Everybody, welcome to Vince on a Wednesday.
Jim Rome
Great to have you with us as always.
Vince
Hello, everybody. We've got a mighty show ahead for you. The president of the United States last week said we have massive problems in our elections. And Democrats this week just admitted, yeah, we've got massive problems in our elections. Is it time to pass the Save America act yet? The answer to that is a resounding. Oh yes, indeed it is. We'll have more details on all of that coming up here on the program. Also, the the war in Iran. Pete Hegseth shows up in Congress yesterday and says, hey, we need some more money at the Pentagon. And he got involved in some, some crazy exchanges with the lawmakers there. I've got some information on that. And then very importantly today, a close look at the National Museum of American History. We did that here on the program already. You know how demented that museum is right now and how destructive it is. But yesterday the woman who runs the operation hauled before Congress and boy, you've got to see these clips. We've got so much to get to. All ahead on this edition of Vince, good morning. Good morning everybody. Good morning to the chat. Good to see everybody from all across the fruited plane. We've got a mighty show. Let's dive into it. I want to thank the great sponsors who make the program possible. That includes quints. One thing I love about summer is how effortless everything feels. The governor there, Democrat Mikey Sherrill, admitting yesterday, you remember when President Trump said we had thousands of non citizens on the voter rolls? Well, it turns out we have thousands of non citizens on the voter rolls. Remember last week, Thursday, President Trump disclosed that in just four states in our country, there are over a quarter million non citizens on the voter rolls right now. Now, the Trump administration, Harmony Dillon, the Justice Department, they've been trying to gain access to all of these voter rolls across the country in order to establish who's an American citizen, who's a non citizen. Let's get rid of the people who are not supposed to be there. And many of these states have been very recalcitrant. They don't want to give up the data. They don't want to expose the fact that they have very dirty voter rolls. And the state of New Jersey, interestingly says that they just discovered last week, the very week that President Trump gave this epic speech, that, oh, we have thousands of non citizens on our voter rolls. Here's the New Jersey governor yesterday admitting a detail that we all sort of knew anyway. Watch.
Governor Mikey Sherrill
In June of 2023, nearly three years before I became governor, a serious software error in New Jersey's motor vehicle system led to the improper voter registration of what we believe to be roughly 6,600 people in our state. When New Jerseyans applied for a driver's license or identification at the mvc, they were asked if they wanted to register to vote. In the case of this error, the some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway.
Vince
What? Help me understand, help me understand what the hell that means. So they're going to the DMV to get a driver's license, and in the process, the software asks them if they're a citizen or not. They say no, and then they're automatically registered to vote. What, how does that, how does that system work exactly? That's 6,600 people who fit that category, she claims. The other thing is, she says that they also got party registrations, that they were registered as Democrats. And then she also says also Republicans and Independents. Yeah, I'm sure. Can I see the data breakdown on that subject? I want to see exactly how many were registered for each party. That would be helpful, thanks, but I don't. In the end, it doesn't functionally matter. None of them should be registered to vote at all for any party. But if the system. You just said that they were accidentally registered to vote, were they accidentally made Democrats too? Can you give us a little bit more explanation than what you just offered yesterday? 6,600 people. And those are just the ones who said, no, I'm not a U.S. citizen. You, you ready for a big follow up question? How many non citizens lied? How many non citizens checked, yes, I'm a citizen on that screen. How many, how many non citizens were registered to vote regardless of what they indicated on a screen? How about some answers there? We didn't get those yesterday. Now, she passed the buck, of course. She said, this wasn't my fault. This happened under Phil Murphy. She, she didn't say his name, but that's who she meant. The previous administration, you'll remember, Democrat New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy was the guy who said that the Constitution was above his pay grade, that he doesn't have time for the Constitution. Well, that's obvious. That's pretty obvious. And that's true of, I think, all Democrat governors across the country. And this woman, Mikey Sherrill, is now saying, well, we just discovered it now. What else did they just discover? Air quotes. What else did they just discover? Well, they also just discovered that among the 6,600 people who were non citizens who were registered to vote in New Jersey, she says around 400 of them also cast ballots. 400. So hundreds of non citizens at least. At least. And you know, she's understating the scale of the problem dramatically. Hundreds of non citizens at least have interfered in American elections. What, did they slip and fall on a ballot? How does that work? So they were accidentally registered to vote and they subsequently accidentally voted. Come on, make it make sense. Make it make sense. And so this, of course, is just the beginning of revelations that indicate a massive, massive problem in our elections. And it certainly feels like she's trying to get ahead of something, doesn't it? Don't you get the sense that this announcement is coming at a tactically important time for the Democrats in New Jersey? We've got to get this out now before it gets out some other way. We've got to get this out now before the Justice Department reveals this. We've got to get this out now so we control the narrative around it. And narrative control, that's definitely on the agenda. Watch what she said after she announced that thousands of non citizens are on the voting rolls. She said, but Donald Trump and his supporters are a bunch of conspiracy theorists. Watch this.
Governor Mikey Sherrill
Let me be clear. Donald Trump has zero credibility on the issue of election integrity. For the past 10 years, he's cried wolf and peddled bizarre conspiracy theories about fraud with no evidence. Consequences of Trump's lies. On January 6th, I was in the Capitol when he and his followers tried to steal the election and put the lives of hundreds of members of our law enforcement at risk.
Vince
The high holy day of The American Left, January 6th. That's Mikey Sheryl. So Mikey Sheryl says he engages in conspiracy theories without evidence. I'm sorry, what did you just present to the American people? Just a moment ago, you presented something. What is that word? It begins with an E. What could she possibly be sharing? Oh, that's right. It's fricking evidence. You just shared the evidence. You just confirmed that the President was telling us the truth on Thursday night. And. And then you go on to say the President's doing nothing but lying without any evidence whatsoever. Do you hear yourself? This is the way these lefties operate. This is a phase. This is a phase. We're. We're engaged in what Michael Anton calls the celebration parallax, aren't we? At some point, we're going to get to the end of this thing and they're going to tell us, oh, yeah, of course. There's a lot of it happening, and it's a great thing. Non citizens voting. They live in these communities, too. They should have a say. First of all. No, they shouldn't. But you know that's coming. You know that's coming. In fact, there are jurisdictions already in the United States run by Democrats that allow non citizens to vote in municipal elections. As a matter of law, they allow that. It's crazy. Dictating your community's operations and future should only be left to American citizens. That's common sense. And yet the left is looking to destroy what it means to be a citizen. They're attacking that at its core. So we go from this isn't happening to a little bit of it is happening, but it doesn't make a difference too soon. A lot of it is happening, and it's a great thing. The celebration parallax. We're on that course right now. We're on that course right now. And so there's Mikey Sheryl yesterday telling us all of these things at the same exact time. Now, normal people reacted to yesterday and thought, okay, well, can we get the Save America Act? Because that kind of seems like a valuable way to resolve this crisis. And here's JD Vance yesterday making the most obvious point in the world. Thank you to the Vice President, if there was only a way to stop this type of software error. He says, I love it's in quotes. That allowed non citizens to vote in our elections. Yeah. How does a software error allow non citizens to vote? Again, he says. I hope Senators Cory Booker and Senator Andy Kim will join us in voting to pass the Save America act to ensure that only eligible American voters can participate in New Jersey elections and all elections across the United States. That ain't happening. That ain't happening. Cory Booker, no Spartacus is not joining the Save America Act. Senator Andy Kim ain't joining the Save America Act. Not happening. Why? Because they're Democrats. They're perfectly content with fraud. In fact, to the extent that they're willing to admit it, they'll admit very small things so as to claim that, you know. Oh, oh, we're very concerned about this liars bull. 6,600. We're scratching the surface. 400 votes. That's nothing. Let's get the real data. Let's get the real data. And there's an effort underway to get the real data. More on that in just a moment. But the, the White House did also put out a statement yesterday on all of this via their Rapid Response 47 account. Can't recommend it enough, by the way. It's a great account. They said. Yet another reason to pass the Save America Act. It would require states to submit their voter rolls to the USCIS and the DHS SAVE system for citizenship verification, which New Jersey currently does not do. You know, if New Jersey would just work with the American people, none of this would ever happen. But they didn't. They refused to. And now they're admitting this little small ball stuff. They're admitting it again. Why explore the timing flag the timing of all of this. I think what this is going to come back and really going to matter. They were getting ahead of something yesterday. Democrats don't just volunteer that non citizens are all over their voter rolls for no reason. We could have prevented this exact scenario from happening in the first place, says Rapid Response 47 the White House. Mm mm. Now, how is the legacy media responding to all of this? Well, they're downplaying it, obviously. Last night over on ABC News, our friend Jorge Bonilla capturing this from the ABC News report. Check out the way these guys covered it. This is the Media Research Centers. Jorge Bonilla capturing ABC News as coverage last night. Take a look at this

the election error revealed here in the Northeast. New Jersey's governor tonight revealing more than 6,000 non citizens were mistakenly added to the voter rolls in that state. So how did this happen and how many actually voted?
Mary Bruce
Here's Mary Bruce tonight, New Jersey Governor Mikey Sherrill revealing that because of a computer error, about 6,600 non citizens applying for a driver's license were also improperly reg registered to vote.
Governor Mikey Sherrill
In the case of this error, some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway.
Mary Bruce
The governor says about 400 of those non citizens actually voted, but that there's no evidence their votes swayed any elections. What she says officials became aware.
Vince
First of all, like, did you spend any time actually examining? There's no evidence. We don't want to talk about it. You didn't present much to us. You gave us the bare minimum here and told us, don't worry, we've got it covered. No, we are worried and we don't believe you.
Mary Bruce
The issue last week and that all 6,600 people are being scrubbed from the voter rolls.
Governor Mikey Sherrill
We don't deflect, deny or exploit problems for our own gain. We find them and we fix them.
Jake Tapper
Please.
Mary Bruce
The White House says the episode, quote, underscores the absolute necessity of the Save America Act. President Trump's bill requiring voter ID and proof of citizensh citizenship. The president has been amping up his unproven claims of widespread election fraud.
Vince
Well, hold on a second. What do you mean unproven? In the same segment that you're doing right now, you just admitted that there are thousands, at least of noncitizens on the voter rolls. The president just gave a speech where he said that very thing. He said there's a quarter million across four states. So this is confirmation of what the president has been saying and you are treating him like he's some whack job conspiracy theorist. Do you see the game that's being played before our very eyes? It's the same crap all the time. You get a mountain of evidence in front of you that President Trump is right and then you just keep demonizing him as if he's the whack job
Mary Bruce
at the table, pointing a finger at
Donald Trump
China of China's sinister election meddling.
Mary Bruce
Just three months ago, Trump heaped praise on China's longtime leader Xi Jinping.
Donald Trump
You're a great leader. I say it to everybody. You're a great leader. Sometimes people don't like me saying it, but I say it anyway because it's true.
Mary Bruce
Today, asked if China will now face consequences for their alleged election meddling, Trump brushing it off.
Donald Trump
Well, we're going to talk to him about it. It took place a long time ago. I think China is maybe a little bit different today than it was then.
Vince
But you know that, that Q and A. So obviously I can see why ABC dwells on it. They're trying to make this into a big scandal for President Trump. But to be really clear about the sequence of events yesterday, that question about China came from our White House correspondent, Reagan Reese. In fact, I was talking to Reagan about this yesterday morning and she raised this. She's like, I want to ask him about China, whether or not they're going to be consequences for the theft of 220 million American citizens voter files. And I said to Reagan, I said that's a great question. You should definitely ask it. I was like, but my instincts tell me that the President is, is probably not going to announce any new sanctions against China. And in fact was using the disclosure of this detail to create domestic pressure to get the Save America act passed. Because that's what the President really wants. He's trying to stop any country from, not just China, from interfering in the United States of America in our elections. And that's why he wants the Save America act to secure our elections, to make sure only American citizens are participating and to purge non citizens, Chinese and otherwise, for from our voting rolls. That's the President's goal here. And so I bet you when you ask him about this, he'll probably take a pass on any announcements on, on punishments for China and once again reiterate the Save America Act. And that's exactly what he did. My predictive powers boom proved useful once again. And thank you to Reagan for asking that very important question. Of course, ABC turns around and they're like, this President's so unserious. There's no problems in America's elections. And, and to the extent that any problems exist, he's not confronting China. They just turned this into a gigantic Trump derangement syndrome session. Instead of acknowledging that President Trump has been right and when it comes to China, that President Trump is once again engaged in a multi front war with this country, he's trying to figure out how to navigate a relationship with a country that we are so entangled with. The guy's constantly juggling chainsaws and catching the handles. And this is in the ABC coverage, this kind of like two dimensional Trump derangement syndrome animated segment. It really doesn't tell you any of that.
Mary Bruce
And David, back to New Jersey. The governor there says they are now scrubbing their voter rolls and she vows this will never happen again. Saying when they find problems, they fix them.
Congressman Tim Burchett
David.
Vince
Mary Bruce live at the White House tonight.
Jasmine Crockett
Mary, thanks.
Vince
So they give us two minutes of just unmitigated nonsense about all of this when the reality is go ahead and put your hats on that say Trump is right about everything. ABC should just get, get some hats for the whole crew and everyone just put them on on set. Trump was right again. Trump was right again. Trump was right about non citizens on the voting rolls. And we're just getting the beginning pieces of this now. What's it going to take to get more pieces of this? Well, it's going to take the states cooperating with the federal government whether they want to or not. Whether they want to or not. I've got more details on that in just a moment. We'll get there. Harmee Dhillon is all over this over at the United States Justice Department. Before I get there though, one more look at our media, the whack jobs in the press. So that was abc. There's also cnn. CNN did a version of this too. Now just to give you a sense and Western lensman really helped us with this with his wonderful account. Take a look here. This is the way CNN has been covering President Trump's concerns about our elections. This is, this is recently CNN saying the idea that non citizens are on the voting rolls, there's no evidence for this. The Republicans here are talking about a
Jake Tapper
solution to a non existent problem. Again, Jake, to make it very clear, this country does not have a problem of election security in any measurable level and certainly not based on, on people coming from other countries. Right. It happens, but that very, very minuscule numbers. It's not a serious threat when it comes to election security. Again, it happens, but very self managingly small. So small that it's, it's just beyond comparison.
Vince
This is supposed to be a news operation. They're completely disinterested in what the truth is and they're entirely interested in what can we do to help Democrats. So that's what it was before the New Jersey disclosure yesterday. And now the New Jersey disclosure comes out and Jake Tapper says on air actually this isn't good for Democrats. Here he is yesterday. This is, and by the way, this is one of those Jake Tapper moments. You know, Jake Tapper does this from time to time. Like that one moment on CNN where he admitted that the Charlottesville hoax was a hoax. Remember that? That was, that was, Jake Tapper admitted it. He's like actually the, that the President did condemn neo Nazis and White supremacists. Everyone should know that. He said that once and then never repeated it. Here is CNN yesterday.
Jake Tapper
But Mikey Sherrill, the governor of New Jersey made this announcement today. Surprising announcement. Nearly 400 non citizens voted in New Jersey elections as a result of what she calls a serious software error. Governor Sherrill posted this quote, quote, as the Trump administration tries to weaponize elections for political gain, I am ensuring we protect our election. She goes on to say, the difference is simple. When we find a problem, we don't hide it denied or invent conspiracies. We investigate it, we fix it and we tell the public. I have to say though, for Democrats, I'm not saying that the Save America, the save act is going to pass.
Congressman Tim Burchett
Yeah.
Jake Tapper
But this is not good for Democrats argument that there's no such thing as undocumented immigrants voting.
Vince
This is not good for our country generally. I would say even better. Who is this woman? You see this woman, she's, she's trying to dance away from the culpability for Democrats. This is not good for the country generally. She says. Well, wait a second, hold on a second. We know that. We knew that detail. We're talking in particular about Democrats who've been lying about this subject. And then Mikey, Sheryl just admitted yesterday, actually thousands of noncitizens are on my voting roll.
Donald Trump
Is not.
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
It is.
Vince
This is a terrible problem to have. I think she handled it correctly. Of course. Of course she thinks that. Who are you? Social Hina Hosa, Political commentator. Social goes out of her way to say, by the way, I know how to pronounce her name because that's what they name. The chip company is called Social. You ever see that? Actually, pretty good chips. Pretty good tortilla chips. But Socialists yesterday. This is a problem for America. It's really not about the Democrat Party. It is specifically about the Democrat Party. Specifically about the Democrat Party. Okay, so what's harming Dylan doing about this? I'm glad you asked. I've got the details on that coming up here in just a moment on another mighty edition of Vince where that thing that never happens just happened. Again, more to get to. I want to thank Goldbelly for being a great sponsor of our program. We love, we love Gold Belly, don't we? We love Gold Belly. Have you heard about this? It's an amazing site. They celebrate the best of America. They ship our country's most iconic foods from legendary restaurants to straight to your door anywhere in the United States. All right, so, yeah, so you've got SO SHIELD and CNN and ABC trying to downplay all of this, but Harmony Dylan ain't trying to downplay anything. Army Dylan has been fighting to get answers here on behalf of the Trump administration, the American people. Remember, she's the head of the Civil Rights division of the Justice Department. Thank God we have a real civil rights person in charge, not one of these left wing whack jobs. And Harmeet had this to say yesterday in reaction to the news. Here's how she saw it. She sent a letter. Even Today's New Jersey Governor Sherrill stated that 400 non citizens voted in our elections. This is unacceptable and illegal. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department is investigating this unlawful dilution of American votes. And she goes on to send this letter to Mikey Sherrill that formal formally requests within five business days the following information. For all 6,600 individuals identified, Harmony Dhillon is demanding their full names, dates of birth, nationalities, residential addresses, registration dates and locations. Also for the 400 you say voted when and where they voted and if by mail the certification and signature required under New Jersey law. Additionally, please treat this correspondence as a preservation request and all records related to today's disclosure. Further, we will also be informing the district court in the United States v. Caldwell of today's disclosure. It provides an additional basis for the Civil Rights Division to obtain an electronic copy of New Jersey's statewide voter registration list which to date, New Jersey election officials have failed to produce pursuant to the Civil Rights act of 1960. Regards, Harmony Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General, Civil Rights Division. Okay, so what is this about? A couple elements. One, it's a. It's a preservation demand. Don't you destroy anything. We want to see all of it. Two, send us every last detail you can about what you admitted to yesterday. And three, we're going to be sending this to the court as well, because we got a big case underway right now. It's called United States v. Caldwell. Now, what is United States v. Caldwell? This is the, the New Jersey specific iteration of the battle that Harmony Dillon and the Trump administration has been waging with all of these blue states across the country. And in fact, let me, let me show you here. The ACLU summarized it. No, the ACLU is a Democrat front group, so take it for what it's worth. But they are summarizing the case here in. They, of course, reiterated in the most demented way possible. But take a look. Here's the ACLU goofy website and they, they describe this. They say what's at stake. The Department of Justice sued the state of New Jersey seeking private confidential voter data. Actually, no. It's a matter of public record who is registered to vote in the United States of America because we're trying to safeguard our elections for you. Ready for it, Americans. DOJ's efforts appear to be a part of an effort to build a national voter database without congressional authorization and to improperly question the validity of state voter rules. Now, that's again, a lie. We're trying to properly question the validity of state voter rolls. The summary here. DOJ sued New Jersey. They were seeking the state's voter rolls, including large amounts of, they could say, private voter data. Private voter data such as Social Security information. DOJ's lawsuit follows a July 2025 letter from the DOJ seeking the entire unredacted New Jersey voter roll. DOJ began sending such demands to dozens of states over the summer of 2025. This is great news. That means that the Trump administration wasted no time. They arrived in office and they started promptly demanding all of the voter data across the country to make sure that only American citizens have the voting franchise. Then, when the states refused to comply voluntarily, they began filing rounds of lawsuits against states with Democratic administrations in September of 2025. Again, great news. DOJ's lawsuit appears to be connected to governmental efforts to create a national voter database without congressional authorization. Okay, this is also a lie. We have congressional authorization. It dates back to the Civil Rights act of 1960. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department has the lawful authority to make sure that American citizens and their voting rights are protected. And that's what Harm Meet Dylan is doing. And then the ACLU goes on to say that a bunch of left wing advocacy groups are fighting back against making sure that voters are protected. The League of Women Voters of New Jersey Latino Action Network and an individual New Jersey voter sought to intervene to defend against this potential violation of voter privacy. The voters and organization are represented by the aclu, which I think which I thought stood for American Civil Liberty Union. Do you see all of the insanity built into this entire fight? So you get the New Jersey governor saying, yeah, we've got thousands of non citizens on the voter rolls. And then who turns around and says that Donald Trump has been lying about non citizens on the voter rolls? Which one is it? This is incoherent. And then you've got an actual civil rights champion in the Justice Department fighting for civil liberties. Harmey Dhillon, seeking voter information to make sure that only American citizens are voting. And who's fighting back against her? The so called American Civil Liberties Union. Which isn't fighting for the civil liberties of American. They're fighting for non citizens to interfere in our elections.

Jim Rome takes on sports. I will always have a complicated relationship with this game, but people evolve. So do sports. Do not make me regret this. Do not make me devolve back to that guy that so many clones wish that I still was. And do not embarrass the entire country. Now I can go back. I can get there fast. Lose tonight and you got a real problem. Do not blow it.

The Jim Rome show podcast to warn, follow and listen on your favorite platform. Armaan Dillon is fighting back against this big time. Big time. And you know something? She needs backup. Not the Justice Department. President Trump. They shouldn't be the only ones doing this. We should have Republican senators rushing to pass the Save America act right now. Again, the Save America Act. And yet we don't have that. Why? You know, after the President gave that speech on Thursday, you would have thought, okay, now the dam has to break. Now you people have to finally be convinced. Will you please finally stop being so lazy? Get off your ass, do the job. I got bad news for you. We're gonna stay on these people. But here's the latest. This is from NBC. They went and talked to a bunch of these Republican senators. Sahil Kapoor, who is a reporter for NBC News. He said new Trump's primetime speech fails to unlock votes to pass the Save America Act. Did it change the Senate Dynamic. No, John Cornyn tells NBC, we don't have the votes. So Cornyn, who just got fired by Texas voters, tells us, no, we don't have the votes. We can't do it. Okay, what are you doing to get them? Mr. Remember John Cornyn pretending like he wanted to pass the Save America Act? Remember that? Remember when he was pretending like he wanted to take the floor and do the speaking? Filibuster. Remember when he said he wanted to get rid of the filibuster? He thinks it's that important. We got to pass the Save America act, remember? And then he wrote, he wrote a column for a New York paper indicating that that was his position. And that was during the campaign when he was still hoping to earn President Trump's endorsement. He failed to get it, and then he lost, rightfully so. And here's John Cornyn being like, ah, whatever. We don't have the votes, and we got Thumbelina. Thumbelina tells NBC. Look at these guys all talking to NBC. Not at all. There's no way you can get this implemented in time for this election. And I sure don't support it being in reconciliation, says Tom Bellina. Thanks, Tom. Thanks for the, thanks for the awful work. What a disgraceful tenure in the United States Senate. He, too, is leaving this year. Then you have Mike Rounds. He says the information Trump presented has been, oh, we knew about this. He says it's been known to Republicans paying attention. The bill lacks a majority. Even if it gets 51, it has no way around the filibuster. Well, that's true. It has no way around the filibuster. Well, unless, of course, actually the part that's untrue is they could just get rid of the filibuster. But this, this claim here by NBC, deceitful. We're not asking you to necessarily go around the filibuster. We're asking you to go through the filibuster, do the filibuster, and then at the end of the filibuster, 51 votes. Oh, but Vince, that'd be a lot of work. Yeah, I know. Do it. Bernie Moreno does say that Republicans will keep pushing. He says to NBC, quote, I think what you guys obsess on is, well, is there an outcome change? I don't know. But Bernie Moreno pushing for the Save America act, he's not alone. We just saw that the, the, the new senator from South Carolina, the newly appointed senator from South Carolina, the woman, is now running for the job. And we'll see if South Carolina voters Grant her that privilege. Coming up within this month. Within this coming month. Darlene Graham just released a statement yesterday because she was being chased down the hallways of the Senate by sincere reporters. I think Nicholas Ballassi was among them asking her, hey, you gonna pass the Save America Act? What are you gonna do? And in fact, let me see, do I have video first of this?
Interviewer/Reporter
I want.

Maybe I can share some video first of, of chasing down Darlene Graham. No, I don't have it. That's okay. Whatever. Sorry, that was a rumble.

Exclusive.

Here's Darlene Graham yesterday after she's being chased down, releasing an official statement on the subject. Here's what she said. The American people are demanding immediate action from Congress on election integrity. That's why the Save America act is the first bill I am co sponsoring in the Senate. These reforms are common sense and they need to be enacted quickly. I look forward to working closely with the President to get the Save America act signed into law. And she just releases a statement that reiterates the same thing she posts in the ex post. There's nothing, nothing new here. She just says, here's a background on it requires a valid government issued ID when voting, mandating proof of citizenship when registering to vote, and it will remove non citizens and other ineligible individuals from the state voter rolls. So that's great. I love that you say you support it, but do you actually support the means to pass it? That's the core question, ladies and gentlemen. I love that she says she's supporting the bill, but lots of people have said that. John Cornyn has said that, John Thune has said that. A lot of these people have said that. But unless you actually pass the means to get it done, you don't actually support the bill. It's just a virtue signal. It's not actually about getting this achieved. Do you support Darlene Graham, now United States Senator from South Carolina and therefore now opened all the incoming that comes with being an American citizen talking to their senator? Darlene Graham, do you support using the talking filibuster process to get this passed? Will you stand on your own two feet and wage this fight on the Senate floor? And will you encourage every other senator to do that? Darlene Graham, do you support getting rid of the current zombie filibuster or getting rid of the filibuster entirely in order to pass the Save America Act? How sincere are you about supporting this legislation? These are questions that as a United States Senator, Darlene Graham and every other one of these Senators needs to answer as quickly as possible. That's been the case for as long as this debate's been raging. And we've gotten too few lawmakers on our side on this subject. We need more. Darlene Graham, we'd love to have you join our ranks. What's the answer to that question, Senator? We'd love to know. And I'll keep asking. I'll keep asking. I want to interview Darlene Graham, by the way. I'd love to have her on the program. If anyone from her staff is listening. Love to have her on, Love to talk about this and so much more that would be that would be important to me. Okay. We've got a lot more to get to. Really appreciate the support of the program. All right, so we did have some testimony yesterday. Let me start with Pete Hegseth, the secretary of war. It's a cool title. Love that title. Secretary Hegseth yesterday approaches congress and says, we're gonna need some money. We need some supplemental funding here. We're spending a lot in Iran. We're trying to stop this nuclear threat. The request from the Trump administration is they're seeking about $67 billion in supplemental Pentagon funding because of the war. And so Pete Hegseth, as expected, alongside General Kaine, they go to congress and they say, you have the constitutional power to authorize the funding. Please support the troops. It's important for their safety. These guys are in harm's way and we need to support them as they they undertake this mission. Here's Pete Hegseth yesterday and dealing with these Democrats. He's dealing with these democrats. Here's Chris Van Conjugal visit. Remember him? The guy goes to visit Ms. 13 gangsters and sip margaritas with them. Here's Pete Hegset squaring him away yesterday. Cut three. Watch.
Interviewer/Reporter
You've talked a lot about winning, talked about winning in your testimony today. You've talked about winning throughout the Iran war, and we all like winning. But I think the American people to deserve a definition of what it means to win in Iran because this war has dragged out for a lot longer than certainly the president, United States indicated. Indeed, the president said on March 24, and I'm quoting, we've won this war. This war has been won. Do you know what the president meant by that back in March?
Jasmine Crockett
Well, Senator, I would just note that militarily, I mean, Iran has been completely overmatched and crushed from the beginning. Militarily, their capabilities are nowhere near ours. I would take issue with, with your characterization that we didn't start, that we started this war. Iran started this war 47 years ago and they've killed thousands of Americans, including our brothers on the battlefield in Iraq.
Vince
Iran is, with respect for a long
Interviewer/Reporter
Secretary
Vince
Pete Exeth is right about that. You know, a lot of the IEDs, roadside bombs, the, the weapons that were used to maim and kill our service members, attack people we love. You can thank Iran for that. Qasem Soleimani the terrorists killing, maiming American soldiers, American troops, American Marines, American sailors, airmen for years. For years. And so Pete Hecseth is right that the war, despite the fact that so many in Washington haven't wanted to admit this, has been going on for a long time with Iran in various forms, Beirut bombing. I mean, it's true. It's just lots of American citizens have lost their lives because of the poisonous terror of Iran. And Pete Hegseth is saying you just got to tell the truth about this, Senator. Got to tell the truth. Pete exit also went after another one of these idiots yesterday who started shouting at him, this Senator Peters jackass. He started screaming at Pete Hegseth. So Hegseth turns the tables on him and goes, you know who's culpable for all this? It's you. Cut four Watch this.
Jasmine Crockett
When will you show why don't you show some leadership and stand up your fellow Democrats who won't fund the troops who stand and play partisan politics while you don't give us the money. You want to stand up here and talk about the troops, you won't show any political courage to actually fund our department because you have Trump, Trump derangement syndrome and can't actually commit to anything meaningful. So I put this on you, Senator.
Vince
Democrat Senator Gary Peters, Michigan jackass. As Pete Hegseth has to go and deal with that garbage yesterday. But that's the constitutional obligation go. If you need some funding, you go to Congress for it. That's how it works. And yet he has to mix it up With Democrats, as expected. Not, not at all shocking, but completely appalling. That that was the experience yesterday. Now, two more quick items on Iran. President Trump yesterday answered some more questions as he always does. He had another press conference yesterday, this time from the Oval Office, and he was absolutely posterizing some reporter who pretended that she knew the state of Iran negotiations. Like this idea. Iran's never going to negotiate, ever, ever. So what are you doing? They're not negotiating. The president's like, what do you know? You know Nothing. Watch this. Cup 5.
Mary Bruce
Mr. President, there are no signs that Iran is ready to stop fighting. So.
Vince
So what is the plan?
Mary Bruce
Is the plan to just keep bombing until they give up?
Donald Trump
There are no signs. What, you know something that I don't know?
Mary Bruce
Well, they continue to attack our allies.
Donald Trump
If you're going to know what the dialogue is behind the scenes, that they want to meet desperately to try and end it because they're getting decimated. You don't get that when you listen to your fake station. But you don't know. You don't know anything.
Mary Bruce
So talks are.
Donald Trump
You know something that I don't know. You know something I don't know.
Mary Bruce
Well, tell us.
Donald Trump
I will tell you. They want to desperately meet. And until they're ready to meet in a meaningful way, we have no interest in even.
Vince
We have no interest in negotiating or meeting or anything right now until they demonstrate real sincere interest. But you have no idea what you're talking about. Why are you just asserting things without any evidence? Speaking of having no evidence for something, some random reporter decided to debate the president yesterday. By the way, Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, just said in the last 24 hours that the United States, the Trump administration, quote, remains open to diplomacy. But right now, they don't seem to be serious about that. And so we're going to continue to protect shipping. In other words, we're going to keep blowing them up. For now, that's the position of the Trump administration. And this is what we've heard from everybody. I love all this idiocy. Oh, they're all. They all have different positions. Everyone's got a different. No, they don't. Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, JD Vance, they keep saying the same thing. We're gonna try everything to bring peace. So they're trying everything. They're trying everything right now. One more item. The Houthis, these whack jobs, terror group funded by Iran. They're trying to shut down the other side of Saudi Arabia, trying to shut down shipping traffic for the Saudis or at Least they claim they are. The President was asked about this yesterday. He goes, I don't think they're actually doing it. They claim they want to do it, but we're not seeing that. If we do see it, we'll take care of them. Cut six. Watch this. Your level of concern of a blockade
Donald Trump
of the Red Sea by the Houthi rebels opening up another front in the war. What happens so far, or it hasn't happened, might happen, but we take care of things. If something like that happens, we take care of it. You know, we've done that with the Houthis before and we haven't heard from them in a while. Since we did what we did originally. That was about 45 days of very powerful action we took against the Houthis. And we've had no problem with the Houthis. They've had no problem with us for a long period of time. Time, including during this conflict. I think that if there is something like that, we'll just have to take care of business.
Vince
Yeah, so they go out there in the water, will blow them up. Houthis and the blowfish, we'll get rid of them. The President not being subtle about what the plan is if they start interfering. Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Speaking of crazy, a left wing whack job currently runs the National Museum of American History, the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. the American people have a heavy interest in this given that we spend so much federal tax money on it and we've got a couple of good guys on the board. Well, at least One of them, J.D. vance, he can help us here, but not enough. You know, this board that runs the Smithsonian is chock full of left wing whack jobs and it's kind of a private public partnership arrangement, which was why this, the President, if he, if he could, if he could snap his fingers and disappear this chick, he would do it. We're not quite there yet, so we're, we're, they're working on it. But man, the case to get rid of her, very, very strong. In fact, let me share some of this yesterday with, from yesterday with you. Congressman Tim Burchett is the chairman of the committee that held the hearing yesterday. And they were, they were talking to this woman. Her name is Anthea Hartig. Anthea Hartig, yesterday, the director of the National Museum of American History and Congressman Burchett opened with a compilation of this museum director acting like a complete whack job just to set the stage. Cut seven. Watch this.
Brandon Gill
The many examples of politicization of the museum are well documented in the comprehensive report the White House Domestic Policy Council recently issued on July 4, Dr. Hartig proudly takes credit for changing the museum's mission statement, which no longer uses the term American history or. Or refers to the infinite richness of that history. Museum is now guided by an interpretive plan that ensures all topics focus on the core issues of our time. And do we want to guess what they are? Race and identity, gender and sexuality, environmental change, immigration and migrations, and economic inequality top the list. Here's a brief, telling video. The director of Museum of American History, in her public remarks, repeatedly implies Americans are illegitimately occupying their own country.
Congressman Tim Burchett
Before we begin, let us pause to acknowledge with gratitude the native peoples on whose land we gather today. These are the ancestral homelands of the Piscataway people, joined by the Nacotchtank and the Pau Monkey tribes, and of course, their descendants. We acknowledge the native peoples of more broadly of the Americas. Wherever you are at this moment, give thanks to the first people on whose land we live, love, struggle and work. At this moment, give thanks to the first peoples on whose land were honored to live, love, struggle and work. Wherever we're viewing this, let us acknowledge and give our respect and gratitude to native peoples for the opportunity to work and live in their territories.
Vince
What a maroon. What an idiot. You know, this, this. What do they call those? Land acknowledgments? Silliness. You want to acknowledge ancestors that matter? You ready? How about our American ancestors? How about our forefathers? How about the people who came before us? How about the family members who gave us this wonderful place to live? Who built this great country? How about we acknowledge our actual ancestors? Before I begin, I'd like to thank every American who came before me that put me in this position so that I can run the Museum of National American History. The National Museum of American History. How about a real acknowledgment of the people who have gone before you? Instead of this, like, you know, random gesticulations to the flying spaghetti monster, you. This, this thing that they do is a religious event. It's an invocation. You know what I mean? It's, it's. It's. Let's begin with a prayer. Except there is no prayer. Is. This is a religious event for them. We have to acknowledge the first nations people in the Piscataway and the Ojibwe and all this other stuff. Like, what do you. What is that? And you know what the answer to that is, really? It's college educated, guilty white chicks. That's what it is, that's. It's always the same damn thing. That's what that woman is. She's an over educated moron. She gets up there, she virtue signals about like all sorts of nonsense. She has no intention of leaving the. So you think the land is stolen? You think you're on stolen land? Then why don't you leave? Why don't you self deport to some other place? She's never going to do that. No, the whole point is to pay lip service to some garbage that's not even true. In order to make yourself feel better about your own inadequacy. That's what that is. It's. The whole thing is so crazy. But the point is we shouldn't have a mentally ill person in charge of the National Museum of American History. And there she is once again on display. And Tim Burchett wanted to know a bunch of things that normal Americans would want to know. Like why does the National Museum of American History have bizarre sexual exhibits in there? And why would children be seeing this? What are you doing? Cut 8. Watch this.
Brandon Gill
Gender and sexuality are highlighted by your museum. The poster behind me shows an exhibit called Entertainment Nation on display. Now, do you think these exhibits behind me are appropriate for children?
Congressman Tim Burchett
Let me, I think, tell you what I think is most important, ma'.
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
Am.
Brandon Gill
Ma', Am. I mean you have pictures of bondage, you have some overtly sexual things up there. You have transgendered folks, I assume that's what they are. And some. But in another exhibit, a six year old girl asked why she doesn't have male genitalia. Do you really think that content is appropriate for children?
Congressman Tim Burchett
I understand your question, sir, but.
Brandon Gill
No, you don't. You're not answering, you're just running on. Ma', am, and I appreciate your, your hospitality, but the reality is you are not answering the questions. You're funded by taxpayers and the taxpayers would like to know is that appropriate?
Congressman Tim Burchett
So, Sir, Girlhood, it's complicated, was not designed for children. It had a label in the beginning of the exhibition that shared with parents about some of the topics that would be covered. And we do that with, with exhibitions that we think kind of need that, need that help so parents then can come and.
Brandon Gill
All right, thank you. I understand you're not going to answer and I'm going to run out of time.
Vince
So completely retarded. So the woman is destroying American history. She's advancing all sorts of perverted exhibits. I mean this is really, you know what this is Marxism on the march. This is. These are agents of Chaos. These are people trying to diminish your appreciation and understanding of your own country. When we talked to Dr. Matt Spalding about this, he agreed that basically, if you go through that museum right now and you don't know much about your own country's history, or if you're a foreigner visiting the country and going through the museum, you leave with a lower regard for the country than you had when you entered its doors. I'll tell you what. The more I find out about this, I have a lower regard for that woman and anybody who advances the poison that she's responsible for. Now, Congressman Brandon Gill was also present yesterday at this hearing. We love Brandon Gill. Brandon Gill's great. Brandon Gill, in his own sort of Norm McDonald style, his Socratic way, just asked a bunch of questions that exposed what a whack job this Anthea Hartig is. A series of simple questions from Brandon Gill.
Brandon Gill
Watch this.
Brandon Gill (continued)
As part of this white supremacy document that your organization has promoted. Objectivity is a core and defining aspect of white supremacy culture. Do you think that it's the goal of the Smithsonian Institution to promote white supremacy culture?
Congressman Tim Burchett
Sir, do you mind sharing with me which document?
Brandon Gill (continued)
White supremacy culture. Right here. This is part of the Mass Action toolkit that your organization has promoted for several years now under your leadership. Are you promoting a white supremacy culture at the Smithsonian?
Congressman Tim Burchett
Am I promoting a white.
Brandon Gill (continued)
Ma', Am, this is a difficult question.
Donald Trump
Is this.
Vince
Is this a challenging question? Was that a brain buster? Did I just stump you? Are you promoting white supremacy at the freaking museum? And they say things like, they got this document that they've been pushing for years. And now she. And by the way, later in the hearing, she would try and distance herself from it. Well, someone else drafted the document. It's not really our document. Wait a second. Hold on. You're shoving it down people's throats. You. You know what the document says? The document says things like politeness are an expression of white supremacy. The thing. It says that objectivity is an expression of white supremacy. It says that Mickey Mouse is a symbol of minstrelsy and racism. These are all things that you claim in the freaking National Museum of American History. These bizarro poisonous lies, bigoted lies. Objective truth is a white thing. You're a psychopath. You shouldn't be in charge of any museum. You should be wearing a straight jacket and you should be in a padded room for the rest of your life. Brandon Gill, in his own way, very simple way, just asking questions, not pontificating, not giving long speeches, just asking questions. And every questions he asks, every question that he asks is a dagger to the heart of this Marxist chaos. Keep it up, Congressman. Appreciate you. Meanwhile, we had another Texas congress woman this time who. Well, she's a psycho. And luckily the people of Texas just
Jim Rome
got rid of her.
Jasmine Crockett
We gotta.
Vince
We gotta wait till the end of the year for her to be gone. But here's Jasmine freaking Crockett yesterday, who's angry that we're rooting out all of this bigotry and left wing propaganda. Cut 10. Watch.
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
And welcome to the Republicans White Pride rally disguised as a congressional hearing.
Vince
White Pride? What are you talking about, you idiot? White Pride. Your fellow congressman from Texas was just saying that it's absolutely racist and bigoted to say that objectivity and politeness are expressions of whiteness. You're the one who's defending that. So if anybody's upholding bigoted white. I can't even believe this is real. But of course, it's completely incoherent. It's the left. That's the way they operate. If anybody's upholding white supremacy propaganda, it's you, you idiot. Jasmine Crockett. Jasmine Crockett, who took a detour yesterday in the hearing to say that FIFA fans are also racist. This is. Did you see this? Jasmine Crockett yesterday was insisting that the. The World cup final between Argentina and Spain was somehow a racist event. This is. Watch her. I don't know why she wore a ball gown to a hearing, but here she is in her sequence claiming that that the Argentina Spain match was somehow some big event for racists.
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
The World cup, that. That captured the imaginations of the entire world when they saw all of these people of color that was playing for all these teams. And ultimately, if you recall the last two teams, it was Argentina and Spain. And it seemed like the vast majority of the world was rooting for Argentina or actually against Argentina.
Brandon Gill
Right?
Congressman Tim Burchett
What?
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
And why was that? Just give me a explanation, if you could guess. If you'll just let them finish the answer.
Vince
Spain are the best team. Maybe that's why they were rooting for them.
Jasmine Crockett (continued)
There's also a racist history that Mr.
Brandon Gill
Buyer, you recognize.
Jim Rome
Okay, great.
Vince
So can I. Can I just take you through what happened? So that guy was supposed to be a witness for the Democrats and he thought that that was so crazy that she would say that. He's just said, well, Spain's the better team. That's why people would root for them. Now I don't even know what she was saying as she did the setup. She was like, why are so many people rooting for Argentina or maybe Spain? What is your question exactly? Why is this even coming up in this hearing about how screwed up the National Museum of American History is? You can't even recite history from this last weekend. Why would you be involved in an oversight hearing about an entire history museum? And then why would people root for Argentina? I think there's a pretty obvious answer for why random people that aren't Argentinian would vote for would root for Argentina. It's because Lionel Messi played for Argentina. What are you talking about?
Congressman Tim Burchett
What?
Vince
Please go away. Please, please go to church. Go away. Go to church. So I think that's just good advice. That's good blanket advice for all these Democrats. Go away, go to church. Not one of these churches where they start with a land acknowledgment. Avoid those churches, please. All right. Well, as always, so good to have you with us. We got a lot going on in the world. Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: July 22, 2026
Podcast Network: Cumulus Podcast Network
Theme: Unpacking New Revelations About Noncitizen Voting and Media Narratives
This episode of VINCE dives into emerging news that validates long-held conservative claims about noncitizens on U.S. voter rolls—specifically, the stunning admission by New Jersey’s Democratic governor that thousands of noncitizens were improperly registered, with several hundred having voted. Vince Coglianese dissects the implications, reactions from both major parties and the media, and legislative battles around the “Save America Act.” The episode also features fiery testimony from Capitol Hill regarding U.S. foreign policy on Iran and heated oversight of the National Museum of American History’s leadership and direction. Vince's tone is energetic, indignant, and relentlessly critical of what he perceives as media and bureaucratic spin.

The episode offers Vince's trademark mix of analysis, entertainment, and outrage.
