Everybody, welcome to events on a Wednesday. Great to have you with us as always. The best audience anywhere. The President of the United States overseas right now in Turkey. Yay. They've been trying to make me say Turkey. What? No, no, no, it's Turkey. Come on. I'm not changing that. You know, you go your whole life calling something something, you're not changing it to something. Yay. It's not changing. No, it's, it's Turkey. Let's talk Turkey. We're going to talk the President of the United States. The big announcement that he's made this morning on what the hell is going on with Iran as there are a bunch of fresh strikes on Iranian targets overnight. That's because the Iranians won't stop acting like terrorist lunatics. I've got the updates on that subject also. We'll get to American politics in a moment. Graham Platner, there's another Platner flattener that's been released by the media. They're trying to get rid of this guy. But is he actually going to leave the race? We'll explore that. And where the hell is Mitch McConnell? Suddenly we've got a bunch of proof of life statements on social media, but we don't have any proof of life. The hell's going on there? We've got a lot to discuss, all ahead on this edition of. Vince, so great to have you with us as always. Love having you here. We've got a great sponsor to start the show today, Patriot Mobile. We love Patriot Mobile. They're really great. In fact, they give me great cell phone service and they'll give you great cell phone service too. And here's what I love about Patriot Mobile. They just love the country. They, they just love the country and they fight really hard for it. Standing shoulder to shoulder with us. You see, as conservatives, as people who love America, we will get all sorts of wins. But then the problem is oftentimes conservatives will get comfortable and then the left will start taking back ground inch by inch. You know it. And we can't let that happen again. America needs every one of us in the fight. A big part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for our values. That's Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile gives you premium priority nationwide service on any of the three major US networks so you get the coverage you need. Plus unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, 100% US based customer support. Switching is easy. Keep your phone, keep your number, activate in minutes. But Patriot Mobile is so much more than a great wireless service. They've supported a growing movement of Americans defending faith, family, freedom and the future of this country by donating millions every year to organizations who are fighting for our freedoms. Well, do we have any breaking news? Oh, yes, we do. The President of the United States announcing this morning that last night we hit Iran very, very hard. Here's the President of the United States describing what happened. Cut one watch.
Donald Trump
A lot of things have been determined and some things haven't, frankly. We attacked very powerfully last night. The very dangerous people from Iran, they're sick. There's something wrong with them. We said, go and do your funeral stuff. And instead of that, they start shooting rockets at chips yesterday. And so we hit them very hard last night, very hard. I would say 20 to 1, 20 times tougher. And I told them, every time you hit, we hit. And of course, they're dirty players. So they go after everyone, probably including me. I've been number one on their list for years. And they're a bunch of scum. You want to know the truth? They're scum. And so we don't like them. I don't like them. And they're evil people. And it's the denuclearization of Iran.
Vince Colonnades
It's the denuclearization of Iran. That's the goal. However we can get to it. We've been trying peace conversations. The President. Look, I'm already seeing this morning. We'll get to the memorandum of understanding and its status in just a moment. The status of the ceasefire in just a moment. But I'm already seeing kind of mindless nonsense this morning. Oh, I told you this wouldn't work. They were stupid for trying this. You know what they're trying. And the reality is this memorandum of understanding, from the very beginning contemplated that Iran wouldn't play by the rules. And if they don't play by the rules, they suffer the consequences. It's an F A, F O agreement. And so now we are fulfilling that contract. That's what's happened here. So in other words, this happened precisely the way the Trump administration contemplated it would, which is, you have your option. We're giving it to you. Do you want a peaceful future? You'll have it. Do you want a violent future? You'll have it. Just pick one. Seems like they're picking, you know, the last few days, the Iranians have been to the President's point, striking not just American international ships, tankers. International tankers going through the Strait of Hormuz, menacing those ships in the strait. And that was enough for the United States to say, all right, enough of this crap. We're not dealing with this. So yesterday we got a number of the things that occurred. The United States Treasury Department announced that Iran can no longer sell its oil on the legal international market. Remember, we had given them a waiver as a token of good faith. Like, hey, okay, look, here's a little carrot for you as we start this. You can start selling on the international market. And they began doing that. Now that's cut off. They can't do that anymore. That's been taken away. And then this is because they're. These morons decided to attack the Strait of Hormuz. These theocratic, mentally ill whack jobs started attacking the tankers flowing through the Strait of Hormuz. Any chance of their people having a good future going into going, going forward again, it's predicated on them acting like a normal country. You refuse to act like a normal country, well then you don't get normal things. So now they lose access to the legal international market. Great, great going morons. And then the United States military, as we can do very effectively, struck a bunch of very important targets to the Iranians. Overnight, over 80 targets were struck. US forces, according to Central Command, completed a new round of retaliatory strikes against the country. 80 targets, precision munitions. As an immediate response to Iran's latest attacks on commercial vessels transiting the strait, US Forces struck Iranian air defense systems command and control networks, coastal radar sites, anti ship missile capabilities, and more than 60 IRGC small boats in and near the Strait to degrade Iran's ability to continue attacking international commerce flowing through the international trade corridor. So you don't think we knew about where each of these things were? Of course we did. You don't think we have a clear intel picture about this? Of course we did. So we said, okay, fine, we're going to leave some leverage on the table. We had these ships that were still out there. We had these targets that we could attack and we didn't. And then Iran decided to do this. All right, fine, we'll blow these up too. And we did. Iran recently attacked three commercial vessels transiting the strait, including Marshall Islands flagged Mount Al Ray Kayat, Saudi Arabia flagged Mount Wadion, and Liberian flagged Mount Cyprus. Prosperity.
Donald Trump
Look at that.
Vince Colonnades
They're attacking Middle Eastern countries too. The UNWARRANTED aggression by Iranian forces is a clear and dangerous violation of the ceasefire and undermines freedom of navigation. CENTCOM forces remain postured and prepared to hold Iran accountable when the agreement is not adhered to or. Or obeyed. And of course, you can see here they've got images of the various strikes. Those of you watching with me, rumble.com. vince unclassified. The reason that the Trump administration releases footage like this is to send a very clear and public message about what the consequences are. Look at those little boats. Oh, they're gone. Yeah. So the United States military. We can do this at any moment and we will do this. So don't make us do this. We don't want to have to do this. The President said the mou. Well, for now, the ceasefire specifically is over. Watch this. That's right. Patriot 1587. He says we had to light up the world like the 4th of July. Happy 250. Yeah. Some extra fireworks for the celebration. You're right about that. Here's the President talking about the ceasefire being over.
Elizabeth Warren
Is the ceasefire over?
Mark Rude
Is the ceasefire done?
Elizabeth Warren
Is the MOU dead?
Donald Trump
It's a very interesting question to me. I think it's over. I don't want to deal with them anymore. They're scum. You know what scum is? They're scum. They're sick people. They're led by sick people and they're vicious, violent people. And if they had a nuclear weapon, they'd use it. As far as I'm concerned, it's over. I'll speak to our negotiators. They want to negotiate. They're good people. Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner. But they have to come back to me. As far as I'm concerned, it's just a waste of time dealing with them. They're liars. We make a deal and they. If I make a deal with him, we have a deal and he goes out, he talks, we make a deal. Everyone's agreed, no nuclear weapon. We make a deal. They go outside, talk to the press. They say, we never even talked to about it. There's something wrong with them. They're cuckoo. As far as I'm concerned, it's over.
Mark Rude
After we get through the funeral proceedings,
Vince Colonnades
what does this mean? That talks with Iran will not resume.
Donald Trump
I don't care. They can talk, but I think they're wasting their time. They're a bunch of lying guys. I do my whole life. That's all I do is deals. My whole life is. That's how I became president. I guess that's a deal. Two, Right. But I made a lot of money. I had a lot of great success, tremendous success. Everything I did, I was successful. And I deal with these guys and I say, this is from a different school. They're liars, they're cheats, they're sick people. They've hurt their people. They killed 54,000 people as of now that were protesting. You know, when people say, how come they haven't taken over? They can't take over because they're dead. They killed them. Nobody is going to take over. They have no guns, and the other side has machine guns, and they're killing them. The press doesn't report it, but they're bad people. They're bad people. And frankly, I don't want to waste my time with them. Now, I'll let our wonderful negotiators keep talking if they want, but I don't see it. I don't like these people, you know, that. I like him. I like. Leaders are like. I think all of these leaders, and they love. I think they didn't treat the United States fairly for many years, but that's okay. But. But they're sane, rational, good people, most of them. I don't like a couple of them, to be honest. There are a couple I don't like much. I like. I like Erdogan.
Vince Colonnades
Well, there's the President, as always, plain spoken and interesting with every utterance. You know, I think it's useful to always remember that President Trump is aware of the impact that his words have, and he uses his public statements as a way to establish more leverage. So in the midst of all of this, as much as the President is just revealing his and speaking in a very candid way about what he thinks of the Iranian leadership and their deceit, the other piece of this is he's always trying to figure out new points of leverage. So, you know, they tried playing nice, they tried saying nice things about the Iranians in public, saying that we've found some more moderate people, some more reasonable people, we think it's possible to make a deal. Again, all of these public statements, these are not accidents. This is on purpose. The Trump administration is thinking about how do we create more leverage. And here's the president trying a lot of stick by slamming them with over 80 strikes yesterday, stripping away their ability to sell oil on the international market, that privilege that we gave them for a short time, and now saying, I don't trust any of them. In fact, I think this is basically over entirely. What's the president's goal here? Is to shake free a chance to really succeed. That's what he wants, no matter what. However, he has to get there. So remember, the President using his leverage in this capacity as well. And then, meanwhile, when it comes to dealing with these NATO countries, you know, he's. He's got a lot on his agenda. He's there in Turkey. He's meeting with these other NATO countries. He's not happy with. A lot of NATO is. Because when we called on Naito. Think about this as a country that is the primary defender of everybody else in NATO. The United States does the lion's share of the work. European countries are constantly begging for an out from the United States. Please help us. Please send more. Please send more money. Please send more weaponry. And constantly the United States is there to help. But when we turn around and we go, hey, can you get your minimum payment in? Can you pony up your obligation for NATO? Would you do that for us, please? It's like pulling teeth to get them to do that. And when we asked for help in the Strait of Hormuz and the President said, look, we didn't need help, but I did ask these countries, hey, would you send some. Some ships over? Would you give us some assist here in getting the strait wide open? Because they didn't do it. And he's like, what. What am I a part of this alliance for? I mean, the reality is the Strait of Hormuz and the energy that comes through it is more important to Europe than it is to the United States. We have plenty of energy here. Does it affect our oil prices? Yeah, it does, but nothing like what happens in Europe. They're very dependent on the energy that flows through this trade, so they wouldn't help. Yeah. The President says, look, I was testing these countries, and they failed. Cut three watch drawdowns in Europe likely.
Donald Trump
And are you satisfied with the progress that NATO allies have made? Well, we're going to see. I was very disappointed with NATO, and frankly, if it weren't held in Turkey, where my friend happens to be a very strong leader, a very strong person, it's possible that I wouldn't have attended. I felt I had to attend because of the fact that, you know, I know he's gone all out. It was a big thing to have NATO come to Turkey or anyplace else. It's a big thing. But we weren't treated well because. Because we did something in Iran. We don't need anybody's help. I didn't even want their help. But before I asked, they said they wouldn't be there. And we've invested trillions of dollars in NATO. Why? To protect European countries and others, Canada, etc. But to protect people, countries from. Generally speaking, it used to be the Soviet Union, now it's Russia. And I say that's fine, but you would think that they'd be very willing to do something to help us, and they really weren't. In the case of the United Kingdom, the Prime Minister, I guess he's no longer there, maybe because of this. It was a very unpopular thing he did. He said, no, we'll help after the war is over. I said, I don't need that kind of help. We didn't need any help at all. And in a way, I was testing people. I was testing to see whether or not they'd be there. Because I've long said that we helped them, but I'm not sure that they'd be there for us. And Italy turned us down, and Germany turned us down, and France turned us down, and it's okay, but, you know, why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars and they're not there for us? We've always been there for them.
Vince Colonnades
Yeah, talk about the deal maker. Holy cow. So he's. He's again juggling chainsaws, catching the handles, trying to figure out how to navigate some of the toughest negotiations on planet Earth, including, what is this deal we've got? What is this? What is this subscription service I'm paying for that I don't get anything out of? You have any of those, by the way? By the way, check in on your subscription payments. Would you just. This is a personal reminder. Go check your bank account, see what you've been paying for. Maybe you've got some weird subscriptions hanging around that you should get rid of. You know, save yourself a couple bucks. Little public service announcement, but here's the President doing it for the whole country. Wait a second. What are we subscribing to? I don't even watch that service. Why am I paying for it? Yeah, it's so there he is going, I'm not getting anything out of NATO. How about you start pulling your weight around here, man? It's so funny, you know, in the. In the class photo. The class photo, they call it the class photo where the President stands with all these other world leaders. They take a picture together. He is so done with this crap. It's so funny. You can see it in his body language. Take a look at this.
Donald Trump
This is.
Vince Colonnades
This is the photo. This is from this morning. And for those of you Listening to me right now. You should check out our video today just to see this. Rumble.com. vince. This is the President of the United States standing with all the other world leaders. And he looks done with their crap. He looks absolutely done. Watch this. Look at him, the body language. He's just like, all right, I'm done. Everybody else is trying to pose and smile and stand shoulders back. He's just like, all right, come on, get it over with. His face, he's just looking around. He's like, what are we doing? Come on. All right, knock it out. Let's go. And at some point, he just decides he's done. He's like, all right, I'm done. And he just slaps Mark Rude on the back and tells him, all right, let's get out of here. It's funny. Look at all these other world leaders, all hoping for a chance. And by the way, let's be clear about what's going on. A lot of these guys, if not all of them, a lot of these guys have utter contempt for Donald Trump. They do not like that he is interested in America first. They do not like his project of restoring American sovereignty. They do not like this idea that he would reject globalism. They do not like that he's bearing down on them and telling them they have to meet their obligations instead. But look at them. They're all a bunch of smiley little servile snakes at this moment, where they're acting like, oh, we're very. We love Trump. We love Trump so much. But the second he leaves the room, they're all going to be whispering to each other about how they can overcome Trump's expectations for NATO.
Donald Trump
Okay?
Vince Colonnades
And so here he walks out. And then, of course, you get a look at Emmanuel Macron. The guy thinks he's Tom Cruise or something. He's wearing aviators indoors. What the hell's going on?
Scott Jennings
Look at this.
Vince Colonnades
Look at Macron.
Mark Rude
What.
Vince Colonnades
What am I staring at here? What the hell is he doing? He's wearing sunglasses indoors. What's he got a black eye? Was his wife smacking him around? What is this? This is like. And I like how he's too cool to look at President Trump. Watch the move here. So President Trump walks past him and he gives a half second glance and then boom, he's looking past him. I. I can't be seen staring at him. You know, I gotta. I'm too cool for that. Can't look at the President of the United States. Whatever, man. I. The whole thing is so crazy. And so there's the president of the United. I love it, though. I love, I love the body language of this, this moment where you're looking at it going, he's done with them, man. He's done with them. He's just checking the box and getting
Interview Host
the hell out of there.
Vince Colonnades
He pushed Mark's, Mark Rude out of the room. He's like, let's go.
Interview Host
Come on.
Vince Colonnades
Let's go. It's really, it's really fascinating to watch.
Scott Jennings
Yeah. Yeah.
Vince Colonnades
No, that's right. Macron's doing the Joe Biden. Just looking around. I don't know. All right. More, more ahead on the program. We've got a lot to get to. Graham Platner has not yet dropped out of that race in Maine. And this is driving establishment Democrats out of their minds. More ahead on this coming up on this edition events.
Donald Trump
All right.
Vince Colonnades

Yeah, Platner. So we got another one. It just dropped last night. Washington Post, the media suddenly rolling out every possible kill shot they can in the hopes of finishing this guy off and, well, it ain't working yet. Here's the update. This is from the Washington Post. Ex girlfriend of Graham Platner says he removed condoms without consent during sex. An ex girlfriend of embattled Senate candidate Graham Platner told the Washington Post he repeatedly removed protection without her consent when they were having sex. Lindsey Fifield, who said she dated Platner from 2013 to 2015 in D.C. oh, look. The media is now taking Lindsey Fifield seriously after suggesting that she lacked credibility entirely in the beginning of June. Fifield, who had previously accused him of physical abuse, said that she told Platner on multiple occasions that he had to wear condoms during sex because she was not on birth control. Quote, he would pull condoms off. She said in an interview. He would do it in a sneaky way. He wouldn't tell me. In a statement, in response to questions about Fifield's allegation, Platner's campaign called the claim categorically false and politically motivated. The statement noted that Fifield supported. The statement noted that Fifield supported now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh when he was accused of sexual assault. Yeah, because Brett Kavanaugh was lied about, that's why. Because the allegations against Kavanaugh were so cartoonishly false, it was unbelievable that they were ever leveled in public. And Fifield supported him because she's a normal person. Fifield, 41, is the second woman to allege this week that Platner engaged in non consensual sexual conduct. Jenny Racico, 41, who said she previously dated Platner, told the Post and other outlets on Monday that he sexually assaulted her in late 2021, leading a growing number of allies to drop their endorsements and call on him to withdraw from the race for a main seat in the U.S. senate. Senator Bernie Sanders, his most influential and prominent supporter, said he spoke with Platner on Tuesday, urged him to withdraw from his campaign to unseat Susan Collins. She told. He told Bernie. Bernie told him get out of the race. And he's not alone. Ro Khanna, all these other guys who were like, I love Graham Platner are all saying, no, it's time for him to go. He better get out of the race now. Of course, this is, it's not like, again, just to go back to the basics on this. Everybody knew Graham Platner was a scumbag. The public record on this was very clear. And all these people kept pretending like, he's wonderful. He's my kind of man. In fact, that's Literally, what Elizabeth Warren said about him. Cut eight. Watch this.
Elizabeth Warren
I am here because Washington needs fighters, and Graham Platner is the fighter.
Vince Colonnades
Fighter we need. You bet.
Elizabeth Warren
I said to myself, that's my kind of man.
Vince Colonnades
Yeah. The kind of politician who forces him or herself on people without their consent and takes what's not theirs. Yeah. Elizabeth Warren says Graham Platner is her kind of man. Typical stuff from Elizabeth Warren. Uh, not. Not that surprising at all. But now all these Democrats are running away. Oh, I don't. I don't like him anymore. I'm not on his side. He should drop out. Oh, you're so full of crap. It was never about any virtue. It's not about any principles, not about standing up for any woman. It's entirely about your political expedience, your power, the party's power. It's always about that. Once you filter the behavior of Democrats through the lens of how does the party get more power? Everything makes more sense. Everything. When they're throwing the President of the United States off of their own ballot and replacing him with Kamala Harris, and it seems confusing for a moment, why would they attack him? Why would they go after a Democrat? Why would they? It's always about the party's power and Graham Platner's standing in the way of it. He's a theatrical expression of their party's worst tendencies. And not only was he going to lose in Maine against Susan Collins, he was going to be a drag on the entire midterms. And he might still be for the Democrats. They made this bed, and now they can lie in it. So here's what we know about Platner. As of this moment, Graham Platner has not dropped out of this race. And it is entirely up to him whether he does. That's right. He has to do it by next week, Monday, for the Democrats have any to have any chance of replacing his name on the ballot in Maine. And if he doesn't do that, then the main primary voters who selected Graham Platner in the first place, well, then they're going to be able to vote for him in the general election or not. But either way, Graham Platner hasn't dropped out yet. And now we've reached a level in this story where Democrats are accusing him of. Of holding them hostage. Now, just think about how demented this all is. Like the voters in Maine, some of them, the primary voters, the Democrat primary voters in Maine, they still pick Graham Platner despite the fact that he's a psychopath, that everybody can See, everybody can detect it. Everybody. In fact, I'll let John Kennedy explain how obvious it was. Cut seven. Here's the senator from Louisiana.
Interview Host
Watch.
John Kennedy
With respect to the new allegations or revelations about him, I, of course, was completely shocked. Who could possibly have seen this coming? It's not like there were signs or something. I tell you who saw it coming. Every American who was paying attention and who has an IQ above a toaster knew that this guy's motherboard was fried. Even my, my, my colleague, Senator Schumer, who can't even cook a cheeseburger, saw this coming.
Vince Colonnades
He's right. Everybody saw it coming. And all these Democrats are pretending like they just did.
John Kennedy
What?
Vince Colonnades
He's a bad person. Who could have known? Everybody. But man, he's getting in their way. So here's, here's the New York Post coverage of this because they summarized it as they so often do. They summarized it quite well. Graham Platner holding Democrat Party hostage, refusing to drop out unless he gets to name his successor, according to sources. Oh, this is great. Dateline Washington. Maine Democrat candidate Graham Platner appears to be holding the Democrat Party hostage and is refusing to drop out after being accused of rape unless he gets to approve his successor to run for the Senate, the Post is learned. A source familiar with the campaign discussion said Platner, his campaign and political strategist Morris Katz are deliberating about the main Democrat dropping out, but only if his replacement shares his lunatic values. I'm sorry, it says left wing values. And the clock is ticking for Democrats. There's a deadline Monday for the 41 year old oyster farmer to withdraw. If he does, state party officials will then initiate what they promised will be an open and transparent process. Bullshit. Absolute bull. To choose another candidate for the ballot. Quote, the vibes to me play like a Bernie to me. This vibes rather, this vibes to me like a play from Bernie Sanders to slide in Troy Jackson, another source said. Another whack job in Maine. The first source quipped that Platner apparently assumes whoever might replace him would want a rapist's endorsement. The candidate has firmly denied an accusation from ex girlfriend Jenny Rasico on Monday of sexual assault. His team is delusional, this person said, noting that Katz, the campaign strategist who helped elect New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdani, has been recommending Platner stay in the race. Oh, this. So a Mamdani guy is involved here and he's telling Platner, hey, just stay in. To hell with the rest of these people. This revolution I've told you many times, it's going to consume itself. It's going to consume itself. Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer, they've been playing footsie with these revolutionaries. These guys are whack jobs on their own. But they've said, you know what, let's bring in even crazier people. Let's see if we can keep them in our tent. And as they've done this, as they've played footsie with the radicals, with the commies, it's only leading to further civil war and destruction inside of that party. It couldn't happen to a better group of people. So, Graham Platner, stay in the fight, dude. Stay in the fight. Your country needs you to stay in the fight, because if you do, it means disaster for the party that's been wrecking our country. It's amazing what's happening. Platner hasn't dropped. He's holding them hostage. Finally, an update from the Banger Daily News on this subject. A guy called Benjamin Kahl with a report on it. He's reporter over there. He says a new from the main Democrat Party. The state party is getting ticked off about this quote. Unfortunately, Graham Platner's team has repeatedly reached out to us in an attempt to put their thumb on the scale of what this process looks like. The executive director says his team has, quote, no role in determining potential replacements. No role. Interesting. Well, isn't the role that he has that he has to drop out? In other words, he has an active role in this subject. He definitely does. In fact, he holds all the cards right now, which is interesting. What a quandary they're in. And I saw our friend Sean Davis reacting to some analysis on this subject which made me laugh this morning. A fellow called Chris Soliza, who used to work for, what was it, the Washington Post. He wrote, Platner trying to negotiate who will replace him suggests he has a deep misunderstanding of his current situation. You have zero leverage, dude. Shaun Davis points out he has all the leverage. Dum Dum, he won the primary and he is the candidate. It's true. You know, these Democrats are not really into respecting the will of the voters at all. They hate the will of the voters. In fact, they frequently work to undermine the will of the voters as that's why we're trying to pass the Save America act so desperately, because of that Democrat tendency to disregard, undermine and replace the voter. They've been doing a lot of that. We'd like them to stop now. So. And we'll give you updates as they come. You know, by the time you hear this podcast, maybe Grant Blattner does drop out. We'll see. But so far he's staying in and we're rooting him on in that one thing. That's the one time I finally am rooting on Graham Platner. Stay in the race, dude. Cause as much trouble as you possibly can. All right, more ahead on the program. In fact, speaking of Senate seats, what's going on with Mitch McConnell and why are we not getting any real updates on that subject? We will explore it coming up on the program. I know that that's been an audience. I'm taking requests. Ladies and gentlemen. The request line has been filled with hey, play the Mitch McConnell story. We know that he had a medical episode in June. Last month he had some sort of medical episode at his home. His wife apparently has been away in China for all of this. She didn't come back despite his medical episode. That was kind of strange. I think she's back now. But, but what's the deal? So he, so he goes down. We find out that the, the EMS team that arrived at his house had to perform CPR on him. They said it was for cardiac arrest. That sounds awful. And apparently he's been hospitalized ever since, hasn't been seen in public. In fact, he hasn't been heard in public. And earlier this week, as we mentioned in, in passing yesterday, I alluded to in passing yesterday, somebody in our chat had asked if Mitch McConnell was dead and I facetiously confirmed it. Well, the reason why everybody's been chattering about whether or not Mitch McConnell has kicked it or if at least his brain has kicked it is because Laura Loomer, who is a social media person, she's on social media on X. She posted the following that got everybody's attention this week. She said high level source close to the White House tells me Mitch McConnell is officially brain dead. He's not coming back. She went further. She said Mitch McConnell is being kept alive by life support machines. But my White House source, her White House source, interesting source, close to the White House. Now a White House source trying to figure out which one it is, told me McConnell is an organ failure. And as I reported, a source told me he has allegedly been declared a vegetable, brain dead by doctors. And the White House has been told McConnell's never coming back. Officially brain dead. Organ failure is accelerating. Life support machine is keeping him alive, but his brain is officially dead. And his wife, Elaine Chao, has fled the country to China. I wonder if she brought any of his documents or briefings with her to China, says Laura. Okay, so that's the tweet that got everybody talking. The hell's going on with Mitch?
Harmony Dylan
Where is.
Vince Colonnades
Is he really brain dead? Is that true? No. I haven't seen official statements from the White House on the subject, but suddenly we're getting a bunch of statements from people who say they talked to McConnell yesterday, a lot of them. So let me start with John Thomas. Here's one. Mary Margaret Olihan, our friend Mary Margaret, we love Mary Margaret. She's great. Over at the Daily Wire, she says a spokesman for Leader Thune tells her, tells the real Daily Wire that Thune spoke with Senator McConnell yesterday on the phone. So yesterday would have been Monday, Monday on the phone, the day that he was declared brain dead by Laura Loomer. And they had a lengthy and substantive conversation that covered a variety of topics, including national security. All right, so he's yammering about national security. First of all, if he's in the hospital, can I, can I just ask a basic question? If he's in the hospital recovering, why are you talking to him about national security? Wouldn't the whole conversation just be about his health? How you holding up? How's the recovery going? When are you going to be back? Take your time. You know these types of things. I don't. You're calling McConnell to saw with him on national security. Like, what. What is that about? But, okay, so that's Jonathan saying we had a national security conversation on Monday. But wait a, wait a second. I just got some breaking news. Josh, are you telling me we have video of John thune talking with McConnell? Yes. Can you play that for me, please? I can't believe we have that footage. I want to say God bless Gizmo Memes for putting that together. What an amazing video. Gizmo Memes put together a video as Mitch McConnell as the Undertaker popping out of that. That coffin ringside. Wwe it is so good. It is so freaking funny. John Barrasso is the Majority Whip. He ain't whipping nothing, by the way. He's not whipping, certainly the Save America act, which we keep asking for. You know, the one thing you should be doing the same, Save America. It turns out when he's not whipping the Save America act, apparently he's having lengthy conversations with Mitch McConnell. Here's the update from Barrasso. Spokesman Kate Noyce from Barrasso's office said Senator BARRASSO and Senator McConnell had a lengthy conversation early this afternoon. Their phone call lasted roughly 20 minutes. Senator McConnell was fully engaged and is eager to get back to the Senate. 20 minute call. McConnell, fully engaged, eager to get back to the Senate. Okay, what did they talk about? Barrasso and McConnell talked about everything. They talked about the Graham Platner scandal, the recent Supreme Court ruling, uncoordinated spending limits, the Senate's July work period, including the need to pass the NDAA and to confirm President Trump's nominee for Director of National Intelligence. Look, let me be crystal clear about this. Like, I, I believe that McConnell's alive. I believe that these guys are talking to him. Like, in other words, I don't think these are lies, that they're having conversations. The idea, though, that over the course of a 20 minute conversation that Barrasso did talk about Graham Platner, the Supreme Court ruling, coordinated spending limits, the Senate's July work period, the need to pass the NDAA, and the President's nominations for Director of National Intelligence, that part feels like a lie to me. 20 minutes, like, I routinely do interviews over the course of somewhere between 14 and 20 minutes in length. And when you do that, you have to contemplate how many topics you could possibly hit in advance of the interview. And if you've got a loquacious person that you're talking to, chances of you getting beyond, say, five questions, not high. Not high. Because then you have these questions and you have follow ups, you kind of build it into your mind. Just the idea that Mitch McConnell is suddenly a speed talker on every topic, that does not strike me as credible. But one of the reasons I do believe that Mitch McConnell is alive and maybe relatively well is that a guy who has, I think, demonstrated himself to have a lot of credibility is a guy called Scott Jennings. So unlike John Thune and John Barrasso, who are politicians, you have Scott Jennings. Now, Scott Jennings did, of course at one point work for Mitch McConnell. Now he's in a capacity on CNN where he's constantly telling the truth. And scandalizing left wing panels for doing it. Scott Jennings reported yesterday on X that he talked to McConnell too, and he had a 20 minute conversation with the guy. Here's what Jennings said. I spoke to my old friend Mitch McConnell this morning, the senior senator from Kentucky still recovering in the hospital. We talked for just shy of 20 minutes about Iran, Ukraine, the unfolding situation in Maine, my visit to the Teddy Roosevelt Presidential Library, and even a little bit of Senate history. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible. That too, feels like a lot of topics, to be honest with you. But again, I'm going to give Scott the benefit of the doubt here because again, Scott has developed a well of, of trust that I think is worth reflecting on. But yesterday he goes on CNN and he's being pressed by the host at the table. All these people are like, what, like what happened here. And listen to the way Scott Jennings describes everything. Cut for watch.
Scott Jennings
Mitch McConnell today. What did you talk about? What did he say?
Interview Host
Yeah, he called me this morning before I did my radio show. We talked for about 17 minutes. You know, he talked a lot about the situation with Iran, talk a little bit about Ukraine and what's going on in Europe. I told him I'd been to the Teddy Roosevelt Library. We talked a little bit about the history of the Vice presidency and how Roosevelt had transformed that in the modern presidency. A little history of the Senate. I mean, it was a, you know, it was a wide ranging conversation. I talked to him often. I hadn't talked to him since he'd been in. I'd gotten a few text messages from him, but I hadn't spoken to him. So it was good to hear his voice. Voice sounded strong and sounded like he was keeping up with the news to me.
Scott Jennings
Did you ask him how he was feeling?
Interview Host
Yeah, he said, you know, he said he was feeling okay, you know, obviously well enough to call me on the phone and obviously well enough to talk to Barasso and Thune. Now, look, I'm not qualified to discuss any medical issues or give you any information about that that's really for him or his staff to do. But, you know, I talk to him from time to time and I see him from time to time and, you know, we had a conversation today about the things that we normally talk about, which are news of the day, political stuff.
Scott Jennings
Did you come away feeling like he's still capable of serving the people of Kentucky as senator?
Interview Host
I came away feeling that he was staying on top of the news. Again, I look his, his condition and why he's in the hospital or when he might come out or look, that's, that's.
Scott Jennings
Do you know why and are just saying you're not at liberty to share?
Interview Host
I do not know why. I only know, frankly, what has been reported or what his office has said. So this was, it was a personal, private call, but I didn't probe him too deeply for his medical records.
Scott Jennings
Would you encourage him or anyone in his position to be more transparent with his voters about his health than he's been so far?
John Kennedy
Good question.
Interview Host
I think that's a fair, I think that's a fair thing to say. But on the other hand, you know, my impression of men of the, of that age is that they're a little private when it comes to their health. Now he's in public office and that carries a different responsibility. But it's a fair question.
Scott Jennings
Can I just.
Vince Colonnades
Okay, so a couple, couple reactions to this. One, I think Scott's being nice to an old boss. I think that's, I think that's obviously in play here. Two, a couple of you in the world's greatest audience here on this program are suggesting something very wise, which is that chances are that each of these men to include Scott Jennings was do. We're doing the lion's share of the talking. In other words, talking at McConnell rather than speaking with him. So is he able to respond to a couple of things? Sure. Maybe that's what's happening. Maybe that's what's happening. But the idea that he's hitting all these topics on there, the Teddy Roosevelt Library in Ukraine and the National Defense Authorization act, it just beggars bullet like it's not, it doesn't, it doesn't make any sense to me. The guy can't do that before his cardiac arrest. He's staring off into space, not talking at all. So if anybody was talking about these topics, it was each of the men who were on the phone with McConnell's ear pressed to it. That's what probably happened. I think you're right about that. And a couple of, maybe some acknowledgments every so often from McConnell. Again, you can kind of tell as Scott's answering these questions, McConnell's in no position to be in the United States Senate anymore. That, that, that ship has long sailed. Everybody can see it. You know, we're all going through the same thing. It was like with Biden. Everybody could see it for the entire Biden presidency. We could all see it. We could see it with Mitch McConnell for years now. It's time to go. There's no reason to keep doing this to the people of Kentucky. There's no reason. And, but, and yet there it is. And it's true, you know, that, that fundamental question that the host asked about, you know, is this fair to the people of Kentucky? It's not. No, it's not fair. You don't have representation out of one of your senators right now. You just don't. And, and this, this scheme is, is done, you know, and, and there are reporters to include, reporters I know well who have reached out to McConnell's office and they're not giving them anything. You know, instead we get in the case of Scott, who's a guy who used to work for McConnell, close to the guy. And then you got a couple of guys in Republican leadership who you and I don't trust. Not, not near as much as Scott Jennings saying, oh yeah, the guy's alive, he's doing great. Sorry, that's not good enough. That's not good enough for the voters of Kentucky. It's not good enough for the American people who deserve better representation. It's just not good enough. So just be candid and, and let's, and let's show him the door. I know he's retiring, but we could do that even sooner. We could do that even sooner. And Republicans in Kentucky have already built a system whereby they can replace him in a special election pretty rapidly. They changed the law in 2024 to accommodate that. So let's just get to it then. Come on now. So that's the update on what's going on. But very wise, the chat is being very wise about this. I think you're right about that. I think there was a lot more talking at McConnell than speaking with McConnell going on. And then they were like, well, I got on the phone with him. Yeah, but who did the talking? Might be worth getting to the bottom of that particular detail. That's the, the, the Mitch McConnell update for you today. Speaking of our elections, we, I have some election news for you. Our favorite Harmony Dylan is annoying the left because she's sending election monitors out across the country. They're fanning out everywhere. Here is, I want to share this Harmony Dylan video with you today. This is a brand new footage where she talks about how they're going to be monitoring a bunch of these primary elections, especially in these Democrat run states. Take a look at the great harm. Meet Dylan, Civil Rights Division. Here she is.

Jim Rome takes on sports. I will always have a complicated relationship with this game, but people Evolve. So do sports. Do not not make me regret this. Do not make me devolve back to that guy that so many clones wish that I still was. And do not embarrass the entire country. Now I can go back. I can get there fast. In 2026, in this upcoming primary season, the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, as it has done for decades, is this year sending election monitors into 15 different jurisdictions in six states. And those states are Arizona, Michigan, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Virginia. And we're sending the monitors into cities and counties where there may have been some problems in the recent elections. And so this is something that DOJ does routinely. So for example, in 2022, in the primary season, there were nine jurisdictions in which the prior administration sent election monitors during the primaries. In 2024, similarly, there were in that election, 27 different jurisdictions monitored by the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. So this year we're kind of in the middle of that with our 15. And what we hope to do here is increase voter confidence, make sure there are no language barriers or access to voting for Americans with disabilities, or, you know, sort of failure to make sure that the polling places are open correctly for the amount of time necessary and that everyone has appropriate access to vote. Who should be allowed to vote.
Vince Colonnades
Now this is brilliant, what she's laying out these details, brilliant because fundamentally the role of the Civil Rights Division here is to make sure that elections are being conducted fairly, that election laws are not being violated. But look what she's leading with. Language disability access. In other words, she's laying out for the left that among the suite of things that the federal government does here in terms of protecting voters is also protecting their access to the polls. And it's appealing to those left wing instincts, which is like, what are you doing? What are you, you're trying to stop people? No, no, we're trying to help them. We want to enable legitimate American voters and their opportunity to cast their ballot. This is a pre bunking of every left wing conspiracy theory that's going to instantly run about this. In fact, Mark Elias, the nut job left wing election rigging lawyer for the left, the big one, he's already complaining about this. Oh, this is voter suppression. What are they doing? They're monitoring elections in order to make sure the elections are conducted well, faithfully, in honor of the law. And Harmeet Dylan's very Smart as she, as she lays this out for the audience, what they're up to. A little bit more from Harmeet here.
Elizabeth Warren
This is an important goal that increases voter confidence and it's also important to make sure that our voting is accurate so that every citizen who votes has their vote counted equally without being canceled out by somebody who shouldn't be voting. Now, unfortunately, in taking Michigan as an example, we've gotten some attacks from leaders over there, the Attorney general and the governor. They don't like the fact that we're doing this. But to be clear, both Republican and Democrat administrations have sent monitors to Michigan and these other jurisdictions in the past. I think it's a great exercise of our oversight duty and our enforcement duty to enforce the Help America Vote Act, National Voter Registration act, the Voting Rights act, very important statute, and other civil rights statutes like the Civil Rights act of 1960. So I'm proud to be helping organize this effort and send those monitors to help increase all citizens confidence in the outcome of our elections. And stay tuned as we get towards the general election where there'll be an even more expanded program for Vote Monitor.
Vince Colonnades
I love it. I love it.
Elizabeth Warren
DOJ has done four decades in our great nation. Thank you.
Vince Colonnades
I love it. Thank you. To harm me. Harmony Dylan is a killer. She's under that jacket, she's hiding an array of weaponry. I guarantee you she's, she's great. And she's all over it. And it's, it's ticking off the left. They hate this. They don't want this now. Screwing voters over. They love doing that, protecting them. They hate doing that. Harmony Dylan is, is operating on that. And remember, this is in the midst of these elections investigations that are going on. We found out from CBS News this past week that the FBI, led by Cash Patel, has dispatched analysts from all across the country to look deeply into all of the documents that they obtained in that raid from Fulton County, Georgia earlier this year. Going back to the 2020 election, those investigations continue. And then, of course, you know, we, we're always keeping our ear to the ground. I know you are, too. On what's going on in South Florida with the grand conspiracy case against all of these, these maniacs who abuse their power in order to try and subvert the will of the American people. Attack Donald Trump and Trump's voters. Disgraceful stuff. James Comey, John Brennan and man, don't you chat. Don't you feel like within, like any given day, you wake up, you're like, is today the day? Is today the day you feel like, you know, Mitch McConnell waking up ringside at a WWE match.
Harmony Dylan
Like, is today the day?
Vince Colonnades
Is it today? Let me see, what would that look like, Josh? See, it goes so well. It goes so well when we nail it. That's super funny. That's the, that's what I want. That's what I want the day to be. And, and the good news is, I was reminded. I see Paul Sperry is over at Real Clear Politics talking about our friend Joe digenova. Remember, Joe digenova was hired by the Trump administration to help lead this effort to dig into the grand conspiracy. Joe, you want to talk about a killer? That guy's a killer. That guy's legit. I, I love Joe. Joe's been great. I had the pleasure of, of interviewing Joe so many times through the years. You think, if you think that Joe diGenova is going to, like, get rolled over or something, or that the left is going to get away with whatever it wants and he's just going to, you know, fold like origami. You have no idea who you're dealing with. None whatsoever. This guy's so legit, it's ridiculous. So, anyway, so we'll keep saying your prayers for your country and that justice prevails. That's important always. But, but interesting election news and Harmony Dylan is driving the left crazy. They don't like when you watch closely what they're up to because then you can detect how they're screwing you over, which is good. That's good. I'm glad. Harmony Dylan's all over that. We've got a lot of breaking news today. A lot of breaking news today on what's going on with Iran and the President of the United States. No doubt there's going to be a lot that transpires, even over the next few hours. As a result, I'll be covering it on the big national radio show today. And here's. Episode 326 | July 8, 2026
Host: Vince Coglianese
Network: Cumulus Podcast Network
In this high-energy episode, Vince Coglianese delivers his trademark brand of conservative news analysis and sharped-edged commentary under the banner "No More Mr. Nice Guy." The episode covers breaking U.S. military action against Iran, the collapse of a U.S.-Iran ceasefire, President Trump’s strategy and NATO grievances, the intensifying Graham Platner political scandal, speculation over Mitch McConnell’s health, and a segment on increased election monitoring. The episode's dominant themes are assertive American policy, failure of foreign and domestic adversaries to meet expectations, and skepticism of establishment political maneuvering.

[20:11] – [30:59]
[36:44] – [47:00]
[47:00] – [53:16]
The episode is rich in sarcasm, biting political critique, and a distinctly populist-conservative flavor. Vince deploys blunt, colloquial language designed to entertain ("Done with their crap"; "scumbags"; "theatrics"), steering clear of euphemism, especially when discussing adversaries foreign and domestic. The show is fast-paced, mixing news, analysis, and mockery with listener camaraderie built into the commentary.
This episode of VINCE covers the collapse of U.S.-Iran diplomatic efforts, aggressive American retaliation, Trump’s blunt rhetoric, and rising congressional and electoral dysfunction—from NATO partners to the Democratic Party’s Platner problem and McConnell’s rumored incapacitation. The show doesn’t mince words, delights in calling out hypocrisy, and closes with a defense of tighter election monitoring as both a practical and political tactic. If you’re looking for an insider-narrated, hard-hitting conservative take on the day’s biggest news with a dose of satire, this episode is emblematic.
