Message and data rates apply. Yes. Yes. Good morning to you. Now, if you're wondering. If you're thinking to yourself, Vince, you seem like you're in better spirits than you were on a Friday. It's true. One second. A little blackout coffee? So good. Yeah, no, I'm in much better shape. I want to say something for those of you who haven't tracked all of it. I had a hernia surgery last week. Wednesday. It knocked me out of commission for sure. On Thursday. Then on Friday, I kind of gave a subdued performance, I'll admit, on our program here. But I'm feeling so much better with each passing day. I feel like a thousand times better. So it's great to be here with you. And I had a thought this weekend that I expressed to my family, but I want to express to you here, which is how grateful I am to you and the number of people who decided to send me messages that they were praying for me in the wake of what I'll admit is, I think is a pretty routine surgery. I think a lot of people get, like, a hernia surgery. It's a totally normal thing. But the fact that any of you spared your prayer bandwidth for me, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for that. And I could feel it. I swear to you, I could feel the impact of that prayer. I really. I swear by. I think prayer really works. And in fact, I often pray. I tell people I'll pray for them, and then I worry that I forgot that I was. That I was going to pray for them. And then I'll pray to God. I'll be like. And please, Lord, for anybody I said I would pray for, even thought to pray for, I lift up my prayers for them. So thank you. I feel it. And I also felt a bit of guilt about it. I was like, don't. Don't use your prayers on me. Use your prayers on people who really need it. Just spend your time on other people. Anyway, the point is, thank you. God bless you for it. Thank you so much. Okay, let's. Let's get into why I'm so excited this morning. Here's something that's really giving me energy. Marco Rubio, the amazing Secretary of State. Do we Love Marco Rubio, folks. How great of a Secretary of State is this guy? He goes to the Munich Security Conference this weekend and he gives a generationally great speech. Politicians give speeches all the time. In fact, I watch them for a living. I'm constantly clicking through speeches and seeing what they're saying and for the most part they wash over you. You kind of sort through them for the nuggets of information that they might be presenting for the first time. Reading the tea leads on where a negotiation might be going. But Marco Rubio did something that is pretty rare in politics. He gave a full throated like outright love speech for Western civilization and the United States of America. And he did it to a Europe that has definitely lost its way. Europe is not what it once was. Europe was once adventurous. Europe was once proud of itself. European Europe once had national identities that they warmly embraced. Now it's a muddled mess. It's open borders, it's third worlders pouring in across a once great array of countries. It's chaos and it's also self hatred, self loathing. There's massive amounts of guilt about being European and as if the blessings that their forefathers fought for, that they somehow are undeserving of them and they should just give them away to anybody who wants to barrel into the country. It's really sad. And it comes at a huge expense to Europe, but it also comes at an expense to the whole world and that includes the United States of America. If Europe utterly collapses, that is very bad for us. It is very bad for the whole world to be in a state of chaos around the United States of America. And that chaos creeps like a cancer. It spreads and you can even see some of it in the United States. For years you and I have issued warnings like, careful, don't want to become more like Europe. And that's for good reason that we didn't want our borders to be kicked wide open. We didn't want to import the whole third world. We didn't want our economies to be in a shambles. We didn't want to become a country that was self loathing. But the left has pursued this with aggression, not just around the planet, but specifically here in the United States. And Marco Rubio this weekend an amazing speech rejected all of that and said, Europe, you have a right to be proud of your history. The United States is proud of its history. We have, we have been on amazing adventures and now together, if you'll do it, we want to explore the newest frontiers. The newest frontiers. Let's Listen to some of Marco Rubio. Here he is, the Secretary of State this weekend in a must watch speech. I'm only going to give you clips, but you should go check out the whole thing. Watch this.
B
We increasingly outsourced our sovereignty to international institutions, while many nations invested in massive welfare states at the cost of maintaining the ability to defend themselves. This even as other countries have invested in the most rapid military buildup in all of human history and have not hesitated to use hard power to pursue their own interests. To appease a climate cult, we have imposed energy policies on ourselves that are impoverishing our people even as our competitors exploit oil and coal and natural gas and anything else, not just to power their economies, but to use as leverage against our own. And in a pursuit of a world without borders, we opened our doors to an unprecedented wave of mass migration that threatens the cohesion of our societies, the continuity of our culture, and the future of our people. We made these mistakes together. And now, together, we owe it to our people to face those facts and to move forward to rebuild. Under President Trump, the United States of America will once again take on the task of renewal and restoration, driven by a vision of a future as proud as, as sovereign and as vital as our civilization's past.
A
I love this. And while we are prepared, you're listening to Rubio and he's basically saying, we screwed this up together. We screwed this up together. We sold out our peoples all across the planet. We looted them and then we sold them out. We left their jobs behind. We sent the jobs overseas and we opened our borders. And then we pledged allegiance to a climate cult that has destroyed humanity. It hasn't uplifted people, it's made them more desperate, in more despair. So this is a wonderful recitation of the facts and a blunt recitation of the facts at what's called, it's called the Munich Security Conference because it's a gathering of mostly European, but certainly from around the world, national security leaders who gather to talk each year. And when they do, it often attracts world leaders. And here you have the Secretary of State going to speak to all of these other national security leaders around the planet and saying, you've screwed up your countries, but it doesn't have to continue to be this way. We can work to make this world great again, and we want you to help us. A little bit more from Marco Rubio here. He says, look, we're defending a great civilization. We should be proud of Western civilization. And, and another point that he really emphasizes in this speech and you, I was cheering as I heard this, as he defended Christian values specifically, he said it was Christian values who have informed Western civilization and made it so great. And we should not be ashamed of that. We should be proud of it. Here's Marco Rubio on the greatness of the civilization we have.
B
National security, which this conference is largely about, is not merely a series of technical questions. How much we spend on defense or where, how we deploy it. These are important questions. They are, but they are not the fundamental one. The fundamental question we must answer at the outset is what exactly are we defending? Because armies do not fight for abstractions. Armies fight for a people. Armies fight for a nation. Armies fight for a way of life. And that is what we are defending. A great civilization that has every reason to be proud of its history.
A
A great civilization that has every reason to be proud of its history. Why is that so rare? Why is that so rare to hear from Western leaders? It's a very unusual statement. You have every right, you have every right to be proud of your history. Every reason to be proud of your history. What a rare statement which makes it all the better hearing it from the guy who represents President Trump as the Secretary of State. The future of MAGA is very bright. Marco Rubio is very good. He also talks about what we need to do to fix all of this. So yes, we've hollowed out our countries, but it doesn't have to continue to be that way. We can re industrialize. We can bring jobs back. Human flourishing can be in our future. Watch.
B
We can re industrialize our economies and rebuild our capacity to defend our people. But the work of this new alliance should not be focused just on military cooperation and reclaiming the industries of the past. It should also be focused on together advancing our mutual interests in new frontiers, unshackling our ingenuity, our creativity, and the dynamic spirit to build a new Western century. Commercial space travel and cutting edge artificial intelligence. Industrial automation and flex manufacturing. Creating a western supply chain for critical minerals not vulnerable to extortion from other powers and a unified effort to compete for market share in the economies of the global South. Together, we can not only take back control of our own industries and supply chains, we can prosper in the areas that will define the 21st century.
A
So this isn't about selling us out. This isn't about like, hey, we're going to make China into a flourishing democracy. It's about just like basically letting reality smack you in the face and say, hey, you've got to change course or else you lose your country. So how do we change course? We bring business back here. We bring the jobs back here. What do you think the Trump administration is doing? I want you to understand something. As Marco Rubio says, all of this, what he's vocalizing ultimately is Donald Trump's foreign policy. He represents President Trump. Now quite clearly, as you can hear, Rubio, can hear it in his voice, he shares these views, he shares President Trump's agenda. But this is the Trump agenda that he's presenting. This is the Don Roe doctrine in action. This is President Trump's commitment to making America great again being actually realized. There's a lot of nonsense in the headlines these days. There's a lot of chaos. There's always people trying to bring up new smears against President Trump and the people who work for him trying to drag down their progress. But the reality is, although it's not in the headlines, these guys are making massive headway. President Trump has, has welcomed, invited back trillions of dollars of new investment into the United States of America. His tariffs have been working. The economic data has been phenomenal. We just got Friday economic data showing that inflation has slowed to levels we haven't seen since Joe Biden came into office and jacked everything up. We've seen wage gains, real wage gains in the United States. The American dollar travels further now, meaning Americans can purchase more than they could when Joe Biden was in office. American jobs are coming back in the private industry. Jobs are going down in the federal government, which is very good for American taxpayers. These guys are plugging away with speed. We're just over a single year into President Trump's second term, and these guys have a lot to show for it. And now he's saying, you too, Europe, you too, all of Western civilization can join us on this mission to renew and restore your countries. We want another great century. The United States has held the top position on the globe for the last century, about the last century, and Marco Rubio and led by Donald Trump are saying, we want to have another great American led century. And the way we're going to do that is we'll either do it alone or we'll do it with your help. And we'd prefer to have your help. Here he is in a kind of an olive branch message to Europe, which is we're not working against you. We want to help make you great. Cut 11 listen.
B
And I'm here today to leave it clear that America is charting the path for a new century of prosperity and that once again, we want to do it together with you, our cherished allies, and our oldest friends. We want to do it together with you. With a Europe that is proud of its heritage and of its history, with a Europe that has the spirit of creation and liberty, that sent ships out into unchartered seas and birthed civilization, With a Europe that has the means to defend itself and the will to survive. We should be proud of what we achieved together in the last century. But now we must confront and embrace the opportunities of a new one, because yesterday is over, the future is inevitable, and our destiny together awaits. Thank you.

Great speech. Great speech from the great Secretary of State who's already had an historic tenure, and he's only been there just over a year. Really very encouraged by what we saw from Marco Rubio. Now, it's. It's funny, the. The left, you would think. You would think every American would be for that. Like, you know what? That was really good. I don't. I don't support the Trump administration. I'm a Democrat or whatever, but that was a really good speech. That's really important. No, that's. That's not the way they reacted to this at all. In fact, we got Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who reacted to all of this. Why was she there? She was there at the Munich security conference. She was there. So was Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom. And they sounded. Candidly, they sounded like complete idiots while they were there. They also sound like idiots when they're here, but they also. They sounded specifically like idiots while they were there. Here's AOC she's upset with Marco Rubio because at one point he said that all of these great European cultures have helped make America what it is. From, you know, the English settlers here in the United States, what is now the United States, to the French fur trade coming to the United States, to the fact that cowboys have as their inheritance the reality of horses being brought to the Western hemisphere by the Spanish. So it's the Spanish we can thank for that. And so he brought all of this up as, like, kind of a historic reference to what we have inherited as Americans from our brethren in Europe. And AOC Mocked it. And she doesn't even understand what she's saying. Listen to this. Here's. Here's AOC Being just like a complete psychopath, as usual. Rubio's speech was a pure appeal to Western culture. My favorite part was when he said that American cowboys came from Spain. I thought they came. I believe the Mexicans and descendants of African slave enslaved peoples would like to have A word on that. Oh, my God. What an idiot. Oh, my God. Who said it in the chat? Oh, can Wolf said it. What language do those Mexican cowboys speak? That would be banish. Where did banish come from? That would be Spain, you idiot. Aoc. Truly awful, truly stupid and truly at the Munich security conference this weekend. All right, coming up in a moment. It's not just Marco Rubio who's done this. J.D. vance has done this too. J.D. vance a year ago went to the Munich security conference and he read then the riot act. It was extraordinary. I want to explore why the future of MAGA is so very bright and caution you against the people trying to divide maga. We can't have that. More ahead on this edition of Vince. You can just subscribe there and, and you're locked in. So thank you for that. Hey, let's, let's talk about one last thing. On the Munich Security conference and the future of maga, there are people who have a preferred candidate between JD Vance and Marco Rubio. Okay, that makes sense. Like obviously like you, you'll rank them and figure out like, I think that guy's better than the other one. I'd prefer him to be the future. That's totally legit to have that attitude. Now, that said, what I don't like is that there are, there are efforts to try and pit them against one another, that they're. Yeah, you'll. You'll see it kind of all over the place. This is mostly a social media phenomenon, but, you know, we all consume so much information on social media where people are trying to say, like, that one is better than the other or that this guy's a snake. This one's the real maga. This one. Whatever. Let me just offer you a word of advice. Don't fall for these efforts to divide us, because the end result of that is neither of them become the next President of the United States because the infighting becomes so pronounced on the right that the left takes advantage of it and they ride right back into the Oval Office on the basis of that kind of consternation emanating on the right. So don't let that happen. And here's the other thing. J.D. vance and Marco Rubio are world class. These guys are phenomenal. And they're very close to one another. They're genuinely friends. President Trump loves both of them. Every time he's even asked about these guys, he says that both of them would be wonderful presidents of the United States. The future is very bright in maga. And I'll be honest with you, I am very, for the first time in my life that I can remember the bench that we have of people who can help carry the MAGA agenda forward is the deepest it's ever been. And it has some deeply intelligent and capable and appropriately ruthless people at the top. And I love it. And that includes JD And Marco. So I'm really encouraged by this. So Rubio gives this speech this weekend to the munich security conference. J.D. vance loved it, by the way, and he tweeted about it immediately. He's told people that they should all watch it because he says it was an excellent speech and he would know what it's like, because last year he gave a speech as well to the Munich Security Conference. Do you remember this? Let me go back to last year. This J.D. vance delivering his own awesome address, cut 12, to Munich.
C
And unfortunately, when I look at Europe today, it's sometimes not so clear what happened to some of the Cold War's winners. I. I look to Brussels, where EU Commission commissars warn citizens that they intend to shut down social media during times of civil unrest. The moment they spot what they've judged to be, quote, hateful content. Or to this very country where police have carried out raids against citizens suspected of posting anti feminist comments online as part of quote, combating misogyny on the Internet. A day of action. I look to Sweden, where two weeks ago the government convicted a Christian activist for participating in Koran burnings that resulted in his friend's murder. And as the judge in his case chillingly noted, Sweden's laws to supposedly protect free expression do not in fact grant, and I'm quoting, a free pass to do or say anything without risking offending the group that holds that belief. And perhaps most concerningly, I look to our very dear friends, the United Kingdom, where the backslide away from conscience rights has placed the basic liberties of religious Britons in particular in the crosshairs. A little over two years ago, the British government charged Adam smith Connor, a 51 year old physiotherapist, therapist and an army veteran, with the heinous crime of standing 50 meters from an abortion clinic and silently praying for three minutes.
A
All right, thank you very much.
C
Not obstructing anyone.
A
Listen to jd. So JD goes there and he announces that what's happening in Europe is an abomination. This Western civilization is collapsing in upon itself. It's not defending the natural rights of humans. It is not defending your right to have free thought, free speech, free expression, free prayer, free religion. In fact, it's attacking all of those things. And so this is a one, two punch where the Vice President of the United States goes in one year and says, let's be honest, you're a dumpster fire and you've destroyed what made your countries great. And then we get our national diplomat, the Secretary of State going in the next year and going, you may have screwed up, we've all screwed up. But we can have a great American led century ahead. So this is not. These two guys are going in and they're delivering that tough pill to swallow, the tough medicine to Europe and saying, we're not giving up on you. In fact, we love you. And because we love you, we're gonna tell you the truth about how you've screwed up. I love this. And I think again, the future of MAGA is very bright with these two guys leading this movement. It's wonderful. And God bless both of them for being in the fight. I'm grateful that they're serving their country in this way. All right, coming up on the program, we've got some other big things to get to, including we've made a lot of progress, ladies and gentlemen, on the Save act no other show, and I say this with a lot of confidence, no other show has covered the save act and how we actually get it across the finish line with as much aggression as this show. And no other audience has put in as much legwork as this audience has to get us to this point. We've made a lot of headway, yet there's more to go. I'll tell you exactly where we are in this fight. Coming up on this edition events. I want to thank our great sponsors who do make our program possible. Quince. Great to have Quince back with us. They're a great sponsor of the show and they make phenomenal clothing. They make really nice clothing. I love their clothing. A well built wardrobe isn't about having a ton of clothes. And candidly, fellas, you want clothes that your wife likes to touch too. Like, she's like, oh, that's soft. You're like, yeah, it's soft. I love this shirt. She's like, so do I. That's exactly. All right, where are we on the Save act right now? Let. There is. Everybody's getting this, this filibuster thing completely wrong. And I have to keep saying this because I still see everyone getting it wrong. Not everyone. I'm obviously being a little dramatic, but too many people, including people who should know better, US Senators who have no idea what's going on or they're just lying to you. So here are the ground rules in the Senate. If you want to get a piece of legislation passed and you get 50 senators to go to the floor to begin passing it, that's all you need. You need. Well, you need 51. J.D. vance is 51. You get a simple majority. That's all you need. Debate at that point begins. And if Democrats want to do a speaking filibuster to slow it down, they can. All they have to do is flap their gums, run their sucks for as long as they can possibly do it. And then as soon as they're all tuckered out, we pass the law, pass the bill into law, pass the bill, actually send it to the President, he signs it into law. But still, the point is, it gets through the Senate if you actually show up to do your job. Now, there are plenty of US Senators who didn't even know that that was the case. They didn't know those were the rules. They Thought, well, you have to have 60 votes. That's the only way to get anything done in the Senate. Yeah, if you wanted to do it the easy way, but what about doing it the hard way? What about doing it by actually, you know, exerting some effort? You can do it with a simple majority. We've been talking about that on this program well into last year. Rachel Bovard came on this program. For those of you who've been with me throughout, you'll remember that she came on and she gave this staggering assessment of what the rules in the Senate actually are. No rule needs to be changed. You don't need to go nuclear. You don't have to do anything crazy. You just have to abide by the existing rules and you can get legislation passed. I was like, wait, are you serious? She's like, yes, I'm serious. I was like, somebody's got to get this to the President of the United States. Well, somebody did. Somebody did. And that's, and that's great news because the President has been in this fight with us and because of you and the efforts that you've undertaken. The president definitely knows about this and he's been fighting for it big time. So where are we? Well, going into the weekend, we finally got vote number 50 for the SAVE act, this time from Susan Collins. Now, I told you Friday to watch Susan Collins, didn't I? Chat. Did I not say watch Susan Collins? I showed you the clip. Here I am reading the tea leaves. I'm looking at her. I'm going, I think she's getting close. I think she's going to be number 50. I can't believe we're here, that we have to rely on Susan Collins, because that doesn't always go that well. But here she is on Friday, she announced that she's in, which is. Which is great, great, great news. So breaking this weekend, Susan Collins announces that she is in for the voter ID effort. Now, look at. I want to show you Fox's coverage here. And this gets to the point I was just making about people not understanding this. Collins boosts Republican voter ID effort, Fox says, but won't scrap filibuster. Okay, let me say again, this does not involve scrapping the filibuster. All you have to do is your job. Senate Republicans gained a key ally in their quest to enshrine voter ID into law. But the lawmakers support comes with a condition Susan Collins is in. I support the version of the Save America act that recently passed the House. Collins said in a statement first reported by the Main Wire. Great publication. The law is clear in this country. Only American citizens are eligible to vote in federal elections. In addition, having people provide an ID at the polls, just as they have to do before boarding an airplane, checking into a hotel or buying an alcoholic beverage, is a simply, is a simple reform rather that will improve the security of our federal elections and will help give people more confidence in the results. Yes. Collins noted she didn't support the previous version of the bill, known simply as the SAVE act, because it, quote, would have required people to prove their citizenship every single time they cast a ballot. I don't know what she's talking about. There was no prior iteration that did that. But whatever she has to say to tell us why she's here now, her decision gives Mike Lee and Senate Republicans the vote they need to clear a key procedural hurdle in the Senate. Lee saying in a post, Mike Lee has been great on this. We've got enough votes now to pass a motion to proceed with JD Vance breaking the tie, which is great. But they say that Susan Collins is not enough to smash through the 60 vote Senate filibuster again. And I don't know if FOX realizes this. We don't need 60. We need a simple majority. She said, quote, I oppose eliminating the legislative filibuster. The filibuster is an important protection for the rights of the minority party that requires senators to work together in the best interest of the country. Removing that protection would, for example, allow a future Congress controlled by Democrats to pass provisions on anything they want. D.C. statehood, open borders, packing the Supreme Court with just a simple majority of senators. She continued, and then the FOX piece ends with Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska remain the only Republicans who have not pledged support for the SAVE Act. Yeah, well, Murkowski said she's against the SAFE act for psychopathic reasons. She said it would suggest it would be unconstitutional. What? To protect your elections. There's a role for Congress. Read the Constitution, Senator. But on this stuff from. From Collins, where she's like, well, we don't want to remove the filibuster. Senator, I'm going to be very respectful of Susan Collins, although Susan Collins has infuriated me in the past and will in the future. Senator, please understand something. Nobody's asking you to get rid of the filibuster. We're not even asking you to get rid of. I mean, technically I am asking you to get rid of the silent filibuster, but this particular piece of legislation would require none of that. You don't have to change anything. Just show up. Just show up. That's the key. In fact, here's Mike Lee explaining what's next for the SAVE Act. He said this is not a fait accompli. It's not over. We still have a fight ahead of us. So, yes, we've got the support. Now we need to get these senators to the floor of the Senate. Here's Mike Lee. Cut one. Watch. All right, so I'm getting a lot of questions. What's next? Now that we've got enough votes to get past a motion to proceed to the House passed version of the Save America act, we've got to put all of our efforts. I encourage everyone who will listen to you. The Senate needs to invoke the talking filibuster to enforce the talking filibuster. If Senators want to debate this, if they want to filibuster it, make them.
C
Work for it, make them stand up, make them speak.
A
If we do it this way, we can continue this progress and I think we can get this thing done.
C
Look, there are no guarantees here, but.
A
The only shot we've got at this is through the talking filibuster. Thanks for fighting. Keep going. We'll get it done. Okay, once again for the people in the back, nobody's going nuclear. Nobody's going nuclear. Nobody's going nuclear. There are no rule changes in the Senate. There are no rule changes in the Senate. There are no rule changes in the Senate. All we're asking is for you to abide by the existing rules of the Senate, go up to the floor and get the SAVE act passed. That's it. And I'll continue on this education mission for as long as it takes until we actually get every member of the United States Senate even to understand what the rules are that are available to them. Play by the rules. We need heads up. Play right now in the United States Senate. And please, ladies and gentlemen, do not stop your encouragement. Just because we're at 50 votes right now does not mean that we're across the finish line. Please keep the calls coming. Tell your senator that not only do you want them to support the SAVE act, you want them to take that fight to the Senate floor to get it passed. That has to happen next. That's the fight. Rotten one goes. Vince, is anybody going nuclear? Nobody's going nuclear. Nobody. I mean, they should. They should get rid of the stupid silent filibuster too. That's an issue for a different time. I just want to focus right now on the SAVE Act. We got to get that across the finish line. All right, now, will there be Democrats who support it? Anna Paulina Luna, who is very optimistic about all this. She thinks that John Fetterman is going to join the fight here she is cut to watch senators work against their interests that they can vote them out at the ballot box. And that's exactly what this will do. So I am frankly behind every senator. That is for the voter idea that Senator Fennerman will likely vote for it as well. Again, thank you to Senator Collins. But thu needs to bring it to the floor and it needs to happen immediately. Thune's got to bring it to the floor to make it happen immediately. Keep the pressure on John Thune, obviously the leader of the Republicans in the, in the Senate. Keep the pressure on him to get this to a floor flight. Have them whip every senator necessary to get them to the floor of the Senate to pass this thing. All right, more on the SAVE act as our shows continue. We'll keep tracking that and thank you for all of your efforts to get it this far. Already this has been herculean. It's just been wonderful. Let me take you to one other huge issue that you need to know about today. The Trump administration is now asking the public for help in identifying fraudsters. I love this story. I love this story. Remember, we're looking at upwards of $20 billion of fraud, mostly committed by Somalis in Minnesota. But that fraud is all over the country. And this weekend the Department of Health and Human Services did something that I think is completely epic. They opened the books on Medicaid spending. They uploaded the entire database of Medicaid spending to the Internet so that you can actually see where all of our money is being spent. They announced this weekend that hhs, the Doge team at HHS has open sourced the largest Medicaid data set in department history. This data set contains aggregated provider level claims data for a specific billing code. Over time, in other words, you can track how the money is being spent on what kind of claims. For example, using this data set, it would have been possible to easily detect the large scale autism diagnosis fraud seen in Minnesota. You can download the data for yourself, says hhs. And so one man instantly did that. A guy by the name of Luke Thomas analyzed 227 million rows of Medicaid data. And in the data, he figured out in the state of Maine specifically that there are that massive numbers of people who are supposedly providing home health care, home health care in Maine. And he drilled down specifically to, to Portland, Lewiston, And South Portland, Maine, only those areas of Maine. Now why those areas? Well, there are massive Somali populations in Portland and Lewiston, that's why. And so he starts tracking those areas and taking a look and he detects that there are 36 providers of this non medical home health care. Non medical home health care. So it's like bathing, dressing, feeding, helping somebody move. That's what the point of this is. But that's Medicaid money that's leaving from American taxpayers and going into Maine. And by the way, you can thank Obamacare for this and the so called Medicaid expansion that has happened all across the country. Massive vector for fraud, huge amounts of fraud going on. And so what he figures out is that you've got companies that are billing millions to the taxpayer and they don't have websites, they don't have Google listings, they don't have Yelp reviews, they don't have LinkedIn pages, they don't have evidence that they even exist in any other source other than government paperwork showing that checks are being cut to them. It's crazy. Some, a lot of these health care, so so called home health care providers. Home care providers didn't exist at all until after the Medicaid expansion took place in Maine in 2019. And then they popped up out of nowhere and now they're making millions. There was no ramp up time like for a normal small business. Now they're pulling in millions of dollars a year and they're charging at rates that are well above the state average. So all of that is deeply suspicious. So you can thank Luke Thomas for his effort to dig into all of this. And let me just give you an example of one of the companies who's taking money here. You ready for this? So one of the operations is taking money, I swear to you is called legit home health care. It's called legit home health care. Cut four. Take a look at this. 991 Forest Avenue in Portland. There are three home health care facilities inside this building and it's before 3 o' clock in the afternoon. You would think that people would be at work here, but nobody is here. The building is very cold inside, so the heat is not running in this building either. And it's just very bizarre that I've been to multiple health care places in the last week in the Portland area that are all billing main care back, but I never find any people. It is so bizarre that in the middle of a work day there's no furniture in any of these buildings. Look at the trash on the floor. They're taking it. No. Millions work millions of dollars a year these businesses are taking in. There's nobody in the building, the heat is turned off, there's trash everywhere. There's no evidence that this is real at all. And one of these operations is literally called legit home care. What? It's, I mean, it's so brazen, it's unbelievable. Imagine if you started a fraud operation and you're thinking to yourself like, what do I name this in order to convince people that it's not fraud. Oh, I have an idea. Call it legit home health care. It's legit. Okay. Legit home health care. Legit home health care Billed main care. That's the state version of Medicaid for $7.1 million between 2019 and 2024. And thank you to the Main wire again, great publication for actually producing that video, tracking that down, Just putting a camera inside of the building. Legit home healthcare wild. Meanwhile, News Nation all credit to them for doing this. They sent a reporter to a building in Maine with 22 different home health care companies and spoke to the building's owner. Guess what they found? Take a listen to this. Cut five.
C
This building right behind me has 22 different home and community based healthcare companies registered in the building. Inside this Portland office building, owner Ron Nevins agreed to speak with us.
A
I think I got 10 health care companies, which is probably about half, maybe a little less than half of this building.
C
Healthcare, healthcare, Healthcare, Home healthcare.
A
I didn't even know what home health care was.
C
Do you think these businesses are actually legit businesses?
A
Some, yes, but some I highly question. Nobody's ever here and you know, if it was one or two or three or four, but when there's 10, I've had as many as 12 or 13. Probably before the five star. I took the sign out the door because I'm trying to run the office. The guy's, he, he's the owner of the building and he was just asked a question, was like, hey, do you think the people who are here are legit or fraudulent? He's like, you know, honestly, a lot of them are probably fraud. I never see anybody, they never show up at all. So he's got a building and they're paying rent. He's got his rent checks, it's not his fault. But he's saying out loud, he's like, yeah, 22 home healthcare companies. I barely see anybody in this building. What is that? What is that if not fraud? I mean the, the, the sirens are blaring. For fraud here. And we're just getting started. Thank you to the Trump administration for open sourcing the data on all of this. You know, Medicaid fraud in Maine is rampant. Maine has been a source of all of this. The Department of Health and Human Services, the Inspector general just had an audit completed recently where they found that $45.6 million of Medicaid payments for so called autism services. Does this sound familiar? Yeah, this happened in Minnesota too. Just went out the door to Maine and nobody can account for it. And there's no evidence that it helped any kids with autism and that it seems like all the money was just straight up stolen. $45.6 million is a lot of money. And Maine's Democrat governor is a lady called Janet Mills. Remember her? She had that square off with President Trump at the White House where he said, I'll see you in court. That was about the transgender nonsense. Well, maybe President Trump needs to see her in court again. Here's Janet Mills pretending like there is no fraud. Everything's fine. And autistic kids are getting the money cut. Sex watch. Well beyond the pale. The OIG court says nothing about fraud. Nothing. It says that us, our state and other states are spending more money on the needs of some of our most needy children, children with autism. And I can sympathize with that. They do have needs. And we have increased reimbursement rates. So insane. We just found nearly $50 million. That's one item, by the way. I see people in the chat going, it's got to be a lot more than that. Of course it is. Of course we're talking billions of dollars. But just on autism expenditures. $45.6 million that the OIG has gone. This is crazy. This, this, none of this money is accounted for. It's just gone out the door. And there's no evidence that's helped anybody. And, and this is the same thing that we've seen, this autism, this autism services scam. We saw it in Maine. We saw it in Maine. We saw the feds bring massive charges in Maine to staggering Minnesota Medicaid fraud. Millions of dollars out the door. Federal prosecutors recently unveiling charges in a widespread ongoing investigation of staggering industrial scale Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. That was MPR that reported that. And it's not just in Minnesota. It's also in Indiana. The HHS OIG just produced this analysis. $56 million in Indiana improperly sent out the door for this autism services. No evidence anybody with autism actually benefited from it. In Wisconsin The HHSIG had the same reporting. $18.5 million in these improper fee for service Medicaid payments stolen from American taxpayers and supposedly going to kids with autism. There's no evidence that they did. So. The Trump administration is opening the floodgates here. They're for the first time. Have you ever seen such a sincere effort to tackle waste, fraud and abuse? How many years of your life? How about all of them? Have you heard Washington talking about waste, fraud and abuse? We have to tackle waste, fraud and abuse. Guess who's actually doing it? It's the Trump administration. And it's not news that there's massive amounts of fraud. Back in 2023, 2023, CNBC did a report, you heard me correctly. CNBC did a report on the fact that taxpayers are losing an estimated $100 billion plus a year to Medicare and Medicaid fraud. They even got a fraudster to sit down with them. They concealed his face, they concealed his voice, and they had him explain how easy it is to steal from you and from me, the American taxpayers. Watch this. Cut seven. Here's the fraud reporting that doesn't surprise this man. We'll call him Julio, because he wants to conceal his identity. Julio admits he knows a lot about stealing from Medicare because it was his entire life for many years in Miami. Why Medicare fraud? Like, why was that alluring to you as compared to other ways, other, maybe even illicit ways to make money? It's easy. Did someone teach you how to game the system? A friend of mine, yeah. He teached me. One day he called me and says, look, I do this, this, this, this. Are there a lot of people who are willing to break the law? A lot of people, you'll be surprised. For money, they'll do anything. Is there a lot of money to be made? A lot of money. Millions of dollars to make. How much? Millions of dollars. How did that stack up? The risk versus the reward? Reward? It was excellent. The reward? It was excellent. Millions of dollars. Very easy to steal from taxpayers. There's lots of people doing it and we teach each other how to do it. That's the reality that we're living through, and that's the reality that the Trump administration is confronting. And so where do we go from here? Well, we obviously need rampant criminal prosecutions. We need aggressive criminal prosecutions and any effort that we can possibly take to claw back all of this stolen money for the American taxpayer. If we're looking at over $100 billion a year, let me stretch that into Washington speak. That's a trillion dollars every decade that's just stolen in fraud. And I guarantee you that that's a conservative estimate, that those numbers are way higher. In a world where we're in this much debt, every dollar counts. If I can get back a trillion dollars in stolen money, that's a meaningful improvement for the United States of America. And it has to happen now. So what do we do to encourage more Americans to join this effort to track down this fraud? Well, we start exactly where the Trump administration has begun. They've open sourced all of the data. They've allowed people to go in and look at it. We should see if we can get as many Luke Thomases going as possible. People who go through the data, look specifically at their own states because they're the most familiar with them, and then see if they can track and find anomalies in the data to demonstrate that something fraudulent seems to be going on. And then once you find it, publish your findings or share it with the government, share it with the Justice Department so that some kind of action can be taken. And I think the last piece that might be good here for the Trump administration. If anybody within the Trump administration who has power to affect this is listening offer public rewards to American taxpayers who track down fraud, we should have a robust fraud finders program. People who find fraud, identify it for government officials, and then if it leads to a successful prosecution, they should be given some sort of cash reward for saving Americans potentially trillions of dollars. We give money to illegal aliens as we politely ask them to leave our country. We cut them a check for a couple thousand bucks if they decide to self deport. And that's great. That's a great thing to do. We should do the same thing, if not more, for Americans who help save their country from the fraudsters who are taking advantage of us. We should have a fraud finders program. I'm not asking for witch hunts. I'm just asking for people who put in an effort to track down fraud and then share what they find with investigators. And maybe that can get us a lot closer to getting this country back in shape. Because I know there's a lot of Americans, including many within the sound of my voice, who really want to see that happen. All right, we've got a lot more to get to. I'm going to do a lot of it today on the big radio show coming up 12 to 3 Eastern Time.
