I'm going to have to get the tequila. You know, Dan got me on the tequila. That's. This is one of the great things Dan has given my life. Dan Bongino, like, like, you should try tequila. And I was like, okay, I'm just, I'm just kidding. For those who it's, it's just fine. In everything, in moderation. Everything's just fine. All right, let's, let's get into this. This crazy judge who's been drinking on the job, apparently yesterday. You get this guy, call Allen, the suspect in the White House Correspondents dinner shooting call. Allen appears for another court appearance. And while he's there, Yesterday in this D.C. court, the judge, the magistrate judge called Zia Faroquay. Zia Faroquay. It's a good, it's a good Irish name. Huh? Said he is, quote, fascinated and disturbed by Cole Allen's treatment in the D.C. jail. I'm sorry, come again? What's the problem with his treatment in the jail? Why I have to get worked up about this guy's treatment in the DC jail? Now tell me why, Mr. Judge Faroquai. What are you talking about? Here we go. Fox News with the report. New judge apologizes in court. The White House Correspondents association dinner shooting suspect. Call Allen. Magistrate Judge Zia Faroquai said that he was, quote, fascinated and disturbed by Allen's treatment in jail. Allen was placed on suicide watch when he was first imprisoned. Prosecutors argued that since Allen told investigators he didn't expect to survive the alleged attack, he could be a danger to himself. Well, that makes a lot of sense. Actually, that makes a lot of sense. Before we get to this loopy judge's assessment here, this left wing lunatic, the United States Department of Justice is right to assess that Cole Allen was ready to kill himself by cop chat. You familiar with this expression, death by cop, suicide by cop? Have you heard this before? Yeah, of course. Suicide by cop. The guy thought he was going to run in and get gunned down. Now the Secret Service, remember, they fired five shots at the guy. They missed all of them. So the guy trips and they tackle him, they get him into custody with no bullet wounds. And now he can stand trial, which I think is a good thing because I'd like to see this guy stand trial. I'd like to see him testify, I'd like to see this all televised. I'd like to see this case brought before the American public to show the whole country what the left has created. This is another weak and vicious left wing lunatic inspired by people like Ted Roux and Hakeem Jeffries to take up arms against the President of the United States. I want that fully on display for the American people. It's a good thing this guy's in custody and they've got him on suicide watch because it's pretty obvious he thought he was going to get killed by virtue of his own actions, which we would call a suicide. You go running in there with guns expecting to be gunned down to death, that's suicide by cop. It's not a new concept. A lot of deranged people have attempted this, have undertaken this and call Allen was just the latest. So when the DOJ goes, yeah, this guy seems suicidal, they're right, they're right about this. He thought it was all done about a week ago. Instead, it looks like he's going to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Keep him alive so he can stand trial. What happens after that I don't really care that much about, but keep him alive so he can stand trial. And so the judge here is for some reason, you know, upset that this guy is being held on suicide watch. I was like, on what basis? You seem totally rational to me, says the judge, an incredulous Faroqui was not convinced by the argument that he is suicidal. Drawing comparisons between Allen and defendants arrested for rioting at the Capitol on January 6th of 2021. Listen to this quote. To me, it's extremely disturbing that he was put in five point restraints, a person with no criminal history. It's troubling, says the nut job judge. I've never heard of one 1-6-oddant who was put in a 5 point restraint or in a safe cell. If the only way to keep him safe is the most punitive thing, that's a problem, says the judge. At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he's taken care of. Mr. Allen, I'm sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to. This son of a bitch. Here you have this judge apologizing to the man who tried to assassinate every one of the highest level officials in our government. He wrote in his manifesto that he wanted to kill every single ranking official he could, to include the President of the United States, which is why he now stands credibly charged with attempting to assassinate the President of the United States, which would engage in. Which would. Which would invoke a life sentence upon guilt. And this judge is apologizing to him for his treatment. I don't know, Chad, don't you kind of feel like the treatment here has been pretty generous? The guy's alive, isn't he? They didn't kill him when he rushed into the room, shooting his shotgun directly into the chest of Secret Service agents. In fact, through a combination of fortune and goodwill that I'd say the Trump administration has been pretty generous to this guy. He's still alive. He's got no bullet holes in him. He's in custody. They're keeping him in a padded room. They're keeping him safe for his own protection. They're keeping him alive. I'm sorry, what did I miss? What did I miss? It seems like Trump people are being overly generous with this guy. And this judge is apologizing. No. Now, of course, the judge is telling on himself. That's what's happening. The reason he's apologizing is because he's a left wing lunatic, too, but he's wearing judicial robes and he's sorry that his buddy has to go through this, which is awful. It's just awful. How could you even begin to do this? And yet that's what that judge is doing. And Kyle Cheney at Politico, he's a reporter over there, he dug in on this, too. He had a big thread on this yesterday that I was. That I first saw on the subject, talking about how Judge Faroquay is extremely concerned about call Allen. And the general counsel for the D.C. jail said that Allen's placement has been based on an ongoing psychiatric evaluation. In other words, the DC Jail has been assessing him. Like, we should probably keep this guy in protective custody. We should keep him in this situation where he's kept alive. Suicide watch. But this thing about, oh, he's just like a 1-6- defendant and yet he's not being treated the same way. Like, what? What are you talking about? Faroquay was hammering the January 6th comparison. He says he spent, quote, four years, quote, watching What I would say seems to be analogous conduct. Analogous conduct? People allegedly trying to harm elected officials based on their political beliefs. The way that things are playing out for Allen is vastly different. Yeah, because the January six people didn't take up arms against the government. The January six people didn't bring guns to the so called insurrection. The January six people weren't firing shotguns into the chests of police officers. This is not analogous in any way. You psychopath. Why are you wearing judicial robes? Why are you sitting on a court at all? You're a psycho. You're a psycho. Yeah. Lord Farquaad. Lord Farquaad has no idea what he's talking about. Analogous. This is how demented the left has become. The fact that it's become an article of faith, including from a judge who should know better that January 6th was this, you know, gun toting, violent, murderous insurrection. That's just Lord Farquaad level nonsense coming out of Lord Farquhar stupid face as yesterday he's apologizing to call Allen that he's being kept alive. What a bunch of psychopaths. You want to talk about the rot in our system? It's on display yesterday. As for the January 6th defendants, the guys who were in the very same DC jail that Carl Allen is being held in, the very same D.C. jail. Those January 6th defendants were treated like utter crap and they were kept there forever. They were kept there for a very long time. In fact, they finally started getting some attention in 2022. October of 2022, long after the events of January 6, 2021, there was a headline in NPR about their treatment and it said January 6th detainees say a DC jail is so awful they would like a transfer to Guantanamo. That's how they were treated. This guy call Allen. They're like fluffing his pillows over there. Lord Farquaad wants to make sure that he's got the air conditioner set at the perfect temperature. Meanwhile, January six detainees could barely get any attention for what happened to them. Dozens of individuals in Washington's D.C. jail on charges related to the January 20, January 6, 2021. This is NPR. Insurrection is the way they wrote it at the U.S. capitol and have submitted a handwritten letter to a federal court demanding to be moved to Guantanamo Bay. The detainees say they're living in inhumane conditions. The seven page letter which was reviewed by NPR was signed by 34 defendants and was submitted as a part of a response to the government for its denial of alleged Capitol rider Ryan Nichols. Pretrial release. Nichols is facing multiple charges the individuals who signed off on the letter included David Dempsey, who they say allegedly used a chemical spray as well as a crutch, a metal pole against police officers, and Ronald Sandlin, who was accused of assaulting police. The detainees listed several issues. The conditions allegedly included no religious services or visitations, black mold and worms on the jail's walls end in the food, abuse by guards, and vaccine requirements for visits and other services. They also say their clothing that's been sent to the laundry is returned covered in brown stains and pubic care and. Or reeking of ripe urine, and say they've lost eyesight and hair because of malnourishment. In fact, some of the January 6th defendants actually did commit suicide because of their horrific treatment at the hands of a tyrannical government. And yet now we're trying to get this guy off of suicide watch for what? Keep him alive for trial. Keep him alive for trial. In fact, you'll remember the D.C. the January 6th detainees that were inside of that D.C. jail. One of the now most famous things that they did while they were in that jail each night was they would sing the national anthem before bed. They would sing the national anthem. And at one point, the sound of them singing the national anthem was captured by over the phone in the jail, recorded, and then turned into what we now know as the January 6th choir. In fact, the President of the United States joined it by saying the Pledge of Allegiance over it, and then in the 2024 campaign, played it from rally stages before he would go on to give pardons to all of the January 6th defendants upon arriving in office. In fact, here is for your listening pleasure. The President of the United states in the Jan. 6 choir played in its totality. This was back during the March 2024 campaign rally for the President. Now again, the President of the United States. Cut one. I was so proudly we. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the republic for which it stands, One nation under God, Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Amazing. Amazing to this very day. Emotional. Emotional. And those guys were treated like garbage. And yet they endured. And yet they sang the national anthem every night. Treated like utter garbage. And remember, regardless of what you think of people who broke windows went into the building on January 6th of 2021. The underlying spirit of all of that was people who desperately wanted to see their country held together, their constitutional republic upheld, the Constitution adhered to elections to be credible. What Cole Allen was attempting to do this past week when he tried to murder the president of the United States was tear down our constitutional republic, put us into utter chaos. And this is what Judge Farquhad is standing up for. He's standing up for the agent of chaos, trying to bring him comfort for his chaotic behavior. The Trump Justice Department is handling this the correct way, is handling this the correct way. And it is, it's just sad to see that we still have so much rot inside of our establishments that needs to be cleaned up still. Now, Jeanine Pirro is the U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C. she's great. We know her as Judge Jeanine now, U.S. attorney Janine Pirro. And she said the following about Judge Farquhad's behavior yesterday. She said, welcome to Washington, D.C. where U.S. magistrate Judge Lord Farquaad. Just kidding, she said. Faroquay. U.S. magistrate Judge Faroquay believes a defendant armed to the teeth and attempting to assassinate the president is entitled to preferential treatment in his confinement compared to every other defendant. That's what we're dealing with even in the nation's capital. And there, if you're watching rumble.com Vince, there's the judge, there's Lord Farquaad right there. And there's the defendant, there's the suspect. There is Cole Allen, the man who dressed up like some sort of I don't know what he dressed up as. Just a weirdo. Just in his Rambo military equipment and his goofy black shirt and red tie decided to rush the president of the United States with a shotgun. And this judge is worried that he doesn't have the most comfortable bed in the whole jail. It's outrageous. So just an update on what exactly is going on there. We've, we've got a lot more to get to coming up. Actually. There was an armed man yesterday who fired on the Secret Service near the White House. I've got a brief update on that subject because the threats to the president and the vice president continue. It's all ahead on this edition of Vince. And then, of course, Luke Rosiak is just minutes away. Can't wait to chat with him about everything he's up to. But first, let me tell you about one of our great sponsors, Bone Charge. Bone Charge is a great, great, great sponsor of our program. And thanks to Bon Charge, I've got the infrared sauna blanket. And Allison, my wife, has the red light face mask. And ever since we had these added to our lives, we can't recommend them enough. We love them. We love them. The sauna blanket is great because it helps with muscle recovery, detoxification. It's A game changer. It's really nice to have a sauna in the house. And all I do is wrap myself up in it, let the infrared heat work its magic, and it's created a huge difference for me. It helps me relax, helps me rejuvenate, helps. I just feel a lot better afterwards. And Allison wears that red light face mask all the time. She loves it. Right before bed, she puts it on. It holds its charge for, like, ever. It just needs to be recharged every so often. Not that often. It's great. And she uses it because it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation. She has seen fantastic results. It's like having a mini spa treatment right at home. She loves it, she swears by it, and she's gorgeous. So I think that's a good combo, right? All right. So M. Myers 0313 says, God bless America. God bless America. I totally agree with you. Oh, by the way, the reason I wanted to play the entire national anthem, not just because I love it. I do love this Tar Spangled Banner. But it was years ago when I first started in radio in Washington, D.C. we had a board out by the name of Mike McKay. The late, great Mike McKay. He's a Vietnam veteran. He was a medic in Vietnam. Just an amazing man. Just an amazing man. And he told me very early in radio that if we ever played clips of the Star Spangled Banner, that it was good form to play them in their entirety. Not to play truncated versions of the clips, that instead, you should play them in their entirety. So ever since then, I've always adhered to that guidance. I've always thought that that was the right way to do it. You know, I try not to play the national anthem without playing it entire in its entirety. So that's why we did that today. Just so. Just so you know. But, yeah, no, it is. I agree with you, Cynthia. Cynthia says she cries every time she hears those guys singing the anthem. I. I Get, I get emotional about it too. They just an amazing, an amazing thing. So that's why we played it. All right, let's, let's, let's talk about some other elements here. Yesterday there was a guy walking by the White House. Apparently a plainclothes Secret Service officer saw this guy and saw the outline of the gun under his clothing. They're apparently trained to look for this maybe and I don't know how obvious it was, we haven't seen the pictures or anything, but they send uniformed cops over, uniformed Secret Service guys over to confront the guy and then at some point the guy ends up drawing his weapon and then begins firing at the Secret Service officers. Well, that's how you get shot. So that's how the Secret Service officers shot him. They gunned him down yesterday. Watch this. This is an assessment from a Secret Service official yesterday explaining what happened. And this was just after J.D. vance's motorcade went by. Cut to watch.
