In other words, this morning I was, I was gathering, as I always do. I'm always gathering, gathering things. And I was wondering to myself, I said, self, what happened at Delaney hall last night? We've heard so much about the rioting, the violence, the maniacs, the insurrectionists outside of that immigration facility in Newark. What happened last night? And I'm glad I asked myself that question because I was finally able to find a single news report. This comes to us from CBS News, a local CBS affiliate, CBS New York, on what was happening outside of the immigration facility last night. And I've got some good news for you. Apparently things are dramatically better. Take a look. Here's what it said. Second night of curfew at Delaney Hall. Law enforcement seen pushing protesters back. But it was a much different scene from last night. Good evening. I'm Dick Brennan, in for Christine Johnson. It's been more than a week of protest outside the immigration detention facility, but tonight we noticed a vis change. It appear things remain mostly peaceful as that 9pm curfew kicked in. Newark police assume control in the handling of the protesters, a stark contrast to the violent confrontations between the New Jersey State Police and protesters that we saw over the weekend. Addie Guajardo has the latest from Delaney Hall. Protesting is not a problem as the clock struck 9pm on Monday. Who do you protect? Who do you serve? Protesters corralled behind a gate, some wearing gas masks. Mostly remain peaceful, mostly the same. Protesters cheered earlier as fellow demonstrators walked out of the restricted area. Many of us were detained with our hands up. Ashley Bates says just after curfew on Sunday, she and many others were Taken into custody by New Jersey State Police. They were violent through and through. They took me and they ch. Look at her in the kafiya. She's got the kafia on because she's a psycho. Be on the cement floor. They came in with their horses. They came in with riot gear, and we were doing nothing. She says she was held for about 20 hours in a crowded cell and was charged with rioting past curfew. Climate Revolution Action network known as CRAN, says at least 60 protesters were CRAM. The. What was it? The Climate Revolution Act. What was it? Cram. One second, hold up. An action network known as cran says Climate Revolution Action Network. How is it? Cran. Is that what she said? Cran. Climate Revolution Action protesters. Let's call them crap. At least 60 protesters were arrested Sunday night during violent clashes. Some hit with rubber bullets. Look at that guy. He's got an extra nipple now. They shot it. Got hit with a rubber bullet. Holy cow. If you don't want an extra nipple, don't be an insurrectionist. When you're threatening the lives of an officer, that's verbal assault. When you threaten the lives of their family, that's. That's verbal assault. When you spit on an officer, when you put hands on an officer, when you touch our vehicles, that is assaulting federal property and assaulting a federal officer. And we have zero, zero tolerance. We will arrest you. All right, so they did arrest. And so what happened Monday night? CBS reports that, well, things were very subdued. They were not the same as they've been all these other crazy nights, which. What are the lessons here? Let's dwell on the lessons. What could the lessons possibly be? Hmm? Maybe enforcing the law results in peace. When you impose law and order, you get law and order. When you deliver consequences, you don't get people acting like lunatics. Or at least you get fewer lunatics showing up. It's a. It's a. These are very simple lessons. Holy. Holy cow. Why do. Why do we have to keep telling everybody? Just do the job and then you'll bring peace. Sure enough. Sure enough. As the New Jersey State Police get involved, the local Newark cops get. Get involved. And I saw Nick Sorter was on television last night. He said that a lot of the people who were arrested that would have been Sunday night were still in jail as of Monday night. They weren't just quickly released back into the public to cause chaos, to show up again and try and attack the Immigration Center. So if you keep the bad guys locked up, peace prevails. This is all we've been asking for at every level, including with these illegal aliens. Take them into custody, Fairfax County, Virginia, and then turn them over to immigration enforcement so we can deport them. Don't release them back into the community so that they can stab Stephanie Minter to death inside of a bus stop in Northern Virginia. There are very simple lessons here. And either you're on the side of law and order, you're on the side of American sovereignty, or you are on the side of chaos. You are an aoc, an agent of chaos. Choose wisely. Choose wisely. So good to see. Nice to bring you that update. You know, it's funny, the media broadly didn't cover what happened with Delaney hall last night because I don't know why. I mean, I assume because they're trying to cover up that it was a success or they don't really feel like covering a story that doesn't have a lot of drama to it. Not much drama Monday night at Delaney Hall. That kind of that. If it bleeds, it leads instinct from the press. How about this? How about report on success when it occurs so we can duplicate it going into the future. Don't be just agents of chaos. Be agents of change. Fix things. So some good news there. Delaney Hall. Let me see if I've got. I do have some other quick Delaney hall updates for you. Tom Holman visited Delaney Hall. You know, the left has been one of the predicates for why they're rioting is they say the conditions are very terrible. There are people on hunger strike. I love. Tom Holman was like, yeah, there's no such thing as a hunger strike. You try and hunger strike inside that facility, we'll force feed you. So your option is you eat on your own or we'll shove the food down your throat. One way or the other, you're eating. So no hunger strikes. But Tom Holman said they should be eating. Tom Holman just had a meal at the Delaney hall facility and he said it was great. He even got dessert cut to watch.
Tom Holman
But we gotta remember what started all this. You got Democratic lawmakers on Memorial Day making false allegations about the facility, about the food, the medical care. Hunger strikes. I went into that facility. I went to the medical. I went to outdoor recreation, indoor recreation. I even made a surprise visit this weekend and walked into the cafeteria and ate the same meal that the detainees around me were eating. And I made sure my tray equaled their tray. I had spaghetti and meat sauce, I had beans, I had green beans, I had bread and rolls, I had drinks I had dessert. The food was good. It's all a false premise. There was never a hunger strike. The congressman said people are on hunger strike. No, they weren't. They may not be eating in the cafeteria, but what I found out, they're ordering food from the commissary, eating in their cells. So there's. There wasn't any abuse. There' sit's not inhumane conditions. I went to the entire facility. I ate the same meal they ate. That facility is well run. And the governor keeps saying she's going to keep raising hell if that facility shuts down. Well, I got news for the governor. That facility isn't going anywhere. We're going to enforce the law, we're going to detain people and we're going to remove people. Matter of fact, a lot of the people in that facility we couldn't release because they're mandatorily detained by federal statute. So we couldn't release him if we wanted to, but we're not going to release any of them. Everybody in that facility, I have ascertained is legally being detained. Legally being detained. Many of them, again, mandatory detention. Many of them criminals.

God, do you love Tom Holman? I love Tom Holman. Tom Holman has an undying passion for American sovereignty. And I adore it. I love it. Beast mode. Tom Holman, it's so good. And, and, and you know something? It almost feels like he's over explaining to the left a little bit. Like you said, it was terrible. I went and inspected it and Tom, they were lying from the beginning. I know he knows that. And he's just trying to convince people in the public, really. Tom's mission here is to convince American citizens who are somewhat on the fence here, who are like, is there a point? Are they. Are people really being treated inhumanely? They're not being given food or they're being treated like crap? No, they're not being treated like crap. They're being treated like kings. DHS said this week that some of the medical care that these illegal aliens are receiving, I think, and remember the illegal aliens that are there, rapists, murderers, child abusers. Some of the illegal aliens are getting the best medical care that they will ever receive in their entire lives. Right now while they're in detention, the left is just lying about it, that's all. And it's a reminder that it doesn't matter how many deportations that you are seeing, it doesn't matter how much effort the Trump administration is putting in to deport illegal aliens. They could be deporting one person. One person a year and the left would still be rioting. So don't let the left's rioting dictate your enforcement of the law. Just enforce it. To hell with them. They're going to lie about it anyway. Just enforce the law. That's all we're asking for. In fact, that's exactly what we voted for. Thank you to Tom Holman for that. One more. This is cut three here. DHS shutting down some more fake news about Delaney Hall's conditions. Watch Ms. Now can confirm that multiple arrests were made on Sunday night. Meanwhile, family visitation at that facility has now resumed. Hundreds of detainees have been engaged in a hunger strike, alleging expired food, denied medical care, and retaliation against those who do speak up. For its part, the Department of Homeland Security says there is no mistreatment inside that facility. Yeah, there are no subprime conditions there. There is. All detainees are provided with three meals a day, clean water, clothing, bedding, showers, soap, toiletries, opportunities to communicate with their family members and lawyers. Aliens are also provided comprehensive health care for many illegal aliens, the best healthcare they've ever received their entire lives. So we shut down the lies once again. We get another one of these, like obvious left wing. And now it's time for the left fake scandal of the week. Extra, extra. It's like it's all fake. Everything's fake. So they come up with a fake scandal and then they riot on the basis of the fake scandal. What a neat and destructive trick that they constantly keep using. It's time to take down these networks. It's time to take down the George Soros operated networks. All these left wing lunatics. It's time for the Treasury Department to produce these results. I know they're working on it. You just heard from Scott Besson. He told this audience about this in the past week, that we're cracking down on this in the next few weeks. We're going to get a lot of information out with the FBI, but man, that can't come soon enough. We've got to crack down on the insurrection. It works. It works. You start arresting a couple of these people, look what happens. Peace prevails. Peace prevails. Okay, as far as immigration enforcement goes, you know, ICE is still unfunded. You know, ICE still doesn't have money. The administrative employees at ice, the administrative employees at Border Patrol, the people who keep the lights on inside the building, who process all the paperwork, these guys, they're not getting paid. They haven't been paid all year long. And that's because Democrats Continue to hold them hostage in the interest of producing more chaos in the United States. They want our borders to be wide open and they don't want any illegal aliens to be deported. So that fight continues in Congress right now. Now, this is a source of immense frustration for me, and here's why. We don't need chat, we don't need Democrats to pass this funding. We just need Republicans to do it. That's it. So simple majorities. In fact, Democrats have been such legislative terrorists when it comes to this issue that Republicans opted to use reconciliation to get it done. And what does reconciliation allow? It allows simple majorities in both houses, no 60 vote threshold in the Senate, simple majorities in both houses to pass this funding. In other words, Republicans can do it. They've got the majority in the House, they've got the majority in the Senate. So why isn't it done yet? They could have done it a few weeks ago, but then instead they went on vacation, Memorial Day vacation, which I don't know about your Memorial Day, but I didn't get two weeks off. And then they finally show up again this week, and in so doing. Have they passed it yet? No. In fact, they're showing up and they're bitching and moaning that President Trump's administration has an anti weaponization fund going on. They're still bitching about this. $1.776 billion to American citizens who've been tyrannized by the federal government. Like parents who go to school board meetings and were spied upon by the FBI. Like Catholics who wanted to practice the traditional Latin mass in Virginia and were demonized as some sort of extremists by the FBI for doing that. Like millions of American citizens who were censored throughout Covid in the 2020 election, they were attacked by the social media companies at the bast of the federal government. This is what we're talking about. Like January 6th detainees who had their lives destroyed, which was in no way commensurate with even anything they were accused of. These are all people who are entitled to just get a little bit of their get back, you know, in the form of this settlement fund. Remember, the settlement fund was established because President Trump sued the IRS for $10 billion for stealing his tax records and disseminating them through the New York Times. And then he said, you know what? To hell with that. I'm not going to take a single dime from the American taxpayer. Instead, what we're going to do is we'll set up a settlement fund that's allowed under the law literally existed since the 1950s. The DOJ will set up a settlement fund and we'll take care of American citizens who are tormented by the government. Sound good? Sounds great to me. It sounds like the kind of thing you were voted you were elected for. Guess who hates it in the Senate? Republicans. A lot of them. Too many of them. So many of them. Again, they have nothing to do with this that it appears that they may be throwing the brakes on the president's ability to do this by virtue of their bitch fest. So now Republicans are holding ICE funding hostage in order to end an anti weaponization fund. Is this driving anybody else crazy? Driving me nuts. Driving me absolutely nuts. Here's the latest New York Post. Amid the Senate freakout, the Trump administration now appears to be throwing the brakes on the anti weaponization fund. Here's what's going on. Remember yesterday, Speaker Mike Johnson visited with President Trump reportedly, and they had a meeting about all this. Here's what the New York Post says. DOJ to cancel Trump's $1.776 billion anti weaponization fund. After fierce blowback from GOP in Congress, President Trump is Now dropping his $1.776 billion anti weaponization fund, the Justice Department announced on Monday. I'll get to that announcement in a minute. The Senate Republicans complained about the lack of guardrails on the fund and grilled Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche about who could apply for compensation when he met with them on Capitol Hill two weeks ago. The DOJ said it would abide by a federal court ruling that halted any payouts. Okay, that's different than saying they're getting rid of the fund entirely. There was a court ruling that said they can't dispense any money from the fund while it's being litigated. So in other words, the DOJ says they're going to follow the court ruling. Here's what the Justice Department said in a statement. And instead of. Instead of reading it from the New York Post, let me, Let me read it directly from the DOJ statement here because that'll. I think that'll benefit us a little bit more. Here's what the Justice Department said yesterday. Ready? Take a look. They said the Department of Justice disagrees strongly with the decision on the anti weaponization fund put forth by the United States District Court judge in the Eastern District of Virginia, wherein the court stated that under no circumstances may the Department of Justice proceed with the anti weaponization fund recently established in order to make up for the tremendous abuse, harm and hate unfairly shown to so many people. This fund was open to anybody who was so weaponized, targeted or persecuted, whether they were Democrat, Republican, conservative, independent or otherwise. The department will abide by the court's ruling. Now, again, I want to point out the key detail. This is just a temporary injunction that a court is telling them. You can't dispense any of this funding. For now, this question is still being litigated because the left is suing the Trump administration for daring to try and make people whole. In fact, here's an establishment reporter, an establishment backing journalist by the name of Andrew Desiderio. He's over at an outfit called Punchbowl, and he posted yesterday, everyone seems to be interpreting this as a vow by the administration to end the fund entirely. It's not. It's a commitment to abide by a court ruling that temporarily block the weaponization fund until next week while litigation over disbursements is ongoing. Also, this exchange just now between John Thune and Frank Thorpe. Frank Thorpe is, I think, at NBC. He's an NBC guy. Makes clear that the Senate Republicans won't accept the Justice Department commitment. You see what's happening, ladies and gentlemen? The Republicans in the Senate want more. They want this thing slashed at the throat. They don't want American citizens to get a dollar out of this thing. Here's Frank Thorpe. Does the administration need to be clear that if they drop this fund that it's not coming back? John Thune, that would be the ideal outcome. The hell are you talking about? The ideal outcome. These Senate Republicans. I'm sorry, hold up before I spaz out on them. Give me a second. A little bit more. Andrew Desiderio says. I also asked Thune if he's concerned that even if the Trump administration says they're shutting down the fund, many of his members will still vote for Democrat amendments on it. During voter Rama Thune said that if the administration makes it very, very clear that that the fund is shut down, he expects enough Republicans will oppose the Democrat amendments. Now, I just want to get back to the Thune thing. It would be an ideal outcome to destroy the fund. Ladies and gentlemen, remember what I told you. Senate Republicans voted to give themselves $500,000 a piece of last year in an amendment that would later be killed by the House. But the Senate Republicans voted for half a million dollars for themselves each because the Biden administration was spying on them in Operation Arctic Frost. Spying on United States Senators. The federal government should not be spying on United States senators. It's outrageous. But the fact is they at Least in that context, understand that, hey, I should be made whole for what happened to me. But that's when they're voting for themselves, the jackasses. And now they can't stand up for us. They can't stand up for people who've been attacked by the federal government. $1.776 billion, by the way, to be clear, is a measly amount of money in the grand scheme of government spending. The administration was projecting something like 10 million claimants for the fund. If that's the case, that's 177 bucks a pop. That's not. What are you talking about? It's nothing. And you're throwing a bitch fest because of that. This is one of those great moments that the Trump administration has provided so frequently to expose the people who are truly on your side and the people who are working against you. Really disgusting stuff. And so obviously, the Justice Department released a statement yesterday because the Trump administration is trying to grease the wheels to get funding to ICE and Border Patrol. That's what they want. They want our immigration enforcement to function. So the president's gotta navigate this nonsense with Republicans in the United States Senate, and you still have Republicans who are throwing a shit fit. It's crazy. One more for you, and then we've got to move on to some other things. We got John Kennedy. I like John Kennedy. He has all these great, folksy sayings and he's really funny, and that's wonderful. But that doesn't in any way excuse statements like, I'm about to read to you. Here's what he told the media yesterday. Here's. This is from Igor Bobich from notice Senator Kennedy. John Kennedy says the DOJ abiding by a court order on the weaponization fund isn't enough. Quote, I appreciate them saying that, but they don't have a choice. They have to abide by a federal district court order. It doesn't tell me whether they're planning to appeal. It doesn't tell me whether the administration is backing off the idea. It doesn't tell me anything. And. Except that they're going to follow the law, which you have to. Kennedy says we shouldn't be playing games. If the administration has changed its position on the weaponization fund, it should say so definitively. But saying you're going to follow a court order doesn't tell me anything. Now, I know John Kennedy is trying to be cute here, but it's obvious if he's talking to the media and he's like, they should really kill this thing. If they want to kill this thing. He's rooting for it to be killed. That's establishment hackery. Have you noticed that, that, that these guys are not mounting a forceful defense of what is a noble fund? Why is it left to us to have to give the story on this? Why is it left to just normal American citizens to raise holy hell about this? This is so crazy to me. And this is a world in which we're going to the midterms. I want the Republicans in the Senate to have a much bigger margin. I really do. I want the Trump agenda to be able to continue unabated. I want it to be just going full steam ahead. But as politically active as you and I are, as engaged as we are, there are going to be people out there who are totally dejected by this type of failure theater from the Republicans in the Senate. And it's just, it drives me absolutely crazy. You want enthusiastic support going into the midterms. Do things that generate enthusiastic support among the base. And this is one of them. One of them. People should not be tyrannized by their government. And there should be consequences when that occurs. All right, a lot more coming up on the program. We also have Kelly Loeffler just moments away. But first, before we get there, I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. Great cell phone provider, great sponsor of our program. America's about to celebrate its 250th anniversary. Thank you, Vince. It's great to be with you. And a very happy birthday to Allison.
Dan Bongino
Thank you very much. She's the best. She really is. I appreciate you for saying that. Let's talk about what you're up to. I want to get to how well small business is doing in the United States in just a moment. But I want to start with the thing I've been obsessing about, which is J.D. vance's, what I call fraud force, the Anti Fraud Task Force at the White House. You work very closely with this task force, is that right? Tell me about the day to day of what it's like tackling fraud.
Kelly Loeffler
Yeah. Well, first of all, this is incredible that President Trump from day one has believed that we can get back to a more accountable, responsible, and proactive federal stance on fraud. And that's why I'm so grateful for his support in making it a priority for Vice President Vance to focus on fraud. And you already see in the first two months over 400 law enforcement actions happening in this fraud task force. And from day one, when I came into the sba, on my Day one priorities, I published it. Fifteen top priorities, Zero tolerance Policy on Fraud. Because we knew coming into the SBA there was about $200 billion in Covid era PPP fraud. Now, we put out 1.2 trillion, but that tells you a sizable chunk of it, 20% was fraudulent. And under the Biden administration, they had given really what was de facto amnesty to fraudsters who they knew committed fraud and were just letting them get away with tax stealing taxpayer money. So this task force that Vice President Vance is heading up and doing it so well that we've already got all these actions, but it's really, like they said, it's not the beginning of the end, it's the beginning of the beginning, and we're just getting started.
Dan Bongino
So, so you, when you say the Biden administration knew that fraud was going on but refused to enforce the law, did you get into the SBA and you just started cracking open the books and you're like, holy crap. They knew that this was fraudulent?
Kelly Loeffler
Absolutely. It was the Biden Office of Inspector General that identified that they had flagged millions of loans as fraudulent. So we sent the first tranche of 562,000 loans in the last month over to treasury for collection and then to DOJ for prosecution, because that 562,000 loans totaled $22 billion of taxpayer money. That means every dollar that was stolen did not get to a small business that potentially shut its doors during COVID and never came back. And you and I know, and your listeners know what small businesses mean to our communities. So. And that's what's going on across the administration, whether it's Dr. Oz at CMS, yes. At USDA.
Dan Bongino
Why did the Biden administration allow that fraud to occur? Was there any common themes among the organizations that were stealing this money?
Kelly Loeffler
Well, the common theme was this was sophisticated intentional theft. As we've seen through prosecutions, we see that there's organized rings around this because they knew the money was there. But look, this shouldn't be political, but it appears that the Democrats have made it their business to let this money seep out of the government into their political friends hands and somehow it ends up back in their campaigns consistently. But, but the bigger problem is you shouldn't be using federal funding to buy votes and to, to bring people to your political point of view. You know, it undermines program integrity, it destroys the public trust, it's not fiscally sustainable. And then most importantly, the money's not there for the people that need it, whether it's the elderly, elderly, the sick or young children.
Dan Bongino
Yes.
Kelly Loeffler
So that's, that's what's going on.
Dan Bongino
I'm on guard, though. I'm on guard for what it sounds like a vote buying enterprise. Like, in other words, they're just giving away money to Democrat affiliated organizations who turn around and then fill Democrat campaign coffers. That, that. Because that's a lot of money. $20 billion just out the door that you believe is entirely fraudulent.
Kelly Loeffler
Well, it is. And you can see the prosecutions happening left and right. We just announced one this week. There's a woman who organized a ring where she got a kickback and she helped thousands of dollars go out the door and PPP loans. She's going to now be sentenced up to 20 years in prison.
Dan Bongino
Good.
Kelly Loeffler
And we see that over and over. We've, we publish on our website. Our Office of Inspector General is publishing all the prosecutions that are underway now at the sba.
Dan Bongino
So tell me about what it's like to work with J.D. vance. And in particular you've got an Assistant Attorney General now, Colin McDonald, who is in charge of going after the fraudsters at the Justice Department. And I've been telling the audience this seems like a very unusual arrangement where you have an Assistant Attorney General who's basically reporting directly to the Vice President of the United States. I think it's great. What is it like working with this group?
Kelly Loeffler
Well, this is an incredible group. You know, we've got FTC Chair Ferguson involved, providing great leadership alongside the Vice President and Colin doing great work and I love the energy he brings to this, which is no amount of fraud is too small. And that's what's critical because People know that this is going on across the government. And most Americans are hardworking, honest, taxpaying Americans, not stealing from the system. But they know this is going on in pockets across the country or even across the world. As we've seen, some of these prosecutions involved the Philippines or Al Shabaab or other efforts. But look, people just want to know that there's accountability and that we're going to put guardrails up because we have to make sure this doesn't happen again at scale. The GAO, the government's own auditor, says that there's about 200 to 500 billion a year in fraudulent payments and then there's another 186 million in incorrect, inaccurate payments that go out. That's unsustainable. And so taxpayers are just losing trust in what the federal government is doing. And that stops here. That's why J.D. vance, the Vice President is doing incredible work because he's moving so quickly.
Dan Bongino
How is he doing? There's a big New York Times piece this week claiming that President Trump is like, is questioning whether or not he has a future and all this stuff. And I'm looking at it going, wait a second, President Trump keeps tasking with like the biggest things in the entire administration. He's negotiating peace with Iran and he's in charge of the fraud task force. How do you think J.D. vance is doing?
Kelly Loeffler
This is one of the most consequential vice presidents we've had in a long time. You think about what happened in the last administration. You know, I'm not sure what's going on there, but that was a person that created problems, that opened the border. Vice President Vance is cleaning up problems, but he's also setting a vision for the future of reigning in fraud. I mean, this is a bit of a sleeper issue. I mean, we all came in knowing that we were going to have to crack down on waste, fraud and abuse and as I call it, lying, cheating and stealing, like that was going on at writ large across federal programs. But now Vice President Vance, because he comes from the private sector, because he's been someone that has been dependent on these programs, he brings passion and experience to that. And that's, this is just one small corner of what he's working on. So he's incredible. The New York Times doesn't obviously know what they're talking about and it's very interesting how all these left leaning media outlets will not cover the extent of fraud. They won't talk about it. Candidates won't talk about, you know, Democrat candidates won't talk about it. They want this fraud to persist and exist and they're going to try to take down anyone who's taking it on.
Dan Bongino
Yeah, they're instigators, they're not journalists. So tell me about the Small Business Administration and how small business is doing in the United States right now. Because President Trump comes back into office riding a wave of, of, of small business support. A lot of discontent about the Biden era. The small business is very much suffering under Joe Biden. How have things changed?
Kelly Loeffler
Yeah, under Biden, small business optimism was below its 52 year average for 34 months in a row. So it, it hit rock bottom and just slid along. The entire Biden administration. Thanks to President Trump, small business formation now is at record levels. In 2026, it's an average around 450,000 to half a million businesses formed each month in this country. Nothing says optimism like going through that whole process, setting up a small business and then jobs. Small businesses create upwards of 80% of all new jobs in this country. We've got hiring at very strong levels the last two months, about 313,000 private sector jobs. And at the SBA, what we've done is, is put out record capital in the first year. So that means small businesses are investing and growing. And that's what I do every week. I travel across the country and talk to small businesses. And the level of optimism is back. They love the President's policies, whether it's tax cuts or deregulation or fair trade, and that's why they're building.
Dan Bongino
So help me understand that at a basic level. So the Small Business Administration, you say dispensing capital, you mean giving loans to small businesses to get started?
Kelly Loeffler
Yeah. I'm glad you asked. So Small Business Administration, I think, is the most free enterprise agency in the federal government in that we don't directly give those loans. We provide a federal guarantee on your local community bank loan, your lender. And so we give that lender a little bit more confidence to make that loan to a startup business. Last year, 60% of our loans went to businesses with fewer than six employees. But we can do large manufacturing loans now up to 10 million, and they can have up to 1500 employees. So we run the gamut.
Dan Bongino
And the trick of course, is to figure out who's creating a legitimate business that's actually gonna help the country and who's trying to just steal money for fraud.
Kelly Loeffler
Well, absolutely, and that's the beauty of it. Going through the private banking system. The private banking system has anti money laundering Safeguards in pace. They have know your customer safeguards in place. They do a lot of the vetting. And then we at the SBA have put new guardrails on that the SBA never had before, which was citizenship checks and birth date checks. Because we know during COVID hundreds of billions of dollars went out to people who are over 115 years old or under 11.
Dan Bongino
Okay, tell me about the big beautiful bill now, the big beautiful law and what that's done for small business in the United States.
Kelly Loeffler
Well, that's been rocket fuel for Main Street. It's just plain and simple. When you want more of something, tax it less. Democrats voted 100% to raise taxes not just on small businesses, but on the hard working Americans that work there. The welder, the waitress, what working family tax cuts. Did no tax on tips and overtime and then no tax on Social Security. So you had 60 million Americans benefiting from the one big beautiful bill. And then I was at a factory a few weeks ago in Nebraska and the owner pointed out the one big beautiful building he built because he gets 100% expensing in the first year of that building. So he was so excited to show me the building. He said we wouldn't have been able to do this without knowing the, that we could write it off immediately. Saves us cash flow and allows us to hire the five guys we need to hire to work out back there and make these massive water system pipes that we make.
Dan Bongino
Finally, as we head into the midterms, as we look at the kind of the big picture of where the country is going, what are the economic indicators that we all should be watching to tell us, you know, who deserves to have power in the United States?
Kelly Loeffler
Well, certainly job creation is important wage growth that we finally have for the first time since the Biden administration. I think things like capital investment, which we see going up strongly means we're going to have made in America again instead of like the offshoring of our jobs in our industries at price levels. We're working very hard to get the price levels down after the damage the Biden administration did, driving up those in the aggregate of 20%. So we get through the Iranian conflict, we get back to those lower for longer prices. And we're working across the entire federal government to deregulate because we know that the, the Green New deal added about 20% to the price of housing. So this administration is fighting massive overregulation taxation, things that make it just harder to bring home more money at the end of the day and keep it in your pocket.
Dan Bongino
Yeah. And businesses love certainty. And nothing says certainty like continuity of the Trump administration. Kelly Lefler, thank you very much. Always appreciate your our conversations. Nice to talk to you today.
Kelly Loeffler
Likewise. Thank you, Vince.
Dan Bongino
There she is, Kelly Loeffler at the Small Business Administration doing great work alongside JD Vance tackling fraud and and some morning small businesses. Glad she could stop by this morning. Let's hey there. I'm Paula Pan. I help people make the smartest money decisions possible. If you don't control your money, it controls you. You're not in control of your finances and you have to look outside of yourself to live the life that you want.
Kelly Loeffler
You're not in control of your life.
Dan Bongino
Like what is it that you actually want? Money should follow the dreams and goals because sometimes we make the dream and goal the money.
Kelly Loeffler
And you've overworked yourself and you've accepted
Dan Bongino
exceeded what you've needed for the actual thing you want. Sometimes we forget like, what's the actual thing you want? Afford anything. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Let's talk to her. You heard her say at the end of that that after we get past the Iranian conflict, then we're going to see a lot of upward mobility for businesses across the United States in the state of the economy. And that's what I want to talk about with you next, which is the state of the Iran negotiations. The president posting on Truth Social earlier this week a message that basically encapsulates the phrase that I often use, keep cool, my babies, keep cool, everyone just keep, keep cooler heads right now. He said there's a lot of people who are telling him, hurry up, get a deal now or don't get a deal, blow them up, destroy them, go to war again. And the president says everyone just needs to stop the chirping. That was his phrase, stop the chirping and let me cook, let me work. I'm working on it. It's going to be great. He says it always is. So he's working on it. And yesterday we got a kind of a rollercoaster of headlines, as we so often do with Iran, about what the hell is going on. And yesterday the Iranian state media started claiming. And every time you hear that, I want you to think irgc, when you hear Iranian state media, I want you to hear the most extreme forces in Iran are getting the media inside of their state, the propaganda media to do their bidding. And it may or may not actually have true bearing on the quality of the negotiations going on between the president and his team. And the Iranian regime. So take a look at what they said yesterday. CNBC reports Iran stops negotiations with us, vows to completely block Strait of Hormuz. Now, I don't know how they would, quote, completely block the Strait of Hormuz. Their navy has been sunk to the bottom of the sea and we're blowing up their stupid little fast bows that are trying to drop mines in the strait. But here's what they said yesterday. Iranian negotiators will stop exchanging messages with the United States through intermediaries and Tehran will move to fully close the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for ongoing ceasefire violations. Iran's state affiliate news outlet Tasnim said Monday. As soon as I see state affiliated news, it's not news, it's propaganda. And again, it's generated by the irgc. The report and a translated post on the social media site Telegram homed in on Israel's military operations in Lebanon against the Iran backed militia Hezbollah. No dialogue will take place until Israel fully withdraws from occupied areas in Lebanon and stops all attacks in both Lebanon and Gaza, per Tasnim. And then they go on to brag that they're super strong and they're really powerful and that they can't be stopped. And of course they can be. In fact, the Iranian regime is in a state of immense suffering right now and is trying to figure out how to navigate out of it. And if they can contain the lunatics that are in their ranks, then maybe, just maybe, they can actually get to a real deal with President Trump, which he keeps on holding out hope for. In fact, the president yesterday said first he told a reporter who asked him about it, he's like, hey, what's the deal? Like Iran's cutting off negotiations and this guy Garrett Hack over at NBC asked about it and President Trump said, look, I haven't heard that, but even if that's the case, I'm fine with it. I'm totally fine with it because I think we've been talking too much, if you want to know the truth. I think going silent would be very good. That could be that, that could be for a long time. He said, it doesn't mean we're going to go and start dropping bombs all over there. We'll just go silent. We'll keep the blockade. Blockade's a piece of steel. He was asked by NBC, can he wait them out? He goes, I think I can wait as long as they want. They're losing a fortune. Garrett also says, this is the NBC guy that the President also seemed to have Some grudging respect for the Iranian negotiators. When I first asked about reports they were suspending talks, it's an appropriate thing, quote, it's an appropriate thing to say because they're better negotiators than they are fighters. Now I would call that faint praise from the President. It's almost, he's almost insulting them for being terrible at both, candidly, because his position is like, they suck at fighting. They suck at fighting. So of course they're better negotiators than they are fighters because how could they possibly be worse negotiators than they are fighters. He's insulting them in his own Trumpy way. But of course the NBC guy's like, he thinks they're great negotiators. He's basically saying they really suck at fighting. I think that's the point he's making. And then yesterday afternoon the president offered this update. After all of this chaos about what's going on, are they cutting off negotiations? He said, actually talks are going great and they're continuing at a rapid pace. He wrote this on Truth, Social talks continuing rapid pace. Rapid pace. And with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. Trump. Okay, then things get really spicy. Yesterday we saw a flurry of social media activity that led to an interesting Axios report that is getting a lot of traction this morning. And I'll start with the post from Benjamin Netanyahu. Apparently the Israeli Prime Minister and the President of the United States had a phone call yesterday. And the first inklings of the phone call came to us from Netanyahu who posted the following to social media. He wrote tonight. It was originally posted in Hebrew. So it's for the, it's really for the Israeli people. But translated here on your screen tonight. I spoke with President Trump and told him that if Hezbollah does not cease attacking our cities and citizens, Israel will attack targets in Beirut. This stance of ours remains unchanged. In parallel, the IDF will continue to operate as planned in southern Lebanon. Okay, so notice what he's saying. This is all in the language of being on offense or defending Israel, but just being aggressive towards Hezbollah. Which Hezbollah? These like psychopath Iranian funded terror regime that keeps on taking strikes at Israel. Netanyahu's position is we're going to keep fighting them, he says publicly. Well, interestingly, a short while after the president posted his version of the call, he said, I had a conversation with Bibi Netanyahu today asking him to not go into a major raid of Beirut, Lebanon. He turned his troops around. Thank you, Bibi. I also had a conversation with representatives of the leaders of Hezbollah and they agreed to stop shooting at Israel and its soldiers. Likewise, Israel agreed to stop shooting at them. Let's see how long that lasts. Hopefully it will be for eternity. President Donald J. Trump so the president yesterday trying to negotiate a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. The guy's like trying to negotiate peace deals everywhere. And then we get this doozy. This comes to us from Axios yesterday, a guy called Barack Ravid and Mark Caputo. Now, you've noticed throughout this saga I've shared with you some of these Barack Ravid stories because President Trump has done phone calls with him over at Axios and here's the headline. The headline is, quote, you're fucking crazy, end quote. Trump fumes at Netanyahu in call on Lebanon President Trump lashed out at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over Israel's escalation in Lebanon in an expletive laden call on Monday. Two U.S. officials and a third source briefed on the call told Axios earlier on Monday, Iran had threatened to abandon negotiations with the United States over Israel's actions in Lebanon. On the call, Trump called Netanyahu, quote, crazy and accused him of ingratitude. According to two of the sources, he also put the brakes on Israel's plan to strike Beirut. One U.S. that's consistent with what the president just said, that he got them to stop a planned strike on Beirut. One U.S. official said Trump told Netanyahu that following through on his threats to bomb the Lebanese capital would further isolate Israel around the world. Two of the sources said Trump claimed he'd help keep Netanyahu out of jail, a reference to his support during Netanyahu's corruption trial. Summarizing remarks to Netanyahu, the US Official said, quote, you're fucking crazy. You'd be in prison if it weren't for me. I'm saving your ass. Everybody hates you now. Everybody hates Israel because of this, end quote. A second source briefed on the call said Trump was quote, and at one point yelled at Netanyahu, what the fuck are you doing? The US Officials said Trump knew Hezbollah had been shooting at Israel and that Israel needed to defend itself, but felt in recent days that Netanyahu was escalating in a disproportionate way. In addition to the threats on Beirut, Israel has been expanding its ground operation in southern Lebanon. Another U.S. official said Trump was concerned by the fact that Israel had killed so many civilians in Lebanon and objected to the Israelis knocking down buildings to take out a single Hezbollah commander. As of now, Israel no longer plans to strike Hezbollah targets in Beirut. An Israeli official told Axios. Now, here's the key point. They say Trump's anger appeared to be driven by the fact that Netanyahu's decision to escalate in Lebanon was threatening to implode his negotiations with Iran. So as we speak, you know this. As of Friday, the President was reviewing the deal, the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran. Then he sent back edits. He's not going to take a crappy deal. You know that. I know that. The world needs to know that. Donald Trump is never going to take a crappy deal here. He wants a strong deal. What's a strong deal? Get rid of all the nuclear material, ensure that they never get a nuclear weapon, and open up the Strait of Hormuz. These are very simple and obvious red lines. And he's negotiating the means to do that right now. He's on the verge of it. He's been. He was talking about a Friday and he sent back some changes to the language. And it takes a few days for the gay, deformed Supreme Leader to review it. Inside of his cave that he squirreled away, and inside of Iran, the President is trying to get that response. Meanwhile, he thinks that Israel is at risk of blowing up any chance of an actual deal. And if the President gets a deal, part of that deal is going to be to stop the funding of these terror groups. No more giving money to Hamas and Hezbollah, no more terror attacks on Israel. In other words, the President is trying to negotiate a peace, an end to the nuclear threat and an existential benefit to Israel. And finally, it's between President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu to really know the words that were exchanged on that call. That Axios report may or may not be an accurate reflection, but even without the Axios report adding the color that we can see so vividly, it's also once again, a reminder, just looking at the President's Truth Social post, that the President is not being controlled by Netanyahu, despite claims to the contrary. The President is asserting American interest in these conversations, including when it annoys Netanyahu. No, stop being an idiot. Don't go into Beirut. Turn around. And then he did. Interesting. I think it's fascinating, and it goes back to the point that the President said on Truth Social. What was it yesterday morning? Let him cook. Just let him cook. His goal is peace. It's not chaos. It's not war. It's not enabling Iran. It is peace. It's peace. Let the man work. He's working on it right now, and I'm rooting for him. I don't know. I mean, it doesn't. Why would you root against him? The whole thing is so crazy to me that there's a constituency in the United States that is constantly rooting against anything the president does. Rooting against his efforts to try and derive a peace in Iran. Rooting against his efforts to try and denuclearize the place. Rooting against his efforts to try and get the Strait of Hormuz wide open, get the global economy humming. Rooting against his efforts to beautify the American, like American monuments, including in Washington, D.C. just constantly rooting against him. It's just a. It's just a pernicious form of Trump derangement syndrome, and it's found everywhere. Just take a breath, keep cool, my babies, and let the guy work. I'm encouraged every time I see reports like this because it means he's not beholden to anybody. The guy's just trying to do the right thing, which I dig. And, yes, CJ Juggernaut with the right, right attitude here in chat saying, I pray for him. Me, too. I pray for him. I pray constantly for the. Actually, I always pray for the president, even when it's Joe Biden. I pray that they make wise decisions that actually benefit the American people. I didn't have a lot of success with Biden, but I prayed for him anyway. And I constantly pray for President Trump as he navigates all of this. It's really amazing stuff. Speaking of beautifying the country, Doug Burgum, the Interior Secretary, just shared some more information with us. That reflecting pool, you know, the reflecting pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial, the one that the left is giving Trump so much grief for. Apparently they're done. They're done sealing it, and it looks great, and it's gonna be ready in time for Independence Day. Here's Doug Burgum announcing this week that they're getting the reflecting poll done in record time and at a cut rate. Cut nine. Watch this. But what we are doing is we are getting the thing fixed because this is. The New York Times also wrote 12 years ago that the Obama administration spent more money. It was. Reflecting pool was closed for two years. It never worked. That thing, even right now, when we took this project over, was leaking 45,000 gallons of water a day, 16 million gallons a year, because the thing never worked. And they spent more money and it was closed for two years. So everybody should be celebrating President Trump Getting a project done in 1/10 the time. So 10 times faster at a fraction of the cost of a previous administration. There was no outrage then. There should be outrage. That thing turned into an algae driven slough. And this thing is going to be fantastic. It's going to be open in time for the celebration. It's amazing. Which by the way, remember Doug Burgum joined us on this program earlier this year and said, Vince, give you an exclusive here. It's going to be the largest fireworks show in world history. Independence Day, Washington D.C. very cool. And here's the post that he just shared yesterday afternoon. Monday afternoon. The reflecting pool is now 100% coated with American flag blue sealant. Another major milestone in restoring this landmark and ensuring it lasts for generations of Americans to celebrate our great history in our nation's capital. It's gonna look really good. That dark colored blue means you'll get a picture perfect reflection depending on what side you're standing on, of the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument and that great World War II memorial. It's going to be really, really neat to see. And yet another reason that we should all pay a visit to the nation's capital now that President Trump has spruced it up so much. Very, very cool. Love that. One more big reminder for you. Can't escape today without mentioning the fact that in California we've got a massive election going on that a jungle primary day today for both governor and LA mayor. Which big, big races there in LA specifically. Spencer Pratt is scaring the hell out of the establishment. A guy, a truly aggrieved guy. Righteous indignation powering his campaign. His house burns down and Democrats refuse to let him rebuild it. He's decided I'm running for office and I'm gonna upend this whole system. I'm gonna try and fix LA for once. It's just been too much despair and he's gonna tackle it. Homelessness, the drug addiction, animals getting tortured in the streets of Los Angeles. Disgusting stuff. He says he wants to be powered by the mothers of la. He wants the moms of LA to help him win this thing. You've got a big opportunity today. If you're in California, if you're in Los Angeles and maybe you've sat out a bunch of elections cuz you're like Democrats always win this thing and they're always stealing all the elections. You know what? Show up anyway. Vote, vote, vote. Make it too big to rig in a state that's infamous for rigging. Do what you can to try and get Something back here. Try and get Spencer Pratt across the line today. And then at the gubernatorial level, it's all been very interesting to watch all the pieces moving for a time. We've seen two Republicans, Chad Bianco and Steve Hilton, among the leaders in the field. There is a circumstance where both of them could be the top two vote earners today. And if they are, then they head off to the general election with two Republicans on the ticket, which would be hilarious to just get rid of all the Democrats. May or may not actually happen. But two quick things on Steve Hilton. One, Steve Hilton has revealed this week that his first major act as governor will be to investigate the Democrats responsible for all the fraud in the state. That would be Gavin Newsom. He says Gavin Newsom is very much at the top of the list. Steve Hilton wants to investigate him. And boy, does Greasy Gavin deserve it. You think Tampon Tim Walls is bad? Greasy Gavin guaranteed has enabled more fraud than any governor in the country. So we'll see what Steve Hilton can do with that if he gets a chance to become governor. And President Trump loves Steve Hilton. He gave his endorsement to Steve Hilton. He said the following. He goes, I've known and respected Steve, who's running for governor of California for many years. He's a truly fine man, one who has watched as this once great state has gone to hell. Gavin Newscomb and the Democrats, they've done an absolutely horrendous job. People are fleeing, crime is increasing, taxes are the highest of any state in the country, maybe the world. Steve can turn it around before it's too late. And as president, I will help him do it. With our administration, working alongside a great governor like Steve Hilton, California can be better than ever before. Steve Hilton has my complete and total endorsement. Election day today, Tuesday, June 2nd. Get out. Vote for Steve. He'll be a great governor and importantly, will never let you down. President Donald J. Trump. He says you can find your voting location at swampthevoteusa.com/ca that swamp the vote. USA.com ca find your polling place, go and vote. But Vince, California is so rigged. I don't care. You gotta. You gotta do what you can. Do what you can. Of course I care. I don't want it to be rigged. But do what you can given the circumstances. Just show up and vote. Don't let your lack of voting be the reason that either of these guys lose. Don't let that be the reason. Show up, vote and bring your friends. Get everybody to show up. Let's make California great again. Can you imagine President Trump's cleaning up D.C. what if we could clean up California? Gosh, that would be spectacular. 250 baby.
