What's with the shirt that I. One mad Woman seven asked. Well, I'm glad you asked. One MAD WOMAN seven Hopefully you're not too mad about this. It's Clarence Thomas. Look at that. How good does he look? There's Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and it says hope at the bottom. And I do hope, I hope the court listens to Clarence Thomas today as they debate birthright citizenship with the president of the United States seated in the courtroom. Oh, I can't wait to get to that. We will get to that coming up. It's going to be epic. It's going to be very epic. But let me, let me ask you, let me start with you today about the big news about what the president's up to tonight. God, the guy's so busy. The president of the United States is set to address the Nation tonight at 9pm Eastern Time. We get this news overnight from Caroline Levitt, the White House press secretary, saying that the president will give an address to the nation to provide an important update on Iran. On Iran. This is a big deal. So a big presidential address tonight. All of the networks now have committed to carrying the broadcast. So the world is going to see this tonight. And what will the president say? What will the president discuss? Well, obviously, the central topic is Iran, but it's gonna have to be. I mean, I think you and I could probably divine out what this will look like. It'll be an assessment of how this operation has gone so far. And it's going to be an advanced preview of what comes next. Where do we go from here? And so yesterday, I think we had a very helpful Pentagon press briefing from the Department of War yesterday that included, once again, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Raisin Cain, Dan Kaine, General Dan Kaine was there. And our very own Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent, was over there at the Pentagon yesterday morning and got a chance to question both men. And one of the questions that I suggested Reagan ask, and thankfully she did, was would you ask these gentlemen what uses do we have for the United States Marines and the United States army for the soldiers other than a ground invasion? Because the media is running its gums about, oh, a ground invasion's coming. A ground invasion's coming. Well, what else might we use these kind of troops for? And Reagan asked, and General Kaine answered, take a look at yesterday's interaction on this subject. Watch.
B
No, just to answer your question, Reagan, you know, the range of military options that those forces can offer are extensive, not just limited to what you mentioned in terms of forces on the ground. And I wouldn't want to take away the president's decision space. But there are a multitude of things, not the least of which is Iran should note that they're out there and that they are at pressure point. And so they should carefully consider, I think at the diplomatic level, not my job as a chairman, but at the diplomatic level to consider what's in front of me.
A
There's a very impressive force, very impressive force that the United States is now using as leverage in this debate, in this debate, in this conflict in an effort to get a deal. So General Kaine goes, look, we could use them for a lot of things. Doesn't just have to be for a ground invasion, but they're there and Iran should know it. It's the reason the president keeps talking about it. This is the reason the Department of War keeps talking about it, very public about these troop movements. They want people to know, they want the Iranians to know that we can do anything we want. So why don't you make a deal with us before we have to exercise some of these options. General Kaine with that update. Thank you to the general for answering our question on that subject. President Trump yesterday in the Oval Office said that it's time for other countries to begin protecting the Strait of Hormuz. And in fact, this morning we just got an update. The Wall Street Journal reports that the United Arab Emirates is now committing to protecting the Strait of Hormuz, which is the first time any of the countries in the Gulf region have now committed to that kind of protection. This is after the Iranians have been throwing missiles in their direction. So some amazing developments right now. But here's the president yesterday talking about the straight of hormones and saying we are going to be done. Listen to the certainty with which he talks about this. Two to three weeks. Here's the president of the United States yesterday.
C
I think we two or three weeks we'll leave because there's no reason for us to do this. Look, problem with the strait, a guy can take a mine, drop it in the water and say, oh, it's unsafe. It's not like you're taking out an army or you're taking out a country or you they can drop it or you can take a machine gun from the shore and shoot a little few bullets on a ship or maybe an over the shoulder missile, small missiles. That's not for us. That'll be for France, that'll be for whoever's using the strait. But I think when we leave, probably that's all cleared up. Today I heard tremendous numbers of ships were sailing through. We're negotiating with them right now. They've been. Again, we have had regime change. Now regime change was not one of the things I had as a goal. I had one goal. They will have no nuclear weapon. And that goal has been attained. They will not have nuclear weapons. But we're finishing the job and I think within maybe two weeks, maybe a couple of days longer to do the job. But we want to knock out every single thing they have. Now it's possible that we'll make a deal before that because we'll hit bridges and we've hit some, we'll hit some bridges. Got a couple of nice bridges in mind. But if they come to the table, that'll be good. But it doesn't matter whether they come or not. We've set them back. It'll take 15 to 20 years for them to rebuild what we've done to them. They have no navy, they have no military, they have no air force, they have no telecommunications, they have no anti aircraft systems. They have no leaders. You know, their leaders are all gone.
A
Their leaders are all gone. So you heard that that ending point is also kind of where he started, which is like, look, I didn't go in there with the intention of regime change. That's not why we went in. That was never the mission. The mission was to stop the nuclear threat, to get rid of their nuclear arsenal, to get rid of their nuclear development, to seize the nuclear material, whatever, whatever we can do to stop them from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Regime change, that wasn't really the point. Although we did kind of change the regime anyway because we killed literally everybody at the top. So now they got all these lower level people who are kind of falling into place. And we're working with these new people, we're trying to come up with a deal with them. That's his plan. But the President has been clear throughout this whole process what this has all been about. Stopping a nuclear run. And he said we just had their military back by 20 years. You know, if you listen to Secretary of State Marco Rubio who's been out talking about this, what Iran had done after Operation Midnight Hammer, after the United States had bombed these nuclear facilities first and foremost. They continued to brag, even to Steve Wyckoff, about how much enriched uranium they had. They had all this, well, we have all this enriched uranium that we could use as a nuclear weapon, but we promised we're not going to do that. But there's no reason to enrich uranium to the levels they had done unless they were in pursuit of a nuclear weapon. And also they were building a missile shield. They were building ballistic missiles to ludicrous levels in order to protect the development of their nuclear program. That's what they were doing. They were building a blanket of missiles in order to try and create an environment where nobody could penetrate and get to their nuclear weapons and development. So, you know, the United States detected all this and said, okay, this is enough. We've had 47 years of this crap. We've had endless, you know, rope a dope with Iran. We're not playing this game anymore. We're taking them out. So they take out the nuclear program. And now President Trump tonight is set to address the nation. And I guarantee it's going to be. I guarantee, insofar as I can gather this publicly, that he's going to make a big statement tonight to basically say to the American people, look, we've. We've achieved all, almost all of the objectives we set out to in the first place. We just have to. We have. We have two weeks of cleanup basically coming up. And then after that, I'm calling on the world to protect the Strait of Hormuz. These other countries need to pony up. You need other countries to commit to doing this. We can't handle everything. We're not going to do it all for you. We've got our own energy. We're not even anywhere near as dependent as you are on the energy that flows through that strait. So get involved in. And the Iranians, right now is your chance. Make a deal. You could have a glorious future. Or things could get even rougher for you as the president, I expect tonight we'll see what he has to say. Again, 9:00pm Eastern this evening. We'll keep an eye on that. That statement yesterday that the President made from the Oval Office, the reason he was in the Oval Office was because he was talking about election integrity. He wanted to talk about election integrity. And specifically because Congress is out on vacation, everybody's at Disney World. Everybody's like, I think, were there some guys in Scotland? Did you guys see this? There's, like, members of Congress, like, flying around, like in Scotland. They're in foreign Countries, they're on vacation. They're on vacation. And the President says, okay, fine, you know, without Congress in place, I'll just do it myself. So yesterday, the President of the United States signed an executive order to clean up mail in voting nationwide. Now, now, interestingly, I know we started our show with Reagan Reese. It is also Reagan Reese's scoop that this would happen. Yesterday, she got a hold of this. She just before the signature, she said President Trump was expected to sign and did this executive order cracking down on mail in voting all across the country. The executive order requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state with the Social Security Administration's help. So Homeland Security is going to come up with a list of every citizen who's even eligible to vote in the state, according to a fact sheet shared with the caller. That'll be, by the way, that'll be really helpful to make sure that you don't have the same person registered in multiple states. The presidential action will also require that the U.S. postal Service only sends absentee ballots to those who are on each state's approved mail in ballot list. Ballots will now have specific secure envelopes with unique barcodes for tracking. According to the order, states will be provided with their revised lists of confirmed voters no less than 60 days before each federal election under the order. The executive order also tells the US Attorney General rather to prioritize investigating and prosecuting anyone accused of sending ballots to ineligible voters. States that disobey the order can lose federal funding under the presidential action, according to the White House. Abigail Jackson. Election integrity has always been a top priority for President Trump. The American people sent him back to the White House because they overwhelmingly supported his common sense election integrity agenda. The President will do everything in his power to defend the safety and security of American elections and to ensure that only American citizens are voting in them. Amazing. So what you have from the President here is, okay, what federal touch points do I have? Well, I've got the department on land security. I can keep track of, you know, who's actually eligible to vote in the United States. And then I also have the U.S. postal Service. And now we're going to say, hey, postal Service, you're only allowed to send absentee ballots if the person's on the approved mail in ballot list. Now, will there be crazy left wing legal challenges to all of this?
C
Of course.
A
Everything President Trump does solicits a crazy left wing legal challenge and it works its way through the course. The President says we've got to fix this now. And I can't wait any longer for Congress to try and fix it. So. Good for the President of the United States. Just, just, you know, one more thing, one more thing. He went to the Kennedy center yesterday to see a performance of Chicago. I don't even know how he has time for all of this. You know, the people were going to a big show. They'd be planning their day around it, like looking at the clock. I got to get to my show tonight. We got to leave work a little early so we can make it through traffic to get to the show. President Trump, he literally signs an executive order to secure America's elections, announces that we're leaving Iran in two to three weeks, and then heads off to go see Chicago. And then he gets ready to go to the United States Supreme Court this morning to sit for another massive, yes, election integrity concern about birthright citizenship. The guy's staying busy, in other words. But here he is yesterday saying, I'm going to do it myself. Now he's going to do it himself. And you know, how does, I don't know how Reagan does this. Okay? And then Reagan was there, and Reagan asked him yesterday, does this mean if you have to do this now yourself, does this mean that you believe that the Save America act is unlikely to pass? Here's the president yesterday, cut one. He's annoyed now that, that the Save America act appears destined to flop in the United states Congress. Watch. Mr. President, do you still think it's going to pass? Were you signing?
C
It's the craziest thing. The Democrats are totally against it. Again, they're unified. I think maybe would have Fetterman, who I have a lot of respect for, but the Democrats are unified against it. And you need Democrat votes. Unless you do something smart called the filibuster. Terminate the filibuster, which they should do. Republicans should do that. But there are a couple of Republicans that maybe they're not so smart because the Democrats will do it in the first day in office. Maybe the first hour. It's a question. Will it be the first hour or the first day? So who can, who can believe that a person, you can't even get it to the floor, the, that a person wouldn't vote for. Think of it, for citizenship, proof of citizenship, for voter identification. And we also added one, we added mail in ballots, mail in ballots with exceptions for the military, for people that are sick, people that are traveling, for the disabled. We have very generous exceptions. But who would believe that that would be possible? Not to get those things subsequent vote for. And then we added best of Trump. We added no men and women, sports, different subject, but we added that and we said no transgender mutilization of our children. These are all 90, 95, maybe 98 in some cases, maybe 99. In terms of. If you, Those first two, if you talk about the first two, I think, you know, I think, I think a 98, 99% voter identification. Right. Wouldn't you think. Don't you think it's nice with picture? Wouldn't you think it's nice? When the Democrats had their convention, I remember it so well. You had to have identification to get into the arena. And they had a card that was bigger than most of their chests and it had everything. It had their picture. And if you didn't have that card, they threw you away. In New York City recently, we had big snowstorm. Mayor Mandami had. He called out for people to shovel snow, but you had to give identification with picture. If you didn't have. And it wasn't one identification, you had to have two. So to shovel snow in New York City, you need identification, education, double with picture. But to vote, which is maybe our most cherished thing, you don't need. They don't want voter id, the Democrats, because they want to cheat. The problem is we need their votes in order to get it. You need their votes. And look, they know their policy is so bad. They know that if they gave those votes, they might never win another election.
A
So they might never win another election. They might never win another election. I mean, really, the future of the country is on the line. This is why we keep calling it. We call it the Save America act because it would save America. It would protect the American election system and would prevent the very kind of fraud and cheating that you were just hearing the President talk about. So just, it's just, it's disappointing. I don't like, I don't like that his tone has shifted on this. Basically, his tone appears to be one of, you hate to say defeat, but just kind of like, he's like, resolved to have to do this a different way. Resolved. I'm have to do this a different way because we just don't have enough support. He goes, obviously, the Democrats don't support it, and I can't even get enough Republicans to support it. Now you heard him say recently, he's like, john Thune needs to be a leader. He needs to be a leader. If he's going to be a leader, he needs to be a leader. He needs to be the kind of guy who twists arms, threatens people, incentivizes people, whatever it takes to be able to achieve this objective. And, but the president is going to, in the absence of that, he's going to do what he can on his own, including yesterday's executive order. So thank you to the president for that update. One more election rigging update for you. A direct election rigging update. And then I want to get to the Supreme Court. We've got a lot of, a lot to discuss today in Virginia. The fight continues in Virginia. If you live in Virginia and you have not yet voted in this referendum, go, go to the polls. Vote no right now. Vote no on election rigging. Because as we speak, remember, Democrats are looking to steal a whole bunch of seats right now. It's in Virginia. It's a 6, 5 map right now. Six Democrats to five Republicans. Democrats want to steal four of those seats. They want to make it a 101 map for the midterms. They're trying to do it right now. Obama's involved. Abigail Spanberger, of course, the dilute, the deranged governor of Virginia is doing this. And, and the good news for you at this hour is that in the early vote, all the Republican counties are outperforming the Republican districts are outperforming the Democrat districts in terms of turnout. Now, it's not by huge margins, but it is an advantage right now. And we don't know the specific vote tally, of course, but we just know that Republicans are showing up. That's a big deal. But we have to maintain that momentum going all the way to April 21st at the end of this. This is not just important to Virginia, it's important to the entire country because they could steal the entire United States House of Representatives this way. This is an election rigging operation. And if you doubt how serious it is to the left how desperate they are to rig the United States House, look no further than the fact that Hakeem Jeffries and his, you know, the money that he controls, the dial up Democrat, this guy just gave $20 million to the cause. Now Republicans have raised a very small sum of money. It's like 8 million, I think, in Virginia. And for this battle, if we're gonna win in Virginia, it seems at this point it's gonna be a grassroots fight that the grassroots people like me and you are the only way that we are going to get victory here to stop the rigging. I saw this morning, I saw a report that some Republicans have thrown up their hands. They're like, oh, we're probably gonna lose Virginia. Let's just keep our money for other elections later in the midterms. No, you idiots. No, you idiots. This is an effort to rig the entire House of Representatives. Don't save your money for electoral contests where you're trying to appeal to voters for later races. Fight now in the most obvious election rigging of the year. Fight right now. As Democrats are dumping a lot of money into this, Democrats are worried that they're not going to be able to succeed. One DC publication, Punchbowl, this morning headline, could Dems blow it in Virginia? Could Dems blow it in Virginia? God willing, they do. But the only way that we can make that come true is if we stay in the fight. You have to do it right now so Virginians get out and vote. Vote no. Vote hell no to election rigging in Virginia. Okay, coming up in a moment, I'm going to talk to you a little bit more about what the Supreme Court is up to, why I've got so much faith in this guy. Love this guy. Look at Clarence Thomas. I see some people asking me in the chat, where'd you get the shirt from? It was. I think it was my producer Corey, who gave it to me years ago. And I have no idea where he got it, but I've had it. And I opened up my shirt drawer this morning and I thought to myself, clarence Thomas, there he is. I'm gonna wear that. I need to, especially today. Love, Justice Thomas. All right, more ahead on the program. We're gonna get to it. I wanna thank our sponsors today, the guys who make it possible for us to keep doing this each day for free. Did the people who drafted the 14th amendment intend to confer on every illegal alien and every Chinese national and every single random person who came across our border? Did they intend to confer on them the privilege of having US Citizen children just by giving birth in the United States? Is that what the 14th Amendment was about? Was that what it is? The answer to that is no, not at all. There are three Civil War era amendments, sometimes referred to as the Civil rights amendments. The 13th, the 14th and the 15th amendments. The 13th amendment to the Constitution was to free the slaves. The 14th Amendment to the Constitution, which is what we're talking about today, was to say that former slaves are indeed American citizens of the United states. And the 15th Amendment is to protect the voting franchise for those very same people. Each of those amendments was designed to end slavery and fully integrate into the United States black Americans who had been enslaved and their children to make sure that they were a full part of this American dream. That's it. That's what the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments are for. And yet over the years, left has so distorted the purpose of the 14th Amendment beyond recognition that they now sort of idly, they just, they just make a blanket claim that it confers on illegal aliens the ability to have children here in the United States. And boom, they're American citizens. Now, how big is this problem right now? How. What's the scale of this? Well, back in 2023, the Pew research found that approximately 300,000 babies. That was in 2023. 300,000 babies each year in the United States are born to illegal aliens. 300,000. That's 300,000American citizenships handed out right now, again, in this insane system that it shouldn't work this way at all. 300,000. So when we talk about just. And to give you a sense of perspective, that's 8% of all US births. And that very same year, 3.6 million babies were born in the United States. 300,000 of them were to illegal aliens. So if 8% of all US births are citizens, that shouldn't be citizens at all. What you're witnessing is what the left has been planning for, for many years, which is their plot to import new voters and to have basically a homegrown stockpile of new voters that they're bringing in without your permission, without anybody's permission. These people are pouring into our country illegally breaking our laws, and then they're. And then as a reward, they get to have US Citizen children. Additionally, it also gives access to the illegal aliens who have these babies. It gives them access to America's welfare programs. Right now, an illegal alien is technically, under the law, told, forbidden from getting access to welfare in the United States. You're not allowed to, you know, go on food stamps or something. If you're an illegal alien who just pours across our border, that's illegal. But here's the, here's the gigantic Mack truck size loophole. If you have a child, then they're entitled to it. They're entitled to welfare because now our country has made them an American citizen. So what ends up happening is the kid gets welfare benefits and all of those, all of that welfare flows to the illegal alien parents. That's how that works. In addition to way a bunch of other social services that you and I are paying for, including emergency rooms and things for illegal aliens in our country. It is a totally demented and broken system by design. This is what the left wants. And so it's useful if we just go back in history a little bit. I told you about the 13th and 14th and 15th amendments, what they were for in the first place, why they were drafted, why we have them. But in case you're wondering, you know, what you're going to hear today in the oral arguments at the United States Supreme Court. This all revolves around the fact that the President of the United States put out an executive order clarifying that this is insane, that this is, this shouldn't work this way, and that the 14th amendment was very explicit about, you know, who we considered to be a U.S. citizen. And it's not illegal aliens. So this is going before the Supreme Court today and big oral arguments. President Trump will be present today. As of 10am this morning, he'll be present there. Now, there will be no video footage or pictures or anything like that because there is no video footage or pictures inside of the Supreme Court during these oral arguments. But the President in fact, has a ceremonial seat that's reserved at the Supreme Court. It's always there. It's just nobody really ever uses it. President Trump will use it today. He's gonna go and sit there and watch the argument. And as they're arguing today, you're going to hear references to a variety of Supreme Court cases in the past. One of them is a case that the left likes to cite with frequency called Wong Kim Ark. Wong Kim Ark. It's a case dating back to 1898. And in that case, the court concluded that the son of a Chinese laborer is. Would be considered an American citizen because the son was born here in the United States. Now, what the left is not going to tell you, what they're not going to spend any time dwelling on, is the fact that that Chinese laborer was here in the United States legally. That's the big distinction here. We had a legal immigrant who has this child who the court at the time said is a U.S. citizen. Now, you can disagree with that. You can even say, probably, you can. I think you can probably arrive at the same conclusion that, wait, why is a legal immigrant entitled to a US Citizen child? Shouldn't it just be for US Citizens? Yeah, I think that would be the proper way to handle this. If a legal immigrant wants a US Citizen child, they should become a naturalized US Citizen, and then their kid can be a US Citizen at birth. That would, I think, make the most sense in the world. But regardless, just in terms of the technicalities here, that was a legal immigrant in the Wong Kim. Our case. One more case to think about, one more big case to think about from the 1920s, and that was at the time, it was widely understood that Indians who were born in the United States were not actually American citizens. That. Not yet, at least. So in the 1920s, Congress had to pass a law called the Indian Citizenship act to confer American citizens on Indians who were born in the United States. Because between the passage of the 14th Amendment and the Indian Citizenship act, everybody in the country knew that just being an Indian born in America doesn't make you an American citizen. In other words, the 14th Amendment didn't extend to Indian children until. And so. And so. So American citizenship finally comes and comes to pass for Indian children in the 1920s in the form of the Indian Citizenship Act. So this is. And one last thing, one last big thing. Although we could talk about this endlessly, for many years now, there has been a tradition of, of birth tourism internationally taking advantage of the stupidity of this American system, the one we have right now, you've had Chinese nationals, wealthy Chinese nationals, many which means that are connected directly to the Chinese Communist Party flying into the United States having American citizen babies by virtue of this stupidity, usually in places like California where these Democrats are in bed with the ChiComs, Eric Swalwell, anybody, and then their kids fly back to China with brand new U.S. citizenships. And that's where they grow up as American citizens. It's all so completely insane. And today the United States Supreme Court has a big opportunity to finally put an end to this nonsense. Now, what does it mean if they do put an end to it? And there's no promise that they will, but if they do put an end to it, what does it mean for anybody who's been made an American citizen under the demented system? Well, honestly, if you're a betting man, if you want to assess this for what's really going to happen, my suspicion is that the court is not going to take away US Citizenship from anybody who got it under the broken system. They're going to stay. They're going to say going forward, one would assume, going forward, no more free American citizenship to the children of illegals. So we're not going to upend anybody's life who's already been, you know, sold a bill of goods on the, on the stupid system. But going forward, we're going to fix this system for good. And if we do that, that is a chance, a huge chance for us to protect our country's sovereignty and our country's elections. It'll end one of the worst schemes that the Democrats have ever imposed on the United States of America. In fact, the president's of the guys who worked for the President in the first administration who drafted the original birthright citizenship executive order. His name is Theo Wald. He wrote about this last night. He was talking, he said, tomorrow the court is going to hear one of the most consequential cases of the last 50 years, whether the 14th Amendment grants birthright citizenship to the children of illegal aliens. And then he goes through the history of it and he talks about how ridiculous it is that so much of this is happening. He points out that we don't give citizenship to the children of foreign diplomats. True. Born in America. And in the same way we should not give citizenship to children of illegal aliens. No European country, not even the Vatican, grants birthright citizenship to children born to unlawful residents. Theo says Democrats are naturally freaking out about this case. Why? Because it's a terrifying prospect for the future of their party. They've seen the data showing how much population loss blue states have seen over the last few years, it's possible that California could lose up to six electoral votes in the next census. The only way they can maintain their power is by continually replacing the population with the children of illegals. It's one of the major pillars of Democrat power and it may just be coming to an end. Keep your eyes on this case. It's one of the biggest cases ever to appear before the United States Supreme Court. Huge oral arguments today. The president of the United States is going to be seated present for them. I'm very much looking forward to this and once again, pray for your country. B
going to hear arguments about your executive
A
order trying to get rid of birthright citizenship.
C
And I'm going.
A
You're going to go to the Supreme Court tomorrow.
C
Think so. I do believe because I have listened to this argument for so long and this is not about Chinese billionaires who are billionaires from other countries who all of a sudden have 75 children or 59 children in one case or 10 children becoming American citizens. This was about slaves. And if you take a look, slaves, we're talking about slaves from the Civil War. And if you take a look at when it was filed, all of this legislation, all of this everything having to do with birthrights and citizenship. It was at the end of the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves and the protection of the babies of slaves. It didn't have to do with the protection of multi millionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children get an American citizenship. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen. It's been so badly handled by legal people over the years. If you look at the original birthright citizenship papers, they all happened right after the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves and hopefully it's going to say because our country is being scammed, we're getting all of these people, they're selling the rights to them. People are making a living, a big living, getting hundreds of thousands and even millions of of dollars from bringing people in and saying, congratulations, your whole family is going to be a citizen of the United States of America. That's not what it was for. It wasn't for billionaires bringing people in or family in. It was for the children of slaves and what you really have to do. And I don't think the lawyers talk about it as much. Look at when the Civil War ended and look at the date of when this was enacted. Okay.
A
Is this going to be the first time going to the Supreme Court?
C
No. I went once before with the opening of the Supreme Court in the last administration.
B
And which justices will you be listening for most closely?
C
I love a few of them. I don't like some others. And, you know, you say what you want, but you have the ones that were appointed by Barack and saying Obama and Biden. I don't care how good your case is, you can have the greatest case ever. They're going to rule against you. They always do. And it's not supposed to be that way.
A
It's not supposed to be that way. Let me add one other point. The president just reminded me of this as we were talking about what the 14th Amendment was about at all. It is about the children of freed slaves. It's about making sure that they're all considered American citizens. And the left has paid lip service for years to this idea that they're trying to redress the problems of the legacy of slavery. Have you heard this conversation? But have you noticed that insofar there are problems that date back to that era, they're all created by Democrats, all of them. A mangled interpretation of the 14th Amendment that sells out black Americans and makes them have to compete with illegal aliens for jobs is in no way redressing the sins of two centuries ago. It's in fact exacerbating them. So if anybody is hurting black Americans right now, going back hundreds of years in that damage, it's the Democrat Party. And they're doing it to this very day. As the Supreme Court takes this case up today, they're gonna have the ability to protect all Americans and yes, black Americans from the sins that are being committed against them by a Democrat party who's constantly selling us out. It's amazing. It's amazing. And the Supreme Court has a really big opportunity today. All right, let me get to some of the other things you heard the president say. A moment ago that he never gets a good citizen, get, gets a good ruling from the Supreme Court, but that the, the lefty justices never go his way. Well, this is one of those rare moments where I'm here to tell you the President was kind of wrong yesterday, at least in one case. And here's why. Justices Sotomayor and Kagan actually sided with the other justices Yesterday in an 8:1 slam dunk decision saying that therapists cannot be forced by the government to lie to children about their gender. Yeah, I know. It's, it's as crazy as it gets. Here's how this saga starts. Before it gets to the United States Supreme Court, the Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented this client, this, this plaintiff here, is, they brought this case. Her name is Kaylee Chiles. Kaylee Childs. And she's a Christian counselor and she's in Colorado. And her job was to, you know, talk, to talk to kids who were in, in this case confused about their own gender and, and help them through that, help them navigate in a healthy way through that, through talk therapy, just to talk with the kid and to tell the child that you were made in the image and likeness of God, you weren't born in the wrong body. You're perfect just the way you are. What a lovely and wholesome message. Well, the state of Colorado decided to forbid that message. They called it, quote, conversion therapy. You're not allowed to tell a child the truth. You have to lie to them. You have to abuse them. You have to enable their destruction. Well, for Kaylee Chiles, who seems like a good person, a good Christian woman, she said, well, no, that's not good enough. You're violating my rights, and this is unacceptable. So with the Alliance Defending Freedom, she takes it all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. And Yesterday, in an 81 decision, the Supreme Court absolutely slammed Colorado into the ground for what it did to Kaylee Chiles and every other talking counselor, people who do speaking therapy, talking therapy, they dunked this into the earth. And they said, this is unacceptable. It's a total violation of the First Amendment. You can't do that. That's viewpoint discrimination to do that. You're allowed to. Just because you're a doctor, just because you're a therapist doesn't mean you lose your First Amendment rights. You retain them. And it helps in this case, as far as I'm concerned, that she's on the side of decency. She wasn't lying to the child. She was trying to prevent the lies from poisoning the children. Good for her. And good for the United States Supreme Court to arrive at this conclusion. Now, you may hear that number. You go 8, 1, 8, 1. Well, then who's the one? Surprise, surprise, the woman who's not a biologist. Ketanji Brown Jackson. Ketanji Brown Jackson spent more pages in her dissent than the majority opinion spent explaining that the First Amendment was totally violated by the state of Colorado. She was whining page after page after page in defense of the abuse of children. Now, it's amazing that she's got all these thoughts on why children should be abused. Suddenly in an issue that involved transing kids, she's got all this, all these declarative reasons for why that's a good idea. But you'll remember in her Supreme Court confirmation hearing in the United States Senate, she straight up said, I'm not a biologist. I, I don't even know the difference between a man and a woman. I don't have the expertise for that. And yet here she is running her sock about what doctors should be doing and what good medical treatments are. And oh, no, the United States, the government is going to start interfering with medicine. The government's doing no such thing. Interfering with, it's all so stupid. Now, an8.1 decision to protect kids yesterday, an8.1 decision to Protect children, which is wonderful. And Ketanji Brown Jackson should be impeached from the United States Supreme Court for a number of reasons. But in addition to being an idiot, the more sinister thing is that she's entirely guided by her politics. She's guided by a religious orthodoxy to this kind of demonic ideology of abusing children. It's like a culture of death that she represents, and she shouldn't be on the United States Supreme Court. You know, back in the early 1800s, there was a Supreme Court justice who was impeached by the name of Samuel Chase. They called him Old Bacon Face, which is an unfortunate nickname and very unfortunate nickname. I don't think he gave it to himself. Somebody else gave him that. And Samuel Chase was impeached. One of the reasons, one of the articles of impeachment against him was that he was a partisan zealot, that he was spending too much time on the bench wielding his partisan politics rather than abiding by the law. Well, if that was good enough for an article of impeachment for a Supreme Court justice at around the founding of our country, it should be good enough for an article of impeachment against Ketanji Brown Jackson, who feigns ignorance about what a woman is. Of course she knows what A woman is, but kind of the Marxist tendencies that have overtaken her mind have made it so that she's incapable of telling the truth about even simple things. And so if that's the case, you shouldn't be on the United States Supreme Court. Impeach that woman. Just get rid of her. Just get rid of her. Or at least signal to the public that this is insane and begin those impeachment proceedings. I mean, come on. It's crazy. An 8:1 decision. If you can get Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor to join the other justices on a case, that's how obvious the decision is. It's beyond obvious. And yet Katanji Brown Jackson couldn't join them. Yeah, it tells you a lot. It tells you a lot. Now, we also had another crazy, crazy judicial case yesterday. I have a lot of legal news today. A lot of legal news today. There was a very crazy judge, Judge Richard Leon. He's a federal district judge yesterday, George W. Bush appointee. So again, I don't care if he's a Bush appointee or not. I want you. I want to remind you of something too. Oftentimes, when you see these crazy judges that have been appointed by, say, Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush, you're like, that guy was a Reagan appointee. How is he such a psychopath? Part of the reason for the psychopaths that were appointed by Republicans is often the blue slip in the United States Senate. Remember that blue slip we keep talking about? The blue slip gives Democrats in the Senate a veto power over picks in their own states. So when presidents and Republican presidents come forward with a nominee, and then Democrats are like, nope, that guy's not acceptable. Republican presidents oftentimes have had to pick people that the Democrats were would like to be in the state. So as a result, you end up with these insane judges in a lot of cases, including appointed by Republican presidents. And so this loony judge, Richard Leon yesterday told President Trump he's not allowed to build the ballroom. Now, I want to tell you something about the ballroom at the White House right now. The East Wing is gone. There's a massive hole in the ground right now. This project needs to be finished, and it's not taxpayer funded. President Trump has raised all of the money from private donors, which follows in a great tradition in American history. In fact, the whole National Mall is built with private donors. And every monument, all these monuments, you're staring at these statues all around the city. These are things that have been built with private donations. Big benefactors come and cut checks and give it to the American people. And as a result, we end up with some of these beautiful sites. And the President is now trying to do the same thing to build a ballroom at the White House, which every President has been asking for. Luckily, the President, that's a builder, is in a position to do something about it. And so he is, he's building a ballroom. And this judge gets in his way and says, you can't do that. You have to go to Congress. He says. And in his juvenile opinion yesterday, he used, if you want to know how ridiculous this guy is, he doesn't have a judicial temperament. He's not like a sober judge. He's not staring at the law and trying to assess what's accurate and what's not. Instead, he's using exclamation points. In his legal opinion from Laura Powell on X today, she said, whatever happened to the professionalism of the judiciary? The judge used 18 exclamation marks in his 35 page opinion. 18 exclamation marks four times. He started his refutation of an argument made by the defendants with, please, just a single word and an exclamation point. This is a formal legal opinion. It's not a casual conversation. It's not a tweet, it's not a post on Truth Social, it's not a Facebook post. It's, it's, it's a judicial decision. And then it is using exclamation points. I'm shocked that he didn't include emojis in this thing. The guy's a nut job. The guy's a nut job. And President Trump, he posted the Truth social media yesterday where he's more than entitled to use exclamation points in his reactions. In fact, he uses lots of exclamation points. But he's not writing judicial opinions. Here he is. Yesterday in the ballroom case, the judge says we have to get congressional approval. He's wrong. Congressional approval has never been given on anything in these circumstances, big or small, having to do with the construction at the White House. In this case, even less so because the ballroom is being built with private donations. No federal taxpayer money. President Donald J. Trump. So the President's really tapped into the most important point here. Normally, in order to get funds authorized to do something, you would have to go to Congress to do that. You want to build something brand new and you need taxpayer money to do it, you have to go to Congress to get an authorized dispersal of funds for taxpayer money for a project like that. Okay. That would stand a reason here he's not doing that. He's got private funding coming in. You have rich benefactors who are given money to build a ballroom. So he's doing it. And the President has the ability to call the shots on what happens at the White House. In fact, under the law, the President has wide discretion for White House construction projects. It's just, it's been the tradition at the White House for presidents to continue to add onto it. In 1902, Theodore Roosevelt built the East Wing as an extension at the White House. In fact, that very same East Wing was overhauled by Franklin Delano Roosevelt. In the 1940s. When FDR overhauled it, he built a Presidential Emergency Operations center underground, a big bunker under the East Wing. And you'll remember back in October of last year, I was telling you, you know something, this ballroom project, based on the fact that there was a couple of things that stood out to me, I looked at, I go, wait a second, the ballroom, they're tearing down the East Wing. They're going to build a ballroom. The East Wing sits on top of the Presidential Operations Center. They're telling treasury employees, the Treasury Department's right next to it. You can't take photos of the construction or the demolition. Why are they telling them that? Why are they. It's not because they're embarrassed by the demolition that everybody knows the demolitions happening. It's like, oh, it's a big cover up. No, the reason they don't want photos is because there's something classified in that zone. They don't want people to have a perspective on the Presidential Emergency Operations Center. So you guys remember this chat that I was speculating at the time? I think they're rebuilding the entire bunker. I think that this project is not merely a ballroom. I think they're doing something pretty epic here that they're not fully disclosing right now. Well, here's President Trump this week confirming what I was talking about with you last October. Cut four. Here's the President.
D
The military is building a big complex under the ballroom, which has come out recently because of a stupid lawsuit that was filed. But the military is building a massive complex under the ballroom and that's under construction and we're doing very well. So we're ahead of schedule. That's part of it. The ballroom essentially becomes a shed for what's being built under the military, including from drones and including from any other thing. The glass on the windows, you see the big windows, the glass is extremely thick. It's high grade, bulletproof glass. So all of the Windows are bulletproof. I think the Times wrote, gee, some of the windows are fake. We have no fake windows. They said they talked about a stairway in the South. We don't have a stairway in the South. That was replaced a long way time ago.
A
All right, so here the President said, yeah, we're, we're building. It's basically. The ballroom is essentially a shed on top of a huge presidential emergency operations center. The military is very involved in this, which is a fun, fun detail. And so what's happening here is this, as this loony judge tries to get in the way. So you can't do that. What is he precluding from happening right now through this ridiculous opinion? Well, the answer is not merely the construction of a gorgeous and necessary ballroom for the White House, not merely preventing private donors from privately improving the United States of America. He's also imperiling national security. The President of the United States doesn't have an emergency operations center for no reason. It's because it is essential to the country's national security. So this loony judge is getting in the way not merely of an amazing entertainment space. That's a small detail compared to the epic presidential emergency operations center that they're trying to build underground right now. That's what's on the line. And the president is going to stay in this fight as he now has to fight against yet another radical judge who decides to take control of the entire country on his own. Just to give you a sense of the state of play, it's. It's never ending for this guy. This guy's got a million things to deal with. And I've got a million things to deal with today on the big national radio show. We've got a lot more to talk about. The vinshow.com you can get your big local radio listings. Title: Trump's Most Challenging Week Yet
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: April 1, 2026
In this jam-packed, high-energy episode, Vince Coglianese covers what he calls “America’s most concentrated source of real news, sharp analysis, and non-stop entertainment.” The episode centers on what Vince frames as an extraordinarily challenging and eventful week for President Trump. Major topics include Trump’s imminent address to the nation about Iran, the fast-moving military and diplomatic developments there, groundbreaking Supreme Court cases (including oral arguments on birthright citizenship and a major First Amendment case), and sweeping executive actions on election integrity. Vince delivers rapid-fire updates, spirited commentary, listener Q&A, and frequent direct quotes from President Trump, giving listeners everything they need to keep abreast of a volatile news week.

Vince combines a fiery, sardonic, and sometimes combative tone with detailed breakdowns of policy and law. He delivers conservative analysis laced with urgency, often lambasting Democratic leaders and “crazy” judges, while lionizing Trump's actions, military strength, and “common-sense” legislative efforts. He interacts with listener questions and uses moments of levity (like discussing his Clarence Thomas “hope” shirt) to connect with his audience. Notably, Vince encourages civic action, decries complacency, and keeps a rapid pace as he touches on legal, political, and social fronts.
This episode gives listeners an intense, fact-filled look at a pivotal, “challenging” week in Trump’s presidency, dominated by looming final acts in Iran, landmark legal battles at the Supreme Court, major executive actions, and fierce political fights over elections and national sovereignty. Vince frames all developments through a lens of high political and cultural stakes, urging vigilance, grassroots engagement, and continued support for conservative reforms.
