It's great to spend the day with you guys. All right, we've got, we've got a lot going on in the world this morning overnight. We get Mark Wayne Mullen. We get Mark Wayne Mullen. Mark Wayne Mullen is Senate confirmed. Now the Senate just voting 54 to 45 to confirm Mark Wayne Mullen to be the next DHS Secretary. That's fun news. Good, good to see that come through. They moved on it. Applause and cheers breaking out, says Bill Malusian. The only Republican no vote was Senator Rand Paul, who hates Mark Wayne Mullen's guts. So Rand Paul said, no, I'm not voting for you. But the good thing is that we've moved to a phase now where it's just a simple majority vote to get these nominees through. And we got Mark Wayne Mullen through on a 5,445 vote. The only two Democrats to vote yes were John Fetterman and Martin Heinrich, a not, not often heard name in terms of doing the right thing. There's John Fetterman, Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, Senator Ruben Gallego, who's a Democrat, did not vote. Did not, opted not to vote yesterday. But Mark Wayne Mullen gets confirmed as the new DHS Secretary replacing Kristi Noem in the role. Now, you may be thinking to yourself, self, isn't this an issue for the United States Senate? Don't we need every last vote we could possibly get in the Senate? We just lost Mark Wayne Mullen. What are we going to do? Well, you are, you are a very wise person. Thank you for, for raising that issue. Mullen's replacement is expected to potentially be sworn in today. I want you to look at. Here's what, here's what Politico is reporting this morning. They say Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt is expected to make an announcement this morning on his replacement. The Senate is looking to do the swearing in today. Alan Armstrong, an oil executive, is expected to be picked to finish Mullen's term as first reported by something called notus and confirmed by two people briefed on the plan. So Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma Governor, Republican, has to pick a Republican under Oklahoma law to replace him. Not that we would expect differently, but you know, you never know what these Republican governors, not all of them are, are great. So. And Kevin Stitt picks Alan Armstrong here. And this is a world where you need somebody who's going to support the Save America Act. You need somebody who's actually going to support common sense in the United States Senate. We'll see if we get all of that with Alan Armstrong. But we have a Republican senator en route and by the time you hear this, in fact could already be sworn into the United States Senate. So we really have no lag time here as Mark Wayne Mullen heads out the door and a new guy comes in, it appears immediately, which is very good news in a high stakes environment where we need to get a lot done. We need the Save America Act. Yes, indeed. And we also need DHS funding because TSA agents are operating without pay. They're going to food banks. They're, they're miserable right now. These TSA agents, you know what they're having to deal with right now? Benny Johnson, our buddy Benny Johnson got in touch with a bunch of TSA agents in the past 24 hours and he got a summary of kind of what they're up to, he said. One of them said I had to sell my car to pay my mortgage. They're going on nearly two months now. No pay. He had to sell his car to pay his mortgage. Another one. I work 12 hour shifts. I don't see my kids now. I can't even afford to buy my family dinner as I'm going through this. You can thank a Democrat for all of this. I'm going to have to quit this. I'm going to have to quit this month, says another, and find another job. Here's another. My wife had to go back to work. Another. I can't afford basic groceries. Another. I have no more savings left. Another. This makes no sense. ICE is funded through 2030. Democrats are just punishing us. These TSA agents know what's up. One thing became clear after today, says Benny. Democrats targeting TSA is morally depraved. It hurts passengers and law enforcement alike. He's right about that. He's right about that. But Democrats are using human suffering, as they always do, for their own cruel enjoyment and for leverage to get more power for themselves. Which is. What do they want to use that power for? To disarm ice, to disable ice, to diminish ice, to stop immigration enforcement, to protect illegals. So Americans have to suffer so that illegals can flourish. That's the Democrat Party way. That's what they're up to right now. And so, so we've heard from. That's interesting. That's twice now in two days. We've heard from all of these various agents in the government. Bill Malusion published a great list yesterday of all the ICE agents who were asked to go to the airport by the President of the United States. They head off to the airports and they said, this is great. I love this. I serve at the behest of the President. I'm glad to help. This is, this is very exciting. All these ICE agents love that they can step up and help. Meanwhile, the TSA agents giving this honest accounting of my life is miserable. I'm suffering. I'm going to have to quit this job. I can't make ends meet. And Democrats are to blame. This is all lining up to tell us exactly the story that reality tells us, which is the Democrats are once again screwing this country. Thanks to Benny Johnson for, for chasing down some of those, those quotes yesterday. The president did send ice to 14 different, very busy airports yesterday. Fourteen different airports, including Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport, as well as the William P. Hobby Airport. New York City's JFK International, New Jersey's Newark Liberty Airport, Chicago's o' Hare International Airport, Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport. They all get, all get ICE agents yesterday. And you know, this, this, this job. President Trump was on the tarmac yesterday. He did it kind of an extended press conference yesterday on the tarmac. And he talking to the media and somebody asked him, like, why are you sending ICE to the airports? Is this for immigration enforcement? What's this about? And the President says, straightforward. He goes, look, I'm sending them to help tsa. It's not about immigration enforcement. I'm not going to stop them from enforcing the law in any capacity. But they're there to help tsa. Watch the president yesterday, will we see
Sam Alito
ICE arresting illegal migrants in airports?
Vince
Are we talking.
Donald Trump
That's why the Democrats are going crazy, because they've allowed by what they did. And hold up. We put ice, who are a very high level. I mean, they really are a high level group of people and they love it because they're able to now arrest illegals as they come into the country. That's very fertile territory. But that's not why they're there. They're really there to help.
Vince
That's fundamentally. They're not there to arrest illegals. That is their job. So if they encounter illegals, they'll arrest them. But they're there to help tsa. They're there to do it all. That's what the President announced yesterday. Now, this is a source of panic on the left. They are freaking out. Wait a second. You mean illegals won't be able to fly freely around the United States? Yeah, that was spillover. Benefit of sending the ICE agents is we arrest more illegals. Oh, you don't like that? That's hilarious. We got to enforce our laws. We've got to enforce our laws. So, yeah, no, you're not going to get any tears from me over the fact that ICE agents can do their jobs in a new environment now. They can do it at the airport. But, man, I'll tell you what, the left is telling so many lies right now. The left is telling so many. They're trying to create scandals where there are none. First of all, it's not a scandal for ICE to do his job at all. And that brings us to the Left Fake Scandal of the week. You guys ready for this? It is the Left Fake scandal. And now it's time for the left's Fake Scandal of the Week. Yes, it is. Extra, extra. Yes, it's time for the left's Fake scandal of the week. This week, it's about ICE agents enforcing the law at airports. There's a video going around of a woman getting arrested at San Francisco International Airport by ICE agents this week. Oh, what does that mean? Were the ICE agents deployed to arrest her? Her? Take a look. This is. Cut to. This is the viral video running around, especially on places like Blue Ski, where the left goes crazy about how much they hate Trump. Watch. What's your name? Show the badge. Where's the badge? Can someone call 911?
Tom Holman
Where's your badge?
Vince
Let me see your badge. Can I see your badge? I don't know if that's legitimate. I don't know if that's legitimate, says Rando. Can I see your badge number, sir? What is your name? What is your name? Where's your badge? Look at the fake. I'm asking for your badge number, sir. What is your badge number? What is your badge number? That's hilarious. All right, that's enough. So when you get this Democrat, you get. You get this obvious. Like, you can tell. I know everything about her voting history. I know. I know that there's a lot of distress in her personal life. I know that her unhappiness spills out into misery for the rest of us. I know a lot about this woman based on her shrieking, ridiculous attitude. This little busybody in San Francisco Airport. What's your badge number? Who are you? Show me your badge number. The guy's on the phone. They're, like, calling for backup. They're trying to figure out how we can get this lady out of the airport. The woman. They're being nice to her. The woman doesn't even have the handcuffs on. If you will look closely in the video, the illegal alien, she's got one handcuff on and the other is not yet on her wrist. And she's throwing this temper tantrum about the fact that she's being taken into custody. Yeah. And so here's what actually happened. In case you're wondering what actually happened. Bill Malusion with the report. This comes to us by way of dhs. DHS tells Fox this viral incident at the San Francisco airport last night that would have been Sunday night involved ICE arrests of a family Guatemalan of a family of Guatemalan illegals who have had a deportation order since 2019. You've had seven years to get your ass out of the country, and yet you're still here. The least we can do is gently take you into custody and then get you out of the country. One of the females tried to flee while being escorted for processing. It happened even, it happened before ICE was even deployed to help tsa. This was Sunday night. They were deployed on Monday. DHS statement to Fox quote, this arrest occurred before ICE officers were even deployed to airports to bolster TSA efforts to help American travelers who are facing hours long lines across the country. On March 22, 2026, that was Sunday. ICE officers arrested Angelina Lopez Jimenez and and Wendy Gadinez Lopez at the San Francisco International Airport. The family has an outstanding final removal order from an immigration judge since 2019. While being escorted to the terminal for processing, Lopez Jimenez attempted to flee and then resisted law enforcement. ICE is working as quickly as possible to repatriate the family unit to their home country of Guatemala. Wasn't that nice? This ends so sweetly. The Trump administration's keeping the family together. As Tom Holman said, they can be deported together. There's no family separation here. You can all go together. That's what's underway. So the left's all panicky, oh, no, they're going to deport more people. Oh, good, they're going to deport more people. Hilarious. Anyway, that's the left fake scandal of the week. Thank you very much, as always to the American left for producing an endless series of idiotic dumpster fires for us to highlight. That's, that's the thing. And also Monday night, Tom Holman revealed, last night, Tom Holman revealed that, yeah, these ICE agents, they're not merely there to help TSA if they find criminals, they're taking them into custody. Watch Tom Holman.
Tom Holman
Last night, Trump made a brilliant move this week. And he called me, says, let's send ICE to the airport. I thought it was a smart move. And we're filling the holes. The wait lines already dropped. Plus we're doing a security function at the airports. We're going to arrest criminals going to his airport. We're going to look for human trafficking, sex trafficking, money, you know, money smuggling. We're going to be at the airports working with our brothers and sisters. And tsa, they're our brothers and sisters. In dhs, President Trump made a smart move. We're going to keep the airplanes flying. We're going to get the American people to those lines quicker. And we're not going to give up President Trump's promise to American people to make this country safer every day. And that's what we're going to keep doing.
Vince
They're going to get all the criminals. They're going to look for human traffickers, sex traffickers, money smuggling. If they even see signs of this, they're going after it. This is beautiful. This is wonderful. Oh, Democrats, you don't like this? I have a big solution for you. DHS funding, Save America act, you give us those things, it's going to be beautiful. It's going to be beautiful. Can't wait. Can't wait to see it. All right, so we'll get to. We'll get more to those negotiations in a moment. The President helping out the airports has led to some pretty dramatic results. TSA agents arrived in Atlanta, for instance, yesterday, and CNN was stunned to find out that all of the wait times had suddenly plummeted. Watch. Here's what happened on CNN yesterday.
CNN Reporter
Finally, we can take a deep breath here. The numbers have dropped off, the lines are getting shorter. I think the average wait time now is under 40 minutes. So if you have a flight to catch today, it's a good time to come to Hartsfield Jackson International talking about those ICE agents. You can see a few behind me right there. And then I'm going to walk you this direction and you can see some more of them gathered over here. This is what they've been doing for the most part today is doing the patrols around the airport, talking and gathering. Not really helping the public in the sense of that. They're not taking tickets from anybody. They're not interacting with the public. We've seen so far, they're not checking anyone's id.
Vince
The guy's standing outside security making that assessment. But the reality is, whatever functions TSA is serving at the air, sorry, ICE is serving right now at the airport, those are functions that free up TSA agents to do the job that they need to do, which is get passengers through security. So ICE being there is enough to help relieve so much of the pressure that's on tsa, which is wonderful. It's the same thing when we deploy the National Guard to the border. It frees up border patrol to actually do their jobs, at least traditionally when we were doing that, we don't have to do that anymore because the border's locked down thanks to President Trump. So thanks to the ICE agents. I know that I kept seeing reports yesterday, and this is what I was encouraging yesterday morning on the program, that if you run into an ICE agent at the airport, thank them. Thank them. And a lot of people have been doing that, thanking the ICE agents at the airports. Very happy to see them there and to support them. So that's been great news. Really great news. Yeah. No, the left is trying to, in these negotiations with the President of the United States. They're trying to hurt ice. They're trying to stop immigration enforcement. And among the things that they want to do is they want to, quote, unmask ICE agents, they want to bake it so that their identities are exposed. And you know what that means. That means that the weak and vicious minded people who form the base of the Democrat Party can then attempt to hurt their families, threaten them, dox them, and in some cases attempt to assassinate ICE agents, which we've seen over the last year. Really awful stuff. There's a reason ICE agents have to protect their identities. It's because the left is insane. That's why we have a left wing assassination culture. And Brandon Gill, who's just a remarkable Congressman, remarkable for his clarity of thought and expression, for sure. He posted this last night. He said, you know, banning ICE agents from wearing masks is an explicit invitation for left wing terrorists to dox, threaten and harm them and their families. Requiring ICE to get Article 3 judicial warrants. This is what the left is trying to do for a civil deportation would, for example, allow the illegal alien who just murdered Sheridan Gorman to evade ICE unless he commits an additional federal crime. These are the demands being made by Democrats to end the long lines at America's airports. And it's completely absurd. It's completely absurd. He rightly points out now. Yeah, for sure. This whole thing, what he's referencing here, judicial warrants, right now, the way that these, these people are being taken into custody is with administrative warrants. Typically that's, that's the way this happens. We get administrative warrants from an immigration judge. The left is trying to elevate, escalate the amount of hurdles required to take an illegal alien into custody, including and especially illegal aliens who already have final orders of deportation. They want, quote, judicial warrants. They want to gum up the works so much. Our justice system doesn't even have the capacity for this. They want to gum up the works so much that no illegal alien can be deported. And then they pretend like they're doing it because it's some sort of constitutional process. No, this is designed to stymie justice, which would be an unconstitutional act. And that's what the Democrats are up to. So Brandon Gill is right about this. I had Brandon Gill on the radio show this past week. There was some, apparently some conversation with the White House where the White House was saying, well, maybe, maybe we'll get, let the agents, you know, wear their name tags or take their masks off, but just everything else, leave them, leave them be. Maybe we'll do the security cameras, the, the body cameras. Look, as I said to the congressman and he agreed with me on the air, I was like, I don't like this whole thing about, like, exposing the identities of ICE agents. You know, if we were operating in a different world where there weren't so many risks to them, I would, it would make perfect sense to me. But right now we got to treat them like members of a gang unit whose job it is to take some of the worst of the worst into custody and to not have their identities exposed. You know how gang units will cover their faces when they make these raids and arrests because they need to protect themselves and their families. This is the situation we're dealing with right now. So, you know, no concessions. No concessions on that front. We have to protect our ICE agents who are doing amazing work. The other thing is this, is this judicial warrants, like, don't even fall for that. But the body cameras, body cameras are wonderful. Body cameras have proven over and over to actually demonstrate that the lion's share of men and women who, you know, don a uniform for law enforcement are actually doing their jobs well. And a lot of the accusations that the left launches at cops are just plainly false. The video shows that body cameras have turned out to be a very good thing for law enforcement. And I'm all for it. ICE agents wearing body cameras. So that's the quote, concession. It's a good thing because in the end, it'll demonstrate how good these guys are at their jobs. That's it. That's, that's, that makes a lot of sense to me. So stay strong in this Trump administration as you, as you engage in these ridiculous negotiations with the Democrats just to give DHS funding. Wild. All right, more ahead on all of it. And then I wanna talk to you about what's going on with Iran. The president, with some major breakthroughs this week, says that Iran is now negotiating a very high stakes negotiation playing out to bring an end to this entire war and to open up the Strait of Hormuz. We'll give you the details on it in just a moment here on this episode of Vince. It's great to have you with us. I wanna thank Rumble Wallet for being a great sponsor of our program, Rumble Wallet. I'm hearing rumblings this morning that there's a reconciliation deal perhaps being worked up where Republicans will be able to use the reconciliation process, as in a simple majority in the Senate, to achieve some of the spending things that they want to do, like DHS funding, maybe some elements with the Save America Act. Not quite a gavelin, but we'll gavel a little bit for it. We'll see. I'm going to keep an eye on this because you know, the reconciliation thing isn't the force of law. I want to be clear about this. It's not going to be the force of law that the Save America act would be. If they do any of this through reconciliation, they will use funding mechanisms to try and convince states to have election integrity. That's a different thing. It's not federal law requiring states to have election integrity. It would be funding incentives saying you could lose funding if you don't do this or you can gain funding if you do. That's a different construction. In fact, that's just to give you an example. You know why the drinking age is 21 in every state in America. You know that it's not a federal law that we have a 21 year old drinking age. It's that federal highway funding is actually conditioned on whether or not the driving age, the drinking age is 21. So every state followed suit. That's why the drinking age became 21, because the federal government used a funding mechanism to secure that, that this is what they're talking about right now. So we'll see. I'm going to keep an eye on this reconciliation thing and I would keep an eye especially on what President Trump says on Truth Social about that subject. There's a. So here's, here's the update for you that I'm, that I'm worried about, I'm concerned about. John Thune is squirming right now. John Thune is squirming. And one, I'm glad he's squirming because they were trying to ignore the Save America act entirely. But here's what we just got. This comes to us from a fellow called Burgess Everett over at Semaphore. He said yesterday afternoon, Thune says it's not realistic to link the Save America act with DHS funding, which is what President Trump asked for yesterday, because Save can't pass the Senate right now. Burgess says, quote, it's something that, I think there is almost unanimous agreement among Republicans on the policy. But the idea that we have to guarantee his passage in order to fund the government, I think you all know that's not realistic. Why is John Thune such a squish here? President I'm being nice. President Trump just said, guys, Democrats are under the gun for what they're doing to American air travel right now. Americans are blaming the Democrats, correctly, for shutting down DHS and inducing misery in the United States. We have leverage over them right now. Use it to score not only funding for DHS, but for the Save America Act. The priorities in the Save America Act. Here's your opportunity. What kind of negotiator is John Thune to then go out to the press and be like, yeah, that's not possible. Whose side of the table are you sitting on? Are you with us or you sit seated with the Democrats? Don't bring John Thune to a negotiation. By the way, if you're buying a car, a house, anything, don't bring Jonathan with you because he'll give away the ball game even before the negotiation is underway. What are you doing? Even if this is in any way a reality, why would you say it out loud? Join the president's side of the table, Thune. Come on, son. We only have a country to save. It's crazy. So I don't think we can do that. What are you, stop your whining. Join the fight. He's under pressure, though. I'll tell you what, the reason they're even chattering about this reconciliation thing right now is they're looking for a way out. We'll see. We'll see. We're keeping a close eye on this. So that's the Save America act today. Wild. All right, one more piece of election, one more big piece of election news for you. I'll get to Iran in a moment, but I want to do the Supreme Court case yesterday. There was a hearing yesterday in the United States Supreme Court, oral arguments yesterday about the practice of. That's that happens. You know how many states do this is like 15 states. There's a ton of states that allow ballots to come in after election day. After election day. They're counting ballots. What? Now, of course, you know this. I mean, I, I act shocked, not actually shocked, but I am appalled that this is an ongoing issue in the United States that ballots keep on coming in after election day. So yesterday you get a hearing on the whole subject in a moment. I'm going to go through it with you and, and why there's some cause for hope after yesterday's Supreme Court hearing that maybe we're going to get a pretty big fix in one sense for America's elections en route, whether or not we get the Save America Act. I've got the details on that coming up. Want to thank two more great sponsors and then we'll climb right into the Supreme Court story. This, this next sponsor I love, I'm wearing the T shirt today. Supreme Court yesterday, big Supreme Court hearing. We're going to keep receiving ballots after election day all across the country. What? Here's Harmeet Dhillon. She's the head of the Civil Rights division at the Justice Department, explaining exactly what was happening yesterday at the Supreme Court.
Harmeet Dhillon
Watch the practice of Mississippi. And by the way, parenthetically, many other states of allowing ballots to trickle in and be counted days and sometimes even up to three weeks after an election is inconsistent with our federal election statute. So in prior cases, the United States Supreme Court has addressed these types of issues. And Justice Kavanaugh wrote in a case in 2020 that these kinds of disparate trickling in and uncertainty and a wide swath of different kinds of laws creates uncertainty around elections and indeed undermines confidence in our election. We argued in our brief that because Congress has these laws that refer to an election day, election day should mean election day, meaning the last day by which ballots can be received by the state and processed. And so here, Mississippi allows it for five days. Some states allow it for 10 days up to 21 days. Eight states don't even require a postmark on mail ballots. So for those of you who are concerned about whether this would impact our military abroad being able to cast their ballots, it doesn't, because there's a special statute for that under federal law, so there's no preemption issue.
Vince
All right, so, okay, did she say anything that sounds crazy there? That sounds like it makes common sense. So you've got a situation where you've got all these states, some of which don't even require postmarks. What did you say? Eight states don't even require postmarks. They're receiving ballots after election day, and they're like, oh, yeah, let's count those. And she makes the most obvious point, which is, like, election day is supposed to be election day. It's a day. And then if you're worried about the military, any situation where we have forward deployed military, this is why the president keeps talking about if we're going to use absentee ballots, it's got to be for people who actually need it, like forward deployed military, okay, they can submit their ballot. We have federal laws that deal with the handling of military ballots because we got to make sure we take care of the men and women of the military, make sure their votes are counted. But beyond that, this idea, like, okay, we're counting ballots after election Day for random civilians. How about no? How about you get your ballot in on time? How about you get up off your rump and you go to your polling place and you vote? Why is that so hard? Do. Don't you expect the basics out of your kids? Like, you know, what do they get to mail in their term paper and it can show up five days after it was supposed to be submitted? Is that how it works? No. You get your term paper in on time, there's a deadline, get it in on time, you fail, you fail. That's it. It's like, you know, for. You would think for voting that we would have higher standards, but we don't. We have really lax, crappy standards in the United States of America. Some of the worst standards in the western world. So how did it go yesterday in the Supreme Court? Well, Samuel Alito, Supreme Court Justice Alito, great man. He brought up what you just heard me heard Harmony Dylan say it's election day. That's right. Mary Maria Nunn says it's election day. It's a day. Here's Sam Alito.
Sam Alito
Yesterday, we have lots of phrases that involve two words, the last of which, the second of which is day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, George Washington's birthday, Independence Day, birthday, and election Day. And they're all particular days. So if we start with that, if I have nothing more to look at than the phrase election day, I think this is the day in which everything is going to take place and. Or almost everything. And then we have three points in time. 1844, 1872, 1914. And we can ask what would people have thought on those days is meant by this phrase, election day? Which of those should we choose? Which of those dates should we choose?
Republican Lawyer
Well, I think you could choose any of the three. I mean, honestly, I think the single best one, if you're choosing just going to choose one, is 1872. And the reason I say that is because 1914 is the latest in time, but that's the one that Congress gave the least thought to.
Vince
Yeah, they're talking about various presidential elections, including Ulysses S. Grant. The point ultimately is what you just heard Sam Alito make, which is it's about election day. It's about election day. Let me also point out something else. You know, this idea that we have election month or election year or whatever the hell we're doing these days, you realize, like, fundamentally that that system deprives voters of a fulsome understanding of the candidates. They don't all go to the polls with the same understanding of who These candidates are. If you have a late breaking development about a candidate, you find out that they're completely corrupt or that like they've been unfaithful or something and that goes against your, your desire to vote for them or that they have some sort of policy that they were concealing from you. Whatever. The point is, the voters should be able to go to the polls with the same facts available to them. If you vote for a guy and then he drops out days later for whatever reason and the election's still a month away, well, you're screwed. You just cast your ballot for a guy who's not even in the race anymore. Voters should go to the polls with the benefit of all of the same facts, all of the same available facts. So this is why elections should be tight affairs. We should try and make it a single day with limited exceptions for people who just can't go to the polls. This is why we have a couple of absentee ballots. Other than that, get to the polls, election day. This like crazy system that we've devised in the United States only invites more fraud, which is what we're trying to tackle right now. So the Supreme Court, Sam Alito saying yesterday, this is crazy. And by the way, a lot of the conservative justices yesterday joined him, joined him on this. All right, so preacher retired is in our comments. He goes face plant time. You're right. Preacher retired. It is face plant time. Here is Sonia Sotomayor yesterday face planning in the United States Supreme Court because she tried at like this random gotcha moment with the Republican lawyer and he pointed out that what she is saying is insane.
Sonia Sotomayor
Listen, you believe that absentee voting by the military and overseas voters, the various laws that federal laws under which states have proceeded with respect to those votes are illegal. Or, or they're not saying what everybody has understood them to say that states can accept absentee ballots after the election. So military and overseas ballots.
Republican Lawyer
I don't think any vote is unlawful. Let me try to address how I think you would reconcile UACAVA with the election day statutes. And to start, I think it's important to recognize that UACAVA is not limited to the federal general election. So UACAVA applies to primary elections, to runoff elections and special elections, and federal general elections. The election day statutes only apply to the general federal election. So the way I would reconcile the two is to say that all the references in Yuacaba to state deadlines are perfectly fine, not preempted at all, not displaced at all, not even anomalous with respect to the Primaries, the runoffs, and special elections, then the court has a job to do in the federal general election as to say which is the specific, which is the general. I think the more logical way to do it would be to say that with the understanding in this court, if you decide in our favor that for the federal general election, the ballots have to be in by election day, I
Sonia Sotomayor
would say maybe we should have another president now. Because wasn't it in Florida that they were counting military votes after receipt?
Republican Lawyer
So, with all due respect, that is the reddest of red herrings, because what happened in the 2000 election in Florida is that pursuant to a consent decree that was entered by a federal court because Florida was violating the principal provision of uacava, which says you have to give the ballot, absentee ballots to the overseas voters 45 days in advance, because Florida was violating that, there had to be a consent decree to create a remedy that was not provided.
Sonia Sotomayor
What happened was that the judge made up the deadline, not the state.
Vince
So what you just heard is the Supreme Court equivalent of getting completely owned. Sonia Sotomayor got dunked on. She got posterized by that lawyer. And just to give you a sense of what some of the terms mean, uocava. You heard them keep referencing uocava. UOCAVA is a law. It's the Uniform and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. It is designed to make it. It's a law that's designed to tell us how we should handle people who send in absentee ballots from overseas, and particularly the military. Okay, so that's what UOCAVA is now. Under that law, you need enough time. The state needs to provide the ballots in advance of the election with enough time so you can actually get the ballots back in on time. She brought up Florida. Now, there was a weird moment. Sonia said, I'm sure it was like, well, we would have a different president. Now, what the hell are you talking about? That. The Florida thing she's talking about is the 2000 election. Bush, Gore, in. During that sequence of events, what they just described, basically, members of the military weren't given their Florida ballots overseas with enough time to actually cast them and get them back in time. And so a judge had to say, look, Florida violated the law here. You owe cava, which I just referenced, meant that they were entitled to those ballots 45 days in advance. They didn't have them. So the remedy that the court prescribed is you got to count some of these military ballots a little bit after election Day. You have to, because you as a state failed to Deliver them to the members of the military on time. They're entitled to participate in these elections. So Sonia Sotomayor, completely face planted yesterday in this. Looking for excuses for why? Well, actually, there's a whole bunch of reasons why we'd want to count ballots after an election. No, there's not. Only under an extraordinary circumstance where you're trying to, like, take care of the military who had their rights violated, would you do something like that? Beyond that, no. No. So the big finding yesterday, the Associated Press and everybody else says that basically the court is all leaning right now based on the oral arguments, all leaning towards stopping this practice. No more counting ballots after election day. You're an adult, you're a voter. Get your ballot in on time. It has to be in by election day. The voters deserve a clear understanding of who won the election. It can't be months after election day that the state finally renders a judgment. You can't do that. You need it quickly, you need it now. It's election day. So good. For the United States Supreme Court, some progress there. It's not over yet. It's not a fait accompli, but some very good indicators that we could be getting a meaningful fix to America's elections courtesy of the Supreme Court. And that could affect a lot of states. We're talking about what they say, 14 or 15 states. A lot. A lot of states affected by this. And, and that's good news. That's. That's very, very good news. Okay, let's see. There's other things we need to get to. We have to get. Let's. Let's get to Iran now, shall we? Let's get to Iran. President Trump has. Remember the sequence of events. Trump on Saturday threatens to blow up all the Iranian power plants. He says, I'm gonna do it by Monday night unless you stop your nonsense in the Strait of Hormuz by Monday morning. Yesterday morning, he puts out an announcement on Truth Social that suddenly Iran's playing ball. They're negotiating. And here's what we got from Axios yesterday. A report on the subject of what the negotiations look like. The United States is negotiating with a senior Iranian official, according to the President. Now, Iran is denying such talks, as I was telling you yesterday, but to hell with that. That doesn't mean anything. The Iranians lie about everything, including the distance at which their missiles can be fired. But the President says, yeah, they are negotiating. And the person allegedly with whom they're negotiating is the head of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghaliba. Steve Wyckoff and Jared Kushner have reportedly been in touch with. With this guy, according to an Israeli official. So the Israelis are apparently disclosing this to the press, that this is with this guy. Golly buff. Now, President Trump himself didn't say this guy's name and he was kind of intentional about it. He's not trying to draw too much attention to the person that they're negotiating with, including if it's golly bath. Listen to the President yesterday explaining they're talking to a top person and it's not the Supreme Leader. Cut five, watch a top.
Donald Trump
A top person. Don't forget we've wiped out the leadership. Phase one, phase two, and largely phase three. But we're dealing with the man who I believe is the most respected and the leader. You know, it's a little tough. They've wiped out. We've wiped out everybody. No, not the Supreme Leader. We don't. Well, nobody's ever. Nobody heard of the second Supreme Leader, the Sun.
Vince
Are these correct?
Donald Trump
Nobody. We have not heard from the Sun. Every once in a while you'll see a statement made, but we have not. We don't know if he's living. But the people that seem to be running it and they seem that based on really fact because things they've said have taken place.
Vince
Mr. President, again, Mr. President, I know you deployed this.
Donald Trump
I don't want him to be killed, okay? I don't want him to be killed. Mr. President, you deploy. Nobody wants to be that. Nobody wants that job right now. You know, nobody's exactly looking forward to being the head of that particular country, but perhaps we'll be able to solve that problem.
Vince
Yeah, nobody wants that job. And I don't want him to be killed. This is why I don't want to say his name right now. Now again the press is running around saying, well, the Israelis told us is Galiba. The Israelis told us this. So I checked this morning on. On this guy, Golly boss X account. He's swearing up and down. He's like, we're not negotiating. Our people demand the complete and humiliating punishment of the aggressors. No negotiations with America have taken place, he says. But then I'm looking down at the comments, guys, have you seen the comments under this dude's post? It's a bunch of like pro Iranian regime nutjobs. Like people. They're all writing in Persian. It's all being translated by X. Thank you. Elon Musk attacking him, saying that he's a traitor who got the Dear Leader killed. It's, look at this. They're just like endless comments attacking this guy by, in people speaking in Persian, a bunch of Iranian regime bots attacking him, saying that, accusing him of, like, how dare you deal with the Americans. Look, I hope, I hope President Trump can, can handle this. I, I, I have a lot of faith in this guy, you know, and, but the president wants, he wants somebody to negotiate with here. He wants to bring an end to this. Now, one of the most interesting details about this Axios report, they're not the only ones to report this, is that according to their Israeli source, these, basically, you've got Wyckoff and Kushner who might be going to meet with Golubov in, in the Middle east as, as early as later this week. And if they go, they might be joined by the Vice President of the United States, J.D. vance. J.D. vance. So J.D. vance may be involved, may, may not just be involved, maybe leading negotiations with the Iranians here. And if that's the case, that what, what has happened is President Trump has once again entrusted J.D. vance with a very massive mission. That's a big deal. So he's got these two huge missions he's dealing with right now. One, he's gotta solve all this fraud in the United States and bring the fraudsters to justice. He's, the frauds are now. And then two, if this is true, he's also got to help navigate how do we bring about peace with Iran. That's, you don't give that to somebody who's, who's terrible at everything. You don't give that to Kamala Harris. You give it to a guy like J.D. vance, a guy who's highly competent. And it's interesting to me, you know, in all of the, in the world where everybody's speculating about who, who's going to be the next Republican nominee for president. Well, first of all, it's a couple of years away. We'll deal with it when we get there. Who does Donald Trump like? Well, I don't know. President Trump keeps entrusting Marco Rubio and J.D. vance with the biggest jobs on planet Earth. So I just think it's great that he's got a great team around him that he can trust and interesting to see here this development. So keep your eyes on that this week. That's a very, that's a very big detail as well. So what does the President want out of a deal with Iran? Well, here he gave us an outline yesterday, cut six. Listen to what he had to say.
Donald Trump
We're looking for all of the things that we've been talking about. We want to see no nuclear bomb, no nuclear weapon, not even close to it, low key in the missiles. We want to see peace in the Middle East. We want the nuclear dust. We're going to want that. And I think we're going to get that. We've agreed to that. Yeah, we're getting. We've agreed to that.
Vince
You want the enriched uranium before you can end this?
Donald Trump
We want no enrichment, but we also want the enriched uranium where, if this happens, it's a great start for Iran to build itself back. And it's everything that we want. And it's also great for Israel and it's great for the other Middle Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia, uae, Qatar, all of them, Kuwait and Bahrain in particular. So it's great for all of them.
Vince
And all of those countries, by the way, not all of them, but certainly a healthy percentage of them, they are involved right now reportedly as mediators between Iran and the United States. The Middle east wants this settled up. They do not want this chaos in their neighborhood. They want Iran to stop. They've wanted it for years and they're very grateful that the United States is finally doing something about, about it. So there's a, there are a lot of forces at work here to try and bring about a peace, get the Strait of Hormuz opened up. The president said yesterday that Iran has agreed, he said actively that the Iranians have agreed. The regime, whatever's left of it, has agreed not to have a nuclear weapon. Take a listen to the president. Yesterday you said there's many points of agreement with Iran right now. What can you give us a many?
Donald Trump
Like 15 points. 15 points. Well, they're not going to have a nuclear weapon. That's number one. That's number one. Two and three, they will never have a nuclear weapon. They've agreed to that.
Vince
They've agreed to that. Well, that seems like a gigantic piece of breaking news. There's the president announcing it yesterday. And then the Strait of Hormuz. What about 20% of the world's oil supply that flows through the Strait of Hormuz? Here's the President on the fact that he, he says it will be jointly controlled if this plan goes well. Watch.
Donald Trump
And who's in control of it?
Vince
Will Iran still be able to control the flow of oil?
Donald Trump
Be jointly controlled by whom? Maybe me. Maybe me. Me and the ayatollah. Whoever the ayatollah is, whoever the next ayatollah. Look. And it'll also be a form of a A very serious form of a regime change. Now, in all fairness, everybody has been killed from the regime. Regime. They're really starting off there's automatically a regime change. But we're dealing with some people that I find to be very reasonable, very solid. The people within know who they are, they're very respected, and maybe one of them will be exactly what we're looking for. Look at Venezuela, how well that's working.
Vince
Okay, I think this is one of the most fascinating clips we've played all day. The President is clearly threading a needle here. He's threading a needle. Notice the words he used. He said that the Strait of Hormuz will be jointly controlled, perhaps by me, no doubt. He's saying the United States is going to exert the most influence on this subject. And by the new ayatollah, whoever that is. The new ayatollah. Now, what does that mean? That means the mullahs will continue to wield power under that construction. The mullahs. Now, who's the leader? How much has the regime changed? Well, it's changed dramatically. Everybody's dead. Lots of people are dead. So, like, the actual leadership is going to change pretty dramatically. And the president's goal is to soften them up enough that we actually get somebody we can work with for the long term. But he is not engaged in a complete regime change operation where we take out all of the mullahs, we get rid of that, we try and restore the shah or anything like that. That's not what he's doing. He's trying to do what he did. He just did. You hear what he said? He referenced Venezuela, where they take out Maduro, they keep that lady, the second in command, in charge, and they say, okay, we're going to work with the commie lady. We'll leave her in charge. We'll keep the fundamentals, the skeleton of that regime in place, but we'll get them to be more obedient to U.S. policy, U.S. priorities and making, you know, making life better for the Venezuelan people. That's what he wants to do in Iran as well. So this isn't one of those things where it's like Iraq, where it's de Ba'. Athification. We're going to wipe out the whole Ba'ath party. We're going to purge every reminder of it. We're going to tear down all the statues, we're going to destroy all the infrastructure. The president's like, no, no, no. That way lies chaos. We've seen what that looks like before. We're not doing that. So I pay attention to his language. I think it's very, very specific. He, he's saying, look, fundamentally the regime is changing because everybody who was at the top is dead. But we're leaving an ayatollah in place. There's going to be an ayatollah. We're going to have to work with them. So I think that's a really big indicator of how the president is trying to navigate towards the end of this conflict right now. So that's all very fascinating and glad to see the president engaged in this. There's reporting Benjamin Netanyahu posted to X yesterday that he spoke with President Trump in the last 24 hours. Actually, Monday morning he spoke with him. He said that President Trump, he disclosed that President Trump believes there's an opportunity now to leverage all of the achievements of the war to attain an agreement with Iran that will, quote, safeguard our vital interests. He's directing this to the Israeli people. At the same time we continue to strike both in Iran and in Lebanon. We are crushing their missile program, said Netanyahu. So Netanyahu, confirming that he spoke with the president as well as President Trump says, I'm, I'm working my way towards an agreement here, which is a very, very big deal. One more thing for you and then we've got to get, we've, I got a lot more to get to on the big national radio show today. Holy crap. I got, I really wish we could do this show for two hours today. I've got, I really do have a lot. But let me just share just a great story with you. You remember Old Dominion University, the terror attack that took place recently, that part's not great, but the way it was stopped, just good old fashioned American heroism. Yet ROTC cadets at Old Dominion who were in that room, as that lunatic goes into the room, that Islamist Iranian psychopath. No, Sierra Leone. That's right, he's from Sierra Leone. But Islamist psychopath goes in there and starts opening fire on the room and the cadets stab him to death. One of the cadets pull a knife and stabs this guy to death right there in the room. God bless him. He brought a knife to a gunfight and he won. And this week there's, this is a very little notice story. So I just want to bring it attention. Those ROTC guys were all given medals for their heroism by the Trump administration. Look at this. For those of you on Rumble, you can see the photo of this here. The Secretary of the army as well as the sergeant Major of the army this weekend awarded eight meritorious service medals and two Purple Hearts to the cadets from Old Dominion university, the Army ROTC, during a private ceremony on March 22. So that would have been on Sunday. The cadets from ODU were recognized for their bravery and their sacrifice during the March 12 shooting incident in their ROTC classroom. Guys, they're in ROTC. They're. They're not even fully in the service yet. These guys already have meritorious service medals and Purple Hearts. Isn't that an amazing story? God bless these guys. And do I have. And Majors. Majors here too. Guys, look at this. I'm sorry. Let me. Let me get Major in here. Allison dropped Major off. Let me get the Major Cam. Go, Major. Come here, buddy. Major's in the house today. Major's always in the house. He just doesn't always stop by the program. Major. Major is the single best dog I've ever had. Major's a good boy. Anyway, Major loves you guys. I love having you guys. The best audience anywhere. Thanks for being here with me. I've got the big national radio show today. We're gonna do that at 12 to 3 Eastern Time. Major will be here. Sometimes if you're listening to the radio show, you can hear the dogs barking in the background. I used to be really concerned about that. I'd be like, oh no, the dogs are barking now. I'm like, whatever. It's a part of the show. It's a part of the show. We've got the big national radio show, 12 to 3 Eastern time. If you want to join me for it, go to the vinshow.com, find your local radio affiliate or join us on rumble rumble.com vince. We start that video broadcast live at 1pm each each day. 1pm you can join the chat for that. And then we've got Dan Bongino's great program that's on Rumble. 10 o', clock, rumble.com bongino and then at noon Eastern time, which is coincidentally the same time, doing the radio show. That's when Haley Karenia is on Rumble. Rumble.com Haley Rumble.com/haley. Haley with two Y's. Why? Because she's so awesome. She's great. What a great team we have here at Silverlock. And I will be joining Dan Bongino tomorrow on his podcast and on the 10am show. So if you haven't had your fill of me yet, maybe you will by the time I get through with Bongino tomorrow. It's going to be great. Thanks as always for being with us. Really. Again, the best audience anywhere. You guys are great. You guys are great. I've got a lot more to discuss, including big news today, and maybe we'll get to some summary of it tomorrow. You remember Arctic Frost? You know that Jack Smith operation to spy on President Trump and everybody around him and every Republican senator and congressman they can get their hands on? Yeah. There's a big hearing today in the United States Senate set for this morning, and we just found out news that Cash Patel, the director of the FBI, every facet of his life was being spied upon by Jack Smith. Everything. His, his text messages, his phone, his email accounts, his finances, everything. These lunatics were completely out of control. And I got more information coming up about that on the radio show today. We'll get to it. As always, thanks for being with me. Talk to you tomorrow. TSA agents share stories of hardship (“I had to sell my car to pay my mortgage,” “I can’t afford basic groceries,” “My wife had to go back to work”), sourced via Benny Johnson.
Trump Administration’s Solution: ICE agents redeployed to 14 major airports to support TSA—ostensibly to help with lines, with the added effect of arresting illegal migrants.
Left’s reaction: Outrage over ICE presence, viral arrest video at SFO (San Francisco Airport) misrepresented by critics but clarified to involve a family with an outstanding deportation order since 2019.
[11:30–16:30]
Vince lampoons the uproar: “You can tell... I know everything about her voting history... this little busybody in San Francisco Airport.” (12:03)
Clarification: The SFO viral incident predated the ICE deployment, involved a family resisting ICE as they faced deportation since 2019. DHS statement confirms facts.
Tom Holman (former ICE acting director) praises Trump’s ICE move:
ICE presence allows TSA to focus, reducing wait times dramatically. CNN even admits:
[18:00–24:00]
Vince details the left’s push to “unmask” ICE agents—a security threat, citing leftist doxxing and past assassination attempts.
Left also wants to require full Article III judicial warrants to detain/deport, not just administrative warrants, making removals nearly impossible.
[33:00–42:00]
