Thank you for, thank you for telling us that. Okay, we've got a, we've got quite a bit to get to today. Let's dive right into it. We did get brand new video of the attack on the White House correspondence dinner last week from the, from, from Jeanine Pirro just released this. She's the U.S. attorney in Washington D.C. and one of the reasons that she apparently released this is to kind of clear up some of the concern that's been running around about to what extent was like, like here's a simple thing. Did a Secret Service agent shoot another Secret Service agent? Was it a case of friendly fire? And she's basically working to tell you right now that no, it was not friendly fire. This was not friendly fire. Here's what Jeanine Pirro said on X yesterday about this subject. She releasing this yesterday. She said, quote, today we're releasing video already provided to US District Court showing call Allen shooting a US Secret Service officer during his attempt to assassinate the President at the White House correspondence dinner. There is no evidence that the shooting was the result of friendly fire. The video also shows Allen casing the area in the Hilton Hotel the day before the attack. My office, along with the FBI will continue this extensive investigation to bring Cole Allen to justice. All right, so let's all take a look at this video together again. It's higher quality video than we were served on Saturday night. That's when somebody had captured, I think using their cell phone, just a video using a cell phone of the surveillance video. And then it was. And then President Trump posted it to his Truth Social account in an effort to very quickly get it out. Now we get the actual direct, high quality footage from the security cameras. And let's take a look at what these reveal here. Let's see. We've got, do we have the, you have the video of the attack here? Yes, we do. Here we go. Cut to. Here's the video of the attack. All right, you can see here the Secret Service agent standing there. They're taking down one of the magnetometers. It looks like they're doing a tear down of one. And then you see the shooter run into the room, apparently fires his shotgun directly into the chest of one of the Secret Service agents. Who is the agent who discharges his weapon. They believe five times. He's the one agent who fires. He Fires five shots. None of them hit the suspect. You can see here in this, this video, the following video, the playback speed decreased substantially here. For those of you on rumble.com, vince, just a slower approach here as this guy goes charging towards the magnetometer. Now, trust me, there's more video. We're going to get to it. Him casing the joint, what led up to this moment. But just take a look at the actual attack here. He runs in, he raises his weapon, he apparently fires it, though you don't see a muzzle flash here. But again, we're dealing with 30 frames per second. Somewhere between 50 to 15 to 30 frames per second in security footage. Then you do see the muzzle flash a couple of times from the service handgun, the service pistol of the Secret Service agent. Then the rest of the agents and the cops there, they raise their weapons and then they draw down right on the, on the suspect, who apparently tripped just out of frame, fell to the floor and they tackled him, taking him into custody. So that's the, that's kind of the high quality perspective of the exact moment that this occurred. Now, if we back up a bit, I'm gonna. Let me show some footage to you. I want to, I want to take you through this a little more carefully on the, on the front end here is. This is. This footage shows us what happened in the lead up to all of this. So here, here we have the. This is April 24th, the night before the 8:59pm Take a look here. This footage shows him casing the area on Friday. You see the suspect walking down this hallway, casing it clearly looking around. He's kind of meandering through, observing, kind of pretending to have a natural swagger, but you see his head keeps turning and he looks at various doorways. He's kind of just. He points at something, he's sort of gesturing to it, kind of giving himself like a mental picture of the attack that he's gonna try and conduct the next evening. He walks into the hotel gym as well at the Hilton, and he has an interaction with the woman who's operating at the desk over here. There's a woman who's kind of like the attendant apparently for the gym. And he finally gets into the room and he talks to her a little bit, and then he just walks around the gym. I was like, is this guy getting in a workout the night before the attack? Is he really going to do that? Because presumably if you're going to run in and attack with the Secret Service there being fully armed, you probably have to assume you're going to die. So I don't really know what the upside to a, to one last workout would be. Here he is just making small talk, looking like a psychopath, dealing with this, dealing with the woman at the desk. And then he meanders around the gym for a minute. This, basically, they just got all this footage showing he was in the hotel, he was casing the joint. He walks up and down this hallway yet again, the same exact hallway that he keeps casing. Three minutes pass. It looks like one of the workers is checking doors, going through them, and then he comes swinging past again. And he's just looking. He's constantly looking. He's casing the joint over and over and over again. That brings us to the next night. And here we see him get out of the elevator. You can see him walking out of the elevator near the gym. And as he walks out of the elevator, here he is in his trench coat outfit. He's clearly concealing the shotgun. Now look, if you, as you watch him walking, he's got his right hand gripped against his jacket. He's concealing the shotgun inside of this trench coat style jacket. Walking down the hallway away from the security camera here. Just keeps going, headed towards the attack now. And then, then we get to his emergence. So check this out. So you'll see him enter. For those of you watching, again, you're going to see him enter at the top left of the frame here. He walks into the room. And as he's walking in, a Secret Service canine clearly detects that there's something going on with this guy. And I would assume that the reason that the dog is on this dude is because it smells the gunpowder. The dog smells the gunpowder on the gun. This is an assumption on my part. I don't know anything beyond other than just making an educated guess on the subject. But these dogs are trained to detect gunpowder. They're there to prevent this kind of attack from taking place. He's got a bunch of shotgun shells on him. He's got a handgun on him. He's got a, he's got gunpowder on him. In other words, this dog clearly detects something about him and starts moving in his direction. Watch. So he begins entering the frame here, top left. There he is. He walks through a door. Now you see there's clearly a Secret Service agent there. Everyone can. You can. Is that visible? Guys, this is. I want to make sure. Let me see if it's even possible to, to give you a better perspective on this, that the guy is clearly. There we go. I'M zooming in. I'm zooming in. For those of you watching right now, the guy is clearly on him. The, the dog is. So you can see the dog tracks him into this room. And this is when the agent, the canine agent, the canine handler talks to him. It looks like he talks to him. The agent, the dog gets close. The agent exchanges some kind of words with the guy. Now, presumably, I'm going to take a guess here, the guy is basically telling the agent, I assume that he's going to keep walking. He's like, I'm headed this direction or something to that effect. Now watch what happens as soon as the agent turns his back, he runs back into the room. He runs directly back into the room and begins his attack. Now, again, you don't see a muzzle flash from the guy, from, from the shotgun. You don't see a muzzle flash take place here from the shotgun. And I, and I think that's just because I looked it up this morning. You know, a muzzle flash happens in milliseconds. The visible part of a muzzle flash from a shotgun is just a millisecond situation. Whereas these cameras, these security cameras tend to capture imagery somewhere between 15 to 30 frames per second. In other words, it is very likely the muzzle flash takes place in one of the intervening moments between the frame captures by the security camera. Here he goes, he runs in, fires the gun. You don't see a muzzle flash here. You just don't it. But clearly he raises it and then drops it back down. The, the Secret Service says that it was at that moment that he shot this agent right here, the one with his weapon up directly in the chest, directly in the bulletproof vest. And that agent fired his weapon five times. In fact, you can even see. Let me, let me pull something else down here. Take a look at this. So you can even see the gunpowder of the blasts going off of the lights here. You see up at the top, you see these lights at the very top. You can see the smoke now filling the room from the muzzle flashes as the guns are going off. Here he is, he's running. There he goes. He runs in. Check up top. Watch the lights. There you go. So, so you can see the smoke coming off the lights here because it's starting to fill the room because a bunch of guns are being fired. So that those are the circumstances. Also, people have made a big deal out of the fact that these TSA agents, you see the TSA agents who are here, they're here helping with security. These TSA agents, they. They Start running for cover, which you might expect. They're not a part of the actual law enforcement response. They're not. They're not armed cops or anything. They're stumbling, falling over each other, trying to get out of the room. People have tried to make a big deal out of this. I'm not making a big deal out of it. That's not their job. Their job is to be just processing people through these magnetometers. They're not there for actual law enforcement responsibilities. They got the hell out of the room. So this is what I'm seeing here. Now, what does this tell us about this? Well, one, it corrects an impression that we were led to earlier this week in part by just the mystery of all of this. Todd Blanch, the Attorney General, was indicating that it wasn't clear whether or not the agent was struck by friendly fire or by the suspect and seeming to heavily imply that. That the government did believe that it was friendly fire that struck the. The. The agent directly in the chest. The news now from the Trump administration is that it's not the case. It was the suspect who did shoot the Secret Service agent, which suggests to me that there's yet another charge awaiting for him. It would be that assault on a federal officer, presumably attempt to kill a federal officer. Whatever the relevant statute is, my guess is we'll get a superseding indictment for the attacker here. So that. That clears up some of that. Now, what's not clear to me, where I have some concern, is if that dog actually was hitting on the gunpowder, then how is it that that ended the way it did? I'd love to know more about the interaction between the K9 officer and the attacker, because he could have been stopped well before he even got to the magnetometer. I say, well, I mean, feet away from the magnetometer, but before he ever did a sprint through, he could have potentially been stopped. I'm curious as to why he wasn't. I'm not alleging anything. I'm just curious about it, that's all. Love to. Love to know more about that interaction. And, and the other. And what remains is the security problem of this guy staying in the hotel. All he had to do was get a room and he had all these guns with him. And, and he was able to make it that far and get that close to the President of the United States. That's still a massive security problem that the Secret Service needs to figure out a way to address to prevent anything like that from ever happening again. That has not gone away as a result of this video, it just further confirms our concern about that situation. So there's that. We also did hear from the Secret Service director himself, Sean Curran. He did an interview yesterday with Fox's Will Kane. Here's how he described the sequence of events. Cut 3. Take a look at that. Correct. All the evidence that I've seen. The suspect shot our officer point blank range with a shotgun. Our officer heroically returned fire while being shot point blank range in the chest with a shotgun and was able to get off five shots. It's, it's great training. The officer just acted heroically. Great job. So the one officer that returned fire is the same officer that was shot by this suspect? That's correct. All right. And he got off five rounds. And I'd love for you, we appreciate you being with us here today. You know this. There's been a lot of questions and criticism around the Secret Service in the wake of this assassination attempt. I'd love for you to address some of that with us here today. There are people we have seen say, how does he shoot five times and never hit the. That's a great question. And you're right. There are a lot of critics out there, quite frankly. Some of them are our former agents that when they did the job, they weren't in the game. If you want to know stuff about the Secret Service, please ask me. I've actually done the job. But I will tell you that officer, while being shot, was in the process of falling down and was returning gunfire. To be shot at is not a pleasant thing. And to be able to actually return fire, that, that rate of speed is just remarkable. And, but, but the suspect was never hit correctly, correct? He was never hit by a bullet. That is correct. The suspect was not hit. The suspect was never hit. I mean, this was a very, very close exchange of gunfire. You saw how close those guys were. They were, they were right up against each other. I mean, the, the fact is, the assailant, the suspect, got his shotgun blast off within feet of the agent. It is a miracle that this agent survived. It is an absolute miracle that this agent survived. Look at this. Look how close they are one another. They're. They're right there. And, and again, the reason that the camera is blurry at all is because just because the number of frames per second, it captures, it can only capture so many. Look at how close these guys are as they begin to exchange gunfire. And then, and then it continues. Watch, here we go. Yeah, I mean, they're very close. All five shots missed. All five shots missed. That I, it still boggles my mind that that's the case. And I, I know Sean Curran is doing what he, what he should, which is to stand up for his guys in public. And, and, and, and that's important for morale within the Secret Service, that he do that, that he be supportive of those agents who are putting their lives on the line. No question about it. But as a leader of the Secret Service, one would hope that behind the scenes, one of the things that they're focused on is what kind of additional training might be required to get us to a point where you can gun down an assailant from just a feet for a couple feet away from him, if you're firing your service weapon, successfully hitting him. And that's how you, you get, you get people on range time, you get people through stress tests, you get their heart rates up, you get, you get them, like, you know, just basically in anxious environments where they have to navigate them with discipline, you know, whatever it takes. All any of us want, that is the American public, all any of us want is a much safer situation for the President of the United States, a guy who the left keeps attempting to murder. Keeps attempting to murder and getting dangerously close to doing it. Now, three very public times, and certainly the left has undertaken many other efforts to try and kill President Trump, many of which I'm sure we've never heard about. So it's, it's, this is all very interesting. It's all very interesting. The President was asked yesterday about his, his own protection, and this is, this is how he responded. He was asked about whether or not he'd start wearing a bulletproof vest. Actually, kind of a funny moment from the Oval Office yesterday. President Trump makes light of these things. But listen here, cut four. As the President talks about it, I want to follow up on the security changes. Is there. Talks about you potentially wearing a bulletproof vest moving forward, given you have now shot at. I don't know if I can handle looking 20 pounds heavier. These guys, they look so good. Some of these guys, Some of these guys are physical specimens. Some of these guys. I don't want to be near him. If you want to gain 20 to 25 pounds and be it again, frankly, the, the vest did an amazing job because it took a bullet close up, and he didn't even want to go to the hospital. I mean, we sent him to the hospital just in case, but he didn't want, you know, it's still a hit, but he didn't want to go to the hospital. The vest totally protected him. Still a lot of power behind that shot, though. That's like getting. Getting hit by Mike Tyson. But it. It's amazing. I've been asked about that, and I guess it's something you consider, in one way, you don't like to do it because you're. You're giving into a bad element. And so I don't know, but I haven't asked about it. Pretty funny. I don't want to look 20 pounds heavier. But I've been asked about it, meaning the guys around him are constantly encouraging, Mr. President, please do this. Mr. President, they're trying to kill you. Mr. President, we just need to keep you safe. And have you noticed that the President's instincts were like, I want to be unencumbered? I just want to be with the people. I just want to be out there doing the event. I just want to get back out there, he said, on Saturday night. And the security apparatus around him keeps having to tell him, Mr. President, it's not safe. Mr. President, please wear the vest. Mr. President, please stand behind this bulletproof glass. It is awful. It is absolutely awful that we're at this place in 2026 where the left so fervently wants to kill this man just for making America great again. And that the security around him has to keep telling him, Mr. President, we just can't recommend you do that because we need to keep you safe and they're trying to kill you. It's. It's insane. It's insane. Continue to pray for your country. One more thing that people are asking in the chat to keep reviewing some of the video. One more thing that I'm thinking of that I'd like to flag for you. The agent who fired the five shots. You can see him in the foreframe here. Who fired the five shots when he begins firing the gun. Notice the. The. The path here. The bad guy runs through the magnetometer directly between the uniformed agent and what looks like a Secret Service agent who is in a suit. And this uniformed agent begins firing his weapon directly in the same direction as the other agent. You see this? This is. I. This is a miracle that this guy wasn't shot either. By those five. By those five rounds. Watch this. This is the slowed down version. Check this out. All right, here we go. Frame by frame. Here it goes. It's slow. Here comes the. The bad guy. The suspect shotgun up fires. Here comes the service weapon, begins firing one of five shots. And look how close this gets to the next agent that. Look at that third shot. That third shot practically goes right over the shoulder of the second agent. That's wild. That is just wild. It is a miracle that nobody was seriously injured here. Nobody was seriously injured anyway. It's just, just, just fascinating, fascinating stuff. I appreciate, you know what I really appreciate about the Trump administration? The maximum transparency. There's a lot of administrations that wouldn't even bother release any of this. You'd see it years later, you wouldn't know about any of it. And, and, but this administration is releasing all of it as quickly as possible to get it out to the public. And, and I appreciate that. I don't know about you, but I appreciate it.

Let's gavel in. We'll talk today about the current state of affairs with the Save America Act. Now in every time we talk about it of late, it's been with increasing frustration at the United States Senate. Of course, throughout this entire saga, we've been frustrated with John Thune and the establishment in the Senate for giving us a, a never ending string of head pats and excuses as to why the Save America act just can't be passed. Right now we have other more important things to do. And to which we respond. No, you don't. You don't have more important things to do. This is the most important thing. Election integrity is the single most important thing you can do on behalf of our country. So drop everything else and do it. And when I say drop everything else, I also mean drop the zombie filibuster. Get rid of the silent filibuster in the United States Senate once and for all. Get rid of it. Because you understand something really clear here about the left. If and when the left re obtains power over Congress, over the presidency, over all of it, you know what they're going to do? They're going to get rid of the filibuster. It's not a question of if. It's just a matter of when they're going to get rid of the filibuster. And when they do, they're going to create new states to guarantee Democrat senators. That's it. They're going to pack the United States Supreme Court. Hakeem Jeffries this very week is promising that he wants to pack the United States Supreme Court because he says the current court is, quote, illegitimate. Hakeem Jeffries is sowing distrust in one of the branches of our government as we speak. He's. What does the left call it? Attacking democracy right now? No, they're not going to hesitate here, ladies and gentlemen. They're not going to hesitate. They're going to. They're going to tear up the whole system the second that they can. So why would we continue to keep the filibuster as some sort of barricade from protecting the nation? Are you thinking this through at all? At all? In fact, on the state front, you know, I was explaining to our radio audience yesterday that, you know, the great test of what the Democrats really want is found in Washington D.C. for years, Democrats have tried to make the nation's capital a state. They say no taxation without representation. These poor people in Washington D.C. washington, one of the richest places in the Whole country, these poor people, they need to be a state. They need to be a state. They need voting members of Congress. To which you might respond, no. You might respond no. The founders never intended the nation's capital to be a state. And the reason for that was because they wanted to make it so that you didn't have any voting member in the United States House or the United States Senate that had a vested interest in paying itself money. If you're the nation's capital, then you have a vested interest in taking all of the taxpayer money for yourself. So no, we, we. That's a huge conflict of interest. We're gonna have neutral territory. The states can all meet right there in that neutral territory, Washington D.C. and it's the state's voting members that get to dictate how the nation's business is conducted, not the nation's capitals. Voting members. There shouldn't be such a thing. So the Founders had a clear vision about this that the left is trying to violate. Just like everything else about the Founders vision for our country. And one of the ways to test this is if you hear a Democrat say this, well, this is so unfair that people live in Washington D.C. and they don't have voting members of Congress and yet they pay taxes anyway. No taxation without representation. Okay, fine. Let me make you an offer. How about this? Why don't we give back the portion of Washington D.C. that was once Maryland. Why don't we just give it all back? We'll retrocede it to Maryland. And if we give it back to Maryland, then you get members of Congress and you get United States senators in Maryland. There you go, there's your representation. Then you're taxed and you're represented. You good with that deal? Because that's what you just said, right? And the answer to that is no, they're not good with that deal. They would never take that deal. Why wouldn't they take that deal? Because they want two more Democrat senators. That's it. It's never been about representation. It's always been about power. It's why they want to make Puerto Rico a state. They're fully convinced that they get two permanent Democrat senators from Puerto Rico going forward. Democrats only filter all of this through the lens of not principle, but power. Power is the only principle. That's what they're up to. And this is why they want to blow up the Supreme Court too. This is why right now they're saying that the court is illegitimate because it just ruled against election rigging. And then they're saying they want to pack it so that they can guarantee that the court becomes nothing more than another vehicle for Democrat power. This is why we have to stop playing games in the Senate. And the President is warning the Senate right now that they have to stop being stupid. In the President's words, stop being stupid. Here's the President overnight on Truth Social. He says the following. Watch this. How much abuse can the Republican Senate take from the radical left lunatics in the forms of Democrat senators before they blow up or terminate the filibuster and approve things at a record clip, including the Save America Act? That would be unthinkable without the filibuster termination. The Democrats will do it on the first hour of their first day. Do not be stupid, says the President. President Donald J. Trump. Do not be stupid. Put that on a T shirt. Do not be stupid. Put that on a MAGA hat. Do not be stupid. You're being stupid by upholding a filibuster in the end, which is going to be used against you, you psychopaths. You're being stupid by maintaining a blue slip that blocks excellent US Attorneys from getting in and prosecuting the bad guys. You're being stupid by managing other business right now. That has nothing to do with election integrity, the Save America Act. And in fact, your stupidity is so well known at this point, establishment Republicans, that Democrats are gloating about the state of the Save America Act. The Daily Signal chased down a bunch of Democrat senators this week. The Daily Signal, great outlet. And the Democrat senators are claiming victory over John Thune. That's the headline. Senate Dems claim victory over Thune on Save America Act. Senior Democrat Senators telling the Daily Signal that voter citizenship and identification legislation backed by President Trump Save Act. Save America act has stalled a mid unified Democrat opposition. Quote, I haven't heard officially that is dead, but it shows no sign of life, said Senator Dick Blumenthal. Democrats have repeatedly likened the measure to Jim Crow 2.0 and argued it with disenfranchised voters. They're lying. No. No American voter would be disenfranchised. They'd be protected. In fact, their votes would be protected from being disenfranchised. That's the point. We don't want American voters to be disenfranchised. That's why we want the Save America Act. And The Jim Crow 2.0 is just a total scam. Once again, the left trying to play on racial tension in the United States, trying to stoke racial tension in the United States for their own power, when in fact Jim Crow is an invention and a cruelty of the Democrat Party. Asked whether Trump and hardline conservatives could revive the bill ahead of the midterms, Blumenthal predicted it would remain dormant. Quote, it seems to be lacking any kind of momentum, said Blumenthal. Tim Kaine of Virginia said Democrats must stay vigilant despite the bill's failure to advance. Quote, even if it hasn't passed, there are members here and the president who still really want to do it, said Kaine, adding that an attempt could still be made to pass the measure by unanimous consent on the Senate floor. Well, God willing, it is. Keep trying. Kaine also declined to speculate on whether Senate Republican leader John Thune would pursue changes to chamber rules, such as abolishing the filibuster, but signaled confidence that Thune would not. So Tim Kaine is fully convinced that John Thune will not do the right thing. What led him to that conclusion? How did Democrats arrive at the conclusion that John Thune would fail us? Senator Ben Ray Lujan of New Mexico echoed Tim Kaine's assessment, saying the legislation appears driven more by only some members who want to push politics. Quote, I don't know if President Trump has given up on passing the Save America Act. We'll see what happens legislatively between now and the midterms, says Lujan. By the way, the president has not given up. He just posted about it. Quote, this feels like it's more about the midterms than anything else. Well, yeah, it's about the midterms and every other election going forward. Only American citizens should be registered to vote. Non citizens should not be on the voter rolls. Voters should have to show ID in order to say, to prove they are who they say they are to safeguard the vote that they're about to cast. The only people who are against this are election riggers, meaning Democrats. And the people standing in our way right now, not just Democrats, Republicans, John Thune. John Thune is standing in the way. We need a new leader in the Senate. We need a new one. We need somebody who's going to fight, fight, fight for the most basic things. Election, integrity. Keep the drumbeat alive. What's happening right now is John Thune wants the drumbeat to disappear. He wants all of this to go away. I've seen a lot of headlines, ladies and gentlemen, just people saying, oh, Senate Republicans, oh, this is, you know, I think these were anonymous attacks on, on Mike Lee. But, oh, the people don't care about this. They don't actually want this. This is Mike Lee just whipping everybody into a frenzy that's just ridiculous. What a distraction. This is not in the top 10 things of what people care about. Just lies. All of these are lies. The reason this has become a huge issue is because of you. The reason this has become a massive issue in the United States Senate is the grassroots effort to get it passed. We need to get it passed. President Trump has issued a very clear warning here. Do not be stupid. Stop the stupidity. Pass the Save America Act. All right. In a moment, a more hopeful note, we'll talk about what's happening in the states right now. We've got a lot of forward progress on stopping election rigging across the country. You know, if we're not going to be able to do it in Congress, maybe we can do it elsewhere. Good news. It's working. More ahead on this edition. Events. I want to thank Brick House Nutrition, as always for being a great sponsor of our program. Lots of people take those weight loss injections. You know, we used to have to replace the garden hose at our house every single year. And you go out and you buy these. They look nice when they're in the package at first and then you finally use them, you spool them. You, you get them out in the yard, and then you're trying to put them away. It's a big hassle. They get all tangled up. They kink, they burst. It's just a disaster. Not so with the pocket hose Ballistic. This is the upgrade. This is the one you've been looking for. Okay, let's see. Yes, I know. People have noticed. Major is in the house. Major is. Yeah. Major for Senate. Major would definitely pass the Save America Act. Major. Major's a. Come here, buddy. Right here, buddy. Place. Thank you. Good boy. Here, sit down, sit down. He's pushing towards me right now. Sorry for that. I know there's a rumble exclusive you to see it, but here he is. Here's Major. Major's in the house today. He's a good. He is such a good boy, though. He really is. He's so funny. He was very tired this morning, actually. Although it's funny, we have. We have two dogs. We have Major and we have Raina. And the cool thing about dogs, and this is the thing that motivates me every day, is that for those of you have dogs, you, perhaps you have the same experience every day. When we let these dogs out in the morning, we open our door, we let them out in the yard, they run out there like they've never been outside in their entire life. Like it's the very first time they've ever experienced the outdoors. Every single day they go outside with the kind of enthusiasm that all of us should have for everything. Like every single day is a gift from God. We should all literally run into the world with the kind of enthusiasm that dogs have, you know? Isn't it amazing? It's just. It's. It's hilarious. It is the funniest thing. Yeah. No, Judy says it in the chat. She goes, that's exactly the way my dog is in the morning. They go ballistic. They go absolutely crazy. It's super funny. Anyway, Major's great. Yeah. Every day is a new day. Every day is a new day. Yeah. Major's a good dog. I'm glad to have him. I'm really. I'm really glad to have him. Okay, let's get into some other good news besides seeing the dog. After. After the Supreme Court decision this week, big one, L.A.V. i'm telling you, you're going to spend, you know, if, if, if everything goes right as a result of this, you're going to spend the rest of your life being cognizant of politics and American history, remembering this as an historic case. Louisiana. Vicolay. It's just absolute. So big. It's so big. It's a wonderful civil rights case because it once again declares in no uncertain terms that you can't be racist. That's it. That's it. You can't draw congressional districts based on race. You can't use racial prejudice as a way to divide people. How many times do we have to tell the left, you're not allowed to use racial prejudice and segregation as a way to gain political power? You're not allowed to do that. We have to keep saying. We have to keep extending that lesson over and over and over again. In fact, on that front, let me, let me start with a clip for you from an idiot who's a New York Times columnist. This clip is a New York Times columnist by the name of Jamel Bui, captured by our friends over at Breitbart. They, they got a hold of this. And look at Jamal Bowie. He's. He makes an argument now. He will, he will perfectly invert what, what's actually going on right now in this case and what it resulted in. Listen to his assessment. And then I'm going to tell you why he's 1000% wrong. Listen to this.
B
I think this ruling is pure sophistry. It is pure sophistry. It is actually insulting. It is insulting to look at us with a straight face and say that even though race tracks partisanship in the south, even though the reality of racial polarization and voting means that in much of the south and other places as well, that there is a direct relationship between race and partisanship, that everyone knows this and that no one is stupid enough to say on camera or in paper that they're discriminating on the basis of race. I think to look at all of this and then conclude that actually we shouldn't worry too much about racial discrimination and, and voting, racial discrimination and redistricting, things have changed. I think that's just, like I said, insulting.
A
First of all, it's the left that's being discriminatory. It's the left that's dividing people up on the basis of their skin color in order to accrue political power. It's the left that's doing this. And we are telling you to stop. As we have throughout American history, decent people have had to tell Democrats to stop judging people on the basis of their race and stop trying to accrue political power on, on the backs of people on the basis of their skin color. Stop it. We're taking that away from you. It's unconstitutional, it's unjust, it's immoral what you're doing. And I love that he's giving us this lecture sitting in his designer jacket and his multimillion dollar condo. He's like just lecturing the rest of us about how we're the bad people for not wanting racial prejudice in the
B
United States and moreover, allowing for racial gerrymandering as long as there's some fake leaf of neutrality, is basically the way Jim Crow worked. And I think you should look at
A
this rule, Jim Crow, which was a creation of the Democrats, which we also took away from them as more or
B
less recapitulating the way Jim Crow worked, which actually wasn't necessarily through explicit prohibitions on black voting, but through the same kind of facially neutral, on its face, non racial rules and restrictions that ostensibly applied to everyone but really only weighed heavily on one particular group. Now the underlying theory of this vision of the 14th Amendment and the 15th Amendment is that these amendments, the Reconstruction Amendments, prevent classification according to race.
A
The 14th and 15th Amendments prevent discrimination on the basis of race. The 14th Amendment was designed, I'm going to get, I'll get, I'll get a little bit more into the history of it in a moment. But it was designed to afford equal protection under the law to all Americans. And yes, specifically in the wake of the end of slavery, to make sure that black Americans were considered exactly that Americans. This is why we're having this whole stupid birthright citizenship debate where the left is trying to confer it on illegal aliens. No, it's for black Americans. That's the whole reason we passed the 13th, the 14th, and the 15th amendments. That's it. The 15th amendment saying nobody can be deprived the right to vote on the basis of their skin color. So this, what you're listening to is historically and constitutionally illiterate, colorblind.
B
There can be no classification according to race. And thus, if there's no classification, well, we can't classify white people as white. We can't classify black people as black. Everyone will be treated equally by the political system when there's no classification. If that sounds stupid to you, it's because it is. If that sounds familiar, well, that's a
A
straw man that you built that bears no resemblance to the actual amendments to you.
B
It's because it's an echo of the court's decision in Plessy v. Ferguson where it held that separate could be equal because both whites and blacks are being kept separate. No one was being classified.
A
Okay, so you hear what he just said. For those of you are familiar with the history of the court here, he referenced a case called Plessy v. Ferguson, and he said that this decision this week to strike down racial districting is a lot like Plessy v. Ferguson. This is a lie. A 100% inversion of the truth that you're hearing from Jamelle Bouie, the New York Times columnist. A perfect inversion of the truth. Plessy v. Ferguson straight up endorsed racial segregation. Louisiana via Calais is putting an end to racial segregation and racial prejudice. When it comes to drawing political maps, how are the two the same? They're not. They're exactly the opposite. They're exactly the opposite. In fact, in terms of the big court decision in American history related to the treatment of black Americans. You had the Dred Scott case, which said that black Americans were not Americans, that did not confer citizenship on them. And then you had the Plessy v. Ferguson comes out. Plessy v. Ferguson says that separate but equal. Separate but equal. In other words, Plessy v. Ferguson endorsed racial segregation, that we have separate water fountains and bathrooms based on skin color. It's horrendous. And then you have Brown vs Board of Education that comes along and says, no, we need integration to strikes down the segregation of Plessy vs. Ferguson. So, Jamel Bouie, this is the trick the Democrats do all the time. What they do is they take the sins of the Democrat Party in the past and then they ascribe them to their Republican political opponents in the present. So they'll look back at time and they'll say, Jim Crow was awful. What you're doing, Republicans, is Jim Crow. These are all inventions of the Democrat Party. And decent Americans throughout American history have been working to defeat all of this racism. In fact, the Republican Party was founded on this basis. Abraham Lincoln, a Republican president, held the Union together and ended slavery. That just the, the whole thing is just a never ending series of lies in the service of rigged political power. And to this very day, the left is judging people on the basis of their skin color and then drawing congressional districts on that basis in order to try and accrue power that is both immoral and ill gotten. And so they, Democrats right now are dramatically overrepresented in the United States House of Representatives because of the rigged political system. That's what's happening right now. And thanks to this decision this week, the floodgates are finally open on decency. So we have a number of states that are on the move already. Already. Here's what happened yesterday, one day after the big decision. New York Times report. Louisiana will now delay its House primaries. After the Supreme Court decision, the Louisiana Secretary of state said the House primary election will now be delayed. The Senate primary itself will still go forward on May 16th. Senate is a statewide election, so it's irrelevant to the drawing of district boundaries. Governor Jeff Landry of Louisiana issued an executive order delaying House primary elections on Thursday. He also requested that the legislature now reconvene and pass new congressional maps. All other Louisiana races will continue with early voting set to begin on Saturday ahead of the state's May 16 primary. Well, that makes perfect sense. So now what's happened? This is Louisiana, of course, which was straight up ordered by the court to correct its racist districts. They're now pausing the primary and they're saying, we're going to fix the maps. Then we'll get back to the primary. Wonderful news, wonderful news that this is underway. Louisiana not alone. Now, President Trump is very happy with what Louisiana just did. He posted about this on Truth Social. He thanked the governor, Jeff Landry, for his leadership on this very important Kalay case and for moving so quickly to fix the unconstitutionality of the maps. Also from the president, he said he just spoke to the governor of Tennessee yesterday, Bill Lee. He had a conversation with him yesterday morning wherein he stated he's going to work hard to correct the unconstitutional flaw in the congressional maps of the great state of Tennessee. So Tennessee also underway. And then there's Florida. Florida is in the midst of redoing its maps right now. In fact, within an hour after the Supreme Court decision, the House in Florida, the state legislature, is immediately voted in the new maps as presented by the governor, Ron DeSantis. That could mean four more Republican congressmen from the state, which is amazing. And yesterday, Ron DeSantis was mocking Hakeem Jeffries for saying he wants to go to war against Florida. And Ron DeSantis has been loving every moment of this. He's like, come on, buddy, you want to go to war against us? I can't wait for you to get here. Come. Come fight against us. Maximum warfare, hakeem. Here's Ron DeSantis doing a hakeem Jeffries impression. What a fun clip. Cut one. Watch. We go do maximum warfare against Republicans. Florida Republicans. You f around, you gonna find out all this stuff. And, you know, what I said was, listen. And he's like, oh, if you do the redistricting, we're going to take out all your members. We're going to do all this stuff. And what I said was, go ahead, make my day. You don't think we're gonna. You want to come down here and spend money in Florida, roll the dice and take your chances. But don't think that you can come down here, issue threats to us, and somehow you're gonna make us flinch? That is not happening. And in fact, it did not happen, because as soon as he came out and started doing that last week, Florida legislature turned around and they passed a new map. Yeah. Amen. Amen. So good. I love that. He's like, dude, you're gonna make. You're gonna make it so great. Come down here. Please fight us. Please keep standing up for racism. Please keep attacking. It's. It's only gonna help fill our political coffers. We're gonna have a great time if Hakeem Jeffries continues to act like the lunatic that he is, which he is. He's a. He's a total lunatic. By the way, I do want to share something with you that I think you really enjoy. You know, you just heard from that. That crazy New York Times columnist saying that, oh, race determines who you vote for. Well, to whatever extent that's ever been true in American history, President Trump has changed the math so much, black voters by. By meaningful numbers are starting to return home to the Republican party. And even CNN's enthusiastic numbers guy noticed this this week. He said, guys, I'm looking at the numbers here, and black voters are definitely moving towards President Trump and the Make America Great Again agenda. I want you to take a look at this. Here's Harry Enton an enthusiastic numbers guy over at CNN assessing what's going on with black voters in the United States of America right now.
C
Yeah, I think what we're seeing right now in the numbers is President Trump and the Republican Party are chipping away at the long term advantage that Democrats have had with black voters with African Americans. You can see it right here. Look, Trump's approval among African Americans at this point in term one, he was at 12%. You know, he's been losing ground with a lot of, he's gaining, he's gaining ground with African Americans. He's up to 16% at this point. And you say this isn't that big of a shift. But I will tell you, Republicans absolutely love this shift that's going on because Democrats have had such a long term advantage. The fact that he's actually gaining ground versus where he was in term number one. This has major implications for elections down the line because Democrats, especially in a lot of these tight races, you talk about places like Georgia, right down in the south, you see this type of movement for Trump actually gaining ground. This could have major ramifications and help put Republicans over the top in a number of Southern places in the midterm election.
A
He's right about this. Even small movement among black voters in the United States is in many ways determinative. It really helps politically that President Trump is growing the coalition here. And you'll hear Harry will say, ok, people might look at this and go, well, these are relatively small numbers. Are they? Are they really cause for celebration on the right? And he goes, once you dig in a little bit more, you start to realize this is a very big deal. So do you see this as part of a bigger trend?
C
I see this as absolutely part of a bigger trend. Donald Trump's Republican Party is absolutely gaining ground. Not just him gaining in terms of his approval rating, but look at the party ID margin, Kate, because this to me was absolutely stunning. Look at this party ID margin among African Americans at this point in Trump term. Number one, Democrats had a 63 point advantage that is absolutely fallen. Look at where it is now, a double digit shift away. Democrats, of course, still have the advantage, but it's a 12 point shift to the replacement Republican Party. And I look back through Gallup's records, they sent me their records and this in fact lead that Democrats have is actually smaller than any lead from 2006 to 2021. So Democrats are leading, but again, we're talking about chipping away. Republicans are chipping away at this long term advantage that Democrats have had among African Americans. We see it in terms of Trump's approval rating and we even see it to a wider degree among the party ideas margin where all of a sudden there are a number of African Americans who are walking away from the Democratic Party and a number of them who are walking into the Republican tent.
A
This trend can continue, by the way. This trend should continue by the way. The Democrat Party has served black voters nothing but an endless series of betrayals and racial prejudice. We should, you know that everybody, everybody should walk away from the Democrat Party regardless of skin color. That's the point. But, but a fun trend. And you think CNN's viewer was, was happy with what he saw from Harry Anton yesterday? Harry Enthusiastic. He's like the count on Sesame street, but for cnn, that's his job. Very, very, very cool. Love, love to see that. Speaking of the numbers, I do have something else I want to mention to you, which is that the Trump Justice Department is cracking down on fraud on the west coast, which I really love. They just announced a brand new west coast strike force to take down fraudsters, which fantastic. They remember what happened with fraud is the Trump administration put Vice President JD Vance in charge of going after all the fraudsters across the country, including the Somalis, Minnesota that have stolen now nearly $20 billion at least of, of your money. They're going after these guys. And in the Justice Department, they got a new assistant attorney general by the name of Colin McDonald to do this, which is great. They got him through Senate confirmation. He's off to the races. He reports directly to the vice president. This is a very big deal. And just yesterday they launched the fraud, the the West Coast Strike Force to go after all those Democrat run states on the West Coast. Take a Look. Here's Colin McDonald making the announcement yesterday. Watch. We welcome all who share our concern for taxpayer dollars to join us in this mission. And I am pleased to announce today a major new fraud division initiative to combat health care fraud. The creation of the West Coast Health Care Fraud Strike Force in Arizona, Nevada and right here in the Northern District of California. The data shows that the need for this new strike force is urgent and undeniable. Health care fraud in these districts imposes an enormous and growing burden on American taxpayers as fraudsters exploit programs meant for the poor, needy, elderly, disabled. Some of the most significant Medicaid, wound care and digital health technology fraud cases have been prosecuted in these districts. This new regional strike force will be staffed by at least 10 prosecutors from the Fraud Division's Health Care Fraud section who will Be a force multiplier for these U.S. attorney's offices to combat a health care fraud crisis that is robbing taxpayers and harming patients. You know something? There is a special place in hell for people who steal from the elderly, who steal from the taxpayers. The things that are meant for some of the most vulnerable people in our community, the elderly, senior citizens. It is vile that this has been going on and I'm really grateful that the Trump administration is tackling it for the first time in a very long time. We've heard so many years now that Washington's going to tackle waste, fraud and abuse. Oh, we'll tackle waste, fraud and abuse. Oh, we'll go after all the waste, fraud and abuse. And then they never do. These guys are actually doing it. They're arresting people, prosecuting them, securing guilty convictions. It's a big deal. Put sentencing the jail. I would just add one thing. We saw this week, the media doing a freakout about this, that the Trump administration has restored firing squads as a means of execution. Firing squads are back. You guys seen this? The Justice Department announcing on last Friday that it would re implement lethal injection and firing squads as the part of the Trump administration's efforts to strengthen the federal death penalty. Can we get firing squads from people for people who steal from old people? If you steal from grandma, if you deprive her of medical care so that you can buy a Bugatti, I think we should kill you. I think we should have a firing squad for you, you know, after, of course, you go through a court process where we prove your guilt. That's, of course, what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about anything extra judicial here, but maybe a firing squad from, for the people who steal from the elderly. That could be good. You know, I'd like to stop that. Thank you to the Trump administration for being all over this. I really appreciate you guys. Big time. Ladies and gentlemen, what a great week. Great to spend so much time with you and really are the best audience anywhere. Thank you for just giving, giving me so much life. Host: Vince Coglianese (Silverloch)
Date: May 1, 2026
In this Friday edition of VINCE, host Vince Coglianese unpacks the breaking developments in the White House Correspondents Dinner attack, provides sharp analysis on election integrity fights—especially the Save America Act—and delivers a hopeful report on state-level efforts to end alleged Democrat "election rigging" through new redistricting efforts following a major Supreme Court decision.
Vince combines live, play-by-play breakdowns of security footage, pointed critiques of political opponents, and energetic audience engagement as he marks what he sees as a pivotal moment for America’s political future, civil rights, and the conservative movement.
[00:02–23:00]
New high-quality security footage released by US Attorney Jeanine Pirro shows the White House Correspondents Dinner attack in detail.
Clip with Secret Service Director Sean Curran (via Fox’s Will Kane):
“The suspect shot our officer point blank range with a shotgun. Our officer heroically returned fire while being shot point blank range in the chest... The officer just acted heroically.” [18:14]
“To be shot at is not a pleasant thing. And to be able to actually return fire at that rate of speed is just remarkable.” [19:30]
President Trump comments (Oval Office):
“I don’t know if I can handle looking 20 pounds heavier... The vest did an amazing job because it took a bullet close up, and he didn’t even want to go to the hospital. That’s like getting hit by Mike Tyson.” [22:00]
[23:30–38:00]
Critique of Senate inaction on the Save America Act, especially blaming Senator John Thune for blocking progress.

[41:00–56:00]
Coverage of Louisiana v. Calley case—Supreme Court rules against racially-drawn districts.
“It’s a wonderful civil rights case because it... declares in no uncertain terms that you can’t be racist.” [41:54]
Critique of left-wing commentary:
“Plessy v. Ferguson straight up endorsed racial segregation... Louisiana v. Calley is putting an end to racial segregation and racial prejudice when it comes to drawing political maps. How are the two the same? They’re not. They’re exactly the opposite.” [46:13]
“Judging people on the basis of their skin color... is both immoral and ill-gotten.” [47:40]
Immediate impacts & state responses:
"Go ahead. Make my day... Don't think you can come down here, issue threats to us, and somehow you're gonna make us flinch? That is not happening." [50:16]
[53:50–56:15]
“Trump’s approval among African Americans... was at 12%. He’s up to 16% at this point.” [53:54]

“Everyday when we let these dogs out... they run out there like they've never been outside in their entire life.” [39:48]
Vince Coglianese:
“It’s a miracle that this agent survived. It is an absolute miracle.” [21:20]
“You’re being stupid by upholding a filibuster in the end, which is going to be used against you, you psychopaths.” [33:00]

Senator Dick Blumenthal (quoted):
“I haven’t heard officially that it is dead, but it shows no sign of life.” [34:00]
Vince Coglianese:
“We need a new leader in the Senate. We need somebody who's going to fight, fight, fight for the most basic things. Election integrity.” [36:30]
