We've got, we got a lot going on. The breaking news this morning just started starting there is that the former Prince Andrew was arrested apparently in the last few hours over quote, suspicions of misconduct in public office by the Brits. So the Brits have arrested the man known now as Mr. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. He has royal title stripped away from him by the, by the crown after all of the revelations came out about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And now we're getting some updates from. Here's the New York Times. This is just updated minutes ago. British police on Thursday have arrested Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew over suspicions of misconduct in public office after accusations. Pay attention to the detail here. That he shared confidential information with Jeffrey Epstein while serving as a British trade envoy. In other words, he was sharing state secrets with Jeffrey Epstein. And, and so the Brits are arresting him for that information that was produced by the Trump administration that the Trump administration has now made public. I saw some legacy media dope this morning going. Well, I thought that the Epstein files didn't show that anybody else could be charged with anything. Yeah, in America, you nudnugh. We're talking about this is this guy's overseas. The Brits are charging him with violating their laws. That's an entirely different question. And it's about sharing state secrets apparently with Jeffrey Epstein. So we'll find out more. But Andrew gets arrested. His brother is now King Charles the Third and is just, you know, he's, I guess he's like saddened by this, but he wants to make sure that the authorities do the right thing and they support law enforcement and yada, yada, yada. But that's happening overseas. But some Epstein fallout here as a result of what the Trump administration has done, which is this maximum transparency effort. The FBI, the doj, Donald Trump himself have pushed to release all of this stuff. And sure enough, now you're watching as the former Prince Andrew gets busted this morning. That's the breaking news here. Now, is that good enough for the American left that we're producing all of this information? Is that good enough for them? No, of course not. No. This whole thing needs to be a wrap up smear directed at Donald Trump. So that effort continues pretty theatrically and it includes an effort by Congressman Ted Roux. You know Congressman Ted Roux? Yeah, Congressman Ted Roux keeps on stepping up the microphones and spouting off defamatory horse crap about the President of the United States, including this doozy this week. You ready? Here's Ted Roux. Cut one.
Ted Lieu
Why are Republicans so interested in Bill Hillary Clinton? It's because they're trying to distract from the fact that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. Thousands and thousands of times in those files there's highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children.
Vince
Disgusting.
Ted Lieu
Of Donald Trump threatening to kill children.
Vince
This guy's a jack.
Ted Lieu
So I Encourage the press to go look at these allegations. And I'm highly disturbed that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch just got the law wrong yesterday. He said essentially that it is not a crime to party with Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that's actually not correct. If Jeffrey Epstein was human trafficking, minors, physical sex parties, and you show up and patronize the establishment at that party, yes, you're guilty, because patronizing is part of the law of the federal.
Vince
Sex trafficking enough for this idiot. So what Ted Roux is saying here is that Donald Trump raped and killed children. Did you hear that? The President of the United States. The President should sue him into the earth. You know that people talking about the speech and debate clause protects this guy. I'd love to get a tire kick on that particular question for Ted Roux, because is he doing anything on the floor of the House there? It's not like he's reading it into the Congressional Record. I'm pretty sure the speech and debate clause is very specific to activities that are taking place on the House floor. Real debates, real hearings, real, you know, activity, legislative activity. This kind of horse crap where you're standing in front of a random microphone and just making up stuff about the President of the United States, that ain't gonna work. That ain't gonna fly. So there he is. Trump should sue that guy. Get it. Get the. Get the lawsuit started. At least by now you know that. That the reality of all of this is President Trump did release all of these files, including scurrilous allegations that were directed at him by lefties, typically during election season, as the 2024 election was underway. You had. You had lefties calling FBI tip lines, going to FBI websites and making all sorts of slanderous claims about Donald Trump on the basis of nothing. They were just trying to do what Ted Roux is doing there in front of a microphone, launch absurd smears. And the reality here is that. That this guy is, of course, lying. And I say that with the United States Department of Justice jumping in yesterday to make that very same declaration here, they said this. First, these salaciously insane accusations are in the library unredacted. Second, they were found to have zero credibility. Ted Roux is a disgrace who pushes baseless accusations to further his political ambition. Do better, Ted. Do better. Look at that. They have belief and redemption. Even Ted Roux can come back from all of this. Now, how did Ted Roux respond? Well, he accused the Justice Department of lying. So he is the liar. And then he projects you lie. Ted Roux says the documents show that the witness called the FBI. It states the girl directly told him Trump raped her. DOJ never interviews witness. Why you redact document shows FBI's own slideshow has two credible allegations of crimes by Trump. Tip of iceberg and you're running into it says Ted Roo. Well, the Justice Department didn't let it settle there so they went back after him as well and they said, ted lie you. His name is spelled lie you. You can't have Ted Liu, you know, without lie. That's always, that's the way his name is spelled. L I E U. Ted Lieu. She spoke with the FBI. Her claims were deemed not credible. This was all unredacted, as we said. And they're right because if you actually go into the documents, what do you think? What do you find out? Well, you find out that it's a series of provocative, completely unproven or straight up disproven slanders about Trump. So here's some relevant language for you. The complainant was spoken to and deemed not credible. Their previous tips indicated that redacted had called in and said she had chemically induced amnesia and struggled with knowing what was a dream and what was reality. And then another one phone number provided was bad, could not identify a valid number. One complainant had a history of mandatory psychiatric evaluations and were deemed not credible. When the FBI was trying to figure out whether or not there was anything to these things. Another the complainant left no personally identifiable information or contact information and then made a series of ludicrous allegations. We've been over the golf course complaint. This somebody said that President Trump had victimized her in 1995 and 1996 at a Trump golf course in Rancho Palo Palos Verdes, California. The huge problem with that, the golf course didn't even exist in 1995 and 96. Which just goes to show you that this is a series of never ending wrap up smears brought to you by people like Ted freaking Roo who should be sued for every penny that that guy is worth. And one would assume that these are ill gotten pennies. Ted Roux. So that's the update on the latest on some of the Epstein file garbage. On one hand you have Prince Andrew, the former Prince Andrew who's being arrested this morning on very legitimate concerns about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. On the other hand you have Democrats who are still making shit up. And these are guys, these are all like Johnny come lately to Epstein. Every time I see the Epstein story, I feel like I'm taking, I think Will Ferrell Said it in a movie once. I feel like I'm taking fricking crazy pills because it's like years ago you and I were on the Epstein case years ago. I'm talking years ago. We're looking at all these things about Bill Clinton and Reid Hoffman and all these scumbags running around with Jeffrey Epstein. Like, man, this seems like a huge story. Let's crack this thing open. Let's crack this thing open. And then our buddy Dan gets into the FBI. They release gigantic tranches of information, but millions of documents now, now you've got Whoopi Goldberg on the frickin television yesterday being like, well, just because my name's in the files doesn't mean I'm guilty of something. Like it's, it's crazy. And the left, they're pretending like they're all over this. Ted Roux is pretending like he's all over. This is what we've been demanding for years. The first time you ever uttered the name Jeffrey Epstein is when you thought you could try and use it to smear Trump. When you're trying to spin out of the left's culpability. Spare us your lectures, spare us. And one more thing for you as I'm thinking about Ted Lieu, you know, do you remember that Ted Lieu had a relationship with a guy called Ed Buck? You know Ed Buck, big Democrat donor, Ed Buck. So this is so as Ted Rue is trying to bring up all this stuff, remember this, this is, this is CNN. Now a couple years ago they reported on this. Ted Roux will give controversial donors contributions to LGBT and civil rights groups. California Democrat Representative Ted Roux said he's going to donate more than $18,000 in campaign contributions. This was the year 2019 from Ed Buck, a prominent Democrat donor who is being investigated following the second death at his home since the summer of 2017. Wait, what's that? The people dying at this Democrat donor's home. Over and over. The LA County Sheriff's Department said a man was found dead at Buck's home in West California early Monday morning. The man was identified as Timothy Dean, a 55 year old black male from West Hollywood. In July 2017, another man, identified as Gemmel Moore, was determined to have fatally overdosed at the same location. Buck, 64, was present at the time of both incidents. So finally, Ted Roux says he was very disturbed by these latest revelations that he was going to give all this money away to charity after he learned about it. Yeah, that's the story here. But what the hell was going on with Ed Buck. So Ted Roux is running around with Ed Buck. I love how he's, like, going after everybody. Oh, your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, Ed Buck. You see, Ed Buck, I know Wikipedia is not the greatest source ever, but, man, holy crap. You just read the description here on Ed Buck. Listen to this. He's an American convicted felon, political donor to the Democrat Party, notably Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, and Ted Roux. He achieved prominence in the party live. Major donor, lived in West Hollywood. He killed several black male prostitutes by methamphetamine injection. Two African American men, the first in 2017, the second in 2019, were discovered dead in Buck's West Hollywood home, later be determined as due to drug overdoses. Several reports indicating that Buck had a history of bringing African American men to his house, where he would reportedly inject them with high doses of crystal methamphetamine for sexual gratification. He plied the men with drugs and then sexually assaulted them while they were unconscious or immobile. This is Ted Ruse, buddy. You know what I'm talking about? Like, this guy's, like, running around being like, we got. We got to take a look at Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And meanwhile, he's running around with Ed Buck, who's injecting black dudes with crystal meth and then sexually taking advantage of them, and some of them are ended up dead in his house. Yeah, you've got your own skeletons there, Ted Roo. It's like. Like, it's crazy, actually. It's just crazy the. The extent to which they will just accuse you of the very things that they're involved in. Holy cow. In case you're wondering who that guy is. So that's the. That's the update this morning on. On that idiot, which is. Yeah, Data Martian goes. Sounds like a typical Democrat. Yeah, I guess that's one way to put it. That's one way to put it. Rumble for the live audience. Is my checkered shirt throwing some hazing or something? Is that what's happening? Somebody said it's not great on camera. I don't know. I don't know. Is it great? It looks fine on my camera. I'm good. But whatever. You be the judge. Feel free to judge me. That's all that. Everybody judges me. They're very judgy. Let me. Let's talk about some other things. People like the shirt. They say the shirt looks good. Okay. Cool. Shirt looks fine. All right. Thank you. Let's see here. I've got some other things this morning. We're going to talk about coming up on the program, we are going to talk about the Save America act and the state of play in a few minutes here. Because coming up as a guest today, I've got the former attorney general of the state of Virginia, Jason Miyares. Now, this is not to be confused with the current idiot, you know, murderous homicidal maniac Jay Jones, who is the attorney general of the Commonwealth of Virginia. No, the previous guy, the Republican Jason Mears, is going to join us because right now Democrats are trying to rig the entire state of Virginia. And not only is this important for Virginians to know about, because you can stop it if you're living in Virginia. It is possible. We just have to stay in the fight. But additionally, it's going to be instructive for the whole country. So I'm going to get to the details on that coming up. We'll definitely talk about that. But first, I've got a, a big Balls update. You guys ready for some big balls? I've got big balls for you. We've got a big Balls update this morning. Remember Ed Korestein? Big balls. The hero of our nation, the guy who was involved in cutting so much spending, working with Elon Musk and Doge to do that. So much talent that he could be using in private industry, but instead he's committed it to helping the American taxpayer. He was attacked at one point, very violent attack in Washington, D.C. defending his woman. And as a result, he has obviously become one of America's true heroes. Ed Korestein is a part of an operation right now to try and bring free speech back to Europe. Big Balls is doing that as we speak. And this comes to us from Reuters. Overnight, they had a piece saying that the United States is planning an online portal to bypass content bans in Europe and elsewhere. When they say US what they mean is the Trump administration is now creating a way for Europeans to get around content filters that are designed to rob them of free speech, which is really wonderful. Now, the Reuters is very upset about it, of course. They said the US State Department is developing an online portal that will enable people in Europe and elsewhere to see content banned by their governments, including alleged hate speech and terrorist propaganda, a move Washington views as a way to counter censorship. Three sources familiar with the plan said, you see that, oh, they'll be able to see hate speech. You know what the left considers hate speech? Telling a man that they're a man and not a woman. They consider that to be hate speech. Hate speech includes saying things like abortion is a bad thing. Hate speech includes in Europe, includes privately praying inside of your own head. So spare us your lectures about hate speech, you utter jackasses at Reuters. But Reuters says that, oh, hate speech will be allowed on the Internet. Yeah, we're done with you judging what is considered hateful as you advance an entire ideology of hate. The site will be hosted freedom.gov the sources said. One source said officials had discussed including a virtual private network function, a VPN to make users traffic appear to originate in the United States and added that user activity on the site or will not be tracked. And then they go on to say that that Big Balls is leading this operation. He's part of it. At least let me, let me pull up his name here. They don't call him Big Balls in the piece. You have to search for his real name. His name's Ed Korestein. Here he is. Let's see. Also involved in the U.S. here it is. Also involved in the U.S. portal effort is Edward Korestein, a former member of Musk's job slashing Department of government efficiency. Two sources said Cornstein works with the National Design Studio, which was created by Trump to beautify government websites. Did you know that we have a national design studio that President Trump created to beautify government websites? That's cool. Reuters was unable to reach Corstein for comment. They couldn't reach Big Balls. They couldn't reach him. But Big Boss himself announced yesterday that Freedom is coming. Freedom is coming. He posted to X and if you click in here, it is freedom.gov. check out this website. Look at this. Freedom is Coming. It's a little placeholder website right now. They don't have anything else on it. It's just, it is fun, though. If you, you see the word freedom is censored on Freedom is Coming. But if you scroll your little mouse over it, look at this. Check it. Freedom starts to appear when you just run your mouse cursor over the word Freedom is coming. Information is power. Reclaim your human right to free expression. Get ready. This is hilarious. This is great. This is really great. Anyway, the Trump administration is working on once again because America does this all the time, liberating Europe. We are, we're going to be trying to liberate Europe yet again. And if President Trump's track record is any proof, he will be successful. All right, coming up, what can we do to liberate the American voter? We've got updates on the Save America Act. Before we get to our great guest, Jason Mears, the former Attorney General of Virginia. It's all ahead on this edition. Events. I want to thank one of our great sponsors. Today. Everybody's talking about weight loss injections. You know, makes sense because they're dramatic. I've got, like I said, I've got some Save America updates for you. Holy crap. Have you guys noticed? Have you been on the Internet in the last 24 hours? Have you seen the craziness that this debate has reached? It's reached a fever pitch. Now, we, you and I have been talking for months about how the Senate can pass this thing on a simple majority vote. This is something we were talking about well into last fall. And now all of a sudden, because of our efforts, this has become a massive national conversation to the point where you're watching what appear to be the forces of the establishment trying to fight back against the fact that this is a rule in the Senate, that this can actually happen. It's blown up into something completely crazy. And so Senator Mike Lee, who's on our side in this argument, who says, yeah, let's pass this thing with a simple majority. He released an update yesterday in the midst of all of this fighting and said, look, I just want to be clear, we can do this and all it takes is a simple majority. Here's Mike Lee, cut three yesterday.
Senator Mike Lee
Okay, I need to reiterate today, people continue to suggest that we're trying to change the Senate rules. We're trying to nuke the Filibuster. The talking filibuster doesn't require a single change to a single rule, simply requires the enforcement of rules and procedures that have lain dormant and unenforced, unused for a long time, the purpose of which is to perpetuate debate. Right now, the problem is that people are using the filibuster as synonymous with. With saying, I'm going to vote against cloture on a bill and thereafter relying on their cloture vote or their threat of a future cloture vote as a filibuster to indefinitely delay passage of a bill and prolong debate or otherwise. My point is this, that the benefit of the filibuster, particularly in a. In a context like this one, the Save America act, it is overwhelmingly popular and has the support of a majority of the House and the Senate and support of the president and 85% of the American people. For a bill like that, we ought not give them the benefit of what I call the zombie filibuster, for lack of a better word, whereby somebody can just say, I'm going to vote against cloture, bringing debate to a close, and so I can delay this or kill the bill while not speaking on the Senate floor while asleep or on vacation or overseas. That needs to not apply here. These are existing rules. Let's use them.
Vince
These are existing rules. Let's use them. And don't fall for anybody who's trying to tell you that the rules of the Senate need to be changed in order for this to happen, that we need to go nuclear in order for this to happen. Oh, no. We're going to empower Democrats to pack the Supreme Court and create new states if we do this. No, no, no. We're following the existing rules. And by the way, everybody knows Democrats are going to go nuclear anyway the second they get power. So in reality, this is kind of a half measure just by following the regular rules. But in other words, it's possible we can do it as long as we've got the testicular fortitude to actually get it done. That's it. And so that's where you and I come in. We have to keep encouraging this. You know, I talked to Congressman Chip Roy yesterday from Texas, Congressman Roy and I raised this issue. I said, congressman, I'm concerned about John Thune. I, you know, you and I, this audience, we've been talking about this. We gavel in every day. We have our. We have our meeting every day. Should I gavel it? Here's our meeting. Our meeting. Yeah, we gavel Every day into our meeting to get the Save America act passed. And producer Jim on the radio show, he usually keeps the minutes for us so that we can keep track of everything that we're doing. And here's what I learned. I said, look, I'm watching John Thune. He's saying stuff like, oh, we're gonna have a vote, but I don't think he means an actual vote to pass this legislation. Am I getting this wrong here? Congressman Chip Roy. And Chip Roy told me, no, you're not getting it wrong, Vince. It sounds to Chip Roy just like it sounds to me like John Thune is talking about doing some sort of procedural vote, just putting this thing up for a vote to prove that Democrats oppose it. I don't need any more proof that they oppose it. They're. They're hysterical. They're running in front of microphones screaming about how It's Jim Crow 2.0, which is, of course, Jim Crow creation of the Democrat Party, which they're now trying to hand off to Republicans. But I don't need any more test votes. I don't need any more show votes. I need a real vote on the Save America Act. And Chip Roy as well, who, you know, spent time in the Senate working as a staffer there, he said the same thing. He's like, look, Vince, the Senate rules allow this. We can do it now. So let's do it. Let's save our country. Because what does it do? It makes it so that only Americans are registered to vote. That's because you prove it when you register. It's not. It's not a burden to do that. Americans would do that with pride to make sure that their vote is protected and only. And when you, when you go to vote, you show your ID to prove that you are who you say you are. Americans would be proud to do that because they want to make sure that no one else can steal their vote. They'd like that vote for themselves. In fact, that is their right as an American citizen. And then it would clean up the voting rolls. It would get non citizens off of our voting rolls all across the country. It would create actual consequences, legal consequences, violations of the law for any election official who dares skirt these rules, skirts these laws. They would have consequences imposed upon them. There's a reason Democrats are screeching at such high volume right now at about. About all of this. Because they're confident that fraud is why they have any power whatsoever. Allowing non citizens to interfere in elections is why they have any power whatsoever. Right now. And so they're trying to protect that corrupt racket. You and I are trying to clean that system up. We don't want that anymore. Something about the Save America act that's worth knowing. Just think about what it does. It protects the voting franchise for you. It makes it so that it doesn't get diminished. It makes it so that it doesn't get watered down. Your vote doesn't get robbed. It's protected. Now, in American history, what would we call protecting the franchise of voting? We call it a civil right. In fact, this bill, the Save America act, is the single most important civil rights bill in American history this century. It is the most important thing we could possibly do. And Republicans should be proudly moving forward right now to protect our civil rights. That's what we're calling on them to do. And we want to, we want them to make it priority. Number one, election rigging operations are underway. They are underway. And in a moment, I'm going to get into more details with a man who knows Virginia very, very well, because in Virginia, Democrats are looking to steal the whole thing. The whole thing. I've got the details ahead and some information for Virginians in particular about what they can do to save the commonwealth. It's all ahead on this edition of. Vince. Hey, let me thank one of our sponsors. If you're worried at all about upcoming credit card bills after the holidays, the credit card debt gets crazy, 20, 30% interest rates, insane. Who's going to win the 2028 US presidential election? Guys, what the hell is going on here? Gavin Newsom is closing in on J.D. vance. J.D. vance is at 24%. Gavin Newsom's at 20% right now. What is this garbage? I don't like this. This is. It is garbage. That's terrible. Cow, she's really useful. Cali's very useful because people are putting their real money on this. They think, they really think that this is what's going to happen. I think cow, she's useful because it lets me kind of keep track on real world events. It's. It's pretty interesting. See important disclosures@cal state.com Cowshi is subject to US regulatory oversight by the CFTC. All right, let's take you to Virginia right now. And this is. This story is a huge warning sign not just for Virginia, but for our entire country. Here's the story. In Virginia, Democrats are rushing to rig the 2026 midterms. At the moment, the state has six Democrats and five Republicans representing it in Congress. If Democrats get their way right now, they're going to change it to a 10 one state, 10 Democrats to one Republican. Wait, Vince, how can they do this? I thought the voters got to decide. Yeah, until the Democrats got involved. For more on this, the former Attorney General of the state of Virginia, Jason Miaras, is with us. He's working on fair elections these days. Mr. Attorney General, good to see you again, sir.
Jason Miyares
Great to be with you. Thanks so much for having me, Vince.
Vince
Okay, this is. This is wild. Break this down for people. How is it the Democrats can just steal like a quick four seats for themselves? How does that work?
Jason Miyares
Well, it's even more outrageous because just a few years ago, voters voted on in Virginia. Nonpartisan redistricting. It passed with two thirds of the vote in a November election. With high voter turnout now, they've decided to essentially try in the dead of night to repeal the amendment and put it on the election not in November, but in April with about a 15% voter turnout. So to for your listeners, understand, in 2024, 48.5% of Virginians voted for a Republican to represent them in Congress. If this 10:1 plan goes, that means only 9% of the representation that Congress will be Republican. And this is the party they claim to for, the party of democracy. They're actually telling the remaining 40% of Republicans, rural voters all around the state drop dead because you're going to have five congressmen in this new scheme. They're trying to do this stealing your vote scheme disenfranchisement that are going to be living within 20 miles of each other in Northern Virginia. You're going to have people in Augusta county that lives in the Shenandoah Valley being represented by somebody who lives in Fairfax, people in Newport News in Hampton Roads area being represented by somebody lives in Fairfax. It's. It's that absurd. It's that extreme. It's the most extreme gerrymandering ever seen in modern American history. And now it's going to go to the ballot in April. And we need to make sure that Virginians know they need to go out to vote. Yeah, you're probably talking about a 15 turnout at most to determine four or five congressional seats.
Vince
I want to show people a map here. If fellas, if you can pull up my screen, I want to show this. Look at this. This is, this is a map of Virginia. This right here. This right here is the political map of Virginia. This is from the 2024 election. This is the turnout in Virginia to show you that almost the entirety of the state. For those of you listening on the the audio podcast, almost the entirety of the state is red. Northern Virginia around Richmond. You've got some blue spots, but almost the entire state is red. And this is the state the Democrats are trying to turn into a 101 Democrat to Republican state right now. It's, this is in no way. How is this representative democracy. Jason Meares
Jason Miyares
they admit that they do that to change the constitutional amendment, you have to post 90 days before an election what you're trying to change. They literally came in. We don't have election day anymore in Virginia. We have election month and a half, six weeks of basically no excuse early voting. They admitted they never did this. They've essentially gone through it. The Supreme Court took an off ramp and won't consider ruling on this until after the referendum, which candidly, I, I find a little bit curious to say the least. But now it's going to be, you know, listen, Vince, I have said before that when Republicans lose, we act like we never win again.
Vince
Yeah.
Jason Miyares
But when Democrats win, they act like they never lose again. They govern at least what we've seen in Richmond. They have governed with such unbelievable hubris where even though polling shows Virginians don't want this, they don't care. This is about pleasing national Democratic forces and Akeem Jeffries and make sure he's speaker of the House. It is really a sad day in Virginia to see what they're doing. And now we have to stop them.
Vince
Yeah, we definitely do. And I want to ask you about Republicans and organization and their enthusiasm and all of that in a moment, but I want to dwell really quickly. And this is, this is the call to action for Virginians. I want people to understand this. April 21st is the special election day for this ballot. April 21st. But we also. But the early voting, I think, starts what, March 6th?
Jason Miyares
Yeah, you can start early.
Vince
So we get March six early voting. And here, once again on my screen, fellas, here's the. The actual ballot question. I posted it to my ex account this week. You ready for this Orwellian question that's going to be on the ballot question? Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census? To restore fairness. So you take the ability for all the Republicans in Virginia to have meaningful representation at all in Congress, and you call it restoring fairness. Have you ever. Is this even legal? Jason Mears? Can they put language like this on a ballot
Jason Miyares
very soon? I mean, by, by, by saying restoring fairness, then they're implying that our previous elections in Virginia weren't, quote, unquote, fair. So who are the election deniers now? They're literally trying to put this as a constitutional amendment. It is a. It is a shocking, shocking thing to see. It will be challenged. We will see. But listen, I, I think ultimately, yeah, if this goes to the ballot, I think it's going to be deciding that the next six to eight weeks in Virginia will decide Virginia for the next 60 to 80 years. That's not restoring fairness to election. To take a population which 48% of them voted for Republicans to represent them in Congress, to say, okay, you'll get 9% of our congressional Delegation will be Republican. That's insane. But that's what they're trying to do. It is a shocking exercise and abuse of power.
Vince
Let me ask you about Republicans leadership and the extent to which they're organized on this issue. I do know that like you know, the NRCC for instance, has filed lawsuits. There is, there is some activity right now. I'm not saying there's nothing, but earlier this week I checked the Virginia Republican Party website, the VAGOP website. It hasn't been updated since November of last year. There's nothing new on it. And this seems like this is such a critical and obvious fight. And you know, I'm sure you have friends that work in all sorts of, you know, Republican politics and everything. I get it. But it drives me and the base crazy when we feel like we have these looming massive fights on the horizon and that the information campaign is not commensurate with how important it is. What's going on here Jason?
Jason Miyares
Well listen, I think what you're seeing is the information flow is dominated by out of state money. I mean Akeem Jeffries has committed up to $10 million to spend on very deceptive ad campaigns. If you see the ad campaigns, you would think this amendment is actually going to end gerrymandering and bring fairness back to elections. It's pretty, pretty wild. And so right now we're in the process of raising money. This has been ran through at lightning speed. The Dems had the advantage where they knew this was coming. They ran the play well in advance. I think they obviously Akeem Jeffries, my understanding is personally met with Democratic leadership in Virginia behind the scenes to orchestrate this because this is all about making him Speaker. That's the next step. That is the next step of what they want to do and put in a left wing control of, of the House of Representatives. So they had the advantage of both pre planning and surprise camel because they moved the lightning speed. We are trying and I have tried and I'm making calls right now to both raise money. I'm getting around, doing both media interviews and getting around the state. There's another group that is our group is Virginians for Fair Maps. You could Google us get involved. There's another group that's been launched by a bipartisan group launched by George Allen and former Democr Democratic State Senator Chap Peterson that has also been launched as well to fight this because there are some Democrats who think this is just completely reckless. It's arrogant, it's reckless, it's hubris. It is a, it is a horrible moment in Virginia history. And I have a feeling that the people that are pushing this are going to one day get a ruit.
Vince
Yeah, well, let's make them rue it. Now, that would be really good if we could do that sooner rather than later, because this is, this really is an election theft operation. This is not, this is not about representing the voters. This is about enshrining Democrats crab power permanently.
Jason Miyares
No question. It's about, it is a message to rural Virginia. Drop dead. It's a message to Republican voters. Drop dead. And so the only way to push back when somebody's trying to steal your vote and steal your voice is to show up and vote. And you don't have to wait till April 21st. You could vote March 6th. Your vote counts even more because it's going to be a 12 to 15% turnout. Every vote is precious. But our democracy right now is at stake in Virginia.
Vince
Yes, it is. And so when you get on that ballot, Virginians vote hell no. Hell no.
Jason Miyares
Right?
Vince
Does the ballot get invalidated if I write the word hell next to no?
Jason Miyares
Unfortunately, I think it would probably be invalidated, but you can say it in your mind. But just check no.
Vince
All right, I'll check no. I'll restrain myself this time. Jason mears, former Attorney General, Virginia. Thank you very much for joining me today.
Jason Miyares
Great to be with you, Vince.
Vince
Good to talk to you. There he is. That's the former attorney general of the state and he's in the fight. God bless him for it. This matters a great deal. This matters to the whole country. We're talking four instant Democrats. In the event that Virginians vote the wrong way on this, you've gotta vote no on this effort to rig elections in Virginia. And you've gotta participate. You've gotta participate. Get everybody, you know to participate. It has to happen. And this is a state that, you know, President Trump only lost by a couple of points in 2024. He put some real effort in in Virginia. And in other words, like, it can happen. You just have to have the groundswell. But there's. Boy, I tell you what, though, there is a lot of energy on the left right now to steal elections. They're all in. You know, I posted this thing, what I just shared with you. I posted all this about Virginia earlier this week. And in my comments, I got a lot of great Americans who are interested in saving elections. They're like, thank you for telling me about this. And we got to get this out there. It's awful what Democrats are doing. But then I got a couple of Democrats. I think some of them might be bots, like, just like, you know, trying to get in there and ferment discord. But they're like, oh, yeah? Well, where were you on Texas? When Republicans were doing this in Texas, did you say anything about rigging elections? Oh, you didn't? I got you now. I'm like, you think history started in Texas? You think history started in this fight, this gerrymandering fight that we're seeing all across the country right now? You think it started in Texas? You have any idea what Democrats have done across the country to rig our elections? And I'm not just talking about throwing Donald Trump off of ballots in states like Maine and Colorado. I'm not just talking about using the justice system to prosecute him and everybody who's ever worked for him. I'm not just talking about going after Trump supporters and locking them up in jails and throwing away the keys. I'm not just talking about going after Christians who sing church hymns outside of abortion mills or Catholics in Virginia who practice the traditional Latin mass. I'm not just talking about those election rigging schemes teams. I'm talking about rigging electoral maps across our country to give Democrats seats that they don't deserve. I just want to place you in history a little bit. You remember the 2020 census? What was done? The 2020 census gets done, and then we get congressional apportionment out of that. And what happens? Democrat states get more seats than they're actually entitled to. Republican states get fewer seats than we're actually entitled to. And then what happens is like, well, we can't really fix it until the next census. This is why the Trump administration has been trying to fix it. Now. They want to fix it mid decade because they're like, wait a second, we all know it's rigged already. Can we just fix it now? Can we take a national census, verify only American citizens, and apportion congressional representation on that basis? That would make sense in a fair world. Let's make the game fair. That's not what the left wants. They don't want a fair world. They like the unfair world. They like the rigged world. And there's states, states like Illinois, states like New York, states like Maryland, which they're. They're going for broke in Maryland. They're trying to steal another seat. These states are already gerry. Rigged out of their mind, gerrymandered out of their minds. They've been stealing seats left and right. It's not representative democracy, it's theft. That's what Democrats have been doing. So you get one state, Texas, trying to fight back, and now that's they're the ones committing the sin. Crazy. This is why we were so mad at Indiana Republicans, because we were saying, Indiana, do the job, do the job right now. Get some of these seats back. Stolen by Democrats all across the country. And Indiana Republicans lack the testicular fortitude to do it. They collapsed under the slightest amount of pressure from the legacy press. It was pathetic what happened there. This is a real fight. It's a national fight. And Democrats are so far ahead in rigging and they're going for broke yet again in places like Virginia and maryland. So, look, J.D. vance was asked about this actually at the end of last year. Watch. Cut six. Here's J.D. vance being asked by some legacy media goon, why is it that you're doing this? Are you serious right now? Have you not been paying attention to the Democrats? Watch.
Governor Kathy Hochul
President Trump's agenda is so popular. Why do Republicans need to add additional seats to the map?
J.D. Vance
Well, first of all, Kristen, you have to ask yourself, why have Democrats gerrymandered their states aggressively over the past 10 to 20 years? If you look, for example, at the popular vote in a lot of these states and Massachusetts, where 32% of the residents of Massachusetts voted for Republicans, zero Republican federal representatives. So we're not trying to sort of all we're doing, frankly, is trying to make the situation a little bit more fair on a national scale. The Democrats have gerrymandered their states really aggressively. We think there are opportunities to push back against that. And that's really all we're doing.
Vince
That's all we're doing. All we're doing is pushing back. All we're doing is defending our country. The country's rigged against decent Americans. So we're trying to fight back. That's it. In fact, in the midst of all of this, this fight last year, remember we got a couple of governors, Democrat governors went on television and they were stunned by questions about the fact that, that they had already gerrymandered their states into oblivion. The problem for a lot of Democrats right now across the country, they want to do more election rigging, but they've already rigged their own states so much, there's, like, very little left to squeeze. That's like the state of Maryland, of course, where there's only one Republican seat right now, and they're trying to steal that one. Here's Kathy Hochul in New York last year. Cut 4. The governor of New York. Watch.
Governor Kathy Hochul
Here's how National Review summarized it. They said it was only three years ago that New York's Democratic legislature drew up a map so brazenly contemptuous of basic rules that govern a district's contiguousness that the state's Democrat dominated court of appeals threw it out. The New York Times at the time called those maps comically contorted. That's their quote. So your state's highest court at the time, all the judges appointed by Democratic governors, they threw the maps out. So fair to say Democrats have done what they're now accusing Republicans of doing? No, we followed the rules. We do it every 10 years. We base it on. You said you didn't follow the rules. Well, we did follow the rules. So the court was wrong? Well, we followed the rule.
Vince
We followed the rules. Well, then what is Texas doing? What a jackass. So that's the, the governor of New York, you know, New York is, you know, is gerrymandered to oblivion. And then you got Jelly Belly Pritzker in Illinois. Illinois, one of the most famously corrupt Democrat states, unfortunately. Here's Jelly Belly Pritzker doing the same stunt on one of the shows last year.
Governor Kathy Hochul
Every major group that grades the fairness of congressional maps gives your state an F. Common cause, a nonpartisan government watchdog, even says your map, and I'm gonna quote, represents a nearly perfect model for everything that can go wrong with redistricting. And I guess the question is, you talk about preserving democracy. How do you preserve democracy if you're using the same tactics that you've criticized Texas Republicans for?
Vince
But as I say, what they're talking about is a distraction. The reality is that the violation of people's voting rights is what Texas is attempting to do. That's what's wrong with their efforts right now. And the fact that the President of
Jason Miyares
the United States knows it and nevertheless
Vince
is asking them to do it.
Jason Miyares
That is what's wrong with what we're seeing right now.
Vince
Democracy is at stake. Democracy is at stake. So we have to rob people of their representation. Yeah, that's as. That's a lefty explanation if I've ever heard one. That's, that's Jelly belly. So look, in case you're wondering what's the state of play, Democrats are on the march and Republicans are trying to get their. Together. That's, that's, you know, it's a typical, it's a typical cycle, but it's happening right now in Virginia and that's a lot of seats. When we say four members of Congress, that, that's, that's the kind of thing that could decide the entire balance of power in the House of Representatives. So if you are in Virginia, vote hell no on this change to the Virginia Constitution. There are, there are legal battles to it right now going on thanks to the rnc, the nrcc, they're filing lawsuits like crazy. That's great. But we all got to stay locked in on this fight and tell everybody, you know, it matters a great deal. It matters literally for the future of our country. All right now. And speaking of other election rigging operations that are underway, we talked yesterday at some length about what's going on in Texas right now. There's a primary happening right now and on both the Democrat and Republican side in order to figure out who's going to be senator from that state. And among the Democrats, you have a. You have a blasphemer who really uses the Bible in a way to justify some of the worst things on planet Earth. His name is James Talarico and he's running against Jasmine Crockett. Those two are neck and neck and they're, they're both awful people, candidly. But Talarico this week engaged in a big election publicity stunt with Stephen Colbert, where he pretended he was banned by the FCC from appearing on Colbert's television show. Colbert, of course, playing along with all of this. Now, none of that was true for all the reasons that we described yesterday, was just a gigantic scam. But Talarico raised a lot of money off of it. Talarico was gloating yesterday that as a result of that stunt, he's raised over $2.5 million. There he is, Jussie Talarico. He raised $2.5 million in the 24 hours after the, quote, banned Colbert interview wasn't banned. It was a stunt. And Brendan Carr, who is the chairman of the fcc, he was slam dunking on this yesterday. In fact, he was going after the media for carrying water for Stephen Colbert and Jussie Talarico. Take a look at this.
Brendan Carr
You had a Democrat candidate who understood the way that the news media works, and he took advantage of all of your sort of prior conceptions to run a hoax, apparently for the purpose of raising money and getting clicks. And the news media played right into it. I think yesterday was a perfect encapsulation of why the American people have more trust in gas station sushi than they do in the national news media. This was very plainly an effort ginned up to get clicks and to raise money. And you guys ate it up like slop. And when it was pointed out that the facts were completely different than what the fake news media was running with. Nobody did like an about face and did a fact correction. They just pivoted and moved away. And again, I think this is why the American people simply don't trust the news media anymore.
Vince
We have more trust in gas station sushi. That's a good line. Now. I saw, I saw. I think it was Joe Concha who tweeted about it. I think he suggested that maybe he came up with that line. I don't know who came up with that line. I love that line. If it's Joe, my friend Joe, I love that. I love whatever. We're more trusting of gas station sushi, which is, of course, risk. Yeah. So look, it's true. The media did carry the water for this guy. You got. He got all this ridiculous earned media, like anything where Donald Trump is cast as the villain. They're going to jump in on that. In. It doesn't even need to be a written conspiracy. You don't have to send messages out. It's a conspiracy of instinct. The media will jump all over it because they're like, well, great, it's an anti Trump story. We're all in. And so they did that. And it was based on literally nothing. It was based on zip and lefties running around yesterday being like, oh, Trump censoring people again. Trump's the guy who's building an entire website so that free speech can proliferate in Europe right now. It's like, like, come on, spare us this. This stuff about Trump, the censorship. It's. It's pretty crazy, actually. It's very crazy. Couple, couple last quick things before we're done with the program today. I did mention to you that the FBI director, Cash Patel stopped by Dan Bongino's wonderful program yesterday and they had a conversation about an tifa. If you're wondering, like, who's causing all this chaos, who's funding all this chaos in the United States, well, we have fantastic news for you. The FBI knows the answer to that question and they're on their case watch.
Cash Patel
19 people have been convicted for acts of violence related to antifa. It's in the indictment. You don't got to believe me or you. Everybody can go read the public indictment. And it didn't just happen there. It happened in Cop City in Georgia, where we had to go rearrest everybody because the state authorities couldn't get their act together to produce the enough. Enough information to take that to trial. So we did. And it's not A creation or manufacturing of information. It exists. It's just a willingness that you and I and this building's new leadership took to say, we're going to look at the facts that exist. We're not going to try to make up facts that don't. So we can serve a political narrative. And wait till you and I know you know this, but wait till you see what's coming in the next month or two on the funding streams related to this. You and I had launched a serious investigation. We had said these organizations don't operate alone, don't operate in silence. They operate with a heavy, heavy stream of funding. And we started looking into it. And guess what, Dan? We found them.
Vince
Antifa operates with a very, very heavy stream of funding. We started looking into them, and guess what? We found them. Take the timeline he gave us on, on any kind of expected charges here over the next months. So hold tight for that. I've seen some reaction to this clip going around on the Internet where people are saying, well, don't just tell us about it, prosecute it. First of all, let me explain something to you. Come here. Come here, stupid. The FBI doesn't prosecute anything. The FBI finds crimes, hands it off to the Justice Department and its lawyers to do the prosecutions. That's one, two. You really want to go back to the world where the government just keep secrets from you all the time, doesn't tell you what's going on, where we just have to trust them reflexively? I just trust everything that they're doing. Don't give me any updates. I'll just, I'll just wait until you produce something in the end. No, I like that these guys talk. You know, one of the fundamental reasons that I like Trump so much, in addition, and especially because of his never ending track record of success on behalf of our country, is Trump talks. Is it ever a mystery what Donald Trump is thinking? Is it ever a mystery what he's mauling and kicking around? Very rarely the guy communicates. He talks to the public. In fact, when he would go out on those rally stages, he would kind of focus group a lot of the things he was thinking about, see what the audience thought, see if they were into it, if that was the right track for the United States of America. And he would feed off of that. He would treat you like you're an adult. He would have a real conversation with you, like you're actually in charge of this country as an American voter. He wouldn't patronize you. He wouldn't wait to tell you when he felt like they had filtered it to a point that they could finally deliver it to you, he would speak to you like you're in charge, because you are. And so when these guys, like a guy like Cash Patel, he's the director of the FBI, start doing something very unusual, which is offer us pre investigative action statements where they basically say, hey, something important's happening here. I want you to know that we're working feverishly on it. I will take that 1,000 times a day. I love that. Keep it coming, because one, it lets us know something's underway, and two, it helps just give us a sense of what comes next. And it helps to do the thing that the FBI desperately needs, which is restore credibility. You know, Dan and Cash in particular were the inheritors of an agency that had the lowest credibility of any agency in the whole country. They inherited the gas station sushi of government agencies. And then they've had to do something with that. What have they done with it? Well, everything. You know, Operation Summer Heat to all of these massive arrests of illegals across the country, assisting with the immigration enforcement, rescuing children from the 764 network. The list, of course, is something that you probably know, given that you watch my show and you very likely watch Dan's show, of course, too. And so these are things, you know. But they are taking an agency that's the world's worst credibility, and they've been working to restore it. How? By doing the job that the United States Congress gave to the FBI when they set them up in the first place. That's how. It's like the most obvious thing in the world. So spare me. You're whining that he's giving us updates. Don't tell me about it. Just do something. How about both? How about both? I will take that conversation because I want to be treated like I'm a stakeholder, like I'm a guy who's at the table, like I'm an American voter. Like I get to call the shots. I like that. All right, great to have you with us today. I've got so much more I could get to. So we will get to it. A lot of it. On the big national radio show today, the VIN Show.com to get your local radio listings, and then I'm back with you tomorrow. We've got more epic shows to get to. Episode Title: Trump-Epstein Wrap-Up Smear Backfires?
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: February 19, 2026
In this episode, Vince Coglianese dives into the latest developments from the Jeffrey Epstein fallout, focusing on the arrest of former Prince Andrew and how the transparency drive from the Trump administration is fueling global consequences. The episode critiques smear tactics targeting Donald Trump, particularly from Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu, and debunks new allegations found in the Epstein files. In the second half, Vince shifts focus to voting rights, highlighting efforts to enact the Save America Act and an urgent warning about a redistricting referendum in Virginia that could deeply reshape congressional representation. Special guest Jason Miyares, former Virginia Attorney General, provides insider perspective. Additional segments touch on government censorship circumvention initiatives ("freedom.gov") and a fresh update regarding Antifa funding investigations, as well as ongoing battles over gerrymandering nationwide.
Breaking News: Former Prince Andrew (now Andrew Mountbatten Windsor) was arrested in the UK for allegedly sharing confidential information with Jeffrey Epstein while serving as a British trade envoy.
Trump Administration’s "Maximum Transparency": The release of Epstein case files to the public, including unsubstantiated claims against Trump, is credited as the catalyst for these international legal actions.
Democratic Smears Against Trump: Vince plays a recent audio clip of Congressman Ted Lieu making severe – unsubstantiated – allegations against Trump, sourced from the released Epstein files.
Vince’s Response: Dissects how such accusations are intended as election-season smear campaigns, and notes DOJ/FBI already publicly discredited these claims.
Turning the Tables: Vince brings up Ted Lieu’s own connection to Ed Buck, a Democratic donor and convicted criminal, accusing the left of hypocrisy regarding scandal by association.
Legislative Update: This segment focuses on Republican efforts to pass the Save America Act, aiming to strengthen election integrity through voter ID, ensuring only citizens vote, and cleaning voter rolls.
Vince’s Commentary: Emphasizes the Act as a pivotal civil rights measure and urges continued grassroots pressure on Senate leadership to pass it.
Warning About Ballot Referendum: A proposed constitutional amendment could redraw Virginia’s congressional maps, potentially changing its delegation from 6D-5R to 10D-1R, despite nearly half the electorate voting GOP.
Low-Turnout Special Election: Democrats scheduled the ballot measure in April, anticipating about 15% turnout, raising concerns of manipulation.
Voters Misled by Ballot Language: The actual question is described as Orwellian, framing the change as restoring “fairness.”
Gerrymandering Across States: Vince highlights double standards, noting Democrat-dominated states like New York, Illinois, and Maryland have been aggressively gerrymandered for decades.
Democrat Hypocrisy: Clips of New York's Governor Kathy Hochul and Illinois Governor Pritzker sidestepping criticism of their states' unfair districting.

Transparency Praised: Vince lauds new leadership for being more communicative than traditional, secretive agencies.
Today’s episode delivers a rapid-fire, unapologetically conservative breakdown of contemporary political battles, from the international ripples of the Epstein investigation to the nuts and bolts of election law and redistricting. The episode closes with teases of more investigative action soon, particularly regarding domestic extremism funding.
