All right, guys, let's talk about some breaking news overnight. Let's start with the breaking news. Georgia special election just concluded in Georgia's 14th congressional district. That's for Marjorie Taylor Greene. Was Marjorie Taylor Greene left the United States House of Representatives an election to replace her. There were a lot of candidates running in this thing yesterday. And the way it works is it was all Democrats and Republicans all running together. And then the top two vote getters in this case, they're now moving to a runoff election. A runoff election. Those top two vote getters, that would be Clayton Fuller. The President Trump endorsed Republican candidate heads on to the next round alongside Sean Harris. Sean Harris is the Democrat in this race. And the final tally from last night's election has Sean Harris edging out Clayton Fuller. But that's only because there were a lot of Republican candidates involved here. I just want you to understand the numbers. Yes, Sean Harris has 37.3% of the vote. Almost every other candidate that fetched votes last night yesterday were Republicans. Clayton Fuller gets 35% of the vote. Then Colton Moore had 11.6% of the vote. And on and on and on. You start doing the math. You're adding up all the Republicans here and you realize the Republican side of the aisle has around 60% of the totals for the people who showed up in yesterday's election contest, which bodes very well for this runoff election coming soon. So we've got a really interesting and important race. But that is that special election going on in Georgia not yet over. Republican versus Democrat now Clayton Fuller versus Sean Harris. Clayton is the candidate that President Trump supported in this race. Georgia voters responding that Congress, that congressional district's voters responding in kind and saying, okay, if he's your guy. He's our guy. And Clay Fuller moves on. President Trump very excited about the results. Last night he said congratulations to Clay Fuller of Georgia's 14th congressional district on getting such a high percentage of the vote with 12 Republicans running. We want to make the next vote too big, too rigged. Clay will be a great congressman. He will never let you down. PRESIDENT DJT so the quest for reinforcements in the United States House of Representatives continues as we get some breaking news out of Georgia overnight. That that race for now settled and heading on to a runoff where the Republican expected to do very well. The president pushing still very hard in that race. If you're in that congressional district, don't for a moment settle, play like you're behind and get Clayton Fuller across the finish line. Help bring some back up to the United States Congress. One more piece of election data for you that's kind of fun to look at right now and kind of encouraging. I've been talking to you about Virginia and the Democrats desire to steal four congressional seats in Virginia. There is an ongoing early election right now in Virginia. And if you're in Virginia, remember, when you go into the ballot box right now, find your polling place, go online to your elections website. Go, go. When you go to the ballot box and you look at the ballot, it's going to ask you whether or not you want to, quote, restore fairness to elections. That's a lie. Democrats are not restoring fairness to anything. They're attempting to rig the elections. Vote no. Vote no. And get everybody a note to join you in doing that. We've got some updates here. I just shared an election website here on X. It's tracking the data, some fascinating data in the early vote right now. All of the Republican counties in the state, everything not in Northern Virginia, but instead the further west you go in the state. The early vote totals are very, very high right now. Very high. And that is, that's an easy way to see that. Whoa, wait a second. Republican early vote turnout is through the roof and it needs to be high. We can't just rely on the first few days. It's got to be high all the way through April 21st. Get as many of these Republican votes out as possible to stop this election rigging scheme. Barack Obama and Abigail Spanberger are trying to steal the entire United States House of Representatives right now. And you can actually see if you click on, if you go to my ex account, you can get to this link pretty easily. If you click through here and you start looking at some of these western counties look at this. Lee County, 125.6%. That's the early vote totals versus 2025. We're over 100%. You look at Scott county, these are as far west as you can go in Virginia, 142%. Dickinson County's over 100% already. Buchanan County, 180%. Tazewell County, 119%. The news is good. In other words, the early vote totals, good right now. But we've got to keep in this fight. You can't for a moment settle on this news. Sometimes I hesitate to even share good news about how Republicans are turning out because I don't want to. I don't want to make anybody think that, well, we can just stay home then. I mean, my fellow Republicans have this in the bag. No, that's not the way to view this. Meanwhile, if you look at some of those Northern Virginia counties, look at Fairfax county right now, just 54% of the early vote total right now, compared to 2025, much lower. Loudoun county, which is going to be a mix of conservatives and Democrats. It keeps moving to the left, though. 79.2%, those early vote totals. So it's a little bit lower right now. So just want to give you some encouragement here that your. Your encouragement is being heard by Virginians. People are responding here, and, and we may be able to prevent an election rigging operation here. This is why I talk about it so much. I don't want the United States House of Representatives to be stolen. You know, I just want fair elections. I want legitimate elections. That's all we want. And that's what's happening right now in Virginia. So just give you a quick update on that as we see it right now. Yeah, over 100%. L. Flynn TV is asking, what does that mean, over 100%? Over 100% means that right now, at this very time, we are outpacing what the early vote totals were in 2025. That's what that means. It's a comparison to the 2025 vote totals at the very same time in the early vote. In other words, the. The numbers are very good right now. The numbers are good. That's what the number means. Okay, let's see. A lot more to get to. And by the way, Josh, people can hear me. I saw somebody in the chat say we've lost video, that maybe that person lost video. Did anyone else lose video? Are we still good? Okay, we're still good. All right, good to go. Just want to make sure. Always, always want to make sure. Want to make sure this is being heard. Okay, let's talk about fraud. I've got, I've got Save America updates. Hold on for that. We've got big Save America updates. We'll gavel into our meeting on that subject coming up. But first, I want to talk about how Nick Shirley and company have, have worked wonders for our country by exposing all of that fraud going on in Minnesota. Uh, it's just been a wonderful exercise in citizen journalism. Now the legacy media are playing catch up. And I know there are some conservatives out there who are kind of mocking all of this and saying, well, you know, how come you weren't supporting Nick Shirley? And, and you know, like, Nick Shirley already did it. Oh, it's good. Oh, you're finally showing up. Got it. I got it. Look, if I can browbeat the media into actually doing service journalism, I consider that mission accomplished. That's a really big thing. I'm happy to have any backup we can in order to have our tax dollars stop being stolen. And that brings us to two major legacy media stories just in the last 24 hours exposing a lot of fraud. A lot of fraud. Let's start with cbs. CBS has a big report out overnight about what they call ground zero in hospice fraud. Ground zero and hospice fraud. This consists of Los Angeles, California. Now we're getting somewhere. Because California, baby, you and I both know, is the epicenter of stolen taxpayer dollars. It's run by Democrats, the city, the whole state's in chaos. It costs a lot of money just to move out of the state. That's how desperately people have been trying to get away through the years. And they steal a lot of taxpayer money there. And CBS News is revealing that there is massive amounts of hospice fraud going on in Los Angeles, California. They reviewed the records for these so called hospice operations. Remember hospice care? It's often, this is like end of life care. You know, people are like beyond medical treatment, they're kind of spending in many cases the end of their lives in hospice. That's usually the way this is used. And so there's a lot of terminal hospice care. But one of the things that CBS has discovered is people are going in and being classified as terminal and then they're getting out. They're spending all this time in hospice and then released. And yet taxpayer dollars are flowing to operations that are just taking tons of money. And CBS is going, this is probably fraud. In fact, they revolve around the story. They start around the story of a woman called lynn Ianni. She's 69 years old, and she's very much in good health. She's a pickleball player. She loves pickleball. A lot of people love pickleball. You like pickleball, Chad? People like pickleball. She plays pickleball. And she. She. She suffered an injury two years ago, they say, and so she sought physical therapy. And when she went, she found out Medicare wouldn't cover it because she was in hospice. She wasn't in hospice. Check out this CBS report. The reporter here, Adam Yamaguchi, putting together a little bit of a video on her experience and what he's discovered. Watch.
B
The government thinks this woman is dying in hospice care. But she just humiliated me, schooled me on the pickleball court. She's definitely not dying. She is a victim, though, of hospice fraud. So hospice fraud costs taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars every year. California is ground zero. So basically, people steal Medicare numbers, they enroll them in hospices, and then bill for tens of sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars. A lot of these companies are just fronts. So over 700 of the roughly 1800 hospices in LA county trigger multiple red flags for possible fraud. So we went door to door, and what we found was empty office spaces, piled up mail, and not a single health care worker in sight. There's even a stretch in LA with 500 registered hospice companies within just three miles of each other. In fact, there's even a single building with 89 registered hospice companies. We wanted to get some answers. Okay, so my name is Adam Yamaguchi, and I'm with CBS News, and we're doing a story about hospice, and we're just trying to understand how and why there are so many hospice agencies in, like, a small cluster in LA County. Would love to speak with you.
A
I'm sorry, he's speaking through a door.
B
You have no comment. Okay.
A
All right. No comment. Thank you.
B
Medicare hospice fraud can happen in a few different ways. Shell companies can buy stolen Medicare numbers on the dark web and then bill the government for services that they don't ever actually provide. Sometimes recruiters will go out into the community and look for seniors and. And say, hey, we can offer you a bunch of free groceries. Housekeeping free. Depends. Just give me your Medicare number and I'll see what you're eligible for. And then, boom, they're off and running. They can charge tens of thousands of dollars, and in some cases.
A
Look, I mean, it's obvious what they're doing is they're getting Medicare numbers from seniors. They're acting like they're gonna give them Some sort of small services. And then they just are using those numbers to establish fake hospice operations and then stealing hundreds of millions, billions of dollars across all of this from the American taxpayer. And so when we talk about the fraud, the level of fraud that's going on, it's easily in the hundreds of billions of dollars at the very least every year across our country, all being stolen by fraudsters who are going in, they're overbilling Medicare and Medicaid, they're stealing a bunch of money. And as a result, we've driven up our national debt to unbelievable numbers. I mean, for years, we've heard Washington talk in kind of a phantom way about dealing with waste, fraud, and abuse. And then D.C. never really does anything to address it. And we never really get much of an assist from the media who don't spend any time on those stories. In fact, most of the stories they spend time on are trying to invent scandals for Donald Trump rather than addressing genuine scandals that are coming at the expense of the American taxpayer. So there's the CBS guy, Adam. He goes out there and he goes. I love how he's, like, cursing now, too. Does that usually happen on CBS where he's like, oh, we're going to give you a bunch of shit. I love it. I love it. Stay locked in. Adam, the more you do this, the more I'm going to celebrate you. Because I want the media on these stories. I want them finding my money and getting it back. That's where I want these guys to focus their attention. It's supposed to be service journalism. That is, that amounts to that. And you heard from cbs, what they're. What they're looking into is the signs of fraud. You ready for the signs of fraud? This is what they consider the signs of fraud. This is what fraud investigators have indicated in the past. Multiple hospices in one building. Check. I mean, a lot of this, you'll hear this and you'll be like, that's what Nick Shirley found. Geographic clustering where they're all located in the same community. Low patient counts, like they're not actually seeing human beings. High rates of terminally ill patients who are later discharged alive. It's a miracle. Everybody's just walking out. They were terminally ill when they got here. Now they're free. Excessive billing, of course, and then staff that's shared across multiple companies. The same medical director going and working with 40 different hospice carers. And you're like, well, how do you even have time to work with 40 different hospice cares? It's a Fraud operation is what it is. And hopefully here you'll see CBS and I encourage you to check out the reporting on this so you can see some more detail. But like, look, they'll, they'll show you on a map here for Those of you rumble.com Vince, there are 1800 licensed hospices right now in Los Angeles county alone. 1800 that many people terminally ill in hospice. What's going on here? 1800 hospices. That's more than six times the national average for the county senior population. And then you dial in a little bit more and they've got 42% of these companies have multiple indicators that they're fraudulent according to the CBS Review. Here's more. Now, nearly 500 of them are all operating inside of just a three mile radius in Los Angeles. Look at this, ladies and gentlemen. I'm on the map here. It keeps dialing in and you get closer and closer. Look at this. There are 137 hospices all along Van Nuys Boulevard alone. More than half of them appear to be fraudulent. And then they dial in and they're just going to one building. Look at this. 89 companies in a single building in Van Nuys, 72% of them with multiple signs of fraud. It's the most extreme case of hospice clustering that CBS found. So, you know, I see some people in the chat pointing out that J.D. vance is in charge of ultimately getting to the bottom of this. I am certain he is working to get to the bottom of this. The Trump administration is all over this particular issue. They're all over it. In fact, Dr. Oz, who's the head of center for Medicaid and Medicare Services right Now, you know, Dr. Oz, he just went and visited California recently and he put out a video and he traveled to LA exposing that there is a lot of hostage fraud, excuse me, hospice fraud going on in LA right now. Here's Dr. Oz explaining this was just a few weeks ago. Cut to watch.
C
So you can see these are medical buildings. They've got Cyrillic writing, Russian, Armenian writing, both sides. There's lots of action it seems. I don't know how many patients are getting care, but in this four block area in Los Angeles, there are 42 hospices. So either there are a lot of people dying here or you've got a fraudulent activity that is so good that everyone wants to get in on it. I'm in Bed Nuys in Los Angeles and this boarded up area above my head here is a big hospice center. There are apparently quite a few hospices around here, 42 within a four block radius. And these guys stole $16 million. Listen carefully. The main guy went to jail for two years stealing $16 million, which is a good trade off for a lot of folks. And if you look at it, it's pretty in the script. There wasn't anyone really in there. They weren't doing any services. They just got an address they could claim was a hospice, and then they ran the business claiming people were at home getting services, which they really weren't. What we have learned is there's roughly three and a half billion dollars of fraud taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice and home care. It's run quite a bit of it by the Russian Armenian mafia. You notice the lettering and language behind me is of that dialect. And it also highlights the fact that this is sort of an organized crime mafia deal where you've got folks who have systemically recruited doctors to write false prescriptions. You know, hundreds of doctors participating. They've got 100,000 patients who they've tricked or paid to give them their beneficiary numbers so they can perpetuate the fraud.
D
Fraud.
C
And then the criminals are just running the whole organization and quickly scurrying away when law enforcement does get around to prosecuting them. Unfortunately, in California, there has not been a lot of attention on these problems. That's going to change. The U.S. attorney, the FBI, everyone's now focused on the fact that in this state, which has about $30 billion worth of home and community based services, most of it might be fraudulent. Those are big numbers and we're taking it seriously. President's not gonna tolerate this anymore, man.
A
I'm so happy we have this team on there on this issue. Could you imagine none of this would happen? President Kamala, you think should be tackling fraud handled by these Democrat states? Just money. Your money being stolen and handed out to various, like, you know, like. Was it mafia groups, immigrant mafia groups? No, she wouldn't be tackling this at all. We have a great team on this. Thank God these guys are out here digging this up. $38 trillion in debt. Yeah, we could use some of that money back. We could use a lot of that money back. And we could use a lot of people prosecuted. We could use a lot of people deported. Trump administration all over that. You've seen them all over in Minnesota and they said they were going to redouble their efforts in California. Dr. Oz Co. Are there now. Greasy Gavin Newsom is upset about all of this. He doesn't like that Dr. Oz went into LA to expose all of this. In fact, he accused Dr. Oz of being racist for doing it because what else do Democrats have? They just accused people of being racist whenever they're upset that their schemes are being exposed. Here's Gavin Newsom making that accusation right after Dr. Oz visited L A watch cut three Oz might have. Well, you're living in Oz. When he went down attacking the Armenian

community just a few days ago.

A business is down now 30%. Poor guy, small businessman running a bakery because he decided to do a little TikTok video or something saying they're somehow connected to the mob around hospice. Hospice. We've been after that for years and years before Oz was even on the scene.
C
2021 we did a moratorium on new hospice program.
A
280 we shuddered.
C
We've been after this for years and years and years.
A
We want an open hand, not a closed fist. We absolutely are here to be a partner, to go after waste, fraud and abuse. I started something called odi Office Digital Innovation.
C
I did not, my mistake.
A
Do it with a chainsaw. All right, enough of this guy clown.
C
Had I done that?
A
But the point is, he's saying, oh, we've been all over this issue. No, you haven't. I just play. I just showed you the CBS stuff too. I mean, look, they're all over this right now. 72 operations inside of one building that have multiple signs of fraud. Yeah, you've been all over it. Greasy. Way to go, buddy. Way to God. Thank God, Dr. Oz, the U.S. attorney, the FBI are all over this because you no doubt are on the take from these operations that have been taken from us. As he pretends he's all over it, gets mad at Dr. Oz. I'm cheering you, Dr. Oz. Get in there and break all of this up. Get our money back, would you? All right, More in a moment. We've got a lot to get to. We have one big other legacy media fraud story I've got to share with you comes to us from the Wall Street Journal overnight. Huge, Huge. We'll get to it in just a moment. He goes in there, you see CBS reporting on the unbelievable amounts of fraud. They send the reporter in. They're doing videos now. Kind of Nick Shirley esque. I love that. I love that. More. Give me more, please. Expose all of it. And sure enough, the Wall Street Journal comes flying in with another piece themselves. Here's what they have overnight. The boom in autism therapy. We saw this in Minnesota, didn't we? Is Medicaid's fastest growing jackpot. They have a whole story this morning about how there are people out there who suddenly are providing these mystery autism services and they're extracting payments from taxpayers as high as $800 an hour. They revolve the story around a woman called Megan Mitchell who spoke to the Wall Street Journal for this as she was trying to be try and defend herself in the midst of all this. But boy, it doesn't look good for her. She first launched an autism therapy business in 2019, and they say she took aim at an unlikely source of profit. Indiana's taxpayer funded Medicaid program, which is of course for the poor. In 2023, the state paid her company, which is called Piece by Peace Autism Centers, $29 million to provide therapy for just 84 patients. $29 million for 84 people. That's about $340,000 per child. That's Medicaid money. One year that amount surpassed what Indiana Medicaid typically spends in a year treating a newly diagnosed lung cancer patient or covering a year of nursing home care. Piece by piece became one of Medicaid's most expensive providers, in part by raising its prices, triggering reimbursements as high as $640 an hour for routine therapy that can be administered by workers with little more than a high school diploma. Yeah, they say in the piece that sometimes the therapy involves sitting a child down in front of a movie and having them watch Disney's Frozen, and they're being paid $640 an hour by you for that therapy, quote, unquote. Mitchell said her company complied with Indiana's rules and the state never objected to her prices. That's one of the problems here, that the states are administering this, and they're destroying it. I don't think Indiana really had any oversight or not much, said Mitchell. She bought a series of properties, including a $2.5 million home on Florida's Sanibel Island. Beautiful. And a 600,000 waterfront house on the Tippecanoe river in Indiana, while her company's Medicaid billings soared. The piece goes on and it says, this is a problem all across the country. It's not just Indiana, it's everywhere. They talk about what's going on in Minnesota. They have found immense fraud operations going on in Maine, Wisconsin, Indiana, Colorado. It's a mess. It's a complete message. But again, the Wall Street Journal jumping in now with some of its own coverage here. One of the reasons we know all of this is because the Trump administration has made public the Medicaid numbers. Remember I told you on a recent episode, we talked about this, that they had. For the first time ever, it was the Trump administration who just made a huge list of. They put out the full database of Medicaid expenses so you could go in, you could see what companies are getting Medicaid money and what they're billing for. There are billing codes, so you can see specifically what they're billing for. And it's just tons of cash going out the door. Tons. And as a result, we've had citizen journalists and legacy media outlets like the Wall Street Journal begin to dig through the data, and what they've identified is massive patterns of fraud. It is. It's beautiful what the Trump administration is doing, and it's very ugly what the data shows. But the end result of all of this are that people can actually be prosecuted for this. So I saw somebody in the chat issue concerned that, like, well, what does this matter? Nobody's gonna be held accountable. I've got good news for you. Lots of people are being held accountable. In Minnesota alone, we've seen hundreds of prosecutions. Most of this convictions have been Somalis who've been stealing from the American taxpayer. In Los Angeles, you just heard from Dr. Oz. They're deploying the FBI to prosecute and then hand over to the U.S. attorney for prosecution. Well, the FBI would do the Investigation and the arrest, they handed over to the U.S. attorney for prosecution, so that these people can be convicted and then either put in jail or just kicked right out of our country, handed off to ICE to get them the hell out of our country. And of course, you've got J.D. vance now tasked directly by the President of the United States to run the fraud operations, the attack on the fraudsters nationwide. You think J.D. vance is screwing around? The United States Marine? He's screwing around? I don't think so. The guy's on top of it. And now they've got, coming in from the United States Department of Justice, an Attorney General who reports directly to the Vice President, not even to the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, directly to the Vice President. So if you're on Team, let's see something happen. Good. So am I. And so is President Trump. There's no doubt about this. It's not. This is not like some game. They're really on it. By the way, you also have government officials who are under active FBI investigation. That includes Tampon Tim Walls. That includes Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry. That includes Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota. And all of those guys deserve it, undoubtedly. So that's interesting. I like that. The legacy media are jumping in here. Jumping in here. I love this. I mean, Jill Miller says it. She's right. Jill says we want our money back, too, not just prosecutions. That's true, Joe. Me, too. Here's the problem. A lot of that money, especially in the case of the Somalis, they've already sent it overseas. It's like this is like it's gone. Spent and gone. Which is why we have to stop this fraud in its tracks, because we can only recuperate so much. There's only so much we can get back. A lot of it just gets instantly sent away. And so we got to move quickly, which is what the Trump administration is up to. One more thing for you. I saw an amazing idea. Tell me if you like this idea. Here it is. This comes to us from a guy called. Well, he's on X. He's just. He just calls himself Quick Thoughts. And he had a quick thought, and I kind of like this quick thought. You ready? He said, we really need a government dashboard. A government dashboard that has all of the federal services bundled together. When you log into your citizen account, you can see something like, quote, you are currently receiving hospice care, and then every individual person could help detect fraud. Now, this is a very interesting concept. Remember the first story I shared with you from cbs? There was the woman playing pickleball, she wanted to just get simple physical therapy. She seeks assistance from Medicare for that. And then they tell her, sorry, you can't get it because you're in hospice. She's like, I'm not in hospice. My identity's been stolen. I like this idea now. I like this idea now. I'll think about it some more. And maybe there are some downsides I'm not anticipating. You know, every time. You know, as Thomas Sowell has said famously, there are no policy solutions, only trade offs. There are always going to be trade offs. But what if for federal benefits, federal services, there was a place that you could log on to where you could see what you're currently receiving? You know, like the IRS currently has all your tax data. It's not the craziest thing in the world that there's a centralized location where you could look at federal data. What if there was a simple dashboard that you could log into? You could use two factor authentication or something in order to safeguard your identity, but you could go into it each year and you could look at it and say, okay, what federal benefits am I currently receiving? In other words, what money's going out the door, supposedly to me. And you look at it and you're like, okay, my, I'm getting my Social Security check, or I'm getting my military pension or my disability or whatever it is that you receive. And it says, I'm in hospice care. Hold up, I'm not in hospice care. And then what you can do right on the website is report to the federal government that that's not a benefit that you're actually receiving, that this is fraud. This is fraud. And alert prosecutors to this. It would be an amazing crowdsourcing operation because every individual could safeguard their own identity. I kind of like the concept. Again, if there are downsides, I'd love to. I'd love to kind of noodle on them. But this is the kind of thinking we need. This is the kind of thinking we need, which is like, what can we do to address this fraud? And how can individual citizens get in on the action? I like, I like that people are thinking about it and perhaps we can make this actionable. So thank you. Quick thoughts for, for having that quick thought. That's a good one. That's a very good one. I really, I really like that. That gets us in the right direction. All right, coming up on the program, we've got to talk about the latest on the Save America Act. A lot has developed here in the last 24 hours. Including one US senator who's in the absolute fight for his life, is now saying it's time for either the speaking filibuster or to change the rules of the Senate to get the Save America act passed. He's feeling the pressure and now he's joining the fight. I'll take it. More ahead on this edition events. You know, I want to thank one of our great sponsors, one of the just absolute phenomenal sponsors of this program. That's Rumble Wallet. Rumble Wallet. They've got a great operation, Rumble. Wait, I need to gavel in. I don't always gavel in. We should gavel in. Ready? We gavel in now to the. To the daily meeting on the Save America Act. Producer Jim Verde, who of course produces the radio show, he just keeps the minutes. He does the minutes for us at our meetings every day on what the developments are for the Save America Act. We've been fighting very hard for this, and I was. I've been giving you updates on it this week, including the fact that the United States of America is. Is. Everybody in the whole country is all calling the Senate right now and they're saying, would you pass it? We all support it. What about you? Where are you on this? And the great thing this week is that we have a huge alliance with the President of the United States in place. He says, I don't want any more legislation to hit my desk until the Save America act does. I'm done with that shit. I need the Save America act is what the President said. And then he also said that we need to do this by any means necessary. Let's use the speaking filibuster. Let's get this thing to the floor of the Senate and let's get it passed. Well, this has created a massive headache for Senate leadership. They did not want to do this. It's pretty obvious since the very beginning they were trying to figure out a way to get past this. They didn't want the President to have his attention on this. The president himself even said this week, the reason, one of the reasons he cares so much about this is not just the integrity of our elections, but anytime he goes out on the road and he talks to the base, everybody's saying the same thing. Mr. President, we need the Save America Act. We need it. And he hears you loud and clear. So where's the Senate right now? Well, the unfortunate news today, or at least for now, I mean, maybe you can take it as interesting news because we've got them sweating, but it's annoying. John Thune is attempting to surrender right now on the Save America act and not surrender to you. He's trying to give up the fight to get it passed and he's claiming there's nothing he can do about the math in the Senate. Listen, as he talks to the media yesterday, cut four. And as you listen to this, you're going to hear what sounds like a dispassionate play by play announcer, a guy who's merely observing what's going on and has no role in leadership whatsoever, as if he has no ability to twist arms or get people to support this noble cause. Listen to John Thune abdicate responsibility yesterday. Do you run a risk of being on the wrong side of President Trump and your resistance to do this talking filibuster tying the Senate in knots for weeks?
E
We don't have the votes either to proceed, get on a talking filibuster nor to sustain one if we got on it. But that's just a, that is just a function of math and there isn't anything I can do about that. I mean, I understand the President's got a passion to see this issue addressed as we all do.
A
Does he understand that though?
E
Well, we've conveyed that to him, but we'll continue to make that argument because I think it's important that everybody understand that this really is about, it's about
A
the votes, it's about the math.
E
And for better or worse, I'm the one who has to be the clear eyed realist about what we can achieve here. And so we'll continue to convey that. And I think that we're going to
A
have a fight on the floor.
E
We're going to vote on this, we're going to put it up and we'll give the Democrats the opportunity to cast their vote on whether or not they think non citizens ought to vote in American elections and so that that debate will happen. But like I said, I can guarantee the debate, I can guarantee a vote, I just can't guarantee an outcome.
A
There isn't anything I can do about it. Says who is that again? Oh, the leader of the United States Senate. Wait, hold on a second. Who's the leader around here? It's you. You're the leader. What are leaders supposed to do? You're not sitting around just taking attendance. Your job is to convince your conference to join you in noble legislative pursuits. Why aren't you doing it? Why am I not hearing words coming out of your mouth like I'm trying to convince my conference to join this mission? I'm doing everything I can to get them across the finish line. If the answer at the end of it is that they're still being stubborn jackasses, well, then just start revealing what their names are so that we can get rid of them and replace them. But to sit around and act like he literally said, there's nothing I can do about it. And then as he was talking to Fox's Chad Pergrim there, he patronizes the President of the United States. He makes it seem like, well, I'm trying to explain to him what he doesn't understand, which is that there's just no way we can do what you want us to do. Oh, so the president is just ignorant? Is that what you're saying? The president's too stupid to realize how this all works, what the Senate is capable of? No, the president knows exactly what's possible here. And the president has actually treated John Thune very, very nice, given Thune's failure to do what he's supposed to do, which is to lead his conference in the direction of the president's agenda. What do the American people vote for? Why do we send President Trump in? Why do we give Republicans a majority in the Senate? Why do we give them a majority in the House? Is to achieve things that actually matter to the American people. And in this case, that involves safeguarding the process by which we choose our leadership. This is not hard. This is the most common sense thing ever. It's being described as an 8515 issue across the country. That's because the polling shows that this legislation is wildly popular. It shouldn't take a root canal to get members of Congress to show up to vote for this. It's insane to me. And yet here we are. Here we are again in the same week that John Thune is accusing you of being a part of some sort of paid influencer ecosystem for supporting it. Meanwhile, too many members of the Senate are actually on the take to remain so corrupt that they won't safeguard our elections, which is what's actually going on. Thune was also asked about not just President Trump being ignorant of the process, he was asked about the MAGA base as well. Some reporter asked him about the MAGA base. Us having an unrealistic expectation here. And then John Thune spins this into something that is not. He said that, that we expect Democrat votes. Listen to him as he moves the goalposts on the argument. I don't want Democrat votes. I mean, I want them, but I'm not expecting them at all. I want just Republicans to vote for this thing. That's what I'm asking for. Listen to John Thune change the terms of the debate. Cut five.
E
I think there are a lot of, there are a lot of optimistic views about what Democrats may or may not do. We all know, because we deal with them every day, that the Democrats are not all of a sudden going to decide that this is something they want to be for.
A
We're not even asking.
E
So, yeah, again, I mean, I think you have a lot of optimists out there and I appreciate that and a lot of passion and energy behind getting an outcome here. But getting an outcome would require Democrat votes. And, you know, we'll give them a chance. Like I said, they'll have that opportunity to vote one way or the other on this. But I would be very, very surprised.
A
It's, it's, the whole thing is so crazy. So the White House responded to this yesterday. Caroline Levitt stepped up to the microphone. One of the reporters asked her about this. John Thune says it's not possible. It just can't be done. There's no math to support this. And Caroline Levitt said, look, the President's been really clear about what he wants. This has to happen and you've got to do it by any means necessary. Take a look. Here's sweet Caroline Yester. Look, I think President Trump, the urgency behind his need to pass the Save America act and his desire to get
D
this country saving legislation passed has been made quite clear.
A
He wants all options on the table and he wants the Senate to move as quickly as possible through whatever means necessary. Through any means necessary. Whatever it takes. Get this done. So what is John Thune up to? Well, John Thune is engaged in misdirection right now. He's engaged in an operation to try and make this whole thing go away. In all of the political news outlets this morning in Washington, all the congressional news outlets this morning, they're covering how the Senate Republicans are trying to figure out a way to get rid of this Save America act thing. They're just, they're done with it. They want to get past it. It's just bugging the hell out of them. They're annoyed. I'm talking about the establishment guys here and I've got the list. We'll get to the list. Coming up in a moment. But I just want to tell you what they're planning on doing next week. Here's the plan. David Sivak is a reporter over at the Washington Examiner. He got a chance to talk to John Thune yesterday, and he got this assessment from Thune. He said, thune tells me he's planning to bring the Save America act to the floor next week. Now, you see that and you see what? You see what it's meant to do. It's meant to be like, oh, wow, that's encouraging. Thune's going to bring it to the floor next week. And the bad news is what Thune is attempting to do is a show vote is a stunt. He's gonna bring it to the floor. They're not gonna do it through the speaking filibuster. Democrats won't support it. They'll be like, we didn't get the 60 votes. Oh, well, Democrats don't support this thing and they'll move on. It's a show vote. In fact, Senator John Hovin of North Dakota even said this yesterday to Punchbowl News. He said this. He said, quote, we want to bring it up and put the Democrats on the record because we think it's very popular with the public. Democrats on the record. Now, ladies and gentlemen, I've said this before. I'll say it again. I don't need the Democrats on the record. I know they support open borders. I know they don't support election integrity. I know that they are perfectly comfortable and, in fact, encouraging about fraud being involved in our elections. I don't need any more votes to demonstrate that. I don't need to take a headcount to demonstrate that. That position is crystal clear and you can tell the American people about it. You can get these guys on the record. You can get whatever you want. It's irrelevant. This is a stupid exercise. This is a head pat on the base. Brandon Gill, the congressman from Texas. Great Congressman. He echoed what I said. He said, putting Democrats on the record is completely useless. Democrats are already on the record opposing the Save Act. We don't need a vote for that. We need the Senate to use the talking filibuster to get the bill to the president's desk. Anything less is humiliating failure. Let me repeat that. Humiliating failure. Ladies and gentlemen, we are in the fight right now. The Senate is on the verge of bringing this to the floor in order to get you to go away. So what's your mission? Don't go away. Stay on them. Stay on Them. One more thing about the show vote here that you should know. Politico reports this morning that the show vote is not just to prove that Democrats support open borders, which of course, they do. The show vote is also designed to. Let me pull this up. Politico's being difficult with me. This one. Hold up a second here. It's designed to show Trump that passage of the Save act isn't feasible. To hell with political. I can't pull it up on my screen. Is to show Trump that passage of the Save America act is not feasible. So, once again, John Thune's position is to patronize the President of the United States. Oh, we're gonna put it to a floor vote just as a big demonstration for President Trump. It'll be a visual learning situation so the President can watch it and go, oh, okay, well, I guess we can't have the Save America Act. That's what this is about. It's a stunt. Finally, one element, one other element here in terms of what John Thune's trying to accomplish. Sean Davis, the great Shaun Davis. Love Sean. Sean's a fighter, man. The boy. The guy really cares about our country. He said, I need you to understand what John Thune is doing right now. It's not enough for him to kill the Save America Act. Thune has to kill it, while also protecting his worst rhino colleagues from being exposed for opposing it. How does Thune accomplish this? He avoids a simple majority vote at all costs. Thune knows that a public vote where Republicans get less than 50 votes with people like Tillis and Curtis and McConnell and Murkowski all voting against it is electoral poison. By the way, keep those four names in mind. Those four names matter. Tillis, John Curtis of Utah, Mitch McConnell, and Murkowski. Thune doesn't want it to pass, says Sean Davis, but he also can't have it die at the hands of his own puke colleagues. So how does Thune do this? By refusing to move to the already passed House bill. By refusing, which would only require a simple majority because the House message is privileged under the rules of the Senate. We can do this, in other words. And instead of move, he's going to be moving to a new standalone Senate bill. A new Senate bill is not privileged, and therefore the motion to proceed to it is debatable, meaning it will require 60 votes. Sean is describing what you're about to see next week. Thune needs to kill the Save America act, not expose any of his GOP colleagues as being against it, and be able to pretend that he tried. This is the actual Senate GOP trifecta. Doing nothing while pretending they tried everything and then protecting the worst of the worst the whole time. So when you watch the GOP Senate bring up a brand new Save America act bill and hold a single vote on a motion that needs 60 to pass, know that they're doing it because they think you're stupid. So we're all being patronized. Donald Trump's being patronized, you're being patronized, I'm being patronized. All by Senate leadership in an effort to make us go away and say, look, we tried to accomplish the thing you wanted, but it's just not possible and you're too dumb to know the rules of the Senate to realize that that's the game plan. That's the game plan. Now on this, Senator Bernie Moreno was on television last night with Laura Ingraham and she was asking all about this, God bless her for it. And Bernie Moreno confirmed that there are three to four Republican senators who are the real problem here. And he just said bluntly, I want to tell you what's happening. Cut eight. Here's Bernie Moreno last night, the entire conference, he can't fire. He didn't hire these people. And unfortunately, Lo, I'm just going to be blunt. There's three or four Republicans that just won't be part of the team and they row in their own different direction. And unfortunately, Leader Thune has very little leverage over them. Now. We're working through it today. We had a very spirited conversation at lunch. And I think we're getting closer to having people realize how important it is for us to deliver on a fundamental promise, which is to secure our elections for the future. So I think we're going to get there. I think we're getting there. And I can tell you Senator Thune
D
is open to that dialogue.
A
He personally calls some of these senators. But it's very, very difficult when you don't have a lot of leverage. Well, okay. Why isn't Thune making that case in public, by the way? Why isn't Thune talking about, like, hey, I'm the one who's doing the arm twisting. I'm calling these guys, I'm trying to get them on board with this. I'm doing everything I can. He's not saying that right now. He's just acting like I'm just sitting there watching. Like he's like, you know, Pat Summer all or something, just doing play by play, like, oh, you know, look, this guy's going down the field and he's not going to score because the American people are too stupid to know the rules of the Senate. You know? You know what I mean? Like, come on, stop. I know it's a terrible past summer on, but the point is he's just kind of pretending like he's some outside objective observer rather than the leader of the United States Senate whose job it is to actually win for us. Hear Bernie Moreno say, I think we're getting closer. I think we're getting closer. Well, that's an encouraging phrase to hear. How much closer? Well, we do have a development overnight that's worth considering. You get this post, this one comes to us from John Cornyn. John Cornyn, who's in the fight of his life right now in Texas, has just written an op ed for the New York Post out this morning, 6:32am Eastern. Why the SAVE act matters more than the filibuster. Interesting. He says so suddenly now, John Cornyn, who is an establishment guy, he's trying to outlast Ken Paxton. He doesn't want President Trump to endorse Paxton. He wants the endorsement from the president. Yet the president's holding out in order to get the Save America Act. He said the following. He goes today Democrats are weaponizing the Senate's rules to block the Save America act, defund the Department of Homeland Security and hurt the American people, all despite President Trump. But they say openly that if these same rules ever get in Democrats way, they won't hesitate to rip them up. A rule is only a rule if both sides follow it. Okay, John Cornyn now starting to sound a little bit more sensible. He says the answer is clear. We need to stand, fight and win. We need to stand, fight and win. He continues here. It takes a while for him to finally get to it and he says after careful consideration, I support whatever changes to Senate rules may prove necessary for us to get the Save America act and homeland Security funding passed. The Democrats obstruction through the Senate and on the president's desk for his signature. This could be a talking filibuster that removes the obstructionist free pass and makes them to defend their indefensible views on the Senate floor. Or it could be a different reform. Process matters, but outcomes matter more. The Democrats assault on election integrity and national security must be stopped. Leadership means upholding core principles and applying them thoughtfully as circumstances change. It's time for our Senate Republican Conference, led by our strong and strategic Majority Leader John Thune, to retake the initiative, rebuild momentum and get results. John Cornyn would have never written this op ed Were it not for the pressure that Ken Paxton and President Trump have placed on him. Never. He was perfectly comfortable in his relationship with leadership. Perfectly comfortable. Just drifting back into office on incumbency. Despite the fact that plenty of Texas voters are very unhappy with John Cornyn's tenure. You can judge that by the fact that he didn't even get 50% of the vote in the primary. That's why he's headed to a runoff with Ken Paxton. The pressure is on and the establishment is feeling it. And John Cornyn just expressed it in a New York Post piece. He's acting like, of course he's always been on your side, but it took getting him kicking and screaming. We dragged him into this. And that's fun. I like that. I like that that's happened, which is very good news. Now, there is a list. I've got the list. You ready? Mark Meadows, the former chief of staff to President Trump, keeps it. Here are all of the United States senators right now on supposedly on our side who are still not supporting the speaking filibuster in public. This is the big list. John Barrasso is the whip. He's the whip, majority whip. It's his job to get everybody on board and he doesn't support it. That tells you a lot. Tells you everything. John Boozman, Shelley Moore. Capito, Susan Collins, Tom Cotton, Kevin Kramer, Mike Crappo, John Curtis, Steve Danes, Deb Fisher, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Grassley, John Hovin, Jim Justice, John Kennedy, James Langford, Mitch McConnell, Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski, Pete Ricketts, Tim Scott, Jon Thune, Thomas Tillis, Roger Wicker and Todd Young. That's the latest. These are the guys who still can't get off their asses and support the speaking filibuster. They're keeping their heads down, hoping to outlast this debate until we go away. Don't go away. Keep demanding this. We have to do this for our side. This is for the Republicans. The Democrats are a lost cause. Chuck Schumer is at the making shit up phase of this fight insofar as he's engaged in it at all. Look at Chuck Schumer yesterday talking about the Save America Act. Here's what he's just made up a component. He says ICE is involved. ICE is a part of the Save America act, he claims. What? ICE is not part of it at all. And then he says that when ICE gets involved, they'll be able to kick you ready for the number tens of billions of people off the voter rolls. Now, you do the math while you listen to this clip from Chuck Schumer cut 10 watch. Yes, but their bill isn't voter ID number one. It is about voter registration. It makes it. It allows ICE to kick tens of billions of people off the rolls. Off the rolls. And they don't tell them until election day. And you show up and you say you're not registered anymore. You're not registered here. You're not on the rolls. Tens of billions. Now, the bill would, insofar as any kernel of truth contains, is in there anywhere, it doesn't have ICE involved. It would remove non citizens from voter rolls all across the country. That's a great mission. Get them off the voter rolls. We have to protect the civil rights of Americans. Get noncitizens off of our voter rolls. They're not supposed to be there. That's completely illegal. Chuck Schumer wants to keep them there, but tens of billions. Ladies and gentlemen, I know you know this, but this is for you, Chuck. Chuck, our nation has just over 300 million people in it. 300 million people. Tens of billions. Planet Earth doesn't have tens of billions of people. It's so funny.
D
It's so funny.
A
Anyway, that's. That's the stupidity of Chuck Schumer. So we can't rely on Chuck Schumer. It's not going to help us. There's no Democrats going to come rescue us. We need to force Republicans to do this. The fight is very much on right now. And what I'll do right now is I'll leave you with these final words of encouragement from a great US Senator who is staying in the fight. He's staying cheerful even in the face of all the chaos. Mike Lee of Utah has been wonderful on all of this. He's been educating even his colleagues about the rules of the United States Senate. Here's Mike Lee's latest message on how tough this fight is and how much he wants you to stay in it. Cut seven, watch.
D
All right, so we're one step closer now to getting the Save America act on the Senate floor. How exactly that's going to happen? Well, we're still working on that. There's a lot of uncertainty and some concern, but we're working on it. Important point right now is for us to refocus our energy on making sure we get the best arguments we can possibly put forward on this bill. Now, look, I still believe the very best shot we've got out at doing this is invoking the talking filibuster. Make Democrats stand up, get recognized, and speak if they want to filibuster the bill. Don't give it to them for free. Don't let them have the benefits of the filibuster while they're napping or on vacation or whatever else it is that they do. Make them actually show up and speak. I'm going to continue to argue for that regardless of what Senate Republican leadership thinks. I'm not going to back away for the fact that I think that is the best possible chance of passing this bill, perhaps the only way. Regardless, we got to be prepared for what it is that happens when it gets to the floor. So let's continue to advance the arguments for the bill itself and for the strategy that we think is best. If not us, who, if not now, when we've got an 85 to 15 issue that is also critical to preserving the integrity of our elections. Let's get this done. Don't slow down. Let's redouble our efforts. This thing is hitting the floor likely in less than a week. Let's make it happen.
A
Let's make it happen. God bless Mike Lee. Stay in the fight, brother, and all of us. We need to stay in the fight. It's a big deal. In Episode 243, Vince Coglianese exposes the massive and growing issue of healthcare fraud in America, focusing especially on a recent CBS News report uncovering hospice fraud centered in Los Angeles, California. The episode explores the billions of taxpayer dollars siphoned through fraudulent hospice and Medicaid billing schemes, the journalistic and political efforts to tackle these crimes, and the broader political context—specifically the Save America Act and election integrity battles in the Senate. Vince’s tone is fiery, unfiltered, and engaging, pushing for accountability and grassroots activism at every step.
Updates on early voting turnout in Virginia, highlighting strong Republican engagement in western counties and contrasting lower turnout in Democratic areas.
Vince encourages listeners not to become complacent, noting the attempts by Democrats and figures like Barack Obama and Abigail Spanberger to "steal" House seats by altering election rules:
“Barack Obama and Abigail Spanberger are trying to steal the entire United States House of Representatives right now.” — Vince [07:51]
Clarifies "over 100%" early vote numbers refer to exceeding 2025 turnout at the same point in the voting season.
Medicare numbers are stolen and used to fake hospice enrollment; fraudulent operators bill Medicare for nonexistent services.
Example: Lynn Ianni, a healthy 69-year-old, learned she was enrolled in hospice only when denied physical therapy (12:43–14:10).
“The government thinks this woman is dying in hospice care. But she just humiliated me, schooled me on the pickleball court. She’s definitely not dying. She is a victim, though, of hospice fraud.” — Adam Yamaguchi (CBS) [12:43]
Over 700 of 1,800 hospices in LA County trigger fraud warnings.
“Shell” hospice companies found in deserted offices; entire buildings sometimes house dozens of supposed hospice businesses.
Common signs of fraud:
“High rates of terminally ill patients who are later discharged alive. It’s a miracle. Everybody’s just walking out.” — Vince [16:13]
Dr. Oz (now Head of CMS) visits LA and describes Russian-Armenian organized crime involvement in fraudulent hospice schemes.
$3.5 billion in fraud estimated for hospice and home care in LA alone.
Fraudsters buy Medicare numbers, set up fake address “hospices,” recruit doctors, and launder money. Law enforcement’s attention is only now ramping up.
“There are apparently quite a few hospices around here, 42 within a four block radius. And these guys stole $16 million. The main guy went to jail for two years stealing $16 million, which is a good trade-off for a lot of folks.” — Dr. Oz [19:15]
Oz claims previous CA oversight (under Governor Newsom) was minimal.
Vince skewers Governor Newsom’s defensive response labeling Oz’s investigation “racist”:
“Thank God, Dr. Oz, the U.S. attorney, the FBI are all over this because you no doubt are on the take from these operations that have been taken from us.” — Vince [23:04]
WSJ reports Medicaid “jackpot” fraud in autism therapy services:
Prosecutions have increased, especially in Minnesota and LA, but much of the stolen money is believed to have already been laundered overseas.
“A lot of that money, especially in the case of the Somalis, they’ve already sent it overseas. It’s gone. Spent and gone.” — Vince [35:11]
Deep-dive into the fierce internal debate over the Save America Act, aimed at safeguarding U.S. elections from fraud/non-citizen participation.
Vince calls out John Thune (Senate Republican Leader) for “abdication” and “patronizing” both Trump and the MAGA base:
“There isn’t anything I can do about it. … Who’s the leader around here? It’s you.” — Vince [41:44]
Laments Thune’s pursuit of a “show vote” to appease Trump and the base, which would fail procedurally in the Senate, as opposed to taking on the hard fight to actually pass the Act.
Sean Davis (The Federalist) is quoted, suggesting Thune is engineering the process to camouflage opposition from vulnerable “RINO” senators.
“Thune needs to kill the Save America act, not expose any of his GOP colleagues as being against it, and be able to pretend that he tried.” — Vince quoting Sean Davis [49:50]
Bernie Moreno (R-OH) confirms on Fox there are “three or four Republicans that just won’t be part of the team” holding up the bill—Thune apparently lacks leverage.
John Cornyn (TX) under pressure in his primary runoff, pens an NY Post op-ed expressing readiness to change Senate rules to pass the Act—Vince attributes this shift to surging grassroots and Trumpist activism.
“Process matters, but outcomes matter more. The Democrats’ assault on election integrity and national security must be stopped.” — John Cornyn [54:55]
Vince lists current “holdout” GOP senators not yet endorsing the tougher “speaking filibuster” tactic—the path he and Mike Lee champion.
Chuck Schumer misleadingly claims the Save America Act would see ICE removing "tens of billions" of people from voter rolls—Vince mocks this as nonsensical and emblematic of Democrat resistance.
“Chuck, our nation has just over 300 million people. Tens of billions. Planet Earth doesn’t have tens of billions of people.” — Vince [59:36]
Mike Lee (R-UT) gives an impassioned floor update, encouraging listeners to double down on grassroots activism and not to buy into Senate “procedural games.”
“If not us, who, if not now, when? … Let’s redouble our efforts. This thing is hitting the floor likely in less than a week. Let’s make it happen.” — Mike Lee [61:40]
Vince urges staying in the fight, calling for relentless grassroots pressure on wavering senators to secure both election integrity and meaningful fraud prosecution.
On Hospice Fraud:
“Over 700 of the roughly 1800 hospices in LA county trigger multiple red flags for possible fraud. … There’s even a single building with 89 registered hospice companies.”
— Adam Yamaguchi, CBS [13:15]
On Organized Crime in Healthcare:
“What we have learned is there’s roughly three and a half billion dollars of fraud taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice and home care. It’s run—quite a bit of it—by the Russian Armenian mafia.”
— Dr. Oz [20:18]
On Senate Resistance to Election Integrity:
“Your job is to convince your conference to join you in noble legislative pursuits. Why aren’t you doing it?”
— Vince, on John Thune (42:23)
On Grassroots Power:
“We dragged [Cornyn] into this. And that’s fun. I like that that’s happened.”
— Vince [55:45]
On Democrat Misinformation:
“Tens of billions. Ladies and gentlemen, I know you know this, but this is for you, Chuck. … Planet Earth doesn’t have tens of billions of people.”
— Vince [59:36]
On Staying in the Fight:
“Let’s get this done. Don’t slow down. Let’s redouble our efforts.”
— Mike Lee [61:53]
