And that's a good thing because my, my pile of content, or as Rush Limbaugh would say, my stack of stuff is very tall today. It's, I've got a lot to get to. Mark Wayne Mullen was just sworn in as the DHS secretary yesterday. MARK WAYNE mullen, DHS SECRETARY it's official. We've got a new DHS secretary. Here he is, moments after being sworn in yesterday. Cut one go.
C
Just seems surreal being in the Oval Office and having the president of the United States speak so highly of me and then recognize my family and know my family by name. It's, it's humbling and, and I never take it for granted, but I made this very clear that I don't care what color your state is. I don't care if you're red or you're blue. At the end of the day, my job is to be secretary of Homeland and to protect everybody the same. And we will do that.
B
Yeah, I'm, I'm just Here to get every illegal out in every state that I can. We gotta protect people. We have to protect people. You sure do. I mean, just think about what's happening in places like Chicago, where you get this poor girl murdered by an illegal alien. Who. Or places like Virginia, where you get this poor woman stabbed to death by an illegal alien. The job that's ahead of Mark Wayne Mullen is pretty big. It's a job, by the way, that Kristi Noem I think handled pretty handily. I know, you know, there's mixed opinions apparently on Kristi Noem. Whatever my opinion is, I think she did a good job. You know, she, she posted yesterday her gratitude to the President of the United States for the role. And she said it's been an honor and a privilege to serve as the eighth secretary of dhs. And she wanted to thank President Trump for entrusting her to lead dhs. The border is the most secure in American history. That's not even up for debate. It's up. It's the most secure in American history. Dhs, of course, tasked with securing that border. That's a big deal. That's a big deal. 3 million illegals have left the United States. Notice she says left because it's a combination of forcible deportations and self deportations. 3 million. Is that all of them? No, I mean, Greg Bevino, you remember Greg Bevino. He just did an exit interview with the New York Times. He was saying he wishes he could get more, he wanted to do more. Well, that's true for the rest of us. Tom Holman wishes he could do more. Kristi Noem wishes she could do more. Stephen Miller wishes he could do more. President Trump wishes he could do more. These guys are trying to get illegals out of the country. Three million out. Look, I had my doubts about Kristi Noem when she came in. I've expressed this before. I was concerned that she wasn't going to have the strength to do this job. And she did it. I think she actually did it pretty well. And I think a lot of the scandals that are being affixed to her by the left, I think a lot of that is just trumped up nonsense. And I don't mean trumped up to reference President Trump. I just mean in the conventional way. I think it's just nonsense what they've thrown at her. So, yeah, that's it. She heads off to become the special envoy for the Shield of the Americas dealing with protecting the Western hemisphere. Now for the working again still for the President of the United States. That's really good. So now we have Mark Wayne Mullen. You, you. As I mentioned yesterday, we were wondering, you know, are we going to get a quick replacement in Oklahoma? The answer is yes. Oklahoma energy executive Alan Armstrong was sworn in yesterday as a United States Senator. If you're watching on Rumble, there's his mug. That's what he looks like. So when you see him roaming the halls of the Senate and potentially not answering your questions about the Save America act, there he is right there. Obviously, the jury's still out on whether or not this guy is going to be fighting hard for our interests. Kevin Stitt is not exactly known as an aggressive MAGA Republican. Kind of a rhino guy, if you ask Oklahoma Republicans. So we'll keep our eyes on this Alan Armstrong, but he got sworn in yesterday. Kevin Stitt appoints him to temporarily fill the seat. Again, that's a very temporary seat fill because Mark Wayne Mullen's term was set to end next January 2027. So there's a. Right now you've got a situation where the president, President Trump has already endorsed a guy called Kevin Hearn, Congressman Kevin Hearn, to be the guy to, to be the nominee and to win that seat and replace Mark Wayne Wallen in the end. So this guy, Alan Armstrong is a placeholder right now, but we have a Republican vote in the Senate. That's, that's the move. So the President hasn't raised a stink about this or anything. He seems, he seems fine with it. Okay. I'm fine with it for now. We need a lot of help in the Senate, though. That's the truth. We'll get to that coming up. A lot more on what's happening in the Senate and that Save America Act. But let's focus on the border for a moment because I want to talk about what's happening with DHS and these illegals first. If I could take a detour into some good illegal news for you. Here's some good news for you. Texas is banishing illegal aliens from having work licenses in the state. You see this news overnight. This is a great piece of news. This is. I mean, we should highlight stuff like this. We should. Yeah, we should. Okay, fine, I'll highlight it. Look at this. Thousands of licensed workers in Texas could be out of jobs now after new rule change. That's. That's a local Fox affiliate out of Dallas, Fort Worth. Fox 4. They say thousands of licensed workers. The headlines doesn't really disclose what's happening, which is that illegal aliens are being precluded from having work licenses that, that go to Americans. DATELINE Austin, Texas. Thousands of trained workers in Texas will likely lose their ability to work legally after a state commission on Tuesday passed a change to a decades old rule. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has removed the ability for they say undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens, local FOX affiliate, to earn licenses and certifications, upholding a move by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to kill a Provision made in 2001. Guess who allowed. This is an amazing story. So like, you know, you see in the image here this like for guys who are cutting hair and stuff, you know, you get licenses from the state. Illegal aliens have been taking jobs in the state of Texas and in and Ken Paxton has said no, no bueno, no bueno. We're getting rid of that. So now it's only for people who are legally here, American citizens. It's not for illegal aliens. You don't get to have the benefit of the licensure system if you, if you like, invade our country, you break our laws. What? So Ken Paxton bans it. Guess who put it in place. You ready for this? The rule which originated when then Attorney General John Cornyn issued an opinion in 2001 allowing for, quote, undocumented immigrants to get occupational licenses. Illegal aliens. Yeah. Oh, look, be Suren says even before that the disclosure came up just now, B. Suren says in the chat it was probably a rhino that allowed that to happen. Yeah, it was a rhino. It was John fricking Cornyn.
D
Look at this.
B
We have a runoff right now between the guy who lets illegal aliens have licenses to work in the state of Texas and the guy who says, no, that's not allowed. We need to defend American citizens. Which one are you going to go with? Texas? Which one? You notice President Trump has withheld his endorsement in this race. You know, absent endorsing Ken Paxton, at least he's not endorsing John Cornyn. Holy cow. Unbelievable. Anyway, that's, that's the update out of Texas. That's a fun, isn't that a nice story? What a nice heartwarming story of the law being enforced and Americans being looked after. And one more for you as we're on the issue of cracking down on illegals right now. The Trump administration is pulling non English speaking truck drivers off the road right now. Take a look. This comes to us by way of FOX News, highlighted by Andrew Colvitt. Over with the Charlie Kirk Operation, the Charlie Kirk Show. Here's the FOX News Report. This is just in the last 24 hours. Take a look at this as the Trump administration is pulling non English speaking truckers right off of America's highways.
E
DOT tells me thousands of truckers have been taken out of service nationwide for failing safety inspecting. But some companies just rack up the violations bill and then they change their name. They're called chameleon carriers. So the Trump administration is going after enforcing existing laws.
B
Like what?
E
Well, speaking English. It's a requirement for truckers. Police say many cannot read basic road signs or speak the language. Something we saw firsthand.
B
Watch this. How good is your English? Can you speak any English? Don't speak no English.
E
Okay, so didn't speak English. He said this trucker failed the test. He was taken out of service right away. He didn't.
B
I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh at that, but that is hilarious. What an exchange. The cop goes, can you speak any English?
D
No.
B
And they took him right out of service. Now we can't be a trucker. This amazing. You got to be able to read the road signs. You got guys taking u turns killing American citizens. Get them the hell off the road. What is happening? You know, commercial driving is like the number one job in almost every state in the whole country. Commercial driving. American citizens want those jobs. They want to be well paid to do those jobs. Can you speak English? No. All right. Get the hell off the road. That's kind of a precondition to get a CDL that you can read English signs. Yeah. All right, so there you go. That's the Trump administration all over that. Additionally, you know, one of the. One of the issues we have right now is we don't have enough ICE agents out enforcing, going after illegal aliens at the moment because the Democrats refused to fund dhs. Now, this doesn't affect ice. ICE is still getting paid, but TSA isn't. And so we've been covering all week that what the President has done, he's come up with a very clever. A very clever solution to the fact that we don't have TSA agents showing up to work at airports. So what are we going to do? Good news. We send ICE agents. ICE agents are at the airport right now, and they're helping alleviate the stress at these airports. Take a look here. These are ICE agents at the Houston airport. This is just. Just here we cut. Let's see, cut three here. Here's ICE agents at the. At the Houston airport yesterday. This was captured by Jenny Terror. Look at that. Guys handing out water bottles. ICE agent. The guys, people in line, they're. They're helping get people. Get people through they're making sure people are staying hydrated. This is smart. I'll tell you why in a moment. This is a really, really smart thing. Here's another one. Here's Houston Travelers. Jenny Terror catching this one, too. Cut to thanking ICE agents. I wish. I wish. Thank you. Thank you for your service.
E
You're happy with ice?
B
Yes.
E
Okay.
B
I like that. I'm happy for the ice. Thank you. I'm happy for the ice. He says, I'm happy for the ice. And. And the bottle. In the bottle of water he just got. He's very happy. Yeah. And here's Phoenix. Here's what's going on in Phoenix. Phoenix. Travelers loving it yesterday. Watch this. Cut four. When you see ICE agents, you know
E
being deployed, what goes through your mind?
B
I like it. I mean, I think Trump's doing that all at all. I like it. Most of the travelers we spoke with
F
say while it's disappointing, the current shutdown
B
is having a negative impact on TSA staff. They're pleased to see ICE agents stepping in. They're protecting us. Yeah. Doing a good job. They're protecting us. They're doing a good job. Yes, they are. Here's another one. This one's out of Newark. This one is. Here's a Traveler out of Newark in New Jersey. This one was captured by. Well, it was shared by the White House. I'll share this one with you. This. This is what it looks like right now. Oh, they. Right there. All right. They're good to hear. To help. They're not bothering nobody. As long as they can check my bags and get me on my flight, I'm good to go. Right. I want to get. I want to get to the Bahamas. As long as they can check my bags and get me on my flight, I'm good to go. The guy with the. With the. What is that? I was gonna say a Yankees cap. That's a Mets cap. He's got on. He's got. It's a. It's an alternate colorway. He's got a Mets cap on. He's very. He's very happy with ICE being at the airport. I love it. I love it. Now, let me tell you why this is so freaking good. In addition to the fact that they are actually helping to alleviate some of the big lines that we're seeing at the airports, which is true. It is happening. We're seeing the lines go down. The other piece of this is what a brilliant PR move by President Trump. Just think about how much these ICE agents have been demonized by the left and the media, and they're just like running around saying that these guys are brown shirts Nazis. They're hurting Americans. Just this very week, you had lunatics like Hakeem Jeffries saying when ICE gets to the airport, they're going to kill people. They're going to kill people is what Hakeem said. The dial up Democrat, the guy with the room temperature iq. They're going to kill people. And then of course, when they get there, they're not killing people, they're killing them with kindness. They're giving out water, they're helping the lines, they're alleviating the pressure at the airports, they're making the travel experience a lot better than it was when Democrats were in control of the chaos. Yeah. Now ICE is doing a good thing. And so what's happened is the President has not only sent backup in to actually help with the logistics at the airport, he's also created this amazing PR campaign for ICE where now these guys have a human face, a human presence, and human interactions with American citizens who are all of a sudden realizing, wait a second, these guys are not the villains that I was told they were. I turn on the news and it sounds to me like they're bad guys. But I get to the airport and I encounter them. They're actually decent people. They're handing out water bottles. Yeah, no, this is great. This is why, you know, for years I've been, I've been talking about the value of school resource officers, police officers, guys who, who work to help protect schools. And they're inside of the, inside of the schools. The left hates this. They hate when the cops are involved in protecting our kids schools. And they, they think that they want to make excuses for criminality at even a young age. They use phrases like the school to prison pipelines, like, oh, like this idea that you should be able to get away with committing a couple of crimes while you're a child. Like, oh, no big deal. Little Timmy brought a gun to school, it's fine. Oh, he stabbed somebody. Oh, he got into a fistfight and beat somebody unconscious. Well, hold on a second. No, at a young, if you're not taught at a young age, there, there are consequences to your actions. Imagine the kind of trauma, imagine the kind of nonsense you're going to engage in when you get older and how much more dangerous it could be. We got to get this while we got to, we got to stop the nonsense while they're young. But they get the cops out of the schools because they're like, oh, we don't want any legal consequences for kids breaking the law, for high schoolers breaking the law. It's idiotic. It's idiotic. It's part of the left's long running effort to demonize law enforcement, to treat cops like they're the bad guys, like the enforcers are actually the bad guys when they're not. And so why I like school resource officers is it humanizes the cops for the kids. It creates a human relationship between the men and women of law enforcement and the citizens that they're there to serve. The school resource officer knows the, knows the kids names they, they call, they say, hey, you know, Officer Jim, good to see you. They see him in the hallway, they're high fiving. They talk every day. He knows who the troublemakers are. I got my eye on you, Johnny. This is the kind of stuff that we need. We need that. And the left hates it. They really hate it. So here's the president now, humanizing ICE for the American public. It's a masterstroke. It's a total masterstroke. I love it now. It's not stopping the left from lying about all this, though. The left is continuing to lie, including in the most ridiculous possible ways. Hold tight, because in a moment, I'm going to play for you one of the a woman who is clearly lying about what ICE agents are up to at the airports right now. It's one of the funniest videos I've seen all week. It's super great. It's coming up in just a moment. Here on this edition events. Yeah, Petula said that. Yeah, I got one of those. Yeah, I love the cherry blossoms. The. They're great. In D.C. right now, and they're like almost in full bloom, you know, around the Tidal Basin, they're saying peak bloom is, I think, going to be the first week of April this year. The winter was a little cold, so a little bit of delay on peak bloom, but, God, they're gorgeous. But, man, I'll tell you what, the Taurus, they slam that area of the Tidal Basin. There's so many people out there, they just want to see it. It looks really good. All right, back to what's going on with ice right now and the TSA lines. So yesterday, you know how C SPAN has this thing where you can, like, call in and you claim to be a Republican or a Democrat or an Independent? I think a lot of people just make it up. They just call in to, like, try and troll the line that they're not supposed to be on, but whatever. But C SPAN opens up the lines and they get this Democrat, this woman who calls in yesterday and she claims, and you can tell she's clearly lying. She claims that she's at the Atlanta airport right now, Hartsfield Jackson, and it's chaos and that the ICE agents are intimidating everybody. Watch this hilarious, clearly lying woman on C span.
G
What's happening at the Atlanta airport? I am here. Let me tell you. Things are not moving swiftly at the Atlanta airport. I've had relatives coming and going. I've been assisting in getting them there and bringing them back. It is chaotic and ICE representatives have made it worse. They are not doing anything but walking around flexing and intimidating all of the people at the airport. So.
B
So, Terry, let me pause. Just. Terry, let me pause for a second, folks. We're showing you the current line structure when it comes to Atlanta Airport. Terry, go ahead.
G
Okay. They're intimidating. They're walking around intimidating people. They don't know the process for getting people through TSA because they haven't been trained. And that's been said on both sides. But once again, look at who's in charge. Who's in charge of the executive branch and who's in charge of the legislative branch. And that is where you lay the blame.
B
Okay, are you seeing what I'm seeing? If you're not. If you're just listening, you're not seeing what I'm seeing. But on Rumble Dundee, as she's talking, they have a live shot of the line in Atlanta. It's half empty. They've got all these ropes and ropes and ropes and ropes and no people. There's no people. She's like, it's complete chaos. It's out of control. The lines are out the door and the ICE agents are intimidating everybody. This woman is full of shit. She's just lying. It's hysterical. It's actually crazy. It goes to show you how deep the brain rot runs, though, that some random Democrats. I know what I'm going to do. I'm going to call C SPAN and I'm going to tell them Atlanta's out of control and it's Trump's fault. And actually, Trump fixed everything. Trump fixed everything. It's on camera. I love the C SPAN host, by the way, if you've ever paused to listen to C Span the way they do these shows or have seen the clips. I don't know. I don't know. Do they train the C SPAN hosts to be, like, boring and robotic, like, to strip every last emotion out of their voice? Just for our viewers, right now, you have a live shot of what's going on in Atlanta at the airport. Okay, please continue. Hysterical. I. It. It is, it's like, it's actually psychotic. And then this is. You want the fact check on this? CBS News talked to the general manager of the airport yesterday, and here's what the headline on the CBS piece doesn't actually tell the story. This is insane. Long TSA lines at airport, Atlanta airport drive travelers to buses and cars. And basically the whole story is that people have become convinced that the airport is just overwhelmed right now because of the TSA shortages. And, and that ICE isn't helping anything. And ICE is helping a lot. And so as a result, people are opting for like, buses and cars, according to cbs. But here's what, here's the best part of this piece. At the same time, airport leaders said conditions have started to improve. Right now we're experiencing more calm than we've seen in a very long time. This morning we had about an average wait time of about an hour to an hour and 45 minutes, a much shorter wait time than we've experienced over the last few days, said Ricky Smith, general manager of Hartsville Jackson. Even with shorter lines, some travelers have already changed their plans. Anyway, the point is CBS talks to the general manager. The general manager is like, the lines are super short right now relative to what they've been. It's the best we've seen in a very long time anyway. So in case you're wondering, Democrats, it turns out, lie. They lie a lot. And they've trained. They're like the weak and vicious minds in their base to do it, too. I'm gonna call C Span and lie about what's happening in Atlanta. Okay, show me video of an ICE agent intimidating anybody in a busy airport like Atlanta. You don't think that was captured on video? It's not happening. It's not happening. It's really funny anyway. It's hilariously false. And even CNN noticed the fact that everything's improving in Atlanta. Here's cnn, which is headquartered in Atlanta. Here they are. Cut six, watch.
D
Well, there may be a celebration here at the airport before it's all said and done, especially for the folks who've been working non stop extra shifts. If you look right here, you can see this is the main checkpoint. Almost no lines, no waiting. Sarah, this is unbelievable at this point. This morning started briskly with a lot of people showing up here at the airport. Lines were long, people were waiting about an hour. But when that rush hour went away pretty quickly this morning, we ended up with this. And there seems to be more lines open than normal right now with the TSA workers Here, breezing people through. In fact, a lot of folks have been showing shock at how short the lines are. Take a listen to some of the folks we talked to this morning.
B
I don't see how extra security could, could be bad. You know, I mean, they're going to have a Yankees cap and, you know, make things move a little faster. But whether they're doing that or not, we don't know. But extra security is always good.
H
To me.
B
It's nice to have extra security. Yeah. Like in real people land, this is totally fine. Thank you for helping us out, President Trump. So that's the, that's the assessment. I don't, I don't imagine CNN is going to do a lot of segments that sound like that, but there they are. They go, well, we are in Atlanta and it turns out it's fine. It's fine. That's fine. No thanks to the left. No thanks to the left at all. All right, let's dive into here in just a moment. I want to dive into a big thing about the invasion of our country right now. Speaking of illegals, we have an update. The Supreme Court yesterday did oral arguments about whether or not President Trump can turn away so called asylum seekers. People just show up at the border and they say, let me in, I want to claim asylum. Like, well, you're in Mexico, Aren't you in a safe country already? Relatively, this is a safe third country. Why can't you stay in Mexico? You got to come to the United States. You just go for gold. Can I do that, too? Can I just move into somebody's mansion and tell and say I own it now. I'm claiming asylum. I want the mansion. What? That's not how this, it's not how any of this works. The Supremes heard the Supreme Court yesterday, heard this royal argument. I'll get into the details of it. Justice Sam Alito was, as usual, a star, a total star. We got a lot to get to today. A lot to get to. Don't worry, I've got more. I'll get to it with Dan. I'll get to it on the big national radio show. We've got a lot to get to today. All right. Once you think about something, though, as we thank our great sponsors. 20 years ago, 2006. I know. Can you believe it? 2006. 20 years ago, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at the spot price. At today's prices, those same 33 ounces, $150,000. Man, how things change. So here's the case. The the new York Times summarized it this way, grumpily. They're very angry about this, which means you and I should be happy about it. The Supreme Court seems open to Trump requests to block asylum seekers at the border. At the border. You know, I just want to remind people of the basics of what the word asylum even means. Asylum is typically when like, like for instance, in Australia, they just were offering asylum to Iranian athletes so they didn't have to go home to their psycho regime. It's kind of a limited thing where you basically offer a very unusual courtesy, but it's under an extraordinary circumstance that you say, how about this? You can stay in our country. Right? That's a, that's, it's a big privilege rarely used. And it should be used in very limited circumstances for extraordinary cases. Based on the way the left has used it. It's just become like an easy access pass, a coupon to get into the United States and they're handing them out to everybody. It's crazy. It's been absolutely crazy. So tens of millions of people have poured into our country. People are making ridiculous fraudulent asylum claims. They're beginning the asylum process and then never showing up to their court proceedings. And the left is acting like, oh, that's totally fine. No, it's not totally fine. It's completely out of control. And the New York Times indicates today that they're grumpy about the fact that the Supreme Court seems very ready right now as of yesterday's royal arguments to agree with President Trump that he can stop people from just pouring into the country. I claim asylum and then instantly getting in again. How about no? A majority of the Supreme Court justices seemed sympathetic on Tuesday to the idea that the Trump administration should be able to turn away so called, I'm adding, so called asylum seekers along the US Mexico border. If the court backs the administration, it will allow President Trump to revive his policy. Actually a policy first used in 2016 in which the government stopped asylum seekers from setting foot on US soil where federal law would entitle them to try to claim asylum and receive protection from persecution. Okay, all right. So enough of the New York Times. Let's hear Sam Alito. Yesterday, Justice Sam Alito carefully explaining to the low IQ lefty justices on the bench what the asylum laws even say.
I
Listen, both you and Justice Sotomayor and Justice Jackson on several occasions have used the phrase arriving at. I think you said you arrived at your house, but that's not the term that is in the statute. Do you think there is no difference between arriving at a Location and arriving in the location. Does a person arrive in the house when the person is not in the house and is knocking at the door asking to be admitted to the house?
F
Yes, I think here. The door is open. The officer is standing on the other side of the threshold.
B
The door is open. The door's not open. No open door. The hell are you even talking about? Justice Alito is right. This is about right now. The asylum laws apply to people who are physically present in the United States, physically present in the United States, or arrives in the United States. So the game is keep them out, stop them. If you're trying to come here and claim asylum, how many safe third countries are you transiting through before you decide to go for the gold? I'm going for the best. I want to go in the United States. They're going to give me money. There's going to be all sorts of goodies waiting for me. How about no? How about no? If you actually. If you're actually claiming asylum, you're leaving a country where you're in distress, you have a credible fear. Claim asylum in the next country. You get to. You don't have to do it here. Yeah. So the Supreme Court. This is a series of big decisions this week or a series of big oral arguments this week where the Supremes seem very likely to side with President Trump. One of them, a huge one, is what we heard two days ago, which is that they may not allow any more ballots to be just pouring in after Election Day nationwide. Good. That would be a massive improvement to our election system. A massive one. And then, of course, this asylum case. So we'll keep an eye on all of that decisions expected in the months ahead. Now, on elections, it's time for a Save America update, which means it's time for me to gavel in. Oh, there we go. There we go. Sorry, sound effect didn't exactly work that time. We've gaveled in to Save America act updates. John Thune is. Is flapping his lips, but I'm not convinced he's actually trying to achieve much for us here, which is, of course, the thing we've been suspicious about the entire time. John Thune is. Let's. I'm going to skip the voter ID amendment thing. He wants to. He wants to test Democrats this week with a voter ID amendment. Ok, test Democrats. Give me another show vote to prove the Democrats suck. But here's. Let's get into Mark Wayne Mullen first. Mark Wayne Mullen, who just left the Senate, he's now the DHS secretary He, he was asked about this yesterday, what's the state apply in the Senate, which you just laughed. And Mark Wayne Mullen said, well, Lindsey Graham's leading an attempt to get the Save America act passed through the, through something called reconciliation. Cut nine. Watch former Senator Mullen explain Lindsey Graham,
C
the chairman, where the committee where the reconciliation will funnel through. He is committed to making sure we get reconciliation through. If that is in some form with funding, ice, possibly backfilling from the one big beautiful bill, but also more importantly, the Save American Act. There's a framework that we can do through reconciliation. Paying for it, put some of the policies that cost money in because there's nothing more important than the Save American Act. I mean, that's what the American people want. There's 80% of the population say they want only Americans voting, citizens that are registered to vote, citizens that have done it the right way. And I believe that everybody wants election integrity. So fortunately, Lindsey Graham has said through a reconciliation, he's willing to put the framework out for that.
B
Do you trust Lindsey Graham, Chat? We trust Lindsey Graham to navigate the Save America act for us. Is that, is he the guy we would turn to? You know, what do they call that Gang of Eight bill back in the day, the amnesty bill? What was that? What was the name for that? Gramnesty. Remember that? No. Chat does not trust Lindsey Graham.
C
No.
B
Okay, maybe don't let Lindsey Graham get near the Save America Act. Let's keep him away from that. Just get a yes vote, would you? If we could just get a yes vote from that guy and then just leave him out of the rest of the process, that would be good. Grandesty. All right, so reconciliation. That's what Mark Gwynne Mullen is talking about. That's what they're talking about in the Senate. Okay. John Thune confirms that this is what they're considering. Here's what he said. Cut 10 yesterday.
J
Watch this budget reconciliation. As I've said before, you have to have a reason to do it. And if we have reasons to do it, and we may very well may, and I think there are a number of our colleagues in the Senate. We just came out of a, of a luncheon where this was discussed. And I think there's a lot of support for budget reconciliation bill. We have two legislative vehicles as you know, available to us so we could tee one of those up. And, and that's an option.
B
Right. So Washington is building up a full head of steam to abandon you, which is what's happening right now. This reconciliation thing is going to be a disaster if that's what they actually pursue. And there's a number of people saying that. Let me start with Sean Davis on this one. Sean Davis, as always, smart guy. He says this is shiny object. BS Shiny object. Like, look over there. It's meant to distract from a garbage deal that's about to be rammed down our throats. You cannot do any substantive policy from the Save America act via reconciliation. Absent 60 votes, you still need 60 to waive a ton of points of order. By statute, the reconciliation process prohibits policy provisions with only tangential budget effects. The Save America act will fall under these rules, which are collectively known as the Byrd Rule. The Byrd Rule. I'll get to that in a moment. Sean says. I'm told Lindsey Graham, a drunken warmonger who seems hell bent on destroying the Trump presidency, is responsible for pushing this idiotic maneuver. All right, so Sean Davis, that's if Sean Davis says it, I take it as a serious warning sign. This is a big deal. This is a big deal, meaning it's a stunt. And just to give you a sense of the bird rule, you've heard this before, likely in these reconciliation fights. The bird rule was named after the KKK Democrat Robert Byrd, longtime Senate guy, and they have something called the bird rule. It was, it started as a, just a simple rule in the Senate, and then it actually became the law in the Senate. They passed a statute, so it's officially the law. And what, what it does is it says that anything that only has a very minimal impact on the budget, that's really more policy than budget, budget oriented, is extraneous and can't actually pass via reconciliation. So if it, if it involves a meaningful policy change of any kind, without any meaningful budgetary impact, it can't be included. It can't be included. So the way this is done is the Senate parliamentarian gets to make a call here and, and any senator gets to raise an objection to trigger the, the exclusion of all of these policies that we want. And then the bill is subjected to what they call a bird bath. Isn't that cute? A bird bath. And the bird bath basically pulls out all the stuff that we want. So this, they're basically everybody that we, that it's on our side on this is telling us immediately, guys, this is not going to get us anything that we want is. Nothing meaningful is going to come from this. Mike Lee says that this is not going to be able to pass through budget reconciliation. Watch. Here's Mike Lee. I want to share this with you. Here's Mike Lee sharing this to social media overnight saying, guys, don't fall for this. This is not going to work.
K
There are a lot of things that can be passed through a Senate procedure known as budget reconciliation, through which we can pass things with a simple majority vote. The Save America act isn't one of those things. It can't pass through budget reconciliation because it's a policy. It is not budgetary. And even if you attach money to it, there are things at the margins we could do to help facilitate compliance with it, but the restrictions themselves have basically zero chance of meeting the standard to pass through budget reconciliation. So, look, regardless, there are other reasons out there to do budget reconciliation. Do not be fooled into thinking that we can set down the SAVE act, the Save America act, and just pick it up on budget reconciliation. That's not going to work. Thanks.
B
That's not going to work. Thanks. Anna Paulina Luna also among the people flagging this look. She says the Senate is sidestepping the Save America Act. During the last reconciliation, the parliamentarian stripped out a significant amount. Now the Senate's looking to play the blame game with the parliamentarian. Yeah, that's the, that's the move. They're like, oh, the parliamentarian stripped it out. So sorry, we tried. Under reconciliation, you can't legislate policy, meaning you cannot include the Save America Act. I will be a no on reconciliation says Anna Paulina Luna. Stop sidestepping America. Jon Thune. They're literally trying everything they can to get out of voting for voter id. And, and it's disgusting. So Anna Paulina Luna, who has been heroic on this as well, saying that. And then the House Freedom Caucus comes in from the top rope and they point out something that is really, really important here, which is, remember the reason Senate Republicans have been claiming that they can't use the talking filibuster is because they're scared of the open amendment process. Oh, Democrats are going to be able to present amendments if we do a talking filibuster. Well, hold on a damn second. Democrats will be able to present amendments if you do reconciliation. Senate House Freedom Caucus says this. Senate Republicans refused to force a talking filibuster to pass the Save America act because it would have allowed Democrats to offer unlimited amendments. Now Senate Republicans claim they will pass it via reconciliation, which may not even be possible under the Senate's rules, which would allow Democrats to offer unlimited amendments. This is gaslighting. The American people are not stupid and will not accept more failure theater from Republicans in Congress. Pass the Save America act now. I told you yesterday, when this reconciliation came thing was coming up, it was popping up as we were starting our program yesterday, I was like, keep your head on a swivel. Let's see what is even possible here. And then I was reminded of all the bird bath horse crap and the fact that you can't actually do meaningful policy changes through this. And all these guys came out. I'm glad everybody rallied here because you got to fight back against this. You have to actually get real, real, authentic improvements to our election system. None of this sort of cheap, shiny object nonsense. None of it. And yet we're getting served a lot of that. Don't fall for it. Don't fall for it. Let's, let's move on to something else that happened yesterday that is super important. The Senate yesterday held a hearing on the unconstitutional Jack Smith Special Counsel operation to destroy America. Yeah, Jack Smith, remember the election meddling operation the Biden administration launched to try and steal the 2024 election? Yeah. We got more on this yesterday. Now the day started with a big exclusive from Reuters which I highlighted yesterday for you a little bit, but just to, just to give you some perspective on it. The FBI investigation into Cash Patel was more extensive than previously reported. Jana Winter reporting this at Reuters. The special counsel investigation into Cash. The FBI director demanded more than two years of his phone records, text messages and financial information. This is according to two grand jury subpoenas and non disclosure orders viewed by Reuters. In other words, they were spying on Cash Patel, but they didn't want him to know about it. They didn't want him to know. They, they sought a lot on Cash. What did they seek? They sought. There was a lot more than previously reported. They sought his phone, his online usernames, his text messages, mailing and email addresses, billing, IP addresses, bank account information. They wanted it all. They wanted it all. Spying on Cash. Infuriating. Now the reason we know this, in case you were like, why, where did this come from? The FBI doing about it. The FBI found this stuff. There's a lot of this stuff was, was squirreled away into like prohibited access environments. It was made difficult for the new leadership to even find it. Cash is finding it. He's turning it over to the Senate, making sure they have it. You think Cash is sitting back and letting the people who've committed crimes against him get away with it? Hell no. That guy's supercharged to take them down. In fact, I've got more on that in just a moment on why there is some cause for hope that these guys will actually face justice. But I want to take you to yesterday's Senate hearing. Here's the great Margo Cleveland over at the Federalist breaking down some of the chaos on the way. Jack Smith was violating the civil liberties of all these great Americans and then hiding it, including from people inside of the government. This was prohibited access. Watch cut 11. Here's Margo.
F
The target was Trump. Holser along with Couney drafted a memorandum to justify subpoena the toll records of about a dozen members of Congress notwithstanding internal email discussions acknowledging a clear speech or debate clause problem. They then hid the details of those subpoenas using the prohibited access functionality of Sentinel which ghosted the FBI records. As this committee well knows, because many of you were victims. Smith approved the subpoenas and obtained the toll records of Senators Blackburn, Graham, Hegarty, Holler, Loomis, Johnson, Kennedy, Scott Sullivan and Toberville. Only Senator Cruz escaped the invasion into his privacy and the violation of the speech or debate clause because his cell phone provider quote question the subpoena.
B
Isn't that amazing? So Jack Smith and by, by, by now this is, this is known, it should be well known. Jack Smith was spying on the Senate. He was spying on members of Congress, non disclosures Judge Boasberg, who by the way should be impeached. Whatever happened to that initiative? Remember the people got worked up. Are we going to impeach Judge Boasberg? Is the House going to impeach him? He was spying on all these guys, Members of Congress. And again, as I said at the time, and I'll repeat now, if they can do that to members of Congress, what chance do the rest of us have? If they can do that to the most powerful people in our government, what chance do the rest of us have? If they can do it to Donald Trump and the people around him, what chance do the rest of us have? You think the civil liberties violations aren't rampant? Come on now. So we get that yesterday from Margo Cleveland. Mike Lee also exposed a lot of these rampant legal violations. Mike Lee here, he has cut 12 watch.
H
Mr. Chamberlain, I'd like to start with you. Your testimony focuses among other things on an FBI recording of a 2023 phone call between Susie Wiles, who was at the time managing President Trump's prosecutor presidential campaign, and her lawyer. Now, according to the FBI, the lawyer was aware of the recording, but isn't it true that the lawyer denied that he had ever consented to that arrangement?
B
That's true. That was widely reported.
H
And if in fact the lawyer did not consent. Your testimony today is that this. This would have been and was an illegal wiretap by the FBI in the absence of her. Her. Of her lawyer's consent with the FBI.
B
That's correct.
H
And the FBI designated this as a prohibited file to prevent anyone from finding out about it? That seems to be correct, yes. Okay, so they did something they weren't supposed to do, then they designated as
K
a prohibited file to cover it up.
H
They covered it up. Should the President be able to direct the FBI to spy on the campaign of his political opponent? Absolutely not.
B
Absolutely not. Yeah. Normal world. No. You should not be able to use the government to spy on your political opponent. Which, of course, is what the Biden administration was doing through the unconstitutional Jack Smith operation. And then Mike Lee goes on to say, wait a second. This is like this. Like people are talking. You know, one of the great, you know, surveillance scandals in American history has always been Watergate. Watergate. Well, they wiretap the DNC. What? Watergate. Cut 13. Here's Mike Lee talking about that comparison with Wilt Chamberlain.
H
And isn't listening to a private conversation between a presidential campaign manager and her lawyer, in many ways much more serious as an abuse of government power than an attempted wiretap of the DNC headquarters in Watergate?
B
Correct.
H
Because there's two interests being invaded.
B
First, it's just the wiretap, generally, but
H
then it's doubly invasive because it's supposed to be a principal.
B
Privileged conversation.
H
A privileged conversation which, regardless of who's involved in it, is supposed to be privileged. And that takes on additional flavor and additional degrees of seriousness when that person happens to be a client represented by a lawyer who happens to be managing the presidential campaign of the then incumbent president's lead and exclusive challenger.
B
Effectively, they're spying, lying, and covering it up. You've got all the elements of criminality going on here. So on this. And by the way, the Watergate comparison, here's Ted Cruz making it. I'll show that to you real quick. Cut 14. Here's the Watergate comparison. Watergate was about a handful of files in a single office. This reached into tens of thousands of private communications, emails, records, and personal data, toll records, bank records, donor lists, law firm records, and other personal files relating to every major conservative organization were subpoenaed. Yeah, it's nothing like Watergate. Watergate was a knock, knock joke compared to this. It's ridiculous. So here's the thing. This. The question is, okay, so what do we do about this? What do we do about this? How do you hold these people accountable? I need to remind everybody. Do you feel like sometimes, like that the whole Internet forgets all context, every, like everywhere? Like they have no idea what's going on outside of the day that they're living in. Like, they open their eyes, they stare at one headline and they think that's the totality of American history. That happens all the time. And I know it's easy to forget sometimes things that are happening. How can you forget that there's a real grand conspiracy case going on in South Florida right now? James Comey was just subpoenaed. They've sent over, they've sent hundreds of subpoenas out to all sorts of people. John Brennan is under investigation in the grand conspiracy case right now in south Florida. The U.S. attorney in South Florida is investigating him. And why is it in South Florida? Do I have to keep telling people this? It's in South Florida because Mar A Lago is in South Florida. Why is Mar A Lago relevant to this case? Grand conspiracy Because Jack Smith raided Mar A Lago. That it is crystal clear to me, at least I'm looking at all this going, okay, you've got a real grand jury impaneled, you have real subpoenas going out. You have a real criminal investigation underway. It's all for grand conspiracy, which has an extended, extended statute of limitations which can go all the way back to 2016. It's got all of these guys are going after. And it's all happening in South Florida where Mar A Lago is, where Jack Smith raided. I think Jack Smith is in some deep kimchi here. I think that what you're witnessing right now with all of these pieces put together is the way the justice system is supposed to operate. A world where you have a legitimate jury poll, a legitimate grand jury poll, taking legitimate looks at legitimate crimes and then pursuing them in legitimate ways. Not the illegitimate garbage, rushed invented, tyrannical horse crap that we've seen for years, deliberative and real. It's happening right now. No guarantee on how it ends up. No guarantee whatsoever. Not even going to pretend like I know how it ends up. But I am going to acknowledge that it's happening for sure. And I find it fascinating. And let me add one more piece of information to this. Breaking overnight, John Brennan's classified interview, classified interview with the House Intelligence Committee has just been transferred to the United States Department of Justice at the request of the Justice Department. Jake Sherman at Punchbowl saying this last night. Justice Department has requested the House Intel Committee send them Classified interview transcripts related to John Brennan, the former CIA director. The Intel Committee is voting on it right now. This was around 6pm last night, said Jake. It passed. It passed. On a party line vote. Republicans sent the classified interview transcript to the Justice Department. This shows the DOJ is actively pursuing an investigation in case against Brennan right now. Look, I, I'm like you. I see congressional hearings and I go, I know these guys suck. I know it. The more I hear, the more it confirms my priors, which is these guys suck. They're tyrannical. They're out of control. But as you're looking at the big picture and you're going, wait, wait a second. A lot of people in my comments yesterday as I shared the Cash Patel news that he was being spied upon at ridiculous levels, tyrannical levels by Jack Smith. Any level of spying on him is just ridiculous and tyrannical. I saw people in my comments yesterday go, okay, but, but nothing's gonna happen. Nobody's gonna be arrested. Pause. Pause for a moment and just appreciate what's actually happening in the world. Notice that things are happening. You're allowed to notice that. Nobody's restricting you from that. I'm not. I'm telling you what's happening. And then we see what happens next. All right, I'll tell you what's happening next. Today I've got more Iran news to get to. We've got to run. I've got. I've got a lot to get to, including cnn. I'm going to do this on the big radio show today, too. CNN has, is like being fed, like foreign propaganda right now designed to attack JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, in whom President Trump. President Trump is placing a lot of trust. The president said yesterday. Yeah. J.D. marco Rubio, Wyckoff, Jared. I've got these guys negotiating with Iran from me. We're trying to get that, bring all of this to a conclusion. And now you've got like a foreign propaganda campaign trying to salt the earth, trying to create divisions between Trump and Vance. They're claiming, oh, the Iranians really want JD Vance. What? The Iranians want JD Vance. What? They thought Steve Wykoff and Jared Kushner were too tough, so they want J. What? It doesn't even make any sense. You think you're going to get a lighter touch from the United States Marine? Ask Vladimir Zielinski how that went. I don't think so. The whole thing is crazy. We'll explore it on the big national radio show today. And then, of course, coming up today. I'm on with Dan Bongino. We're doing that today. He's got his great program, rumble.com bongino at 10am Haley Karenia is on at noon Eastern time. That's on rumble.com Haley. Haley with two wise. Why? Because she's fantastic. That's coming up today. And then naturally, that big national radio show that's 12 to 3 Eastern time each day, we do it live on rumble from 1 to to 3, 1 to 3. You can see it live and join the great patriots that we get to hang out with every day in the Rumble Chat. It's really cool. It's very, very cool. Anyway, I hope you have the best day ever. Thank you always, always for joining me. You really are the best audience anywhere. Appreciate you. I'll be back with you tomorrow.
Title: This Stunning Spying Scandal Keeps Getting Worse
Host: Vince Coglianese (Silverloch | Cumulus Podcast Network)
Date: March 25, 2026
This episode of VINCE dives into a fast-moving day in American politics, centering on evolving scandals around government surveillance, border security, the Save America Act, and the latest political maneuvering in Washington. Vince Coglianese delivers his trademark blend of sharp conservative analysis, humor, and skepticism, particularly aimed at the media, the political establishment, and the Democratic Party.
The central theme is the growing outrage over the alleged abuse of surveillance powers by Special Counsel Jack Smith and the FBI, which Vince frames as a metastasizing Watergate-level scandal targeting Trump allies and even members of Congress. The episode also covers the DHS leadership change, immigration enforcement news, legislative wrangling over election integrity, and a breakdown of misinformation around ICE's new role at airports.

FBI/DOJ Spying on Trump Allies & Congress—Explosive New Details
Vince covers the Federalist’s Margo Cleveland and Senator Mike Lee exposing that the FBI targeted a broad array of Trump allies—including sitting senators and campaign managers—using non-disclosure orders and “prohibited access” to hide actions from internal oversight:
“They were spying on Cash Patel, but they didn't want him to know about it...They sought his phone, his online usernames, his text messages, mailing and email addresses, billing, IP addresses, bank account information. They wanted it all.” (43:50)
Mike Lee, in Senate hearings, reveals the FBI even wiretapped privileged conversations between Susie Wiles (Trump 2024 campaign manager) and her lawyer—likening it to “much more serious as an abuse of government power than...Watergate” (52:46).
Ted Cruz underscores that this dwarfs Watergate:
"Watergate was about a handful of files in a single office. This reached into tens of thousands of private communications, emails, records, and personal data..." (Ted Cruz, 53:17)
Real Consequences?

"This is like...one of the great...scandals in American history has always been Watergate. Well, they wiretap the DNC. What? Watergate. Cut 13." — Mike Lee & Vince, [52:31–53:17]
This episode is a whirlwind of major conservative talking points: from new leadership at DHS and strict immigration enforcement wins in Texas, to skepticism over GOP Senate tactics on election reform, and a deep dive into what Vince frames as historic abuse of government surveillance powers against political opponents.
With characteristic humor and confrontational style, Vince exposes what he sees as Democrats' misinformation and the establishment’s legislative "smoke and mirrors," while expressing cautious optimism that the grand jury process may—finally—deliver accountability at the highest levels for the alleged surveillance abuses.
For listeners seeking a detailed rundown of recent news through a combative, well-sourced conservative lens—with a focus on government accountability, border security, and media skepticism—this episode delivers in spades.
