Couldn't happen to a better guy. You know, look, I say that, but the President of the United States even this morning is sending John Cornyn off with a nice message saying how grateful he is for their friendship. And, and that's really nice of the President to say. Here's what he did say on the, on the overall subject of the Texas results last night. He said, congratulations to Ken Paxton on such a tremendous win and John Cornyn for having a strong and powerful race. But more importantly, having had a truly great career, truly great career. John will remain my friend for a long time to come as we both watch Ken become a fantastic common sense senator, one who is respected by all. Let me say something about the top of this. Obviously, the President is being very gracious, being very nice to John Cornyn. The question becomes, does John Cornyn spend the rest of his time this year in the United States Senate acting like bitter Bill Cassidy? Does he try and, does he try and upend every aspect of the Trump agenda going forward? We will see. We will see. I would not be surprised if he does. But here's the president extending the olive branch, going, look, I endorsed against you, but you're a nice guy. We've had a good friendship. Let's keep that going for as long as possible. Meanwhile, President Trump says his opponent, that is Ken Paxton's opponent, Alfred E. Newman of, you know, MAD magazine. Alfred E. Newman. You know, you know Alfred E. Newman. Look at him. That's James Talafrico. It looks like that guy. That's true. The President, the president accurately assessing that Alfred E. Newman may be the worst Texas candidate I've ever seen. A strong open borders advocate, he's weak on crime, believes there are six genders, is insulting to Jesus Christ, will never support the military, was a big mask wearer until recently and is a vegan who dislikes meat. Not exactly a good way to be if you want to win an election in Texas. Jasmine Crockett, a very low iq, individual with no relation to the legendary frontiersman Davy Crockett, would have been a far better choice for the Democrats. I will do some nice, big, beautiful rallies for Ken. Texas. This will be fun. God bless, bless America. President djt, the big post from the big guy this morning as he's on a hot streak. I thought I saw. What is he at, like 101 races, 101 to 0 or something this cycle with his endorsements? Yeah, he's doing, he's doing just fine. The endorsement, no question the most powerful endorsement in American politics, I would say, of our lifetimes. Of our lifetimes. No. Regardless of your age, we've never seen an endorsement like this. And we've never seen a run like this. Look, I'm telling you right now, before we even get to some of the concession video and the video of Ken Paxton and Talafrico and all the rest of it, you know, John Cornyn would still have his job today if the Save America act was passed. We've talked about this for over a year. It's not like the playbook was mysterious. You would have your job today, John, if you passed the Save America Act. Bill Cassidy would still be in the United States Senate if he passed the Save America Act, Thumbelina would very likely still be destined to be in the Senate next year if he had passed the Save America Act. All these guys, they're acting so confused by the fact that they're being thrown out. They're thrown a fit over this. All they had to do, all they had to do was pass the Save America Act. That's it. Now, I mean, obviously there's some other elements like funding ICE and Border Patrol. It's ridiculous. And the Senate did their establishment guys no favors when they decided to go on vacation last week rather than fund ICE and Border Patrol because they were throwing a fit that President Trump had endorsed Ken Paxton, had just thrown Bill Cassidy out, and had established a fund to take care of American citizens who've been tyrannized by their own government. That's why Republicans fled Washington last week, went on vacation and are not getting back until June. Well, that was one last shove for Ken Paxton to get the job over John Cornyn in Texas. So great job, establishment. When you guys leave in a huff, you screwed over. Any chance that Cornyn could pull this thing out in the end, because Cornyn got not just defeated, destroyed, destroyed last night. Ken Paxton wins this thing in a landslide. 28 point margin. 28 points, about 64% to 36%. It's not even close. I told you back when the primary took place earlier this year, I don't think Cornyn really has a shot. And the reason for that is because, first of all, Cornyn didn't get to a majority of the vote. And second of all, the rest of the vote was split between two guys. It was Cornyn and Wesley Hunt. That means that the anyone but Cornyn vote was very sizable. And we just saw it play out in the runoff. Cornyn barely cracked a third of the vote in a Republican runoff where it's only two candidates. He's the incumbent Republican Senator and Texas Republicans. Texas voters said, to hell with you. We're getting rid of you. That's as clear a sign as any. Voters are done with this crap. They want results. They want the Trump agenda to actually be passed, and they're tired of the impediments to that. And that includes Republicans who stand directly in our way. We will get rid of you. And it just keeps happening. So for the rest of you who are still in the United States Senate right now, either get the lesson or get out. Is come on, chat. Look, most of us, I would assume almost everybody in the chat, maybe with an exception or two, I have no idea, perhaps we have a former senator or a current senator in our midst, and you can speak up if you'd like to, but most of us have never been in the United States Senate. But somehow all of us know the playbook here. So you can get there, so you can keep your job, which is just do what the voters want. And the voters want election integrity. And if you can't deliver on that, get the hell out. So Cornyn is out, destroyed. Ken Paxton destined for this general election, and then eventually the United States Senate. But here's John Cornyn last night conceding, admitting defeat and saying, not that he would support Ken Paxton, but he said he'll support the Republican ticket. Watch.

After a public service career lasting more than four decades and 18 consecutive campaign wins, tonight we've come up short in this primary runoff. You know, a few years ago, I had a friend of mine say, you know what makes God laugh? He said, when we make plans. I've spent most of my time in the Senate, building the Republican Party in Texas and in the U.S. senate, and I've always supported the Republican ticket, and I intend to do so again in this general election. I've said throughout this race that I trust the voters of Texas, and they've made their decision, and I must respect it.
A
I've been here forever, and I haven't passed election integrity. Okay, so you're firing from the Senate is just long overdue, that's all. So now John Cornyn is destined for retirement and not on his own terms, but instead on the voters terms. And here he is on the way out. This is good news, man. I told you. In the midst of all of this last week, early last week, I was like, man, I feel very good. I think MAGA is fighting very hard. This is a, an energetic movement, scoring a lot of victories. I've got some updates coming up for you on the redistricting battles, because not all of them are breaking in our direction. There's some exceptions this week which are very annoying, actually. But we've been on a tremendous hot streak, reorienting the country around making America great again, getting rid of racially segregated districts, getting rid of establishment senators, putting in people who are actually going to fight. That's really key. Now, Ken Paxton has a big job ahead of him. Should the voters of Texas give him this Senate seat. It's not like our scrutiny of him goes away. He's actually got to deliver. It's not enough to say, okay, he's better than John Cornyn. Yeah, he is. But he's actually got to deliver. So we will hold him accountable in that role, as we should. But here's Ken Paxton last night standing on that stage, talking already about that general election opponent that he's about to square off against. That's James Talafrico. Watch.
C
My opponent is the most extreme radical the Democrats have ever nominated. He's even running a vegan campaign, whatever that is. He goes by a few names that you may all have heard of. Some people know him as Tofu Talarico. Some people call him six gender Jimmy. I've even heard some people call him James Talofrico. And others refer to him simply as Low T Talarico. But no matter what you call him, let me tell you this. James Talarico is a threat to everything we hold dear in this state and in this country. He's a threat to our security and our safety. He wants open borders and even said a welcome mat should be at our southern border. He's a threat to our children. He wants boys in girls sports, gender mutilation surgery performed on kids. And when asked what he loved outside of his family and friends, you heard what Brandon Gill said. His first answer was trans kids. That's weird. And that's a radical guy. He's a threat to our prosperity and Texas economy. He said you can't be a Christian if you support the oil and gas industries. He wants to raise your taxes, and he won't do a single thing to lower costs for you and your family. And finally, he's a threat to our very way of life and our values. I mean, he's a vegan who thinks God is non binary and that there's actually six biological sexes. It's hard to imagine someone more radical than that. No matter what he says or how much he raises, the reality is that James Talarico is going to be nothing more than a Texas space puppet for Chuck Schumer and the National Democrats.

You know, to hear Ken Paxton use that nickname, Talafrico, it brings a Song to my heart and a tear to my eye. I really appreciate that. I. Yeah, you're a humble host. I'd like to take all the credit in the world for having popularized and coined that phrase, Talafrico. We did. We coined that here. Although I did, after we coined it, after we started using. I did look it up on Twitter. I was like, did anyone x. Did anyone ever use this before? And a couple of other bright souls across our country have used Talafrico prior to my first using it, but I had never seen them use it. So I just want to take as much credit as I possibly can for it. Talafrico, which I think is perfect, that just rolls off the tongue, and it perfectly describes the whack that Ken Paxton is now facing off against. It's true. The guy's a whack job. And. And he's. He's full of all these, like, heresies. The guy is constantly wielding scripture as a weapon to abuse people with, including children. This is pretty disgusting stuff. So, for instance, this week, here's. Here's one of the big heresies that he's shoving. He did a podcast where the name of the podcast was the Jamie Kern Lima Show. And during this podcast, he said that God forgot to include anything about abortion in the Bible. I swear to you, this is a real account of what he said. He said it didn't come up. Abortion didn't come up in the Bible is Talafrico's claim. So therefore, it's up to us to fill in the gaps where God failed to address the issue. And so our human conclusion is that the Christian thing to do is to murder children. I swear to you, this is what he said. Listen to Talafrico on that podcast, talking this week. Watch. Jesus never talks about abortion. The Bible is silent on abortion. And when that happens with a social issue as important as abortion, we Christians have to take scripture as a whole, and we've got to try to make some kind of ethical determination. That's insane. Now, for those of you who saw it on screen, whoever did the edit on that. This was on. That was posted to Mark Meadows, his ex account. Whoever did the edit on that, of course, highlighted the commandment thou shalt not kill, which is just four words. And somehow Talo Frico just dances right past one of the single most famous lines in the entire Bible, thou shalt not kill, which kind of addresses the entire thing. And he says, well, the Bible. Silent on the question. I was not. I was pretty clear. The Bible's Pretty clear, in fact. What's the one? Let me. Let me. I'm not as. I'm not as great as some of you at citing scripture, but God, in. In the Bible, there's a reference to. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. This is From Jeremiah, chapter 1, verse 5. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. There's just this idea that you could ever say something like this. Well, the Bible's quiet on this issue. No, it's not. No, it's not. Actually, the Bible's pretty relentless on the value of human life and the dignity of the human person, and that you are created in the image and likeness of God and that he formed you as men, as women. Distinct categories that these. This. These are not things that you get to control. You are not God. He is James Talafrico, pushing heresies again. On a podcast. Supposedly, somebody said he's like a Presbyterian minister or something. What doesn't the Bible offer warnings about people who would mislead and abuse children. Like, pretty substantial warnings. Here's Talafrico. And you heard it. You heard Ken Paxton mention this. And look, this guy wants to run for office. All of this is on the table. He's literally campaigning, using this stuff. Here's Talafrico saying that the thing he really loves in this world is trans children. That is to abuse children into believing they were born in the wrong body. Here's Talafrica. Watch. Something that you love that's not family or friends, I love and just say this because it's on my mind. The trans children who showed up yesterday at the state capitol to advocate for their humanity, they shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch. What do you love other than your family and your friends? I love abusing children, he says. I love convincing children of a lie. I love telling them they were born in the wrong body. I love affirming their mental delusions. I just love it. That is sinister. Ken Paxton is not wrong when he says that putting that guy in the United States Senate would be a very destructive act. Very destructive. It would lead to a lot of misery, a lot of suffering. To have somebody like that wield power in the United States of America, the warnings are everywhere. We've seen what that kind of despair does to people. We can't allow it to happen. Ken Paxton has to win the general election. It's not even a close contest. He has to win the general election. And now that's what this fight is about. If John Cornyn truly cares about seeing this country endure, he will come out and endorse Ken Paxton and he will do everything he can to make sure that Ken Paxton wins that seat. He said he supports the Republican ticket. I'd love to see him come out and really support it. You know, in addition to President Trump endorsing Paxton to win the general, to win the runoff, Wesley Hunt also came out last week after the president's endorsement and said, I, too, support Ken Paxton to win this seat, which is great. All Republicans should unify. All decent people, forget just Republicans. All decent people should unify to rescue our country from people like James Talafrico, a guy who elevates, who lionizes, who celebrates the abuse of children. Stay the hell away from power in our country. I've got more for you coming up. We got a lot more to discuss, all ahead on this edition of vince. Great results last night, though, as Ken Paxton moves on to this general election and with, with any luck here, and with a lot with, it's highly likely moves on to the United States Senate by next year. Really appreciate their support of the show in all of its forms. Okay, so here's one more for you out of Texas. At least one more out of Texas. I love Texas. I haven't talked to producer Jim yet this morning. I know he's very excited about the results. I told Jim, I was like, look, if Paxton wins by one vote, I know who did it. I know it's you. And can I, can I also offer this thanks to just everybody else in Texas. Thank you for showing up. Despite the fact that all of the. The indicators were that Paxton would easily win this thing, that Paxton was very likely to win. It didn't. I just want to. I just want everyone to get some encouragement from the Texas voters. And if you're among the Texas voters, thank you. Everybody showed up anyway. They showed up. This, this is a reminder for all elections that even if it seems very likely that our preferred candidate is going to win, don't let that be the reason that you stay home. That my friends have it. Oh, don't we have enough. We have enough votes out there. I have other things to do. I can't deal with this right now. It looks like Texas voters showed up in massive, massive numbers. And it wasn't even a close contest. It was a landslide, landslide destruction of John Cornyn. And that's because Texas voters showed up. So please take that as a lesson and let's use that in every other election going forward. Be like Texas. At least be like in this. Be like this version of Texas. I love this version of Texas.

It was really great. Also yesterday, Texas voters fired Al Green. You know, Al Green, not the singer Al Green. The impeachment machine just got fired yesterday in Texas. Now, it was a Democrat primary. And the way this worked is that the Texas maps, of course, have been redrawn. Thank God for those Texas legislators that actually did it. And here's the result. As Politico reported it. Congressman Christian Menifee, a current congressman Democrat defeats fellow Representative Al Green in Texas runoff. Okay. Texas Democrat Rep. Christian Menifee just defeated longtime Representative Al Green in a runoff that was defined by heavy outside spending and clashes over generational change. The the piece says the Tuesday result will likely end the long, the too long career of Al Green, the impeachment machine. A 78 year old civil rights champion. How is he a civil rights champion? The guy is fighting for racially segregated districts in the United States. Yeah, he's a great civil rights champion. He was running for a 12th term in Washington. These guys are there forever. He entered the race in the newly drawn Houston area 18th district after his own district was carved up and redistricting. Menifee, a 38 year old Harris county attorney, fellow member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Let's be clear. The Democrat Congressional Black Caucus, they don't let Republicans in. Byron Donald's tried to join and they told him hell no. And he goes, why am I not black enough? And they're like, no, you're not Democrat enough. Stay away. So they banish Republicans. What a joke. Yeah, civil rights champion, these guys. Menifee is 38 years old. He's a fellow member of the CBC. He was sworn into Congress earlier this year. He won a special election in January to serve out the remainder of Congressman Sylvester Turner's term. He was one of a bunch of Democrats who died this Congress. Sylvester Turner passes away. This guy wins the special. Now he's defeated Al Green in the primary. They say he's expected to cruise to victory in November in the safely Democrat Houston district. Look how, look how distant this was though. Texas voters are done with Al Green even in this newly drawn district that's likely to elect a Democrat. Christian Menifee gets 70% of the vote to Al Green's 30%. It turns out trying to impeach President Trump all the time is not even popular among Democrat voters. That's what Al Green was known for, his impeachment antics and then waving his cane around at the State of the Union. Al Green gets the heave ho in Texas. So that's, that's fun. That's a lot of fun. Thank you. Thank you, Texas. We'll, we'll keep our eyes on the rest of these things going on in these elections. Let's see. All right, let's talk about some other developments when it comes to our elections. Now, we got a couple of setbacks yesterday that I don't like I'm not happy about this. South Carolina Republicans just ran out the clock on their redistricting opportunities. The the governor of the state McMaster called a special session of the state legislature last week, but it's, it was in the 11th hour, is very, very late in the process. And yesterday, Tuesday, early voting began in South Carolina and the state legislature basically threw its hands up yesterday. And they're like, well, we don't really have any more time to redistrict. So were done and they went home. They went home. New York Times, South Carolina Senate Does not act on New Midterm Map Defying Trump with early voting already underway, it became clear there was no longer enough support to use new lines before the November midterm elections. Let me tell you something about what just happened in South Carolina. These Republicans dragged ass until the clock ran out. And then they pulled a last second stunt to pretend like they were actually trying to do this when they actually had no intention to do it. Now, I'm not saying that's true of every Republican in South Carolina. South Carolina voters, you're going to have to assess this for yourself. But I'll tell you right now, if these guys thought that they were going to avoid the Indiana fate, I have a suspicion they have another thing coming. By pulling a stunt like that and then just bailing on us at the last second, well, sorry, we can't do it. To hell with you. New York Times. The South Carolina Senate abruptly adjourned on Tuesday without taking up a new congressional map that aimed to eliminate the state's lone majority black district. There's no such thing as a black district. There shouldn't be such a thing as a black district. We don't do racially segregated districts in America. The Supreme Court just said as much. And you jackasses are preserving a Democrat rigged operation. By refusing to act, lawmakers defied pressure from President Trump and national conservatives to wade into the country's redistricting wars before the November elections. The state Senate failed to pass a motion to stop debate on the map, signaling that with early voting already underway on Tuesday, there was no longer enough support among Republicans to push through new district lines before the state's June 9 primary. Instead, the Senate agreed to adjourn, effectively punting votes on a new map until after the primary. Chat Quick trivia for you. Who currently occupies the racially segregated seat in South Carolina the Democrats have rigged for their own power. What's the name of the congressman who currently represents that rigged district? Does anybody know? Sharon knows Shelley knows. April 25th knows. Mm. Yeah. James Clyburn. Clyburn. So South Carolina Republicans just ran out the redistricting clock to protect James freaking Clyburn. Clyburn. You know what Clyburn is responsible for? Clyburn is responsible for the Biden administration. President Otto Penn got into power because of James Clyburn. Clyburn's bragged about this. Clyburn bragged on his own website about it. Here it is on his congressional website. Clyburn, look at this. I was like, I was. I was looking in my notes yesterday. I was as. I was pulling this together last night. In fact, he said it's a USA Today piece, but this is on his own website. How Representative James Clyburn, a South Carolina icon, helped Biden score his big comeback. Dateline, Washington. Taking the stage after his landslide victory in South Carolina, Joe Biden hugged his longtime friend James Clyburn, who gave the former president a coveted endorsement three days before the state's primary. Quote, you brought me back, a beaming Biden told Clyburn, the House Majority Whip, the highest ranking African American in Congress, whom he addressed as, quote, my buddy. It was no exaggeration. Clyburn is a landmark figure in a state where roughly 60% of all Democrat voters are black. Exit polls indicated nearly half, 47% of Democrat primary voters in South Carolina said that Clyburn's endorsement was an important factor in their vote. Moreover, 24% said it was the most important factor. The most important factor. Do you remember this scheme? You remember what happened? So Clyburn endorses Obama, calls everybody else in the field, except for Bernie Sanders, who is doing his own thing, tells everybody else to get out of the race. You know that little pipsqueak Pete Boot, Edge. Edge goes, aye, aye, sir, and jumps out of the race immediately. They rig the whole operation. And then President Otto Penn gets the nomination, and then subsequently the White House because of a rigging effort. Clyburn. You can thank Clyburn for that. What ensued? Misery. Open borders out of control. Inflation, forced Covid jabs, firings. People being kicked out of the military. Misery. Misery. Four years of awfulness. Why the hell are Republicans rewarding James Clyburn for his destruction of our country? It's awful. It's awful. South Carolina Republicans, whoever's responsible for this, you should absolutely experience what these Indiana Republicans just experienced. You screw over this country, fine. We're going to get rid of you. And our memories are long. We'll keep this in mind. We will remember you. So South Carolina screws up this week big time. And we have more people we need to fire in order to clean up the country. So that's a quick message for you on that. Also, another redistricting battle that's playing out. We've got Alabama. A federal court yesterday in Alabama, it seems to be just straight up defying the United States Supreme Court, which said no more racially segregated districts. Here's what we have. This is a political headline. Federal court blocks Alabama's midterm gerrymandering plan. A blow for Republicans. I'm sorry, what? What? Didn't the court just say no more racially segregated districts? A federal court on Tuesday blocked Alabama Republicans from implementing their preferred House map ahead of this year's midterm. So the Republicans in the House of Alabama, they did the work here. Now it's a federal court diving in the way. This will potentially prevent Republicans from picking up one additional seat. Following the Supreme Court's Voting Rights act ruling earlier this year, Alabama sought to Revert to a 2023 map with only one Democrat leaning district that had previously been blocked in court. But a three judge panel Tuesday prevented the state from using that map, mandating that Alabama use a map that has two majority black blue leaning districts. Blue leaning. These are Democrat rigged districts. Racially segregated rigged districts. The court says you got to use racial segregation. This is madness. The panel writing in their decision, quote, ultimately we cannot see our way clear to requiring Alabamians to cast their votes in the 2026 elections under a districting plan tainted by intentional race based discrimination. I'm. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Hold up. What? You want two racially segregated districts to be drawn in the state in order to get Democrats elected and you're accusing the Republicans of creating. What was that again? Districts drawn with intentional race based discrimination? Do you even hear yourselves? What kind of judges are these? I'm sorry. The United States Supreme Court was just very clear on this. Boy, I hope the court smacks the hell out of these guys. The Supreme Court. I hope they smack the hell out of these guys. You're doing this in defiance of a Supreme Court decision that's happening in Alabama. So that this battle needs to continue to play out and quickly because the time is of the essence. We do not have time for this. And this is what the left is hoping for. This is what Mark Elias and all these left wing election rigors are hoping for. They want to drag out the clock as long as possible to prevent elections from functioning in the United States correctly. We've Got to. We've got to move with speed and all due haste. Aggression here to stop that. So a couple of redistricting stories for you yesterday. South Carolina Republicans failing you. Alabama Republicans succeeding. But federal court diving in the way in defiance to the United States Supreme Court. So the battle continues. It's never quite over. Is continues. We've got. We've. Okay, we've got so much more to get to. I. I'm overflowing with information for you today. We'll get to it in a moment, though. And I'm thinking, okay, how can I fit it all in? Well, let's see. Let's try this. You see this week, a great. Just the news report, maddening actually, from John Solomon and Jerry Dunleavy, two fantastic reporters, on the fact that that Mar A Lago raid back in 2022. Remember that? The classified document raid, that Mar A Lago raid. There were people inside the Justice Department who were putting up all sorts of red flags going, guys, this is insane. What are we doing? We're raiding the former President of the United. What? Check this out. Look at this story. And so much of this is like stuff that you and I were saying at the time. Like, guys, he's the president. He can declassify things. You know that, right? It's not like everybody else in the government. The president can declassify information at will. Just he can blurt it out. It's not a violation of the law. He's the president. Watch this. Here's what they say in the just the news piece. Exclusive key Biden DOJ officials official raised red flags about FBI's Mar a Lago raid memo shows a top Biden Justice Department official and key ally of then Attorney General Merrick Garland actually raised legal concerns about the FBI's raid on Mar A Lago, warning that the then former President Donald Trump may have actually declassified the records seized by the agents. Yeah, no shit. A newly on earth email obtained by Just the News shows Patty Stemler is the name of the woman who alerted everybody else at the Justice Department. She's a decades long DOJ veteran who was reportedly picked by Merrick garland back in 2022 to consult on the Trump related cases. She sent an email just two days after the Bureau's August 8, 2022 raid. So you got that. So I'm going to, I want to just lay out something that really stands out to me. She was hired by Garland to consult on the Trump cases, yet she didn't know about the Trump raid. So what kind of consultation were they doing? How close hold was this? They wouldn't even talk to the woman they hired to discuss the Trump cases. She sent an email just two days after the bureau's Aug. 8, 2022 raid of Trump's Florida resort home. Stemler said she had a few concerns. She sent the email to someone called Sophia Brill, who was a future Biden White House lawyer at that time, an attorney inside of the DOJ's National Security Division. You know the National Security Division, the tyrannical outfit that was destroying the lives of January 6th suspects? Yeah. The memo was recently discovered by the Justice Department as a part of its investigation into the weaponization of federal law enforcement. And here's what Stemler wrote. Here's what this woman wrote. She said, quote, I didn't know about this search in advance, but I've been worrying about it ever since and worrying more now. Doesn't Trump maintain that he had authority to declassify documents while he was still president? Has anyone in the National Security Division or the Office of Legal Counsel looked at that? I know we have procedures for declassifying, but is the President as Commander in Chief bound by those procedures? We also have procedures for granting pardons, but the President doesn't have to follow them. She added. So look, the scoop here in this story is that you have people within the Justice Department who are telling Merrick Garland and company at the time, this is psychotic. He was the former President of the United States as a de facto matter. If he took documents that were previously considered classified for his own notes or whatever he want, he's declassifying them by virtue of his Actions. This is insane. What are we doing? And the answer to what are we doing? Was attempting to rig an election. That's what they were doing. The United States Justice Department, under Merrick Garland, at the direction of President Otto Panning Co. Was attempting to rig the 2024 election. They were looking to lock up their political opponent under false pretenses. A president of the United States can straight up walk up to a microphone and blurt out that aliens exist, even if that's classified information, and nobody can stop him. All of a sudden, it's unclassified. It's not like being, say, a former United States senator or being, say, the Vice President of the United States. Those are different categories. When Joe Biden occupied those two offices, he stole classified information. Stole it, and then he locked it away in his garage next to his classic Corvette. That was a violation of the law. That was. Anybody here who's worked in the federal government and understands and has had responsibility for classified information will know what a grotesque criminal violation that is. And Joe Biden did that. Now, why did Joe Biden get away with it? Because Robert Hurst said that he was too demented to stand trial, but apparently not demented enough to remove as President of the United States. Now, square that one for me. Meanwhile, when Joe Biden was actually guilty of these things, they decided to try and criminalize President Trump's legitimate use of presidential powers. That's who we're fighting against. Just to remind you of how this went down, not to mention the fact that when the FBI showed up in Mar A Lago, they staged the photos, they planted evidence, they brought classified cover sheets with them that weren't President Mar A Lago laid them all out on the floor and then took photos of them. They. They planted fake evidence against the President of the United States. They never did that to Joe Biden. They never even opened up the real evidence and spread it out on the hood of the Corvette. Nothing like that. Because there are two very different standards of justice, and again, not a phrase I coined, but one I really appreciate. It's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy. They truly think that they stand above the law and that they will use what they understand to be the law as a weapon against their political opponents, regardless of whether or not their political minds actually broke the law. Just, again, a stark reminder of who we're up against and why we are pursuing justice against all of them. And why I'm rooting on South Florida to get this grand conspiracy case out so the rest of us can Celebrate. That would be wonderful. We'd like to get our country back, please. We're working on it. I know they are, too. All right. Speaking of election rigging, have you noticed every election year, as an election approaches these days, the left decides to riot. They try and create as much disorder as humanly possible, especially if President Trump's in office. Their, their whole thing is like, why don't we just create some chaos? This week we're seeing that in New Jersey. Lefties have been rioting for the past few days outside of an immigration center in New Jersey. Now, this immigration center, Delaney hall, this is Newark, New Jersey. They, they, they've got a lot of vile people in custody. Is, that's just your standard fair illegal alien? No, these are rapists, these are murderers, and these are child predators, truly, that they have in custody. And they're in the process of being deported from the United States of America. Now the left hears that and they say, these are our people, we need to save them. So in their quest to save murderers, rapists and child abusers, they are rioting outside of Delaney Hall. This has been happening. Take a look at some of the footage from this week. Cut five, check. Here it is. Get back, Get back. We didn't escalate. Yeah, so just like the typical left wing violence that you're seeing on your screen, just people fighting with police officers, attacking them, spraying them with unknown substances. That happened last night. Mark Wayne Mullen, the head of the, the Homeland Security, the new Department of Homeland Security head, just posted overnight that once again, it was happening. Here's what he said. Tonight, ICE law enforcement officers were assaulted by anti ICE rioters who sprayed law enforcement with an unknown chemical substance. Terror attack. Two individuals were arrested for assaulting, resisting and impeding federal officers. Assaulting and obstructing ICE Law enforcement is a crime and felony. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Well, that's, that's all well and good. That's, that's perfectly fine. And you know, I saw Tom Holman was on Fox talking about this last night and he was saying the way that the left operates is they do this rioting and then when the, when law enforcement comes out and starts doing crowd control techniques, whether it's pepper spraying the bad guys or placing them in the custody, throwing them into the paddy wagons, whatever, what ends up happening is the left will only capture the moment that federal law enforcement reacts, begins enforcing the law in the face of all of this violent rioting and then they don't show you the predicate, they refuse to show you the moments that led up to officers having to step up in the first place. And that is a propaganda technique. And Tom Holman's totally right about that. That is precisely the way left, the left operates. They operate by censoring relevant information in order to create a fictional narrative about the way this is going down. Oh, it's police violence. It's a police state. No, it's not. You attack cops. You assaulted cops. You're blockading a federal law enforcement facility, an immigration facility, in fact, this week. Look at, look at some of the footage from, from Monday. This is Memorial Day. These guys, they're against a wall to protect our country, but they sure love building trash walls in order to stop immigration enforcement from happening in the country. Look at this. Cut seven. As these anti ice rioters are digging up bricks and building a garbage wall to block that New Jersey immigration center. Look at this. Young wild. They're, they're vandalizing, they're destroying. They're digging up bricks from the ground from a what looks like just kind of a retention wall, retaining wall. And now they're just piling up garbage and anything they can find in order to create a blockade of an immigration center. Look, I know we have an obligation to like, you know, treat them, you know, the way, as humanely as possible, take them into custody, that kind of thing, but I, I would be lying if I didn't say that. I see these guys and I think, man, they need like a royal ass whooping like, like these, too many of these kids, these, these psychos. Look at them. They need to just get their asses beat. Like, has that kid ever been punched in the face? Look at him. And they're all, they all have the masks on, the ski masks, the COVID masks, the, the plastic helmets. They're all cosplaying is whatever. I don't know. The whole thing is so stupid. But now law enforcement's got to move. Law enforcement's got to go out, got to pepper spray these idiots, take them into custody, and this just keeps happening. Now, there is something that, that I'm concerned about here. Something very, I mean, I'm very concerned about these attacks. We know that the. And Tom Holman said it yesterday too. So I'm very encouraged by that. I love Tom Holman. I think he's great. But that the United States Department of Justice is right now undertaking a very active investigation into the funding sources for these left wing rioters. So your suspicions have to be correct. My Suspicions have to be correct here. This is, this movement is powered by unified funding. There's a funding structure to this lawlessness. There's a leadership structure to this lawlessness and it needs to be destroyed. More so than giving ass whoopings to the urchins who take to the streets. The biggest thing we need to do is take down the operation that's behind all of this chaos. This is obviously an election rigging scheme. They're trying to create chaos in the lead up to the midterms because they want to leave Americans with a false impression of some sort of tyranny that oh, they're claiming things like, oh, the health conditions are awful in this facility. That's just not true. And you know, God bless ICE and Tom Holman. They're putting out real information about all this. They talk about it's the most humane detention standards on the planet. We go out of our way to take care of the people who are being processed through these facilities and are being detained. That's all well and good, but look, you can tell the truth until you're blue in the face. The left's just gonna straight up ignore it. That's the reality. They don't, they don't care. They're just gonna tell the lies. They're gonna tell the lies. And here's the thing that I'm nervous about a little nervous about that I'd like to the Trump administration to take away from all of this. Remember Greg Bevino? Greg Bevino who was working one of the, a border patrol commander who you got, you saw him on the streets of Minneapolis. He was going around, he's knocking skulls, taking people into custody. He wasn't suff fools with these rioters. I loved Greg Bevino. Well, Greg Bevino left the administration not too long ago. And after he left, he's been speaking rather openly about the fact that he's concerned that we're not deporting enough standard issue illegal aliens, that the administration has a very focused mission on just the violent types and are going out of their way in some capacity to avoid kind of just people who are here illegally but are not otherwise committing violent crimes. Now, I can't speak to the truth of that claim. I can say that if you're here illegally, you should absolutely be deported. We need to enforce our laws. Regardless of how you got here. I do think it's entirely legitimate that we do go after the most violent threats to our country first. That's how you would triage a crisis, obviously, but if you encounter regular old Illegal aliens along the way who are not committing other violent crimes, you should still deport them, too. Okay, so I think we all agree on that. But here's the thing that I'm taking away from all of this. If for whatever reason, Greg Bevino is right and the administration did dial back standard issue illegal alien deportations because they were concerned about the optics or something heading up to the midterms, let me just tell you, it doesn't even matter what you do. The left is going to go ballistic anyway. The guys inside of that Delaney hall are rapists, murderers, and child abusers. Get them the hell out of our country. And right now you're trying to deport the worst of the worst. And the left is still rioting. They're still acting like animals. So what does it matter if you go the distance? Like if. If. If that is truly. Again, I'm conditioning this entire assessment on if that's truly the case. If you have dialed back any deportations whatsoever on just, again, nonviolent illegal aliens, I'm telling you, it doesn't even matter to the left, they're going to go crazy anyway. So you may as well enforce the law to the maximum, because even if you just enforce the law against the violent people, it's going to be the same reaction. So just go for broke here. Go for all of them. Go for all of them. Restore order to our country. That is what we voted for. And I like to see that be done to the max. That first year, we put up some mighty numbers. 3 million illegal aliens removed from the United States. That's epic. We've got to ramp that up dramatically. Biden let in tens of millions. Let's keep that number going up and up and up. And Tom Holman, he's hearing this critique. He knows that. He goes, there's some people who say we're not deporting enough. And. But he goes. He goes, I promise you, we are deporting illegal aliens like crazy. We are not going to back down on that. Good. I'm going to. I think we should all hold him to it and keep rooting him on because I think he's the right guy for the mission. I just want to see it performed really well. Performed really, really well. Is that too much to ask, Chad? I don't think it's too much to ask. I think it's very legit. I think it's very legit. All right, let's see here. We've got some. We've got some other elements to get to, but New Jersey oh, one more out of New Jersey. I was. I was very. I don't know. I was very impressed by this. I kind of like this a lot. Fox News had a reporter out on the street this week, Alexis McAdams in New Jersey, and some emotionally incontinent lefty was screeching profanities into her face. And Alexis McAdams just straight up told it like it is on the air. And it made me think, now, I don't want this. I don't want Alexis to be in any sort of danger. So I don't. I don't need her to constantly be in front of violent lefties. But it made me think, man, Fox should use her more. Watch this. Cut six. Watch this. People like this. You are a protester who's been out here, and you have a dirty mouth, but okay, so that's just what we deal with. So just for people that want to know what it's like to cover these protests, it's constant with this. This is what these people do. They want people who are in this country illegally to be released out onto the streets. DHS says that's what they're gonna not be doing. Nazi bitch. That's what you are. That is. That is an eloquent argument made against the presence of Alexis McAdams reporting on what's happening there outside of Newark. Stay safe. I don't know. I. Can you tell? You can tell, can't you? Alexis McAdams is done with it, and she straight up says it right in front of this idiot's face. Yeah, that's what these people want. They just want to keep illegal aliens in the country, and this is the kind of crap we have to deal with. This chick has a dirty mouth, and the woman just starts yelling at her and confirming everything Alexis McAdams said. I love it. I don't. Again, I don't know Alexis McAdams. All I know is that Fox should use her more, Put her out on the street more. That girl knows how to report. She just tells the truth. That was amazing. That was an amazing moment. I really. I really, really like that. So, anyway, keep your eyes on that. That's. That's what's going on. And deport, deport, deport. That's all I have to say about that subject. Okay, let me see here. We've got some other big things that are going on. Before I let you go, I want to show you two. Two. Two things that warm my heart. One of them is at the Hoover Dam this year for the 250th. Anniversary of our country. We've got a great display that the Trump administration has just put up. The Interior Department yesterday. Shared images and footage of what the Hoover Dam looks like right now. And I'm telling you, chat, has anybody live in the vicinity of the Hoover Dam. I. You may need to get over there. I don't even know if you're going to be able to get it. I bet you the crowds are going to be huge to see this thing at night. Take a look at these shots of the. Of the Hoover dam. Here's cut 10 of what it looks like right now. An American flag draped down the entire side of the Hoover Dam. Let's show this fellows on screen down the entire side of the Hoover Dam. Blue and red lighting everywhere is one of the most epic patriotic displays I've ever seen put together. And this is going to be in place until Independence Day through July 4th, the 250th anniversary of our country. How cool is that? Unless we've got more footage of here. Cut 11. Let's take a look at this. The best damn country in the world. American flags in the chat. American flags in the chat. Let's do it, baby. Look at that. Best damn country in the world. Doug Burgum posted that yesterday. Burgum, who was on this program and revealed to the world that this year's Independence Day celebration at the National Mall will be the largest fireworks display in world history. World history. Doug Burgum announced that here. I'm very proud to say, and I love. I just love. Man, the Hoover Dam looks so cool. How awesome is that? I would. I would. I would love to see that. That's really cool. If you get a chance, take a photo and, and share it with the world. Let us see it. But very cool. Thank you to the Department of the Interior for that. Look at all those American flags. I feel very good. I feel very good about this. And then finally today, I promised on the radio show yesterday I would get to this video clip on the podcast. So I have to fulfill this promise. Promise is made. Promise is kept. RFK Jr was on Dr. Mehmet Oz's patio this week, and he was standing there. His. His wife Cheryl Hines was also there. You can hear her in the background. And apparently two racer snakes were on the. On the patio. These, they're called racer snakes because they're very fast and, and they're very wily. And RFK Jr. I am now fully convinced that he is officially America's Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter. This guy is fearless when it comes to exotic creatures. Here's RFK Jr picking up two snakes by the tail and then watching this video as the snakes relentlessly bite him. And he seems only mildly annoyed by it. Watch this. Cut 12. Look at that. He's picking up snakes with two hands, one for one per hand. So what are they? And they're biting him. He's like, don't bite me. He says, so what were they? They're not moccasins. Says RFK Nuts. Okay, okay. Are they fighting? He's like, are they biting?
C
Yeah.
A
He says, the mouths are huge. Here's Cheryl Hines. She's like, please, Bobby, we put them down here. Come here. He gestures to the. To the people who are standing there. Dr. Oz, Cheryl Hines, come here. You want to hold them? No, no, I don't want to hold them. I don't want to hold. I don't know about you. Like, I. I really respect the hell out of RFK Jr. And chances are, if he was standing there with me and was like, here, try it. Hold him. I'd probably do it just because he's so badass. And I'd be like, ok, I'm inspired by you. I'll try it. But the truth is, in the colonized household, we behead snakes. I. I don't know about you. I'm. And I'm. And apologies in advance to any of you who get squeamish about, you know, an animal getting whacked. But I gotta say, the snake thing, when we were kids, if a snake appeared in the yard, we were not really a. Like a. Like an ask questions and then maybe decide how that snake's gonna survive. No, we were lop its head off and then ask questions later. That was kind of. Kind of the way we operated. RFK Jr just picks him up off of Dr. Oz's patio and he goes, look. Look at these snakes. I got. Dude, you're crazy, but I kind of like it. You're crazy, but I kind of like it. You guys are the best audience anywhere. Thank you as always, for being here. You really are great. We'll have another mighty show free tomorrow, I promise. I could barely scratch the surface today. I've got a lot more to get to, including on the. On the big national radio show today. I'm going to see if I can get to this. We have a. James o' Keefe had an epic expose of the Washington Nationals, the major league baseball team. One of their executives was caught on camera by rf by not rfk, although he would definitely volunteer to do it by James o' Keefe's team saying that they discriminate against Catholic players on the team. Okay, that's crazy. That's super crazy. We're going to try and get to that on the big national radio show today and a whole bunch of other things. Join me the Vince Show.com for your local radio listings. Dan Bongino is supposed to stop by the big national radio show today, but he has a complicated schedule today. So it's going to be both a surprise to me and to you whether or not that actually happens. So we'll see one one hopes. If you want to see Dan, you can see him at 10am this morning. Rumble.com Bongino he's on there. And then Haley Karenia is amazing. She's on rumble.com Haley. Haley with two wise. Why? Because she is amazing. That's noon Eastern on Rumble. As always, God bless you for being with me. I appreciate you for being here. I just, it just means the world to me. And I'll be back with you tomorrow with another mighty show.
Host: Silverloch (Vince Coglianese)

Network: Cumulus Podcast Network
Main Theme:
An energetic, pointed breakdown of the seismic shakeup in Texas politics as Trump-endorsed Ken Paxton routed John Cornyn in a landslide. The episode explores what this means for the GOP establishment, the rise of the so-called “TALAFREAKO” threat in the form of Democratic nominee James Talarico, election integrity battles, and the escalation of left-wing activism and rioting in election season.
Vince Coglianese opens with bombshell results from the Texas Senate primary, where longtime incumbent John Cornyn suffered a crushing defeat to Trump-endorsed Ken Paxton. He explores the factors behind this political upheaval, the continuing rise of Trump’s influence, and the establishment’s inability to read and respond to the electorate’s demands—particularly around election integrity and border security.
Paxton’s Democratic rival, James Talarico (dubbed “TALAFREAKO”), becomes a focal point, with Vince dissecting Talarico’s ideology, media appearances, and perceived radicalism. The episode also covers new developments in redistricting fights, DOJ controversies over the Mar-a-Lago raid, and an increase in left-wing rioting as the election season heats up.
Vince on Cornyn’s defeat:
“Cornyn just got his ass thrown out of the United States Senate. He got fired. Couldn't happen to a better guy.” — (02:14)
Trump’s endorsement:
“No question the most powerful endorsement in American politics, I would say, of our lifetimes.” — (07:27)
Ken Paxton on Talarico:
“James Talarico is a threat to everything we hold dear in this state and in this country.” — (11:50)
Vince on Talarico’s faith arguments:
“He’s full of all these, like, heresies. The guy is constantly wielding scripture as a weapon to abuse people with, including children.” — (13:45)
Vince mocking left-wing protestors:
“They all have the masks on... cosplaying as whatever. The whole thing is so stupid.” — (55:00)
Media Moment:
“This chick has a dirty mouth, and the woman just starts yelling at her and confirming everything Alexis McAdams said. I love it.” — (58:10)
Patriotism:
“Best damn country in the world. American flags in the chat. Let’s do it, baby.” — (59:25)

Throughout, Vince maintains an animated, sarcastic, and combative tone—blending sharp humor with outrage, direct address to the “chat,” and frequent self-congratulatory asides. The language is frank, colorful, and intentionally provocative, especially in his derision of Democratic opponents and establishment figures.
VINCE episode 297 captures a pivotal inflection point for Texas and the national GOP, showcasing the overwhelming ascendance of Trump/MAGA-aligned candidates and the ruthless pushback against both establishment Republicans and the left. The Paxton vs. Talarico clash is framed as an apocalyptic battle for the future of Texas—and, by extension, America—fueled by cultural, religious, and political warfare. Riots, redistricting, and federal overreach round out the episode’s theme of a country at a crossroads, with Vince calling for relentless pursuit of the MAGA agenda.
