According to News outlets like Fox 4 out of Dallas Fort Worth, local affiliate out of Dallas Fort Worth, Texas Supreme Court blocks Voting time extension in Dallas County. A judge in Dallas county extended voting hours to 9pm for Democrats. As some say voters in parts of Texas are being turned away from the polls. Just before that extension ended, the Texas Supreme Court temporarily blocked the order, saying voting should only happen as permitted. Well, that makes sense. You should only follow the rules of voting. I don't know. Why is this so complicated? Can't you just follow the rules? But let me just go attack the core point. Republicans would not in any capacity rig the election against Jasmine Crockett. Republicans were hoping she would win, and so she's accusing Republicans of this. Meanwhile, she should really be attacking Talarico for his election rigging stunts. So that's, that's, that's where we are on that. So that's, that's the Democrats. Trust me, we've got more to say about Jesse Talarico. We're going to spend some time beating up on this guy because, boy, does he deserve it. He really, really deserves to lose in Texas now that he's becoming the nominee there. We should not have this guy in the Senate. He is absolutely sinister. Just to give you. If you, if you don't mind, I'll give you just two quick examples here. Let's see. James Talarico says that God is pro abortion. He says God is pro abortion. And he uses one of the most beautiful stories in all of the Bible about Mary learning of the blessing of carrying the Son of God. And he says that that story justifies abortion, that God endorses killing children in the womb. Here's the, the way Talarico presented this.

But I say all this in terms of, in context of abortion, because before God comes over Mary and we have the incarnation, God asks for Mary's consent, which is remarkable. I mean, go back and read this. And in, in Luke, how disgusting.

A proud Lone Star State resident, proud Texan, and he's been showing up. He showed up at the polls and he's trying to stop John Cornyn from getting back in. John Cornyn is, you know, Mr. Establishment. John Cornyn has been there far too long, and John Cornyn's got to go. And John Cornyn was able to prevail with just enough votes to make it to the next round. You see, in Texas, the primary vote doesn't end the election unless you get a majority over 50%. Nobody got over 50% yesterday. In fact, the results here are that in this race, John Cornyn and Ken Paxton are now heading to a runoff. Look at the numbers here. For Those of you rumble.com/vince, I've got the. The numbers on screen right now. Cornyn takes 41.9% of the vote. Ken Paxton took 40.7%. Okay, so this is a neck and neck race already, and that's with all these other candidates on the ballot. Wesley Hunt was the only other person who was taken very seriously in this race. Cornyn and Wesley Hunt had some very vicious campaigning going on against one another. Wesley Hunt collected 13.5% of the vote here. Now, you just, just. I just want you to walk through the logic of this for a moment. If you voted for Wesley Hunt, what are the chances that you will now vote for John Cornyn? I don't think so. I don't. I don't foresee this happening. I don't. I don't see how that happens. It seems to me that Ken Paxton is the one to beat here that you will see so many of these Wesley Hunt votes instead go to Ken Paxton. Now, as John Cornyn and Ken Paxton face off in this runoff election, this is a fascinating, fascinating development and could be very, very good. Ken Paxton, very maga. Very maga. Going to be a much better hand in the United States Senate than John Cornyn. But, man, they've spent a lot of money. They've spent a lot of money here. John Cornyn and Al Lives have spent over $100 million in this race already. And it's about to get even uglier. So keep your eyes on Texas. Texas, a huge race going on right now. And then one more out of Texas for you. Overnight, Dan Crenshaw has lost his congressional seat. Dan Crenshaw losing his primary overnight, defeated by a Ted Cruz backed state lawmaker who just won the Republican primary there. Crenshaw, you know, is not, has not always been the, the warmest embracer of President Trump or his base. He did tell the Houston Chronicle ahead of the vote this week that his relationship with Trump is good. But Dan Crenshaw has been defeated now in Texas in that Republican primary after four terms. He loses to Steve Toth, the state representative and businessman. And following years of turmoil between Crenshaw and the MAGA faction of the Republican Party that questioned Crenshaw's loyalty to Trump. That's the FOX News report here. That's the second Congressional District primary ending last night. Toth beating Crenshaw. And there you go. So Crenshaw now headed out. Now, coming up, let's, let's talk a little bit about what happened yesterday. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem shows up before the United States Senate yesterday to testify on the, on DHS and its funding. Here she is calling for an end to the Democrat led shutdown. Watch.

The latest Democrat led shutdown of DHS is reckless, it's unnecessary, and it undermines the American national security and it harms the men and women who work at DHS and, and their families. Despite the House passing a bipartisan, bicameral full year DHS funding bill, it is Senate Democrats who have chosen not to fund the department and have held this department hostage. As a result. Critical national security missions, including border security, immigration enforcement, aviation security, disaster response, cybersecurity and the protection of critical infrastructure are all being strained. Our ability to provide for a safe and successful World cup is being hindered as well. More than 100,000 dedicated DHS employees are once again being asked to work without pay. For the third time in just five months. At a time when we've produced the most secure border in history and removed nearly 3 million illegal aliens from our country, disrupting the department responsible for those gains is indefensible.

Yeah. I mean, this is unconscionable that you would put us in this position. We just saw a terror attack in Austin, Texas this weekend where a guy opens fire, killing a bunch of people wearing his Property of Allah sweatshirt. He's got his Iranian flag shirt on underneath. Back home, he's got pictures of the ayatollah. The guy's a full blown terrorist. And you're going to tell us that you're going to continue to defund, defund the Department of Homeland Security because you're mad that we're deporting illegals. You people are psychos. Or as President Trump said last week, these people are crazy. These people are crazy. And then he gestures off to his side. They're crazy. They are crazy. Crazy what they're doing in this country right now. And you have moments like this yesterday where, you know Ridiculous Durbin. Dick Durbin. That's the first time I've ever constructed that particular nickname. Ridiculous Durbin yesterday goes after Kristi Noem for arresting illegals. He's pretending that all these illegals that ICE has been rounding up are a bunch of choir boys. They're just, just innocent people. They're doing nothing wrong. Why are you hassling them? They didn't do anything beyond being illegal aliens. Well, that's justification enough. But listen to Kristi Noem as she, as she absolutely smacks ridiculous Durban around yesterday. This is cut to watch.

And then it turns out that 85% of the people you've gone after have no criminal history whatsoever. How do you explain that?

Sir, when you talk about violent crimes, what you're saying the crimes that don't matter, that you aren't counting are ones that affect American families every single day. You're not counting DUIs, you're not counting embezzlements, you're not counting theft, and you're not counting the other crimes against people and drug trafficking and proliferating that. So if you don't count those as crimes that these individuals and impacting families in this country, they are counted and

they calculate 14% of those.

Those are not counted in your 14%. If you were counting crimes that these individual illegal aliens in this country have committed, it would be well over 65 to 70% of the individuals that are detained today have those crimes on their record.

Okay, now this Dick Durbin lie that you just heard. 14%. 14%. You may be thinking to yourself, wait, I've heard this number before. I have this, this claim. 14% of illegals are criminals beyond their illegal entry into the country. The rest are just, you know, they're just poor innocent people looking for a better life. Yeah, that's because this lie came to us from cbs. It was just a few weeks ago that we were served this up. Remember this lie? DHS data show that 14% of immigrants arrested by ICE in the past year had been charged or convicted of violent crimes. 14%. Now what did the analysis exclude in all of this? Well, we know that there were all sorts of crimes that if you had lump them all together, if you actually classify them, you would have picked them up. Here's what DHS said. Horrendous crimes like the distribution of child pornography, drug trafficking, burglary, fraud, human smuggling, even being in a gang like MS.13 or trend or being a known or suspected terrorist are all considered non violent crimes by the media. They said, take this guy, his name is Antonio Israel, Lasso Quintanilla. He was wanted back in El Salvador for aggravated homicide. Who? He's wanted in El Salvador for homicide, but because he hadn't murdered anybody in America yet, he was considered nonviolent. Look at this dude's face. I think we showed this to you at the time. For Those of you rumble.com Vince to see it, he's got 666 tattooed across his forehead. The guy is a demonic gangster who is wanted for murder in another country. And Dick Durbin says he's nonviolent. So Dick Durbin is once again using an already debunked talking point. Don't you just love the left, how they do this? It's like they'll say something that's untrue. You'll prove it's untrue by delivering the actual facts to the conversation. And then they'll just stick with the old talking points like Adam Schiff and Trump. Russia collusion. You're like, wait a second. Donald Trump didn't collude with Russia. We get. There's not even. The Steele dossier is garbage for a million reasons, including there isn't even a Russian consulate in Miami. The document claimed that's not even true. And yet the left would continue to be like, no, no, no. Obviously there's lots of evidence of collusion here. The evidence is in plain sight. Adam Schiff would say they'll just lie. They'll just lie to the bloody end, regardless of what facts you introduce to the conversation. But, but that is, that's, that's a fact. That, that he whipped out that 14% number, and it was garbage. It was total garbage. And appropriately, Kristi Noem said, actually 70% have further criminal histories. Over 70% of the people that they're picking up. The Trump administration last year arrested nearly 600,000 illegals between January 20 and December 11, according to DHS. And in so doing, 70% of them have either criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. And just inside of the United States, it doesn't even include the murders that these guys were committing in other countries. So, in fact, the overwhelming majority of the illegals who are being picked up are the most violent, the most dangerous, and the most necessary to get out of the country first. Meanwhile, it's not a scandal to pick up an illegal alien who hasn't murdered someone in America. Let's get rid of them, too. I'd like them not to one day commit murder. I'd like them just to follow our laws. That's it. That's all I'm asking for. Is that too much to ask for? It's not too much to ask for. More in a moment. They're trying to turn a scandal into the fact that she's the one enforcing our laws. And Dick Durbin's upset that there are illegal aliens who are being arrested known as dreamers. No, it wasn't the right thing to do to allow huge categories of illegals to stay in our country. The right thing to do would be to enforce our laws. That would be the right thing to do. Which of course, Obama wasn't all that interested in. He was Mr. Pen and Phone, not Mr. Constitution. And so Dick Durbin yesterday was like, hey, why are you arresting all these dreamers? You're deporting all these dreamers? What is wrong with you? Have you no heart? And as he's saying this, he has to know better, at least his staff does about the kinds of people that they're, they're picking up. Listen, cut three. Here's how the exchange went down.

Last week, your agency informed us that last year ICE arrested 261 DACA holders and deported 86 of them. We learned about a DACA recipient who'd lived in this country for decades was arrested by ICE at her green card appointment. In tears, she hugged her daughter goodbye. She was deported to Mexico within 24 hours. Madam Secretary, why have you deported dozens of DACA holders who had to comply with a criminal background check to be eligible for daca?

Sir, we follow all laws as applicable to the Department of Homeland Security. How we handle detainment and deportations.

Why did you deport them?

We. I will not. I don't know the details of that specific case you just read, but I'll look into it, sir.

Okay, a little bit of a mess there because Kristi Noem actually does have details available to her that she just couldn't recall at that moment. But that's okay. I think she did a good job yesterday. So we'll, we'll, we'll clean this up for her a little bit. Here's the truth. Bill Malusion over at Fox. He obtained a letter that was sent between Kristi Noem and Dick Durbin just, just last month. And in the letter, as Bill reveals, It shows that 92% of the so called dreamers that ICE has arrested have criminal histories. Criminal histories. These are people who are, have either been convicted or have been charged in our system. 92%. So ridiculous. Durban sitting there going, these guys are just poor innocent souls. They, they came here by no fault of their own as children. Now they're criminals. Basically everybody, 92% are criminals in addition to the fact that they're here illegally. So Kristi Noem not readily equipped with those facts yesterday, although that letter was addressed to Dick Durbin with Kristi Noem signature on it. So she should have had that detail available to her. But thanks to Bill Malusian for offering that, that important context, which is great. And then Kristi Noem got her get back on on Chris Coons yesterday. Chris Coons, another insane Democrat senator was asking Christine about, hey, are you going to send ICE agents to polling places? This is the big thing that the left is now claiming that the right is going to rig this year's election by arresting illegal aliens at polling places. Now this should of course lead to an obvious follow up question. Why are there illegal aliens at polling places? Why would you see what I'm saying? Like, why would. Why would people be intimidated from voting legitimate American citizens? Why would they be intimidated by seeing ICE agents at their polling places? What is the left even talking about? Listen to Chris Coons create a trap for himself and then Kristi Noem just closes the gate on him. Watch.

Yesterday, the mullahs, the clerics, the, the Council of Nimrods got together to try and pick their new Supreme Leader. The way it works in Iran is they've got 88 dudes who all come together to decide who the Supreme Leader is.88. Not to, to borrow from the, the canon of the Dan Bongino Show. But isn't that a Frank Boughsy thing? Isn't, shouldn't Frank be all over this? The Claire, Is he upset that the clerics have eight? Right. Am I right about this? Ghee. Wouldn't Frank Fugazi 8.

Anyway, so the, the, the Islamists in Iran, they have 88 guys who pick the new Supreme Leader, and they all got together yesterday. I don't know if it was all 88 of them, but a bunch of these guys got together yesterday morning and they're like, all right, let's pick the new guy. Now, you don't have to be in like, like a national security expert. You don't have to be like some brilliant tactician. But if, if the Iranians had called me and they were like, events, we want to pick a supreme Leader. How do we do this? If I cared about seeing them survive, I would say something like, don't all get together in one place. Don't. Don't gather in person. You just saw what happened on Saturday. The Supreme Leader got all of his friends together for breakfast. And then they exploded. So I would recommend not all getting together. They all got together and then they exploded. Cut six. Watch this. I'm told by a senior Israeli official that the Israelis just struck the Supreme Council gathering where the Iranians were meeting to choose a new supreme leader. This is a significant development. And again speaks to the Israeli intelligence about this war. They just targeted the meeting in Tehran where what's left of the leadership was gathering to choose a new supreme leader. I saw producer Jim told me, I don't know who told this joke. So I'm going to. I'm going to give credit to whoever said it. I don't. I don't know who said it, but black smoke went up, which means they have not yet chosen a new supreme leader. War is messy business.

But Israel. Israel's got their number. I don't know what they could do. They probably are thinking themselves. We can't do Zoom, we can't do the Internet. Israel's gonna hear everything we do. We should meet in person. They all meet in person, they all die. So I don't know. I don't know what to tell you. Israel is sourced up out the wazoo right now on these guys, and they took him out. All right, so that's what happened. And then back here in the United States, Marco Rubio stopped by the United States Senate to give yet another briefing, this time to the full Senate. I talked to Tommy Tuberville yesterday just ahead of the meeting. He was eager to hear from Secretary Rubio. He says, of course, that all of his Democrat colleagues are acting like psychos, which Marco Rubio also said. Here is Marco Rubio saying, look, the meat. The meaning of all of this is Iran can't have a nuclear weapon. And we are definitely not only on schedule, we're ahead of schedule right now in order to solve all of this. Cut seven. Here's Marco Rubio with an update.

I will obviously refer you to the Department of War. Suffice it to say that our objectives remain as they've been identified from the beginning and by the President laid out clearly yesterday. Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. And we will now not allow Iran to hide behind the immunity of a massive short term ballistic missile inventory or the ability. Ability to make them or launch them. And so centcom in a joint operations is carrying out a systematic destruction of their missile belt, destruction of their launchers and destruction of their ability to make these, as well as the destruction of their navy. From what I've been told by the Department of War, everything is on or ahead of schedule and proceeding on these objectives. We have every confidence in the world that these objectives will be achieved.

Yeah, we're on or ahead of schedule. That's good news from Marco Rubio, who's just been fantastic through all of this. And he also said that, look, you know, as we talk about these headlines, expect things to get a little bit more intense in the days ahead. The intensity, he said, is about to kick up big time. Cut eight. Here's Marco yesterday.

You're about to see, you know, we're going to unleash Chang on these people in the next few hours and days. You're going to really begin to perceive a change in the scope and in the intensity of these attacks as frankly the two most powerful air forces in the world take apart this terroristic regime and defang it and take away its ability to threaten its neighbors or hide behind a zone of immunity that allows them to develop their nuclear ambitions. This terroristic radical, clerical led regime cannot be ever allowed to have nuclear weapons. We saw what they were willing to do to the own people. They were willing to slaughter their own people in the streets. Imagine what they would do to us. Imagine what they would do to others under President Trump. That will never ever happen.

Okay, I've got, I've got to address something from this video. You heard him say, yeah, El Dunn, MD has this correct. You, you heard Marco Rubio say we have to unleash Chang. Which caught my attention. Unleash Chang. This is not a phrase that I've, I don't know if I've ever heard it. I don't think I've ever used it. I know. Well, I've never heard it, therefore I've never used it. Unleash. What was he talking. I love it. Whatever it is. I was like, man, Chang sounds intense, whatever that is, we're unleashing it. And just so you know, so you're well equipped. He didn't say Chang as in C H A N G. He said Chang as in C H I A N G. It's a historic reference to Chiang Kai Shek, who was a nationalist leader of Taiwan. Chinese Nationalist leader of Taiwan. And the goal at the time, back in the 50s, was to see if we could use him as a vehicle to take back China from the commies. So there were people, Americans calling to unleash Chang, to, to get rid of Mao's China. Which is a fascinating little detail. It just, you know, spending some time staring at all of this and it's great. But apparently it became the Source of a lot of, according to reporting from places like Politico, this, this goes back years now. This came became one of the key phrases inside of the Bush family, who Marco Rubio was close to for a bit. Remember, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush were very close back in the day. And, and apparently it's the source of trash talk in the Bush family when they're, like playing tennis against one another. They'll say they'll unleash Chang as they're about to deliver a serve and these types of things. And in fact, at one point, as you see in the photo here, rumble.com Vince, Jeb Bush gave Marco Rubio what he referred to as the sword of Chang so that he could, quote, unleash Chang. So this has been a, this has been a part of Marco Rubio's lexicon for a very long time. And I, and in case you're wondering, does that mean that the Bushes are controlling our foreign policy? No, it does. That does not. That's not what that means. It means that Marco Rubio has been using the phrase unleash Chang for a long time in his political career. And there he was yesterday saying, I was like, what was that? That's the answer. That's a long winded answer to a very short moment in time. Yesterday. I was like, unleash Chang. What is he talking about? That's the story. That's the origin story. There you go. That's how that happened. Marco Rubio also said he laughed yesterday when a reporter got at him and said, hey, the Democrats are criticizing you. And Rubio intercepted the whole conversation. Cut nine, Watch.

Several Democrats criticize. They're going to always criticize. We've been doing this for years, guys. They come out, I'll tell you right now, they're going to come out after the briefing and say, we didn't hear anything. We have more questions than answers. You mark my words.

But we still do these briefings. Yeah, they're going to come out here and be like, we got more questions than answers. And sure enough, Chuck Schumer instantly came out of the briefing and he said, I'm very troubled by what I heard. I'm very, very troubled. Cut 10, watch. I left the intelligence briefing more concerned than reassured. If the case for war were strong, it would be consistent. Instead, the rationales change by the hour. Regime change, nuclear weapons, missiles, defense preemptive. Which is it? When the justification keeps shifting, a strategy is missing. There is no strategy. We've got more questions than answers. I love, I love how they come out right away and then deliver exactly what Marco Rubio said they would do. There they are. So there's, there's Chuck Schumer acting like a total tool as usual, true to form. So, you know, good to see that guy hasn't changed. And stepping out in front of a microphone and saying, we've got problems. We got huge problems. Now, not every senator said that. Not every Democrat said that. No chat. Which Democrat thinks that Trump administration is doing a good job? I want to see anybody know the answer to this question. Which Democrat senator who doesn't normally wear a suit thinks the Trump administration is doing an excellent job? Right there it is. M. Furious John Fetterman. That's, here's Fetterman. Mr. You know, Senator Hoodie appeared on CNN last night to drop some truth bombs in the midst of this bombing campaign. Cut 11 watch. Senator, the Trump administration just wrapped up its Iran briefing for all members of Congress. Did they give any information that gives you any pause about supporting this war?

John Fetterman (51:11)

No, no, nothing that I've, that I've heard. I mean, I, I think overall, I think the, the, the dynamic really is, is, is the same. And now ever since, especially after 10, seven, you know, it's all been, you know, every single senator agreed that we can't ever allow a quiet Orion to acquire a nuclear bomb. And now here we've had what's happened now. They, it seems now this has made it virtually impossible to, to do that at this point. And that's also severely damaged their entire military apparatus, though. So I say, like, I think overall, this has been a very, a big, big win for, for global security, especially in the Middle East.

He's saying it's going well. This is a big win for global security. We've severely damaged their entire military apparatus. The pursuing ahead of schedule. As John Fetterman, who Democrats, they really hate him. Talk about a guy they want to get rid of. They're going to try and Jasmine Crockett, that dude out of the Senate for different reasons entirely. But they want to get rid of him. They want to get rid of him. And yet there he is just saying, look, they just told me the truth. It's funny, you know, Fetterman has been such an interesting character in the United States Senate. He votes against us. You know what, 95% of the time it's not like he's on our side in a meaningful way, but just the idea that he would come out and state some plain and obvious truths every so often makes him an unusual character in that party. Which refuses to say obvious and true things out loud. Like men can't become women or that a nation should have borders or that invaders should be deported, or that the supreme leader is actually a poisonous demonic figure in Iran who has led to a lot of suffering on our planet, including the death of thousands of americans. He's just saying true things out loud, which is neat to see. Also, I did find it interesting that he wore a suit to the state of the union out of a sign of respect to president trump last week. He shows up to the senate every day in a hoodie. Not when president trump came, he showed up in a suit. So kind of fascinating. Just gonna dog ear that and save it and just keep it in mind as we go forward. You know, Fetterman at this point doesn't shock me when he says true things out loud. One more component here for you. The commander of central command. Central command, there's all these joint commands. Basically all of the various services come together in these joint commands that cover different regions of the world. And central command, it covers the middle east. And the commander of central command is a guy called Brad Cooper. Bradley cooper. Bradley cooper, not to be confused with the actor from the hangover, Admiral brad cooper is the head of central command and he just gave us an update on how intense our operations are in iran and how successful they have been. Iran's military capabilities, their combat power is very rapidly declining in a measurable way. Here's Bradley cooper offering us the update.

I'm admiral Brad Cooper, the commander of United states central command. In this capacity, I lead u. S. Military forces in the middle east. Now, we're less than 100 hours into this operation and we've already struck nearly 2,000 targets with more than 2,000 munitions. We have severely degraded Iran's air defenses and destroyed hundreds of Iran's ballistic missiles, launchers and drones. And in simple terms, we're focused on shooting all the things that can shoot at us. Our B2 bombers and B1 bombers have executed uncontested surgical strikes against multiple missile facilities deep inside iran. And then just last night, a B52 bomber force struck ballistic missile and command and control posts. We are also sinking the Iranian navy. The entire navy. Thus far, we've destroyed 17 Iranian ships, including the most operational Iranian submarine that now has a hole in its side. For decades, the Iranian regime has harassed international shipping. Today, there's not a single Iranian ship underway in the arabian gulf, Strait of hormuz or gulf of oman. And we will not stop.

Have you noticed the markets were Quote, stabilizing going into this morning, that things are improving. The fact that Iran can't lock up the Strait of Hormuz anymore, that its navy is at the bottom of the sea, that we're sinking their subs, that all of their air defenses have been debilitated. They're even one of the ways they're measuring like basically their stockpiles is like how many missiles are they firing each day. That's going down precipitously every day. Iran is now firing fewer and fewer missiles because theoretically and just in terms of practical reality, they just have fewer missiles to fire. They've been firing them off mostly to ill effect, mostly getting intercepted. And a lot of these places have been destroyed. They just have fewer to actually fire off. So the, the aggressiveness is ramping up by the United States and Israel and the ability of Iran to, to do anything belligerent is vanishing by the day. So an interesting update there, an encouraging update there from Central Command, encouraging update from the Secretary of State Marco Rubio and an encouraging reaction to all of it from Senator Hoodie John Fetterman. As, as this thing moves along, we'll keep you posted. As I said, intensity expected to ramp up in the next few days according to President Trump and Secretary Rubio. We'll keep our eyes on that.
