Super important. Holy crap. You guys reposted that by the bajillions within seconds. Okay, thank you. Thank you for that. Appreciate that. Okay, let's see here. I want to start immediately with this United States Supreme Court decision yesterday, Louisiana v. Calais, where we get a massive decision on behalf of decency. By now you may know the basics here, but essentially what it comes down to is Louisiana had drawn its districts after the 2020 census. And when it did, the left freaked out that there weren't enough Democrats in the state. And so they filed a lawsuit and they got a judge to intervene to say that you need to draw Republicans in the state legislature, need to draw two black majority districts in the state. In other words, that the Republicans were required to draw districts based on race to use racial prejudice as a means to draw a district. And so they begrudgingly draw districts based on race. At the order of a judge. And then what happens is like normal people file lawsuits. They're like, wait a second, we don't want to be judged on the basis of our race. And that brings us all the way to this Supreme Court decision yesterday, which the left has been absolutely panicking about. They're so scared that as we get rid of racial prejudice, they're going to lose power again, which tends to be the entire history of the Democrat Party, doesn't it, that every time we take away the racial prejudice, they lose political power. Okay, so here we are again, taking away their ability to use racial prejudice. And their political power is being diminished such that they're literally freaking out in front of microphones again. They're screeching about how this is so bad for America when it really is bad for Democrat power. And it's good for America. It's very good for America. So we got a 6, 3 decision yesterday. Big one, big one. It's a massive blow to Democrats. And the Supreme Court says no more racial prejudice in redistricting. Here's the way we have it at the Daily Caller. Supreme Court strikes down institutionalized racism. The appropriate headline on that. United States Supreme Court has knocked another peg out of the legalized racism instituted by progressive election law, ordering Louisiana to redraw its congressional map in a landmark voting rights decision. On Wednesday, the court dealing a blow to a key provision of the Voting Rights act of 1965, siding with Louisiana Republicans and President Donald Trump's administration by blocking an electoral map that created a second majority black congressional district in Louisiana. In a 6, 3 decision, the justices upheld a lower court ruling that found that the map was un. Unconstitutional. Well, you're damn right it's unconstitutional. The 15th Amendment to the Constitution says that you can't infringe on a person's right to vote on the basis of race. The Constitution's super clear about this. Why did it take so long to tell the truth? The dispute centered on whether the districts amounted to race based gerrymandering, which of course they did, with the lower court concluding that race played too large of a role in how the map was drawn. It violated the Constitution's guarantee of equal protection. That's found in the 14th Amendment. Section 2 of the Voting Rights act of 1965 was designed to enforce the Constitution, not collide with it, said Justice Samuel Alito. Unfortunately, lower courts have sometimes applied this course, Section 2 precedents in a way that forces states to engage in the very race based discrimination that the Constitution forbids. Yeah, so look the reason this is such a big deal, first of all, it's just a win for human decency. Set aside party politics for a moment. There's obviously a huge win for Republicans in the country right now and for our ability to. To have sensible districts that will lead to less Democrat power. That's great for the country, but just in terms of human decency, people should not be judged on the basis of their skin color. We should not be using race as a means to divide the country. There should be no scenario where we say that because of the color of your skin, you are entitled to a lawmaker that has the same colored skin. That has nothing to do with governance. Nothing. It has literally nothing to do with governance. That has everything to do with racial prejudice in the United States. We've got a proud history of removing that wherever we can to make it a colorblind meritocracy, a true colorblind constitutional republic. We should constantly be striving for that. And the Court yesterday, the six justices on board, including Justice Clarence Thomas, a black American man who desperately wants a better country and who has been fighting for it his whole life. It just. It boggles my mind that anybody can even pretend to make an argument that this is somehow, like, morally depraved or whatever. No, it's actually upholding this. The very best of American virtue, of human virtue. Recognizing that men and women, boys and girls, we are created in the image and likeness of God. Recognizing that fundamentally and holding true to the United States Constitution. Yesterday, another great black American, Byron Donalds, reacted to this. He said this was a major win for the United States Constitution. Today's SCOTUS ruling confirms that race cannot be the predominant factor in drawing congressional maps. By striking down the forced racial gerrymander, the Court is ensuring that voters are seen as individuals, not just demographic groups. The Democrats do not care about black representation, says Byron. They only care about Democrat representation. Democrat representation. Exhibit A. Burgess Owens of Utah. Black man, super bowl champion Republican. Democrat interest groups in Utah swayed a state judge to implement new maps to get a Democrat in his congressional seat. Let's be clear. The Democrats use the Voting Rights act to protect Democrat power. It's true. It's true. By the way, there's no candidate Democrats hate more than a black Republican candidate. They despise black Republican candidates, and they do not hide that fury. They don't. Byron Donald has been on the receiving end of that. So a great assessment there from him. This decision should have come out sooner. Clear. It should come out sooner than yesterday. The reason why this matters so much is we have an opportunity here to redraw the boundary lines in congressional districts all across the country now to get rid of the racial prejudice. And for that reason, we know Elena Kagan, who wrote the dissent yesterday, was a part of an operation to slow down the release of this for as long as possible to basically take away our opportunity to correct the racial injustices that are going on in districting all across the country. Here's what Sean Spicer had to say. It was just a few weeks ago, the former White House press secretary, he reported on his podcast about what the left was doing on the Supreme Court to slow this decision down. Cut one. Watch this. I have been told by reliable sources that that decision is done and that the minority is slow walking the dissent so that states can't, and states do not have time to redistrict ahead of it. But I have been told very reliably that the minority is slow walking that descent. All right, wait, hold on a second, because I don't think I've read that anywhere. That is news. That is news. It was news and we just witnessed it. They dragged their feet. Elena Kagan dragged her feet to try and prevent this from getting out any sooner. They could have released it weeks ago. They didn't. They didn't. Why? They're trying to run out the clock. They need rigged congressional districts for any chance of stealing the United States House of Representatives. That's why it's all about Democrat power. It's not about decency in any way. In fact, you may have been, you may be attuned to the fact that Elena Kagan now stands accused of doing this multiple times. In fact, the last big time that a lot of people are aware that she did this was apparently during the Dobbs decision, the Dobbs decision which overturned Roe versus Wade. Elena Kagan dragged her feet on the dissent in that case as well. And. And we just heard from Molly Hemingway. I had Molly on the radio show recently. We had Molly join us on the big national radio show. Molly Hemingway just got done writing a book about Sam Alito. And in the book, she includes all sorts of never before reported details about the court. And there's one detail that is so horrifying, so shocking that I just. I can barely bring myself to even believe it. That's how intense this thing is. And I should say it's not shocking, but it is appalling. But I would say it's both shocking and appalling. I. It's just crazy. Remember, somebody on the court Maybe Kagan leaked the Dobbs decision before it was published. They leaked the majority opinion to the Dobbs decision before it was actually released by the court. Chat. Do you remember what ensued after that leak occurred? What happened? Brett Kavanaugh had an assassin show up at his house and attempt to kill him. You had Supreme Court justices, conservatives who were being menaced every single day. People were showing up outside of their house to scream at them. Now you're not allowed to do it. It's actually violation of federal law to go to a Supreme Court justice's house and menace them in order to compel a decision in a judicial process. And, you know, finally the Biden administration sent a couple of marshals out to just stand out there but not make arrests. They weren't making arrests. Really. It was crazy. And so a guy shows up to try and assassinate Brett Kavanaugh. It went way too far. Molly Hemingway reported in her book that Elena Kagan was delaying the decision for as long as possible in the hopes that the composition of the court might change before its release. Understand what I'm explaining to you here? Elena Kagan was trying to run out the clock because she was hoping that they wouldn't have a nine member court by the time the decision was released. And if that decision was 44 rather than 5 4. If it was 4 4, it would have been deadlocked. Roe vs Wade would not have overturned. Now, what could have happened to go from a 54 decision to a 44 decision? How would you lose a justice? How would that occur? That's the part that's completely appalling. What was Elena Kagan hoping? That one of her colleagues got assassinated? She was witnessing it on the streets. She saw what was happening to Brett Kavanaugh and she allowed that to stretch on anyway. Was she hoping, I guess this is a more charitable interpretation, that one of them would be scared away from? The United States Supreme Court announced their resignation. I'm sorry. I can't be a part of the court anymore. It's too much of a risk to my family. Whatever it was, it's completely evil. Completely evil. And so here we have a summary on Kagan's behavior here now, on multiple occasions, slow walking, all of this shipwrecked crew on X, a good legal follow on X. He assessed it this way, he says so. Justice Kagan has reported in Molly Hemingway's new book on Justice Alito as having urged liberal members of the court to. To slow walk their dissents in the Dobbs case. For months after Justice Alito had finished his majority decision, presumably with the hope in quotes that the composition of the Court would change and the 54 outcome striking down Roe would turn into a 44 deadlock that left the lower court's decision in place, affirming Roe. Now it is clear that it was Justice Kagan, not Justices Jackson and Sotomayor, who have held up this dissent in the Louisiana redistricting case. Because she wrote the only dissent, she's the primary author with the whispered about motivation being to push the decision back far enough into the calendar such that some states don't have time to engage in redistricting before the November elections. Redistricting that might eliminate minority majority districts and cost Democrats seats. If both of these two anecdotal accounts about Kagan gain traction and it will forever stain her legacy on the Supreme Court of the United States. In fact, I would go a step further. She should be impeached for this, not merely have her legacy stained. If there's validity to either of these claims, she should be impeached for this. This is not the business of the Court. The business of the Court is to render these judgments, to make sure that the branches are adhering to the United States Constitution. It's not this kind of very dangerous, meddlesome behavior orchestrating conspiracies to stop the overhaul that the overturning of Roe versus Wade. Yeah, I think we've got a massive problem on our hands. Elena Kagan has proven to be a very sinister force on that court. And not just because she renders decisions that are based on giving Democrats power and she's not faithful to the Constitution, but because of the behavior that I just described to you. It's completely outrageous. So that was the action leading up to yesterday. Now, how is the left reacting to yesterday's decision? Well, they're raging. They are raging about this. And before I play some of the clips of them raging, I want to remind you of why they're raging. This always happens. It's because their power's on the line. It's because usually when Democrats start staging these random group protests when they're trying to whip everybody else into a frenzy, get their radical base animated, when they do that, it's because we have discovered something about their power that was ill gotten, that was not legitimate and we took it away from them and they freak out about it. How many times have we seen this? Remember when President Trump starts removing all of this ridiculous scam funding American taxpayer dollars stolen by usaid, what do Democrats do? They pile onto the steps of the USAID building to start whining to the American public about an agency that most of us had never even thought about, usaid. They're going ballistic. Why are they going so ballistic? It's because we found one of the epicenters of their power and we stripped them of it. So they're going crazy. They did it again recently with the Southern Poverty Law Center. The SPLC gets indicted and it turns out the SPLC was nothing more than a scam organization taking money, Democrat donor money and that, fleecing Democrat donors, by the way, and then turning around and then giving that money directly to the KKK and neo Nazis in order to generate the kinds of hateful incidents that they say they existed to fight. Democrats are freaking out about it because the SBLC is one of the most important interest vehicles, money vehicles, power vehicles on the left. And now it's being taken away. So they're freaking out and yesterday's and they do the same thing on the Save America Act. They're freaking out about that because the last thing they want is election integrity. The last thing they want is voter id. The last thing they want is for us to clean up our voter rolls and make sure that only American citizens are voting because again, that threatens their power. It threatens their ability to rig elections. And that brings me to yesterday's decision. Democrats are freaking out at high volume right now because we just took racial prejudice away from districting. And when you get rid of racial prejudice, Democrats lose power. Their rigging operation is upended. More on that in just a moment. I want to share that with you. Coming up on this edition, events, we've got a big news day. And by the way, you tired of winning yet? Chat you tired of winning? These are wins. These are massive wins and we should absolutely celebrate them. And I want to extend my gratitude to you for making them happen. We only get this because you voted for President Trump multiple times. He composed a court that would actually rule on the basis of the Constitution. And we have yet another victory that I am grateful for you for producing. Thank you for that. Okay, so the left is freaking out that we just took away one of their election rigging schemes. So here's the dial up Democrat Hakeem Jeffries yesterday raging about this, and I love it. Watch.
C
Cut to today's decision by this illegitimate Supreme Court majority strikes a blow against the Voting Rights act and is designed to undermine the ability of communities of color all across this country to elect their candidate of choice. But we're not here to step back. We're here to fight back. Now, when this decision came out earlier today, it's an unacceptable decision, but not an unexpected decision, because this isn't even really the Roberts Court. It's the Trump Court.
B
Yes.
C
And what we would expect from the Trump Court is an effort to continue their scheme to suppress the vote and rig the midterm elections and beyond. Because these extremists have failed America in every possible way. They failed on the economy, they failed on health care. They're failing as it relates to this reckless and costly war of choice. The extremists have completely and totally failed America.
B
That's right.
C
So they've concluded, aided and abetted by the Trump Court, that they have to cheat to win.
B
Yes. What you just heard is what the left might refer to as an attack on our democracy. That's Hakeem Jeffries waging an attack on our constitutional republic. He is planting in the minds of any, anyone, any of the sheep that are in his base that the United States Supreme Court is illegitimate. It's not a legitimate branch of government, that it's. That it's in some sense unconstitutionally composed. It's the Trump Court. Well, yeah, I mean, President Trump had nominees who are on the court. George W. Bush still has nominees who are on the court. Barack Obama still has nominees. Joe Biden still has nominees who are on the court. What are you talking about? It's illegitimate, says Hakeem Jeffries. So Hakeem Jeffries, in this recitation of his distorted version of reality, is destroying faith in the court, saying that they have no credibility, and therefore we should ignore them is the thought process. And this goes back to, you know, Chuck Schumer has done this before when he literally stepped, stood on the steps of the United States Supreme Court and threatened the justices, threatened them. That was in order to prevent overturning Roe versus Wade. It's so contemptible. But this is the behavior that they demonstrate all of the time. And when Hakeem Jeffries says, well, they're trying to rig elections, it's projection. He's furious. And every Democrat who was standing next to him yesterday, furious that their election rigging schemes are being dramatically upended as we speak. I love what happened yesterday because it's good for our country. He hates what's happened yesterday because it's bad for Democrats. In fact, Hakeem Jeffries was talking about how the Trump administration has successfully gotten rid of a lot of systemic racism the Democrats have put into our country. And he's really, really angry about this. He wants systemic racism to rule the day. Here's Hakeem Jeffries yesterday hilariously rattling off a list of President Trump's wins. Listen to this. Cut three.
C
And now we're at a point where affirmative action is gone. Diversity is gone. Equity, gone. Inclusion, gone. Racial tolerance, gone. The Voting Rights act, largely gone. But guess what, extremists, we're still here and we're not going anywhere.
B
Yeah, yeah, that's it. A lot of that was a victory, you know, other than the lies he was telling at the end about the Voting Rights act being gone. Now the Voting Rights act is here and it's going to protect people. People now for real, and not be used as a system of racial prejudice. Hilarious. Diversity, equity and inclusion is gone. He says, thank God. Thank God. You know, the reason we don't want all of that garbage is because we don't want people to be judged on the basis of their skin color. How hard is this? You want to get rid of racial prejudice, get rid of racial prejudice. That's what President Trump's been up to. Hakeem Jeffries rattling off a list of successes. Super funny. Super funny. Of course he's doing that to, to whip his base into a frenzy. And we know what happens when they get whipped into a frenzy. They try and assassinate President Trump. So that's, that's the bad part. That's the really bad part of all of this. Barack Obama is a former president. He was twice elected by a non racist American public. He was whining yesterday that the about the end of racial prejudice and redistricting he posted this. He got very animated about it. He still has no idea why somebody tried to kill President Trump. But he knows for certain that he desperately needs racial prejudice as a way to draw districts in America. Here's what he said. Today's Supreme Court decision. Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights act for freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities. Listen to the way he inverts this. It ends racial prejudice. It ends it in districting. He's mad about it. He says the good news is that such setbacks can be overcome, but they will only happen if citizens across the country you cherish are Democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers, not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level. Good. I really do hope people vote in record numbers. That redounds to our benefit. The more people, the more American citizens specifically who show up to vote, the better it is for sanity and decency. That's why President Trump won the popular vote in 2024. And in fact, these low propensity voters, the more we can get them out to vote, the better it is for the country. But that's not what Obama's talking about. Obama wants election rigging. He's desperate for it. Imagine, just imagine that guy was elected twice to the, to the presidency of the United States and yet he's still accusing the American people of being racist. How disgusting is that? That's typical Obama, but it's disgusting. Very gross. Now, how many seats are we talking about here? How many seats could Republicans pick up? Well, it's not a small amount. It turns out this racial redistricting, this rigging of the country has produced a massive number of ill gotten Democrat seats. This is why they're freaking out. I'm going to give you the numbers in just a moment. And the results could be epic. They could be absolutely epic. All ahead on this edition of Vince. Ron Johnson is coming up too. We're going to talk to him about the COVID jabs, just how dangerous they were, the safety signals that were blaring in inside of the United States government when Biden was in office and the fact that the Biden administration suppressed all of it. That's ahead with Senator Ron Johnson. Want to thank some of our great sponsors though, before we, before we move along. Pocket Hose Ballistic is a great product. I love this product. It's the number one, the world's number one expanding Garden hose. It's very good. You know, I used to have to replace the old garden hose every year because it would kink, tangle, burst. You know, it's just not, not fun to use, not easy to use at all. But the pocket hose ballistic, it's great. It's the upgrade that I've been looking for and I think you might be looking for too. Thank you, thank you. All right, let's see here. We've got. So what are the numbers here? How many seats are we talking? Well, the, the left already was up in arms about this and they're, they're warning. Now, this may be an overstatement because it involves Stacey Abrams's group making the assessment here and she's out of control. But here's what the left concluded before the decision. Republicans could end up drawing 19 more House seats, 19 more House seats as a result of yesterday's ruling. Democrat voting rights groups rigging operations are preparing for a nightmare scenario if the Supreme Court guts a key part of the landmark civil rights era legislation. In fact, it wasn't, by the way, again, it wasn't gutted yesterday. It wasn't gutted. The Voting Rights act was preserved. Section two was preserved. The court merely said you can't judge people on the basis of their race. You can't do that. You can't use racial prejudice. In districting. Ahead of the court's October 15th rehearing of Louisiana v. Calais, the assessment was that Republicans could redraw up to 19 House seats to favor the party and crush minority representation in Congress. That's the way Politico represents this. But again, 19 seeds, that's a big deal. That's a boy. That would be wonderful. That would get us some meaningful margins so that we can actually get stuff done. None of this herding cats or having a couple of sidewinders who upend our entire agenda of getting things like the Save America act passed or attached to the FISA reauthorization or whatever it is that we need to, we need the numbers to back us up here. And so 19 House seats could be a wonderful, a wonderful shift. In fact, that same group said that we could end up with not just 19 House seats, but 200 more state legislative seats as a result of all of this. Here's a report from an outlet called Stateline. Earlier this year, Republicans could gain nearly 200 state legislative seats and in voting rights case report finds, that was from December 15, actually of last year that this was assessed, a finding that Republicans are on track to pick up nearly 200 state legislative seats if the district boundaries are not drawn in a racist way. So you end racism and Democrats lose power. We have a theme. We have an ongoing theme. It's really amazing. Now, not all of now, that's the, those are some of the rosiest possible depictions. For Democrats, that's, those are doomsday predictions. But for Republicans, those are rosy predictions. What's actually likely right away? Well, Sean Spicer assessed this yesterday. He said because of this, liberals on the court had slow walked the dissent as long as possible to minimize the impact on the midterms. Sean assesses that Louisiana is likely to pick up one Republican now because that's literally what the case was about. Louisiana specifically, Alabama is likely to pick up two Republican seats. Mississippi is likely to pick up one Republican seat here. So that's four right away. And then Florida is likely to pick up four Republican seats by the midterms. And then in Virginia, he says, your turn, Virginia Supreme Court. In Virginia, the odds are increasing, literally the betting markets are increasing on the odds on this each day that Virginia's seats will be protected, that the four Republican seats that Democrats were looking to steal won't be stolen. That is, again, if the Virginia Supreme Court rules in our favor. And right now, reading the tea leaves, it looks like they're going to. We'll see. It hasn't happened yet. I'm saying my prayers each night for our country. I always do. But we, we've got some very good news this week. I, I feel weird giving you good news. I'm not supposed to give you all this good news. Here it is. Look at this good news. So Sean Spicer with that assessment, as far as Florida is concerned, they wasted no time yesterday, ladies and gentlemen. They sprinted into this yesterday. Yesterday, as soon as the Supreme Court decision was handed down, within I think it was two hours, the Florida State House passed. Governor Ron DeSantis 2026 Congressional Map 83 to 28. Isn't it nice to have a big Republican supermajority? Republicans now stand to gain up to four new seats in Florida, which is great. Democrats are furious about it. Furious about it. Eric, Eric Daugherty summarizing this here, but that's wonderful news. So Republicans moving very quickly. And remember what Ron DeSantis said about this when he introduced the maps this past week. He said, the reason we're doing this is because some of Florida's districts are drawn in a racist way. They're drawn based on race. We're getting rid of the racial prejudice and as a result, Democrats lose power. I. Hello, I, I just. How come the, the rest, the whole country needs to know about this. They rig elections using racism. No more racism. No more rigged elections. I, it just doesn't get more clear than this. This is like the most obvious thing in, in America. And let's just keep winning. Let's just keep winning. Real quick, A couple more, A couple more quick wins for you as we move on from the redistricting fight, which is, which is obviously one of the biggest stories in the whole country right now, which is why I spent so much time on it. I've got a couple of Justice Department updates for you that I want to hit before Ron Johnson joins us. One of them is that James Comey turned himself in yesterday, which is great news. James Comey surrendered, appeared in court yesterday over his threats against President Trump. 86, 47. 86 47. And the media are absolutely freaking out about this. Here's the CNN headline. Yesterday, former FBI Director James Comey surrenders and appears in court over alleged threat against Trump. He surrendered Wednesday to law enforcement before his first appearance in federal court in the Eastern District of Virginia. Comey is charged with making a threat against President Trump by photographing seashells, which of course, he laid out on a North Carolina beach. He was allowed to leave court with no conditions of release after a brief hearing that lasted less than 10 minutes. Look, Comey knows, let me just reiterate a basic point. Comey knows what he was doing. He was the director of the FBI. You don't become the director of the FBI unless you have some attention to detail. He knows that when he posts a photo calling for the elimination of Donald Trump in the wake of multiple highly public assassination attempts on President Trump, that his left wing lunatic base will construe that as President Trump deserves to be killed. That's it. That's it. You don't, you don't release an 8647 message in the midst of all of these assassination attempts and then get to walk away and pretend like I didn't mean that issue did. Yes, you did, you disgusting liar. The guy's got a horrific track record of lying. He does it all the time. And here he is doing it again. So he is being prosecuted legitimately. And Todd Blanch said this week that it's not merely the photo that got him busted. It's not merely the photo. They have evidence against him to go with the photo. That this case is well predicated. And as Todd Blanche pointed out, a grand jury A grand jury of James Comey's peers in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned these indictments. They concluded that there was enough to bring charges against him. So what, is James Comey attacking the grand jury system now? They're illegitimate. They're illegitimate. Really? You didn't say that when you were using rigged grand jury processes to go after President Trump. You lefties now all of a sudden, it's a rigged process. Huh? It's weird. It's almost like you just make it up as you go along to advance power for Democrats and to get away with actual crimes. Yeah, it's not working this time. So James Comey turns himself in yesterday. That's great news. Also, this Justice Department news. Yesterday, the United States Justice Department just secured indictments against three suspects who assaulted Savannah Hernandez in Minneapolis. Take a look here. Let me show you the clip. And remember, this is. This is the attack on Savannah Hernandez. Cut 4. Watch this from earlier this month. There she is, just a reporter, just capturing it. She's being assaulted, shoved, attacked. She gets pushed to the ground. Look at her. Look at that. That's an adult man that shoved her from behind. A blind hit. Assaulted by two other women. Guys, it's over. It's over. Back the up. It's over. It's done. These guys all deserve to fry. It's over. The United States Justice Department yesterday returning three indictments. We love you. We love you. Against these guys. Three people all busted here. We've got a guy here. We've got multiple people there. Chris, Astro, Shuka, Paige, Astro, Shuka. We've. We got all of them. We got all of them. The cash. Patel said yesterday that if you do this, when you do something like this caught on video, the FBI will find you. The FBI will find you. And he says, above all, we're glad she's okay. We're glad Savannah's okay. Thank you to the FBI for doing this. And they moved fast, by the way. That's a pretty snappy indictment for the FBI. We don't normally get it at that pace, so. So good news there. Okay, stand by. In a moment, we're going to talk to Senator Ron Johnson. We're going to get an update from him on what he's discovering about the COVID jabs, their side effects, and how they were suppressed by the Biden administration. It's ahead on this edition of Vince. Oh, actually, I don't have any other sponsors to share with you, so in light of that, we can dive right into it. Joining me right now, Senator Ron Johnson. With the latest on everything he's discovering. Senator, great to have you with us today.
D
Morning, Vince. Thanks for having me on.
B
Good morning, sir. Okay, so yesterday I was staggered by what you released and it included all of these revelations about very dire consequences from the COVID vaccines and the fact that the Biden administration didn't want the public to know. What can you share with us this morning?
D
So let me set this up. On March 1st of 2021, Peter Marks, who's head of CBER, that's the organization for Biologic Evaluation and Review in charge of surveilling the vaccine safety systems. Okay, they're all touting various is going to be great. Could detect even small signals on March 1, 2021. This is less than three months after the emergency use authorization. He was briefed by the woman in FDA who was working with the inventor of the mathematical algorithm they used to analyze Vaer's data. And he was briefed that because of the unusual nature of the explosion in adverse events and the fact you had two different injections, Moderna and Pfizer, that were similar, that their current analytical method was going to mask it, was going to hide safety signals. And so they come up with an updated algorithm that would unmask that and allow those safety signals to be seen. Thanked them for their work, did nothing. 26 days later, that woman and the inventor of the algorithm had had an updated system and they ran the veirs through it and they reported to senior FDA officials that there were 49 extreme cases of masking hiding signals and 25 safety signals, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, a number of different types of strokes, Bell's palsy. I mean unbelievable, you know, life threatening types of adverse events. Showing a strong safety signal. And they shunted her off to the side. They told her, we didn't ask you to do this, don't do this, don't share with the public. You. She said that she thought she was a pest, Persona non grata. So again, this is March of 2021. They knew this. They knew the safety surveillance system was going to hide the safety signals. And yet until now they continue to say, well, we just, we didn't see that there weren't any safety signals being shown. One things I did in the hearing is the injection injured, you know, react 19 Brianne Dressen they were being treated starting in March of 2021. They were being treated within NIH successfully, not totally cured, but they were receiving successful treatment. About 23 of them. They were told to stay silent, that they would conduct the study and then they would release all that information to doctors so the other people in the support groups could get treatment as well. They never released the study. They were being diagnosed as COVID injection injured. This is March 2021. So we released a video of Peter Marks for the next year and a half saying, we just don't see a safety signal. We don't see any safety signals.
B
You know, sorry, just to be clear, the nih, the government, was giving treatments to the vaccine injured, but wanted to keep it secret that they were under care. Right.
D
They told them to stay quiet.
C
They.
D
And of course the vaccine injured did because they didn't want to stop their treatments. They didn't want to stop the study. They wanted that to be made public. And they were told it would be made public. They were told that the injuries would be made public. To this day, they've never been made public other than those injection injured individuals themselves finally going public when they realized that nih, FDA were going to completely violate the assurances, the promises they made them.
B
So in addition to some of the dire side effects that you described, some of the safety signals that you just laid out, also there's some others that are in your report. You refer to dementia associated with the Pfizer vaccine, as well as, quote, death and sudden death, end quote, associated with the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. These are, that's, that's as bad as it gets, Senator. Death and sudden death. And these were safety signals the Biden administration was covering up.
D
Yeah, understand too. So death is separated from sudden death, which is separated from sudden cardiac death. So you combine all of those, the safety signal had to be screaming at them. And that's one of the points I made, is, you know, listen, I've been vilified, I've been ridiculed for talking about this since literally March, April of 2021. I didn't need a sophisticated mathematical algorithm. I put a chart up that shows the number of deaths reported through VAERS associated with vaccine since the start of Vaers in 1990. A couple hundred a year, anaphylactic shock, that kind of thing. Then in 2021, the year of the COVID injection, over 21,000. And by the way, that year when I did that calculation, 32% of those deaths were occurring on the day of vaccination or within one or two days. We're up to 39,000 deaths worldwide. 24% of those deaths associated with VAERS or with the COVID injection on VAERS occur on the day of injection or within One or two days. Now, I know Covid or the VAERS doesn't prove causation, but that is a correlation. I mean, let's face it, if your loved one went in, got a COVID injection, died that day, or was feeling kind of sick, died the next day, within two days, I think you would be pretty certain that it was the injection that caused it, right? These people were perfectly healthy. They get a COVID injection, they're dead, or they're severely disabled for life again. I'm very convinced that the COVID injections caused a lot of death, a lot of disability, a lot of harm.
B
So everything about the COVID injections was completely novel. Clearly, any observer would look at this and go, okay, it's right. It's in the market immediately. It hasn't really had any sort of meaningful testing period. Now it's out millions of people getting injections. So it would stand to reason that you would do real science to assess what are the risks. So as you explain it, you got this woman who's doing real science on this subject, and it's being suppressed. So the whole time we were being told to trust the science, the Biden administration was actively suppressing the science is what you're saying.
D
Yeah, it's sick. It's literally sick. They were treating the vaccine injured. They were diagnosing them as injection injured. They told them they were gonna release that. They're gonna make it public, and they never have. They never did. And of course, all that time they were saying safe and effective, and went ahead and they got the authorization, the licensure. Then they pushed it on pregnant women, they pushed it on children who had virtually zero risk of injury from COVID disease. We also now from the Vinny Prasad memo, that internally within FDA, they've looked at 96 autopsies of children and conclusively come to the conclusion that at least 10. At least 10 of those children were killed by the COVID injection. I. Even in Bobby Kennedy's fda, I cannot get that information yet. I'm probably going to have to subpoena it.
B
That's a situation, by the way. That's a clear situation. Covid wasn't killing kids, but the injections were.
D
I think so. And again, understand there are so very few autopsies. The medical establishment discouraged autopsies during COVID They didn't want to know. And obviously, Peter Marks didn't want to have a safety surveillance system that actually worked. He loved the fact they had a safety surveillance system, a complex algorithm that was hiding the signal. So he could go out there publicly and say, we're just not seeing a signal. I know, it's because you're not looking. It's because you're using an algorithm that you know is going to hide the safety signal.
B
In fact, they told us, in fact, they told us to ignore the VAERS system. They remember when all that data was coming out originally and people were going, wait a second. Even in the broken system, people were seeing signals. They're like, that's concerning. They kept saying, oh, just ignore that. Well, then why do we have it? Why do we even have a VAERS system if we're to ignore all of the side effects that people are reporting?
D
Well, in October of 2020, before they got the emergency use authorization, they were touting vaers. They said, we got this excellent safety surveillance system here. You know, it'll be able to detect these signals. Yeah. And then they say, oh, well, a bunch of cranks, a bunch of anti vactors can load that up there. Even though they knew full well the vast majority of report surveyors come from medical professionals. So no, they were immediately. When they saw those signals, they immediately had to denigrate the very system they set up. And by the way, they also had something called V Safe, which set up specifically for Covid. 10 million people voluntarily, you know, reported their symptoms. And Aaron Seri and ICANN had to sue twice to get them to release those Results, which showed 7.7% of the 10 million people after the injection sought medical care, 25% lost time at work or couldn't continue their daily activity. That's why they wouldn't release that information.
B
It's insane. Have your Pfizer donations gone up since you've been doing all this?
D
My what?
B
Your Pfizer donations. Is Pfizer calling you like, hey, we want to give you more money now. Ron Johnson, thanks to all your excellent.
D
Yeah, I don't think they're going to be holding any events for me.
B
No, but seriously though, have the pharmaceutical companies tried to twist your arm on all of this? Have they been trying to beat down your door when you cover all this?
D
No, I'm talking to the drug companies are developing rare earth or rare therapies and drugs for rare diseases.
B
Yeah.
D
And trying to advocate for the rare disease community. So I'm being contacted by those companies who are having a heck of a time getting their drugs approved for emergency use by people that have no other hope. So I'm the champion of right to try, so I'll champion that cause as well.
B
Yeah, you Just want people to be healthy. I really respect that. All right, Senator Ron Johnson, thank you very much for an update on this. We'll keep track of everything you produce. Really appreciate you, sir.
D
Have a great day.
B
There he is. Senator Ron Johnson with that update. Yeah, I don't think Pfizer's beating down his door. I asked him that. I think he was so bewildered by the concept. He was like, well, had Pfizer. Yeah. No, I'm just teasing. I don't think they're, I don't think they're getting in touch. I don't, I don't think so. Okay, so that, that's a deeply important report. If you want to read it, it's up on my X account right now. You can, you can find it there as, as he talks about all this. But again, just that, just some of the data. If I, if I can show you a little bit of this. If you're watching rubble.com/events, you know, they've, they've got this epic report. Actually open up the actual PDF. Easier to read that way. They've got this epic report and I say epic. It's also, it's very unfortunate that it even has to be this way. But in it they go through this doctor, Dr. Anna Zarfman, who basically said, hey, I've got a better system for detecting all of this. There's, we can, we can actually find all these adverse events here. And when she did it, she found all these examples of what you call extreme masking that would be like suppressing these, this very valuable data. And she used a new methodology that broke through the masking limitation. And they uncovered approximately 25 statistically significant safety signals for adverse events associated with COVID 19 vaccines that included sudden cardiac death, Bell's palsy and pulmonary infarction. So she goes and talks to the FDA officials at the top and they suppress it. They suppress it. They found other issues including acute myocardial infarction associated with the Moderna and Pfizer Biontech vaccine. Pfizer, they found non site specific embolism and thrombosis associated with the Johnson and Johnson and Pfizer vaccines, dementia associated with the Pfizer vaccine and death and sudden death associated with the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccines. However, rather than warn the public or hold distribution of the vaccines for further investigation, they just kept destroying people's lives. They just did that. They were more concerned about Dr. Zarfman's efforts rather than her troubling findings. In April of 2021, after she emailed a data mining analysis apparently underscoring the limitations of the FDA system, one senior FDA official wrote to his colleagues, before we potentially reach out to Ana, we should meet internally. Many considerations not suited to email. In other words, we can't do this in a way that the public can never see it. We've got to talk to each other. There can't be a written record of this meeting. That's a cover up, what you just witnessed. That's a cover up. And similar to what we saw earlier this week from the prosecution of Dr. David Morens. Remember, his prosecution is predicated on the fact that he was destroying, mutilating and hiding information that should be public. That he was using private email to conduct the business of being Anthony Fauci's henchmen, that he was destroying records so that the public would never see it. About the origins of COVID and that Anthony Fauci was party to those very activities. That Foushee was doing it, too. He said Foushee was really good at it. Foushee knows better than to put this stuff in email. So Dr. David Morens is being prosecuted right now. What about Anthony Fauci? Well, let me end today with a reiteration of something that I've wanted to happen and it may yet occur. Here is an important New York Post report out from my friend Stephen Nelson. Stephen Nelson with this report overnight or really going into actually two nights ago now, but an important one. There's now pressure on the DOJ to prosecute Anthony Fauci. And that's just. Well, there is pressure. You and I are pressuring. It's growing. After David Morens was indicted with just days left to file charges for his Covid lies, the indictment of Dr. Anthony Fauci's adviser, David Morens. This week, revised calls, revived calls rather for the Justice Department to prosecute Fauci. Fauci. Now you may be thinking, well, Fauci was pardoned, yes, by the auto pen. Here's what the piece says Trump told the New York Post. President Trump told the New York Post in a phone interview on March 31 that he intended to look into Fauci's status. And Republicans say they believe that the acting Attorney general, Todd Blanche, who is seeking the role permanently, might be willing to test Trump's assertion that former President Joe Biden's preemptive auto pen pardons, including for Fauci, are invalid. Well, yeah, they're totally invalid because Biden didn't pardon him. An auto pen did. And the auto pen was Operated by people who were not Joe Biden. Joe Biden was non compos mentis. They gave Anthony Fauci a pardon tested in the courts. Rand Paul wants it tested. Senator Rand Paul said this in the last 24 hours. I've said it from the beginning. Lying to Congress is a felony. Destroying federal records is a felony. Advising others to destroy federal records is a felony. Foushee did all three. His. His advisor was just indicted. Foushee is next. The deadline to Prosecute Foushee is May 11th. May 11th, that's the end. That's the statute of limitations. That's five years. The DOJ must act now. Attorney General Blanche, here's my request to you today. First of all, I want to start with a message of gratitude. Thank you for kicking the floodgates open on all of these prosecutions. I've been very gratified to see them. But here's the request that I'm making today on behalf of myself and this great audience. Prosecute Fauci. Test the auto pen. Test the auto pen pardon. Bring the prosecution and let's be off to the races. We need real justice for the crimes committed during the COVID chaos. And very few fish are bigger than Anthony Foushee. All right. Title: Supreme Court Delivers Massive Blow to Democrats
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: April 30, 2026
This episode delivers a deep-dive analysis and conservative reaction to a major United States Supreme Court decision in Louisiana v. Calais, which struck down mandatory race-based redistricting. Host Vince Coglianese frames this decision as a historic win against racial gerrymandering and a significant setback for Democrats. The episode also features an extended interview with Senator Ron Johnson regarding newly revealed data on COVID-19 vaccine side effects allegedly suppressed by the Biden administration.
[24:03] Plays Hakeem Jeffries’ reaction:
“Today’s decision by this illegitimate Supreme Court majority strikes a blow against the Voting Rights Act and is designed to undermine the ability of communities of color…all across this country to elect their candidate of choice. But we’re not here to step back. We’re here to fight back.” – Hakeem Jeffries [24:03]
[27:34] Additional Jeffries quote:
“And now we’re at a point where affirmative action is gone. Diversity is gone. Equity, gone. Inclusion, gone. Racial tolerance, gone. The Voting Rights Act, largely gone. But guess what, extremists…we’re still here and we’re not going anywhere.”
Vince reads former President Obama’s statement, paraphrases:
“The Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing legislatures to gerrymander to weaken minority voting power.”
[44:39–54:51]
“Because of the unusual nature of the explosion in adverse events…the current analytical method was going to mask it, was going to hide safety signals.” – Sen. Ron Johnson [45:20]
“All that time, they were saying ‘safe and effective’…They knew the safety surveillance system was going to hide the safety signals.”

Vince delivers content with high energy, conviction, and a strongly conservative point of view. The tone is combative toward Democrats and celebratory regarding the Supreme Court decision — often sarcastic and unapologetically partisan. Vince frequently credits President Trump for the makeup of the Court and invokes a sense of community with listeners, repeatedly thanking the audience for their role in these “wins.”
