In this episode, Vince reacts to President Trump’s announcement that he plans to release long-hidden extraterrestrial and UFO files, raising new questions about what the government may know regarding alien life. Meanwhile, outrage erupts as a wave of Left-wing activists appear to celebrate individuals accused of attacking ICE officers.

Yes. All right, look, we've got a lot going on. Want to thank my friends over at Hillsdale. I had a nice night last night with them. I went, you know Hillsdale College, which is a wonderful, wonderful operation. Hillsdale. They. They've got an amazing college in Michigan, their undergraduate school. And for any of you, I don't know anybody in the chat, go to Hillsdale. Did anyone go to Hillsdale? All the Hillsdale graduates I meet are just incredible. Hillsdale takes no government money whatsoever. And so as a result, they can just teach, like, regular stuff, like, think, like, things about American history. And they give people a real education. It's awesome. And they also have a graduate school of government in Washington, D.C. and I'm friends with a bunch of the guys over there, and they invited me over last night to do a. What they do each year, they do a Washington Lincoln toast, where you go and a couple of us get a chance to basically toast the first President and the 16th President of the United States and talk about their place in American history and why it's so important that we remember our history. And it's a wonderful. It was a wonderful night. I appreciated it. I was there at the invitation of Dr. Matthew Spaulding, who runs the operation, and he's got this great book now. It's called the Making of the American Mind, the Story of Our Declaration of Independence. Check that out. There it is. For those of you watching rumble.com Vince, I. It is the 250th anniversary of America, so it is nice to just pause every so often and think about, isn't it great? What a gift we have, what a gift we have as a country. And the thing that I had to do, as I think about, like, what is this toast going to be about? Is I had to ground myself in, like, okay, what. What's a good thing to reflect on? And here's if. If I might just share with you my brief reflections on the subject of, you know, where we are in our country right now. You know, we look around and we say, man, there's a lot of chaos right now. Like, the left, they've kicked our borders open. There's all sorts of election rigging operations going on. The economy's been meddled with inflation out of control. You know, opioid deaths. Over 100,000 people a year have been dying. It's just been crazy. And thanks to your votes and getting President Trump in office, we've been able to turn a lot of that back, which has been wonderful. Now, does the left want to get rid of our progress? Yeah, absolutely. They really do. They're chomping at the bit to do that, but we've made a lot of headway but here's where I want to just ground you in American history for a moment. Just think about what George Washington was dealing with as the father of our country. This is a guy who leads this nascent American military. You know, commissioned by the Continental Congress to go against the most powerful military on planet Earth, against the British Empire. He's going toe to toe with the King. This is what the stakes were. And it was all about the future of our country. George Washington's talking about Providence. I mean, we are praying that God is on our side in a fight with unbelievable odds against us. And that's what George Washington led us through into the founding of our country. And Abraham Lincoln leading the country, holding the country together, holding together the vision that George Washington fought for in a world where. How many Americans did we lose in the Civil War? Think about it. We lost upwards of 750,000Americans in the Civil War. 750,000. It was absolutely devastating. We only had 30 million people who lived here. We lost 750,000Americans. Bloody, very bloody, very destructive. And so when we go through trying times in American history, as we are right now, it's worth keeping some perspective on just how difficult our past has been and just how epic it's been that we've been able to overcome those challenges. So in that history, we should find hope about what we can achieve today. You know what I mean? And then the last thing I'll say on this subject, and then we'll move on to the news of the day, is just in terms of like, reflecting on George Washington again. On the 250th anniversary of our country, I'm reminded of a story that became a scandal a couple years ago. Chat. Do you remember the Appeal to Heaven scandal involving Justice Alito? Do you remember this? Justice Samuel Alito's wife, Martha Annalito, flew an Appeal to Heaven flag outside of her home. Outside of their home. And at the time, I wasn't actually aware of the Appeal to Heaven flag. I didn't know a tremendous amount about it. And let me show, let me show you a picture of it. Those of you on the, on the, on the Rumble Chat, I want to just give you a look at this thing. This is the Appeal to Heaven flag. I didn't know about it at the time. I didn't know much about it. I'd seen it, but I hadn't taken the time to look at the history of it. And if you can't see it, if you're listening on audio, it's very simply a pine Tree set to a white flag. And right above it is the expression, an appeal to heaven. An appeal to heaven. And the reason this became a national scandal is because apparently there were people that were carrying this flag on January 6th. And additionally, Martha Ann Alito had decided to fly it outside of her house. And you start to wonder, what's the flag about? Well, the answer to that question is really cool. It's a really cool flag. When? In 1775, even before we declare our independence in 1776, as the Continental Congress is mobilizing an army to fight the British, they commissioned what we now know as the United States Navy, the Continental Navy at the time, and the six first ships that Washington commissions in the state of Massachusetts need a flag to fly above them. And the flag they agree to fly above those ships is this one. An appeal to heaven. Where does that expression come from? The expression an appeal to heaven comes from John Locke's Second Treatise on Government, the British philosopher John Locke. And in it, he makes a really basic point, which is that at the end of everything, at the end of the day, if you lose your government, if you have nowhere else to appeal, you can appeal to heaven. You can appeal to heaven above. Because if you believe in the eternal, which I do, if you believe in the Lord Almighty, the author of everything, well, then you're never without hope. You always have recourse. You always have somewhere to appeal. And this thinking, an appeal to heaven, is the very thinking that founded our country. That right there, the flag I'm showing you on screen is an American flag. It is an American flag. In fact, it's one of the founding American flags. And it's an epic part of our history. And, you know, this past week, we heard Marco Rubio, right? We heard Rubio go speak to the Munich Security Conference, and he says over and over to remember the Christian foundations of our country. Did you notice that? Did you notice that Marco Rubio said that? The Christian foundations of our country. Very unusual for a Secretary of State to use this kind of language, at least in this era, but it wouldn't have been unusual to the founders at all. I could talk about this all day. But anyway, the point is, we live in an amazing country, and with all the craziness that we are constantly served, it's good sometimes to ground ourselves in how it was founded and the trying times we've been through. And I think that helps steel us for the fights that are ahead. So thank you for letting me take a detour, and thank you to Hillsdale. For those of you who welcomed me last night, I appreciate it. I had a great time with the Hillsdale guys. They really are so super impressive. Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent, is a Hillsdale graduate, and you can tell, you can tell she's got her head on, right? Really great. All right, let's dive into some of the topics today. We get. We. The truth is apparently out there. Boy, oh, boy, how things have moved in the last 24 hours, as the President of the United States has now posted to Truth Social a pretty big declaration of what's about to come next. He said, based on the tremendous interest shown, I will be directing the Secretary of War and other relevant departments and agencies to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena, and Unidentified flying objects, and any and all other information connected to those highly complex but extremely interesting and important matters. God bless America. I don't know. Chat, is this a big deal? Buddy serve33 says this is just another distraction. What do you mean, buddy serve? Lay it out for me. What is it? A distraction from what? What could it. A distraction? The President of the United States just announced he's going to declassify all of the UFO stuff, the ET Stuff. It kind of seems like a big deal. Repeat, 1776 says it's a huge deal. This is a very huge deal. El Souder, how does this affect my life? I don't know. El Souder, we're going to find out how it affects your life. You know what I mean? I like this. Roswell 2086. I'll take 3 million Epstein files and two prosecutions over aliens. Yeah, well, luckily you're getting all of the above. Roswell. Your name's Roswell. Of course you want the Elliott files. Come on now. You named yourself Roswell. Anyway, so here we are. This does seem like a big deal. Yeah, we've never seen anything like it. There's never been anything like it. And also, if you think about what this means, that what it really means is if there's classified information to release here and that, like every other president, has either been under some sort of pressure or has decided to actively deceive the public on what they knew. And this president said, you know what? The hell with that. I'm gonna release everything. The predicate to this this week is actually a series of kind of interesting things, which is we get Obama, who does this, this random podcast. He's asked about this, and the guy asks him, remember, kind of famously now, hey, do aliens exist? And then Obama's like, yeah, they do. And then, and then that's it. The guy doesn't follow up at all. And then the rest of us are left wondering like, what the hell is this about? Listen to Obama this week. This is what kicked off this big news cycle and now where President Trump is jumping in. Are aliens real? They're real, but I haven't seen them. And they're not being kept in, what is it, Area 51. Area 51. There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and they, they hid it from the President of the United States. What was the first question you wanted answered when you became President? Where are the aliens?
C
Where are the aliens?
A
So he goes, yeah, aliens exist. The guy doesn't ask any follow ups about that. And then Obama said, but they're not in Area 51. There's no big underground thing. Unless it's been kept secret from me. That's it. Okay. So that was the Obama iteration of things. And then we also got an interview this week with Lara Trump. Lara Trump had some words to say on the subject. She was talking to Miranda Devine on her podcast and Miranda asked her about this, like, hey, in the conversations with your father in law, has the issue of aliens ever come up? You have anything like that? And here's what she had to say. She said, actually it's interesting. We're going to get an address from President Trump on this subject soon.
D
Listen to Laura sort of thing. And so I do think it's something that, that he's, he's looking into and at least educating himself on to make a decision.
B
Another thing I believe I heard on your podcast that you've discussed with the president is UFOs. Do you think that he's, he's about to make an announcement about UFOs because President Obama was just on a podcast talking how he believes in UFOs and hinting that he saw something when he was President.
D
Well, I, I said this in my podcast too. What's funny is we've kind of asked my father in law about this because we're like, well, what do you know? Because Miranda, we all want to know about the UFOs, right? We all want to know what's going on. And he played a little coy with us. And so that of course led us to believe. Eric and I were like, oh my gosh, if he won't even like fully tell us, maybe there's more to it. And then I have just heard kind of around that I think he's actually Said, I think my father in law's actually said it, that there is some speech that he has that I guess at the right time, and I don't know when the right time is, he's gonna break out and talk about, and it has to do with maybe some sort of extraterrestrial life, so to speak. I just, you know, I look at things from the perspective of the vastness of our universe and I'm a. I'm a kind of a numbers person. You know, I don't get nervous flying because the odds are very much in your favor. Flying. The odds that anything will happen to you are far greater in a car than they ever will be in an airplane. But I'm also looking at the odds in terms of how much is out there in the universe. And it would be pretty wild to think that the only spot where there was any sort of life in the entire universe was here on Earth.
A
All right, so that's Laura's take. And then so the big news takeaway from her is like, hey, we're getting a big speech from the President soon on the subject. I did see who did. Oh, Ishmael Cord in our chat says, once again, it's not aliens, it's undocumented non terrestrial persons. Of course. Thank you. Thank you, Ishmael. I appreciate you for that. Yes, that's. We got to be. We got to be correct about these things. Also in the chat, I'm seeing a lot of people say, you know, Vince, not from another planet. This is not. This is not extraterrestrial visitors from Mars or some distant solar system or something. What we're dealing with is demons. What we're dealing with is something dark. There's spiritual darkness at play here. And I've seen this theory bandied about, and I think it's very reasonable to take it seriously. They really have something here. I think it's very reasonable to keep that thought in your hypothesis inventory. And if you're talking about like biological matter that has something to do with the demonic, I mean that. I think that opens up a whole new world of thinking and theologically and everything else. It's pretty wild. So what could come next could be a very big deal. It could be a very big deal. So like I said, the President has posted to Truth Social that he's going to be declassifying all of this. One other moment. Yesterday, the President was asked about this aboard Air Force One by our friend Peter Doocy. And he specifically said that Obama, in running his mouth, had said something that was actually Classified, that he shouldn't have said what he said, to which I responded instantly, well, didn't he just commit a crime then? Isn't that a crime? Did we charge anybody? That kind of seems like a crime if he's giving away classified information illegally. You know, Trump was prosecuted by Jack Smith for doing something that wasn't even illegal, but they accused him of stealing classified information, if I, if I remember correctly. But, but here's President Trump, apparently very merciful. He says, you know, maybe I'll declassify it so that the problem can go away for Obama. Not sure if it works that way. I think if you break the law, even if you declassify the information later, you'd still be guilty. But here's President Trump, he's a very generous man, talking about what Obama said and what President Trump might do next, which of course, he did. Later in the evening, Barack Obama said that aliens are real. Have you seen any evidence of, of non human visitors to Earth?
C
Well, he gave classified information. He's not supposed to be doing that.
A
So aliens are real?
C
Well, I don't know if they're real or not. I can tell you he gave classified information. He's not supposed to be doing that. He made a big mistake. He took it out of classified information. No, I don't have an opinion on it. I never talk about it. A lot of people do. A lot of people believe it. Do you believe it, Peter?
A
I will. The President can declassify anything that he wants to.
C
So if you want to make an announcement, I may get him out of trouble by declassifying.
A
I may get him out of trouble by declassifying, he says. The President of the United States subsequently saying, I'm releasing everything. Okay, let's see what they put out. Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War, immediately saying he was on it last night, posting to acts that he's. He's on it, Mr. President. So we'll see what they produce. Kind of fascinating. A lot of people have been fascinated by this for years, but we'll see, we'll see. You know, the reality is, like, don't you feel like we're at a point in our country where nothing shocks us anymore? Literally nothing? I mean, it was a couple years ago, right, where we started to have all these disclosures about these very unusual propulsion systems and videos and Navy pilots encountering bizarre flying objects that defy the laws of physics. And what did the American public. What did everybody do? They're like, huh? Everyone kind of shrugged. Remember, for years, I mean, the thought process was like, hey, if we share anything about stuff like this, everyone's going to go crazy. It's going to be pandemonium. Like, there's buildings are going to burn down. Everyone's going to be looting everything, running for their lives. And none of us did that. The left did that. But that's because that's what they do every day. But the rest of us were okay. Yeah, makes sense. Makes sense. I mean, we've, we've seen crazy things in our lives. Just added to the pile. Just added to the pile. So we'll see what they add to the pile. That's, that's, that's coming. In other news, which I'll get to in just a moment, we've got President Obama, excuse me, forget President Obama out of here. We've got President Trump adding his voice in a big way to our push for the Save America Act. This is a big deal. We'll get to the president's contributions. We've got a lot to talk about related to election integrity. That's ahead on this edition. Events. Love having you here. All right, let's get into. Let's get into what's going on with election integrity, shall we? Ladies and gentlemen, here we go. Save America act update from the President of the United States. Here's what he has to say on the subject. Truth Social late yesterday, he says, we have to. We are going to have the Save America Act. You got that? We are going to have the Save America act act one way or the other, after approval by Congress through the very proper use of the filibuster or at minimum, by a talking filibuster. Allah. Mr. Smith goes to Washington. Now, let's dwell on this for a moment. Remember, I showed you video recently of the President being asked by our Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent, asking the President, do you support a talking filibuster for this? And he said, yes. And he kind of just basically gave a basic answer of like, anything it takes. Yeah, the talking filibuster would be good. He sort of generically acknowledged that that would be a good route. This is even more determined than the comments that he gave to this audience that he gave to Reagan. This is him saying, straight up, we're having this thing. This will become the law. This in no uncertain terms is now the bully pulpit being used on John Thune. This is without even saying John's name. He's telling Senator Thune, you're doing this. We're getting the Save America act passed. You're going to use whatever tools are at your disposal, including that talking filibuster. Allah. Mr. Smith goes to Washington. So, yes, that's a direct challenge. As Hard Time 75 says in the chat, it's a direct challenge to Thumbnail. And so John Thune, I mean, imagine what he's thinking is, he's going to bed last night. Crap. He was kind of hoping that maybe this would peter out, that nobody would be all that interested in talking about it anymore. The President jumping in with a sustainer for the fight that you and I have been engaged in for months now. We've been all over this, get this thing through this week. We've seen the convulsions of the establishment. There's op EDS flying left and right trying to say, this can't be done. This would be catastrophic. This would be awful to do this. And on and on and on. It's this, this is nonsense. This is tantrum throwing. And it's These are lies, too. Candidly, for those who definitely know better, they're lies. It's just lies. This can be brought to the floor of the Senate and passed with a simple majority. So long as Democrats are given the opportunity, which they'll surely take, to mount a speaking filibuster as soon as they're tired, then we can pass this thing. Will it be a little difficult? Yeah, sure. Yeah. Anything worth doing in life is a little difficult. But this is very important. We need election integrity nationwide because the left is on the march. They're moving with aggression. In fact, we talked yesterday about Virginia. Virginia is a perfect example of where the left is moving with utter aggression. The Democrats control everything in Virginia now. They have the House, the Senate and the Governor's mansion. And as a result, they're using that power very cruelly on the population. Immediately. They're raising taxes. 50 different tax hikes that they're pushing for. They're immediately stopping immigration enforcement. They're making it easier to commit fraud with federal taxpayer dollars. They're going for broke in Virginia right now. And the big thing that I told you about yesterday is they're trying to rig all the congressional elections. Doctor. Hey, Dr. Adwani, is that your name or Drad Duani? I'm not even sure. I'll just say Doctor. Doc. Doc asks, what do I think about what Judge Hurley did in Virginia yesterday? Hold on, Doc. I'm getting to that. You're jumping out ahead of me. Don't ruin my flow. So here's what we got. In Virginia, they're trying to rig the elections. They want to take it from six, five Democrat to Republican congressional seats to. To ten. One Democrat to Republican congressional seats. How does that work in a state where it's half Republican and half Democrat? You're going to take 10 of the seats. 10 of the seats. Hailstorm. Is anybody listening to me? Hailstorm. 1962 goes. Vince, the judge blocked it. No shit. I'm getting to it. Holy crap. Let the man work. I'm cooking here. I'm cooking. I'm cooking. I'm cooking. I'm getting there. The chat, the chat so far ahead of me. It's so funny. I love the chat. So here's what happens yesterday. The chat, spoiling it for me. But here's the great news. Yesterday. Thank the good Lord. Reinforcements appear. The rnc, the nrcc, a couple of Republican congressmen, they. They all file lawsuits. Now, this was now two days ago, two afternoons ago. Emergency lawsuits in the state of Virginia, in Tazewell Virginia in order to try and block this thing, and Tazewell is the right jurisdiction to do it, you get a fair judge there, it's going to. It's going to be a lot better situation than filing in some of these lefty operations. And sure enough, wham, we get a good decision yesterday from the judge who has now issued an injunction against every level of the state to allow this ridiculous redistricting vote to go forward on April 21st. Now, this is in no way the end of this saga. This is in no way the end of this saga. Nair. Nair says too much lead up, Vince. Less words. Well, technically, it would be fewer words. Naira Nair. And if you want to do this on your show, go for it. Knock it out here. Here's what we have. Court halts April 21 redistricting vote, siding with RNC and GOP lawmakers, says the Virginia Mercury local publication. A Tazewell County Circuit court judge on Thursday granted an emergency injunction blocking what Republicans call an unlawful April 21 redistricting referendum while the case is heard in court. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Chief Judge Jack Hurley has issued a temporary restraining order barring state and local election officials from moving forward with the planned vote, state and local. This is not just Tazewell. This is for the whole state, the whole commonwealth of Virginia. The move hands the plaintiffs in the case, the rnc, the nrcc, also Congressman Ben Klein and Congressman Morgan Griffith a reprieve. A brief one at least, in a high stakes fight for the state of Virginia. Here's what the judge said. The judge said in the injunction that the plaintiffs, that would be Republicans, sane people, have an extraordinarily high likelihood of success on the merits, an extraordinarily high likelihood of success on the merits, based on the claim that the referendum violates a whole bunch of things. It violates the Virginia constitution, the law, everything. There's not enough time being allotted to hold an election like this. It's being done too quickly. The language of the ballot initiative, remember when I read it to you yesterday and I said, listen, look at this Orwellian garbage in the ballot, on the ballot, it says that it would, quote, restore fairness to Virginia elections for people to vote for it. In other words, when you go into the ballot box, yes or no, do you want to restore fairness? Oh, yes, I want to restore fairness. And you're like, click yes on it. Restore fairness. Restore fairness means letting the Democrats rig the whole damn election. It's, like, so crazy. So, no, it's not restoring fairness. That's just Orwellian nonsense. That's Newspeak. So Hurley said that the language is, quote, is. Is likely misleading and violates the constitution of the state because it would, quote, lead a voter to believe he or she were doing something unfair by voting against the proposed amendment. You want to. Want to do anything unfair, would you? You support fair elections, don't you? Yeah. Good for this judge. Now, where do we go next? It could. It works its way to the Virginia Supreme Court. That's in no way a sure thing. The Virginia Supreme Court has been working against fairness. They've been working against decency. So it may very well be a disaster there. But in the meantime, when I was saying earlier this week, hey, where are the Republicans on this? Are they moving? I want to give them credit. The rnc, the nrcc, the Virginia GOP is involved in this, filing this lawsuit, freezing this up for now, and stopping that election from taking place because it was a scam. It was a complete scam. So that April 21st redistricting vote, for the moment, it's on ice. In the order, all defendants are now restrained in their official capacities from even administering the election. Here's the order issued by the judge yesterday. The plaintiffs include the man who runs the Virginia Department of Elections, the entire Virginia Department of Elections, the guy, the chairman of the State Board of Elections. They're all ordered here that they are not allowed to do this here. Here's what they say. The judge says all defendants are temporarily restrained in their official capacities from administering, preparing for taking any action to further the procedure of the referendum or otherwise moving forward with causing an election to be held on the proposed constitutional amendment. In other words, stop. Good news. Very good news. Thank you. Like Banderson says Vince is the man, and then says, shush, little boy to somebody in chat. I'm not sure who the little boy is, but you should listen to Banderson. Banderson knows what he's talking about. All right, we've got a lot more to get to here on the program, including. Well, I've got. I've got some craziness. I've got some craziness for you. The left is very angry, is very angry that President Trump's in office. They're mad at you, and they're so mad at you that they can't even control themselves. Usually they will try and deceive their way forward, but now they're straight up just saying out loud what they intend to do to you if they get power back. Okay, let's assess. Is that how that works? Whatever. Click like, thank you. Click the T. Robinson. Click the thing. Thank you, T. I appreciate you. I appreciate you. All right, let's see. We've got, we've got some crazy lefties out there. Let's take a look at Susan Rice. Remember Susan Rice? She was the woman who lied about Benghazi on national television. She's also, it turns out, basically the person who ran the, the Biden White House. She's been alleged to have been really kind of the power behind the White House or at least one of the people behind the White House running President Auto Pen's operation. So Susan Rice is an Obama acolyte. She's as close to Obama as anybody. And she just did an interview where she is very openly talking about how tyrannical the left needs to be now in terms of their treatment of American citizens after the left gets power again. Now, previously, the way the left operated was they pretended that there was something just about what they were up to, that they were, quote, defending democracy, that they were doing something on your behalf that was confined to what the Constitution intended. And they did this to destroy the lives of Christians. In January, six people and Donald Trump and Trump supporters. Yeah, that's just par for the course. Now they're giving up even the deception. Listen to Susan Rice as she describes what the left has in store for the rest of us the second they get power back. Here she is.
B
But, but when it comes to the elites, you know, the, the, the corporate interests, the law firms, the universities, the media, I agree with you, Preet. It, it, it is not, it's not going to end well for.
A
I think she's talking to Preet Bharara, the former US Attorney in New York.
B
Them, for those that decided that it was, you know, that they would act in their perceived very narrow self interest, which I would underscore is very short term self interest, and, you know, take a knee to Trump, I think they're now starting to realize, wait a minute, you know, this is not popular. Trump is not popular. What he is doing, whether on the economy and affordability or on immigration now is not popular. And that there is likely to be actually wildly popular.
A
I mean, it's, and it's so much more popular than anything Democrats are doing. Have you seen Democrat approval ratings? They're in the toilet. What was the comparison we were using this week? Less popular than gas station sushi. Yeah. Less popular than whatever results from gas station sushi.
B
That's what Democrats are, a swing in the other direction. And they are going to be caught with more than their pants down. They're going to be held accountable by those who come in opposition to Trump and win at the ballot box. And I can tell you, Preet, as I talk to leaders in Washington, leaders in our party, leaders in the states, if these corporations think that Democrats, when they come back in power, are going to play by the old rules and, you know, and, and say, oh, never mind, we'll, we'll forgive you for all the people you fired, all the policies and, and principles you violated, all, you know, the laws you've skirted.
A
You hear what she said?
B
I think they've got enough.
A
She's talking about dei. She's talking about how these corporations, you heard what she said at the top corporations, law firms and universities. These are the, these are the organizations she wants to destroy. Well, what are the corporations done? The corporations have been getting rid of their racial prejudice operations that they used to call dei. They've been doing that. The social media companies are now freer places for speech because the Trump administration is in office. Are they all better? No, they're not. Are they still trying to be duplicitous? Yes, they are. But the Trump administration is placing extraordinary pressure on all of these institutions to follow the law. That's it. That's all the Trump administration is asking. Stop judging people based on race and gender. Stop censoring American citizens from their free speech. These are basic principles. And Susan Rice is infuriated about this. She wants racial prejudice baked in. She wants free speech to be trampled. She wants these universities to be filling their students heads with communist propagandistic nonsense, destructive nonsense, collectivist nonsense. That's what she wants. And she's infuriated that we have made any headway into writing this ship. So now she's saying we're gonna use the forces of government to crush any institution who's actually adhered to the Constitution.
B
Other thing coming. Because just like when Trump thought, okay, I'll redistrict and the Democrats won't have the guts to, to play hardball, they're going to be surprised. Democrats are, have had a belly full and we're not going to play by, you know, the old set of rules when these guys are playing by a very different set of rules. We're going to play by the law, but that's. We're not going to violate the law the way they do bullshit, but we're not going to be suckers. And so I think, you know, whether you're a law firm, whether you're university, whether you're a media entity, whether you're a big corporation, whether big.
A
They're going after media entities, tech. Is that a shot at rumble? What is that a shot at that shot? They're gonna go after media outlets. She's declaring, she's declaring war on anybody who stands in the left's way by telling the truth.
B
To play a long game, not this short game that has been so detrimental. There will be an accountability agenda. You know, companies already are starting to hear they better preserve their documents.
A
When you hear her talking about all this, just think this is Obama. Who's saying this? This is Obama world. They are absolutely chomping at the bit to take over our lives again.
B
They better be ready for subpoenas. If they've done something wrong, they'll be held accountable. And if they haven't broken the law, good for them. If they've done the right things, good for them. That also will be noted.
A
And such bull. You know, think about what they did and the way they came after President Trump and everybody around him. They were accusing Trump supporters of violating laws that didn't even apply. Remember, remember the January 6th defendants? A lot of them were smacked with this thing about obstructing a congressional investigation, a congressional proceeding. That law that was applied incorrectly to Trump supporters was actually for white collar crimes. It was related to the Enron scandal and the destruction of documents related to congressional investigations. It wasn't related to American citizens walking into their own Capitol building. And yet that law was used to destroy the lives of endless Trump supporters. And that's what Susan Rice stands for. Susan Rice doesn't regret that. Susan Rice enthusiastically cheered that on. She's disgusting. But long gone are the days of them pretending that they're doing anything decent. This. They're out for blood. And that's Susan Rice making a declaration for that. Just in case you were wondering if you. If you need any more motivation to fight for your country, there it is. There it is. And you know that guy that I just told you about, that. Those prosecutions that I just told you about? You know who was primarily responsible for those prosecutions? It was a former D.C. u.S. Attorney by the name of Matthew Graves. You guys remember Matthew. Matthew Graves, yeah. D.C. u.S. Attorney Matthew Graves. Just a guy, didn't prosecute any actual criminals, but he decided to destroy the lives of Trump supporters. And that was gonna be a big fun thing for him. Talk about a guy I'd love to see behind bars. Matthew Graves. Boy, does he deserve it. As 70% of all of the arrests that were done in D.C. of actual criminals, they just went free. They went free because Matt Graves did not want to prosecute them. Trump supporters. Destroy their lives. Destroy their lives. And yeah, I was just talking to somebody yesterday about this. A. Oh. Like, I was actually, I was talking to a Trump administration official about it that, you know, in D.C. in January, there was only one homicide. Did you know that? One, one. What a world. Remember when D.C. was like the murder capital the of the country for a bit, like the left, like completely wrecked D.C. matt Graves, like, completely wrecked D.C. they just let the criminals run wild and Trump comes in and cleans it up. Isn't that wild? And didn't take a new law. It just took a new president. It took somebody enforcing the law. Man, they really cleaned up that police department. They made it so much better. It's unreal. Anyway, thank you to the president for that. That's why that grandma this week was singing President Trump's praises, because he deserves it. He deserves it. In nearby Fairfax County, Virginia, right across the pooptomic river, there is a crazy case going on involving another crazy left wing prosecutor. In Fairfax county, they have, well, in Virginia, they have these things called commonwealth's attorneys. It's like a state's attorney. But Virginia is considered a commonwealth technically. So it's a commonwealth attorney. And the guy's name is Steve Descano. He's funded by George Soros. He's been in office for far too long. And his entire tenure has involved allowing hardened criminals to get back out on the street and then to rape, maim and murder again. And so that's who Steve Descano is. And out of Fairfax county, we have, I think, an illustrative story about how horrific these lefty prosecutors are. Again, a man who meticulously plotted a father's execution style murder has just landed a sweetheart plea deal from that prosecutor. And it's an insanity deal. He pled guilty by reason of insanity, which means he's not going to serve meaningful time in prison for walking into a man's bedroom and then firing 10 shots into his body while he was sleeping in bed. This is a real and horrific story that just popped out of Fairfax County, Virginia, yesterday. Take a look at this. This one is brought to you by WUSA9CBS. Here is their coverage. Let me, let me pop this up for you of what just happened yesterday. Take a look.
E
The man who shot and killed nonprofit CEO Greg Glier as he slept in his bed will not go to trial. Gleier is pictured here on the right side of your screen. You'll see in just a moment. A judge accepted a plea agreement to rule Joshua Danehauer there on the left and not guilty by reason of insanity. Today, Glier's loved ones told the judge justice was not served. Our Matthew Torres is joining us live tonight from outside of the Fairfax County Courthouse in Matthew. We also know Glier's family was hoping the judge would reject this plea agreement.
F
Yeah, that's right. They are leaving this courthouse disappointed and angry at prosecutors. There were so many people that showed up for Gret. Glier's Family that they ended up having to move to a bigger courtroom. They listened as defendant Joshua Danehower told the judge that he, quote, did not possess the right mindset due to his mental health.
A
He planned the murder. They, they have the evidence that he extensively planned how he was going to conduct this murder. And then he strolls into the bedroom. Apparently he was jealous that the guy was married to the wife. He, he was after the woman. He. And he waltzes into the room and he kills him while he's sleeping. And then he's like, I wasn't in the right state of mind. And so a left wing judge and a left wing prosecutor say, oh, well, in that case, then we'll, we'll give you a light sentence, which they did
F
when Blier was killed in bed.
G
Justice is not served today.
F
Tonight, outrage from Greg Glier's loved ones. The man who killed Glier while he was asleep in bed next to his wife in their Fairfax city home in 2020 will no longer spend time behind bars. Instead, Joshua Danehower is moving to a mental health facility after he pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
G
He admits to this, and yet he is using his mental health problems as an excuse to avoid any punitive punishment for his crimes. And that is not right.
F
A judge accepted a plea agreement by the defense and prosecutors after their own clinicians found Danehower was insane at the time of murder. Maguire's family is pushing back, saying there was enough evidence to try him. But the commonwealth attorney's office failed to
A
do more, of course, because it's a Soros funded US Attorney by the name of Steve Descano. He's one of many. All across the country. They are a part of an immense path of destruction. They are not prosecuting people. They're supposed to be prosecutors. But what do you call their crime? Enablers. That's what they are.
G
No punishment for a premeditated murder. There is no hope in the criminal justice system.
F
In court, the prosecutor says Dane Howard became obsessed with Glyr's wife after seeing her at a church function. The family says the two went on a date a decade earlier and was wanting to reconnect. The commonwealth says he laid out a murder plot titled the plan and shot glier in bed 10 times.
A
He, he, he had a murder plot. He, he had time to think about this. It was premeditated. He went through all of this and the prosecution was like, yeah, not guilty by reason of insanity or what evil man took his life in the middle of the night. A cold coward.
G
Somebody who planned Step by step, a murder and who is backed up by the justice system.
F
Dana Howard will be evaluated every year for the next five years and then two years after that. Each time there is a chance for him to be released.
A
You hear that? You got that? He'll be evaluator over the course of five years. After the first five years and then after that, they'll evaluate him every two years up until they decide, okay, he's good, we can release him. So five years from now, this guy could just be released. He's not even spending time in a prison. He's going to spend time in a mental health facility. And five years from now, this guy could be back out on the street. Yes, that is some effed up stuff right there. Hard Times says Hard Times says it more explicitly than I just said. But that's what we're dealing with. Absolutely what we're dealing with. One of my old colleagues, Blake Neff, is reacting to all this. He saw this. You might know Blake from Charlie Kirk's great program. Blake's been doing the work, helping to carry on Charlie's legacy on his show. And Blake said the following. He said, this sickens me to my stomach what's happening here. Absolutely sick to my stomach. He said, if Joshua Danehower's victim were literally anybody but a white Christian male, he would already be serving a life sentence. Instead, Steve Descano is torturing Gret Glier's entire family for the rest of their lives as they will have to go in every two years to fight to prevent Gret's killer from going free. All because Descano loves murderers and he gets off on the notion of helping them escape justice. Smart point. Unfortunate point by Blake. And he's a Soros guy. He's no doubt a Soros da. Look at that. Right in the. Right in the comments. Another old colleague of mine, Andrew Follett, says it right here. Look at that. Steve Descano getting money from George Soros alongside a bunch of other garbage prosecutors all across the country who are not prosecuting anything. In case you're. In case you're wondering what exactly is going on in our country right now. That's a big part of the problem. A big part of the problem. All right, let's see. I want to close today with a little bit of kind of hilarious. Jasmine Crockett News in Texas. They have elections underway right now for the primary. Republican, Democrat primary underway. I saw producer Jim voted yesterday in the Republican primary in Texas. They've got an open primary, which is crazy. Open primaries are Nuts. Open primaries are totally nuts. Like, if you're going to pick a candidate, you should pick a candidate in the party that you actually represent. You shouldn't be able to cross over to the other party. But, you know, so long as it's open, if you want to medal in the other party's primary, there's some people doing that. Rush Limbaugh was a big believer in Operation Chaos. I think that could be kind of fun. The left is really trying to stop Jasmine Crockett from winning. They, they, they really don't want her to win. So they've been going with that guy, Jussie Talarico. They're trying to get him to be the nominee in Texas. Jasmine Crockett has noticed all of this and she's like, hey, the scheme to get rid of me is. You ready for this? It's racist. This is. My goodness. I'm having more fun than I deserve to have with this race. Here is Jasmine Frickin Crockett now accusing her own party of being a bunch of racists for trying to stop her from becoming the Democrat nominee in Texas. Watch.
G
The thing that is not normal is for me to be attacked from the left. That is the like, new wild card in this scenario. But it's just interesting. And you know, I've been asked a couple of times, a couple of things about it. And you know, I look at this specifically as a civil rights lawyer and I see when they're sending out ads and they're darkening my skin and I'm just like, I know what this is. Right? Oh, and the reality is that, yes, I, I woke up a black woman. I was born a black one. I know I'm a black woman. For everybody that didn't think, I didn't know.
A
Wait a second. She means she was assigned at birth. Just to be clear, she was assigned black woman at birth. Oh.
G
Just FYI. Just FYI. But I am not running on the fact that I'm a black woman. I am running on my credentials. If no one wants to talk about my credentials or what it is that they are going to do for you, then that should be what's most alarming. This election ain't about me. This election is about us.
A
This is election is about us. Obviously. Honestly. Oh, that. I love everything about this. It's so funny. That's the best. Jasmine Crockett says the left are being racist. She said they're darkening her skin in advertisements, apparently. I don't know what that does, but she says it's racist. What's going on. Those lefties, they really are being racist. Stephen Colbert, Jesse Talarico, very racist. They're trying to hold a black woman down.
D
She was.
A
She's been a black woman since she was assigned black woman at birth. And they're trying to hold her down. It's awful what they're doing to. To Jasmine Crockett. Justice for Jasmine. Justice for Jasmine, ladies and gentlemen. Gotta fight for that girl's rights. Jasmine Crockett, actually. Was it featured in another video this week? This just came out. This is a Jeffrey Epstein thing. Congress held a deposition with Les Wexner. You know that guy, Les Wexner. Les Wexner is the victorious secret guy who was Epstein's pal, constantly hanging out with him for years, and apparently the source of much of Epstein's wealth. Apparently, Jasmine Crockett, justice for Jasmine, was questioning Les Wexner recently, and she tried to get the guy to say that Donald Trump is evil. And Donald Trump was like, you know, with Jeffrey Epstein and constantly hanging out with him. And it turns out Les Wexer says, yeah, no, there's nothing to that at all. In fact, I never saw Trump with the guy. Really? No. I never really had any meaningful conversations. Listen to this.
G
Did you ever spend time with Epstein and Donald Trump
H
together?
G
Yes.
H
I want to answer this question accurately. I would go to some of the Victoria's Secret fashion shows because it's very important to the brand. At some of the fashion shows, Jeffrey was there and some Trump was there. And I remember because Trump would always introduce himself, herself to me.
A
Oh, no. Trump went to a Victoria's Secret fashion show. Scandals.
H
It was kind of odd that he was at the fashion show because he had nothing to do with fashion. So the coincidence of them being together at an event, it could have been that, but I have no specific recollection. Never had a social or like a drink or a cup of coffee, something that would put them together.
G
Okay, so just to clarify, because I want to make sure we're clear on the record, you're saying that you can recall instances potentially where Epstein and Trump were together and you were.
A
She's trying to turn the fact that. That Trump went to the Victoria's Secret fashion show, which, by the way, when that thing was a thing, it was like one of the hottest tickets on the planet. And of course, Donald Trump had access to it.
G
Or just a random scenario where Epstein may be there, Trump may be there separately, and then you would.
H
It would be at random. That would be accurate if it happened. But I have no specific Recollection.
A
Okay.
G
Did you ever see or become aware of President Trump having a sexual relationship with a person who was introduced to him by Epstein or Maxwell?
H
Nope.
A
And it just keeps going on like this. The guy keeps. She keeps asking questions. Well, did Trump ever discuss Epstein with you? No. Has Epstein ever discussed Donald Trump with you? He would name drop like he knows people. It was name dropping, but no, I can't remember a specific instance. Did. Did Epstein ever share specific information about Trump's activities with you? No. So Jasmine Crockett goes on this fishing expedition. And thank you, by the way, to Connie Koa Kanekowa the Great on this for sharing some. A lot. A lot of this information. A great clip here of Les Wexner's testimony and Jasmine Crockett's fishing expedition ends like everything else that she's involved in. Utter disaster for her. It's like, it goes really well for Trump because Wexner, under oath, is like, yeah, no, not a thing on Trump, actually, and, you know, blows up in Crockett's face. Finally, I got this clip. This one comes to me. To us from Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson was able to pull this. This is a pretty hilarious clip. Wexner can't stop talking. He's just talking and talking and talking and talking. And at one point, his lawyer literally tells him to shut the f up. And it's caught on hot microphone. Here we go. Watch. Watch as Les Wexner is told by his attorney that it's time to shut up. Now. Watch.
H
It was just regularly done.
A
Can you hear that? He says, just get ready for little ears. I will kill you if you answer another question with more than five words. Not a great whisper job there next to the microphone in the the Less Wegnisner deposition. So there you have it. I've got a lot more to cover today. Barely scratching the service, candidly. Man, how time flies when I'm hanging out with you. Really are the best audience anywhere. There's Major. Major. All right, I'll do a favor. Let's see here. I do have. I do have a. VINCE Podcast: “Trump to Drop the ALIEN FILES!” | Episode 230
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: February 20, 2026
Vince Coglianese dives into a whirlwind of current events—combining sharp conservative analysis with his trademark humor and energy. The main headline is President Trump’s announcement to declassify government files on UFOs and extraterrestrial phenomena. Vince explores the wider implications, referencing recent comments from Barack Obama and Lara Trump, and unpacks related controversies. He also covers major political battles over election integrity, aggressive new rhetoric from the left, and a disturbing Virginia crime story, all anchored by his view of American history and identity.
A Soros-backed prosecutor, Steve Descano, strikes a plea allowing a premeditated murderer to avoid prison after killing a man (Greg Glier) in his bed—declared not guilty by reason of insanity.
Vince, drawing on reporting from WUSA9 and reactions from the victim’s family, brands Descano and similar prosecutors as “crime enablers.”
Family Member (49:34): “Justice is not served today.”
Report (51:13): "Somebody who planned step by step a murder and who is backed up by the justice system."
Rep. Crockett questions Les Wexner (Victoria’s Secret owner) about Trump’s supposed ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Wexner repeatedly denies any knowledge or evidence of Trump being close to Epstein or engaging in wrongdoing. Wexner (58:47): “I have no specific recollection. Never had a social or like, a drink or a cup of coffee, something that would put them together.” Wexner (59:39): “Nope.” (to allegations of Trump inappropriately involved with Epstein-associated people)
The segment closes humorously with Wexner’s lawyer caught on a hot mic, whispering:
Lawyer (61:08): “I will kill you if you answer another question with more than five words.”
Dynamic, urgent, combative, and affectionate towards audience. Vince blends historical perspective, frank analysis, and comedic asides in a conversational style, punctuated with direct quotations and chat interactions.
This episode is a ride through breaking headlines, institutional battles, and the culture war—with Trump’s UFO disclosure driving national intrigue, election integrity at the forefront, and the left’s new confrontational approach on display. Vince provides historical context, skepticism, and a call to action, rounding out with several colorful digressions, all while inviting listener participation and reactions.
