Hey everybody. Welcome to Vince on a Monday leading into America's 250th birthday, now just days away. It's the final countdown as we head in to Independence Day weekend. As always, so great to have you with us, the best audience anywhere. Big day today. We got a lot going on. In fact, I will not only be hosting this fine program, but also Dan Bongino's fine program this morning. So if you're joining me live this morning at 8:00am, perhaps you can also join me live at 10:00am Clear your calendar. We've got a lot of things to do together. Also, of course, I've got the, the big national radio show coming up from noon to 3 Eastern today. But here's the nice thing for me, no shortage of things to talk about from breaking news on Iran to what the hell is Mark Wayne Mullen saying about Somalis, excuse me, in this case Syrians and Haitians. And and also updates, big updates on the Save America Act. We're going to be discussing all of it as we go through the programs today. So save, stay with me. And if you're not subscribed to both of these shows, the Vince podcast and the Dan Bongino show, now's the time you should do that. It's great. It's a great quality of life adjustment. It's a great thing. As always, really great to see you guys. Hope you had a wonderful, wonderful weekend. A lot to dive into before I, before I dive in here, there is one story I want to share with you this weekend. Perhaps some of you know my daughter is a swimmer. I have a 12 year old, she's a swimmer. And we're in the summer swim part of the year now. And the cool thing about summer swim, outdoor swim and the nice, you know, a little 25 meter pool and lots of parent volunteers have to help with all these swim meets. And so this weekend my wife Volun told me that I would be the announcer at the swim meet. Now this is the second time that I've announced the swim meets each at the the mandate the orders of my wife. So I'd be the announcer. So I got to be the guy announcing each, each heat as everyone comes to the side of the pool to jump into the water. And I'm doing this for a while. And a wonderful woman from Arizona who's visiting my area in Northern Virginia, she lives in Arizona, she's visiting because her grandchild lives here and is participating in the swim meet. She comes over to me midway through the meet and she says, Vince I figured you lived in the area. I didn't know I would meet you. And I was like, well, it's great to meet you too. And. And she said, you're filling in for Dan on Monday. And I said, yes, I am. And she's like. She was like, well, it was so nice to meet you. I was like, it's very nice to meet you. And it was such a wonderful thing. And it's a reminder of how great this audience is and where it. It's everywhere. And I'm kind. I'm running into people all the time. So thank you for that. It's been a total blessing to. To mix it up with you and to be here with you. And I thank God every day for this audience. It's such a. Such a treat that I get to do this. All right, that's enough of that. Let's thank the great sponsor who makes today's show possible. As we start. That's Native Path Collagen. Native Path Collagen. I love Native Path. In fact, it's in my coffee cup right now. Love Native Path Collagen. You know, getting older is not the thing that bothers me at all. Don't mind that I'm wiser as I get older. Feeling older that does that's annoying. It's the little things. Waking up stiff or your skin's not bouncing back the same way. It turns out there's a reason for that, and this is why I've been loving Native Path collagen. Collagen helps support everything from joints and bones to skin and hair. And the problem is, after age 30, your body often makes less collagen every year. By age 60, lots of people have lost about half of it. But Native Path collagen helps to replenish that protein, helps you support the parts of your body that help you stay active, vital, and make you more like yourself. And another thing I love about Native Path, if you don't feel a real difference in your health like I have, you get your money back, no questions asked. So just give it a try. Plus, I'll get you over 50% off and free shipping. Go to getnativepath.com Vince that's getnativepath.com Vince. These statements and products have not been evaluated by the fda. Yes, indeed, the President of the United States, starting today, as he so often does with some breaking news on Truth Social, declaring that Iran has requested a meeting Iran wants to meet again. He says that this meeting is going to take place tomorrow in Doha. That's Qatar. President djt, Iran has requested a meeting. It will take place tomorrow in Doha. President djt, now, what could they possibly be meeting about? Well, a little shooting's been happening. As the President said recently, you know, a ceasefire in that region of the world means you shoot a little bit less. And yes, there was some shooting over the weekend. The Iranians have been trying to disrupt shipping traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. Again, and this is not to the president's liking. The memorandum of understanding that the administration reached with the Iranians said, you will not meddle with moles, disrupt, terrorize, attack any of these ships moving through the Strait of Hormuz. And yet Iran keeps trying to exert control over the strait. No bueno, that ain't gonna work. So as a result of this, the United States on Saturday struck a bunch of Iranian storage locations. The President announced that we had struck missile and drone storage locations, as well as coastal radar sites for violating the ceasefire agreement. Again, the president saying it's very possible that Iran will never learn. There may come a point when we are no longer able to be reasonable and will be forced to militarily complete the job that we very successfully started. If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist. The Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist. Now, pay attention to the President's phrasing here, because the media lied about this this weekend. They said that the President was going to wipe out Iran entirely as a country. No, he was talking about getting rid of the government. This was not. They're always, Trump's going to genocide all of Iran. No, he's talking about the Islamic Republic of Iran, the regime. He wants to get rid of the regime. If necessary. He'll get rid of it. He's not going to nuke the people of Iran. Which instantly makes this one of many. And now it's time for the left's fake scandal of the week. Extra, extra. I was like reading all these headlines this weekend. He's going to wipe Iran out. He's going to kill the Iranian people. No, no. He wants. He said he'll get rid of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The gay, deformed ayatollah and all of his radical cleric friends will be dead if the President decides to pull that trigger. So far, the trigger goes unpulled. But we did strike a bunch of targets in Iran this weekend, sending a pretty clear message. US Navy and Air Force fighter jets conducted strikes on 10 Iranian military targets in multiple locations in and near the Strait of Hormuz for Iran's drone attack on a ship that was passing through the strait. Take a look. Here's CENTCOM video footage of this. For those of you with me on rumble.com Vince, look at that. You don't want to be on the receiving end of this. Kaboom. These missile strikes on these locations, little rats, they build things in the sides of mountains and then we find them and we blow them up.
Bernie Sanders
Look at that.
J.D. Vance
Look at that.
Vince Coglianese
Isn't that cool that we can capture that footage? That's pretty clear. If only we had UFO footage that was this clear, wouldn't that be great? Josh, why is the UFO footage also granny? Any better UFO footage? But here, look at this. Look at the explosions. That's a big deal. So the Iranians FA'd and then they fo'd again again yesterday. Part of this, part of the Iranian flare up this weekend is that Iran started shooting at US military locations in Kuwait and Bahrain. In other words, they were shooting in the direction of both of those countries, into those countries, Kuwait and Bahrain. But these were feckless attacks because they were all shot down. They didn't result in any injuries or death. Thank God for everybody involved. And the President decided to roll up the newspaper and then smack them over and over and over again this weekend. Now, having said that, the Vice President of the United States also jumped in on some of the messaging here and he, he said, really clearly goes, look, you do this ufa, you're going to foe really clearly. Iran signed a cease fire agreement. We have honored it. If they have disagreements about how the MOU is being applied, they can pick up the phone. But violence will be met with violence, said JD Vance. Yeah, JD's JD has been great. So the current state of play, as I told you, is that the United States and Iran are meeting tomorrow, Tuesday. Qatar Doha, Qatar. There is another cease fire in place now, another, I guess actual cease fire. The shooting has stopped. The US and Iran have agreed to stop shooting at each other now. And there will be this, this meeting on Tuesday. So we'll see if the President can continue to navigate towards success here. As the President might tell you, Josh, this is very complicated business, isn't it? Complicated business. Trying to get to the end of this thing, but he's working on it. Very complicated.
Zoran Mamdani
Thank you.
Dr. Mehmet Oz
Thank you very much everybody.
Vince Coglianese
Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business. Complicated. One of the all time great Trump quotes. I think of it all the time when people Are like, this is a mess. Is he really going to be able to succeed? Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business. It's complicated business. One of the great Trump quotes of all time, and there's been a lot of them. You know, as I mentioned, JD Vance is working on this for the President of the United States. And he stopped by Bill Maher's program over on HBO this weekend and he went. He was there to talk about his book. Of course, as. As these things go, usually people don't want to talk about the book. So a lot of the conversation was on Iran. And. And that's fine. J.D. vance handled himself great. J.D. vance was walking Bill Maher through why the Iran negotiation is not in Bill Maher's words. Take a listen here, cut two to this.
Bill Maher
You came out of these meetings, I heard sort of the same thing. I've heard a lot of talk about progress and that. I've heard it so many times before. Why is this different? Why isn't it bullshit this time?
J.D. Vance
Well, I'd say the most important thing, Bill, is that the people who judge whether the oil is actually flowing, they judge this as a success, right? So if you look at oil right now, it's back down to $73 a barrel, got up to $126 a barrel. So there's a signal that there's something real going on here. The second Bill, is whether we make the final deal. Because you have to remember this MOU is fundamentally, it says the straits are going to be open, the oil is going to flow. We're seeing that happen already. It's also a ceasefire, which, as you pointed out, is always going to be a little messy when you're dealing with the Iranians. But if we make the final deal, then great. If we don't make the final deal, their nuclear program is still destroyed. They're still much weaker as a country. So my attitude is America wins either way. But. But I do think that what the President has done is asked us to do something that, frankly, nobody in 47 years of dealing with the Iranians has done, which is offer them an opportunity to fundamentally transform how they behave with the West. They've been the largest state sponsor of terrorism basically since they began as a nation, or at least as an Islamic Republic 47 years ago. He's saying, look, if they're willing to change, we're willing to change, too. If they're not willing to change, we still fundamentally have all the cards. And I think that's a good place for us to be.
Vince Coglianese
That's Right. And as he said this weekend, violence will be met with violence. And we're better at it. We're a lot better at it. JD Vance also explained very slowly to Bill Maher how it is that the United States destroyed the Iranian nuclear program because Bill Maher voiced an opinion that you hear bandied about all over the media that, well, wait a second, we didn't destroy the nuclear program. Yes, we did. Listen to JD Vance explain.
Bill Maher
Their program isn't destroyed. The nuclear program isn't destroyed. I mean, I don't know. I don't know any of our objectives. And look, I said I.
J.D. Vance
What part is not destroyed?
Bill Maher
Well, we didn't get in there. The whole thing was we have to get in there and see. Otherwise we wouldn't be doing this.
J.D. Vance
Well, let me say no, we didn't, first of all. So a nuclear program, and I'm hardly a nuclear scientist, I'm a lowly politician. But the thing that you have to destroy is their ability to enrich uranium, which has been destroyed. You have to destroy their ability. Well, because you need functioning centrifuges that can actually spend.
Bill Maher
We got to get in there and we got to get the dust.
Vince Coglianese
Okay, and we didn't get in there,
Bill Maher
so how do we get the dust?
J.D. Vance
So that's actually a separate question. So there's the highly enriched stockpile, which by the way was allowed to accumulate over 20 years of previous administrations. That enriched stockpile is something that we want to get. But Bill, if we never get it and the President wants it and we are going to get it, but if we never got it, it's buried deep underground and they don't have the ability to turn it into a nuclear weapon. So the program is functionally destroyed. We're just talking about can we set them back even further through these negotiations?
Bill Maher
Okay, I.
Vince Coglianese
What was unclear about that? We've destroyed so much of their military and terrorist capacity. We really have. I mean, this chatter about ballistic missiles at this point, if you don't realize how destroyed their ballistic missile program is, either you just have your head buried very deeply in the sand or you've never consumed a minute of this program. They were producing over 100 ballistic missiles a month. They're now down to between 0 and 5. According to the Trump administration, it's basically non existent. Their industrial capacity to even build the missiles has dwindled to nothing. The missile stockpiles have been severely depleted. The launchers themselves have been depleted so immensely that that their capacity to do anything at scale is really down, really down. Their navy's at the bottom of the sea. Their air force is nonexistent. This is all good news. And their nuclear program is buried a skyscraper deep underground. And that's just whatever's left of the enriched material. It's contained at three locations. The United States knows this with 100% certainty. The answer to Bill Maher's question, how do we know that JD Vance didn't precisely say. But this is the answer is US Intelligence has a clear picture of the current state of Iran's nuclear program. A very clear picture. Clearer than the footage of that CENTCOM of those CENTCOM strikes that we just saw on those Iranian targets. The President's got their number, which is great. Which is really great. And so don't fall for any of these left wing fake scandals of the week. Carol Ann Royal once, she said that she wants the fake scandal of the weak jingle as a ringer. Well, I can, I can be quiet for a moment if you just want to capture it. You want to capture it. Is that, would that do? Because then you could just record it on your phone. You can go back and play this vod. You ready? All right, everyone get ready. Here's your chance. And now it's time for the left fake scandal of the week. Extra, extra. There you go. Little public service for you. Do people still have ringers? I haven't heard my ringer in years, by the way. I have no idea what ringer I have. My phone's been perpetually on silent on vibrate. I was like, I. I have no idea what my ringer sounds like. It might have to be that. Maybe it is that. I have no idea. I should do that, though.
Bill Maher
That'd be good.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
We should. That'd be.
Vince Coglianese
That'd be the funniest ringer to start. Just breaking out in the middle like you're standing in line.
J.D. Vance
And it's.
Vince Coglianese
Now it's time for the left wing fake scandal of the week. Could be really good. All right, let me see here. So that's J.D. vance with those great updates, which is. Which is great. I really appreciate the Vice President. Don't we have a great team, folks? Don't we have a great team? And one more JD Vance update for you. That Vance is not a part of this video, but it's definitely his initiative. So outside of this nonsense with Iran, again, we'll keep you updated on, on what's going on with breaking news on that front. He also has got this big fraud operation that they're conducting in the United States. They're Going after fraudsters. They've. They've rounded up people responsible for many billions of dollars in fraud, and they're doing everything they can to recuperate the money that's been stolen from. Stolen from us, the American people, as we speak. But we just got another update on fraud this weekend from RFK Jr. And Dr. Mehmet Oz, the head of center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This is a big one and I'm just. I'm going to put this down. Let's put a pin in this, guys. I want you to keep your eyes on this, or as we say in our chats, flag it. This is about Obamacare and the amount of fraud that's inside of it.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Take a look.
Vince Coglianese
Cut for RFK Jr Dr. Oz, on the immense fraud inside of Obamacare. Watch.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Hi, I'm Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Your HHS secretary. I'm joined today by my good friend and antifraud warrior, CMS Administrator, Dr. Mehmet Oz. Health care fraud and corruption affect millions of Americans and maybe even you. The Obamacare marketplace is plagued by fraud in large part because the Biden administration dismantled basic program integrity guardrails while partisan lawfare blocked common sense efforts to protect taxpayers. Today, Dr. Oz and I are exposing one of the latest examples of fraud that we've uncovered. More than a million people enrolled in Obamacare without Social Security numbers on file. That is a glaring warning sign of fraud. If even a single person was on Obamacare with no Social Security number, we should have found out. Why are we paying people who we don't know if they actually exist?
Dr. Mehmet Oz
Shady insurance agents and other bad actors have been getting paid to enroll unsuspecting Americans in health plans they never signed up for. These rogue agents have been flooding into healthcare.gov that's the Obamacare marketplace. They submit applications for fake people and roll stolen identities, all to collect millions of dollars in improper fees from insurance companies for selling plans they never legitimately sold. Some of these agents refuse to follow basic rules, like providing their client's Social Security number. That, my friends, is a huge red flag.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
These fraudsters deliberately pick plans with no premiums. No premiums means no bill. No bill means most people never know that they've been enrolled in a plan that you and I are paying for with our taxpayer dollars. The only people who benefit are the fraudsters.
Dr. Mehmet Oz
The Trump administration has zero tolerance for that. So here's what we're doing about it. In May, we took swift action to block this fraudulent behavior directly on healthcare.gov and through our marketplace. Call Center. If an agent wants to be paid, they must follow the rules. No ifs, ands or buts. They are going to have to provide government verified information for their clients to be enrolled.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Thanks to this aggressive enforcement strategy, we've already eliminated thousands of fraudulent policies and we're just getting started. We're also working with insurers to cancel every policy that should never have been issued and recover every taxpayer dollar that was fraudulently paid out.
Dr. Mehmet Oz
We're also scaling up our enforcement efforts to prevent these bad actors from finding new ways to manipulate the system and ahead of the open enrollment system this fall. Because we know the bad actors don't simply stop when you cut off one vulnerable area. The Biden administration let health care fraudsters run wild. Thanks to President Trump, those days are over.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
To every unscrupulous insurance agent and fraudster exploiting the American people. Here's our message. If you steal from the American taxpayer or if you defraud American families, HHS will find you and we will hold you accountable.
Dr. Mehmet Oz
If you're a fraudster, here's our advice to you. Do not walk away from us. Run, because we are going to find you.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
We're just getting started. This is the American people's health. This is the American people's money. And the Trump administration is committed to protecting both. Thank you.
Vince Coglianese
This is infuriating. I am so grateful that these guys are tackling it. Why the hell did it get this far? More than a million people are enrolled in Obamacare without a single Social Security number on file. Fraudsters are taking plans that have no premiums. What? I'm sorry, is that your situation? Because last I checked, Obamacare made my life and everybody I know more expensive. Everybody's premiums went up. Everybody's deductibles went up. The quality of their health care went down. Their ability to see their doctors, it disappeared. They had to switch doctors. Obamacare has been an utter nightmare for normal people who just want good, quality, affordable health care. Which, of course, was the insane, demented and unfulfillable promise of Obamacare. Oh, it's going to be so affordable. It's been the opposite. It's been a complete disaster. 16 of the economy overhauled to the benefit of fraudsters, and meanwhile, the rest of us get crappier health care. Is that. Has that been your experience? Tell me, is your health care cheaper than before Obamacare came along? I want to know about your health care plan if that's the case, because for the rest of us, it's a total nightmare. What A disaster. In fact, every year I get worried about what's, what's the health care going to cost now? What's it going to cost now? It's insanity to me. And the fact that people are signing up for Obamacare and they don't even have Social Security numbers. I mean, there was a time, right, when you, when you knew illegals were stealing all sorts of benefits by using fraudulent Social Security numbers, that, that clearly is still a thing. But now you don't even have to do that to steal health care from the American people. You don't even have to cook up a Social Security number anymore. You know, you don't have to commit an additional crime because the government sucks that much. And to be clear, this is the future that the socialists want for you. They want to concentrate all power into the most corrupt possible vehicle, the United States government. That's what they want to do. They want to concentrate all of these resources into the government so that they can be exploited and stolen by fraudsters. What other outcome could possibly occur? It's like the government's not good at this. The government shouldn't even be in this business. And here they are. Thank goodness we have an administration cleaning it up. But it is infuriating that it got this far, that number staggering to me, more than a million people, no Social Security numbers enrolled in Obamacare. So again, flag that. Keep a hold of it because I have a feeling this is not the last time you and I are going to hear about it as these guys tackle it. Thank you to J.D. vance, Dr. Roz, RFK Jr. And this whole team going after the fraudsters. Please arrest them and put them through very public park walks, you know, and maybe hand a couple of us eggs so we can throw them in the process. All right, more ahead on this edition events. We have a lot to get to. I want to thank Patriot Mobile for supporting the program and for giving me great cell phone service. I may not know what my ringer sounds like, but I know my cell phone works wonderfully. Thanks to Patriot Mobile. So many brands today claim to stand for American values, but most of the time it's just talking about, not action. Patriot Mobile is different in this way. For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been living their values and standing in the gap. For every American who believes that freedom is worth fighting for, their business was founded on a very simple conviction. God bless him for always supporting the program and for truly giving me great cell phone service. What a great organization they are. Really, really appreciate them. So, yeah, we've got, we've got the fraudster stuff going on and a lot of fraudsters happen to be foreign nationals who are stealing from the United States of America. Which brings us to our next topic, which is the Supreme Court made a huge decision last week confirming that the President of the United States is well within his powers and rights to say that someone who is here temporarily under a temporary protected status at some point has to go home. And that's at the discretion of the administration. And the President of the United States says if you are here from Haiti or if you are here from Syria, your time as a TPS holder, temporary protected status is over. It's been long enough. In fact, it's been well over a decade in both the case of Haiti and in Syria. Haiti because of an earthquake back in 2010, in Syria because of the civil war that was raging there. Both of those things are long behind us. The earthquake ended a long time ago, of course, and the Syrian civil war, well, Assad is gone. He's been gone now. Now it's time to go home. You have to go home. And in fact, to, to put a finer point on this, dhs, their senior counsel this past weekend says, said, said actually on Friday, you don't have, you know, you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. Cut 13 watch this.
Mark Wayne Mullen
This case never needed to go to the Supreme Court. It's a very straightforward legal issue. The T in TPS stands for temporary. Yet many of these designations go back decades. We have designations from 1998 for Hurricane Mitch that we're still trying to get Rid of. But to answer your question, President Trump has been trying to end these programs since 2017. So these people have been on notice for nine years that this day is coming. So what we would say now is it's closing time, which means you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. The good news is it's not too late to get a $2,600 check and a free flight home.
Vince Coglianese
That's a great message. That's a perfect message. That's the message I want to hear. Go somewhere else. You should probably go home. You should probably go home. But whatever, just get outside of our borders. Your time here is over. It's not like the United States hasn't been generous. We've been very generous. We've been overly generous. Yet, of course, the left is freaking out about all of this. They're making this into. Into like, some huge scandal. For instance, cut 14. Watch Miz now from this weekend complaining that 20% of Springfield, Ohio is going to have to leave. Well, here's the news for you. A little secret for you, miss. Now, they don't belong in Springfield, Ohio. They belong in Haiti. Of the 350,000 Haitians in the United States with TPS, a little over 10,000, close to 15,000 live here in Springfield. The population of Springfield is about 58,000. So with this decision from the Supreme Court, 20% of this community in Ohio overnight has lost their status. That is going to have huge ramifications for the community as a whole. Yeah, people will get their community back.
Unknown Speaker (possibly a commentator or guest)
I love.
Vince Coglianese
This is being framed as like some sort of chaos. The arrival in Springfield is just in the last few years, and it's been huge. A huge arrival of foreign nationals all of a sudden living in an historic American town of Springfield, Ohio. And we're supposed to act like this is the new normal and it has to stay that way forever? No, you're here on a temporary basis. What the hell does the word temporary even mean if it means permanent? This is so freaking Orwellian. It's unreal. But Miz now is freaking out about it. And, you know, and it's not just Miz now. It's also Rhino Republicans who are doing this. Like the governor of the state of Ohio, Mike DeWine, is complaining about this. He's dewining about it. He says that these Haitians should get to stay forever. Watch this. Here's cut 15. Governor, you just heard Secretary Mullen defend the decision. You say it's a mistake.
J.D. Vance
What's your take?
Mike DeWine
You cannot Fly into Port au Prince today. U.S. carriers are prohibited from going in there. They've, they've extended that ban. Federal officials, the United States have extended that ban into September now. And, you know, it's been there for a long time. The reason they can't go in there is because these gang leaders who control a good part of Haiti today, shoot at the planes when they, when they come in. So that's, that's certainly one thing you've pointed out. You know, advisories, heavy advisories. U.S. citizens do not, do not go into Haiti. But the other point is it is not in the United States's interest, certainly not in Ohio's interest, to have people who are working every single day, who are supporting a family, who are buying houses, fixing up old houses, starting businesses, and then put deep roots in this country and really are contributing and yank them out. I mean, look at, look at what the mayor of Springfield says. Mayor says that is a huge, huge mistake. They're contributing. Rob Rue says they're contributing greatly. Mistake to do that. What I would hope that the Trump administration would do is reconsider this. Look at how it's going to impact states like Ohio. In Ohio, the Haitians are working primarily in manufacturing. They're also working in the food area. But if you look at where they're working across the country, probably the most important area they're working is in healthcare. It's Haitians who many times are taking care of your mom or your dad who has Alzheimer's, taking care of family members who might be in a nursing home. And to say we're going to pull all those out, it's just not in our own self interest.
Vince Coglianese
Les, there's so many things to unpack from this, but one of them is, then what is the point of any temporary status in the United States of America? Is it always a pathway to amnesty? Because in the minds of a lot of these establishment figures, these Democrats and these rhinos, that's what it's supposed to be. That American citizens are supposed to be continually supplanted by programs that are sold to us as merely temporary. The idea that we even have temporary protected status, it was done in such a way that the American people gave permission to a limited form of generosity, but it's supposed to be limited. And now you're telling us, well, once they're here for five years or whatever it is, three years, whatever the number, then they get to stay forever. No, those are not the terms of the deal. You're screwing us over. It reminds me of the 1986amnesty that Ronald Reagan was a part of. Unfortunately, Reagan, a great president, was party to an amnesty for illegal aliens who were in the United States. The deal he was offered was, hey, we'll give you border security if you give us amnesty. And so he agreed to it. Guess what we got? And guess what we didn't. We got a lot of amnesty. We didn't get much border security. In fact, the illegal immigration problem only became worse. In fact, the message that was sent by that action is that the United States will always roll over in the future, regardless of what we're saying right now. So, yeah, sure, people are saying temporary right now, but eventually citizenship will be guaranteed so you can exploit the United States and its generosity and you will be given gifts that aren't even being stated publicly right now. No, we should be people of our word. The American people are, by and large, too many politicians are not. And that's why we're being served up this garbage by including by the Republican governor of Ohio. And he sounds like any one of these idiot libs who's trying to just straight up open our borders and hand over American sovereignty to any foreign national who can figure out how to get into the country. In fact, there's been a lot of that this week in the wake of this decision from the court. I've got more of it in just a moment. So I've got rhinos like Mike DeWine saying, yeah, you can stay forever. No, it's temporary. And then you got Democrats, socialists, communists like Zoran Mamdani, who's straight up saying that he wants to actively subvert the United States Supreme Court and prevent Haitians from being deported. We have too many Haitian nationals living in New York City. We can't deport them. Yes, we can. Take a look At Zoran Mamdani saying he wants to keep everybody here. Cut 16.
Zoran Mamdani
We saw today the Supreme Court make a decision that is putting so many people's lives. And I just came back from a rally with 1199 as I stood alongside a number of Haitian New Yorkers who are concerned about what this means for their status in our city. If you are worried about what this means for your status, if you're worried about what this means for your family, I would encourage you to call our mayor's Office of Immigrant affairs hotline. When we think about especially what Haitian New Yorkers have had to deal with, not just for weeks or months or years, but frankly for decades, we have seen a cruelty that has become normalized. And to have people who frankly taught the world about freedom have their own freedom be put in jeopardy by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration, it is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept. And so we stand here as New Yorkers proud of standing in solidarity and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes and to keep people together.
Vince Coglianese
How disgusting. Everything about that. Oh, Haiti taught the world about freedom. He says that on the week leading up to Independence Day, right here in the United States of America, such, such idiocy. And then to say that it's freedom. Freedom to do what? To break our laws? Freedom to stay here past your welcome. Accusing us of cruelty for being so generous as to allow Haitians to come into the United States on a temporary basis. And then when that time is exhausted, what, they stay here forever? Talk about cruelty. Screwing over the people who did the right thing. The United States, it's. It's really awful. And you heard him mention something there at the top. He said, I just got done a rally with 1199. To be clear about what he's talking about, he's Talking about the 1199 SEIU Service Employees International Union. The labor union. It's a healthcare workers union. And his position is, well, Haitians are part of the 1199 Union, and the 1199 Union is trying to keep them here in the United States. You understand what that means? In other words, the labor unions are working to protect the destruction of good paying jobs in the healthcare industry for American workers. They want to import more labor from overseas to supplant American workers. How is that fighting for the interests of labor? I don't know if any of you in the chat are union members, but does that stand to reason that your union would import people from all across the planet to diminish your wages. Does that make sense to you? What kind of union would do that? What kind of union would be engaged in that kind of betrayal unless the union was only about its own power and not actually about advantaging the workers? Kind of seems. Yeah, that's right. El Sater says the union just wants dues. So they want the dues, but they don't give anything back to the workers in return. The workers instead get screwed over by the behavior of the seiu. That's insanity. And these lefties, it's very typical stuff that these lefties would support this kind of destruction. In fact, you know, it's interesting I looked it up just because I remember there was a quote to this effect. You know, Karl Marx, who Zoran Mandani, loves, they love this Marxism. Karl Marx actually said that open borders that are designed to undercut labor prices are, quote, the secret by which the capitalist class maintains its power. Do you know that Karl Marx saw the use of open borders in importing foreign labor as a means for the, quote, capitalist class to maintain its power? And that brings me to another point about these lefties when it comes to the border. First of all, they're completely incoherent. But at times they do acknowledge that this hurts American citizens pretty dramatically when they're constantly supplanting American workers. In fact, if you go back to 2015, the, you know, Mr. Democrat, what does he call himself? Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders, himself the grand poobah of the commies here in the United States. He said that open borders was actually a Koch Brothers proposal. Cut 20.
Bill Maher
Watch this.
Vince Coglianese
It leads you to conclusions that in the US are considered out of political bounds. Things like sharply raising the level of immigration we permit, even up to a level of open borders, about sharply increasing open borders.
Bernie Sanders
That's a Koch brothers proposal, of course. I mean, that's a right wing proposal which says essentially there is no United States, but anybody can.
Vince Coglianese
It would make a lot of the global poor richer, wouldn't it?
Bernie Sanders
And it would make everybody in America poorer, then you're doing away with the concept of a nation state. And I don't think there's any country in the world which believes in that. If you believe in a nation state or in a country called the United States or UK or Denmark or any other country, you have an obligation, in my view, to do everything we can to help poor people. What right wing people in this country would love is an open border policy. Bring in all kinds of people who work for two or three Dollars an hour, that would be great for them. I don't believe in that. I think we have to raise wages in this country. I think we have to do everything that we can to create the millions of jobs. You know what? Youth unemployment in the United States of America today, if you're white, a white kid, high school graduate, 33% Hispanic, 36% African American, 51%. You think we should open the borders and bring in a lot of low wage workers or do you think maybe we should try to get jobs for those kids? So I think from a moral responsibility, we've got to work with the rest of the industrialized world to address the problems of international poverty. But you don't do that by making people in this country even poorer.
Vince Coglianese
Isn't that an amazing piece of video? What an amazing piece of video. So at one point, Bernie Sanders was willing to acknowledge out loud that an open borders policy comes at the expense of the American people. He said it back in 2015. Have you heard him say much about that subject since then? No, you haven't. He doesn't talk like that anymore. He doesn't mention that at all. In other words, he knows better, but he's very interested in selling you out. Oh, and to be clear, I know some in the chat are debating the extent to which he was right about the Koch brothers. He was right. The Koch brothers, who identify as libertarian, libertarian, were, have been for a very long time completely okay with open borders because they see it as a means to import cheap labor. He's right about that. But that view between the Koch brothers and the radical left is completely shared. They share that same insane view that screws over the United States of America and her people. Meanwhile, normal people are against that. We want our sovereignty, we want our borders. Our concern is for the well being of Americans first. That's our concern. You've got to take care of the people in your own house before you start extending generosity to the rest of the planet. If your own kids can't eat, then why are you feeding the neighborhood? We need to take care of our own. And Bernie knew that at one point. Now very rapidly, remember, that's 2015. So by the time 2016 comes along and he starts running for President of the United States, he abandons all these positions. And by 2019, Bernie Sanders was calling to abolish ICE and end deportations. His position by 2019 was he wants to break up ICE. This is the New York Times at the time. Mr. Sanders released a plan Thursday, vowed to create a swift, fair pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. In other words, amnesty for illegal aliens. That was Bernie Sanders this year. Bernie is upset that illegal aliens are being deported at all. Watch this. Cut 21. Here's Bernie.
Mike DeWine
Now.
Bernie Sanders
The reality is that less than 14% of those arrested by ICE in Trump's first year back in office had violent criminal records. 86% did not.
Vince Coglianese
So they should stay here.
Bernie Sanders
But the truth is, as we have seen on our TV screens, is that ICE is occupying and terrorizing American cities, rounding up American citizens and asylum seekers, kicking down doors without due process, sending five year old children to detention centers, and illegally deporting people to countries to which they have never, ever been. Murdering. Renee Good. And Alexander Pretty in cold blood.
Vince Coglianese
Sorry, I couldn't help myself. It's a left wing fix gate all the week. Yeah, I mean, he's just, he's just making up a lot of nonsense, but what he's really upset about is that people are being deported. So look at that, look at the, look at the phase. He transitioned. He transed. So in over. In 11 years time, he goes from a guy who says that this is terrible, it's terrible that we would have open borders. That's a right wing Koch brothers conspiracy theory. We're going to supplant all the labor in the United States. It's going to hurt American workers. People are going to be poor. That's how you make a country poor. And then 11 years later, Bernie's like, abolish ICE. We need to keep every single illegal here.
Bill Maher
Hey there.
Vince Coglianese
I'm Paula Pan. I help people make the smartest money decisions possible. If you don't control your money, it controls you. You're not in control of your finances and you have to look outside of yourself to bl. Live the life that you want. You're not in control.
Unknown Speaker (possibly a commentator or guest)
You're like.
Vince Coglianese
Like, what is it that you actually want? Money should follow the dreams and goals. Because sometimes we make the dream and goal the money. And you've overworked yourself and you've exceeded what you've needed for the actual thing you want. Sometimes we forget, like, what's the actual thing you want? Afford anything. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Which one is it, Bernie? I'm beginning to think. I'm not beginning. I knew this, but still, I'm beginning to think your only principle is power. That's your only principle. And the left views chaos as a path to power. They're all a bunch of AOCs, a bunch of agents of chaos. Bernie knows better. He's Putting the gun to America's head anyway.
Bernie Sanders
And I don't think there's any country in the world which believes in that. If you believe in a nation state or in a country called the United States or UK or Denmark or any other country, you have an obligation, in my view, to do everything we can to help poor people. What right wing people in this country would love is an open border policy. Bring in all kinds of people who work for two or three dollars an hour.
Vince Coglianese
That would be so insane. Right wing people. You know any right wing people who support an open or border policy? I don't know anybody right wing. No. No. To be right wing, to be conservative, to love your country means loving its borders, loving its sovereignty, protecting its people. None of that garbage. He was lying about that for sure back then. He was definitely lying about that. It's great. It's really great. So back to this Zoran Mamdani thing. So Zoran goes, hey, I'm going to try and I want to stop the Supreme Court from enforcing this. Doesn't that kind of sound like a constitutional crisis? If the mayor of New York of America's largest city declares outright, we're not going to help. Haitians are going to stay here, we're going to protect them, we're going to violate the law and the Constitution. We're going to tell the Supreme Court to suck it. We're not doing anything really. That's interesting. Even John Fetterman has identified that that's exactly the kind of constitutional crisis the left is accusing President Trump of falsely all the time. Cut 17. Watch this.
John Fetterman
People might remember just in the spring of 2025, now, there were a lot of people that were convinced that we were in the middle of a Constitution crisis. And I described to the media and other people as said, well, actually what a real constitutional crisis is, then if the president defies a court ruling, whether a court or indefinitely the Supreme Court, then that by definition, that would be a constitutional crisis. And I said, we've not seen seen one and I honestly don't expect one. And as far as I know, the Trump administration has not defied any of those court rulings, if you can correct, if that's right. And now there was a meltdown and a lot of the left media was angry at me for just describing those circumstances. But I haven't seen the freak out now that the mayor of New York is now saying, I'm going to defy the Supreme Court ruling and the many of the members in my party are not calling him out. And saying or defend him or just say, yeah, we. We really actually have to follow the court rulings, because unless that's a constitutional crisis, when you have the leader of the country's largest city, then we're not going to follow her honor. What the Supreme Court says.
Vince Coglianese
I mean, Fetterman does it again. Fetterman does it again. He says, where's all the freak out about the constitutional crisis? Nobody promises to ignore the Supreme Court like the left does. Nobody promises to ignore the United States Constitution like the left does. President Trump follows the law. He follows judicial orders. You know, even the stuff about 2020. And like, oh, Trump. Trump is. What was he doing? They claimed he was staging an insurrection. Are you serious? Trump was filing appeals in courtrooms. Trump was using his means under the law in order to challenge the way the 2020 election was conducted. Every single time, Trump plays by the rules. And sometimes to our frustration, like, man, the left's not playing by the rules. Why are you playing by the rules? Because the President is trying to actually make America great again. That's why. And he detects what all of us should, which is that if everyone throws out the rules, this whole thing collapses. And he doesn't want that. He's trying to restore the country. Meanwhile, Mamdani is like, I'm not gonna follow that. You damn well better. And the United States Justice Department should be ready to bear down on that guy, despite his attempts to. He's trying to be, like, friendly with President Trump. It's ridiculous. I'll tell you how you can be friendly with him. By helping us uphold the rule of law in the United States of America. And by the way, like, the Haitians, like, they can't go back to Haiti. You heard Mike DeWine say. I played that clip for you, where Mike DeWine's like, well, these are all healthcare workers. They're so productive. They're in the. They're in the building, they're in construction and all these other jobs. Okay, so what are you saying? You're saying they're very productive? Is that what you're saying? Okay, let's just accept that as a talking point for a moment that we're talking about.
Anderson Cooper
What is it?
Vince Coglianese
300,000 people who are. Who are here in the United States. 350,000 Haitians who are in the United States under this temporary protected status right now. Let's pretend for a moment that every one of them is the. Are the 350,000 most productive Haitians on the planet. Okay, well, then why would we deprive Haiti of them. If the thought process is that Haiti is in complete chaos. Because, remember, the left, you know, like nowadays, they're saying that Haiti's a bleep hole. Again, it's a bleep hole. It's a bleep hole. I like, I like saying bleep hole. That's a funny way to say it. It's a bleep hole. They didn't say when, when they, when Trump had reportedly said that, that it was a bleep hole country, the left went apoplectic about it. How can you say that? How can you say that? But now they're saying it's a bleep hole that we can't send the Haitians back to. Well, wouldn't you want to send 350,000 of the most productive, hardworking Haitians back to that country to give it some chance of success? Why would we want. Think about it. Why would Haiti want to have such a drain of both brain power and productivity from its own country that it descends further into chaos? Wouldn't the improvement of Haiti come from sending its best people back to that country? Am I, you guys following the logic? Yeah, that would. I think that would make a tremendous amount of sense to do that. And remember what the left said about Haiti. Haiti's a wonderful place to be. Here they are back in 2018. Here's Anderson Cooper. Watch this. Cut 19. Telling us that Haiti is beautiful. Anderson loves it so much. He vacations there all the time. He's constantly in Haiti. Watch.
Anderson Cooper
Haiti is so, you know, yeah, it's the poorest country in the Western hemisphere, but it's, you know, a country can be poor economically and rich in culture and rich in the strength of the people and rich in so many different ways. And Haiti is, in that way, among the richest countries I've ever been to. I mean, the Haitian people are incredibly strong, carry themselves with such dignity, and for generations, you know, have had governments which have not paid attention to them, which have stolen from them, and yet whatever adversity they have faced, they face it head on. And as I said, you know, when you meet them, they, you know, Haitians look you in the eye, they slap your hand hard when you shake it, and I think you're going to have an unforgettable experience. I've gone back a lot. Obviously, we were the first team on the ground after the earthquake. And I go back on vacation. I go there for weekends. I mean, it's an amazing place. It's an incredible place.
Vince Coglianese
He's so full of crap. We're there all the time. I love Haiti. Haiti's amazing. I'm always there sunning on the beach. Can you imagine that guy trying to get a tan? That's really funny. Anyway, the point is, he was at the time. And that was all an attempt to be like, trump's so mean for telling the truth. That's not mean. In fact, it's an act of decency to tell the truth. You should tell the truth. It's a good way to improve everything. Tell the truth relentlessly. And the President told the truth. Haiti is a bleep hole country. Doesn't have to be, but it is. And why should we be importing, outside of the temporary protective status thing, just in general, why should we be importing people from failed countries? Countries are composed of the people who build them. So why would we import an entire culture that's already destroyed one country? To do what? What's the impact? I mean, are you following what I'm saying? You know, it's like, it's the whole thing about, like, Somalia, like, we're going to import a bunch of Somalis who come to the United States and then steal from the American people. Is that a good arrangement? No, it's not a good arrangement. The New York Times said last year that Somali culture includes stealing from the government. So if that's the case, why would we import that as a culture here? Is it possible for Somalis to adopt American culture, to assimilate? Yes, that's entirely possible. Is it very likely, though, that if you import a massive number of Somalis all at the same time and drop them in one community, that there will be no assimilation whatsoever and loss of government theft? Yes. In fact, we just saw that happen. We see it happen over and over again, especially in a place like Minnesota. So have some common freaking sense, please. That's all we're asking. Have some common sense and protect your country. Now, when it comes to protecting our country, I want to, I want to play this clip for you from the DHS Secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen, because it includes two things that I think are important. One, a recitation of a very basic talking point, which is temporary means temporary. But to some concerning words that are coming out of his mouth that I don't like, that I don't like. And we might have to dwell on this a little bit today on the Dan Bongino show when I fill in for Dan. But I want you to hear from Mark Wayne Mullen this weekend. Here's what he said. That's getting a lot of Attention, watch this.
Unknown Speaker (possibly a commentator or guest)
Temporary protective status was never intended to be permanent. And there's a lot of people that came over here 15, 20 years ago underneath TPS that's already changed their status. The whole time these individuals have been here underneath the temporary protective status, they could have applied for a visa. They could have applied for lpr. They could have applied for different directions, but the status itself can be ended in its name itself by saying temporary. So these individuals have a couple of choices. They can try to apply for a permanent residence here, they can apply for a temporary visa if they choose to, or they can choose to go back. And if they want to go back, we'll help them with that. If I'm talking directly to the individuals with the temporary protective status, either try to fill out the paperwork and be here underneath a permanent status, or we'll help you get back to your country. We'll actually give you a plane ticket, plus roughly $2,100 to help you reestablish when you get there. But temporary protective status, according to the. To the. To the courts and in its name itself, is not permanent status.
Vince Coglianese
What are you doing? Secretary Mullen? What are you doing? What is that? What was that move? Now, I've seen some defenses already of the words you just heard come out of his mouth, that latter part, which is, hey, you know, you still got some options. You want to stay in the United States, apply for legal permanent residence, or you can get a visa. What are you doing? Some of the defenses have been. Well, he's just describing the statutes, Vince. He's just describing what's available under the law. He's not saying that they will get to stay forever. He's just saying, here's what the current options are.
Mark Wayne Mullen
Why?
Vince Coglianese
What are you, their lawyer? What are you? You're their immigration attorney. You're the Secretary of Homeland Security. Your job is to protect the homeland, not to give them all sorts of legal loopholes to figure out how they can evade having to be sent back to their home countries. Will you please stop it? Stop it. Just do your job. Protect our borders. That's it. That's. That's your job. And that includes sending people home who've overstayed their welcome. You're here illegally. Your temporary protective status is up. It's time for you to go home. It shouldn't be messages of like, don't worry. We'll cook up some other way to keep you around. No. Now, Secretary Mullen knows that he stepped in it because the last night he posted the following. Let me be abundantly clear. Temporary protective status is just that, temporary. Democrats tried to turn this into a de facto amnesty program. President Trump put a stop to it. If you're in the country without status, you're here illegally. Illegal aliens have two choices. They can either accept a $2,600 stipend and a flight home to self deport or they will be removed. There's no getting around what just happened, though. Secretary Mullen went on national television and emphasized that these people have options to stay. That's a ridiculous bit of messaging from the Homeland Security secretary and I hope he doesn't make that mistake again. We have every right as the American people to be very vigilant to the way government officials use their power and whether or not it's on our behalf. And so we will continue to concentrate, including on the people who are our president picks. President Trump picked Mark Wayne Mullen to do this job. But that doesn't mean the scrutiny goes away. We'll continue to scrutinize you. We have to. We have a country to save. I've got a lot more to talk about with you. We're going to do it today. Coming up on the great Dan Bongino Show. I'll be filling in for dan. That's at 10am Eastern on rumble rumble.com/bongino to see me there. Also coming up today, Haley Karen. Also coming up on the Dan Bongino program, we are going to do a deep dive into the Save America Act. We are really going to get into it. I'm going to walk you through what the hell just happened with Scott Pressler and John Thune. All of it. It's all coming up today. I can't wait to get to it. We're going to do it real soon. The Dan Bongino show. It's our movement, okay? It's ours.
Bernie Sanders
We built it hard truths.
Vince Coglianese
There are a bunch of people out there pulling you into an information vortex, dumping the dead pig in the well, hoping you jump in. Don't jump in the well. It's a trap. Find a way out immediately. This is the nothing is happening trap. And it is an inverted sense of reality. If we don't correct it and your kids believe it.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
I'm sorry.
