Hillary Clinton, Hillary Clinton testified yesterday from Chappaqua, New York, and that what a, what an amazing accommodation that they give this chick and her testimonies about what she knew about Jeffrey Epstein. And of course, it might not come as a surprise to you. She claims, I know nothing. I don't know anything about the guy, Jeffrey ep, who? Hillary Clinton told lawmakers during closed door testimony she never even met Jeffrey Epstein. Never met the guy. I wouldn't recognize him if I was in the same room with him. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the House Oversight Committee during roughly six hours of testimony Thursday she's got nothing to share. No one knew information about Jeffrey Epstein and his co conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. And she criticized Republicans handling of their investigations into the late convicted sex offender. Isn't this an amazing thing? You know, think about this like the Clintons welcomed Ghislaine Maxwell to Chelsea's wedding. Ghislaine Maxwell standing right there in the aisle applauding at Chelsea's wedding. And they're very close. In fact, in the, in the statements she made yesterday, she said she had no idea about their criminal activities, meaning Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. I don't recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein. I never flew on his plane or visited his island home or his offices, she said. And she said she answered all of the questions. And she once again reiterated that she never Met Jeffrey Epstein. She knew Ghislaine Maxwell casually as an acquaintance, she says. And she goes, I don't know how many times I had to say it. And she said. The session took an odd turn towards the end when one of the members asked her about UFOs and the pizzagate conspiracy theory. What's the Pizza Gate conspiracy theory? Is that where powerful people are abusing children? Isn't that kind of the whole Jeffrey Epstein saga? Committee chair James Comer said the interview was productive. I think we learned a lot, he said. They, they had a bunch of questions about the Clinton Global Initiative. Clinton. Hillary told the lawmakers, you have to ask my husband. You have to ask my husband. Okay, so they are going to ask her husband questions today. Bill testifies today. But one of the amazing moments, one of the wild moments from the Hillary testimony yesterday is it got upended by the fact that Congresswoman Lauren Boebert of Colorado took a photo of Hillary. In fact, it was a rather boring photo of Hillary. It was one of the most typical boring photos of Hillary you've ever seen. Looking kind of annoyed and indignant. There she is. This is the photo that was sent to Benny Johnson. You know, Benny, Benny with the Benny show. He gets a hold of this. Lauren Boebert sends it to him. It's not a secret that she sent it to him. He declared it up front that Blarn Bobert just sent this to me. And what ended up happening is as a result of that decision. Here, let me show you. Here, here's. Here's the actual picture. This is one of the pictures here on Benny's account. This is rumble.com Vince, if you want to see the imagery, but you don't really need to see it. In fact, your gag reflex might. Thank you because it's just a picture of Hillary's face. Betty Johnson shares this photo. There's nothing scandalous about. Look at this. It's just a picture of Hillary. There's a picture of water in front of her. She's surrounded by her lawyers. And that's. That's the whole. That's the whole story. And then there's another photo that Congresswoman Boebert sent to Benny Johnson. It's just a photo stretching all the way down the table. Full shot of the Clinton Epstein testimony, currently ongoing. Wow, what a. What a picture. Well, that photo, that decision to send, that upended the entire hearing. Hillary was very grateful for a technicality on which to cause a. Cause a stir, to throw a fit. And so she did yesterday. In fact, the Entire deposition was halted as her lawyers began disputing the fact that, oh, that photo should have never gotten out. We should have never had a photo of Hillary Clinton making its way out into the public that was not authorized. Benny Johnson would later say on X, as he was reacting to all of this, that it was authorized. And it's hilarious that they're trying to use this to weasel out of answering questions on Epstein. It was Hillary who demanded this deposition be live for all to see. That's true. Hillary did demand that she wanted to have a circus. Lauren Boebert would also write on X that Benny did nothing wrong. We are proceeding with the deposition. And they did. But there's no doubt that Hillary tried to exploit the photo as a way to create a circus in the hearing yesterday. And then when she left the hearing and stepped out to the press yesterday, she said that the photo saga was very upsetting. We had these rules. It was a closed hearing, and one of the members violated. Violated it. Here's Hillary Clinton saying that she was very upset, as if she has emotions other than being angry at you for asking questions.

Watch Challenge. In the beginning, because we had agreed upon rules based on the fact it was going to be a closed hearing at their demand. And one of the members violated that rule, which was very upsetting because it suggested that they might violate other of our agreements. So we had to cease the hearing for a period of time until we could get assurances that no rules would be broken going forward. And we returned to answer questions repetitively, literally over and over again. I don't know how many times I had to say, I did not know Jeffrey Epstein. I never went to his island. I never went to his homes. I never went to his offices. So it's on the record.

You know, it's funny, a couple of things from that clip. One, how arrogant is this chick? She's. She's so completely arrogant. She's so full of herself. It's so freaking patronizing. It's like. It's like these people, they're wasting my time. I can't. We. I. I set up terms by which I would even talk to them, and they're violating them. So we had to stop everything until I was satisfied. She is so completely full of herself. It's under. Unbelievable. Another thing that happened yesterday, and I don't know if this is any of the audio we have, but it might be, but she was straight up pretending she had no idea who Jeffrey Epstein was. At one point, she referred to him as Epstein and. And then switched it to Epstein, like she was having trouble remembering his last name. It's hilarious, honestly, I mean, but it also, you know, is a tip of the hand that she definitely knows who she's dealing with. And by the way, I would not be surprised given that she's a world class liar if she actually did have some sort of meaningful experience or time with Jeffrey Epstein. But there she is yesterday being like, I don't really know anything about it. Never even met the guy. Never met the guy. Sure, sure, Hillary. And of course, like she was letting her husband step out like crazy. She's constantly defending the fact that he's violating their marriage non stop because they've got all this money flowing in and they're. And there's no way, there's no way she's given up that like the two of them are going down together. The two of them are going down together, if they're going down at all. So neither of them are going to turn on each other here because you know, they're the Clintons. They're the Clintons. Now this whole thing about the photo being coming out and making Hillary very upset. Pretty funny. Lauren Boebert walked past the press yesterday and some reporters screamed out, tell us why you sent that picture. Tell us why you sent that picture. You don't remember? I just returned to my hotel room, I installed the bleach bit software and I took a hammer to my iPad. So as far as any photos, I can't recall that was a deep cut from Lauren Boebert. I love that. That was a great, it was a great response. That was really funny. Remember that was Hillary Clinton who did that. For those who don't remember, Hillary Clinton used a bleach bit software to erase all of the files that she stole from the federal government classified documents. Yeah, we used bleach bit. So I have no idea. Bleach bit. I'd never even heard of bleach bit. What a, what a technology. And then they took ball peen hammers to all the, all the hardware they were destroying, iPads and phones. This really is a great response from Lauren Bobert. And on that last detail, I can't recall. I can't recall. Remember that also is Hillary Clinton's move. She was doing it yesterday. I can't recall. I Can't recall. There's all these things I can't recall. Additionally, she couldn't recall all the time she was stealing classified information from the American people or if she was ever trained on how to handle it. I remember in 2016, the FBI interviews her in the midst of the election in July. It was actually, I think, July 4th weekend that they talked to her. And. And then it came out that Clinton told the FBI she couldn't recall any briefing or training by the State Department related to the retention of federal records or the handling of classified information. The documents indicate that Clinton told investigators she either didn't recall or couldn't remember at least 39 times. Secretary of State, she has no idea she was ever trained on the handling of classified information. I can't recall. I can't recall. I just can't recall. I can't remember. Often in response to questions about process, potential training, or the content of specific emails, of course, you know, it's just a gigantic, gigantic pile of horse crap. She, of course, recalls she set up a private server in a fricking bathroom in Chappaqua in order to evade public records requirements and to steal classified information. I can't recall. How would that even get set up? You're the Secretary of State. You've got a server staring at you when you're sitting on the toilet and you're acting like you have no idea how that got there.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. This is Hillary. She's brazen. She. She's. She. She's brazen. She's got Gavin Newsome levels of lying. She's a liar. She can't recall now as to the details of what they talked about. Yesterday, Hillary was asked a question by one of the reporters standing outside about all these photos of Bill with these women hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein, these girls. What's going on? Bill's getting massages on camera. What the hell is going on? Can you answer some of this for us, Hillary? Cut three. Watch this.

You spoke in your opening remarks about how heartbroken you have been for the Epstein survivors as these files have come out.

Can you talk to us a little

bit about how you have processed and reacted to the fact that the former president, your husband, Bill Clinton, is reference to the Epstein files numerous times, including in some photos featuring women. And how have you been personally preparing for the deposition that is coming tomorrow? Are you 100% confident that there isn't anything that the former President knows about Epstein's crimes?

I am. And I think the chronology of the connection that he had with Epstein. Epstein ended years, several years before anything about Epstein's criminal activities came to light. And that he was charged and sadly given a sweetheart deal, which, as I said in my statement, had that not happened, perhaps his predatory behavior could have been stopped earlier. But I think it is fair to say that the vast majority of people who had contact with with him before his criminal pleas in 08

most people, they did not know what he was doing. And I think that that is exactly what my husband will testify to tomorrow.

So if you're listening very carefully, she says Bill got out of Epstein's orbit before the public knew he was a perv. That's the explanation, Bill. Boy, that Bill really liked spending time with Epstein. Love traveling to that island, loved hanging out with these girls. You see the picture? The picture was on screen a second ago. That's not a justification. Bill knew Bill was spending all of his time with Epstein. Of course Bill knew. That's Hillary. Now, Hillary, in addition, she tried to make yesterday about Donald Trump, of course, because that's the most typical Hillary Clinton thing ever. Hillary Clinton tried to turn a Clinton scandal into a Trump scandal yesterday, suggesting that it's actually Donald Trump who is the one who was guilty of something. This is all an effort to distract from Donald Trump's actions and cover them up. Despite legitimate calls for answers. She said, she said that he, he needs to be called to testify under oath about the tens of thousands of times he shows up in the Epstein files. Hillary Clinton doing a wrap up smear on Donald Trump and trying to get her husband out of the trouble that he's created for himself. Now, of course, if you've been following this saga at all, not closely at all, you know that Donald Trump is a hero in the Epstein saga, not a villain. He's a hero. In fact, Scott Jennings went on television yesterday, one of the few voices of clarity on cnn, and he said, this is crazy what the left is attempting to do to Donald Trump right now when he's the guy who, who actually helped take down Epstein in the first place. Watch this.

If the files can be released, and they should be released according to the law that Congress passed, they should do that. Now. I know they have a process for going through these documents and just weeding out things that are duplicative or not germane. And as was explained yesterday here. There are files all over the country apparently, and they're still collecting them. So I get the process may be a little more onerous than perhaps many people know regarding Trump. I mean, if they end up asking him questions, I assume he's going to end up testifying somewhat about the whistleblower status that he has in these files. I mean, the only real true thing that we know is that he called up the police in Florida and said, you need to look at this. You need to look at this guy. You need to look at Ghislaine Maxwell. He was telling them, he was warning them about what Jeffrey Epstein was doing. And although you're being quite clear that the President has never been accused of anything, any wrongdoing. You have Democrat after Democrat after Democrat. Even Hillary Clinton just a little while ago, all too happy to go on television and cast aspersions on his character using this idea that while his name appears in the files, they're trying to mislead the American people. It's the Steele dossier all over again. That's all this is.

We're pulling for Jasmine here because she is the most theatrically psychotic Democrat in the country. It'd be perfect for her to be the nominee in Texas. But you know, Jesse Talarico is not really far behind her either. They're both, they're both kind of back one all crazy, but that's what the markets look like right now. So we'll see. Is the Senate going to pass it? Is the Senate busy passing the Save America Act? Let's take a quick look here at cut 5. What the Senate is up to this week. Let's see.

There he is. Yep, there they are. They've got a dog parade going on in the Senate. That's the heart centered office building. Look at that they're wheeling. There's Jim justice behind his dog. Dog being dragged around in a wagon.

Everybody knows baby dog story, right?

There's Thom Tillis Thumbelina leading the parade. It's all very exciting in the United States Senate. And by the way, in case you're wondering, like is that just something that came together randomly? Oh, no. They actually put effort into the dog parade. The dog. They, they really did. In fact, there was a full blown resolution passed by the Senate in order to get the dog parade in place. Rachel Bovard actually tracked this down for us. Take a look. Here it is. Look at this. A resolution authorizing the use of the atrium in the Philip A. Hart Senate Office Building for a bipartisan doggy Gras parade on February 25, 2026 from 4pm to 6pm the sponsor, Thom Tillis and it was agreed to by unanimous consent. The Senate actually passed this through its official body by unanimous consent. A bipartisan doggy gras. That's what they're up to. Like Vince, what does this have to do with the SAVE Act? Well, it turns out the Senate is capable of conducting business. It just has to be frivolous nonsense. But if it involves saving the country, they don't really have time for that. You know, Thom Tillis was asked yesterday, a reporter asked him about the pushback that he's been getting on the from the fact that he held a dog parade and didn't pass the SAVE Act. And he said this, this is ready. This is the statement. He said they're either sad cases or cat owners. With all due respect, I like cats. My God, it was a 45 minute session. I can walk and chew gum at the same time. They should try it.

Thumb, you can walk and chew gum? Because it kind of looks like you can walk dogs and not pass the Save act at the same time. That sort of looks like what's going on right now in the United States Senate. Because that's exactly what's going on in the United States Senate. Yesterday we got a pretty over the top headline from Punchbowl, which is a D.C. publication, tracks Congress's activities. And the headline was, thune declares talking filibuster Dead. Now, to be clear, Thune never declared the talking filibuster dead. I'm not really in the business of defending Jonathan. We've been very aggressively, you know, knocking on his door, calling him out, trying to get John Thune to pressure all of his members to pass the SAVE act via the talking filibuster. But the idea that soon declared the talking filibuster dead is nonsense. Thune said now two days ago that his entire conference doesn't agree on the talking filibuster. They're not there yet on that. That doesn't mean the talking filibuster is dead. It means there's a negotiation. But the child who wrote this Punchbowl piece doesn't actually know that or wants it to be dead. We'd have to have 50 Republicans to defeat every amendment. Thune told reporters. That's not where we are right now. That's not where we are right now. Okay, so that's an. That's an honest assessment of the fact that some Republican senators are not yet on board. But let's keep the pressure on. Who are we talking about? Well, there's Thom. Thom Tillis said he's a no. On the motion to proceed to the Save America act absent a clear plan to pass it without nuking the legislative filibuster. Yeah, we have a clear plan to pass it without nuking the legislative filibuster. It's called the talking filibuster Thumb. What the hell is this garbage? John Curtis is the junior senator from Utah. Not only is he inferior in terms of time, he's also inferior, apparently, in terms of impressiveness because Mike Lee is great in Utah. So what is John Curtis doing? John Curtis, another co sponsor of the Save America act, suggested he wouldn't vote to table Democrat amendment votes if it meant changing the Senate's rules. I've been absolutely clear. Curtis said breaking the filibuster is breaking the filibuster. So the reason or method doesn't matter. It's breaking the filibuster. You're not. You're not breaking the filibuster. Either you are ignorant and that's the charitable version of events, or you're lying. Nobody's breaking any filibusters. No rules are being changed. It is a speaking filibuster. These are the rules of the Senate. Engage them. Mitch McConnell has not backed the underlying bill. Lisa Murkowski, as you know, she already opposes everything altogether. It's insanity. Mitch McConnell, for his part, was just captured on video. Looks like a woman by the name of Desiree Townsend captured this being rolled through the United States Senate yesterday. You ready for this? Being rolled through the Senate Office Building. And she asked him, hey, what's the deal? You gonna support the SAVE Act? When is this coming? Can you support the SAVE Act? Take a look at Mitch McConnell and the state that he is in. For those of you listening, he's in a wheelchair. He's just staring. He's not. He doesn't have any emotions whatsoever. Wash for McConnell. Can you give us some information on why you blocked the SAVE act?

He lost his daughter Katie last year in January to an illegal alien in a awful car accident in Urbana, Illinois. Joe, thank you so much for joining me today. Sir.

I want to start just so the audience knows your story. Tell us about Katie and the circumstances that led to you losing her.

[Joe Abraham]

Sure. Katie was 20 years old. She was a third year student at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She loved the water. Water polo player, swimmer. She loved music. Such an eclectic taste. Everything from like country to blues to rock. I mean, it was just amazing. Her playlist, she would pull together. She was such a bright light spirit in our family and a lot of different friend groups. And she had this really, this really crazy wit, just this sense of humor that you don't see very often. And how she could read a room, whether it was adults or whether it was children in the room, she would be able to maneuver and navigate. She also had so much compassion and pulled people in. So she was going down to Urbana, Illinois, where the University of Illinois is, to visit some friends. All they were doing is they were at a idol at a stoplight in Urbana and they were smashed in from behind at almost 80 miles an hour. It turned out to be a drunk driving illegal immigrant in Guatemala. National he was actually using a Mexican national alias while in Illinois roaming around free. Clearly no background or vetting checks there. The car was devastated. They had the pride open to pull her lifeless body out of it. He fled the scene. Of course, they did apprehend him once Donald Trump took over. I think it was on the 22nd of January. They apprehended him when the Border was closed and agents were able to do their jobs. And so he is incarcerated. Then we find out while being incarcerated in court that he's actually being treated for hiv. So here's no moral judgments here, but here's another. Another Illinois failure. This has been a complete Illinois system failure. The government here is just so incompetent when it comes to things like this. He was let in without any background checks. He had no formal schooling. He had no English speaking abilities, no Spanish abilities, no reading and writing. Spoke some Mayan tai Chi language from the mountainous regions of Guatemala. He had hiv. And Illinois did nothing for this guy. They allowed to roam around the state in our communities, reckless as can be. How he was making his living, I'm not sure. I suspect my tax dollars that J.B. pritzker continues to gouge us with was used to help support him. So how great is that that my tax dollars went to my daughter's killer? So that, that's basically it. I mean, that's. That's a tragedy that our family's been living with for over a year now.

[Vince]

Do you know when he was led into the country?

[Joe Abraham]

So he was previously deported, and I think that's why he came back in with an alias. I believe it was in 2022 is what I was told. So during the Biden and New Yorkist regime.

[Vince]

So he came in before he killed your daughter under Biden?

[Joe Abraham]

Yes, yes.

[Vince]

It's just awful. Was your daughter in the front seat of that vehicle?

[Joe Abraham]

She was, actually. There were five women in the vehicle. She was in behind the back seat, behind the driver. So she died on the scene. Another woman died the next day. And then there were three injuries, decimated this vehicle. I mean, they were just at a stoplight while he. Barreled into him. No breaking, swerving, just ran right into him. Of course, nothing happened to him. He was able to get out of the car and run away on foot. Yeah. So that's really what happened.

[Vince]

As I understand it, having read some of the news coverage of it, he was intoxicated. If I understand correctly, his car was full of beer cans. He had just visited multiple bars. Is that right?

[Joe Abraham]

Yes, that's absolutely right. 100% correct. And Urbana pulled him over I don't know how many times, but always. I know. At least once. Didn't go to his court date, didn't pay his fines. Illinois didn't follow up. They allowed him just to go drive off again. No license, but I think he finally got a license. I can't get any detail from Illinois on That on the police report that had a driver's license, and if he does have one. That was one of my questions to one of my 11 questions to J.B. pritzker, where he ignored is just explain to me. And these were factual questions. Not ideological. Ideology. Ideology questions. These were just factual questions. Hey, by the way, he clearly in court said he doesn't read or write or speak or anything. How did he pass a driver's test? I had to study for the driver's test.

[Vince]

Yeah.

[Joe Abraham]

How did he do that?

[Vince]

Can you tell me about your interactions with the Trump administration and the president?

[Joe Abraham]

Oh, the president's been great. He is not what they portray him in the media. He's. He's empathetic. He's sympathetic to. To our cause. He looked me in the eye, shook my hand. He said it was a mess and they know they have to clean it up. And it's. He's promised us that he's going to do that and clean up the mess the prior administration left him. The meorcaacies of the world who have no accountability. He just. I don't know what he's doing. Living his best life while others are suffering at his hands. How he sleeps with so much blood on his hands. Good for him, I guess. But Donald Trump has been nothing but gracious. Now, contrast that with my own governor. I'm a lifelong Illinois, and JB Pritzker, I know he wants to run for president. He can't even run the state, but he's going to run for president. We were in the same room for eight hours in Congress, 10, 12ft away from him. Didn't look my direction, didn't acknowledge me, didn't. Didn't say two words about Katie's life and death. The disrespect he showed her. Can you imagine the differences? And he calls Trump the crazy authoritarian. Let me tell you something. I lived here all my life. I've never seen authoritarianism like I do in Illinois. So this is nonsense, what they try to project, because I've. I've seen it firsthand, both of them in action, and it is night and day.

[Vince]

I sensed a lot of warmth in that room. Earlier this week when the angel families got together with President Trump, there were a lot of people who seemed to be grateful that the president is looking to prevent the kinds of horrific outcomes that occurred to your daughter going forward into the future. But the New York Times told me earlier this week that the angel families are actually being used for cover, that the angel families are just a part of helping the President perpetuate horrors on the United States, that Americans are being tortured by the President and that the angel families are a part of that effort. What do you make of that? Like the idea that you could lose your daughter in this way. You could have guys like JB Pritzker not even look you in the eye. You have the media attacking you for trying to help prevent this happening again. What do you make of all that?

[Joe Abraham]

Well, I mean, first I'd say the New York Times is, is a silly organization and they're unserious. But let's talk about that. They say that, oh, he's using us for cover so we can. I went to Broadview, the facility here in Illinois, the detention facility. I didn't see one citizen or children in dungeons being tortured. This is nonsense. I saw illegal aliens, criminals. ICE had a targeted list. This Midway Blitz. That was in honor of my daughter.

[Vince]

It was honor of your daughter. People need to know this. It was that Operation Midway Blitz in Chicago. Thank you for bringing that up. Was launched in honor of your daughter, Katie Abraham.

[Joe Abraham]

That's right. They reached out and so I agreed to that. I'm like, yes, because they had a targeted list. I asked a bunch of questions. I sat down and met with dozens and dozens of agents and support staff and I asked questions. And all this was, was a simple targeted. It wasn't a free for all. They just said, hey, we've got this list of criminals that we know are criminals. Illinois, please help us round them up and we will take them into custody. It wasn't like, I want to go out to your, your state and pick up everybody I can. That this narrative they provide is so silly. I can't even imagine that people are listening to this. So they had this targeted list. I said, yes, I agree. Katie would have rejected the way she died. I don't care what the New York Times said. Katie would have said, this is not the way I should have died or anyone else should die in this way. This irresponsible, reckless way. As compassionate, compassionate as she was, she also understood fair play and right and wrong. So illinois said, no. J.B. pritzker needs this. Let's face it, he needs the chaos in the streets. He knew ICE had to go out for in a big presence because he's ginned up all these people to go out after ice and who are these people that are going to follow a corrupt, self interested, political person and put their lives in line? The other thing too was where were they when millions were at the border? Hundreds of thousands of Kids were being exploited. You had the cartel with billion dollar new industry moving people around, millions of people, hundreds of thousands being abused along the way to get to the border. The chaos at the border, where were they? Why is it only one sided compassion? They talk about the Renee Goods and you know, God bless her, hopefully she's in, in heaven and. But honestly, why did they gin her up where she put herself in such a poor position. I don't even know what she thought the outcome was going to be. Katie was an innocent person killed by someone who shouldn't have been here. It wasn't a citizen. I get the stuff, Vince. Like, oh, would you be happier if a white guy did it? Oh, citizens kill people every day. Oh, this, that and the other. It's not, it's. These are weak analogies. It's not the same thing. He should have never been in our community. Irrelevant.

[Vince]

It's relevant. It's completely irrelevant. Your daughter would be alive if that man was not in our country.

[Joe Abraham]

That, that's exactly right. And if a citizen killed her, there's not much I could do. I doubt very much a citizen would get out of his car and flee the scene. I'm not sure where they think they would.

[Vince]

It's also stupid. I mean, in other words, like, we have our own problems. Why are we importing more? That's the answer. It's ridiculous.

[Joe Abraham]

Thank you. We have drunk drivers, so we should bring in more. We have crime, we should bring in more. It makes no sense. There's no shame in having minimal guardrails to check who's coming in and coming out. I think there's no shame in that. My parents came from a third world country, right? We're family of immigrants. We, we are supportive of legal immigration, done the right way in an orderly process. There's nothing wrong with that. This is not this disorder. Chaos is not how it should be done, how anything should be done. And for New York Times to just sort of play this big fake out like, oh, they're terrorizing and separating families. I'm separated. Why no consideration for me. I will never see my daughter. That's the difference. I've been separated. She's been disappeared. All these tired, just platitudes coming out of these outlets is so disgusting and so exhausting and so tired and just, just ridiculous. It's disgusting.

[Vince]

That's garbage. Let me ask you about your reaction to the State of the Union. Did you go, by the way, did you go to the State of the Union?

[Joe Abraham]

No, we went Monday. We were at the White House. And then we were in Congress on Tuesday. We were probably about done. So we wound up leaving Tuesday before. So we were flying back home during the State of the Union.

[Vince]

Okay, got it. So during the State of the Union, there was what has become, I think, the single most famous moment of this year's address, when President Trump asked the room to stand if they think that the American government should serve American citizens and not illegal aliens. I want you to take a look at this. Here's that moment Tuesday night.

[Joe Abraham]

So tonight, I'm inviting every legislature to join with my administration in reaffirming a fundamental principle. If you agree with this statement, then

[Vince]

stand up and show your support.

[Joe Abraham]

The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.

[Vince]

As you can see there, all of the Republicans stand for that sentiment. It's a simple sentiment. Should the American government serve Americans rather than illegals? All of the Democrats remain standing seated. Joe, when you saw that this week, what did you think?

[Joe Abraham]

It's. It's completely disgusting. I feel sorry for them that their North Star is ideology. They are really missing life and the purpose of life. I am. There's no humanity there. There's nothing. It costs you nothing to stand up to support the American citizen and the victims of their policies, because that's what it is. They can't stand, Vince, because if they do, it is an indictment of their policies and they know that. Not to mention that they can't go against their. What they feel is their future constituents. So there really is no room for American citizens. We're just there to financially support their reckless and extreme policies. That's all it is. Look at these. They are so silly. This guy with the cane, it's. It's amazing. The people that actually ascend to certain levels. It really. Again, I don't know other word then it's an indictment of these folks.

[Vince]

You must find it infuriating, though. One of the things I'm watching, the chat, people are amazed by how composed you are in light of the loss you've suffered. And by now you've probably talked about it so many times. That part of it is just like, you know how to talk about this. But it has to be infuriating. I would. I would be. I would be losing my mind watching a State of the Union like that.

[Joe Abraham]

It is these, you know, there will be a judgment for these. Maybe not in this life. This corrupt, fallen world and these fallen people. There will be a judgment for these people. They need to realize that this is not. We're here for a short time. This is not the end of things. And for them to behave in this way, and they're going to have to answer for that. You know, if you think your ideology is above everything and you don't have to do anything because you feel Donald Trump is a certain way, which he's not, from what I could tell, then I feel sorry for you and your families because you are not a compassionate, caring person. There's no humanity, just basic decency. There's again, cost you nothing to acknowledge. Folks like us, the suffering, Vince, the pain. We're. We're in this dark wilderness right now. We thought we had Katie for the rest of our lives. Now we are in this dark wilderness for over a year, trying to find our way now, our new path, our new purpose with our kids. My whole life, the joy of my life was watching my three kids grow up to be productive, good people, good citizens. My father used to always tell me when he immigrated here, when he did immigrate here from a third world country, Vince, he not once picked up his first flag that the country he left and waved it, only the American flag. Did he lose his culture? No. But he came here for the right purpose, to be part of a great experiment, to. To get the opportunity he needed. He never felt he needed anyone's help to. To come here, take the advantage of the opportunity they give you and succeed. He used to tell me, Vince, and he would just lay it into our five, the five kids he had that you don't ever take from this country. He told us, if you see me ever take from this country, I will rather go to the garage and hang myself than pull anything out of this country. I will only give back. Can you imagine? What we have now is a free for all. Everyone's got a claim to this country. Everybody's owed something. I guess maybe I just have a perspective from a specific generation that clearly to me had a little bit more thoughtfulness around this country and what it represents.

I appreciate you, Vince. I hope the voters understand that when they vote for those folks that continue to sit down and create chaos and havoc, that they're not behind you. It just seems so silly and frivolous. Let me talk to you about elections, then. Let's do it. Let's do an election update. Harmony Dylan. We had Harmy Dylan, speaking of guests, we had Harmony Dylan on the program yesterday. Who runs the. She's the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights. Just because the media doesn't talk about the things the Trump administration is doing doesn't mean the Trump administration is doing nothing. I don't know how many times we can express this. Listen to Harmony Dillon. Yesterday we talk about election integrity. She has led now lawsuits against upwards of 30 states, both Democrat and Republican, to be clear, to get access to their voter roles. The Trump administration is trying to get access to voter rolls nationwide. In order to make sure that, for instance, you don't have people who are voting in multiple states. That's, that's illegal, that's fraudulent. You can't do that. You can only vote in one state. They're, they're making sure that the voting rolls are clean. This is designed to protect your civil rights. They need to protect your voting franchise. Here's the mighty heart Me Dylan, after we had a great conversation with her yesterday. Cut six watch exciting election law news here at the DOJ Civil Rights Division. Today we sued five additional states for their refusal to turn over voter rolls in response to the Attorney General's request under the Civil Rights act of 1960. Specifically, we sued West Virginia, Utah, Oklahoma, Kentucky and New Jersey. This brings to almost 30 states that we are suing in addition to the District of Columbia. And we will not rest until we have resolved this litigation throughout the United States. Now, speaking of which, we have had a couple of adverse rulings in different courts. We disagree with them. There's been a hodgepodge of issues that plaintiffs lawyers have thrown up against the wall. So we have filed our notices of appeal promptly in the Ninth Circuit in the cases in Oregon and California, and we have also filed a challenge and appeal in the Sixth Circuit against a recent Michigan ruling. And so we're going to take those up on appeal with the help of our colleagues in the Solicitor General's office, and we will report to you what happens with the resolution there. Now, finally, I'm really proud of an amicus brief that we co authored with the Solicitor General's office in a case before the Supreme Court, that is Watson versus Republican National Committee, in which we, the United States, argue that state statutes that allow ballots to continue to trickle in and be counted well after the election day are preempted by the federal law regarding an election day. It would be great to have certainty around our elections like just about every other civilized country and even some less civilized countries have. Every day we are thinking of ways here at the Civil Rights Division to improve voter confidence in the outcome of our elections and ensure that only American citizens vote in federal elections and only one time, and that we get those results promptly and that we can count on them. Well, it's so great. All right, so, I mean, you heard her run down the list there. They're suing a lot of states. They're up to 29 states now. They're appealing in some of the fights that have been ongoing in places like California, Oregon, Michigan. And then you've also got the Supreme Court fight that's happening where they're saying, hey, election day means election day. You can't keep sending ballots in afterward. You know, I've had people ask me, like, well, Vince, but what if you have it postmarked by election day? Everybody on God's green earth knows that election day is election day. If you can't get your ballot in by election day. Sorry, you missed the deadline. We have deadlines. Live up to them. That's it. You can't have an election stretch on for weeks beyond election day. Every state should be managed like Florida is. By the end of election night, you should know who won the state. This is not complicated in 2026, unless you're trying to make it intentionally complicated. That's what's going on. So thank you to Harmeet Dhillon for doing this. Now I'm looking at some of the coverage of Harmeet's action yesterday. Politico is upset about it. DOJ sues five more states for access to voter rolls. And here you've got, you know, they say the Trump administration has ramped up efforts to take power over election administration in recent months, despite the fact that the Constitution delegates that authority to the states. How much rank dishonesty can we possibly get from the media? The reason the Trump administration is allowed to authenticate the voting rolls in these states is because of a law that passed by Congress, the Civil Rights act of 1960, which permits the attorney general to request access to the voter rolls in order to make sure that no voter is being disenfranchised and that there is no fraud being taking place. And the Constitution says the states have the power to administer their elections. Yes. And Congress has the ability to step in and make sure that those elections are administered. Well. It's all in the Constitution. It's in the elections clause. Somebody read it, please, before you pretend to be a reporter on the subject. And they're doing the right thing here. So in addition to pushing the Save America act, which Harmeet just told us yesterday, remember I asked her, I said, is this civil rights legislation? Absolutely. In fact, the SAVE act is the single most important civil rights legislation this century. America 250. Let's secure our elections. But in addition to that, that fight that's taking place in the Senate, we're running up against Thumbelina and John Curtis and all these other idiots, Harmony Dillon and the Trump administration are still using the laws that are already on the books to clean up our elections.
