I guess technically it's not the campaign trail, but technically it is the campaign trails. The President of the United States visiting important states like Kentucky and Ohio and speaking with his base. He shows up yesterday to these big crowds, just talks to them about the state of our economy, talks to them about the war in Iran and talks to them about the Save America act again. And look, let me say, you know, as a show and as a person who routinely criticizes the Republicans in Congress, especially in the Senate these days, for not fulfilling what we sent them there to do. In the end, if Republicans do well in the midterms, a lot of that's gonna be on the strength of President Trump's performance. President Trump might have to be the one that drags everybody across the finish line here to grow numbers for Republicans or at the very least, maintain control in the House and the Senate. And he's showing no signs of backing down. So the rest of us shouldn't either. You should fight no matter what the outcomes are here from this stupid Senate. We'll talk about that coming up. But the reality here is you got to stay in the fight. The president definitely is. He's on the campaign trail all year. This year, he's going to be out there trying to make it so that his name is. Is kind of the thing that people are thinking of when they step into the ballot box and that they vote for him and for his agenda, just like we keep doing over and over and over again. In fact, coming up this summer, I just wanna remind people of what's on the calendar ahead of us. We're at America 250. You know, this is the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. We're gonna have massive events all through the year. We've already had a bunch of massive events, and it's only gonna get better. I mean, just think of it. We've got the big UFC fight coming up on June 14th. That's Flag Day. That's the Army's birthday. That's the president's birthday. It's going to take place right there at the White House later in the year. We've got the. The big car race that was a Formula One, a big race around Washington, D.C. through the streets of the city. It's going to be amazing as these cars get upwards of 200 miles an hour just driving through the streets of our nation's capital. An amazing performance that wouldn't happen under any other president. Very cool to see that. And of course, July 4th itself, Independence Day. We're gonna have a massive, massive. Actually, as Doug Burgum told us on this program, and if you missed it, you missed it. Although you can go back and you can watch it. Doug Burgum said right here, exclusively on this program, that this is going to be the biggest firework show in not American history, world history. He said world History. That's how committed they are to the celebration of America. So we have that through the midterms this year also for Republicans. This year the President is going to hold a midterm convention. The RNC has already got it in the works. This was the President's idea. Why don't we turn this into a presidential style election year, which is what they're gonna do. And so they'll have a big midterm convention this year to really celebrate the achievements of the Trump administration and convince voters, yeah, this is your guy. Keep going with the Trump administration. Keep going with the Trump agenda. That's great. Now what about Democrats? Are Democrats going to hold a midterm convention? Great question. The answer is no. Actually, they made a decision like a week ago against holding a midterm convention. They claim that they're trying to protect the war chest. They got to use it for other things. We can't use it for a midterm convention. They're in chaos right now as far as their political organization. They're in total chaos. They don't know what to do in the face of this. Everything about President Trump is totally unprecedented here. And they just don't know how to handle them. So, no, they're not holding a midterm convention. That is, I think, good news because that means that, you know, whatever excuse the media might give to giving them even more coverage is not gonna exist. And we'll have a Republican convention. Now, will the media cover it? We'll see. I mean, we'll get some coverage. But the nice thing is these days we don't really need the legacy media to do it. There's plenty of great independent media options, like, well, right here. I mean, there's lots of places that could cover this in a fulsome way and tell you exactly what's going on at the convention and get the message out. So that'll be good. I think that'll be very good this year. It'll be very good. And the President. So the President is going to fight tooth and nail to win, because that's his style. But what about the rest of these guys in, say, the United States Senate? Well, that brings us to our latest on the SAVE Act. Let's get to the Save America Act. Should we gavel in today? Let's gavel in. There we go. The Save America Act. We've gavel into today's daily meeting. Of course, producer Jim will keep our minutes as he always does. And the President of the United States yesterday brings this up on the trail he says, look, I need the Save America Act. And he brought it up multiple times yesterday. Here's cut one. The first time. Watch.
B
It's a very basic thing. It's called Save America, actually. And that's what it is. It's having to do with voting and voter id. We want voter id. We want proof of citizenship. We added a couple. No men playing in women's sports. We don't want that. Nobody does. I think it's about a 98% issue. We want no transgender mutilation of our children. Very basic things that you wouldn't even think we'd be talking about 15 or 20 years ago. But for the voting aspect of it is we want voter id. Very important. You have to have identification and you have to have proof of citizenship. We don't want mail in ballots. We don't want to have ballots coming from all different corners of the world. We want to have it accurate. And you can't do that with mail in ballots. Actually, Jimmy Carter headed a commission years ago. He said mail in ballots, no good. We're the only country in the world that's doing mail in ballots. And that would exclude, though, our military or people that are ill, people that are away. So we're generous in that way. But people don't want mail imbalance because you have crooked elections. It guarantees a crooked election.
A
I like, by the way, for those of you watching rubble.com Vince, that local news reporter who's standing there, you can tell he's nervous. He doesn't know what to do. He's standing next to the President of the United States. The President is just straight up monologuing on the Save America Act. And the guy's just nodding. He just nods a lot and keeps holding the microphone out, which is good. It's good. It's perfectly great. But it's just. It's wonderful. And he's wearing his best suit. He's got his best tie on. He's meeting the President, showing a sense of respect. That's pretty cool. But the president, he was right about all of that. But there's something I want to dwell on and what he just said. He said, you know, Jimmy Carter said this. Jimmy Carter said, mail in ballot is not the way to go. That's a terrible way to do it. And he's right about that. Jimmy Carter did say that this was a part of something called the Carter Baker Commission, and in the early 2000s was a bipartisan commission that looked at the way we conduct elections in the United States and made recommendations to every state about the way they conduct their elections. And Jimmy Carter had concluded that one of the primary vectors for fraud in the United States, one of the biggest vulnerabilities to our elections is the use of mail in ballots. In other words, the mysterious custody of a ballot increases, increases the likeliness that that becomes a really dangerous vector for fraud. In fact, what we should do as frequently as possible is have people vote in person on election day with paper ballots and use photo id, clear lines of process, in other words, to make it so that our elections are safeguarded. Jimmy Carter concluded that. Now you won't hear any Democrat speak fondly about Jimmy Carter's legacy when it comes to his recommendations for voting ever, ever, even upon his death recently. Nobody brought it up. They didn't talk about it. They didn't actually eulogize some of the things that he believed in. And clearly that was one of the things he believed in, was election integrity. He was a part of a bipartisan effort with some very good recommendations to bring it about. So good for President Trump for reminding everybody this is non controversial stuff. The whole country supports it. Jimmy Carter was a guy who absolutely recommended it. And yet the media, as they do, George Orwell style, they memory hole, all of them. Either they're too young and wet behind the ears, they don't know anything about it, or they straight up memory hole it. It's deceit. And the President needs to be the guy to remind everybody. That reporter just nodding along. Okay, Jimmy Carter. Who's that? Pretty funny. All right, President Trump. And he's increasing pressure on the Senate. Here's President Trump yesterday saying we've got to get the Senate to do this. But pay attention to his tone here because he starts to sound like a guy who's concerned that it's not going to make it through the Senate. It's a little, a little depressing. But here's the President talking about it yesterday. Cut to. I'll let him talk about it.
B
All voters must show voter ID 98%. That's 98%. All voters must show a little thing called proof of citizenship in order to vote. Right, Right.
A
Paul?
B
Paul agrees. No mail in ballots except for illness, disability, military or travel. You're away, you can't get there. We'll be generous. And then I added two things. We call them best of. You know what they are Best of, Trump? These are the best of no men in women's sports. 99%. That's 99. And no transgender mutilization surgery for our children. That's it. That's it. And I think we're going to get it approved in the House. And I hear the Senate has a hard time. How can you have a hard time with that? How can you have a hard time?
A
But I hear the Senate has a hard time. How can you have a hard time with that? That's a great question. Now, before I move on, I want to make a quick correction to something I said earlier. I said Formula One. I meant IndyCar. Thank you to thank you to producer Josh for being Our Ombudsman today. IndyCar. IndyCar is what's happening later this year that makes a lot more sense, actually. IndyCar for the United States of America coming up later this year. But when it comes to the State of America act, the the president is concerned that this is going to be a problem in the United States Senate. John Thune has been basically trying to make this whole thing go away. We heard from Jonathan earlier this week, very patronizing attitude towards both the President of the United States and the MAGA base that, oh, you just are, you're overly optimistic about what can be achieved here. There's just no way to do it. We just don't have the votes. Now, Thune has, again, not indicated whether or not he's even tried to get the votes and in fact, has withheld his own opinion on the subject of whether or not we should use the speaking filibuster as the means to pass the Save America Act. So Thune, as far as any of the rest of us can tell, really has been dragging ass on this and just trying to make it go away. And so here you have the president going, you know, I'm hearing that the Senate's having a hard time. I'm here and the Senate's having a hard time. But how did we get to this point? How do we get to this point at all that the Senate is now trying to figure out a way to navigate away from the President of the United States that they're sweating this? Well, you know, we talked about Ken Paxton and John Cornyn and what's going on in Texas right now. And we just got an update on that story. Kind of interesting. It's from a couple of sources that are all close to President Trump who kind of kept an eye on this. This is, according to the New York Times, how Trump turned a Republican battle over a Texas Senate seat into leverage. It's a fun story, actually. They talked about how President Trump spent months getting squeezed by top Senate Republicans to endorse John Cornyn. And they say now it's suddenly Mr. Trump doing the squeezing. Just a week ago, he seemed like he was on the verge of endorsing John Cornyn after Republicans spent more than 70 million on pro corn. And as can you imagine, 70 million bucks. You know where that money goes? It goes to the media. The media get the money to run the advertisement for John Cornyn in the first round of the Texas primary that ended with him and Mr. Paxton heading to a May runoff because Cornyn couldn't get above 50%. That's amazing. It's a real sign what Texas voters want, they want change. Mr. Trump said on social media that he would make an endorsement soon and that the candidate didn't get his nod, should drop out. Then Mr. Paxton made a bold play, the Times says in a post on X. He said, okay, I'll consider dropping out, but only if Senate Republicans circumvent the filibuster to pass Mr. Trump's top legislative priority. Okay, the New York Times is getting this wrong. It's not circumvent the filibuster. There are options here to do this, and you can do a speaking filibuster and get it through, but that's neither here nor there, they said. The gambit quickly went viral with some of the most influential voices on the right amplifying it, including the president's son. That was Don Jr. Who said that, remember, Ken Paxton did not leave it to chance that Mr. Trump himself would see his message, according to two people with knowledge of the matter. He texted it directly to the president and himself. Smart. And now Mr. Trump is leveraging his potential endorsement, which Senate Republicans long for, to ratchet up the pressure on them to change the Senate's rules and to pass the bill. Okay, again, the New York Times gets this wrong. He's ratcheting up the pressure to pass it by any means necessary, whether that's changing the Senate's rules or using the speaking filibuster, which require a simple majority. Why do you know so much more about this than the New York Times? Mr. Cornyn, still pursuing the president's blessing, reversed his long held position that the filibuster should be protected in an opinion piece for the New York Post on Wednesday. Yeah, Cornyn. His staff wrote an op ed for the New York Post this week now saying that whatever it takes, we should get this thing passed because he's sweating like crazy that he's about to be thrown out of the Senate. And so they say what began as a fight over a single seat in Texas has since spilled into the halls of Congress with potential implications for voting access nationwide. The New York Times once again, lying. No American would have their, quote, voting access deprived. Illegal aliens, non citizens would be prevented from interfering in our elections. That's what would happen. So a mixture of deceit and very interesting details about how the president did indeed see this as a great opportunity. And God bless Ken Paxton. A round of applause for Ken Paxton, ladies and gentlemen. I have applause here somewhere. I know I do. Oh, here it is. Yeah. Ken Paxton, everybody. That's an enthusiastic crowd. Yeah, Ken. Everyone's happy. Yeah. Ken Paxton did a good thing. He really did a good thing. He brought this thing, this fight to the next level. And he's standing shoulder to shoulder with you to get the Save America act passed, which is neat. Now what is the Senate doing then? So John Thune thinks he can navigate out of this. John Thune thinks he's got a brilliant strategy to, to make it seem like he's doing something and then they're not actually deliver for us. And here's the move he's attempting to pull off. John Thune is eyeing Axios reports. Marathon sessions to ease MAGA anger over SAVE ACT Marathon sessions to ease MAGA anger over SAVE ACT to ease our anger. You know what would ease my anger chat? What would ease our anger over the SAVE Act? The Save America Act. What would, what would ease our anger? Passing it. You want to, you want to ease our anger? Pass the Save America Act. That's, that's what you should do. Senate Majority Leader John Thune. Thank you, Phone goddess. Phone goddess up there saying that Senate Majority Leader John Thune is exploring an open ended debate on the Save America act that could run a week or longer, forcing Democrats to publicly defend their opposition to the bill, according to senators and aides. Oh, that's wonderful. How much fun can we possibly have? Oh, we'll just have a week of debate. That'll be great. According to senators and aides. Why it matters, working through nights is on the table beginning early next week. Passing the bill with a 50 vote threshold is not. Axios reports. Oh, so they're not going to do a 50 vote threshold. It's a gambit by Thune to let off some of the mag esteem over an issue President Trump and his supporters say is central to democracy, requiring ID and proof of citizenship to vote. What do you mean Trump and his supporters? The American public says this in all of the polling. This is why we say it's an 8515 issue in all of the polling the public says it's central to democracy, requiring ID and proof of citizenship to vote. It's not just Trump and his MAGA supporters. The idea is to get it to the floor and discuss it and debate the merits of getting this done, said John Boozman. Right now it doesn't appear we have the votes to pass the bill. Oh, okay. So the Senate, which is famous for wasting time, is going to spend next week wasting time because if the end goal is not to pass the legislation, what are you doing? This goes right back to what we've been talking about. We don't need any more show votes. I don't need proof that Democrats suck. I know the Democrats suck. So what do we do about this? Well, Mike Lee, who's been absolutely locked in on this fight, has released a new statement overnight on what he thinks of all of this. And he's staying cheerful and optimistic. He's staying in the fight. I've got some updates from him. In just a moment. We'll talk about what some of these other United States senators are up to. We've actually joined, we've actually picked up another senator or two who are gonna join us on the speaking filibuster fight. But the fight is very much alive and it continues. I've got the updates for you coming up here in just a moment on this edition of vince. I want to thank a great sponsor to our program, American Financing, helping so many homeowners get out of the devastating debt of credit card bills. It's crazy. Mike Lee has jumped into the fray yet again. It seems like we get daily updates from him. God bless him for it. Here's Mike Lee talking about the fight overnight. Watch.
C
Okay, update for the evening. Look, I'm guardedly very optimistic. We've got a real shot at this. Our next strategy has got to just involve delaying as long as possible the moment where we cast a cloture vote. The longer we can leave the debate hanging without cloture, the more we have the chance to force Democrats to articulate their basis for opposing this. We can debate, vote on, perhaps pass amendments along the way, but we want to avoid any short hop to a cloture vote. If we run immediately to that, knowing that we've got a 10 vote cloture deficit, we're going to lose and lose quickly. We can't have that happen. We want to keep this hanging for as long as possible without a cloture vote. We shouldn't file for cloture until we think we can get to 60. And otherwise we keep it going, keep it hanging out there, make them stay for a long period of time through weekends, perhaps. Threatening recesses. That will tend to move things along. Let's get this done. We're not going to slow down. Let's accelerate into the turn. Let's get this thing passed.
A
All right. Listen to Mike Lee. So you see what's happening here. Remember, we moved from, and I hate to even say these words, but we moved from the simple majority vote scenario to this 60 vote scenario, which is even more impossible, candidly. But here's what Mike Lee is saying. All right, you want to play that way? Fine, we'll play that way. Let's go the distance. Let's just get this filibuster going, and we'll drag it on for months, whatever it takes. Let's just keep dragging it on forever until we actually get these guys crying uncle that they want to. They want to bail out of this thing. Oh, fine, fine, fine. Pass it. Fine, pass it. Or at least, at the very least, get this debate running so long that the American people can do nothing but realize what the terms of the debate are. Everybody is suddenly fixated on what the hell are they talking about, why are they objecting to this, what's possibly the opposition here. And if you can use this bout as sort of a warmup act to finally pass it by a simple majority vote via the traditional filibuster, that could be a strategy, too. So what Mike Lee is saying here is basically, I don't care what format you're going to bring this up in, I'm going to use this as an opportunity to. To get closer to the final goal, which is passing the Save America Act. We've got to do it as quickly as possible. And even if people on my own side are going to be the obstruction, we're going to barrel through it, we're going to use every single opportunity to get closer to actual passage. And I want to remind people of something that our buddy Sean Davis said yesterday. He had a really good summary of what John Thune is doing here. This is the technical side of what they're up to in the Senate. He says that basically Thune is refusing to move on the already passed House bill, which would only require a simple majority because the House message is privileged. That matters to the Senate. And if it's privileged, it does allow them to move forward in a simple majority vote. He says instead, they will be moving to a new standalone Senate bill. A new Senate bill is not privileged, and therefore the motion to proceed is debatable, meaning it requires 60 votes. So it's got this higher threshold. And so the point that Sean's been making is, look, Thune's trying to basically cover for the fellas in the, in the party that don't support the Save America Act. He just wants to cover this up and then, you know, they can act like they support it, and yet it still fails anyway. And then the mission that they were on gets achieved. It's also absolutely corrupt. But that's what Sean's antenna are up for right now. So who are the problem senators? Well, we know, we know John Curtis in Utah, big problem. We know Thomas Tillis in North Carolina, big problem. We know Mitch McConnell, of course, in Kentucky, huge problem. The guy can barely think anymore. And then Lisa Murkowski in, in Alaska, big problem. Now, Murkowski has given a bunch of different reasons as to why she opposes the Save America Act. Back in February, she came out and she said she opposes it because it's not Congress's job to regulate elections, despite the fact that the United States constit Constitution, Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1, says that it's Congress's job at any time to alter election regulations across the country. So she's constitutionally illiterate. And then yesterday, a Lindell TV reporter chased her down in the hallway and goes, are you going to support the Save America Act? What's the deal here, Senator? And listen to her latest nonsensical answer. Here's Lisa Murkowski. Cut five. Where do you stand on the Save America Act? You, you know, support getting this legislation passed to protect elections, not as is drafted now. Why not? The implementation in a rural state like Alaska is going to disenfranchise an extraordinary majority. And while I support citizenship voting and voting id, I want to make sure that it's implementable. Did you hear what she just said? She said, yeah, that's not going to work in Alaska because Alaskans are too dumb to register to vote with proof of American citizenship. That Alaskans just can't handle. Showing photo ID when they vote, that, you know, we'll never be able to clean up the voter rolls in Alaska. It's just too challenging for Alaskans. That woman's the senator from Alaska. That's the low regard she has for the base in Alaska. The hell's she doing in the Senate? Of course Lisa Murkowski is there based on a stunt. They've got her from Ranked Choice Voting, this idiotic system in Alaska. And that's how we end up with Lisa Murkowski. But really, Alaskans are too dumb to handle voting correctly. Get out of the United States Senate. It's too much. It's just too much. But once again, that's the patronizing attitude that the establishment has taken towards American citizens on this issue who are wildly supportive of the Save America Act. Now, we did get some decent news yesterday and it may not, you know, it's not going to get us across the finish line just yet. But Tim Scott of South Carolina finally joined the ranks of those of us who want a talking filibuster to get it passed. Here's Tim Scott at a very late hour. Finally joining our fray. Cut four watch.
D
I think the talking filibuster would actually improve comity in our chamber and require us to be present. That might pull some Democrats off the sidelines and get them to vote for this bill because at the end of the day, this is about voter integrity and every demographic in the country. Joe supports it. Why not do common sense? Make America proud.
A
All right, so Tim Scott scratches his name off the list of problem senators, at least for now because, you know, I saw Mark, we have Mark Meadows who's been keeping track of this every day. He keeps updating the list. Keeps updating the list. Go check out Mark Meadows, his X account. You can see it there. And Tim Scott joins the ranks of the good guys. But the list of the bad guys is still far too long. It's still far too long. Now, is there a chance that something very big is about to happen that's going to scramble all of the math in the United States Senate? Well, John Solomon at Just the News says there is. All right, let's. We'll see if we can't get something worked up. Might be pretty good. All right, let's get to the big news that I wanted to share with you. John Solomon. We love John Solomon. We love John Solomon. John Solomon's great. Over at Just the News, it seems like with each passing day, he's got some other provocative piece of important information that he's sharing with the public. And this past 24 hours, he said, you know, all eyes on what's going on right now in Fulton County, Georgia, and Maricopa county in Arizona. You know, the FBI and the United States Department of Justice, they've gone in and whether they've raided or used grand jury subpoenas, they're obtaining all of these. These old ballots and election information from these past elections and taking a close look at these jurisdictions because what they have detected are some of the elements of a crime. This is the only reason FBI or grand jury, the Justice Department is involved is because they're concerned about criminality here. And the fruits of their labors may upend the entire Save America act debate in a meaningful and constructive way. Here's John Solomon on with our friend Benny Johnson in just the last 24 hours. Take a look at what John had to say about all of it. Cut six, your take on Maricopa County. You're saying that what's going to happen is we're going to find out. The Chinese had a major heavy hand in rigging election. What's your take on the raid yesterday in Maricopa?
D
Yeah, it wasn't really right. It was a grand jury subpoena, but they grabbed the stuff. There will be some search warrants executed in the coming days based on my reporting. They're looking at in Maricopa County. It's a very technical thing, just like it was in Georgia. Did you follow state law? Because if you didn't administer a federal election as it was supposed to be, under state law, you can be charged federally. It's just about doing the right thing and following the law. But above that, not in Maricopa county, not in Fulton County. There is an extraordinary review going on by the CIA director, the FBI director, the Director of National Intelligence. So Tulsi Gabbard, John Radcliffe and Casper tell they have found a body of documents that I think will trouble all of us and probably will have a profound effect on the Senate debate over the Save America Act. A lot of senators are sitting up there saying, I don't know if I need to vote for this. I don't know what the politics. Wait a second. When they find out that maybe voter identities in their state databases were penetrated by China and used in influence operations, that may change their mind. And so I think the debate in the Senate could be informed by what comes out in the next few weeks.
A
Oh, fascinating. Oh, that's so interesting. You know, I. Yesterday I had Emily Jashinsky on the, on the big radio show and we were chatting with her about the fact that there are senators who are still holding out that are like, I'm not going to support this thing. I said, what is that? You know, is it just this simple as and unfortunate as, you know, corruption that they're on the take in order to stop the Save America Act? And she did point to, you know, Occam's razor here. Some of this is just, they do have a very patronizing view of maga. Like even Republican senators, they just have a patronizing view of. Of your concerns, your very legitimate concerns. And there's a thought process inside from some senators that this is all a bunch of nonsense, that there's no problem with our elections, there's no issue whatsoever. There's no vulnerability to fraud. Why are we even focused on this? This is a colossal waste of time. They really do have that kind of sort of dismissive head pat attitude about what you and I and so many Americans are so deeply concerned about and what John Solomon is saying is like, look, if you want to get those jackasses on board, telling them in a crystal clear way with these government agencies, revealing in a pretty. It would be a huge deal the extent to which foreign adversaries have been meddling inside of our election systems. It could go a long way towards changing all of the political calculus on the Save America act and towards bringing some more, at the very least, Republicans on board. This idea that Democrats are going to join us, it's just right now, it's complete nonsense. And I don't know if there'll be anything that could possibly develop that will attract Democrats to this. I mean, even, you know, John Fetterman. Fetterman, who has said a series of true things and so therefore has received some golf claps from the right, you know, just in the last 24 hours, he said, I'm not supporting the Save America Act. I can't support it. That's idiotic. That's totally idiotic. You've got to support the Save America Act. It's the most common sense thing ever. Unless, of course, your power depends entirely on fraud keeping you there. And maybe that's what John Fetterman knows. Maybe he realizes fraud is super helpful to him and his party. But look, we need this thing. So thank you, John Solomon, and I really look forward to some updates there. That's not a small thing, by the way, if you've got the Director of National Intelligence, the CIA director and the FBI director and the United States Department of Justice broadly all over this issue. The left is accusing President Trump of trying to rig elections. I don't know how, looking back at old elections, rigs future elections, you jackasses. At all. But that's, but that's it. That's what they're saying. It turns out they lie a lot. That might be the explanation for that. They do lie a lot. All right, hey, I've got. I've got more to get to. We'll. We'll get back to the State of America Act. Thank you for getting together for our daily gathering on that subject. The president yesterday talked about the Iran conflict as well. He said, you know, things have actually gone easier than we expected. And he was asked to resolve this, this question about whether or not this is a war or not. Peter Doocy asked, the president yesterday, goes, hey, you said it was an excursion and you said it was a war. Can you clarify for me? And in typical Trump fashion, he said, it's actually both cut seven, watch. And you said, it is a war. So which one is it?
B
Well, it's both. It's both. It's a, an excursion that will keep us out of a war. And the war is going to be, I mean, for them, it's, It's a war. For us, it's turned out to be easier than we thought. But think of it. They had thousands of missiles, seven, eight thousand missiles. We got many of them. Before they got to lunch. They had drones all over the place. We got many. Now we're knocking out the drone plants, as you know, going fast. They started talking about mines. So we hit 28 mine ships as of this moment. 28.
A
Yeah. The mine thing is a big deal. You know, the Iranians are trying to drive up the cost of oil right now. They're trying to drive up the cost of oil. So they've been trying to lay mines as usual in the Strait of Hormuz, and they've been throwing, you know, various drones and missiles and things in the direction of some of these ships. And in fact, overnight, CNBC reports that three foreign ships were all struck in the Persian Gulf Gulf overnight. And this is because Iran has basically promised verbally that they're going to try and drive up the price of oil internationally to make this too painful, that they feel like that's their only recourse, that the only way to stop our overwhelming success in this, in this battle is to drive up the price of oil and deliver pain at the pump and across the planet. Now, there has been a big response to this internationally. Just in the last 24 hours, the International Energy Agency has authorized the release of over 400 million barrels of oil from international reserves. And yesterday, the Trump administration has announced that they are releasing 172 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. And this is just the President trying to bring the prices back down and to settle out the unease in the markets. That's a, that's the move he's pulling right now. And he's, he's just reacting in real time to what's going on here. And in the meantime, he's also promised, as you've been probably seeing on Truth Social, that he's just going to blow the hell out of these guys. They've been blowing up mining ships that the Iranians have, including when they're just sitting in the docks like crazy. Central Command has been releasing video of that. A lot like what they did when they were blowing up the military was blowing up all of those Venezuelan drug running boats.
D
The.
A
We're doing it now with these Iranian minelayers to Just make it clear like, look, there are real lethal consequences for you, so stop doing this. And the president's move to basically offer U. S backed insurance to these, these big tankers so that they can transit the Strait of Hormuz and to have the United States navy protecting the shipping lanes so that, that's what's underway right now. Meanwhile, the president is trying to get a lot of energy drill just right here in the United States of America. But that Strait of Hormuz is a big deal when you have 20% of the world's oil supply going through the Strait of Hormuz. And if the Iranians are upending it, bringing to, bringing it to a standstill, you're going to see a correlating rise in prices. That's just the way these things work because the market for oil is international. So you're not just buying in an American exclusive market, you're buying in a global free market for oil and that the prices are being driven up by this. So the president and some of the other European countries in particular International Energy Agency are working to open up their reserves right now to bring those prices back down, resolving all of that. One more for you. On Iran today. The president says that as far as Iran is concerned, we've won. He said, you know, we've won there as the core mission is to destroy their nuclear capability. Oh, we've definitely done that. So as far as our military objectives, we've achieved them in record time. Here's President Trump cut eight watch.
B
And as we take decisive action to stop the threat posed by the terrorist regime in Iran with Operation Epic Fury. Is that a great name? Well, it's only good if you win, you know, you can only do. And we've won. Let me tell you, we've won. You know, you never like to say too early, you won, we won, we won. The bet in the first hour, it was over, we won. But, but they gave me a list of names in general, sir, you can pick the name you'd like, sir. I said, the name of what? The name of the attack on Iran, sir. And they gave me like 20 names and I'm like falling asleep. I didn't like any of them. Then I see epic fury. I said, I like that name. I like that name.
A
That's good, guys. So the president is funny. I didn't, you know, I was wondering how they came up with that. I guess they came up with a list. They showed it to him. He said he fell asleep for most of the names and then he saw Operation Epic fury. Epic fury. So that's what they went with. I love. I love how he pretended he was confused about what mission they were talking about. What mission? What one? You know, the one where we attack Iran. Oh, okay, yeah. What are the names? Pretty funny. But, you know, the most important takeaway from that clip is the president is keenly aware of the fact that the United States, meaning Americas, we want to just see this thing brought to completion and resolved and then try and get our guys out of harm's way. That's it. As quickly as we can. Just want the troops out of there. We don't want anybody else getting injured or dying. We want the conflict to be over. We want peace as quickly as possible. And that's what President Trump wants as well. So when the president is now indicating that, yeah, we've done this, actually even faster than possible, we've won, he said, I hate to say that we've won, but we've achieved so many of our military goals. It's a good sign that the president is now figuring out a way to begin to wind this down, that it doesn't mean let Iran get a nuclear weapon, become a harbor for terrorism again. Now, the president's working to stop all of that, but he's also working to try and have the smallest footprint possible to have this thing continue. And that's a big deal. It's also a sign, of course, that they've learned, this administration, in particular, has learned from all of the ridiculous American adventurism through the years by so many other US Governments that did not lead to good outcomes, instead just led to more chaos. And that's the thing they're looking to avoid. And in Iran, remember Iran, they are merchants of chaos. We were resolving a chaotic situation, not inducing one, which is typically what the American foreign policy establishment has done over the last few decades. They've induced chaotic situations. President Trump is cleaning one up. So we'll keep our eyes on that. But the president clearly indicating that he's looking at how to wind this thing down to the benefit of the United States, which is. Which is very good news. I'm glad to hear that. All right, now, speaking of that military, the left has a fake scandal of the week. You guys ready for a fake scandal of the week chat? You ready for the last fake scandal of the week? We have so many of them, but this really. This seems like the big one this week, Ladies and gentlemen. Here we go. And now it's time for the left fake scandal. Yes, indeed. Huh? Extra. Extra. Yes, indeed. The fake Scandal of the week. This one involves the United States military and specifically Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. The New Republic this week has got the left all going absolutely crazy that Pete Hegseth is ingesting millions and millions of dollars of lobster tail and steak. You tracking this at all? This. This story is one of the single most ridiculous fake scandals we've ever seen. Pete Hegseth blew billions of dollars on fruit basket stands, chairs, and crab, says the New Republic. The Pentagon spent more money in September. That's the end of the 2025 fiscal year than it had in any other year since 2008. But a good chunk of the budget wasn't used for anything that could be considered a pertinent military expense, says the New Republic. They say they burned through $93 billion that month alone. And they say some of the frivolous September purchases made under Secretary Pete Hegsess Stewardship includes a $98,329 Steinway Sons grand piano for the Air Force chief of staff's home, $5.3 million for Apple devices such as the new iPad, and an astronomical amount of shellfish, including $2 million for Alaskan king crab and $6.9 million worth of lobster tail. Lobster tail is apparently a favorite of Hegseth's Pentagon. The department spent more than $7.4 million total on the luxury item in March, May, June, and October. $7.4 million now. Now $7.4 million. One more thing. I'll get to that in a moment. They also dropped $15.1 million on ribeye steak. That's again, just for September. $124,000 for ice cream machines, and $139,000 on 272 orders of donuts. You got it. So the frame up here from the New Republic, this ridiculous outlet, is that Pete Hegseth is buying all of this to stuff into his own face. That is just Pete Hegseth sitting around eating $2 million of Alaskan king crab, tens of millions of dollars of lobster tail that he just bought $15.1 million of ribeye steak to stuff into his face. That's the plan. Pete Hegseth. You think that's Pete Hegseth's diet, by the way. You think he's just eating all that? I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that's not his diet. Chat. Why would the United States military buy steak and lobster? What would that be for? What? What in the world would steak and lobster be for? Is it for Pete? Heckseth, it's for the troops. The whole chat knows this. We got a lot of veterans in the chat too. It's for the troops. Steak and lobster are for especially our forward deployed military. We're taking care of the guys who take care of us. This is not a new tradition. It is a long lasting tradition in the United States military. Here's one example, one expression of it from Military.com this past month. They caught surf and turf before the storm. And they talk about how across branches and generations, service members have circulated a widely recognized belief. When steak and lobster appear in the dining facility, something significant may be coming. It's often described as a surf and turf meal. The combination has become embedded in military culture as a symbolic precursor to deployments, combat operations or extended missions. While experiences vary by unit and theater, anecdotal accounts from service members consistently reinforce the association between morale boosting meals and periods of heightened operational tempo. It's part of military folklore now shared in barracks conversations, deployment stories, online veteran communities. The surf and turf meal. You go and you get steak and lobster. We're feeding the troops here. Now that has not stopped the left from its complete and utter emotional incontinence. They've gone absolutely crazy about this. Look, for instance, at this clip. This comes to us from CNN Overnight. Here is longtime left wing CNN debater Paul Bagala saying that Pete Hegseth just did this all for himself. I mean, I can't even. I mean, I guess I can believe how stupid this is. But watch this. Here we go, this one. The great Thomas Hearn pulling this clip. Here's CNN last night and some receipts built into it. He has spent $15 million in one month for ribeye steaks, 6.9 million for lobster tail, $225 million for furniture. He spent more in the month of September than most countries on earth spend in their defense. Do you believe for himself lobster tails? Do you believe our troops are eating MREs? No, no, no. Do you believe. Do you believe the secretary of defense is personally eating all the lobster? Well, he can't eat 16 troops. Oh, lob. Oh, really? The troops are getting lobster frequently, bro.
B
This defect has steak and lobster.
A
How's your steak and lobster? All right. Damn near decent.
B
How's yours?
C
Ready for war.
A
Going to war. Troops who are going to war.
B
Oh my God.
A
Great meal. You know that?
B
Getting lobster.
A
You are so killed over this. You're going to get killed over this. Internet, do something.
B
I might have to double it.
A
I had to run it back.
B
I had to run it back.
A
He has spent 15 million. He goes. I love. I love how confidently incorrect Paul Bala is. He's like, the troops are not getting the steak and lobster. That's precisely who's getting the steak and lobster. Internet, do your thing. Hilarious. Scott Jennings, once again successfully dunking on the idiots they put on the panel with him. Paul Bagala. He's not getting this thing a lobster. And this has become. Once again, it's a token of faith on the left. They think there's no way the troops are getting this food. Here's Adam freaking Schiff, the guy who is known for lying about everything. Watermelon head himself, Mr. Pencil Neck, coming out and saying that this is all like some sort of cruel theft. That. That Pete Hegseth is just stealing steak and lobster from the American people. Here's this idiot, Adam Schiff, just in the last 24 hours. Watch this. So how much did you spend last
C
year on fruit basket stands? Well, The Pentagon spent 12,000, and that's a lot of fruit basket stands.
A
But that's not all. They wasted a whole lot more money than that. Take a look. So far, this war has cost over $6 billion. But burning through cash is nothing new for Secretary of War Pete Hegseth because a government watchdog discovered that he blew billions on things like $5.3 million for new iPads, $60,000 for Herman Miller recliners, and $12,000 for fruit basket stands. You know, and then so the clip continues. I don't care about seeing more Stephen Colbert, but Adam Schiff is lying to you. And then Colbert goes on and talks about all this steak and the lobster. Yeah, the steak and the lobster is for the troops. It's for the troops. And by the way, that piano that they referenced, there was a piano referenced in the New Republic piece. The $98,320 Steinway Sons piano. Yeah, this is for the musicians in the United States military who. We have very, very talented musicians in the United States military. They need a piano to play. It turns out if anybody. You guys know anything about these grand pianos, apparently this is a steal for a Steinway. A $98,000 Steinway. The military got a good price on it, in other words. But this. Everything has to become a scandal with these jackasses. I love the left who pretend that they're very frugal, too. Like, they're very. They're very good at, you know, holding onto the money. It's. The whole thing is so crazy. Accusing the Trump administration of wasteful spending. President Trump just shrunk 10% of the entire federal workforce. He got rid of 300,000 federal workers to try and save a ton of money for the American people. I'll take that any day of the week. I'll take feeding the troops and shrinking the federal workforce any freaking day of the week. Finally on this story, one of the one of the most hilarious headlines I've seen on the whole subject comes to us from a website called the Advocate. The Advocate, which is like an LGBTQIA2 spirit plus website. They this is their headline. Pentagon spent more on lobster in one month than it did on trans health care all year.
B
Good.
A
Thank God. So in other words, we spent a lot of money on feeding the troops steak and lobster, which they definitely deserve. And we didn't spend very much on mutilating them, which they definitely don't deserve. Well, that's great news. Thank you. Thank you for your attention to this matter. What a world. It really is the left's fake scandal of the week. It's, it's amazing. It's absolutely amazing. And you're amazing. You're really the best audience anywhere.
