We will tell you about everything that has transpired over just the last few hours and why Mike Lee is now suddenly saying, on second thought, this may actually work. All right, we'll explore it. We'll figure out what's going on here in just a moment. We've got a lot to get to on that subject. Also, there's another piece of legislation that I think might even be more important than the Save America Act. I know, I know. That's a big deal for me to say that having pushed the Save America act as relentlessly as we have over the past year or so. Yeah. Yes, indeed. Hey, we've got the United States House of Representatives just passed another one of those reconciliation bills yesterday, and this time they added the Save America Act. Now, I want to explore what that actually means with you. I feel like I don't chat. Have you seen details on how they included the Save America Act? Has anybody really told you about that? If not good news for you this morning. I'm going to share it with you. How it is that they were able to integrate parts of the Save America act into this thing, because that seems important because this is not the original legislation. This is shoehorning elements of it into reconciliation, which means we're not getting everything we wanted. And in fact, I'm a little annoyed by the construction here. I'll be honest right up front with you. So here's, here's where we, here's how we begin. The United States House of Representatives yesterday passed what Politico is referring to as a hard right defense bill. It's the National Defense Authorization Act. This is being passed through reconciliation. And they said it was a tight 216 to 212 vote. Hard right defense bill. And the House narrowly passed its marquee $1.15 trillion defense policy bill, largely along party lines Wednesday amid a bitter partisan divide over President Trucks President Trump's conduct of the war. Yada, yada, yada. Now they say the vote's a big win for Trump. The final bill includes a variety of conservative provisions aimed at solidifying Republican support, including renaming the Department of Defense to the Department of War, officially blocking coverage for gender affirming care. Gender affirming. Ok. Transgender mutilation surgeries, or as the president calls them, mutilization and making it easier for troops to carry their personal firearms and military bases. Okay, that's all fine now. Republican leaders also attached their election overhaul, backed by Trump, known as the Save America act, at the behest of hardline members who previously blocked the defense bill. Hardline members? You mean people who love the country hardline? I love that. Love how if you do something that's good for our sovereignty, you're considered an extremist. You're real radical. You're a hardliner. How about you're just standing up for common sense? The typically bipartisan support for the legislation, one of the few major bills to become law each year, broke down early on as Democrats declined to endorse Trump's record breaking budget without guardrails on the Iran war strikes against Suspected drug smuggling boats in Latin America, the deployment of National Guard troops to US Cities, and other contentious administration policies. All right, so let me dwell for a second on the Safe America Act. That's. That's really the key component of this that we have been obsessing over. What. What can possibly be done here? Well, remember Mike Johnson a while ago kind of tipped his hand a bit as to how this was going to work, which is they're going to use. In order to pass anything through reconciliation, you have to do it as a budgetary mechanism. You've got to say that you're changing the outflow of money to the country. You're spending cash. In other words, it's not merely just declaring a statute. It is mandatory. For instance, under a regular law, you could do this. It'd be mandatory that you verify someone's an American citizen when they register to vote. It would be mandatory under penalty of criminal consequence that you make it so that people have to show ID when they do vote, that you. It's mandatory to remove non citizens from the voting rolls, which would help in places like New Jersey. I've got more updates on that coming up. It would be mandatory under those circumstances. That's not the way this is. This, I regret to inform you, is a voluntary system. And the way it works is they are generating $10 billion in US taxpayer funds to be handed out in grants to the states who opt in to election integrity. You hear all the problems I just laid out? You probably detected everyone. It's voluntary. You don't have to do it. You don't have to make sure that people are American citizens when they register to vote. You don't have to check ID when they cast their ballot. You don't have to purge non citizens from the voting rolls. But if you do those things, then you get access to a pool of $10 billion to be distributed to the states who actually do it. I don't like it. I don't. Oh, you're right. I haven't gaveled in yet. You're so right. It's the Save America Act. I don't like it. I'm. My guard is instantly up. Is your guard up? My guard is up. 10 billion bucks. And you know what? I don't. I'm just. Just picture for a moment what this would look like. These Democrat states who are already violating the law at scale, they're already allowing non citizens all over their voting rolls. They're already not checking id. They're allowing fraudsters. It's disgusting. You know, as we look at these Democrats, I'm thinking, well, hold on a second. If it's an opt in system, why would they opt in? They love fraud. They love having this vulnerable system. This is where they derive power from. So they want to opt into this. Or if they do, if they do opt into it, they're just going to steal the money. Those are the, those are the two kind of obvious options here. So I, my guard is way up on this as the construction for giving us like a head patent, calling it the Save America Act. Now, I say all that, yet we've got Mike Lee coming out and saying, hey there, this may work. Just, just hold on for a second. And look, I've, I have not been shy about the fact that I think that Mike Lee has been an utter champion here. He wrote the legislation. He wrote the legislation. But one of the reasons that you and I safely concluded previously that reconciliation wouldn't be the vehicle to do this is because Mike Lee said so. Mike Lee, who understands Senate procedure and the Constitution really well, told us, you know, reconciliation, not the vehicle to do this. Here's what Mike Lee is saying now. Cut three. Watch. the advantage of the budget reconciliation process is that it allows you to take certain legislation, legislation that's budgetary, meaning it brings about changes in revenues flowing into the federal government or mandatory outlays being spent by the federal government. It allows you to pass those things without having to go through cloture and so you don't need 60 votes. I've opined in the past that the Save America act is a policy bill that is non budgetary and therefore couldn't itself be passed under budget reconciliation. After the House passed its budget today, opening the door for a possible third round of reconciliation in which the Save America act could be attached, we started looking more closely at this. I think I may have been mistaken. I think I may have been too hasty in concluding that Save America act can't be made budgetary. I think there's a path. I'm saying there's a chance and we gotta fight for every single possibility that that chance could materialize.

Okay, so there's Mike Lee, right In his comments, by the way, immediately after that video, you see Scott Pressler here, who's been a champion for the Save America act as well. He said there's 100% a path. Is Scott Pressler's view budget reconciliation 3.0 is a viable vehicle to include Save America act funding. Yeah, no, that's. Look, that's one thing. Funding is one thing. But this goes Back to what I said a moment ago. Where's the. The compulsion we should compel these states to institute election integrity? One of the problems we have right now, right now is that it is already the law that noncitizens are not allowed to register to vote in the United States. Right now, it's already the law that it is illegal to commit voter fraud. Right now, it's already the law that it is illegal for non citizens to cast ballots in elections. And yet that keeps happening. So we need to compel states to comply with federal law. You know, if we don't have any law enforcement related to this, then what good is the law? If you tell people they can't speed on the highway and then never put a radar gun out to clock speeds, what good is the law? You tell people murder is bad, but you don't arrest anybody for killing someone else. What good is the law? So we need to have law enforcement around our elections. That's what the Save America act is. I mean, just to give you an example of this, this is a perfect example. Yesterday, Lindell TV's Allison Steinberg ran into Elizabeth Warren in the United States Congress and asked her. Wait a second. You know, you just saw what happened in New Jersey. In New Jersey, they found over 6,000 non citizens on the voting rolls that they're willing to disclose. I've got a lot more on that coming up. But don't you think we need the Save America act now in light of that? Listen, now. Elizabeth Warren makes excuses. Cut six. Watch.

Hi, Just a quick question for you. I know you're vehemently opposed to the Save America act, but does the recent revelation in New Jersey with the aliens who are actually registered to vote change your opinion on getting that legislation passed? It is already illegal for someone who's not an American citizen to vote, period. That's at least 400 aliens that did. There are already laws to prevent that. People have violated the law and they should be prosecuted. Easy. Anything's actually going to happen. I thought Democrats always said that there's no evidence of. I don't understand why you want laws that are already there. That makes no sense. I thought Democrats. Democrats said illegals never vote, but obviously they do, right? Thank you, Senator.

We already have a law. Why do you want more laws?

We're Democrats. We're not interested in laws. So that's Elizabeth Warren off to go get her a beer. And not in any way to safeguard our elections.

But that, again, that. That demonstrates how cartoonish their position is on this subject. We already have laws against that. Well, then you'd have no problem enforcing them, would you, Warren? Old folkahanas. So there she was yesterday. Now on the reconciliation, the speaker of the House, Mike Johnson is bragging about what they achieved yester 2. Here is the speaker of the House. Take a look at this.

And the budget resolution that unlocks our third reconciliation bill, which of course is Republicans best shot to get as much of the Save America act into law as possible. In addition to funding our national defense and our farmers, Republicans support our troops, our farmers and election security. We're the only team in Washington that does. Many of you doubted our success. Many of you standing around me in the skaggle right now said, let me read you a sample of the headlines, quote, house Republicans face final week gauntlet. Another said Johnson's rocky sprint to recess. Another said it was Johnson's make or break week despite nearly every Democrat voting against everything. I just read you House Republicans delivered. Many of you like to say that major legislating can't happen in an election year. We just proved you wrong this week. We continue to deliver for the people and we're going to continue that streak all the way through the end of this year and and into the next Congress.

All right, so he's very proud of himself. And look, all due credit to the House. I'm not going to knock the House for the fact that they've passed the Save America act over and over and over and over again. This is the latest iteration of it now strapped to reconciliation. The design here is that maybe the United States Senate can actually pass this thing with a simple majority. Now you already have complete jackasses like Thom Tillis, Thombolina, who are already saying stuff. I'm not doing this at all. I'm not doing this reconciliation. How about you shut up and do what the voters told you to do, which is stand up for your country. What a whiner. Guys, there's a reason that North Carolina voters were prepared to fire him. He saw the writing on the wall. He's retiring. But you know, these guys should be busting their tails to do the bare minimum for us here. Just give us some election integrity. And there's a lot of questions about what the Senate's going to do. A lot of questions. In fact, yesterday I saw Eric Daugherty, who's got these, these great clips on X he posts all the time. You should follow him. A couple of these guys are really, really good at this. Eric Daugherty pulled a clip from Fox and said that suspicious Suspicion is growing right now that John Thune, the leader of the Republicans in the Senate, will strip the Save America act from the bill that was just passed by the House. Look, this, I think it's completely silly that we need to use reconciliation to pass the Save America act in any form whatsoever. I mean, this is, it's available to the Senate. Just take the freaking floor and pass the actual legislation. That's what you should do. But again, I'm withholding. I'm going to reserve final judgment on this subject pending some more from Mike Lee. Mike Lee is telling us, hey, hold out some hope here. I may have been mistaken about this. I think we may be able to achieve some great things through reconciliation. Okay. I'm willing to withhold my final judgment on the subject, but I will tell you immediately that my guard is up. This audience guard is way up. We're very concerned about this because we actually want results. We don't just want lip service. This too, too much. The answer to this can't be, oh, we're just going to spend more money and get nothing. Yeah, we've been getting a lot of that for years. Don't do that. That's like, you're going to hurt my grandchildren. And I don't get election integrity. Wow, what a great deal. What a wonderful, awful deal. Now, as far as the Senate is concerned, John Thune, you know, you, perhaps you've been wondering, you know, why isn't it that President Trump has, why, why hasn't he reached the point where he's beating John Thune over the head every day on truth Social. Why isn't he just lighting into this guy? Well, that time may be coming. In fact, the President of the United States just talked about this yesterday in his rally in Georgia. I've got the details about this in just a moment. I think a meaningful tone shift is now emerging from the President of the United States. I'm very encouraged by it. Hold on tight for just a moment. Because I want answers. I'm like, I'm. I'm one of the single most curious people in the space. I'm always just kind of figuring out what the hell's going on. And these guys would be very helpful to answer our questions. It'd be good to have Mike Lee stop by. Okay, so where are we? Oh, speaking of John Thune now, President Trump talks to John Thune a lot. The guys, they have a lot of conversations, and the President keeps telling him, hey, pass the Save America Act. And John Thune goes, I can't, I can't. I don't have the numbers. Okay, so where's President Trump's attitude on this guy right now? Well, yesterday at a rally in Georgia, the President said, actually, my patience with John Thune kind of starting to run out. And I have to say, Mike Johnson and Congress have done a great job, but we're having a hard time in the Senate. The Senate, what they're doing is just. It's just not right. Congress is going to pass it again. They passed it three times. They're going to pass it again. It's like the Senate is a place that you send things when you want them to die. We can't do this then. We're not going to take this any longer. We're not going to take it. You know, I'm trying to be nice. Trying to be really nice. You saw we had a big victory last night in Arizona. I've had victories everywhere, but we're not going to, we're not going to be able to take it much longer. When they can't get past voter id, proof of citizenship, no mail in ballots, because they're Crooked as hell. They should terminate the filibuster. Everybody call John Thune at the Senate. He's the leader of the Republican Party, and tell him to get this stuff approved.

The President, you can tell, you can tell his patience is running out with John Thune. He's a. John Thune's a nice guy, but he's not delivering. Judge them based on their actions or they're inaction, depending. There's the President. That's not the first time he's called for people to call the Senate. That's one of the first times I've ever heard him say, call John Thune directly. The President, urging Americans to call the leader of the Republicans in the Senate and tell him, get this done. He's driven crazy by this filibuster thing. He talked about this at some length yesterday too. He said, look, the filibuster. You understand what happens. Democrats get a trifecta. They take over the House, the Senate, the White House, we're done for. The concept is really simple. They take over those three, they get rid of the filibuster in the Senate, and they ram through all sorts of power priorities that lead to long, enduring and unyielding power for the Democrat Party. Brand new Democrat senators from. From newly invented states like Puerto rico and Washington D.C. despite the fact that Puerto Rico keeps voting against becoming a state and despite the fact that the Founders intended for Washington D.C. not to be a state. Democrats don't care about that. They want Democrat senators, they want power. They want permanent control of the Senate. By the way, new states would also mean new congressmen. Democrats would get a whole bunch of new congressmen as a result of that. They would also pack the United States Supreme Court, preventing the Constitution and the rule of law from prevailing and making every decision a power play for the Democrat Party. It's pretty obvious what's on the horizon if Republicans don't do the job that they are in a position to do right now. Republicans do control the presidency, the House and the Senate. And despite what you've been hearing from Thomas Massie lately, it was like, well, isn't that proof that there's no fraud in our elections? No, dummy, there's plenty of fraud in our elections. New Jersey just told us about some of it. Nowhere near all of it. I've got more on that in a second. The 2024 election was made too big to rig. That's what happened. We have a golden and rapidly closing opportunity to save our country. That's why it's called the Save America Act. It has to happen. Now. The President's frustration is, I hate to say, good to see because it's an indication of how crappy the Senate has been. But I'm encouraged by it. I'm encouraged by it and I hesitate ever to give advice to the President of the United States because he tends to have better instincts on all of this than I do. But here's the advice that I, that is definitely bopping around in my head and I'll share with you, Mr. President. Just go full tilt now, please. Just, just start knocking skulls very publicly. Just bring out that bully pulpit and get these guys to move as quickly as humanly possible. Time is of the essence and it is running out. It is absolutely running out. So the, the President yesterday indicating that his patience is wearing thin. Now last week, Thursday, the President gave that epic speech about all of the fraud and vulnerabilities that are on our election system. And when he made those disclosures, it was at the very same moment, interestingly, that New Jersey suddenly started realizing, hey, we've got 6,600 non citizen our voting rolls now. New Jersey, I want to be clear about something. That revelation this week from Governor Mikey Sherrill is dramatic understatement. 6600 is barely scratching the surface here and we've got the numbers to support this. So, New Jersey, let's talk about these numbers. So Mikey Sherrill came out and she said 6,600 non citizens were on the voting rolls. And remember when I shared this news with you this week, I noted that that's only the people who clicked I'm not a citizen in the software and yet somehow were registered to vote anyway. That number did not include non citizens who lied and said they were citizens. We have nothing from New Jersey officially on that data. They never told us how many people fall under that category. They haven't told us that they're auditing to figure out if there are more non citizens than the ones they identified this week. They kind of glossed over that detail immediately. Kind of seems like an important detail. So how many people are we talking about in New Jersey? Well, the real number is at least over 35,000 non citizens. How do we know that? That comes to us from the Department of Homeland Security. This week. Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen responded to Mikey Sherrill. Mikey, do you know any other women named Mikey, by the way? Never heard that before. Appreciate you responding back to our letter, Governor Sheryl. This should have been done a long time ago. Just one illegal vote cancels out the vote of a US Citizen. As DHS reported last week, New Jersey could have as many as 35,152 potential non citizens registered to vote. Looking forward to working with you to secure your elections in the future. 35,000? Well, that's a lot more than 6,600. And one might venture a guess that it's higher than 35,000. But this is just who DHS suspects for now falls into that category. Non citizens registered to vote in New Jersey. The media say it's unclear how DHS got that number. Where'd that number come from? They don't know. But it's interesting that DHS identified that number last week and that's the same week that New Jersey now claims it just discovered the 6600. So in a way, you wouldn't be faulted for thinking that New Jersey is going to only admit a little bit about the non citizens on their voter rolls to pretend like they fixed the problem. But just removing 6,600 still leaves nearly 30,000 people non citizens on the voting rolls in New Jersey. If they're only removing 6,600, they'd have tens of thousands more to go based on this math. That might be the scheme that's afoot. They're trying to protect the non citizens on their voting rolls by pretending like they fixed the problem. Certainly seems like it. And also this idea that there was a software glitch. It was a software glitch. The non citizens indicated they were non citizens and yet they were registered to vote anyway. Whoops. And then 400 of them slipped, fell down, marked a ballot and then accidentally cast it as they were standing back up.

Yeah, about that, about those mistakes. The software company just told us. It wasn't us. It wasn't us. Reporting from the New Jersey Globe, here's the statement. The name of the company is Idemia. They're the software company behind the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. And they said this, quote, idemia works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. It has for far more than 40 years to support the process through which eligible individuals indicate their interest in registering to vote. When applying for or renewing a driver's license or state issued identification card. Idemia's role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system. The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by Idemia must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections. What does this tell us? What it tells us is that the reason noncitizens are on the voting rolls by the tens of thousands in New Jersey Democrats. The software company said, it's not us. We didn't do this. We didn't force them onto the voting rolls. Whatever information our system gathers is sent to the Democrats who run the state. It's their job to make sure only legitimate legal voters are in the system. They screwed this up. They did. Now it's interesting that that's the statement from the company. In fact, here is John Solomon talking about this over at Just the News. Now I will remind you, not only is John Solomon a journalist for the purposes of this story, he's also been working directly with the President of the United States to get a lot of this information out to the public. As you know, last night the New Jersey governor admitted that 6,600 illegal aliens had made it onto New Jersey's voter rolls. At least that it could be a lot larger. And 400 of them actually cast a vote. That is the largest number of foreigners ever to vote in any collection of an election in American history. When we told you that last night, the governor said not our fault, it was a software glitch, no big deal. Well, overnight we reached out to the software company that runs New Jersey's system and you know what they said? There's no software glitch at all. The state of New Jersey knew they were putting noncitizens, that is Foreigners, onto the voter rolls. It is the state's responsibility to determine who is eligible to vote and who's not. The software had it marked. Right. That is a major contradiction. And just a little while ago the Assistant Attorney General for civil rights in the US Justice Department, Harmony Dillon announced that there is an investigation of New Jersey now into whether they knowingly were allowing noncitizens to vote and to get on the voter rolls. Remember a week ago she sent a letter out saying if you let non citizens vote knowingly, you're in trouble. Well now the vendors comments raised a very strong possibility that one of the blue states in America may have acceded to allowing non citizens to vote. We're going to keep a close eye on that. Hope to get Harmeet Dylan on the show in the next couple of days to describe what is going on. But that is a big thing.

Actually speaking of that, I will have Harmony Dhillon on the big national radio show coming up today. During our program we'll have the, the assistant attorney general for civil rights stop by our show and I'll ask her all about what's going on with New Jersey because she's been locking horns with that state for a while now saying hey, turn over your voting rolls. Would you do that voluntarily please? And they said no. So she sued them and she said now you'll do it. And now she's locked in a battle in court and she just sent all of this information this week directly to the court. And she said, see, I need their voting rolls. They have to comply with the law. The Civil Rights act of 1960. Come on now, let's get the voting rolls we need to protect American citizens. Harmony Dillon joins me on the big radio show today. We'll get some more answers on that. But that's a fascinating development too. So the software company says not our problem. This is the Democrats. But it's funny, these Democrats, while they're desperate to find excuses here and to cast about blame, guess who they're blaming. You want to, let's, let's take a, let's take a while. Other than the software company, if Democrats had one person they could blame for all of their problems, one person that they could project all of their own sins onto. Who would that be? Who could that possibly be?

And here's what he's calling for now, in light of the scandal that's plaguing his own state, gottheimer calls for the federal government to review Idemia's role in the tsa, Customs and Border Protection, FBI and the dod. Today, Congressman Josh Gottheimer sent a letter to the General Services administrator and the U.S. office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vogt requesting a comprehensive government wide audit of every federal contract involving Ademia, the technology contractor whose software failure resulted in approximately 6600 non citizens being added to New Jersey's voter rolls. Anyway, basically it goes on. So Gottheimer is now saying, man, this dastardly software company, guess who loves that software company? It's the Trump administration. And the Trump administration is working with them at TSA and the Border Patrol and the FBI. Oh, that FBI led by Cash Patel, driver's license providers in 36 states, the Department of Defense by that awful Pete Hegseth. So now Democrats are trying to pass the buck and say, man, that Trump administration's got a real scandal on its hands. They're working with this dastardly software company that's been screwing up all these voter registrations. To which the software company says, up yours, It's Democrats fault. That would be really good. Now as I started the show today, I told you there may be a piece of legislation that's even more important than the Save America Act. We had. I had, speaking of the big radio show, I had Senator Jim Banks on my radio show just a few days ago. And Senator Jim Banks has authored a piece of legislation That I think, again, might be more important than the Save America act, and it's called the Citizenship Act. The Citizenship act declares that illegal aliens and birth tourists are invaders of the United States. That they would officially be classified as invaders. Why is that important? Well, the reason it would be important to call them invaders by statute, as Congress and the president signing it into law, it would preclude them from, from being granted birthright citizenship for their children. In fact, Brett Kavanaugh wrote pretty explicitly about this in his concurring opinion in the birthright citizenship case. And the broader court did agree that there are categories of people who are not entitled to birthright citizenship. It's usually thought to be the children of diplomats and the children of invaders. So what qualifies as an invader? Well, Congress can resolve this right now. This is a very important piece of legislation, not just for the current moment, but for the very future of our country. What does it mean to become an American citizen who should have power over our system? How should that, you know, basically, you know, do you get citizenship from your American parents or not? That's a fundamental question. We can resolve it. The Citizenship Act, Senator Jim Banks introduced us. I love it. I love it. In fact, I've been talking about it quite a bit since he authored it. And I, and I said to him, first of all, he said to me, he's like, he thanked us and this program, he said, you guys have been pushing it more than anybody. Which, which I'm, I'm glad to do, but I don't want to be the only one pushing it. I'd love to see everybody else pushing it, too. And part two, he said he's already starting to accrue some co sponsors in the Senate. But I don't sum is not enough. Every senator should co sponsor this legislation is super obvious.

Democrats won't do it for obvious reasons. They, they score power out of this kind of corruption. So at the very least, every Republican should be a co sponsor of this bill. And we have, we have some news as of this morning that Brandon Gill, the great Brandon Gill, we love Brandon Gill. If only more House members could be like Brandon Gill. Brandon Gill has officially introduced the Citizenship act, the companion legislation in the House now. So we've got two great senators, two great lawmakers, Jim Banks, Brandon Gill have both introduced this legislation under which individuals who enter the United States illegally or for the purpose of birth tourism or would be classified as invaders and therefore would be excluded from birthright citizenship. Ladies and gentlemen, this legislation should pass with unanimous Consent. It should sail through both the House and the Senate. There shouldn't be any hesitancy about this. It is not complicated. It is really simple to understand. It is. There's no, there's no problems with this. It is all solutions. It's one of those rare pieces of legislation that consist of that this needs to move quickly again. Time is of the essence. The very future of our country depends on this kind of clarity. And if Democrats want to challenge it and bring it back to the United States Supreme Court, fine, bring it back. Bring it back to the court so we can overturn the abomination that we were just served that said illegal aliens would somehow be entitled to birthright citizenship in the United States of America. It's insanity. It needs to be stopped. And this is a vehicle to stop. Doesn't take marshaling some gigantic Constitutional convention or even starting a new bout of litigation to work its way through the courts over some long period of time. What it takes right now, a simple law, that's the. This is actually the single quickest route for us to achieve the right thing. Brandon Gill, Jim Banks doing the work. And I love it. I love it. So when I. So when I say that this is a matter of. Of national importance, it's just as if not more important than the Save America Act. I mean it. That's how big this is. And I hope these guys can pass it. You know, there was a. Somebody just asked, is it. Is it retroactive? I'm. I'm not a lawyer. I'll always stipulate that. But every conversation that I've seen on this subject has indicated that this would not be retroactive. So that is the children of illegal aliens who've been conferred American citizenship over time, even though that system has been completely broken and should not have been that way. They would not have their citizenship rescinded by virtue of a law like this. It would be for everyone going forward that the mistake would not be repeated going forward. That's the construction of it. As I understand it. If there's any. Any legal expert on the subject, that will disabuse me of that, that belief, I'm glad to hear it. But that has been every single time I've seen this debate. It's not, It's. It's not about retroactive application. It's about what we do going forward as a country. And regardless, you know, whether it's retroactive, whether it's both or just. Just for going forward, it needs to be fixed immediately. Immediately. All right, speaking of Brandon Gill, I think that that segues really nicely into. Brandon Gill has served us up this week with a series of great clips. Great, great clips. That. I think it was the Washington examiner that was referring to his Socratic method of just simply asking questions and embarrassing these lefties as they give their nonsensical answers. It happened again yesterday. He hauled in the head of the American Bar association for a spanking. The American Bar association is involved in accrediting the nation's law schools. And that's a problem for one gigantic reason. The American Bar association is corrupted by every last ounce of left wing propaganda nonsense. They push DEI on the law schools. DEI is racial, gender, even transgender prejudice. The whole concept is they push bigotry on the law schools. And then the law schools integrate that into their curriculums and into their admission standards. And the ABA has even encouraged law schools to ignore the United States Supreme Court in the past when it comes to them saying, hey, you're not allowed to judge people on the basis of race. They're like, oh, you got to keep dei. So Brandon gel said, you know what? Enough of this crap. Let's bring in the, the head of the American Bar Association. Let's get some answers here. The rule of law and equal access to justice for Americans are bedrock principles enshrined in the Constitution. Access to our legal system and the rights and freedoms we enjoy as Americans as a result of the rule of law are fundamental components of the success of our nation. As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. So it should concern all Americans that these principles are eroded by discriminatory DEI practices. And concern them even more that these DEI policies have been promoted by attorneys with the legal training to know better. The ABA as an institution plays an outsized role in American law and the legal profession. Ever since it was founded in 1878, the ABA has grown to be the entity that sets the accreditation standards for American law schools. Since 1952, the ABA has been recognized by the federal government as the only law school accreditor. Those state supreme courts have the power to regulate the conduct of legal professionals within those states. Many states also recognize the ABA as the accreditor for their law schools. Furthermore, the ABA evaluates judicial nominees, promulgates model rules of professional conduct for attorneys, and speaks for many people as a voice for attorneys in the United States. Okay, so what has the ABA done with this? Impressive.

So I'm gonna get to what They've done. You heard Brandon Gill talking about this. But just I wanna point out how important this is. You know, you and I, when it comes to any issue, it's one thing to catch like say the street urchins, the rioters, the violent terrorists who are out on the street acting like lunatics. It's another that go all the way to the source of the chaos. Where does this come from? Who's funding all of this? How did that happen? The same is true in terms of the destruction of our institutions. Who is motivating all of this? Why do we see so much chaos? Lawfare, violations of the Constitution. Just nonsensical. Like standards by which people get jobs. Like what, their skin color? What does that have to do with anything? Why not just the merits of their gender or their belief that they were born in the wrong body? What does that have to do with anything? Why not just on the merits? And if you're trying to get to the root cause of something, you just start have. You have to keep going deeper and deeper and deeper into it. And when it comes to the legal profession, a lot of lawyers have been popping out and have been nothing more than vehicles for left wing propaganda in violation of the Constitution and the spirit of our country. So how did that happen? Well, law schools are being accredited by the American Bar association and the American Bar association is a left wing advocacy group. So Brandon Gill is exposing all of this and boy was it on display yesterday. Watch this. As the ABA president can't answer a simple question about what the hell implicit bias is and whether or not she has any. Cut nine. Watch this.

If everybody has implicit bias, what. What are your implicit biases? Why don't you start laying those out for us? If everyone has them and you're in the mood to be honest about something and she wasn't. She wasn't in the mood. She filibustered the damn thing. I don't want to talk about it. I don't want to talk about the ABA and the aba. It was. She just spent a whole time dodging the most basic possible questions. She lost. She lost in devastating fashion. And it just kept happening. Do you think that it's a problem that the transgender community has never had representation on the U.S. supreme Court?

As we close today, I do want to thank the President of the United States for his work yesterday honoring the fallen. Yesterday he undertook what he says is the most difficult aspect of his job honoring the fallen. This week we honor the lives of several soldiers who we lost overseas. And the President of the United States attending that dignified transfer remains yesterday. Here he is en route to it saying that the job is a tough one. Cut 11 watch.

Please, sir, what do you say to families of these soldiers when Americans are wrongly against this war? How do you ask them?

Well, Americans aren't against the war. The A poll, a poll just came out. Americans don't want high gasoline prices, but they're not against the war. That just came out loud and clear in a poll. Nobody wants Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Do you want Iran to have a nuclear weapon? You think it's good? Go ahead.

The president going on to say this is one of the most difficult jobs he has to do to receive the the bodies of these young heroes in these flag drape coffins alongside the families. Here he is at Dover yesterday as those flag drape coffins are walked past him, salutes by all of the top military officials, dignitaries, the President of the United States among the fallen. We've got their names here. Pfc. Isabella Gonzalez, among the fallen. She enlisted in the army last year at the age of 19. She served as an air and missile defense crew member, maintaining and using systems which have been key to protecting US Bases from Iranian attacks. According to the army, she was killed Friday during that Iranian missile and drone attack at the Muwafiq Salti air base in Jordan. She was assigned to 1st Battalion, 57th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command. There's also 1st Lt. Tyler Feehan of Hawaii. He died from wounds suffered during that Friday attack on the Jordan Air base the following day. He enlisted in the army in 2019 as a combat engineer with the Hawaii Army National Guard. He's also here, Sergeant Angel S. Rampersad. She's believed to have been killed in action during Friday's Iranian strike on a US Base in Jordan as well. She had previously been listed as missing. You'll remember that there was a missing soldier, Rampersad, who enlisted in March of 2019. Was was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 57th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, the 52nd Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command in Germany. And then there is Sergeant Michael Emanuel Swinton of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He died Sunday following the controlled detonation of a downed Iranian drone at Erbil Air Base in Iraq. His wife saying he was an amazing man, an amazing father, an amazing husband. He cared so much for his soldiers, too. God bless all of them. God bless our heroes. The President of the United States going yesterday and honoring them during that dignified transfer. And then subsequently he did go off to Georgia for the rally I mentioned to you a moment ago. In the process, he found out that the parents of First Lieutenant Tyler Feehan actually lived right nearby where they were having the rally, not far at all. And so the president invited them to join him on that trip. He said, why don't you fly with me on Air Force One? Here's footage of the president descending the steps, landing in Georgia. And right behind him, the parents of First Lieutenant Tyler Feehan going back to Georgia with the president of the United States. The president then also went on during the rally. They attended the rally with him. He honored them. And we've got some footage here. Bricksuit posted this on X. Really touching footage of the parents tearful about the loss of their son as the president honors him and as the crowd applauds the family members here and the son. Watch cut 14.
