The paid influencer ecosystem is the only reason anybody cares about the Save America Act. It's a gigantic corrupt enterprise. According to John Thune, the leader of The Republicans in the United States Senate. Now, if John Thune was on board with using the talking filibuster to get the Save America act passed, would he be idly accusing you of being on the take for calling for that strategy? No, he wouldn't. No, he wouldn't. In fact, what's happening right now is for the first time in a long time, Washington, D.C. is being confronted with a genuine grassroots movement to get something done, and they don't know how to handle it. This isn't business as usual in Washington, D.C. in fact, business as usual is sort of a paid influencer ecosystem. Usually the way things work is money is exchanged and gifts and bribes are given and interests that are often not really the American people's interests are pursued. And the legislative calendar is filled with all sorts of nonsense that either deprives you of liberty or or enriches somebody with access to the government. It's not usually an exercise where the American people get to safeguard their elections, where they get to make them more credible, where they get to prevent illegal aliens from voting in them. You have quite successfully brought the business of Washington to a screeching halt until they safeguard elections. And for that, you're being slandered, you're being attacked as corrupt. The reality of this moment is that millions of Americans are banging on the doors of the United States Senate demanding that the Save America act be passed. That's not a paid influencer ecosystem. That's just people desiring a better country for themselves and their families. And to give you a sense of where all of this comes from, why we're even talking about John Thune using an expression like this. John Thune yesterday was expressing his frustration to reporters that the talking filibuster is in play, that Americans are aware of it, and that we're calling on the Senate to use it. And here's what it looks like in Politico this morning. John Thune talking filibuster more complicated and risky than people realize. Senate Majority Leader John Thune sending a warning shot on Monday over the talking filibuster, saying the procedural play call is way more complicated than supporters realize. Oh, this is tough business. It would be very tough to do. Jonathan is is explaining to you this particular approach in terms of the process is much more complicated and risky than people are assuming at the moment. John Thune told reporters he cautioned that a talking filibuster without forcing through a formal rules change for which there aren't the votes, could take up months of Senate floor time. Imagine that if The Senate spent months dealing with things the American people wanted to deal with. We can't do that. John Thune's comments came after President Trump urged the Senate to quickly take up and pass GOP led voting legislation. Now down here, I want to get to what Thune said about the rest of us. Thune is the target of a fierce online pressure campaign to skirt the Senate's 60 vote legislative filibuster coming both from House Republicans and what the majority leader characterized Monday as a, quote, paid influencer ecosystem. It is a paid influencer ecosystem right now that is asking John Thune to do his job. In fact, this particular exchange came to us from a, from a reporter called Brennan Leach. She writes for NBC News. And she said she asked Thune if he feels pressure to pass Save America act mounting, quote. A lot of that is it's in that kind of, you know, paid influencer ecosystem, he said. He added that there is support among Republican senators, but the process and how do you ultimately try and get a result is still unclear to me. Now, I don't know about you, but I haven't received a single check to push the Save America Act. In fact, let me be candid about the incentives in media when it comes to topics and issues. There's no incentive for me to talk about the Save America Act a lot except for helping my country out. In fact, one of the obvious incentives in content creation, you know, we're creating a show, we have sponsors, is you try and change the topic with some frequency to keep things fresh and draw new attention and draw new eyeballs. But this program in particular, and there are others, but this program in particular has made it a central plank of our presentation to push the Save America act not for any sort of economic benefit, but entirely so that my family can have a credible country with credible elections. That's it. That's the only reason we've spent so much time on this. I haven't received a single dime to push the Save America Act. I wouldn't even want a dime to push the Save America Act. In fact, there's, there's something so completely wholesome and wonderful that the American people are taking up this cause on their own. It's fantastic. It's great to make the Senate sweat because in the end, your payment is not going to be in the form of some disgusting check. It's going to be in the form of a safer and more credible country. You're restoring the integrity of your country's country's election system that it's worth way More than some stupid check in order to promote this as a cause. It's crazy. So. So thank you for the role that you've played in this. And just to give you a sense of how long we've been on this, back in November of last year, we had the great Rachel Bovard on from the Conservative Policy Institute, and it was Conservative Partnership Institute rather. And she was the one who, who made me aware for really, for the first time in a lot of ways that this was all achievable, that in other words, the Senate doesn't need to change rules at all to pass the Save America act or anything else. All it needs is to take the floor. We need 51 senators to take the floor. And Rachel Bovard came on our program and explained that. I remember at the time. And again, we cut a viral video about it. I remember at the time I said, wait a second, this needs to be clipped. You know, you clip a show and sent to the President of the United States so he can see it and post it to Truth Social. Take a look at what Rachel Bovard told me in November of last year. This was about as the Schumer shutdown was going on. But this applies to everything, including the Save America Act. Watch. Ok, somebody please clip this. Somebody please clip the exchange we're having right now, because the President of the United States should be posting this to Truth Social. You don't have to change a thing right now. And a simple majority vote would force Democrats to have to speak to defend the position they've taken.

There are only three things that can ever happen on the Senate floor. A quorum call, a speech and a vote. And if voting and quorum calls aren't taking place, speeches have to happen or you can vote on the question. Right. That is what the essence of a filibuster is. It's a delay. If 51 Republicans are present in the chamber and no Democrat is speaking, you can put the question.

Yes. And they have to wait out the Democrats. Right. It could take several days. If you were actually to play the scenario out, what I expect would happen is Democrats would send their young guns in, see Cory Booker do a 24 hour speech. Any of these other younger senators would come down and give long, long speeches. You would have to wait until these are done. They can't sustain it. So you have to wait them out. And as soon as they cannot speak any longer, you can put the question

as soon as they can't speak any longer. You can put the question, that's it. You're either debating or you're voting. So get to it. Get the work underway. Rachel Bovard told us all about that. And I've never shut up about it since, and I'm not going to shut up about it because this needs to be done. This needs to be done. Over time, we've gotten reinforcements. We've had a lot of people who are pushing very hard now for the Save America Acts. People like Mike Lee in the United States Senate, who's been absolutely heroic in the House. You've got people like Chip Roy and Anna Paulina Luna, who've been wonderful on this issue. And then it's you, fundamentally, it's you. You know, these lawmakers can, can talk about it, but they're not the ones pounding on these Senate doors, calling these Senate phones, emailing these Senate inboxes. That's what you've been doing. And as a result, the United States senators are feeling immense pressure right now. Now, what about the President of the United States? In that clip, I talk about, hey, the president needs to be made aware of this so he can pressure the Senate in order to do it. And he's doing it, ladies and gentlemen, the president is doing it. In fact, this has upended an entire Senate race right now in Texas. Have you been watching what's happening with John Cornyn and Ken Paxton in Texas? It's been amazing. In fact, it's been miraculous.

President Trump came out right after last week's Senate race concluded the primary phase, and we were headed for a runoff with Ken Paxton and John Cornyn. They are in a runoff right now. The president said, I'm gonna endorse one of these guys. The other one needs to drop out. Well, Ken Paxton chose that moment wisely. Talk about heroic. To throw down and say, I'm not getting out of this race unless we get the Save America Act. We get that. That's the condition by which I'll drop out. And then John Cornyn, thank you for helping pass the Save America Act. That's how you get to earn your chance to keep that seat. That was Ken Paxton's offer. And President Trump took Ken Paxton seriously. We've got a new report this morning from Politico that the president is delaying his endorsement, delaying his endorsement here until he can actually get the Save America act passed. Or at least something like. Something at least it seems to be heading in that direction. Take a look at this. Politico. Trump is delaying Texas Senate Endorsement to pressure Republican senators on Save America Act, President Donald Trump is now delaying his endorsement. This. Oh my goodness. This is what I've been hoping for in the Texas Senate Republican primary to ramp up pressure on Republican senators to pass his high priority voting restrictions bill. It is a vote. The only person, the only people it imposes restrictions on are illegal aliens. The only people who are constrained from participating in our elections are illegal aliens. This is according to two people close to the White House granted anonymity. To speak candidly. Trump had been prepared to quickly endorse John Cornyn after the Texas senator outperformed expectations and finished ahead of Paxton. Outperformed? He didn't even get 50%. What is Politico talking about? But Paxton managed to at least forestall the outcome when he announced Friday that if the Senate passes the bill, he would drop his campaign. Paxton's last ditch gamble highlighted an area where he agrees with Trump while poking at a sore spot between the President and Senate Republican leaders who have been begging Trump for months to back Cornyn. It changed the dynamics inside the White House, according to two people, an operative close to the White House and an administration ally. It's amazing. So what has happened here is that President Trump has now made the Save America act his number one priority. In fact, he told the rest of the Senate, I'm not signing any other legislation, no other bills, no laws until you get the Save America act passed. Will the President, for instance, reopen dhs? Yes, he will. If they send the DHS funding bill to his desk, he reopens it. That's not going to be a problem. But the idea that any other new laws are created, no, that's not happening. Save America act first, nothing else. That's the President. And then yesterday the President took things to the next level. Last night he said, he spoke, he addressed Congress and then he conducted a press conference and he said, I am making my biggest plea yet and now it's time to place pressure on what the President says was four or five Republican senators to pass the Save America Act. I really am, but that's how bad it is. And we're gonna have to push the Senate. Cuz you have four or five Sen Senators that are, I don't know, four or five Republican senators. You'll have to explain them to me, but we're not going to get into that. But we're going to push them to get it done because I don't think you can politically exist if you're not going to do Voter ID and these things. I don't think the people in this country will stand for it. So I'm making my biggest plea tonight. It'll make you. And I'm not doing it for this reason at all. It'll guarantee the midterms. It'll guarantee the midterms. If you don't get it, big trouble. My opinion, if you get this, you're midterms. And they know it for two reasons. Number one, they won't be able to cheat. And number two, the people are demanding it. Every time I go out. Save America, sir, Save America Act. We want the Save America act, sir. That's all they talk about. They don't talk about housing. They don't talk about anything. That's what they talk about. And if you send it up there, you're going to win the midterms at levels that you can't even believe. And you're going to win every election for a long time until somebody really screws things up. And hopefully that won't happen.

Every time I go out, the only thing people want to talk about is the Save America Act. Save America act, sir. The President says, referencing. Who is he talking about? He's talking about you. He's talking about the base. He's talking about people who voted for him. Now three times in a row, they want him to save America. And the way that he can do that is with the help of the United States Senate. So there's the President saying, now's the time. We've got four or five senators we have to push now. Hopefully the President starts naming some names, the specific pressure points. You know, we all have our own ideas of, of who they are. I read out the list yesterday, and Mark Meadows, the former White House Chief of staff for President Trump, has been keeping a D update, a list of who says they are supporting the speaking filibuster and those who are still keeping their head down. I would check Mark Meadows X account each day to get those updates, but clearly the fight is on. The fight is on. And Senator Mike Lee, who's been the number one senator to push this in the whole Senate, he says, guys, it's not the product of paid influencers. These are just real Americans doing what Americans do best. Cut four watches.

Over the last few months, tens of millions of Americans have jumped on the cause of supporting the Save America act and using the talking filibuster to advance it. I regret that some in Washington tonight are dismissing all those who feel this way and who have weighed in as somehow paid influencers. Or the product of paid influencers. This is wrong. So if you're hearing this message and you agree with these objectives, please redouble your efforts. Make clear this is not the product of paid influencers. These are real Americans doing what Americans do best.

You know, this is a moment. You hear Mike Lee there. I can detect in his voice a feeling of not a fait accompli in any way, not an idea that this is over, but instead that this fight is very real, it's very active, it's very live, but it's by no means a guarantee. You know, we talk about the Save America Act. The reason we're engaged in this battle right now is because we want to see it get done. But it's going to take work to do it. You've got to keep the pressure up on these guys or else it won't happen. If you gave up the pressure today, the Senate would not do this on their own. There's no momentum within the Senate to really finish this thing. It has to come from the outside. It has to come from the grassroots. And so, you know, anybody who's looking at this and if you're sitting on your hands or if you're complaining that they're not going to do anything, well, we just, the thing that we need to do is whatever is within our power. There's only so much you can control. The stuff that's within your power is to browbeat them into submission, to make it clear that there are political consequences for failing us, to be prepared to primary them in order to get them out of office if and when they fail us. But in the meantime, the fight's not over. It's very fresh. And luckily you've got one of the biggest allies on the planet. In fact, I would say the single biggest political ally on the planet is now fully on your side to the point that he's going to war with you. That's Donald Trump. He's there on the battlefield with you. Let's, let's, let's welcome him. He's been so great on this. Let's welcome him and stay in the fight with him. Don't, don't for a moment get deterred. Stay in this fight. That's Mike Lee telling us that this is a real American effort and it's really having a deep impact, which I really love. I just think it's been great. Now, John Thune, of course, as I said, he's getting squeamish about bringing the Save America act to the floor. He's cooking up all sorts of excuses here, but don't let him do it. Now, as is tradition, whenever a valuable piece of civil rights legislation is presented to the United States Congress, Democrats try and block it at all costs. Democrats are historically the party that protects bigotry and discrimination. And in this century, they've gone all in on protecting fraud. They're not interested in safeguarding American elections or safeguarding American taxpayer dollars or keeping criminals off of our streets. In fact, they've been agents of chaos on all of those questions. So once again, historically, it's up to Republicans to protect the civil rights of Americans. And that's where we are yet again. Chuck Schumer, yesterday, responding to the fact that President Trump is going all in on the Save America act said that, well, Democrats are not going to support saving America under any circumstance. He says Donald Trump is preparing to hold our government hostage unless we help him undermine our right to vote, our elections and our democracy. Chuck Schumer lies. This is what he does. He's a thug and a bully. Democrats will not support passage of the SAVE act under any circumstances. Now, of course, you know what Chuck Schumer is really saying. Democrats will not support election integrity under any circumstance. Democrats will not support keeping men out of women's sports under any circumstance. Democrats will not support keeping children from being mutilated under any circumstance. That's Chuck Schumer saying that once again, Democrats are going to blockade civil rights legislation. But the good news, history tells us, is that civil rights legislation can be passed and we can overcome a Democrat filibuster to do it. In fact, the Civil Rights act of 1964 was the most famous example of this. Mike Lee talked about this as well. Mike Lee's just been great lately. He's always great. What do you call the Civil Rights act of 1964? Mike Lee said this this past. Well, last night he said this. Republicans helped defeat a talking filibuster by Democrats. Then we can do it again. If you want to speak for John Thune, at least get your facts straight, he says to a reporter who's mindlessly repeating Jonathan's talking points. Republicans might not be able to guarantee an outcome, but we can try. And shame on us if we don't. Now this example, the 1964 Civil Rights Act. It's true. Republicans defeated a Democrat led filibuster after 75 days of debate in 1964, 1964, they finally, after 75 days, held a cloture vote in order to break the filibuster. And the act was passed with overwhelming majority Republican support. Far fewer Democrats actually supported the Civil Rights act of 1964. 80% of all Republican senators at the time supported it. 63. Just 63% of Democrats did. The reason that the filibuster was happening was because of all of the Democrats who wanted to stop the Civil Rights act of 1964 from passing. So Republicans have overcome this in the past. They can do it again now. It can happen. It can happen. And history has proven it. And it's wildly popular. This legislation, the Save America act, is wildly popular with the American people. And that cuts across both parties. As the White House told us recently, 71% of people support the Save America Act. 71% of Americans that includes, let's see, 69% of independents and half of all Democrats support this the common sense way to stop fraud and protect the security of our elections. Americans recognize that there is voter fraud in the United States by a majority. And 85% agree only U.S. citizens should vote in our elections. That includes 82% of Democrats. This legislation, as I said, is wildly popular. Wildly popular. And Chuck Schumer says there's no way that Senate Democrats will ever support wildly popular legislation. Well, that's why your party deserves to stay in the wilderness and that's why we need credible elections so we can keep you there. That would be great, wouldn't it? So that's the latest update. Here's what he told CBS yesterday. Now this is important. I'm going to give you the times here. 3:16pm Eastern Time the President says this. Well, it was reported at 3:16pm Eastern time. Just before that, Weijiang from CBS knew in a phone interview, President Trump told me the war could be over soon. I think the war is very complete, pretty much. This is his quote. I think the war is very complete, pretty much. They have no Navy, no communications, they've got no Air Force, end quote. He added that the U.S. is, quote, very far, end quote, ahead of his initial four to five week estimated time frame. Things are moving. Things are moving very fast. The original estimate, four to five weeks for this conflict. The President is now saying we're so far ahead of schedule, I think we're just about done. Well, that's encouraging. Look, we want American forces to be in as little peril as humanly possible. We want American forces to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. And that's what the President desires here. We got to get this done and over with. We've got to accomplish the mission. Now, the President went on yesterday, he was asked about this. Now, I'm sorry, before I even get there, let me emphasize something about the time that I just told you. So he says this around 3 o' clock Eastern Time yesterday. CNN interprets the fact that President Trump did this interview with CBS at that time, in particular as an effort to rig the oil markets yesterday. Now, chat. Is it unusual for the President to talk to a reporter on the phone? It's unusual for other presidents to do it for this President. No, it's not unusual at all. In fact, this president talks on the phone with reporters all the time. In fact, look at. Here's Jonathan Karl. This is here just to give you an example of this, here's Jonathan Karl over at ABC News. He just filmed a selfie video where he describes that it's so weird that President Trump is always on the phone. It's so unusual that he's always on the phone and he talks to reporters NonStop. I've covered five different presidents. I have never seen one other than Donald Trump, who regularly takes phone calls from reporters. So I thought I would talk a little bit about that. All right. Then he just goes on to talk about what it was like to talk to the President. And the president gave him 20 minutes, like just talking to him on the phone as Marco Rubio sitting there in the, in the Oval Office by the Resolute desk. And he was switching out Kristi Noem. And the President is willing to talk to people and just explain what's on his mind, including reporters who just straight up call Him. Isn't that a weird world where these reporters, they have the phone number for the President of the United States, they dial it up. People still do that. They still dial, they dial it up. They call him, he answers, and then he talks to them, and then he answers their questions. He tells them what's going on, what's on his mind. So CBS calls President Trump and he goes, yeah, the war's almost over. Yeah, the war's almost over. We're far ahead of schedule. We're doing pretty well. Well, that's very encouraging news. I would take that as wonderful news. I love that news. That's great news. That's great news. Let's get this thing wrapped up. That'd be great. But CNN took it as a, as a, as a, as a scam. So we're going to go further and decisively defeating the enemy, whatever it takes. But three hours ago, he told CBS News, quote, I think the war is very complete, pretty much. Well, that statement posted by CBS correspondent Wei Jia yang was at 3:16pm well, President Donald Trump knows the timing of that very well. At 3:17pm The Dow Jones Industrial Average shot up. Major recovery. Oil went down. Until then, of course, course, there had been fear, frankly, overnight in the oil market panic. Oil had gone well above $100 a barrel. It was absolutely incredible, what we witnessed. It was at the highest in four years. There was worry and fear and panic, as I said, about a global economic catastrophe. But it is clear tonight, long after the markets have formally closed, that Trump, at least for now, does not have an intention of ramping the war down. In fact, some CNN is learning this hour, that the Trump administration is considering a highly complex and risky operation to retrieve Iran's known highly enriched uranium. Now, that would be a massive mission that would require boots on the ground, it would require significant special forces, and it would put a significant number of American ground troops in harm's way. Robert Kelly is a former chief nuclear inspector for the iaea. He told out front that the United States, in his view, probably doesn't even really have a clue where that uranium is. He said, quote, it can be split up into so many batches, so it's probably not all in one place. Seems like a script for a suicide mission with little chance of success.

I mean, are you listening to this? Okay, there's a, there's a lot going on in this Clip. Let's break it down piece by piece. One, she said, it's not, it's not a mistake that the president did this at 317. Now, Trump, Trump didn't have the conversation with the CBS lady at 3:17. The conversation was disclosed to the public at 3:17 by the CBS lady. If President Trump's intention was to manipulate the oil markets, let's just assume that that's what that was. It was supposed to be. Why wouldn't he step out in front of a microphone and make a statement live on television? He did a phone interview with a woman who would publish the contents of the interview at some unknown time in the future. The president wasn't aware of what time it was going to be published. He just had a conversation with a lady who called them and then she wrote on Twitter what he said at 3:17am and did it have an effect on the oil markets? It sure looks like it does have an effect. But the idea that the president was involved in some scheme to manipulate the markets, it's also stupid. It's also completely stupid. And then when the president says, we're going to ramp this down, we're going to, we're going to, we're going to end this. We're ahead of schedule. It's great news. CNN tries to crap all over that by saying, oh, the president actually is on the verge of ramping up the war. How is he gonna ramp up the war? Explain cnn. He said, oh, he might send in special forces to seize uranium. Okay, couple elements here. One, who's leaking? If that's a real mission, who's leaking that? Who's leaking that mission? There's been places like Axio and Axios and Bloomberg and Semaphore who have all made claims, New York Times in the past week that they have sources telling them that President Trump is contemplating or prepared to send special forces in to grab uranium out of Iran. Who the hell is leaking a mission like that? The men who would conduct a mission like that. It's a, it's a matter of public record that Special Forces, our most elite special forces, are trained for those, for that specific mission of retrieving uranium in an adversarial location, recovering nuclear material. We do have people who are trained to do that, but why the hell would that be leaked to the media? Like, it seems to me that that's treasonous that you would be leaking out the potential movement of elite special forces into one of the most dangerous places on earth. For one, that seems like a huge issue. Two, the idea that that would amount to ramping up the war. No, it would be cleaning up the mess. It wouldn't be ramping up the war. What are they even talking about? Why is it's all scandal mongering on CNN all the time? So when the President delivers good news, it has to be reinterpreted as bad news by cnn. Typical stuff. And then yesterday the President was asked for more information about how the war is coming to a conclusion because he just said this to cbs. You know what's going on here and here's how he answered. This is cut five. Here's the President saying, look, we've had tremendous success. We've wiped out their military. Here's the President.

We could, we could call it a tremendous success right now as we leave here. I could call it. Or we could go further. And we're going to go further. But the big risk on that war has been over for three days. We wiped them out the first, in the first two days. When you think about it, it's incredible. We wiped out a big navy, very powerful Navy. You know, these were ships, these were serious ships. These were ships that you buy when you want to win battles. They're all, they're all on the bottom floor. The sailors are all running off their ships. They refuse to get on the ships. The air force is gone. Everything is gone. The missiles are down to a trickle. The drones are down to probably 25% and they'll soon be down to nothing. We'll have the where they manufactured the drones are under fire as we speak. They're being hit. So the rest is going to be determination as to my attitude along with the people in the Trump administration, what we want to do. Thank you.

They were not willing to say that. And when Steve called up and he said that to me, I said, well, here we go. Let's do it the hard way. But the hard way, I think, is probably the easy way, when basically I can see that they will no longer have any capacity whatsoever for a very long period of time of developing weaponry that could be used against the United States, Israel, or any of our allies. We have great allies in the Middle east, great countries that are allies, and they were staying out of it until they got hit. Someday they'll have to do a story, why did he do that? Why did they do that? But they were going to hit them. If I didn't hit them first, they were going to hit our allies first. I believe upon information and belief, but I believe that he was going to. They were going to take over the Middle East. They were looking to take over the Middle East. Now, had Operation Midnight Hammer not taken place, that was definite because they would have had a nuclear weapon within a matter of weeks. But that took place. That was a setback. But look at the number of missiles they were able to buy and make over the last six months. And those missiles were aimed at various countries. And when you look at a thousand, over a thousand missiles shot at, like uae, they were looking to take over the Middle East. We got there first. Lucky. I'll tell you what, the Middle east and those countries, very rich countries, are very lucky that I was president instead of somebody else.

Well, you are aware, but I mean, outside of this audience, for people who are not aware that the president has talked about this at length for years, first and foremost, here's the president last night going, this is a promise that I've made since the moment I came down the golden escalator. Let's, let's, let's wrap things up as quickly as we can and get back to the business of, let's see, passing the Save America Act. That would be wonderful. Let's get that passed. There's lot. We've got a couple of terrorists who've just been picked up in New York City. These insane terrorists, these, these Islamic extremists that I've been telling you about this week. Amir Balat, 18 years old and Ibrahim Kayyumi, 19 years old. They plotted to launch a very deadly terror attack on Saturday inspired by ISIS and wanted to do this just outside of greasy mansion. In fact, they did do it. They were throwing IEDs, lit fused IEDs in the direction of the crowd outside of the mayor's mansion in New York. And we just got some photos of the heroic police officer who took to, took down the bad guys. Ladies and gentlemen. Hi. I can't even get over how wild these pictures. Take a look at this, would you? He, he talked about this guy. His name is Chief Edwards. They say he says he's the chief of Manhattan North. He was jumping over the barricade in pursuit of Amir Balat, the suspected Manhattan ISIS bomber. In other words, he's a senior guy. You see he's got two stars on his sleeve here on his shoulder, a two star still chasing perps. That's a cop, said Paul Morrow. God bless America. That brings a song to my heart and a tear to my eye. Love to see the cops doing the work. Now if only Democrats would be supporting them. Now if only those prosecutors would be prosecuting the bad guys. Now if only we'd have Democrats who stop screwing over our country every time they got a little bit of power. Maybe support the men and women who would jump over barricades to tackle terrorists. That would be fantastic. Would be absolutely fantastic. So that's, that was the heroism that took place this week. We just got updates on what exactly went down with these bad guys. Their motives. And as alleged, both defendants have admitted that they acted on Saturday because of isis. As Kayumi was being placed into an NYPD vehicle following his arrest, a person in the crowd asked why he had done this. As shown on NYPD body worn camera footage referenced in the complaint, Kayumi responded with ISIS and at the precinct. After being advised of his Miranda rights and waiving those rights, Qayumi said in recorded post arrest statements that he had watched ISIS propaganda on his phone and that his actions that day were partly inspired by isis. The complaint also details statements made by Amir Balat after his arrest. En route to the NYPD precinct, Balat made spontaneous statements without being questioned by NYPD officers that were captured on body worn camera footage. He said, this isn't a religion that just stands. When people talk about the blessed name of the Prophet, we take action. We take action as well as if I didn't do it, someone else will come and do it. And later, after waiving his rights, he requested paper and wrote a message declaring in part, I pledge my allegiance to the Islamic State. Die in your rage, you kuffar. Now die in your rage is a commonly known ISIS slogan. And kuffar is an Arabic term that refers to non believers. He also told investigators that he had hoped to carry out an attack even bigger than the Boston Marathon bombing, which he noted resulted in only three deaths.

Hmm, I guess we'll never know the motive. It's just too hard to tell what could have led them to do. It was probably just an accident. They declared that they are terrorists at every step of the way. Every step of the way they stand with isis. They were yelling Allah Akbar. They were talking about how they wanted to make the bombing deadly. It needed to be worse than the Boston Marathon bombing. The guys just were vomiting. Their intentions, their motives, they're full blown terrorists and they're being charged with that way. They have been charged, thanks to the United States Department of Justice under President Donald Trump with crimes that could lead now to life in prison. They've been slapped with federal charges. Two ISIS supporters have been charged with attempting to detonate explosive devices during protests outside of Gracie Mansion. The Department of Justice announcing these charges against both Amir Bilot and Ibrahim Kayumi, alleging they attempted to detonate those two explosive devices in the vicinity of Gracie Mansion. They were acting in support of isis, a designated foreign terrorist organization. They include A bunch of photos of the guys being terrorists here, the NYPD cops being heroes, tackling them. And they go on. Here they show images of the actual bombs, the materials inside the bombs that were designed to tear apart human flesh had they detonated. Thank the good Lord that they did not. That they did not. Balat, 18, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania and Kumi, 19, of Newtown, Pennsylvania are charged with attempting attempted provision of material support and resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization. This carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison as well as use of a weapon of mass destruction which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. And then a number of other charges which carry 10 years each. But they're looking at life in prison. This is now in the hands of the Trump Justice Department. These are federal charges. They will be tried in federal court and with any amount of luck and persistence will be locked away for the rest of their lives for being full blown terrorists. And their motives were clear from the moment they were arrested. By the way, you didn't need the feds to tell us that this was happening. They, the feds, we just saw it on video. The guys were screaming Allahu Akbar. But the media is still going out of their way to make excuses. This is at 6:00 clock this morning. A CNN post on X. Two Pennsylvania teenagers crossed into New York City Saturday morning for what could have been a normal day, enjoying the city during abnormally warm weather. But in less than an hour their lives would drastically change as the pair would be arrested for throwing homemade bombs during an anti Muslim protest outside of Mayor Zoran Mamdani's home. Here's what we know so far. This I, you know, I didn't, you know, it's only 8:54 Eastern in the morning. This is definitely in contention for the single most contemptible ex post of the entire day. Two Pennsylvania teenagers. First of all, they're 18 and nine years old. Eight, 19 years old. They're men. That's how it works. They're men. They just crossed into New York City. They should have been enjoying the weather. Instead they accidentally dropped a couple of bombs. And you see how CNN is less than subtle about the fact that they think that the crowd deserved it during an anti Muslim protest. They said they threw homemade bombs, but it was an anti Muslim protest. You can understand it. They made some mistakes. They should have just been enjoying the sun, but they threw some bombs. We all make mistakes when we're teenagers. Oh my God. Not a word about their motives. Not a word. Not a word about what they screamed. Not Not a word about pledging allegiance to isis. Nothing. Nothing. They're not on your side. They're not on your side. They're rooting against you and they're making excuses for the absolute most vile human beings on our planet. Yeah, we're in a fight. We're in a real fight. That's the, that's the update. They're good to see justice coming for those guys. Thank you again to the nypd. Thank you to the Trump administration for prosecuting it. Now let's see this Dick. Go the distance. Let's get the federal judges on our side. Let's take it to the distance and get these guys locked away forever. One more thing for you today. I'm concerned about something that's going, something else that's going on in Virginia. You know, right now, if you're in Virginia, there's a special election going on, a referendum going on in order to. Well, Democrats are trying to rig the elections. So if you haven't voted yet, go in and vote no on this ballot referendum. Do it. Virginia, please. Go in and vote no and stop the Democrats from rigging the elections and stealing four congressional seats. But something else Democrats are doing while they have power right now in Virginia. Bad news this morning. Virginia Democrats in the state legislature have passed a bill that's now on the way to Abigail Spanberger's desk to destroy your gun rights in the state. If these Virginia Democrats get the signature of the governor, which candidly seems obvious that they're going to on a bill called SB749, Virginia will become the latest Democrat run state to have something called an assault weapons ban in Place starting July 1st. The Senate has now sent the bill to Governor Abigail Spanberger, WRIC reporting yesterday. It will make it illegal to sell, purchase, import, manufacture or transfer anything called an assault weapon. They define it in the bill. I'll get to that In Virginia starting on July 1st of this year with very limited exceptions. The senator who presented this bill, who wrote it, is a senator called Saddam Saleem. That's right. Saddam wrote the bill. Democrat Senator Saddam Saleem, who was born in Bangladesh, to be crystal clear, not even born in the United States of America. Isn't that fun? So you get a guy who's not even born in this country, he immigrates to it, and then he uses the fact that we allowed him in to immigrate to our country to then turn around and deprive you of rights. Well, that's grotesque. That's about as grotesque actually as it could possibly be. Senator Sadeem Saleem from Bangladesh authored a bill to strip Virginians of their right to defend themselves. The bill would also make it illegal to sell, transfer or purchase any high capacity magazine, defined as any magazine that holds more than 15 rounds of ammunition. So now it's going to be, first of all, the gun stores are going to get destroyed by this. The great men and women who sell guns in the Commonwealth of Virginia are going to. Many of those stores are going to have to close. What are they going to do? You don't, you won't really be able to sell the most popular guns in America. You can't sell rifles. You can't sell AR15s, the single most popular platform in America. You won't be able to sell magazines that hold 30 rounds anymore. This is insanity. This is total insanity. Now Democrats right now are assuring Virginians who already own these weapons that you'll get to keep them. Oh, don't worry, you can keep them. But after July 1, you just won't be able to buy them anymore or sell them to your neighbor. You won't be able to do any of that. But you can keep what you have for now. They're just, obviously this is just the latest step towards taking those guns entirely. That's the plan. Also, it's created a rush on gun purchases in Virginia right now. There's lots of people who are actually going and purchasing guns now in order to get out ahead of this legislation. But this is a complete mess. This is a complete mess. And it comes at a time Democrats are disarming their own people. Democrats, the Virginia leadership is disarming Virginia at the very same moment the Democrats in Virginia are releasing criminal illegal aliens back onto the streets to stab Virginians to death. We just saw this happen with Stephanie Minter, this poor woman who was stabbed to death this past week in a bus stop in Northern Virginia by an illegal alien who should not have been free, who'd been arrested 30 times, but keeps being released by a local prosecutor funded by George Soros to do that very thing to cause this kind of chaos in a place like Virginia. In fact, the excellent local reporter Nick Minoc caught up with the family, spoke to the family of Stephanie Minter in the last 24 hours and had this to say about what they think of that Soros funded prosecutor. I just spoke to the family of Stephanie Mentor, that is the Fredericksburg woman who was killed in Fairfax county allegedly by an illegal immigrant who has a lengthy, violent criminal history. You can imagine Stephanie's family is heartbroken. I spoke with her mother and two of her brothers. They showed us pictures of Stephanie, the pictures that were at her funeral service over the weekend. They show her as a child, show her growing up and who she was as a mother.

Her brothers also blame Descano for dropping charge after charge, even when he was warned by police about how dangerous Abdul Jalaw was.
