And then, you know, and then I look like the Fonz or something. I got to. I got to resolve that. I just need a haircut. That's what I need. So thank you for calling that. I appreciate you for that. All right, let's. Let's take a look at what's going on in the world. We do have some election integrity news for you to get to. I'll start there today because, you know, you would think after President Trump's big speech last week where he talks about foreign election interference by the Chinese, the ChiComs, where you've got him talking about all the ways in which election machines are vulnerable to fraud and manipulation. He's talking about how we've got a half million foreign nationals on the voting rolls. Actually, a quarter million foreign nationals on the voting rolls. That's in four states. And then over a half million people who are dead who are still on the voting rolls in states across the country. And that's just the states we know about. There's so many more, according to Mark Wayne Mullen, the DHX secretary, so many more foreign nationals and dead people on the voting rolls nationwide that we haven't seen yet because the feds can't get a hold of the voting rolls from those states. Not yet, at least. So we've got a massive problem on our hands. The President is trying to fix all of that. And you would think that at least the Republican senators, even the squishy ones, which come around and say, okay, you know what? He's made a great point. We need election integrity. Well, even the squishy ones are still not completely coming around. And that means that Lisa Murkowski is coming out against the Save America Act. Like, of course we have to talk about that today. Take a look at this. This is in the Wall Street Journal this weekend. Lisa Murkowski writing in the Journal, why I'm voting against the Save America Act. What the hell is wrong with you already? I hate the piece. I'm not even. Okay, let's just look at what our argument is. President Trump made his case for the Save America act on Thursday, claiming the security of our elections is at stake. While I support the bill's core tenets, ensuring that only American citizens vote and requiring identification when voting, I remain opposed to it why? Because it would have serious negative effects in Alaska and the current text doesn't allow for the time and resources needed for proper implementation. As written, the Save America act isn't a simple fix to safeguard elections as proponents claim. It would impose costly new barriers and prevent some, perhaps many, from voting, while also creating chaos before the November elections. Now, I can tell you right away, Lisa Murkowski is wielding a left wing talking point here immediately in order to argue against the Save America Act. The left wing talking point is that the Save America act is going to be an impediment to voting for legitimate American citizen voters. That somehow you would have elections upended and stolen by the Save America Act. Nothing could be further from the truth. The bill is designed to make sure that only Americans have that voting franchise, that you're not disenfranchised from your vote. That's the whole point. And pay it. As she goes through this, she's given versions of this before. What she's really doing is she's patronizing Alaskan voters, suggesting that somehow they're just too incompetent, too incapable, too. You know, it's too complicated to prove you're an American citizen when you register to vote and to show your ID when you do what Alaska can do it. In fact, I have faith that every American citizen can do it and in fact desires this very thing to have their votes protected. The polls show this. She continues, part of the problem lies in the bill's mechanics. Right now, Alaskans can register to vote online. There is no evidence of significant fraud anywhere in that system. Yet the bill would effectively end, effectively end online voter registration by requiring voters to present documentary proof of U.S. citizenship in person to an election official. Yes, yes. In fact, it would be going forward, anyone who registers to vote going into the future. This is not. Look, if you're already registered to vote, you're already registered to vote, that we're not doing re registration for the whole country. If you are registered to vote, you're already registered to vote. That's, that's the system right now. So the idea that she's saying, oh, the whole state, everybody would be thrown off the voter registration rolls and then everybody has to show up new and show their documents in order to get registered. There's no truth to that. So the idea. She's the one who's introducing chaos to the conversation. It's not the Save America act that would do that. Non citizens would be purged from the voting rolls because of the Save America Act. That's wonderful. But she's making crap up. That's what Lisa Murkowski is doing here. Yes, you would have to present documentary proof. You know, the claim that she's making is like in Alaska, people live in very remote and rural locations in many cases. So it's difficult to get to a government office in order to do the voter registration. Well, first of all, this should be a one time event. How many times do you register to vote? This should be a one time event, people. Look, anybody in the chat ever been married before? What do you do when you get married? What, what government building do you have to go to to get married? So you go to. You obviously, if you, if you honor marriage for what it is, a sacrament you have, you get married in a church. But as far as the state is concerned, you go to the courthouse, you get your documents, you've got to travel to a location in order to get the marriage certified with the government. So why can't we do this to register to vote? Every person, you got to go to a courthouse in Alaska for your marriage. Can you go to one government building to register to vote once and bring your proof of citizenship? This is not complicated. The right window treatments change everything. This is not complicated at all. And yet Lisa Murkowski is intentionally making it complicated. What a disaster. So here she goes. Let's see. Let's take a look at her argument. She said this wouldn't be a major obstacle in most places in the lower 48, but Alaska has only six election offices where that requirement could clearly be met. That is show that you're a citizen. Six places in a state more than twice the size of Texas where roughly 80% of our communities and about 20% of our population aren't connected by road. Okay, what do they do for other government services? Again, this is so silly. One of the options here is to have a mobile registration center, have government officials get their asses in a car and drive around the state on an annual basis and set up a mobile operation where you can have people show up and register to vote. They can show documents, they can prove that they're American citizens and register to vote right there with a government official. You're. You're overcomplicating this, Lisa Murkowski. Just vote for it. What's wrong with you? Anyway, she keeps on going on and whining. I won't bore you with all the details other than to say that Lisa Murkowski is a symptom of the problem that we have to keep fighting back against Murkowski, Thom Tillis, Thombelina, John Cornyn, Bill Cassidy, and all these morons who constantly decide, you know what? I prefer the status quo. I don't want to upset the apple cart. I don't want to do anything good for the country. I just want to see here and mope all the time about the fact that Donald Trump is President of the United States. And I don't want the same thing that his voters want, which is really straightforward, is election integrity. And Alaska. What a disastrous system to choose. Senators ranked choice voting. Ugh, Disgusting. Alaska. Come on, give us a functional election system so that we can have real United States senators that really represent the interests of the people of Alaska. That includes protecting and safeguarding their vote. So that's the. That's the state of play with Lisa Murkowski. By the way, if you're in Alaska by any chance, please call her and, and urge her to do the right thing to support the Save America Act. It would help if you live somewhere rural, too, if you live some in some faraway place and it's a big state. It's true, but call her and tell her, look, I live forever away, and I'm telling you right now, I want the Save America Act. Would you help me do that, please? That would be good. We need to keep the pressure on. In fact, the President did ask us when he gave that speech at the end of last week if we would all keep those calls coming into the United States Senate. If you would. If you do that today, that'd be really helpful. Please keep the pressure on whoever your senator is. Let them know you want the Save America Act. Now, speaking of election integrity and speaking of senators, we've got Mark Warner, idiot senator from Virginia, Democrat. He's on the Intel Committee, top Democrat on the Intel Committee. And he was lying about voter ID requirements in his own state this weekend. It's true. He was on ABC News and on the Sunday show that they've got. And he was. He made up a detail. He said, oh, in Virginia, We've got photo id. We have photo id. And the host of the show, guy called Jonathan Carl said, well, hold on a second, I live in Virginia. That's not true. What are you, you're lying. It's amazing, an amazing moment as Jonathan Carl calls out Mark Warner. Watch this idea to register, to vote.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
To vote.
Jeff Clark
Is this something that Democrats should get behind?
Mark Warner
We have very.
Jeff Clark
80 some percent of Americans, 71% of
Vince
Democrats say they favor this.
Mark Warner
You know what, in Virginia we have voter ID and photo id.
Vince
I gotta show my.
Jeff Clark
That's actually not the case.
Vince
I mean I'm a Virginia voter. You don't need to show a photo id. In Virginia there are a wide range
Jeff Clark
of things you can show for ID
Vince
and if you don't show one of those, you can sign an affidavit saying that's not required.
Mark Warner
Those becomes, those become ballots that if you want to contest later can be contested. But you are have, you do have a variety of documents. But we have voter ID of one form or another.
Jeff Clark
Should that be a national standard? You have to show an id.
Mark Warner
The irony here will be the case if you can show any photo that is government stampede would be fine. Certain states will say we're going to let you see, show your NRA gun license, but you can't show your student ID if you're going to have what,
Vince
what the hell is he talking about? Did you hear that? So first of all, he lied about the requirement to show an ID in the state of Virginia. And good for Jonathan Carl for calling him out on the spot, which by the way, the media should do so much more frequently with Democrats. That's not true. Mark Warner just flatly asserting something false. In Virginia you don't have to show your id. You can just do a self attestation. You swear, you do an affidavit, you're like, it's me, I promise. And then you vote. Is this cause for problems?
Mark Warner
Yes.
Vince
I've heard from voters before who said that their voters were supplanted by the fact that somebody already cast a ballot in their name. That's no good. No bueno. You can't have that. You need to be able to prove you are who you say you are so that no one else can steal your ballot. Mark Warner is lying. And then when he says this thing about, look, look, that's a really simple question that, that, that Carl asked him, Jonathan Carl asked him like, do you think it should be a national standard to show photo id? And he gave some mindless answer. He's like, well, it should be for any government id, not just your NRA license. Your NRA license? What the hell are you talking about? An NRA card of any kind is not a government issued id, you dumbass. What state is he even talking about? Oh, yeah, they let you show your NRA card but not your student id. What is he. He's just making things up. He's pulling them out of his dark and remote location. He's just inventing things that don't even exist. And so that question, can. Can we see more of that, please? Can Sunday shows and all these reporters please ask the most simple question of all. Do you support photo ID or not? And if all these Democrats start saying, yeah, yeah, I support it, well, then let's just do that bill immediately. Let's see if they do. They don't. They don't want photo id.
Mark Warner
They don't.
Vince
That's why even in states where they have it, they don't really have it in some cases. Virginia is an example of that. Can you show a photo id? Sure. As a Virginia voter, every time I go into the election, I show my id. It makes it easy for them to quickly hand you a ballot. But if you don't, you have another option. Just be like, I promise, I promise. I am who I say I am. And they're like, are you sure? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I am who I say I am. Okay, here's a ballot that is actually the system in Virginia. It's crazy. Why even have an ID requirement if there's no ID requirement? Liar. Mark Warner. Liar. He's. He really is something else. In fact, he was on a bunch of the Sunday shows this weekend. He fanned out. You know why? You know why they had him on the Sunday shows? Because they wanted him to come on and talk crap about President Trump's election integrity push instead. So the media, which treated Trump, President Trump, like garbage the last week after he revealed all this really important election information, the subsequently on their Sunday shows, of course, decided to have one of the biggest liars in the Senate on Mark Warner to, to come on and rebut President Trump's revelations. And so Mark Warner also appeared on CBS's Face the Nation, and while he was there, he talked about this guy, Jay Clayton, now Jay Clayton, to remind you about who he is, he's the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York right now, and he is prosecuting some of the biggest lefties and their role, billionaire lefties and their role in funding Marxism and all these destructive things, riots, terrorism, in the United States. He's. He has impaneled a grand jury against these people, which is great news. President Trump has nominated him to become the direct, the next Director of National Intelligence. And Jay Clayton just this past week was giving testimony in Congress in order to get that job to be the new Director of National Intelligence. And Mark Warner says on Face the Nation this weekend that he's very concerned about Jay Clayton because he used to like him, because he used to interact with him quite a bit, but now he's not so sure because he's worried that Jay Clayton might pursue election integrity. I'm sorry, what? Watch this.
Mark Warner
Cut to the Director of National Intelligence. Jay Clayton, who is currently the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, seemed unaware under questioning this week that Tulsi Gabbard had been searching an election center down in Georgia, the state of Georgia, something that she does not have the legal mandate to do. The president has also tasked Bill pulte, the acting DNI, to dig up information on 2020. You pressed Jay Clayton on who won the 2020 election, and he said Joe Biden was certified as president. Is that sufficient for you? Do you intend to vote him out of committee? How quickly will this happen? I've known Jay for a long time. I like Jay. I worked well with him when he was at the sec. But I was bitterly disappointed by his performance in front of my committee, not just from my questions, but from many of my colleagues or even kind of acting like he didn't understand what Gabbard had done in Fulton County. So I will be voting against Jay Clayton. So he won't advance out of committee. He will advance out. As long as all the Republicans vote for him, he will advance out. And we're a little rock and a hard place here. I know Jay Clayton will probably get confirmed. I hope we see the Jay Clayton that I known and have worked with. The one thing I also know is the absolute disaster we have right now with the acting dni, Bill Pulte, who has no intelligence experience, who has nothing but loyalty to Trump, and frankly, a past history when he was head of the Fannie and Freddie, of taking private mortgage information and politically weaponizing that. That is not the kind of person we want in as dni private. So you want a quick replacement, but you're not going to vote for his replacement, though? You think he's got the Republican votes to actually get the job soon? I hope so. You hope so?
Vince
Wait, he hopes so? First of all, does that clip make you a little suspicious? Maybe some flags in the chat. There's, there's something very suspicious going on here. Let me, let me walk through that in a moment. I'm going to walk through my concerns here because part of that gives me cause for optimism, but other, there's other elements of that. You're Mark Warner. He's speaking so favorably about Jay Clayton in the past. It gives me the same pause that Jay Clayton's nomination has given me throughout all of this. Hold tight. We'll explore this together in just a moment. Chad. A lot more ahead on this edition of Vince. Want to quickly thank one of our great sponsors today though, and that's fatty 15. So Mark Warner, you hear him talk about Jake Clayton here. And so I have two immediate reactions. One, I'm super grateful that Jay Clayton is impaneling grand juries against destructive lefties. I took that as a huge sign of encouragement last week as I was breaking that story with you. I think that's, that's a wonderful, wonderful detail and those guys deserve it. He's going after this Chinese Communist Party linked billionaire who's funding all of this craziness and rioting and attacks on ice all across the country. I love that. I'll take that every day of the week. I'll also take the fact that Mark Warner doesn't want him, is a little annoyed with him. It seems to be miffed with him that he's taking election integrity seriously, that he's, like, not condemning Tulsi Gabbard and Bill Pulte. I like that, too. But here's the part that gives me pause and here's the part I'll be. I'll just be honest with you because I'm always just honest with you. I'm worried about the, the speed at which some establishment Republicans and all of the Democrats are trying to ram Jay Clayton through. Mark Warner knows that his vote is irrelevant to whether or not Jake Clayton gets through. In fact, a no vote on Jay Clayton may be the kind of thing that helps Republicans feel like, oh, well, if Mark Warner doesn't want him, then he's probably a good thing. You see what I'm saying? I'm wondering to what extent there's a game of some sort of chess going on here. And the fact that he's, like, at the end of that exchange that he just had with Margaret Brennan when she said something, the effect of, well, he's got enough Republican votes to get through quickly. And he said, I hope so. Well, well, then he's not voting for him, but he wants him to get in quickly. You see what's happening right now? He really wants Bill Pulte out. That's what's happening. Bill Pulte, who's done an amazing job in all of the, the jobs that President Trump has assigned him to, is right now the acting Director of National Intelligence. He's the reason, to be clear, you know, that that big speech that President Trump gave last week on Election Integrity, Bill Palpy, is the reason that a lot of that information got out. As the Director of National Intelligence, they declassified massive amounts of information. And he's also dialed in on what Tulsi Gabbard was dialed in on, which is election integrity problems with voting machines, things that are going on. Fulton County, Georgia, no doubt, Maricopa county in Arizona. So our fervent hope is that Jay Clayton is just as mission oriented as Tulsi Gabbard and Bill Pulte are. You know, to clean up all of our intelligence problems, the intelligence community itself, Tulsi Gabbard and Bill Pulte have been subsequently firing huge numbers of people inside of the deep state. Jake Clayton has to continue that mission and if he shows up and he's nothing more than a handmaiden for the establishment, if he's doing Mark Warner's bidding, this will be an unmitigated disaster. Now, part of this, of course, involves a heavy part of this involves trusting the president's judgment on the subject that Jay Clayton's the right guy for the job. But it does make me concerned that Mark Warner is being a little naked with the game that he's playing. I'm voting against him, but I hope he gets the job quickly. Yeah, that's no good. So keep your eye on that, please. Keep your eye on that. That's a, that's a deeply important story, and I am concerned. I'll just, I'll just put it that way. I'm concerned about it. I'm very concerned. Let's see. We have more election integrity news to get to in just a moment. We're going to do that with Jeff Clark, who's going to join us here in a few minutes. Former Justice Department official, a guy who gave press. Speaking of Georgia, Jeff, the saga of Jeff Clark is really something. And maybe, maybe I could just set this up for you before, before Jeff joins us here, but I'll just take you back in 2020. Jeff Clark is a member of the Justice Department. And in the midst of the chaos of the Georgia election, does anybody remember this? The Georgia election was insane. So when the Georgia election plays out, Jeff Clark suggests that the Georgia state legislature should call a special session in order to audit the vote to make sure that the votes are on the up and up. In other words, you know, Jeffrey Clark was encouraging election integrity. Just look to make sure that this is real. That's it. And so that kind of advice is, is well taken by anybody who wants credible elections in the United States of America. Now, that's not the left. The left actually went on the warpath against President Trump and everybody around him who sought election integrity, and that includes Jeff Clark. And so what they did was they pursued an effort to disbar him. And that effort is, is continuing to this very day. Now, luckily, a couple months ago, the Trump administration sued in order to try and fight back against all of this nonsense. And we've had a number of developments even in the last week as, as the left is mobilizing its forces to continue to destroy election integrity and destroy guys like Jeff Clark who are patriots, who are fighting for election integrity in the United States. That's the current arrangement. That's the current state of affairs. That's the current state of this battle. So we have a big conversation ahead with with Jeff Clark. We're going to talk to him about election integrity, what the president revealed and what the latest is in his personal battle just to stay a lawyer in the United States of America in a world where the left doesn't want you to do the job. Corre a lot more ahead on this edition events. I want to thank our sponsors and our great guest is just a moment away. We'll have Jeff on it in just a second here. I'm happy to say joining us now, a guest I've really enjoyed talking to in the past. Glad to have back with us now is, is Jeff Clark. Jeff Clark is Jeff Good to have you back on the show, sir. Tell me a little bit about your thoughts about the president's election integrity speech last week. What do you, what did you make of the revelations?
Jeff Clark
Well, look, they're, they're mammoth and many of us had suspected this and indeed I had, you know, inside information to this effect. So for me it's, it's great personal vindication. Obviously, the left has gone into overdrive to try to minimize and lie about those revelations and pretend it's, it's all a nothing burger. You know, they, they, they really adopted this big talking point of, okay, let us see if we can get this straight. Trump won when Obama was president in 2016 and then he also won when Biden was president in 2024, but he lost when he himself was president in 2020, and that that was the time that things were stolen. Okay, so they go for these simple talking points, Vince, to try to get past these bombshell revelations. And look, the idea that the Chinese have hacked into millions of voter files, that what we know about the computer voting technology is that it can be hacked after we were lied to for many years and told that the machines didn't even connect to the Internet, which was never plausible. And the mainstream media told us that if you said anything to the contrary, you were a liar and a conspiracy theorist. There were massive revelations about fraud in Michigan where they were paying people on a, on a per work piece basis to come up with false registrations. There are illegal aliens on the voter rolls. I mean, at some level you have to react to this of, you know, it's all true. It's all, all of the things that many of us were complaining about, but we're told that we were stark raving mad, you know, now have been shown to be true based on these intelligence community revelations, since this is a point
Vince
that the Democrats used to make with some regularity when they thought that maybe Republicans would be manipulating the machines. Now I take people back from time to time to 2004 Ohio, you had a Diebold voting machine allegation that the left was advancing to suggest that somehow George W. Bush had stolen the election in Ohio. And then subsequently, you know that we've got plenty of game tape of Kamala Harris and others telling us that we need to be very concerned about manipulation of voting machines. It was only after the 2020 election that suddenly every one of these people said, how dare you question the sacrosanct nature of voting machines?
Jeff Clark
Absolutely. And as soon as you raise the topic, the first thing that popped into my head was the Diebold, or deep old situation in 2004 for Bush. And you know, it's. It's just they control the media and the narrative to such an extent, and the American people are busy and sadly, in many cases, they're not fully civically educated. They're not following the news as closely. They just imagine that they have amnesia. So you and I remember 2004, others remember 2004, and then the script totally changes for 2020, but they can pull this off because of the fact that the American people seem to have pretty short memories.
Vince
Yes, indeed. Okay, so the President also revealed that there are over a quarter million illegal aliens, excuse me, non citizens, specifically on the voter rolls. And that's only in four states, by the way. They don't have the other 46. They've got four states showing a quarter million noncitizens. We also know that there are nearly half a million dead people still on the voter rolls in the states that we have access to those voter files. Tell us your thoughts on just how dirty the voter rolls are right now.
Jeff Clark
I think they're very dirty. I think, Vince, that this is a problem that, that needs to get fixed. And, and look, you know, there are leftist organizations that sprung up, and these are some of the same leftist organizations, like one run by this guy, David Becker, who. I still find it amazing. You mentioned my. My bar situation, which is ongoing. This guy was at the Civil Rights Division.
Vince
Right.
Jeff Clark
Which was a real hotbed of leftists.
Vince
Yeah.
Jeff Clark
The Bush administration filed a case against Boston and he called up the defendants in that case, even though he was postured, you know, to be representing the United States as a plaintiff. And he offered his help to help them get out of the case that the United States had brought. That is the most fundamental ethics problem there is. It's side switching. Right. Like that he should have gotten disbarred. Instead, he left the Civil Rights division. Now he runs this big election shop, which is part of what partnered with Mark Zuckerberg to put 400 plus million dollars into stealing the 2020 election from, from Donald Trump. Yes. You know, so, and, and the thing is, the theory of his group was that they were going to help you clean up your election rolls, but I, I think they do exactly the opposite. They, they, they make them sticky so that they don't get fixed. People move, you know, they're, they're registered in multiple places. And one of the things that, that came out about the Chinese hacking is that the Chinese, using the capabilities they have, they can change what state you're registered in. And that bears an eerie similarity to the fact that we heard in 2020 that there are many people who showed up to the polls, Vince, and, and were told they'd already voted. And so they either just went home dejected or they, they filed provisional votes and who knows whether they actually, their vote ever actually counted. And so, you know, John Solomon was, you know, he's a careful guy. He's working for the President as a special government employee at this point. He was careful to say, look, we don't, I don't have direct evidence from the intelligence community that votes were flipped, but the votes can be flipped. And then the key point, which the left is completely ignoring. I watched some MSNow segments yesterday with Nicole Wallace where this was Mark Elias's repeated talking point. The point that they're, they're ignoring is that the voting, computer voting can be changed in an undetectable way. It would be surprising, actually, if you did have the evidence of the flip, because that would mean that their computer technologists, who were obviously some of the best in the world, you know, were terrible at their job.
Vince
The President said that on Thursday night. That was, that was a key element of his, his revelations. So there's also, you know, you mentioned Mark Elias, and it's got me thinking, Jeff, about the, the, the plotting the left is now doing for the midterms. The Mark Elias, Eric Holder, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, a number of these guys, they keep war gaming the midterms. We've seen some reporting from Politico about that. And a part of their plan is to try and block any effort to audit the election. So once, once the ballots come in for this year's midterms, their claim is that if the Trump administration attempts to intervene to make sure that the ballots are accurately counted in any jurisdiction, they want to file injunctions to block ballot audits immediately. Jeff, tell us what you think about the left's plans, what they're up to right now.
Jeff Clark
So this is part of their general strategy to use the district court judges who are of the same mind as them. It's sad for me to report this to you because there's a kind of a meta diagnosis for this. Starting at the turn of the 20th century, really, this jurisprudential school started called Legal Realism, and it's spread all. It's, you know, embedded deeply in our law schools. And it basically teaches and has taught now generations upon generations of law students that the law is just politics, that, you know, the judges are politicians in robes. And if you teach that to enough students and you make it seem like it's sophisticated and you don't have students who can push back and say, you know, that's not the way it's supposed to be. Those students obviously tend to go on to be conservatives. Then, you know, the people who get brainwashed by this, if they manage to get politically connected enough or, or prominent enough to get appointed as federal judges, they bring that, that idea to, to the bench and then they just rule for their side. So they, the left knows the, Mark Elias knows that through careful forum selection of trying to get to judges who think like that. And the, the judge down in, in Florida, with Trump's, you know, settled case about the, you know, the IRS releasing his tax return information, I mean, he's totally flipped a, a gasket. Her decision makes no sense. She's reaching out to sanction people who weren't even part of the case. She's an example of this. But Marco Elias, Norm Eisen and other characters like that, they know exactly where to run to. So it's a serious danger. They're going to, they're going to run to judges like that if there are any attempts to push back on hinky election results.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
Yes.
Jeff Clark
And look, it's, it's total result orientation on their part. So if there's a conservative state that looks at its election returns and says, we're going to start digging into this, then what would they do if they had the presidency? They'd stick the Civil Rights Division on them and they'd say, oh, you're trying to disenfranchise black people or, or something like that. But magically, when things are flipped, Republican has the presidency and he's looking at blue states with election results. Then they say, oh, no, no, the Constitution says that elections are only for states. They're not for the federal government.
Vince
And they've got the COVID and they've got air cover from the media, too, which is Disgusting. The political report I just cited is so over the top. Ridiculous. I mean, it, it says that they're trying to prevent President Trump from interfering in the election when President Trump has no intention of interfering in any election. President Trump's entire declaration is that he wants credit, wants credible elections. It's the same thing, Jeff. Like when you see all these claims that, oh, Trump's going to deploy armed troops to the, to the polls, there's like, you're an idiot. Like the idea if ICE agents were actually at the polls, first of all, voters would be shaking their hands as they go in to vote. There's no. Nobody feels threatened by federal law enforcement showing up to the polls. You're inventing this as a predicate to scare voters into submission.
Jeff Clark
Well, you're giving me a good opening to talk about a win we had a couple of weeks ago at the Oversight Process Project, a case that I personally went out to, to try on an emergency basis with my colleague and head of our state litigation, Neil Cornett. So the victory we won was that Adrian Fontes, the Secretary of State, Democrats, Secretary of State in Arizona, and Chris Mays, the same Democrat Attorney General who prosecuted John Eastman and Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani and Christina Bob, et cetera. And then she, she lost. And she's vowed that she's going to re indict them with the new grand jury. I mean, that's who. The people we're talking about here, they're very subtle. And so they rewrote their election manual to say that it, you know, there are state statutes against intimidation. And so they say if someone shows up to vote in a law enforcement uniform or there are military members in their Air Force bases near Pima county, where we brought this case, that that's inherently intimidating and the police can be called on them and they can be ejected and they can be denied the right to vote. So the judge blocked that. He granted us a preliminary injunction against that. But this is the kind of thing they, they try to do. Right? This is something that clearly disenfranchises Republican voters because if you're in the military, if you're in law enforcement, if you're a agent, you're much more likely to be a Republican.
Vince
Right. It's not you telling me that the left wants to keep black service members away from voting if they're in uniform. Did you say that?
Jeff Clark
Because they might vote Republican? And that's a no. No.
Vince
Interesting. Very interesting. Sounds like Jim Crow 3.0 actually underway in a place like Arizona. It's it's so typical. It really is. Speaking of Arizona, actually, I want to get your thoughts on Georgia and Arizona specifically, because we know that the FBI has raided both Fulton county and Maricopa county over the past years, have obtained a bunch of documents related to the 2020 election. What do you make of those cases? What do you suspect is going to happen there?
Jeff Clark
Look, I know a lot more about Georgia because that was the focus of what I was investigating when I was last at the Justice Department in 2020 and early 2021 than I do about Maricopa County. What I know about Maricopa county are things that I've read, cases that I've followed. You know, what happened with Kerry Lake and what happened with, you know, people who go to vote and it turns out magically, they don't have the right size paper and that that also targets Republican districts. Right. I. I think that Fulton county is a hotbed of corruption, and that's why I was suspicious of Fulton County. So I, I hope that the investigation bears out my intuitions, which is that know there was corruption there, and I know, you know, that. That there are various forms of corruption in 2020, like the fact that they didn't do signature verification on the ballots, even though that was a clear requirement of. Of Georgia law. And so, you know, I think these are. These are serious election cases that have to be watched. But I think that the. The Republican establishment in Georgia, for whatever reason, seems to have been captured by people who are all adjacent to Governor Kemp, and they promote their own power, but they don't seem like they're really on board with how the Republican Party has changed and become more populist under. Under President Trump. You know, they're stuck in a kind of perpetual Bushite mode. And, you know, it's kind of like a political machine that's corrupt in its own way. And for that reason, especially given the racial dimension of the population in Fulton county, they. I think they tend to roll over far too much. So if there's a, you know, a situation that, that calls. That cries out for federal law enforcement, it's. Anything going on with Fulton County, I
Vince
want people to understand your story. Jeff Clark, tell me about the advice that you offered, a legal advice you offered during the 2020 election and the nightmare that it's led to for you since then.
Jeff Clark
Sure. So, look, I can cover here things that have become public, but much of the information and advice remain legally privileged under four different legal privileges. I'll just mention two lawyer client privilege and executive privilege. And they've been trying to penetrate that or put so much pressure on me in various ways that I just roll over and surrender that. And I've refused to do it. And that's why I've been fighting for six years to keep my. My bar license. You know, I. The. The basic advice that I gave was that the Georgia election looked suspicious. There were things like signature verification not being followed. For that reason, I gave constitutional advice to the president that under the electors clause in Article 2, the. The legislatures of the states are given a direct power to decide who their electors should be. There's a Supreme court case called McPherson, you know, that's quite old at this point, but it's foundational, that says that all that the state legislatures have plenary power, like complete power over who the electors are. So given all of the strangeness and irregularities and I think outright violations of law that happened, especially in Fulton county, that the Georgia legislature could call itself in a special session. They didn't need to wait for Governor Kemp to use his powers as a state governor to call them into special session because the electors clause doesn't involve the governor. It's a direct power conferral from the people of the United States in the Constitution to state legislatures. So no one's laid a glove on that constitutional analysis. Vince. But what they, what they came after me for, it's truly laughable, is they said that my letter was an attempt to lie because I wrote in the draft letter, which never issued and which I never leaked to the press. My enemies are the ones who leaked it to the press. That said that the Justice Department has serious concerns about the. The validity of the election in Georgia in 2020.
Vince
Right.
Jeff Clark
So two of my superiors, who are my only two superiors at that point, they. They disagreed with me. They didn't think there was anything wrong with the election, or so they said. In reality, I don't think they really did any investigations of any value at all because they just wanted it all to go away. But they said they disagreed. And so. Well, lawyers disagree. You know, news flash, lawyers disagree with each other. You don't know how many times in my career I've been a voice of one. And then you roll along long enough and it turns out I was entirely right. But it's too foundational for the left. They cannot admit that the 2020 election was compromised in any way. Yeah, because they, they just, they invested so much in the idea that Biden won, you know, the autopen president, you know, the vegetable president, that they, they. They have to destroy somebody like me. So now things have reached the D.C. court of Appeals, and they recently stayed the case. This is the second time they've stayed the case against me. So that's, you know, it's going on for six years. As you noted at the, you know, outset, before I joined the, the Justice Department sued in federal court in an Article 3 court in D.C. the D.C. bar, all of the D.C. local judges, Mr. Fox, who's the quasi prosecutor, saying that, you know, they can't interfere in the federal government's operation and legal advice like this. So now, you know, it's like all hell is broken loose on the left. They got Biden's former Solicitor General, Elizabeth Preloger, to come in and represent the judges. They have a whole cast of, of, of legal luminaries coming in. They have like 20 plus states that have come in to try to block D.C. from getting that relief to trying to block DOJ from getting that relief to help me against D.C. yes, it's just, it's, it's unreal. Right. And, and it's not being covered by the mainstream media.
Vince
So wait, I'm sorry, but the forces of the entire left are against you right now? 20 different states and the former Solicitor General for the Biden administration have joined forces to destroy one man.
Jeff Clark
Yes, yes, it should be a bigger news story. And it's not because of who controls
Vince
the mainstream media, but they're all dedicated to destroying Jeff Clark. And the reason for that is because they don't want people to think that you're allowed to raise any legal challenges whatsoever to the way an election is conducted.
Jeff Clark
Yes. And then if you ask, is there a general principle that they're also fighting for? It is because there is. It's because in the 1970s, they managed to kind of totally distort local and state ethics processes, to put these ethics processes as a kind of ultimate check to keep people in line with, you know, whatever the mainstream establishment view is. And so, you know, if you're a lawyer who believes, you know, in the Constitution and you believe that you can interpret the Constitution based on your own oath and your own conscience, and you give that advice to the president, and that, that advice is, is sacrosanct, then they want the ability to call in these local people, and in dc, all the people who so far have weighed in against me at this thing called the hearing committees in D.C. and on the Board of Professional Responsibility in D.C. they're all volunteers, and they're not just lawyers. They're they're about, you know, 80% lawyers and 20% laypeople. And you know how laypeople can be called in. Like, there was a health care professional who was called in to sort of look at my constitutional analysis about the electors clause that I spun out for you. Right. It's, it's. It's ludicrous.
Vince
And how many of them have blue hair? Do you know?
Jeff Clark
I. It was close to. It was close to blue hair with that when I was called to testify. So, you know, they. I took the, The. The Fifth Amendment in addition to all the privileges I mentioned. Right. Yeah. And so my lawyers, you know, tried to say, look, like, why are you going to put him on the stand? You're just doing this to try to embarrass him on national TV because it was broadcast on YouTube, and they'll take snippets out of it. Sure. And, you know, the hearing committee chair was like, no, I'm going to make him testify. So I come up, you know, I got to answer, like, repetitive question after repetitive question.
Vince
Yes.
Jeff Clark
And. And to say, okay, I'm taking law enforcement privilege, executive privilege, deliberative process privilege, and lawyer client privilege. And the fifth. Right. I got to do that over and over and over again.
Vince
Y.
Jeff Clark
And then there was one question that the lady I mentioned who is. Was the lay person on the hearing committee that I did decide to answer, which was she. She said, you. Because we asked you the question of if you're taking lawyer client privilege, who do you think your client was? And there was, like, indignancy in the question, like, your client is the American people. And I said, incorrect. My client, when I'm in the executive branch at the Justice Department, is the head of the executive branch, the President of the United States in his official capacity. And you could have heard a pin drop at that point, because they were, they were shocked to hear that answer because this is not the idea of the ethics authorities. Right. They've tried for years, and they actually passed a rule in D.C. to say that if you're in the executive branch, your client is the head of the agency that you're in. So to them, the acting attorney general in 2020 was my clients, Not. Not President Trump, even though I was directly dealing with President Trump.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
Yes.
Jeff Clark
And they would not hear any argument to the contrary, even though that argument is just basic constitutional law.
Vince
So, Jeff, finally, how encouraged are you by the fact that the Justice Department is fighting for you here? I saw Todd Blanch and the team. They. They have been fighting on your side of this to try and keep you from being hurt. So badly by all these crazy lefties.
Jeff Clark
I'm very encouraged by it. I'm grateful to them for doing it because it's not costless. Right. I mean, given how they ran my name through the mud.
Vince
Right.
Jeff Clark
Given that they pulled me out of my house in 2022 without letting me get dressed. Given, you know, they, and they just, they ran all these narratives like this guy, you know, he's a nobody. He, he has no particular legal credentials. He just was like a yes man who showed up for President Trump, which totally ignores all of my accolades that I was the only assistant Attorney general who was asked to run two of seven litigating divisions, 1400 lawyers simultaneously. Right. But they cook up these narratives to try to demonize people. So, you know, but given that that's the mainstream narrative, for them to come in on my side creates political costs for them. So I'm, I'm very grateful. And you know, they did this at a time, you know, just a few months in advance of, of Todd Blanche's confirmation hearing. So it shows that he is a stand up guy and he's willing to take strong positions.
Vince
Yes, he's fearless, which is good. I've been very encouraged by his time as acting Attorney General. Jeff Clark, thank you very much. With the oversight project these days and continuing to stay in the fight. God bless you for it. Thank you, Jeff. Great to talk to you today, sir.
Jeff Clark
Good to talk to you too, Vince. Thank you.
Vince
Be well. There he is. Jeff Clark, that's a, that's a good American guy who really, really believes in the country and has fought very hard for it and is taking boy big time, the slings and the arrows. And I was, I, I forgot all about his 2022, the raid on his house and pulling him out in this, it was, he wasn't even dressed. He was in his underwear. They pull him out in front of his house. They tortured that man and he's staying in the fight. God bless him for it. God bless him for it. Good to have him with us today. I, I did tell you that I want to tell you in brief today a little bit about what we know about the Iran war. The updates on that subject before we check out today. Although I have a lot more to get to on the big national radio show. We, we had some developments through the weekend. U.S. service members were killed in strikes by Iran. An Iranian attack on a U.S. base in Jordan led to the death of two U.S. troops. Another one, another missing, as well as a bunch wounded in the attack. Here's the update this is CBS News headline this morning. At least two US Soldiers were killed over the weekend in an Iranian attack on a US Base in Jordan. Another is listed as missing in action. A third American service member died in Iraq after a controlled detonation of an Iranian drone. Four Iranian attacks in five days on US Forces in Jordan have also left dozens wounded, raising questions about whether missile defense systems had failed to intercept or even detect the incoming fire. President Trump was paying tribute to the fallen forces Sunday, calling them patriots who were fighting to ensure that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. The US Military had vowed to swiftly punish Iran for the deadly attacks and. And punish we did. We've been, it's been nine straight nights, days of strikes by Central Command, Central Command revealing that we've been doing that, that this is the update as of this morning as we've been blowing the hell out of these guys. U.S. central Command successfully completed nine consecutive evenings of strikes against Iran. At 10:00pm Eastern last night, CENTCOM assets targeted Iranian military command centers, air defense, coastal surveillance sites, maritime capabilities, missile and drone launch sites, and communications networks. To further diminish Iran's ability to attack commercial vessels and civilian mariners transiting the Strait of Hormuz, the US Military is holding Iran accountable at the commander in chief's direction. CENTCOM forces remain highly vigilant, focused, lethal and ready. And you can see on screen right now, rumble.com/vince, if you'd like to see the footage, more of that military footage of, of our boys loading up our munitions, these jets taking off in these strikes underway on all of these Iranian targets. Now, you probably are having the same thought I'm having, which is if we're aware of these targets, why let them linger? Why not just take out all of them immediately? And that, I assume, is the game plan to take out as many of these as we can. I do know that oftentimes the reason why, you'll see it takes a while for us to hit. We're like, why do they have so many missiles? What's going on? Why do they. I thought we diminished the missiles. Well, we have. We've substantially demissile, rather diminished their missile stockpiles. And the biggest thing we've diminished is their manufacturing capacity. We've destroyed so much of their industrial base in Iran. The problem is there's a little bit of a whack and whack, a mole game going. They duck into these bunkers and then they hide and then we don't know where they are until they pop out to fire the missiles and then when they do, well, then, kaboom, we blow them up.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
They.
Vince
But that's usually how this is happening. So once they start firing from a location, we destroy it. But that's, that's been the process. But another night of strikes on Iran as the president attempts to beat them into submission to stop them from getting a nuclear weapon and to stop them from menacing the Strait of Hormuz. Now, the president did speak out last night about all of this. He, he said we did hit them very hard last night. Here's the president giving us remarks from a tarmac he was traveling to and from the World cup yesterday. Here's the president speaking to the press. Take a look here.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
Watch. Well, we feel very badly, but you know, those great people, those great patriots were out there fighting that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Iran has been very, very badly damaged. They've lost everything almost militarily. They've got very little left. They've got some missiles, they've got some drones, they've got some manufacturing ability. Not much. We control the strait. They don't control anything. So we'll see what happens. But we hit them very hard again tonight, and we did that in honor of the probably three. It's probably three as opposed to we
Vince
hit them very hard tonight in honor of the service members that we lost. God bless them for their service. God comfort their families. The President staying in the fight. President also saying that his goal is to stop them from having a nuclear weapon. Here's the President on that subject. Take a look.
Interviewer/Host Assistant
This is a far bigger job that we're doing. We were doing a little job stopping them from having a certain capability. Now we're just ending it. So it's really not the same thing. What we're doing now is we're ending any chance where they could have a nuclear missile. If you look at it, after a week and a half, not four weeks, a week and a half, two weeks, we stopped them from probably. But I don't want to have the word probably. This is a far big. Yeah.
Vince
And I don't want to have the word probably. I want to have the word definitely. Is the President of the United States. Holy cow. Is the. The battle there continues. Although I will say this morning, markets edging up as we started the program today because apparently, according to cnbc, some Iranian officials are now signaling that there may have been a negotiating breakthrough with the United States of some kind. We will see. We've heard this before. Keep your eyes on it, as always. And as always, thanks for being with me. Really the best audience anywhere. I've got the big national radio show coming up today. We'll have a lot more to discuss there. The VIN Show.com to get your local radio listings, you can join me on rumble rumble.com Vince from 1 to 3 Eastern Time. Also, Dan Bongino's program coming up this morning, 10am Rumble.com Bongino Then Haley Caronia, the wonderful Haley Caronia. She's on a noon Eastern time. Rumble.com Haley Haley with Two Wise. Why? Because she is wonderful and so are you. Great to see you today. Can't wait to be back with you tomorrow. Thanks so much for being here.

VINCE remains fast-paced, sharp-edged, and strongly partisan but includes moments of levity. Vince blends policy analysis with direct calls to action and a keen eye for media missteps. The episode stands out for its in-depth examination of the logistical and legal challenges in election reform, its willingness to name and dissect perceived hypocrisy, and its insider commentary on current GOP vs. establishment tensions. The Jeff Clark interview is a centerpiece—both for its revelations and its illustration of the trenches of political/legal warfare in contemporary America.
