Wow, what a night. What a, what an unbelievable night. Should we start with Thomas Massie? I think we should probably start with Thomas Massie. Congressman Thomas Massie is now out of a job. Navy SEAL Ed Gallrane winning the gig. Thomas Massie will be finishing out his time in Congress going into January. Galrain won it by a wide margin with the backing of President Trump and importantly, with the backing of President Trump's voters in that Kentucky district. Massie's gone. You know, Massie is an interesting character. You know, over time you, you may, like me, have been attracted in some ways to Thomas Massie's politics. Massie's politics include getting control of the national debt. The guy wears a debt clock on his, on his pocket all the time to indicate just how out of control the spending in Washington has become. I like that a lot. You know, Thomas Massie lives off the grid. He powers his house with. What does he got? The, like the solar banks and all these things he's got. He's very, he's an interesting kind of MIT trained engineer dude. That's all cool. I like that. Fascinating stuff. What I don't like though, is the fact that Thomas Massie was breathing life into Blue Anon. You know about Blue and None. That deranged left wing conspiracy operation that mostly exists on Blueski Blew a Nun, where they allege that President Trump is guilty of all sorts of horrific crimes against children. The kinds of crimes that actually are sort of the dominion of Democrats, aren't they? It's just awful, just awful what the left has been saying about the President. And it has been, you know, remember this Jeffrey Epstein saga as we've talked about it through the years, this has been a source of concern on the American right because we saw it as a skeleton key for the corruption of the establishment that we wanted to take down. We were tired of a corrupt and demonic establishment. And so that's why the right was so concerned about the Jeffrey Epstein saga and has continued to be to this very day. The left was a Johnny come lately to that story because once they realized that it was reaching a critical mass, exposing people that were massive donors in their party or president or presidents or any of the people that are associated with the left, they decided to do what they always do, which is turn it into another Game of projection, trying to take their own sins and project them onto the right. Never mind the fact that Donald Trump has been a hero in the story of the Epstein saga. The guy who is helping investigators and cops dig into the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein, telling again, by the admission of all these authorities coming out through the years and saying, yeah, Donald Trump was the one guy who was really helpful to us. Donald Trump kicking Epstein out of Mar A Lago for being a pervert. All every one of these things has redounded to President Trump's credibility on this, to his integrity on this story. And yet, of course, the left is trying to project their sins onto him. That's been the saga. So remember, it was last fall that Thomas Massie did this big press conference where he was saying, we gotta release the Epstein files. We gotta release the Epstein files. Which of course, President Trump did eventually sign a law to do that very thing. He said, just get it all out there. This nonsense has become such a ridiculous distraction. We have so many things we have to do for the country. But Massey kept pressing on this thing. And he does this press conference and he waltzes outside for the presser. And while he's out there, he's standing in front of signs, blue and non signs, accused President Trump of being a pedophile. That's what Thomas Massie was doing. Do you remember this? Here's the imagery. Here's Massie. Marjorie Taylor Greene is standing to his side here, concealed by my face on. On rumble.com Vince here. But here's Thomas Massie right behind him. You see the signs that are in the shot. Now, this is. If you're an American politician, you're very aware of what your camera shot looks like, because this is the image that the world's going to see. And. And it might as well have come out of Thomas Massie's mouth because look right here, right over his right shoulder, release the Epstein files. Hashtag pedo47. This is what Massie was doing. He was legitimizing blue. And on. Here we go. Pedophile of the United States with a picture of President Trump holding a little child's hand with balloons that say, help, Help. You see this garbage? This is what Massie was legitimizing. It was insanity. And so whatever decency Thomas Massie has demonstrated in the past, particularly with regards to the thing like the national dead, I agree with him completely. I told Rand Paul this last year, too. When Rand Paul was against the big beautiful bill, when he was fighting back against, I was like, Senator Paul, remember We had him on the show and I talked to, I said, senator Paul, we need to secure our border. I'm with you on the debt, brother. I want to restrain the government spending so much. And I'm thankful that President Trump has fired 10% of the federal workforce. They're catching all this fraud. I love all that. And I will keep hammering that issue. The get control of the national debt. No question about it. I don't want to leave my child, God willing, my grandchildren. I don't want to leave them with some massive debt burden. We got to get this under control so we can have a country in the future. So. Totally agree. But when you start doing this garbage, standing in front of Trump's pedophile signs, it's time to go. It's time to get somebody in there who's gonna be more serious and not breathing life into the insanity that's led to. Now what? Multiple assassination attempts against the President of the United States. It's enough. It's enough. And the voters in Kentucky's 4th district yesterday said it's enough. And they got rid of Thomas Massie. So that's the big news overnight. That's kind of the big story that most of the outlets have been focusing on overnight. But Thomas Massie out. And again, I've said it before, this is not just about the power of President Trump. Importantly, it's about the power of you. It's about the power of the Trump voters, the power of the normal American who's tired of the crap, who just wants a better country and who just wants fighters to help make that happen. So Massey's out and Ed Gallrane is in, and now he's got an obligation to do that job very well. Of course, he's won the primary. He's gotta go on to win the general election, but he's expected to rather easily. So that's good. President Trump did have a big night. President Trump and his base did have a big night last night as 30, nearly 30 races that President Trump had endorsed in were either outright victories or going to runoffs. Now, where the Trump endorsed candidate is the, is the leader in the race. That's a very big deal. President for instance, in, also in Kentucky, President Trump's pick to replace Mitch McConnell, Andy Barr had a huge night last night and easily winning in that fight against Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron. Andy Barr gets 62% of the vote. Daniel Cameron gets 29% of the vote in that contest. Now, for those of you who've been paying attention to that race for a While, you know, there was a third candidate in the race by the name of Nate Morris that recently dropped out of the race at the request of the President of the United States. The President said, would you. Would you basically clear the deck here. Let's get Andy Barr through. And Nate Morris is a guy who was endorsed. He was the final endorsement of Charlie Kirk, and for good reason. The guy was on pace to be a total breath of fresh air to replace Mitch McConnell. And we need a radical change. We need a radical, better change from the corruption and establishment. Mitch McConnell. The guy can barely think right now. But I just mean in terms of his politics, just not serving the American people well at all. And so Nate Morris was running for the gig. President Trump asked him to step out. He's gonna get a job as a. As an ambassador in the Trump administration. Nate did that, and then he went on to endorse Andy Barr. And here's what Nate had to say about the guy who just won this race yesterday against Daniel Cameron. Take a listen.
Nate Morris
Hey, it's Nate Morris. Before Election Day, I wanted to send a message to all my friends and supporters. We are quickly approaching one of the most important elections in Kentucky history. We need Republicans who are going to take on the radical left, protect Kentucky jobs, and most importantly, remember that this is Donald Trump's Republican Party. And I'm certain that Andy Barr will do that. That's why President Trump has endorsed him, and that's why I'm asking you to go vote for him as well. I've known andy for over 20 years. We have both fought for Kentucky values and for President Trump's agenda. I'm asking you to join me and President Trump in supporting Andy Barr on Tuesday, May 19th. I need you to bring your friends, bring your family, get out, and let's go vote.
Vince
All right, so big endorsement from Nate Morris, and it all comes to pass. The biggest endorsement, of course, from President Trump as he gets Andy Barth through. So that if, God willing, that bodes very well for the future of that representation from Kentucky. Obviously, when Nate was running, he was making a big deal that both of these guys at times in their careers had worked for Mitch McConnell. So they had some relationship with. With McConnell. But Daniel Cameron was widely considered to be much more closely linked to McConnell than Andy Barr. And I don't know if you're like me, but that means something to me. I want the guy who's a little bit more distant from Mitch McConnell to have the gig. So Andy Barr gets it. He's en route. We'll see he's got to win in that general election, and then we expect him to arrive and to do a good job for the American people. There's a, there's, there's just a lot of big movement going on right now, especially in the United States Senate. We'll get to more Senate news in just a moment. One more for you at least. Let's see. Georgia. Brad Raffensperger goes down in Georgia. Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State, the source of so much chaos back during that 2020 election. He just lost his Republican primary in the state to try and become the Republican governor. Now billionaire Rick Jackson and Lt. Gov. Burt Jones are headed to a runoff there as Raffensperger goes down. Raffensperger out. So we have, we have a lot there. So it just really. Good night. Good night for the President of the United States. Now, let me get to Texas. I want to get to what happened in Texas yesterday, because this one, as big as the results were last night, including the Thomas Massie headline, I don't think any news story was quite as big as President Trump's endorsement yesterday of Ken Paxton. Yes, you heard me correctly. The President of the United States has finally issued an endorsement in that huge US Senate race in Texas for Ken Paxton over the incumbent senator who's been there for a long time, John Cornyn. Now, this is creating chaos in Washington, D.C. it has been creating chaos. The fact that the president is. Didn't quickly endorse John Cornyn. In fact, he was expected to. When Cornyn and Paxton made it to the runoff phase earlier this year, there were headlines all over the place that President Trump was about to imminently endorse John Cornyn, the establishment incumbent Republican. Everybody in the, in the party, in the, in the establishment Senate Republican Party were, was beaten down President Trump's door at the White House. Endorse Cornyn. Endorse Cornyn. Endorse Cornyn. And the president apparently was this close to doing it, but then Ken Paxton pulled a rabbit out of his hat. Chad, do you remember what it was? It's a piece of legislation. It's just three words. And it's the thing that we want very desperately. It's the Save America. Ken Paxton realized that in order to win the president's endorsement, in order to serve the country well, in order to defeat John Cornyn, he needed to go all in on the thing that we all want. The thing that we all want, which is the Save America Act. Yes, you're right. I should, of course, gavel In. Can I gavel? Yeah, there it is. There's the gavel. The Save America Act. Paxton. Holy crap. Remember this? This was in the midst of all these headlines about, oh, he's going to endorse Corny. He's going to endorse Cornyn. Here it comes. It was March 5th. Ken Paxton posts the following. The Save America act is the most important bill the US Senate could ever pass. I'm committed to helping President Trump get it done. I would consider dropping out of this race if Senate leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the Save America Act. John Cornyn is a coward who has refused to support abolishing the filibuster to pass this bill. Now fake news reporters in the establishment are trying to destroy me with misinformation. The truth is clear. No one has been more loyal to Donald Trump than me. Fighting the stolen 2020 election, being in Mar a Lago when he announced his 2024 campaign, and standing with him in New York in the face of lawfare for the good of our country and for the good of passing President Trump's agenda, I. I am determined to help him get this done. Ken Paxton, that was March 5th. Do you remember the Hail Mary that he threw? It is so good. It was. This is one of the most brilliant political moves we've ever seen. Ken Paxton makes that declaration, you want me to drop out, pass the Save America Act. Those are the terms. What happened next? President Trump withheld his endorsement. No endorsement for Cornyn. No endorsement for Paxton either. In fact, this continued to stretch on for these past months without an endorsement. Both men competing for the favor of the President of the United States and most importantly, his base. Ken Paxton, staying dedicated entirely and consistent on this issue of the Save America Act. John Cornyn adopting it late, all of a sudden coming out and writing in New York papers that he's for the Save America act, he's for doing anything that's necessary to get it passed now. And suddenly he started sounding a lot like, well, members of this audience, like people who want this for real. But you and I are both very skeptical of establishment Republicans in the Senate. It's one thing to say you're gonna do it, it's another to actually do it, which is why we've been so frustrated with these Senate Republicans. They talk a lot. They do very little. They do very little. And then they make a lot of excuses for why they can't do the things that they were talking about. We hate that John Cornyn has been a part of that. Club. And just yesterday President Trump decided, you know what? I'm sick of that club. Here's what the President said about this. Listen to this. This is a, this is an epic true social post. I don't even know. I'm going to, I, I, I'm going to see if I can read a lot of it. It's very long, it's very long. I know you're, you're a smart audience, you're capable of reading, you're literate, but here's the President of the United States on this subject. Let me, let me constrain it a little bit so you can see it here@rumble.com Vince, the highly respected Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, an America first patriot and someone who has always been extremely loyal to me in our amazing MAGA movement, is running for the United States Senate. And he talks about how he's won Texas so many times and so and by such big margins. He says, I know Ken well. I've seen him tested at the highest and most difficult levels. He's a winner. Ken is a strong supporter of terminating the filibuster and very importantly the Save America act, something which Paul's at 87%, including Democrats, the President's favorite term for the left these days and yet can't seem to get approved. Perhaps Ken can out move these important elements of government forward because with the filibuster as an example, the Democrats will terminate it with on their first day. And the President says that Democrats are going to make D.C. and Puerto Rico states and they're going to of course get Democrat senators out of that. They're going to enlarge the supreme court. They want 21 justices. They'll all be radical left and our country is going to be in a terrible place. The Democrats do that. He said two years ago our country was dead. Now we've got the hottest country in the world. I want to keep it that way. Ken Paxton will help me do it. He says Ken's a true MAGA warrior who's always delivered for Texas and by the way, won statewide Texas statewide elections in Texas multiple times. Just to be clear, this is, this is an aside from Vince on the elect electability of Ken Paxton and will continue to do so in the United States Senate, says the President. He will tirelessly fight to continue the great growth of our economy, cut taxes and regulations. He'll advance made in the usa. He'll unleash American energy dominance. He'll champion Texas oil and gas. He'll advocate for amazing farmers and ranches promote school choice, keep our borders secure, stop migrant crime, support our military and veterans, safeguard our elections, and protect our second Amendment. Now, the President does have a nice thing to say about John Cornyn. He says he's a good man. He's a good man, he says, and I worked well with him, but he was not supportive of me when times were tough. And despite having the most successful economy in the history of our country during my first term and with all of the many other things that I accomplished, secure border, military dominance, space, force, all time high stock markets, 401 s, all of this considered to be legendary. John was very late in backing me in what turned out to be a historic run for the Republican nomination and then the presidency itself, both of which were landslide victories and more importantly, gave us the country we have today the golden age of America. Ken Paxton has gone through a lot. The President says, in many cases, very unfairly, but he's a fighter and he knows how to win. Our country needs fighters. The President says, Ken Paxton has my complete and total endorsement to be the next United States Senator from the great state of Texas. Ken Paxton will never let you down. I want to remind you of one other element here. We're on Truth Social. As I read. This is Truth Post Truth Social. Remember when the president, when the president was on the verge of. Of endorsing John Cornyn, do you remember what happened on Truth Social? You remember that phenomenon? So in addition to Paxton coming out and going, hey, save America act, that's my ultimatum. Get that passed, I'm dropping out of the race. John Cornyn can have it, but if you don't get it passed, I'm staying in the race. That was amazing. The other side of this was you. The other side of this was everybody on Truth Social going online, telling the president, don't do it, Mr. President, please, for the good of the country, for the good of your agenda, please endorse Ken Paxton. Please. I didn't see. I swear to you, we went through it. I didn't see a single person on Truth Social in those early days on those comments and thousands of comments saying, endorse John Cornyn. I prefer Cornyn. Cornyn would be better. Not a single one. Everybody was for Paxton. And this goes back to a really important point. The President does care about what his base thinks. He does pay attention to this. This sometimes I think gets lost in the analysis is like that. Oh, they just do whatever Trump says. No, no, no, wait a second. This is a conversation between the President and the people who put him in office. It's an ongoing conversation. It never ends. There's. People have debates within this party. People are talking amongst themselves. There's disagreements about what course of action to take and what the priorities should be. But those disagreements, when they're, when they're healthy, President Trump's paying attention to them. He takes them seriously and he factors them into his thought process. That brought us an endorsement a week before this vote is set to take place. Yesterday comes the endorsement. Next week. Tuesday is the. As the end of the voting period. Right now, Texas is in an early voting period. Producer Jim's already voted for Ken Paxton. And if you're in Texas, you can do that right now. Go vote for Ken Paxton. But you have until Tuesday. Tuesday is Election Day in Texas, where this decision will finally be made. And based on what just happened and based on the fact that John Corden couldn't even get a majority of votes in the first pass as an incumbent Republican senator, the writing's kind of on the wall, isn't it? Yeah. You can kind of see what's going to happen already. Ken Paxton is destined to win this race and very likely the general election against James Talafrico. Yes, we've got that battle ahead. We'll definitely talk about that. I've got a lot more to get to on this. I, we need to dive in a little bit more on, on the specifics because they're also fascinating. And this has been a part of an epic run for the President of the United States and his agenda that I feel very, very good about. I'll tell you why in just a moment. Okay, so a big endorsement in Texas Chat. How do we feel about this? We happy that Ken Paxton gets the endorsement? Any. Any corn and heads? Any corn and dogs? What do we call corn and people in the chat today? I. I like it. I'm very happy with this Ken Paxton. I was think, actually just thinking about Ken Paxton's record this week. I wrote an op ed. Yeah, the chat's happy. For those of you listening on the audio, I, I was just. I, I took, I did a look back this week at J.D. vance's Fraud Force. I wrote an op ed. If you'd be so kind as to share it, I'd appreciate it. For the, for the Daily Caller. I came out of hibernation to write an op ed. I haven't written an actual opinion piece for a while. And I just wrote a piece this week about how great J.D. vance's fraud force has been doing, because I've been that elated by it. And I was digging into specific states and whether or not they've done the work to detect Medicaid fraud. Because J.D. vance and the team have said, hey, look, if you're not actually working to detect Medicaid fraud, we're cutting off your Medicaid funding. So even either fix this or lose access to these federal dollars, we're not playing around. God bless them for that, for that approach. But the two states that I pulled up, that by way of comparison, in one state, Texas, they're finding Medicaid fraud like crazy. And that's been led by Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas. In fact, last year in Texas, they indicted nearly 200 different people for Medicaid fraud in the Lone Star State. Awesome. Love that they're doing that. Love that Ken Paxton has been doing that. So in case you're wondering, what does Ken Paxton like on the job? Well, he's completely dedicated to the, to the agenda that you and I keep voting for. That's great. Meanwhile, in a state like Hawaii, which is run by Democrats, do you know how many Medicaid prosecutions they had last year for fraud? Medicaid fraud prosecutions? Zero. You know how many Medicaid fraud prosecutions they've had over the last four years? Zero. Zero. So you got Democrat states who are not even taking this seriously at all. And meanwhile, a state like Texas with an attorney general like Ken Paxton going, oh, yeah, we're taking it seriously. We're going after fraudsters. Yeah, good. Catch them. Catch the people that are stealing my money and then throw them in jail. And if they're here illegally, deport them. Get them the hell out of the country. Ken Paxton's been doing that. So that's a, that's, that's a. Another good sign of, of what Paxton is up to. So you get, you get that big endorsement yesterday. Just, just absolutely massive here. And here is. Here's some of the reaction to it. Just to. Just to give you a sense of how all of this went down. First of all, John Cornyn is still insisting that he would be better in this race against Talafrico. He. He thinks he would be much, much better. Here is Cornyn on X yesterday posting the social media, saying the following. He said, here we go. I've worked closely with President Trump through both of his presidential terms, and I voted with him more than 99% of the time. He has consistently called me a friend in this race. It's now time for Texas Republican voters to decide if they want a strong nominee to help our Republican candidates down ballot and defeat Talarico in November or a weak nominee who jeopardizes everything we care about. I trust the Republican voters of Texas. Now, this would be more credible if John Cornyn had won his primary to begin with, and he didn't. The guy couldn't even get a majority of the vote in the first primary phase. The. The protest votes for the other candidates in this race, which would have been Ken Paxton and Wesley Hunt. Paxton, of course, makes it to the runoff. They had the majority between the two of them. So clearly Texas voters are looking for change. Clearly, Ken Paxton is in a much stronger position. In fact, recent Republican polling on this subject, although it hasn't been released publicly behind closed doors reportedly has Ken Paxton up over John Cornyn by double digits. The energy for Paxton is so much higher in Texas right now than it is for Cornyn, and yet Cornyn is pretending like I'm the electable one. And then Cornyn just said yesterday that the following about Ken Paxton, he said, this is gonna be terrible for our candidates. Watch this. Cut to here's John Cornyn yesterday.
John Cornyn
Well, you know, we've always had these family fights within the Republican Party and then we unify in order to win the election in November and we'll do that again. But I believe that in terms of our success in November, that Ken Paxton would be an albatross around the neck of our candidates and would likely lose to James Tallarico. I think we've come too far and worked too hard to risk that Ken
Vince
Paxton would be an albatross around the neck of our candidates. Now, where have we heard this expression before? He would be an albatross around the neck of our candidates, huh? Oh, look. 2016 leading Republican senator tells CNN Trump could be an albatross to the party. Who's the leading Republican senator? Who was that? Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn raised serious concerns Monday about Donald Trump's surging presidential bid, becoming the highest ranking congressional Republican Republican to express fears about about the real estate moguls candidacy. We can't have a nominee be an albatross around the down ballot races, Cornyn told CNN when asked if he had concerns about Trump winning the Republican race. That's a concern of mine, said Cornyn. When asked if Trump would be a drain on the party's bid to keep control of the Senate, the Texas senator said, I think he certainly is a controversial figure. I think we need someone who can unify the party as opposed to divide the party. So John Cornyn's predictive powers of who might be an albatross in the Republican Party. He's batting zero. He's doing awful on that particular prediction. So we'll see how he does this year when he's watching it from the cheap seats. He's not gonna be able to be in this race anymore. And the fact that President Trump made this endorsement, you gotta wonder if he was riding high on the fact that Bill Cassidy just got thrown out, too. You saw what happened this past week, guys, right? On Saturday, we talked about it as we came into the Monday show. Two days ago, Bill Cassidy in Louisiana became the first incumbent senator to be thrown out in a Senate primary since Dick Lugar back in 2012. Isn't that amazing? Of either party, the first one to be thrown out in a primary since Richard Luger. And right now, John Cornyn's on track to become the second person since Richard Lugar to be thrown out in the primary phase as an incumbent senator. There's long been this thought process that if you're the incumbent, it's guaranteed to be yours. You get the nomination, there's no real contest, Nobody's going to unseat you. Yeah, that's all changed. We're cleaning out the Senate right now. We're cleaning out the United States Senate and we're sending in people who are actually going to get the job done. And what's the job? Election integrity. The job right now is job one, Election integrity. Save America. And if you're not going to do it, we're going to find somebody else who will. Pretty good. Pretty good. So that was, I think the president, realizing that, came in on this and said, okay, we're going to, we're going to do this. And here's actually. The establishment tried really hard to stop President Trump from making this endorsement. They knew it was coming. I just saw a report from the Wall Street Journal overnight. Trump bucked his party and made a risky bet on Ken Paxton. And look, look who's here at the top. Senator Tim Scott. Just keep, just pay attention to the people who are on your side and the people who are rooting against you here. Senator Tim Scott called President Trump on Tuesday yesterday, reportedly with a last ditch plea. The president was on the verge of publicly endorsing Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Scott, a South Carolina Republican who leads the Senate's campaign arm, urged him to reconsider, according to people familiar with the conversation. Thirty minutes later, Trump backed Paxton anyway, breaking with Scott and other senior Republicans in Washington who have long believed that Paxton's Republican opponent, John Cornyn was a safer bet. By the way, I think this is a lie. This is not about being a safer bet. This is such garbage. It's about John Cornyn being a loyalist to the establishment. It's not that it's a safer bet. Ken Paxton has won multiple statewide elections in Texas. If he becomes the nominee, which he's likely to next week, he's going to be up against one of the worst Senate Democrat candidates ever in James Talafrico. James Talafrico is a fake minister who thinks that God is gender fluid and that God is very happy with abortion. He's a psychopath. He's a psychopath. And so can this race be Any more clear. I mean, it's obvious Texans should and I believe will go for Ken Paxton in the face of James Talafrico. And this idea, oh, John Cornyn is far more electable. How's he far more electable? Republicans who dominate in the state of Texas don't like John Cornyn. So what that. Why does that make him more electable? The whole thing is so stupid. But that was Tim Scott begging President Trump. John Thune found out about it. Apparently. President Trump called Thune, reportedly, according to Al Weaver over at a news website called Notice. I know Al. Al used to work with me at the Daily Caller many years ago, and here's what he said. Trump indicated to Thune during a phone call on Monday that he planned to endorse Paxton. Paxton has been up in private polls lately, with sources adding they saw one recently that had him leading by double digits. Separately, another reporter by the name of Rachel Bade revealed that on the same phone call where John Thune was talking to President Trump, the president had asked Thune to fire the parliamentarian, reportedly to get rid of the parliamentarian, because the Senate parliamentarian is standing in the way of getting all sorts of important MAGA priorities accomplished. He says, okay, can you fire the parliamentarian? John Thune said, no, reportedly. And it was on that same call that Trump said, okay, I'm supporting Ken Paxton. I love it. I just love. I just love how this is all breaking for us for this important agenda. And Thune, my gosh, you should see Thune. You want to see Thune. Thune is very annoyed about what happened yesterday. Cut three. Watch this. Given that you've spent months trying to encourage, persuade the president to endorse John Cornyn the Texas primary, and given that the NRC has invested heavily to help Cornyn win that primary, how personally disappointed or frustrated are you with the president's decision to endorse Ken Paxton today?
John Cornyn
Well, I think you all know my position on this issue. I've made it very clear for months now. And Senator Cornyn is a principal conservative. He is a very effective senator for the state of Texas, but I don't. None of us control what the president does. He made his decision about that. That doesn't change the way I feel. And I am certainly supportive. I will continue to be supportive of Senator Cornyn and his reelection.
Vince
How much harder he made it to keep the majority? How much harder has the president's decision here made it for you? The number one job to keep the Republican majority. Given your concerns about Ken Paxton's viability as a candidate.
John Cornyn
We look at, you know, lots of races around the country, and the majority runs through a lot of different states. We have 24 seats up this time. The Democrats have only nine. So we've got a lot more ground to defend. We also have a couple of offensive opportunities. So, you know, one state doesn't determine the outcome of this election. But obviously we care about every state and we care about helping see our incumbents succeed. That being said, I feel very good about where we are. As I've said before, I think when it comes to winning elections, it starts with quality candidates. Then you got to have a record of accomplishment to run on. You've got to have resources to get that message out, tell that story to the American people. And then you've got to have a really substantial effort to get out the vote, a ground game. And I feel confident in all those elements in all the key states where we're going to have competitive elections this year. And I'm very confident we'll hang on and maybe even expand the majority of the United States Senate, which is counter, I know, to the, you know, sort of the narrative these days. But the truth of the matter is we got the right candidates, the right places at the right time, and with the right resources, we're going to win some races.
Vince
All right? So you can see how, how butthurt the dude is about it. And you know what I love about President Trump and Johnson's not doing this is President Trump and his base that's doing this is he's restoring the Grand Old Party. It's not the gob, the good old boys, it's the gop, the Grand Old Party. It's designed to serve the interests of the American people. And that's what it was historically. President Trump is restoring it. He's making the GOP great again by doing that very thing. And he's got, we're getting rid of John Cornyn. That's great. And he got, and I told you, I got rid of Bill Cassidy. You see how Bill Cassidy repaid the favor. What is Bill Cassidy interested in? Bill Cassidy yesterday instantly flipped in order to try and upend President Trump's plans in Iran instantly. So now that he lost, it was sour grapes, bitter. Bill Cassidy yesterday flipped on President Trump and voted to advance an anti trump Iran war Powers Resolution 50 to 47. The Republican yeas on the bill were Bill Cassidy, Rand Paul, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins. The usual suspects plus Bill Cassidy. Now, John Fetterman was on Trump's side as Eric Daugherty, notes on X. So, yeah, so in other words, like, wait, oh, did we just kick out a principled guy? No, he doesn't have any principle at all. It's just sour grapes. That's it. Now he wants to hurt Trump in his waning months in office. Now he's, now he's become. Apparently he's becoming another Thumbelina Thom Tillis in his waning months in office. That's Bill Cassidy, in case you're wondering what's Cornyn gonna do? Somebody in my chat just pointed out. I forgot about this. Somebody in the chat just pointed out that President Trump did say on Truth Social that whoever he endorses in the Texas race, the other person should drop out immediately. Have you noticed? Cornyn has not dropped out immediately.
J.D. Vance
He's.
Vince
He's staying in the race. You know, he just wants to make it as chaotic as possible up to the very bloody end. He doesn't care that the writing's already on the wall. He's. He's trying to graffiti the wall. Okay, well, we'll keep going through what's, what's happening in the world coming up. I, I feel very good about this boy. I. There's. There's so much good stuff happening, it's ridiculous. I just love it. Let me thank our great sponsors today. Our final sponsors of the program Dose. You know about Dose. And we'll, and we'll, and we'll go based on that, because I do have. Let's see, Cornyn's annoyed by this. John Thune's annoyed by this. Yeah, that's pretty good. And then, and here's JD Vance. Okay, here we go. Here's JD Vance explaining what the hell is happening, because yesterday JD Vance hosted the White House press conference in lieu of Caroline Levitt because she's out on maternity leave looking after her children. And J.D. vance was asked about this big endorsement of Ken Paxton by the President. And he said it's pretty obvious what's happening here. Listen to the Vice President.
John Cornyn
Today we saw the President endorse Ken
Vince
Paxton over John Cornyn in the Texas Senate race.
J.D. Vance
Do you think that sends a message
John Cornyn
going forward for the next cycle to senators considering running for reelection or any
Vince
MAGNA aligned potential candidates that are considering challenging them?
J.D. Vance
Mr. Well, I'd say a couple things, Nick. First of all, the president is very gratified by the response that he's heard from the base and from a lot of voters. I think we're passionate about Ken Paxton. We think KenPaxson is going to be a great senator for the people of Texas, but most importantly, a great United States senator who can work on solving the problems that all of us confront as a country together. I've known John Cornyn for a long time, but unfortunately, you know, when it really counted, Ken Paxton was there for the country, was there for the president, and that's why he ultimately earned the president's endorsement. He thinks he's going to be a better senator, thinks he's going to make a better candidate. And so I do think it sends a message, but really not just the endorsement, but one of the things the president has done very effectively going back 10 years in his leadership of the Republican Party and the country as president, United States, is he said, you know, I want people who fight for the good. I want people who can't be bought by corporate lobbyists, who can't be bought by Wall street, who can't be bought by special interests who are going to go to Washington and fight for the peace, people who actually elected them to those positions. And I think one of the things we've seen in the Republican Party, while I can't say that all of our representatives are perfect or all of our senators are perfect, we have seen a much better crop of talent come into Washington since Donald Trump has been the leader of the party and the leader of the movement. I do think we're going to continue to see that happening. But I think the message that people should take from this is fundamentally, you have got got to serve the people who sent you. And if you don't do that, you're gonna find yourself out of step with voters or out of step with the president of the United States. And that's not a good place to be politically.
Vince
John Cornyn is out of step of voters. He's out of step with the president of the United States. He's not serving the people well. And he's pretty, pretty clear there, J.D. vance going, you know, if you succumb to all these establishment interests, these corrupt lobbyists and all this other garbage, you're not serving the people. Get the hell out. We gotta restore again, make the Grand Old Party great again so that it actually serves the interests of the American people. And that's gonna be if President Trump succeeds and we're seeing a lot of success right now. This will be one of his enduring legacies, refocusing America's better party. No question the Republicans are the better party than the Democrats. America's better party. Refocusing them on what's good for this country and making it great again. Wonderful. Just a wonderful trend lately. So we'll see what happens next Tuesday in Texas. But I, I kind of feel like I know. I kind of feel like I know already. Now. JD Vance was great yesterday. This is the. This was the latest guy to step up to the lectern to do the press briefing while Caroline Levitt's out. Marco Rubio did a wonderful job. He just did an amazing job when he did this recently. J.D. vance had his turn yesterday, and he did an amazing job, too. I love these guys, I think, you know, have you noticed that there's like all sorts of, like, push and pull? Like, everyone's like, oh, this guy's better. You shouldn't. He'd be better as president. He'd be better as president. Oh, I don't like that guy. Don't fall for any of the division. America would be in such a better place if either of these dudes become the Republican nominee. And the President has already. Just last week he said that JD And Marco are a dream team. He straight up said that he hasn't issued an endorsement yet on this subject, but he said these guys would be a dream team to take up the mantle. And I can't disagree. I think at this phase, they've definitely proven themselves as really, really a part of a very deep bench on the Republic.

That's. That's coming up. Now, having said that, here's J.D. vance yesterday. He did. He did a good job. He handled a goofball reporter yesterday. What's this guy? Oh, Andrew Feinberg, who tried to create like some ridiculous Trump scandal. Part of the reason I'm gonna play this audio for you is, as always, we talk about these left wing fake scandals of the week and there's On Blueski right now they're alleging that President Trump sitting around all day doing stock trades, that he's just, all day long, he's just like plopping away at his phone or something, making stock trades and then using public policy to enrich himself. This is that Blueski conspiracy theory just popped up in the press briefing yesterday. And then JD Vance dunked it into the earth. Here's how that went. Cut 5.
Andrew Feinberg
The President's financial disclosures were released recently and they showed a lot of stock trades in the companies that he has talked up at events, official events at the White House on his true social account, sometimes even putting the stock ticker symbols in his posts and encouraging people to buy their stock. Americans, according to recent polling, are increasingly describing the President as corrupt and trading stocks.
J.D. Vance
This is a hell of a question.
Andrew Feinberg
Thank you, sir. Trading individual stocks is something that you said that public officials should not be able to do when you ran for Senate all those years ago. And yet the President, who arguably has access to more non public information than your average senator, is not only buying and selling individuals stocks either through his, through his trust.
Vince
Okay, what's the question?
Andrew Feinberg
The question is, the question, sir, is how can you and your administration argue to Americans that you're cleaning up corruption, you're preventing fraud, you're fighting the sorts of things that harm people and people's financial situations when the President seems to be talking up stocks that he owns, selling them and enriching himself.
J.D. Vance
Okay, so here, let me answer your question here. That was a doozy. Before I answer your question, I want to just observe there are different ways to ask a question. Okay? You can just ask a question, try to get your answer. Or you could do like a speech where you say, you know, Mr. Vice President, you're a terrible human being and so is the President, so is the entire cabinet. And then I'm like, what's your question? And then your question is, how dare you, come on, man, have a little bit of objectivity in the way that you ask these questions. Because there were a lot of things in that speech masquerading as a question that didn't actually get asked. Okay, number one, the President doesn't sit at the Oval Office on his computer, on his like, Robinhood account, buying and selling stocks. That's absurd. He has independent wealth advisors who manage his money. He is a wealthy person. He has had success in business. He's not making these stock trades himself. And your question imputes that. It sort of, it doesn't say it exactly. But a Reasonable person listening to that question would assume the President is sitting around and doing that. He's not. Second of all, you're right. I am a big fan of banning members of Congress from trading stocks. So is the President of the United States. All of us believe that nobody should be taking proprietary information gained from public service and, and buying and selling stock
Vince
like Nancy Pelosi. Which, by the way, remember when President Trump mentioned that in the State of the Union this year and then wanted to know if Pelosi was applauding? It's so freaking funny. But anyway, that's the latest left wing conspiracy theory. Good for JD Vance for smacking that dude around. Well deserved. Well deserved beatdown. I don't think it's going to change him. I think he's going to keep doing it. But. But he deserved it. He definitely deserved it. JD Vance was also asked yesterday by our reporter Reagan Reese about fraud force. And remember, the Vice President had mentioned earlier this year that Ilhan Omar, as far as he could tell, had committed immigration fraud when she married her brother. And this might be deserving of an investigation. Well, here's the breaking news for you. And again, this is courtesy of our reporter Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent at the Daily Caller. She asks JD about this and he says, actually, Reagan, we have a full blown Justice Department investigation going on into Ilhan Omar right now. Here's the breaking news for you from the Vice President. Watch.
John Cornyn
Let's go.
J.D. Vance
Is that Reagan all the way in the back? Daily Caller.
Vince
There we go.
J.D. Vance
Okay, I figured out finally how the seating chart works.
Vince
I want to ask you about the Anti Fraud Task Force. You previously mentioned that Ilhan Omar seemed to have committed immigration fraud. Do you anticipate an indictment against her? An indictment related to that situation?
J.D. Vance
Yeah. So. So, Reagan, I don't want to prejudge an investigation. I mean, you read the things about Ilhan Omar and about, you know, who she married and whether she didn't marry this person or that person. It certainly seems like something fishy is there. But everybody's entitled to equal justice under the laws. So we're going to investigate it. We're going to take a look at it. If we think that there's a crime, we're going to prosecute that crime. And that's something the Department of Justice is looking at right now.
Vince
Mr. West, go ahead. Based on what you've seen during your work on this Anti Fraud task force, do you believe anything should change about our immigration or refugee policies to stop fraud in the United States?
J.D. Vance
Well, yeah, I Mean, look, one thing I'd say is that the biggest immigration fraud that existed under the Biden administration, it's not just that they let a flood of people across the southern border. That was obviously a very major problem and something I'm proud of the president for stopping, but it's also that they allowed the asylum and refugee claimant process to become totally fraudulent. And so here's what would happen, right? You would take a person who, in normal cases would just be a traditional economic immigrant, whether you let him into the country or not. They're trying to come because they want a better job, okay? They would come into the country and say that they were fleeing persecution, and they would say that they were an asylum claimant. And then effectively, what the Biden administration would do is say, okay, you're an asylee. Go. Go into the interior of the country. Here's a work permit, maybe come back in 10 or 12 years for your hearing on whether you actually have a legitimate asylum claim. So what did that mean? That meant that person was just completely given amnesty and released into the interior of the country. Well, what if that person was a criminal? What if that person actually had a violent history? We didn't do any of the work necessary to ensure that the people coming into our country claiming to be asylum claimants actually had anything legitimate or anything good in their background. So that is a serious problem. It is something that we have fixed in the Trump administration. But fundamentally, that loophole you're going to see sometime in the future, somebody is going to try to exploit that loophole. And it's one of the things that we're very focused on in the fraud Task Force is making sure that. That the people who exploited that loophole are actually prosecuted for it, assuming they committed a crime.
Vince
Crush the fraudsters. Crush them. But that first goes. Two great questions, two great answers from. From both people. But that first question about Ilhan Omar, you know, are we going to see any sort of prosecution of Ilhan Omar for marrying her brother for this immigration fraud stuff? And you heard right there from the Vice President of the United States. The Justice Department is actively investigating that right now. Now, to be clear, the Justice Department is not a congressional hearing. The Justice Department's not some outside group commissioning a study. That's not what this is. If the Justice Department is investigating something, it's a criminal investigation. That was breaking news from the Vice President that a criminal investigation is underway into Ilhan Omar right now. I like this fraud force. I like this fraud force a lot. Also yesterday, speaking of immigration chaos. The United States, of course, has been experiencing it. But in some ways our experience, as crappy as it's been thanks to the left, pales in comparison to what's been happening in Europe. It has been utter chaos as Europe kicked its borders open and welcomed in waves of chaotic migration that have done nothing but deteriorate all of these once great countries. And that's definitely true in the United Kingdom. In the UK they are undergoing it and there's a rising political movement to regain their sovereignty right now. Yesterday, JD Vance was asked about this and here's his excellent answer on why it's so incumbent on Brits to regain and protect their own sovereignty. Listen to this. This is not being well received by the legacy media. Replace people with invaders Press. Listen to this.
J.D. Vance
All over the west and it's kind of crazy is this idea that the way to generate prosperity is to bring in millions and millions of unvette people and drop them into your neighborhoods and we simply reject that idea. So to everybody in the UK who rejects that idea, I'd encourage them to just keep on going. It's okay to want to defend your culture. It's okay to want to live in a safe neighborhood. It's okay to want your job, to go to yourself and your neighbors and not to a stranger who you don't even know. It is reasonable for the people in Western societies to want to control who comes into their country and who doesn't. A lot of people, Frank, a lot of people in the media have tried to persuade all of those people that it's somehow racist to want to protect your borders, even though very often the very people who are most affected by low wage immigration are lower income black and Hispanic Americans right here in the United States of America. And I guarantee that's true in the uk. So we believe in making America great again. You can't do that unless you protect your borders. I'd encourage our friends in the UK to follow the same path. Thank you.
Vince
That message should not be rare. What a great message to end that press conference on, by the way, as you see him wave and he steps away from the lecture. Anyway, JD did a great job. You know, somebody asked me yesterday, like, who do you think did better, Marco or J.D. i was like, honestly, I think they both did great. I think they both. That was wonderful and it's great to see. And the cool thing is President Trump is developing a deeper and deeper bench here on the right of people who are actually going to fight for the country, which is wonderful. And I saw somebody in chat say, but didn't J.D. used to attack Trump? Yeah, that's true. Years ago, J.D. vance did attack Trump, but he's talked about this publicly. He says his views on Trump have definitely changed. That, by the way, is also true of Marco, who ran against President Trump in 2016. Little Marco. You remember that? Oh, my gosh. That was, that was good tv. It was good tv. No, President Trump. President Trump, I think is dramatically improved the quality of even people who weren't on his side before, but now definitely are. It's been, it's been a lot of fun to watch. You know what might be fun to watch My radio show today. My radio show. You can actually watch it on rumble from 1 to 3 Eastern each day. Rumble.com Vince.
