me nuts. A marine. But you've got to follow the law regardless that because it turns out normal people want to follow the law. A Marina Del Rey woman agreeing to plead guilty to bombshell charges that she paid homeless people on skid row to register in a 20 year scheme tied to illegal petition signature collection. This is the California Post. This is the California affiliate of the New York Post reporting on this. She even let homeless people use her own address to register to vote, meaning mail in ballots could be sent to her home. Could be sent to her home. Her name, of course, as you mentioned, as we mentioned, Brenda Brown. Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong. She's also known as Anika. She took that plea deal for the one felony count of paying another person register to vote in a federal election. Now, look, if I, if I go down here, there's, you know, she's getting the money. She's been working as a petition collector for various vendors and individuals known as coordinators who have not been named by prosecutors. I want to know about the coordinators. I want to know more about the vendors and coordinators here because that seems to me that's the target rich environment that we need to be focused on. Not just this woman who can barely complete English sentences. You know, if you go down in the piece, the California Post talked to her and they asked her some questions about all of this. And this is what she said. Listen to this. The woman said she was Just quote, confused, quote. I didn't think what I was doing was really bad. Armstrong exclusively told the California Post before appearing in court on Monday. I've never been in this predicament before in my life about the voters cards. I didn't think it was bad to do because it never got submitted to the voter register. It never got up to the voting thing, the registry, she continued. I just think it's confused right now. I really am. The woman can barely speak English and she was being used for 20 years as a vehicle for these kinds of crimes. So what I would like to know is who the hell put her up to this? Are we going to take down the broader scheme that's behind a bunch of Brenda's going out and handing out this money in order to violate our election laws and the integrity of our elections to a bunch of drugged up homeless people on skid row? They said in some cases you literally was paying people with cigarettes to fill out these petitions and voter registration forms. Bill of SALE Again, great U.S. attorney out there in California right now, former state legislator. He took a shot at the state of California, says the California Post, noting that this all could have been prevented if the state of California had shared the voter rolls with them to begin with. Quote, we want to get to the bottom of how widespread the fraud is. The best way for us to do that is to audit the voter rolls in the state of California, which by law we should have the ability to do, he said. We have been engaged in proactive litigation. They ought to sue the state of California, which is resisting the federal government's right to audit the California voter rolls. This could have all been avoided. We didn't, we didn't need James o' Keefe to capture a video. All you had to do was provide your voter rolls. So you know, if Greasy Gavin Newsom was sincere about the well being of Californians, he would be happily volunteering his voter rolls to the United States Department of Justice so that harmony Dillon Co. Can enforce civil rights in the United States America. The Civil Rights Division at the Justice Department handles election laws and so Harmony Dillon's been asking all the states, hey, provide your voter rolls because we want to verify that we don't have people who are on voter rolls in multiple states. We don't want non citizens on the voter rolls, although we keep finding tens of thousands of those. We don't want illegal aliens on the voter rolls. We don't want dead people on the voter rolls. We want clean, functional voter rolls that protect the rights of American Voters and don't in any way disenfranchise a voter. In other words, they're protecting our civil rights. And guess who doesn't want to protect our civil rights? Democrat run states. California, no interest in your civil rights whatsoever. In fact, they're perfectly content with illegal aliens and bums interfering in our elections and people handing out money in order to make that happen. Pretty sick stuff. Very sick stuff. Yeah. How many illegal alien bums, by the way, were involved in this scheme? Just while we're on the subject, how many of the homeless people on skid row are actually also illegal aliens who in exchange for cigarettes and two or three bucks were registering to vote and signing petitions? Curious about that. But man, it's great to see some action on this. It really is. I. I'm grateful to Harmeet, Dylan. Harmeet, stay in the fight. We're rooting for you. We're rooting for you. Take down these networks. We can't just stop with Brenda. We gotta. There's a bigger network behind her, clearly. Yeah, the left. The left is crazy. We've got some more evidence for that this week. You see, yesterday there was a hearing for Luigi Mangione, the. The. The assassin, the accused assassin who killed the UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson. There was a hearing yesterday about what evidence would be admissible in his trial. But that's not what I want to talk about with you today. I want to talk about the left wing lunatics who were standing outside of the hearing yesterday. Yesterday wearing press passes. Did you guys see this? The way New York City media access works for government functions. Government functions at City hall or at the courthouse. The way it works is you only get credentials with the blessings of the mayor of City Hall. They credential you for access to these events. And so yesterday there were three left wing women who were all credentialed by Zoran Mamdani's office to cover the Mangione hearing. And so they show up outside the courthouse wearing their mayor issued credentials. And as they're standing there, they started celebrating Luigi Mangione. They started fangirling over the guy. So these three women, clearly with some sort of weird daddy issues, are standing outside of the court talking about how great Luigi Mangione is and how wonderful it is that assassination is becoming the norm in the United States of America. Again, these are nominally members of the press, according to Mamdani. Watch this lunacy captured on camera just outside the courthouse. Watch this cut.
Lena Weisbrot
Three people need to know how much power they have to resist with rights like Jury nullification, which is information that's purposely obfuscated from the public. Especially because our government and the health insurance companies, they're literally stealing our money and using it to kill us. Like, come on. The American people need to stand up for themselves. It's about time. It's beyond time.
Vince
I'm arriving late. Can you tell me who you are
Ashley Rojas
and why you're here today?
Lena Weisbrot
Yeah. My name is Lena and we've just been court watching all of the court dates. And we're part of a group called.
Jeanine Pirro
What, What. What are you called?
Ashley Rojas
The Magin says we are a tree, that April is right there and stuff like that. We're essentially here to be Luigi man's advocate. As well as bringing social issues to life and also having more young youth engagement when it comes to social issues like this. That's our primary focus.
Vince
Okay, that's enough. So. So they call themselves Maginistas, as in Luigi Mangioni. They're Luigi Mangioni fangirls. And you saw the girl dressed in the Hot Topic outfit telling you how much she loves Luigi Mangioni and how much she hates the health care companies. And of course they're justifying the left wing assassination culture which is taking over in the United States of America. And ma', am, Donnie gave these women press credentials as if they're legitimate members of the media, which of course they're not. They're not. They're crazed lunatics salivating over Luigi Mangione killing a health care CEO. It's completely demented. There were three of them. Their names are Abril Rios. Check this out. New York Post. Abril Rios, Ashley Rojas and Lena Weisbrot. They showed off their passes that they received from Mamdani, apparently for their online content documenting Mangioni's upcoming trial for the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The credentialed quote, reporters chillingly made no bones about supporting Mangione's alleged vendetta to strike fear into the hearts of healthcare executives such as Thompson. Look at these idiots. Where are their parents? The hell happened here? And they went on. They. They do not care at all. Here's. Listen to this woman. This. Her name is Ashley Rojas, saying that she doesn't give a flying F about the fact that Brian Thompson is dead. In fact, she's glad he's dead. Member of the press according to Mamdani. Watch.
Ashley Rojas
I said. I said what? I said I don't give a.
Lena Weisbrot
His children are better off without him. They need to learn to not be like their dad and enjoy the blood money kids.
Ashley Rojas
Was that. What was that? I didn't get the.
Vince
What you said.
Ashley Rojas
I'm standing on business. Ryan Thompson. I don't give a.
Lena Weisbrot
Millions of Americans liked it.
Ashley Rojas
Millions of Americans suffer every single day from black market when it comes to healthcare. We had a literal incident who, because of how negligent her health insurance was, she died. An infant died. So if you guys are okay with someone like Ryan's constant being around and that being a part of our society, that says more about you as a person because you look absolutely monstrous.
Vince
Okay, so what you're watching. Thank you, that's enough. What you're watching, of course, is, is a demonic impulse that has been playing out on the left and it's only been growing. This goes back to an ongoing theme that we've had to discuss, unfortunately, in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination, the many assassination attempts on President Trump, the desire to kill Elon Musk by the left, the. The torching of Tesla vehicles just because Elon Musk was trying to make the government more efficient. The left has an assassination culture. Over 50% of lefties, according to that Rutgers University survey from April of last year, found that they would justify the assassination of President Trump. Nearly as many said they would say the same thing about Elon Musk. 40% of them believe that Donald Trump's been faking all of his assassination attempts. We've got a mass psychosis going on on the American left. And this kind of venom that they're spewing towards the health companies, it's, it's so, it's so tailored to these kind of demented left wing political goals. Like, first of all, they think assassination is the way you're supposed to redress grievances. Insane. That's never the way you're supposed to redress grievances. Secondly, they don't. They don't. It's not like they wield actual critiques of health care companies that are involved in, say, the mutilation of children. When you've got major health care companies who are justifying chopping off the genitals of kids and then suggesting that a boy can become a girl or vice versa. You don't see these left wing people out there protesting that, going, that's a total violation of the rights of those children. No, these lefties are all in on the current thing. That's their entire operation. It's all about left wing political power. It has nothing to do with treating people well and not abusing them. So even that Part of their justification is a lie. All these people are, are Soviets, they're Marxists, they're Chinese Cultural Revolution people. They're agents of chaos. They're trying to create chaos in the United States as a means for the Democrat Party to grow power. And of course Zoran Mamdani hands them out press credentials in the service of that goal. Pretty sick stuff. Very sick. Yeah. And you can see this is again, it's not the easiest thing in the world to get a New York City press credential. And there they are. Traditionally you've had to have demonstrated evidence. I remember this because we years ago I had a reporter credentialed to cover City Hall. I'm trying to remember which administration we were covering. But you had to demonstrate some pretty extensive evidence that you were covering New York City politics or New York City's government a lot before you even were able to secure a credential. And now the people, these Manginistas who are rooting on as political assassins for the left, they're just giving out press credentials to them like crazy. So just in case you're wondering how this works. That's how it works. That's how it works. Meanwhile, south of New York City, Washington D.C. the Internet has been served. Horrific video from the weekend of yet another so called teen takeover of a Chipotle in the Navy yard in Washington D.C. as a bunch of teenagers were engaged in an all out brawl, hitting each other over the over the head with high chairs as a scared family hid in the corner just hoping to survive the chaos. Take a look of the viral video getting around the Internet right now of the chaos inside of a DC Chipotle. Watch this come five. Craziness. Chairs being thrown, furniture being flipped, teenagers attacking each other in the most vile way. Family hiding in the corner. Father trying to protect his kids in the midst of all of this, keep the the flying furniture away from his children. There's another angle on the attack from outside. Just chaos. All black teenagers fighting each other in the middle of a Navy Yard Chipotle. Madness. Utter madness. And of course, as you know, President Trump has done a lot to try and clean up Washington D.C. but this continues to be a massive problem. Now if it's up to U.S. attorney Jeanine Pirro, it won't be a massive problem for long. She's trying to fix this. And the way she's trying to fix this is just days ago she announced she will be prosecuting the parents of any teenager who is out violating the law, disturbing the peace, violating CURFEWS and causing the kinds of chaos that you just saw in that Chipotle. Here's Jeanine Pirro announcing a major crackdown on all of this. Cut seven. Here she is talking about this terror. Terrorizing is going to end.
Jeanine Pirro
These are not harmless gatherings. They are violent and they are disruptive. And you can see from what happened at Chipotle's this past weekend, it was not just violence occurring between individuals. It was simply destruction of property. It was a takeover of a restaurant by individuals who felt that they could get away with it. Well, they're not going to get away with it and I'm going to tell you how in a couple of minutes. But this terrorizing is going to end. And the message that lawlessness runs the streets is over. The city belongs to law abiding residents, not roaming mobs looking to make a name for themselves or to contribute to the chaos or violence and to get social media attention. These are not kids being kids.
Vince
They're not kids being kids. In fact, parents, here's the message. We are going to prosecute you. We're going to prosecute you. Now, how will this work exactly? How can they prosecute the parents? Well, Jeanine Pirro laid out the details. Listen to how she's going to go at this watch.
Jeanine Pirro
Then on Friday, I made it clear that I was going against the parents who take and refuse to take responsibility to stop this kind of thing. I said they would face consequences and I meant it. I talked about DC code and I want to reiterate, it is 22811 that I am going to use to prosecute you for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Parents, you are not a bystander in this crisis. The taxpayers who were footing the bill by extra policing, cleaning up damaged property, suffering the effects of these illegal gatherings, whether it be no. Or fights or robberies or chaos are done. Starting now. Parents, you're paying the bills. And if you know where your teen is and what your teen is doing and you allow them to continue their conduct and continue to allow them to flourish, then we're going to prosecute you. And you can't just say, well, I really didn't know. I'm not so sure this is going to be a strict liability crime and a strict liability prosecution. How am I going to do this? When teens are repeatedly violating the curfew, when they're repeatedly truant from school, when they possess alcohol or drugs, no matter how much, it doesn't mean that they have to be prosecuted when they are violating a court order or when they're already appends a person in need of supervision or committing criminal offenses like we saw in Chipotle, we're coming for you and we're coming for your parents. If your teen parents is a curfew violator, you're subject to a $500 fine each and every time. And if there are crimes under contributing to the delinquency of a minor, you face up to six months in prison. And I am not shy about looking for jail time. The people of the district have had enough and we do not want this increasing as these teens run wild through our neighborhoods.
Vince
Someone needs to take responsibility. Whose job is it to have responsibility over a teenager? The answer is their parents. And if we're going to hold anybody accountable, it's got to be the parents. If you need somebody to step in. And the way we're going to do that is to compel the parents to do the job that they're supposed to, which is to raise their children right. If you're contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Jeanine Pirro is coming after you. What a difference a U.S. attorney makes. What a difference. Remember her predecessor, the left wing lunatic who was going after all the January six people? That guy straight up dropped 70% of all of the prosecutions in the city. You know, cops would put handcuffs on bad guys and he would refuse to prosecute. We have a very different administration in charge now and thank God. And now maybe we'll get some backup. Not just the police having to respond to this chaos, but now maybe parents can step up to the plate out of fear that they're going to be fined and thrown in jail if they fail. A lot of pressure there. It's good. I hope it pays off. Good to see Jean Pirro placing that pressure, by the way, on that front, as much as DC Is Democrat run. The mayor, Muriel Bowser, is now asking the city council to restore an extended teen curfew. In other words, to extend the amount of hours where teens are not allowed out in public on their own. And she's now begging the city council to do the right thing. It's sad that she has to beg, but they really should do the right thing. We have to restore order to the nation's capital as much as humanly possible. That would be really good. Finally today, speaking of the nation's capital, on Sunday there was an amazing prayer rally in Washington D.C. in the national Mall designed to rededicate our country to one nation under God. Now, any American citizen with any understanding of our nation's history whatsoever will appreciate the fact that we are one nation under God. In fact, it's right there in our founding documents in the Declaration of Independence. We are endowed by our Creator with inalienable rights. Now, if your kid doesn't know that, sit them down and educate them. That's an essential ingredient to being a productive American citizen. Understanding where your rights actually come from. Now, Mike Johnson laid this out on Sunday. Listen to Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House, explain one of the most elemental simple principles of what it means to be an American citizen and where your rights actually come from. Cut 12. Watch this.
Mike Johnson
And now, as we approach the 250th anniversary of American independence, we face a new, new set of challenges in a new era. In recent years, we've seen sinister ideologies sow confusion and discord among our people. We've witnessed attacks on our history, on our heroes, and the cherished moral and spiritual identity of this great nation. These voices insist to the young and impressionable that our story, the American story, is one of a oppression and hypocrisy and failure. And that this story can only be understood through the lens of our sins. But Father, we reject that. We rebuke it in your name. Those voices have seeked to distort the self evident truth that we know so well that our founders boldly proclaim that the declaration that our rights. Rights do not derive from the government. They come from you, our Creator and Heavenly Father.
Vince
Your rights come from God. Your natural rights come from God. Now it used to be that that was commonly understood, but the left's project means erasing that understanding. Their view is that your rights come from the government. Don't believe me? Check out this exchange about Mike Johnson's remarks that just happened on Miz. Now take a look at this. What about this passage from Mike Johnson declaring that our rights do not derive from government, they come from you, our Creator and Heavenly Father. Is this him putting God over the Declaration of Independence?
McKay Coppins
Okay, well, you know, I actually think that that idea is not wholly uncommon. I mean, the idea that we have certain inalienable rights that come from God can be read in a fairly benign way, which is basically that we have innate human rights that our Constitution and our government, our democratic government, are meant to codify. Right.
Vince
Okay, enough.
McKay Coppins
That idea is totally.
Vince
The point is. The point is the host, Katie Turt, I love. I love that guy McKay Coppins is like trying to figure out how to squirm out of this particular thing. He's like, that was crazy what she just said. Yes, your rights come from God. What a weird way to phrase that. Now, a normal person would hear that, be like, that's insane chat. You probably thought that was insane. Yeah, me too. You hear that? Like, are you saying God is over the Declaration of Independence? Yes, but also the Declaration of Independence straight up sources God as the place from which our, quote, inalienable rights come from. She knows nothing about this. Now you may think to yourself, I was talking before our program, as I do each day, with our producer Josh, and he was like, where does something like this come from? Is it. She fed a talking point? She fed that question. No. You know where that came from? It's a conspiracy of instinct. There's a reason that the left sounds like this all the time. Instinctively. They know that their project is predicated on this idea that your rights come from government, which of course is not true. This is why when you hear Bernie Sanders and aoc, agent of chaos say things like, health care is a right. Health care is a right. No, no. Anyone who's ever done a basic study into American history knows that your rights are derived from, from God. Your rights are to be protected from government interference. That's why we have the Bill of rights, those first 10amendments which are designed to protect you from the government encroaching upon your God given rights. It's not about the government giving you something, it's about you being protected from the government, taking it away. That's what your rights are. Your rights are derived from God. And our founders understood this. As you're watching the media attack even the very notion that we acknowledge God like God, oh, that's ridiculous. Your rights come from government. The average attitude of a Miss now host and anybody else that serves the Democrat Party's propaganda purposes is that all of your, quote, rights need to come from government. Which is why Katie Tur was so confused and scandalized by hearing Mike Johnson say something true out loud. That's how that clip got produced. And in case you're wondering at all, how is it that so many lefties have become so freaking radical to the point that they think that President Trump should be assassinated or they're standing outside of City hall rooting on Luigi Mangione killing healthcare executives. The answer lies in the media and platforms that they consume. Places like Miz now that take it as their gospel that your rights come from government rather than God, which is a lie and it's a very dangerous one, as we keep finding out. I've got a lot more to get to. We'll do it on the Vince show today, which is the big national radio show. Go to the vinshow.com for your local radio listings.
