Yeah.

Patriot Mobile. Thank you very much. All right. Now, the President of the United States is promising some very big news on Thursday. Thursday evening from the White House, he sets set to give a national address, 9pm Eastern time. And all of the chatter on this subject as we were discussing yesterday is that he's going to reveal some secrets related to the 2020 election, that he will be declassifying information and sharing it publicly for the first time, perhaps flanked by some of the top officials inside of the administration. And that perhaps could include the Director of National Intelligence, Bill Pulte, who's currently in the role in an acting capacity. There's lots of mystery to this. So yesterday a reporter did ask the president for some clarity. He didn't tell us everything, but he did show some leg. Here's the President of the United States dangling a leg out. Listen, around the nation are anticipating a big announcement on Thursday night regarding election machines and integrity. Can you give us sort of a sneak peek about what to expect and tell. Well, I'd rather save it. It will concern that subject and we'll
Audience Member/Interjector
have a couple of other things.
Vince
Why should he watch that? But I'd rather save it. But it's really big. It's really, really big news and our country has to shape up.
Audience Member/Interjector
But that's what we're going to be talking about Thursday is it doesn't get
Vince
bigger because without free and fair elections, you don't have a country. We'll be discussing other things, too. But, but it's going to be a very big announcement. Yeah, we'll be discussing other things, too, but it is very, very big news. And as a result, the country better shape up. So let's, let's engage in some idle speculation, shall we, on what we might learn this week. Clearly, we've had investigations going on into places like Fulton County, Georgia, and Maricopa county in Arizona. We've had FBI raids on facilities in both locations. The FBI is currently digging through massive amounts of documents related to Georgia's election shenanigans. And, and they're expected to have a Friday deadline to return a lot of the documents that these guys are analyzing. Several FBI Analysts, we now know, thanks to some public reporting, have been fired, confirmed by FBI spokespeople who said that, hey, if you're not on board with the mission, we're going to get you the hell out of there. They've been fired because they said, oh, there's not enough evidence here. We can't be a part of this. Okay, you can go because you were told to do a job, you're refusing to do it, so you can leave. So we got rid of those people. And we also know that Tulsi Gabbard, who was President Trump's first Director of National Intelligence, she appeared at one of those early Cabinet meetings and said, Mr. President, there are issues with these voting machines that I've become aware of and that you need to know about and that the American people should know a lot more about. Could that be a part of what the President discusses this week now, with Bill Pulte in that role, continuing to carry on that mission? Very possible. Very possible. We get some intel on that. Also, we're awaiting the grand conspiracy charges down in South Florida. Joe digenova and the US Attorney down there, leading a great team who have sent out hundreds of subpoenas, have had a lot of conversations with people who are associated with the tyranny of the government directed at the American people, designed to upend our elections. And for years, we've been demanding accountability on this subject. And candidly, with a guy like Joe degener down there in Florida, sounds to me like we've got one of the best possible teams imaginable going after these guys. I love it. And I'm eagerly anticipating the results of their findings. Do we find out more about that on Thursday? It's hard to imagine that we will, given that we haven't seen actual prosecutorial progress just yet. That usually would go first, but who knows? We'll see. So there's a lot on the president's menu. Another thing. Will we hear something about foreign election meddling related to the 2020 election? We saw that claim from Ms. Now in the last 48 hours. Ms. Now, you know, the Lesbian Cable News Network said that they had a scoop from the White House, two sources, that this was going to be about election meddling by a foreign government. Now, can we believe that? I again, I'm taking that with a massive grain of salt because it comes from Ms. Now, the Lesbian Cable News Network, not. Not clear that we can believe it. And also, if the White House is actually sending them anything, that's kind of crazy. That's kind of crazy. I was getting messages from conservative journalists yesterday who said, vince, I totally agree with you. That's crazy that the White House would give Ms. Now scoops like this. I would have thought they were cut off a long time ago. So we'll see. We'll see. Hard to assess if that's, if that's real, but the president confirmed he's talking election integrity this week. And then of course, the other thing that he's going to talk about on Thursday, the words that undoubtedly are going to come out of his mouth are the Save America Act. Yeah, that's right. We'll gavel it the Save America Act. That is going to be on his mind because he wants the Senate to pass it. In fact, I did. We did we speculate on this on the podcast yesterday. I may have done this on the radio show. I think that the newly confirmed Darlene Graham Nardon Nordone, who was not just confirmed sworn in yesterday, now she's a senator. Senator Darlene Graham. I think President Trump should have her at the White House on Thursday for this announcement and have her stand by the Resolute desk as he does the, as he does the address and say, hey, Lindsey Graham's closing wish to me on the phone was that we get the Save America act passed. His sister is now in the United States Senate. She joins me tonight as we push to get this legislation passed. In fact, cut six. Here's Darlene Graham Nordone being sworn in yesterday by Chuck Grassley in the Senate. Take a look,
Audience Member/Interjector
please. Raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear that you will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that you will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that you take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that you will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which you are about to enter, so help you God? I do.
Vince
That's it. It's official. South Carolina has two senators again.
Amy Coney Barrett
Yep.
Vince
She would go on after this to a ceremonial swearing in, too, where they take photos. And it was they put it in a different room. So if you've seen two different videos or images of the swearing in, they do the official one, the one you just saw, as well as a ceremonial one. That's customary. But now she's the United States Senator. And on that point, you know, yesterday on my radio program, I was saying as this was happening, this happened in the two, this happened around 2:30 Eastern Time yesterday. So it was square in the middle of our program And I said out loud, that's usually the way saying things works, that she's a senator now, so we should maintain pressure on her. South Carolina voters should maintain pressure on her to do what she needs to do for them, for the country, and that is to get the Save America act passed to fulfill what her brother was attempting to do in his closing days on this earth. And I got a message yesterday. One of our listeners messaged me and said, vince, don't hassle her so much. She's grieving her brother. We shouldn't be pressuring her right now. To that I say, look, no doubt she's grieving her brother, but in signing up for this job and fulfilling the role that her brother has played now for years as a United States Senator for South Carolina and being the interim center in this capacity, yes, she should receive all sorts of good faith messages from the American people, from South Carolinians who would like to see their country improved. Being a United States Senator means being on the receiving end of the. Of American citizens who have earnest desires for their government and their country. So, no, don't look. What would Lindsey Graham want out of this? He want you to treat his sister like she's a United States senator. Because she is. So rather than like, back off on her, just give, like, obviously send your condolences. But in the process, say, please pass the Save America Act. Please pass Senator Jim Banks's Citizenship Act. Please fight for this country. Please fight for our sovereignty. Please fight to make it great again. That's not unreasonable. That's not callous and indifferent. That is living up to the values that our country stands for. And she's in that job now. So she understands what she's signing up for. She's seen it up close. She knows what her brother had experienced as a United States Senator, and now she's in the capacity to do that as well. And I really hope that the President, I suspect this is going to be the case because the President is a decent person, very decent person, that he's going to maintain a close relationship with her and that she will be a staunch ally of the President, very much like her brother was a staunch ally of the President, representing his interest in the United States Senate and helping him in the few months that she's in this role while South Carolina voters pick somebody else to succeed her starting in January. So she's, she's there. She's got the job now. It's time to do it now. It's time to do it now. As far as the President and pushing the Save America Act. We've got. We've got a couple things going on here. One, just for this speech on Thursday, there have been these reports that the president might be flanked by Bill Pulte and Cash Patel and Mark Wayne Mullen and John Ratcliffe. That remains to be seen. Those are the reports. We don't know that these people are going to be standing alongside him. They might be. Either way, I'm perfectly content to get an update from the president on election integrity. But the left is already whining about this. This is. And this is great. This is a top Obama lieutenant. You know his name? It's David Axelrod. And this is the whining he's been doing on the subject. He said if the president really trots out. Trots out? Pulte Patel and a crew of political apparatchiks posing as intel experts. Posing? What are you talking about? Bill Pulte is the Director of National Intelligence. Cash Patel is the Director of the FBI. If these guys are not. If John Ratcliffe is the head of the CIA, if these guys are not intel experts, who are? What are you talking about? David Axelrod posing as intel experts on Thursday night to announce they've uncovered evidence of foul play in 2020, it'll only heighten fears that he'll claim an emergency down the line and claim extraordinary federal power over elections. If so. And there are plenty of other signs of manipulation brewing. The most important battles of the midterms may be in the courts. Okay, so pay attention to this stream of thought, because what Axelrod is doing here, he's a strategist for the left, always has been. What Axelrod is doing here is he's. They're already laying the groundwork to claim that the midterms. You ready? Were rigged. The midterms were rigged. Now, talk about destroying faith in elections. Axelrod is. Is now setting up a system where if the Republicans win and actually gain seats in the midterms, if President Trump is successful in having this big midterm convention helping Republican candidates grow their strength, their numbers, in both the House and the Senate. David Axelrod is already salting the earth for that victory to say it was rigged. In fact, the President came out and rigged the whole system under the guise of election integrity. This is how they talk about the Save America Act. Two, to be clear, the Save America act is in no way an election rigging. It's a civil rights bill. It's designed to protect your vote from being stolen. But to the left, it's a threat to their power. The idea that we would verify that American citizens are the only ones registering to vote, the idea that we would check ID when people cast their ballot, the idea that we would purge non citizens from the voter rolls when they're not supposed to be there to begin with, these are all meaningful threats to the left's power. So rather than debate it on the merits, like it's okay that non citizens are on the voter rolls, why? Well, let me explain. Rather than debate it on the merits, they're instead claiming that President Trump is rigging the election. They're trying to destroy faith further destroy faith in our elections. Axelrod's already doing it. He's already doing it. And this idea that these guys are political apparatchiks, that they would just come out and they'd be making things up in the service of rigging an election, where have we actually seen that before? Who's done that in these roles? What roles are we talking about? Director of National Intelligence? Director of the CIA? Director of the FBI? Who has done. Oh, that's right, Clapper, Brennan and Comey. So once again, what Axelrod is describing is actually a case of projection from the administration that Axelrod is in part responsible for standing up in the first place. The Obama administration. It was Clapper, Brennan and Comey who were involved in subverting the vote in the United States of America, leading a war against the American voter, wielding the power of the government against their political opponents. David Axelrod is describing perfectly the behavior of the people that were in his administration. It's typical stuff. So in other words, we need the Save America act and we need maximum transparency. And we need these types of people to be held accountable for what they've done to our elections. More on the Save America act in just a moment because we have an update from two different senators on that subject. One of them is Josh Hawley. The other is Thumbelina. I've got that and so much more to get to. All ahead on this edition of Vince Want to thank Brickhouse Nutrition for supporting our program today, making it free, making it possible. I'm not, there's no, I don't have a scripted monologue. I never do. I'm not reading off a teleprompter or anything here. I'm just, I have my notes up and things about various stories. But these are just, these are truly the things that I believe. And I'm looking at all this going, are you serious right now? You're accusing us of election meddling? This is projection. It's designed to conceal your own behavior. And we're not putting up with this crap. We're not. We're going to take it down. And in fact, you know, I've got, I've got two clips for you here. One of them is Josh Hawley. Josh Hawley was asked yesterday what are we going to do to get the Save America act passed? You going to skip some recess? You actually going to get all these United States senators going to finally get up off their asses and, like, stand on their own two feet and fight for something? Here's Josh Hawley saying we got to do this by any means necessary. Watch him.
Sarah Gonzalez
Cut to President Trump said on one of the last conversations he had with Lindsey Graham that he had mentioned that they were very close to getting the Save America act across the finish line. Senators Mike Lee and Rick Scott are both now saying that in order to get this done, the Senate should stay in session through recesses and weekends. Is that something you would support?
Senator Josh Hawley
Well, I support the Save America Act 100%, and I hope that we could do Whatever it takes to pass it. And you know, I mean, I'm for, I'm for making the Democrats hold the floor. I'm for changing the rules. I'm a filibuster. I'm for, I'm for the Save America act. So I'm all for that. And I said last night, I think there's nothing that we could do that would be more significant for the country and also would follow through on one of Lindsey Graham's top priorities then, to pass the Save America Act. This voter id. I mean, I always say Missouri, we've had voter ID for years. We put it on the, in the, in our own Constitution, we the voters of Missouri. So every time my Democrat colleagues say, as they'll probably say in here in like 10 minutes, that'll never work. It does work. We've done it for years in my state. So I just, I don't get why, I mean, I do know why they're opposed to it. It's because they want people who are not citizens to vote. That's the only reason they're opposed to it. And I just think that's wrong. We need to pass it.
Vince
Totally right. We need to pass it by any means necessary. I mean, what do we have to do? I feel like at this point we have to get like a full blown demonstration going or something. Like Josh Hawley should chain himself to the desk on the front of the, the Senate or something. I don't know. Do something. You know, like I, and I love, I like, I like the chatter about what the options are and he's right about the strategies is like, I'm for taking the floor. I'm for getting rid of the filibuster. I love all the things you're for. The thing that I really need you and every other center to do is actually something, something. Just do it. Just start it. Start the process. Get the debate started. And a lot of this falls to John Thune and John Barrasso, clearly, Barrasso being the whip, Thune being the leader. But do it. We're, I, I'm going to, I'm going to say something to you, Senator Hawley, and the rest of you senators. I'm going to tell you without even looking at my chat right now, I know what the audience is tired of. They're tired of talking, they're tired of this. You're doing, doing a lot of this. We want you to actually get something done. That's the truth. Now. That's not an attack on Josh Hawley. I'm grateful that Josh Hawley is for the by any means necessary approach here. More senators need to join him. But it's getting very frustrating that there's. There's a lot of rambling and not a lot of doing. And if you're going to ramble, at least do it on the Senate floor. You guys love rambling. I've got a great spot for you to do it. Do it on the Senate floor, Get the filibuster started, break through it, and pass the Save America Act. Now, we do have impediments to this in the Republican Party. Nominally in the Republican Party. Among them the outgoing idiot senator from North Carolina known as Thumbelina. Sarah Gonzalez is asking, but wait a second. You're getting all this money from these interest groups that employ illegal aliens. Is that why you're voting against the Save America Act? And notice that Thumbelina, once she brings the receipts, dances away from the original question and starts saying stuff like, well, which version are you talking about? Because he did vote against one of the versions of the Save America act, and Sarah Gonzalez has him dead to rights. Watch this.
Sarah Gonzalez
Senator, you've received almost $700,000 from the illegal. Illegal labor lobby. Is that why you voted against the Save America Act?
Senator Josh Hawley
Can you tell me who the illegal labor lobbyists?
Sarah Gonzalez
Yes, it's contractors, general contractors, hospitality companies, industries, construction companies, and industries.
Vince
You know about the save. Which, Which Save America act are you talking about?
Sarah Gonzalez
The one that you voted against, sir.
Amy Coney Barrett
Okay.
Vince
And so you're asking me if I voted. I was against it.
Sarah Gonzalez
Because you're receiving almost $700,000 from these lobbyists.
Audience Member/Interjector
Do you have any remark, any idea
Vince
what a remarkably silly question that is for?
Sarah Gonzalez
I think it's a pretty important. I think your constituents want to know why you're betraying them.
Senator Josh Hawley
Math.
Vince
You know what my election cycle, the total all in election cycle cost was in 2020.
Senator Josh Hawley
It's $300 million.
Vince
Do you honestly believe that I would make a policy decision based on that?
Sarah Gonzalez
I don't know why you're betraying your constituents. I'm independent.
Audience Member/Interjector
Okay.
Sarah Gonzalez
Why are you betraying your constituents? Why are you betraying your constituents, Senator?
Vince
Good luck on the clicks.
Sarah Gonzalez
We just want secure elections, Senator. You're preventing us from getting that. You're betraying America.
Vince
Good luck on your job.
Sarah Gonzalez
Good luck on yours. What a strange thing for Senator tillis to say. $700,000 is not enough. He's a sellout. But not that amount because he receives 300 million. If I were an honest person and I were answering that question, I would just say, I'm not a sellout to anyone. I don't sell out for any amount of money. But Thom Tillis. Thom Tillis says he sells out, but not for that amount.
Vince
That's the point. That excellent rapid fire questions, analysis, receipts. Sarah Gonzalez crushes that moment. Crushes it. And she rightly identified that Tillis, his excuse was, I don't get out of bed for less than a million. Why would I do this for illegal aliens? I need. I need more money to sell out. That's a crazy answer. That's a really crazy answer. At least. Most politicians, like, they kind of pretend they're like, oh, you know, well, I can't be bought. These, these companies, these. These donors are giving me money just because they agree with me. They think I'm great for the country. That's not what Tillis did tell us is like, no, my race is so expensive. You think I would sell out for $700,000? No, it'd be way more than that. That's crazy. What a bizarre and corrupt demonstration of honesty. What a weird thing. That's wild. Anyway, congratulations to Sarah for that great exchange. And, well, it's sad for the rest of us that we have to deal with Thumbelina, who is. He's just so bitter. He's like, you know, imagine, I think, that one of the lessons from Lindsey Graham's life. Look, Lindsey Graham and President Trump didn't agree on everything. And Lindsey Graham was constantly trying to work the president to get him closer to his own policy positions. But here's something that Graham understood that Thom doesn't, that Cornyn doesn't, that Cassidy doesn't. And they're all being fired now from their jobs as a result. The thing that they don't understand is show some respect to the voters who keep electing Donald Trump and gave you the majority in the Senate to begin with. Lindsey Graham, while he didn't agree with all of us on everything, clearly at least had a healthy respect for the power and that this base represents. So much so that he abandoned his. His foolishness about attacking Trump. Remember, in the wake of the 2020 election, as lots of people were turning on Trump, Lindsey Graham was among them. Lindsey Graham was like, I'm done with him. I'm out. And then he came back. They always come back. Well, not all of them, but he did because he understood the power of this political movement, and he understood that for him to continue to exist in this world, in this political world, that he'd have to be very respectful of it. The rest of these jackasses don't understand that lesson. They don't get it. So while they're spending this week sending off Lindsey Graham and issuing these condolences, they're not, they're still not deriving the actual lessons from his life and time in politics. And they should be. They really should. But there's, there's Tom Bolina getting his ass handed to him by Sarah Gonzalez on the as she carefully dog walks him. It was great. It's just so great. But what would be really great is if he got in that elevator as he's running away from her, fleeing from her. And then he had finally had a realization like, you know what? She's right. I screwed this up. I should fight for my country. That would be a great outcome. The best. All right, more ahead on this edition of vince. We've got a lot to discuss with you. Thank you to Blackout Coffee for being such great supporters of our program. Okay, so you ready for some head spinning news on what the hell's going on with ice? Now we, we've gone back and forth on what's going on with deportations. In the first year of the Trump administration, we saw numbers around 3 million people, foreign nationals removed from our country, either forcibly or through self deportation. That's a start. That's a big start. A lot more to do. And then we just got some reporting in the past week or so that deportations have ramped up pretty dramatically, although not with the same kind of public attention that we saw before that. You know, we didn't have kind of big dramatic showy announcements. We're going into Minneapolis. In fact, the administration stopped announcing which cities they were going in for these targeted enforcements and just started deporting a lot of people without any fanfare. That was a sign of immense progress. And it came as some relief to those of us who were concerned that the administration might for whatever reason, or perhaps wrongly thinking the politics required that they should back off on deportations. But then over the course of the past week, we had a number of stories develop that are worth digging into because they served as a predicate for at least a pause, as the Trump administration revealed on vehicle stops by ice. So let me just set this up sequentially. First, in the past week, ICE officers shot dead a Mexican illegal alien in Houston. In Houston. And here's how CBS reports the news man fatally shot by ICE in Houston was not intended target. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers who fatally shot Mexican national Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in. Araujo, that's probably the right pronunciation. In Houston this week were looking for a different person when they stopped the vehicle. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Thursday, quote, after receiving a credible tip from our law enforcement partners, our officers conducted surveillance on the target's address. Weeks prior to the incident. They noted two white vans at the property. On July 7, officers were almost at the target's address when they observed a white van with an individual who resembled the target. Officers then initiated the vehicle stop. DHS initially said Tuesday that ICE officers were targeting Salgado Araujo because he was living in the country without legal permission. The department alleged he was shot after he ignored multiple verbal commands and attempted to ram an officer who fired his weapon in self defense. Houston firefighters said Salgado Araujo was struck in the abdomen and then his car hit an ICE vehicle. He was taken to the hospital but died of his injuries, according to dhs. Okay, so there's, there's an investigation underway into what exactly transpired here. There are claims that the vehicle was weaponized. Now, if you weaponize a vehicle, that's how you get shot. Don't do that. But one of the elements here that CBS doesn't emphasize, but it's true, the guy is here illegally. Now that's not a justification to shoot somebody. But it is a reality that if you're here illegally, then you're putting yourself in peril anyway because you've got to be physically removed from the country. You don't get shot. You don't even get handcuffed. You don't get manhandled if you're not in the country illegally. So a lot of this could have been resolved by following our laws to begin with. So that's the story out of Houston. Now the second story is out of Maine. It's a similar story where another illegal was shot dead by ICE in the state of Maine. Now their lawmakers say that he was not the intended target of the warrant. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Maine fatally shot a man in his car on Monday, DHS said. Marking the second time in a week that ICE officers have used deadly force in the United States. DHS alleged that the man who was in the country illegally had attempted to flee the scene when Ice tried to stop him around 7am Eastern in Biddeford, Maine and feared fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon. He later died from his injuries. DHS said ICE agents encountered the man while conducting target and surveillance on the last known address of an illegal alien. With a final order of removal, the Colombian embassy conveys that the man's name is Johan Sebastian Duran Guerrero, a 25 year old Colombian national. So another illegal alien, this time from Colombia. Again, if our country's laws are being followed and you're not here illegally, this never happens, okay? This doesn't happen at all. This is better for everybody if you follow the rules and the law. So both of these incidents are of course being investigated as is appropriate anytime a weapon is discharged. Ask any cop in America if they discharge a weapon and somebody dies. There's no doubt going to be an investigation into the circumstances that led to it. But what this did lead to yesterday was, well, concerning, to say the least. The Bill Melusion posted the following news item to X yesterday and it was first scooped as he credits by Jenny Terror. Jenny Terror is a wonderful reporter with the Daily Wire and here's what Bill Malusion says about yesterday and this caught everybody's attention, he says. Breaking per multiple federal sources to Fox, ICE has been instructed to immediately cease most vehicle stops during immigration enforcement operations nationwide, except for operations targeting the most egregious criminal aliens. This comes after two people were killed by ICE in shootings in Texas and Maine in the last week and in incidents that began as vehicle stops. DHS alleges one of those incidents was a ramming attempt. I'm told this will be temporary until ICE officers receive new training on vehicle stops. The policy change will have significant impacts as many of ICE's arrests begin as vehicle stops when they find and follow a target. As we've witnessed on multiple embeds. More to come as we get it. So this is, this is crazy. You're freezing all vehicle stops. That's not good. In fact, Bill Malusion goes further and says he's been speaking with numerous ICE sources. Most are expressing frustration that this will cause their arrest numbers to fall off of a cliff. While this is in effect a large majority of these arrests involve vehicle stops, they will now largely have to rely on court arrests, detainer transfers, USCIS interviews, or consensual encounters. Consensual encounters. How many of those are there? Or roving patrols on foot to make arrests in bigger numbers. ICE prefers to target people in their vehicles instead of their homes because homes require a judicial warrant to enter and vehicles are considered safer. Somebody can run into a home and grab a weapon, etc. Targets can be followed to public areas where warrants aren't required. In all the ICE embeds I've done over the years, says Bill, I would say 90% of the targets were arrested in vehicle stops, though they were, though they were egregious aliens, murderers, rapists, etc. And those vehicle stops are still allowed to continue. For now, they will have a bigger impact on targets in the United States illegally who have committed no other crimes. Thank you to Bill for accurately describing this by saying no other crimes, considering illegal entry to the country is a crime, despite what the media claims to you. All right, so what's going on here? Glad you asked. Tom Holman has a couple of updates for us on this. Tom Holman first of all said yesterday in an interview that this is a temporary pause and he insists it's not going to affect ICE arrests. Cut 7. Here's the border czar decision was made
Audience Member/Interjector
by the secretary along with leadership at ice. But look, it's not a policy change. It's a temporary pause. Look, the last couple of shootings, ICE leadership along with DHS believes they want to look at these last couple of incidents. And look, is there something that could have been done better? Is there any training that can be improved? Or it's simply ICE doing a job and bad things happen when people don't comply with law enforcement officers. So I think it's going to be a short pause and I'm confident that ICE is well trained. The vehicle stops and you're going to see us keep moving forward. But this is a, this is just a temporary pause where they look at the incidents. But let me say this too. I hear a lot of noise right now. This will affect ICE arrest and it's not going to. Look, I've done this for a long time. You can, you can, when the alien leaves his home, before he gets into the car, you can arrest him. Then you can wait till the vehicle gets to the destination and arrest him, then arrest him then every case is different. Now we know vehicles salter up over 34, 400%. So if we can Arrest that alien outside that vehicle and take that 2 ton weapon away from them. That's good in some instances. Other instances we still need to do vehicle stops. Or a significant criminal, you may want to stop him in a desolate area before he gets downtown. He certainly don't want to stop a criminal alien near a school in the middle of recess with 100 kids on the playground. There are so many circumstances these agents need to look at to make these decisions, decisions. So I do not think this short pause can affect the rest because the animal can be arrested before or after that vehicle. But this is what I understand talking to the director ICE it's a short pause just to make sure we're doing the right thing.
Vince
Okay. I the the fact that they have to use it at all, though the fact that vehicle stops are on the menu means that it is a valuable tool for making these arrests. If you shut down a pathway for law enforcement to actually enforce the law, it but just as a matter of physics, it's going to foreclose on some number of arrests. So Tom Holman is saying, look, that doesn't mean we're giving up the mission. We're staying locked in. We're going to try and arrest as many people as possible. But it's just a reality of the like the way physics works that if you stop doing vehicle arrests for a time vehicle stops, then you're going to have fewer, fewer arrests. That's it. That's just a very simple math issue. And this is driving people crazy, rightfully so. The idea that the illegal aliens get some sort of veto over the way deportations are conducted is crazy. The way that the left gets a heckler's or a rioters veto over the way that we conduct arrests and deportations is crazy. Don't allow it to happen. Don't demonstrate weakness in the face of this. Keep the mission moving at pace and get people who shouldn't be here the hell out of our country so we can restore law and order. It really is as simple as that. Now, Tom Almann obviously very much cares about this issue. There's no doubt about that. He is. He's the border czar. He's the right guy for the job. The president loves him because of his aggression and he's staying in there. And in fact, to Holman's credit, I want to share one more clip from him with you. This is Cut nine. Tom Holman is a little hot about people claiming that the Trump administration is doing is backing off of deportations at all. Here he is Explaining that actually we just had the highest month of deportations on record. Cut nine. Watch this. Will this change on vehicle stops lower the rate of deportation during the pause?
Audience Member/Interjector
No. You know what, Let me address that for a minute. I'm sick and tired of reading about how the administration's lost their, with their guts with, you know, mass deportations. And do you know June last month, ICE arrested more aliens than any month in the history of the agency. So, you know, people say ISIS not serious about this job. Last month, the most aliens arrested in the history history of the agency. More than last year. More than when you had the FBI, ATF, DEA, Border Patrol, ICE all out there. ICE by themselves with their 287 partners had the most arrested history of the agency. Now, were numbers down for a few months? Yeah. Why? Because the department was shut down. Right. Agents weren't getting overtime paid. They weren't getting travel. I mean the travel cars or maxed out so they couldn't travel to operations. The. The targeting wasn't being funded like it should have been. So the apartment was shut down. So portion numbers are shut down. And why did the Dem shut down the government? I'll tell you why. Because I was in negotiation because of Minneapolis. They had concerns about things in Minneapolis. I'm not going to make a judgment call on everything happened in Minneapolis, but that's why they shut it down. Every question, everything. They wanted ICE to change and Border Patrol change come back to operation operations in Minneapolis. So, you know, bottom line is once we got the funding, numbers are going through the ceiling like President Trump promised America.
Vince
So to the extent that there's been any slowdown, it's been Democrats who are to blame, Democrats who held ICE hostage, Democrats who don't want border enforcement, Democrats who want illegal aliens to just run roughshod over the whole country have been. If there's been any explanation for a dip in numbers over in prior months, it was Democrats. But that's encouraging news. Tom Holman says the most arrests in the history of ICE happened in the month of June of this year. Good. Let's set records every month. Let's set a record for July. I want to see month after month after month. And I know I'm saying this, I'm sure Tom Holman does too. Month after month, setting new records for ICE arrests up until the point that the reason that it's going down is because we run out of illegals to arrest. That's when it should go down. Now, here's the breaking news this morning. Your concern, my concern about These vehicle stops being put on pause. The President shares it. The President this morning with this update. The men and women of ICE are doing a great job, he says, one that has to be done. Crime is way down in America, in many cases with numbers that haven't been seen in decades. The open border policy of sleepy Joe Biden allowed 25 million people to pour into our country unchecked and unvetted. Many were criminals, and we have to get them out. In order to do this, we must be strong, tough and smart. We cannot give up one of ice's most important and effective crime fighting tools, the traffic stop. Once we do, we are playing right into the criminal's hands. The radical left Democrats would like to see this done, but it won't happen on my watch. Ice, be judicious, fair and smart, and go back and do your very important job. Keep those crime stat records coming. Remember, you are loved and respected in America. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President Donald J. Trump. That's my president. That guy, he saw this like you, and he goes, wait a second, hold on. We're throwing the brakes on ice. We're putting ICE on ice? I don't think so. Not on my watch. I was elected for mass deportations. We're going to continue that. Does that mean that ICE officers should be reckless and crazy and just gun down people for no reason? No, it doesn't mean any of that. It means that we should empower them to do their jobs as safely as possible, and that includes vehicle stops and let them keep having access to these tools. Now, the questions about training and making sure people know how to do it, that's a constant thing. Ask anybody who's in law enforcement. You have to do regular training. You go back, you get. You have to go out and actually, you know, get on the range and shoot targets. And you have to stay fresh, you have to stay up to date, and these guys should definitely do that. But don't take away any tools to enforce the law. And don't for a moment let the hecklers, rioters, lunatics, Democrats get a veto over law and order in the United States of America. Don't. The President's not playing that game. So some good news this morning. As the President says, hey, get back out there. Get back out there. All right, Leg says, we love you, Vince, but be cool. My babies. Tom's got this. He won't let it go long. Yeah, you know what, Leg? I have a lot of faith in Tom Holman. I really do. But the thing is, as Always when you see something that has you concerned, I've discovered it's just far better to vocalize it. It's far better to vocalize it, hash it out, and forge ahead. We live in a great country, and one of the things that makes it great is that even when something happens on our own side that we don't like, just call it out and see what you get out of it. And guess what? We just got the President decided to reverse this thing. Thank you to the President. Appreciate him for doing that.

More news stories as we get them. Always especially on. On getting these illegals out of the country. This is. I'm pretty sure this is what you voted for last I checked. And. And, you know, I. I mentioned a moment ago, you know, one of the realities here is, like, if these illegal aliens weren't here, there wouldn't be a circumstance where an ICE agent would shoot them dead for any reason. Any. They'd be alive in their home country. In fact, this is the same. The same thing is true for American citizens who are killed by illegal aliens. The Lake and Rileys of the world, the Jocelyn Nungareys, they would be alive today if our borders were secure. If their illegal alien killers were never allowed in in the first place, these American citizens would be alive and well. That's just true. And so one of the things to always be on guard for. I talked yesterday with you about Fairfax County, Virginia. They've got those AI body cameras that are now translating 57 different languages because the left kicked our borders open. How about this? How about we restore order? We deport illegals, we make people actually assimilate. If we welcome them into the country and make everybody speak English. These are very simple expectations to run a functioning country. But instead, have you noticed that the government always just spends a lot more of your money to address problems that they've created? What a disgusting trick that's constantly played on us. So yesterday we got another example of this. Two Supreme Court justices appeared before Congress yesterday asking for more money for security, for their own safety. Not just for the two justices, for all of them. Elena Kagan, as well as Amy Coney Barrett, testified yesterday before the Senate and the House asking for more money. They said, look, there's a lot of threats to our lives. Now we could use a bigger security detail in order to protect us both in our homes and as we travel. Now, let me just be blunt about why they have security threats. It's the left. The left is the reason that there are threats to the court. The left has attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to prevent the Dobbs decision, which was leaked in order to inspire the kind of villainy that you and I are talking about. The left attempted to kill Amy Coney Barrett just weeks ago by calling in a swatting threat against her to get a SWAT team to go to her house to barrel into it and to shoot dead anyone who lied with him. That's the left. So if we're going to be honest about what the hell's going on in our country and why there's like this appetite for violence such that we need more security, it's the left. So addressing, as the left likes to say, root causes. You want to address a root cause? Get the left to stop being terroristic lunatics. We have to resolve the assassination culture that led to the death of Charlie Kirk and the shooting of Donald Trump and the killing of Corey Comparator. We have to address this head on instead of just constantly treating the symptoms. Well, we need bigger security teams to handle the crazy lefties. No, how about we handle the crazy lefties? But here's Amy Coney Barrett yesterday testifying about the threats to her life and how it's become a big problem inside of her own house. Watch her.
Amy Coney Barrett
So I thought I would just share a little bit about how the threats have affected me and my family personally. They have required me to my children to think about and see things that children should not have to see or think about. One example is when threats to my life were particularly intense. A few years ago, around the time of the Dobbs leak, my security detail sent me home with a bulletproof vest and I carried it into my house, put it into my bedroom, dropped it down on a table, turned around, and my 12 year old son was standing in the doorway of my bedroom. And he wanted to know what it was and why I had it. And I didn't know how to respond because maybe I lack imagination, but I didn't expect that performing this service was going to put me in the position of explaining to my children what a bulletproof vest was and why I had to wear one. It's also been reported in the news that roughly six weeks ago, I was the victim of a swatting incident. At that point, my teenage son, one of my teenage sons, opened the door to go out with friends and saw in our street, it was full of police cars who had responded to a false report of gunshots and raised voices in my home. I was very, very grateful That I had Supreme Court police outside my home because they were able to stop and meet with and explain to the county police that it had been a false alarm. And so the police did not actually attempt to enter our home. Many of us, me included, have received threatening, anonymous deliveries designed to intimidate and harass us. They are often sent in the name of Judge Salas son, who I think, as you mentioned in the beginning, Mr. Chairman, is Dece because he was killed by a disgruntled lawyer who showed up at Judge Salas home intending to kill her. But her son, 20 years old at the time, opened the door and took the bullet instead. Her husband, standing behind, was seriously injured. So I think the message on these deliveries being sent in his name is clear. As Justice Kagan said, federal judges across the country throughout the judiciary, including the Supreme Court, continue to do their jobs without fear or favor. But the threat level is really high.
Vince
Want you to notice a pattern here. When did the assassination attempt against Brett Kavanaugh occur? It was after the leak of the Dobbs decision and before its official release. When did the swatting attempt of Amy Coney Barrett occurred? It was in the midst of awaiting the birthright citizenship case from the United States Supreme Court, the biggest case of the term. And how did that one come out? Well, Amy Coney Barrett, who just said that she lacked imagination to explain to her son why she had a bulletproof vest, had plenty of imagination when she envisioned some sort of constitutional right to American citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. So did the threats to Amy Coney Barrett weigh on her judgment when she derived a constitutional right for illegals to break our laws and have children in America? Did that weigh on her? She just said a moment ago that she's making these decisions without fear or favor, but you can't help but think that she's a woman who is fearful. You can't have that. You can't have that. Now, by the way, if fear is guiding her decisions, then she shouldn't be on the court. She should leave. She should tend to her family. That should be priority one. And let somebody else have the role. But you can't have a world in which these crazy lefties are constantly threatening Supreme Court justices in order to subvert the Constitution. The constitutional republic cannot withstand that. It will collapse entirely if that's the basis by which decisions are influenced. This is crazy. This is utterly crazy. And again, the core point goes back to what I was saying a moment ago, which is like the idea that these Supreme Court justices need to come hat in hand to the United States Congress and say, hey, please fund more security for us. When the actual answer to this is restoring our borders, deporting illegals and telling Americans the truth about their system. That's the actual answer. If anything, both Amy Coney Barrett and Elena Kagan should have arrived yesterday scolding Democrats for constantly lying to the American people and whipping them into a frenzy against President Trump, the United States Supreme Court and anybody who's trying to restore order to our country. Every time Hakeem Jeffries opens his freaking mouth, he's whipping people into a frenzy, although he's doing it in a very low iq, midwit sort of slow way. Chuck Schumer stood on the steps of the United States Supreme Court threatening justices ahead of the assassination attempt on Brett Kavanaugh. So before you ask for money, why don't you ask for decency? That should be the request to Congress start telling the truth. And that doesn't cost us a dime. In fact, that would save us a lot of money and misery. That should be the mission. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. But, but stay in the fight. I we're going to, we're working on getting Senator Jim Banks on our programs. I told you that yesterday. We've got to have Jim Banks on. I think we're going to get him on the radio show soon. And when we do, I want to talk to him about the Citizenship act, because under it as just so you, just so you understand, we will say that illegal aliens are invaders to the United States by statute. We will say that birth tourists, people who come to the United States just to have a baby here and a free American citizen, they are invaders of the United States. If Jim Banks succeeds in this legislation, it'll force this issue back in front of the court and they can fix this atrocity. So I'm going to stay on this. I think this is really big. We've got a, we've got so much more to talk about. I've barely scratched the surface. We're going to do more of it today in a couple of venues. You ready? I'm on with Dan Bongino today on his program. That's at 10am Eastern time. Rumble.com Bongino I'm joining the show as we do on alternating Wednesdays. This episode of VINCE dives deep into several of the most urgent topics dominating America’s political news cycle: a highly anticipated presidential speech on election integrity, breaking news regarding ICE enforcement tactics following fatal incidents, the ongoing push for the Save America Act, and the increasing threats to Supreme Court justices in today’s intensely polarized environment. Host Vince Coglianese provides sharp, often impassioned commentary, includes clips and pointed quotes from political and law enforcement figures, and gives listeners both news and analysis with his signature blend of energy and humor.
Teaser for Thursday's Address:
Quote – President (recorded clip):
"I'd rather save it. But it's really big. It's really, really big news and our country has to shape up." [03:52]
Vince’s Analysis:
Speculation about Save America Act:
"Being a United States Senator means being on the receiving end of the earnest desires of American citizens." [10:20]
“It’s not a policy change. It’s a temporary pause…to look at these last couple of incidents…bad things happen when people don’t comply…It’s just a temporary pause…” [39:46]
“We cannot give up one of ICE’s most important and effective crime fighting tools, the traffic stop…It won’t happen on my watch.” [47:25]
Context:
Amy Coney Barrett (Clip): [52:12–54:31]
“My children have had to see things children shouldn’t see…Around the time of the Dobbs leak, my security detail sent me home with a bulletproof vest…I was also swatted six weeks ago. The street was full of police cars…Many of us, including me, have received anonymous deliveries designed to intimidate…and the message is clear.”
Vince’s Reflection:
“Let’s engage in some idle speculation, shall we, on what we might learn this week... There’s lots of mystery to this.” [04:13]
“What Axelrod is doing here…is already laying the groundwork to claim that the midterms…were rigged…Talk about destroying faith in elections.” [17:31]
“Rather than like, back off on her, just give…condolences. But in the process, say, please pass the Save America Act. Please fight for this country. Please fight for our sovereignty.” [10:50]
“Don’t allow [the Left] to happen. Don’t demonstrate weakness in the face of this. Keep the mission moving at pace.” [41:23]
True to the show’s style, Vince balances sharp, sometimes sardonic criticism of political opponents with straightforward analysis. He uses strong, relatable language—“head spinning,” “projection,” “just do something,” and repeated references to “not putting up with this crap”—both to engage listeners and arouse action. When discussing fellow conservatives or Republicans, his tone shifts from exasperation to rallying, urging them toward unity and concrete results.
This episode is a must-listen for those interested in the upcoming Thursday presidential address, immigration policy enforcement, intraparty Republican tensions, and the intersection of judicial security with political polarization. Vince’s pointed commentary and energetic delivery provide both context and motivation for politically engaged listeners.
