Everybody, welcome to Vince on a Thursday.
Co-host
Great to have you with us. As always. We've got an epic show ahead for you. We've got to dive deep into how some of these Virginia Democrats are now facing, well, Justice. It's unbelievable what has transpired here as the Justice Department is now going after all of these Virginia Democrats.
Vince
We will get into the breaking details
Co-host
on all of that in just a moment.
Vince
Also, we're going to take a closer look at some of these debates that
Co-host
took place in California this week.
Vince
We got a big gubernatorial debate and a mayoral debate. This guy, Spencer Pratt, the reality star dude, suddenly he is just the talk of not just that town, but the country.
Co-host
The guy's, like, really on fire right now. I've got the details on what he's up to and, and so much more. We really have so much to talk about today, so we'll dive right into it. But first, and, oh, and I do have a left. I do have the left fake scandal of the week. Very excited for the left fake scandal of the week. We. We will dive in. As always. Great to have you with us. They've been taking care of my dogs. Better Wild is awesome. And here's how you know dogs. You can tell when they're getting allergies,
Vince
they get a little scratchy or they
Co-host
start sneezing, you know, like humans.
Vince
Dogs are great. You got to take care of them. You want to take care of your own health, but you got to look after your dog's health, too. And dog allergies, you know, they often
Co-host
start in the gut. That's when their digestion is out of balance.
Vince
And it shows up everywhere.
Co-host
Skin, ears, energy, even digestion.
Vince
This discovery led us to Better Wild
Co-host
Allergy Relief Soft shoes. Now, they're designed to help support our dogs and their allergy defenses from the inside out instead of just covering up symptoms.
Vince
And our dogs have been taking them
Co-host
for a few months now.
Vince
They love them. And we have already noticed less itching, way more energy.
Co-host
It's great.
Vince
And of course, we're in the midst
Co-host
of spring allergy season, so we're stocked up.

Oh, baby.
Co-host
Hello, everybody. I see the chat. The chat looking beautiful this morning. Everybody looks so nice. Would you shower up or something?
Vince
You're looking great. All right, let's, let's talk about. Let's, let's start with the guy who's
Co-host
pulling the strings on the left, and that is Barack Hussein Obama. Barack Hussein Obama. Barack Obama has this week, I guess he's like unveiled, unveiling. We've all seen it though. The brutalist architecture of his awful presidential museum. And he sat down with Stephen Colbert to do it. And I'm not gonna dwell on much of the interview because it was just like a gigantic puff piece. But here is Obama gaslighting the country
Vince
about the abuses that he met it
Co-host
out using the United States Department of Justice and pretending like Democrats who are now being subjected to accountability all over the place.
Vince
Have you noticed this?
Co-host
There's Democrats being investigated and prosecuted everywh for crimes that they've committed. Obama says, oh, that's just political targeting. Watch cut one.
Barack Obama
Well, there are a couple that I followed even though they weren't law. And I want us. We're going to have to do some work to return to this basic norm. And we probably now have to codify it. The White House shouldn't be able to direct the Attorney General to go around prosecuting whoever the president wants prosecute.
Vince
Right.
Co-host
Because technically it's under the executive branch. The norm is that it's independent.
Barack Obama
The idea is that the Attorney General is the people's lawyer. It's not the president's consigliere.
Vince
Right.
Barack Obama
Even when it's Bobby Kennedy, it's Bobby Kennedy. And so two of the core principles of a democracy. We can survive a lot bad policy, funky elections. There's a bunch of stuff that, you know, we can overcome. We can't overcome the politicization of the criminal justice system, the awesome power of the state.
Co-host
Oh, my God.
Barack Obama
Have a situation in which whoever's in charge of the government starts using that to go after their political enemies.
Vince
Okay. Or the gaslighting is just off the charts. The gaslighting in this interview is completely off the charts. The guy is pretending, obviously, like it wasn't him who was behind all of
Co-host
these gross abuses of our government, the tyrannical abuse of our government. The targeting of political opponents.
Vince
Right now, this idea like, oh, you can't come back from that. We're trying to. We're trying to right now. President Trump and his Justice Department and his administration is desperately trying right now to, to come back from the mess that you've created, the subversion of justice that you created. And I love how he's like, oh,
Co-host
you can't have the AG Be consigliere.
Vince
What? That was your. That's precisely the relationship that you had with Eric Holder. Do you remember this? Eric Holder? I'm the president's wingman. I'm the president's wingman.
Co-host
He said at the time.
Vince
This was 2013 Politico Attorney General Eric Holder brushed off a question Thursday about
Co-host
when he might leave the administration.
Vince
Instead, he professed his allegiance to President Obama. I'm still enjoying what I'm doing.
Co-host
There's still work to be done.
Vince
I'm still the president's wingman.
Co-host
So I'm there with my boy. So we'll see.
Vince
He's the consigliere for the president of the United States, and he wasn't pursuing justice. That Justice Department, that Obama administration was
Co-host
pursuing injustice in the United States of
Vince
America and then targeting Donald Trump for winning an election. That's how Obama conducted his affairs.
Co-host
By now, it's obviously very well known, but it's worth reiterating all the time
Vince
that Obama directed the intelligence community to manufacture an attack on the incoming president
Co-host
of the United States.
Vince
That was Obama. In fact, it was so troubling what Obama did that it has become the subject of a criminal referral to the
Co-host
United States Department of Justice by Tulsi Gabbard, the current Director of National Intelligence.
Vince
Take a look. Here's Tulsi Gabbard last year, 2025, referring Barack Obama for criminal charges for what he did.
Co-host
Watch this.
Tulsi Gabbard
Any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior. We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this for even former Obama. The evidence, correct, the evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact.
Vince
So Barack Obama has been referred for
Co-host
criminal prosecution to the United States Department of Justice alongside other all of these other goons. So why is Obama out this week saying all of this? Why is Obama doing this stupid interview with Stephen Colbert telling everybody that justice needs to be blind, that it needs to Uphold the rule of law, uphold the Constitution. It can't be used for political ends. It can't be used in abusive, tyrannical ways. Why is he saying all of this right now?
Vince
And the answer is, he's trying to
Co-host
frame the conversation ahead of the grand conspiracy prosecutions. It's obvious. It's obvious what he's up to. Obama knows that everyone around him is currently being subpoenaed and forced to answer questions about their behavior during his time in office.
Vince
The grand conspiracy investigation stretches back to
Co-host
the very beginning of all of this, that intelligence community assessment that Obama ordered in order to jam up the incoming President of the United States.
Vince
Obama knows this is underway.
Co-host
He knows well all of his buddies are currently being subjected to it. So the reason he's on national television right now telling everybody that, that he
Vince
handled things the right way is because he's trying to condition the public to
Co-host
think that something unjust is happening when these prosecutions come down. He's also observing around the country as the Trump Justice Department is not holding back on going after Democrats who have credibly been accused of breaking the law.
Vince
James Comey has now been subjected to
Co-host
his second prosecution by the United States Department of Justice. And a third one may be imminent, and a fourth one may be imminent at any time. The third being his mishandling of classified documents, the fourth being his involvement in the grand conspiracy. A lot more awaits James Comey, apparently.
Vince
And as far as everybody else is
Co-host
concerned, whether it's Letitia James or Cattle Booga Zagalaga or Lamonica McIver or Sheila Cerfalous McCormick or any of these other Democrats who've been prosecuted, Obama's observing all of this, and he's trying to summon some sort of meager defense. He thinks through the strength of his own lies that he can power through this.
Vince
We'll see. We'll see.
Co-host
But the reason he's blathering on about this right now on national television is because he knows what's coming. He knows it, and he's trying to prejudice the public's view about that subject.
Vince
Now, we have been seeing this week,
Co-host
interestingly yesterday, that the United States Department of Justice is now slowing down, led by Todd Blanch.
Vince
The FBI led by Cash Patel. They're not slowing down at all. In fact, yesterday, in some pretty epic breaking news, the FBI rated the 1 of the top and probably the most
Co-host
powerful Democrat in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her name's L. Louise Lucas. L, which stands for loser. Loser. Louise Lucas was rated yesterday. She's the President pro temp of the Virginia State Senate. She's also one of the masterminds, kind of the chief driving force, in fact,
Vince
behind rigging the Virginia elections.
Co-host
You remember the election rigging operation that we just saw take place, which by the way may lose in the Virginia Supreme Court if, if everything comes to pass the way we expect.
Vince
She's the one who orchestrated the 10 to 1 map theft by the Democrats. So suddenly yesterday, an FBI raid on
Co-host
not only her office in Portsmouth, Virginia,
Vince
but also her weed dispensary which is right across the street. Yes, that's right. The top Democrat in the state of Virginia is also a drug dealer.
Co-host
Here's the Fox News reporting yesterday as it was all breaking. Watch this.
Fox News Reporter
The FBI here telling us today that these are court authorized criminal search warrants that they are issuing and they're going into the building behind me. This is the office here in Portsmouth of State Senator Louise Lucas. You can likely see some of the FBI agents behind me. All of the staffers inside this building were told to come outside. I could hear them saying that they were not allowed back of the building. Throughout the, the last hour, we've been seeing the FBI come and go, carrying boxes out of the building. Now, just across the parking lot next to where I am, there is a cannabis dispensary. We know that the state senator is associated with several cannabis locations in dispensaries. And what we're seeing there, a completely different team carrying out SWAT teams arrived with their weapons drawn, telling anyone in the building to come out of the building with their hands up. We also saw at least three people being taken away, taken into custody. First they were put in handcuffs, put on the ground, and then they were taken away. So it's a slightly less large presence than we did see earlier, but there still is a good amount of FBI agents still here on the ground also. What happened within the last hour? The senator Louise Lucas arrived here herself. I was able to speak with her. I asked her what her reaction was to all of this. She told me she had no idea what they were doing here. I asked her about the different locations that they might be. She in response asked me what locations the FBI were at today. We know, according to officials, at least 10 locations are being looked at today.
Co-host
Okay, so that's a big deal. That's, that's a very powerful Democrat all of a sudden being subjected to wide FBI raids across all of the facilities that she works or owns, including her drugstore. So what do we know about this? Here's the Washington Post. Yesterday here's their update on some of this. Take a look here. They say FBI raids business of state senator Eloise Lucas, a key Virginia Democrat. And there's her mug. The FBI Wednesday raiding the Portsmouth offices and a cannabis retail business co owned by Lucas, the president pro temp of the Virginia Senate and one of the most powerful Democrats in the state as a part of an ongoing corruption investigation, according to two federal law enforcement officials
Vince
familiar with the matter.
Co-host
They're going after for corruption, by the way, that detail is something that I have separately confirmed. A source telling me, a source familiar
Vince
telling me that it is a corruption
Co-host
investigation and that the raids yesterday were legitimate FBI action. The specifics on the probe remain unclear, though the officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the details of the investigation said it involved allegations of bribery related to the cannabis dispensary. One of those officials said the investigation began, this is key during the Biden administration. This began during Biden. A spokesperson for the FBI's Norfolk Field Office declined to comment except to say that agents were conducting court authorized law enforcement activity and that there was no threat to public safety.
Vince
Okay, so they're going after her for. For bribery. Now what are the, what's the sequence of events here?
Co-host
What is the public record on all of this? Well, there's a great X account yesterday. I wasn't aware of it until yesterday, but they ran down some of this, which I loved. It was really tight summary of all of it. It's called before the hype.
Vince
And they wrote, you know, the most
Co-host
powerful Democrat in Virginia just had her office in cannabis dispensary raided by the FBI. She co wrote the state's marijuana legalization law. She was behind it.
Vince
And then she immediately opened a weed
Co-host
store right after she legalized weed in the state.
Vince
Then she allegedly sold illegal products out of it. Illegal products out of it. In fact, more on that specific thing.
Co-host
The dispensary is called the Cannabis Outlet. It's a store that Lucas co owns, is managed by her grandson. It's a family business, of course, operating out of what locals call the Lucas Professional Center. She publicly promoted it on X to grow her following. Yeah.
Vince
And then in 2022, the Virginia Mercury sent two products that were sold by
Co-host
her store to a forensic lab.
Vince
Both of them came back containing Delta
Co-host
9 THC, which is illegal to sell in Virginia. She's selling illegal products. A Vape pen had 139 milligrams of illegal Delta 9.
Vince
A cereal bar was labeled 600 milligrams
Co-host
of THC but it only contained 30 milligrams. In other words, it was false advertising.
Vince
65 of the 66 products were mislabeled. So she's got.
Co-host
She's basically based on the Virginia Mercury investigation. She's just selling a bunch of fraudulent and illegal products inside of her drugstore. And that. Now, is that the center of the FBI investigation?
Vince
We don't know. But the allegations against her have dogged
Co-host
her for years, and now they're all finally catching up with her. And again, it involves bribery and corruption, according to the available public reporting on the subject. Now, what is she saying about all this?
Vince
Yesterday, she was.
Co-host
I think she was stunned. I know that. I saw her do some media interviews yesterday where she's like, I don't know.
Vince
Where are they?
Co-host
You're just telling me for the first time.
Vince
Yeah, well, she released a statement yesterday
Co-host
about all of this, and guess who she blamed?
Vince
Yeah. Trump. She blamed Trump, of course.
Co-host
Here's her idiotic statement yesterday.
Vince
Louise. Louise Lucas. Today's actions by federal agents are about
Co-host
far more than one state senator. Oh, here we go.
Vince
They're about power and who's allowed to
Co-host
use it on behalf of the people.
Vince
What we saw fits a clear pattern from this administration. When challenged, they try to intimidate and
Co-host
silence the voices who stand up to them.
Vince
Just two weeks ago, Virginia sent a powerful message when they voted to stop
Co-host
Trump's scheme to manipulate the 2026 midterm elections.
Vince
This is.
Co-host
Okay, so she says, fundamentally, I won't read the rest of it. It's all stupid.
Vince
But she says that she's being targeted merely because she rigged the state's elections. You got that? Trump's only picking on me because I rigged the elections.
Co-host
That's pretty funny. That's hilarious.
Vince
Now, you deserve to be picked on
Co-host
because you rigged the elections.
Vince
That's out of control.
Co-host
But that is not why the FBI is going after you.
Vince
You already heard me say if. If the Biden administration had launched this investigation, what was Joe Biden in on the Trump scheme?
Co-host
Joe Biden was supporting Trump and targeting you because you would eventually rig Virginia's elections. Is that what was happening? Man, the plot goes pretty deep, doesn't it? Very deep, actually. What's really going on with the Biden component to all of this is here
Vince
we have yet another investigation that the
Co-host
Biden administration started, meaning career employees detected
Vince
criminality, and then political officials in the
Co-host
Biden Justice Department suffocated the investigation in order to protect an ally. You know that that's what's happened Here,
Vince
you know, Louise Lucas was protected by the Biden FBI. It's as obvious as anything. What do we have evidence that this has happened before? Hell, yes, we do. The IRS whistleblowers revealed that they were investigating Joe Biden and the finances going to his family, and that investigation was shut down. Those IRS whistleblowers said they've never seen anything like this before in their entire career, their storied careers of looking into abuses of our tax laws. They've never encountered the kind of COVID
Co-host
up that was orchestrated around the Biden family.
Vince
That happened. The same thing happened with the Southern Poverty Law Center. We just got a prosecution of the SPLC for being a fraudulent operation that was taking money from credulous left wingers and then turning around and giving it to the KKK and neo Nazis. There was an actual investigation into all
Co-host
of this launched under Biden and it was buried.
Vince
We know that thanks to this Justice Department revealing that detail. So time and time again, going back
Co-host
to what Obama just said, the United
Vince
States Department of Justice was wielded as a weapon of political power by the Democrats, whether it was to bring unjust prosecutions against Republicans or to suffocate just investigations into Democrats. You see what's going on. You see it now. It's so crystal clear where all of
Co-host
the power abuses are occurring.
Vince
And they're among Democrats.
Co-host
They're among Democrats.
Vince
And Louise Lucas today is stunned that she's being held accountable for the crimes
Co-host
she is credibly accused of committing. Amazing. I can't wait to see where this goes next. It's also very exciting. And she's not the only Democrat in Virginia who's being subjected to Justice Department action right now. In fact, in a moment, I've got more details on you about it for, for you rather about a George Soros
Vince
funded attorney bought and paid for by
Co-host
George Soros who now has the United States Department of Justice breathing directly down his neck. It is so well earned. More ahead on this edition of Vince. Holy cow. What a, what a fun show to do this with you.
Vince
All right.
Co-host
Hey, if you're like me, your mornings matter. And before I get into the news each day I start with blackout coffee. I love blackout coffee. In fact, I started with it this morning.
Vince
Although I'm drinking tea right now.
Co-host
I've got a, my, my, my darling wife, at the beginning of our show, she ran some tea to me with some honey because you know, I'm getting over whatever this is.
Vince
Hold up.
Co-host
Okay, that helped.
Vince
But blackout coffee, I start my day.
Co-host
I had A couple cups of blackout coffee to start the day today. And it's great. It just powers me up every single day. And it's totally delicious. It's a small American company.

Vince
All right, now, the United States Department
Co-host
of Justice remains on the move. They remain on the move, which I love.
Vince
I love.
Co-host
I thought I was only going to get one treat yesterday.
Vince
Yes, Virginia. There is a Santa Claus yesterday. We get all these stories out of Virginia as the United States Department of
Co-host
Justice is going after these corrupt and in some cases, demonic Democrats.
Vince
And demonic, I think, is a good
Co-host
way to describe the behavior of the next person we're gonna talk about. This guy is known as Steve Descano.
Vince
He's the Commonwealth's Attorney for Fairfax County,
Co-host
Virginia, just outside the nation's capital.
Vince
And he has now, on a routine basis, taken illegal aliens into custody and then released them directly back out onto the street over and over and over again. Now, why does Steve Descano do this?
Co-host
Well, I'm glad you asked, because on
Vince
Steve Descano's website, he has not been
Co-host
in any way quiet about the fact that illegal aliens get preferential treatment in his office.
Vince
Illegal aliens, they get better treatment than American citizens as a matter of policy. The great Nick Minoc, local reporter in
Co-host
the D.C. area, posted this some time ago. But here's the way Steve Descano describes it on his website.
Vince
In addition to providing a safe place,
Co-host
Steve's office will take immigration consequences into
Vince
account when making charging and plea decisions. Wait, what? Shouldn't it Just be about the crime you've committed, not some other crime you've committed. What? Although prosecutors typically refer to immigration consequences
Co-host
as collateral consequences, avoiding the unnecessary destruction
Vince
of families and communities will be a
Co-host
top priority for Steve as Commonwealth's Attorney.
Vince
Wherever possible, Steve will make charging and
Co-host
plea decisions that limit or avoid immigration consequences.
Vince
Following such a policy will keep our communities united. United and strong.
Co-host
This is Orwellian crap that you're hearing. It doesn't make our community strong. It weakens them. It destroys them. It divides them.
Vince
And it will demonstrate our community's commitment
Co-host
to equal justice for all. Yeah, except for Americans,
Vince
if two people commit the same crime, but only one's punishment includes deportation, that's a perversion of
Co-host
justice, says Descano, and not a reflection of the values of Fairfax County.
Vince
What a load of bullshit. Listen to this guy. So he straight up says, I'm gonna treat Americans worse. If you're an illegal alien, you get extra protections.
Co-host
We're just not. We're gonna cover up your crimes. We're gonna release you back into the community. We're not gonna impose consequences on you. Cuz we'd hate to see you get deported. That, ladies and gentlemen, look at the chat is going crazy about this, guys. That guy straight up declared it on his campaign website.
Vince
I am going to treat illegal aliens
Co-host
better than American citizens.
Vince
And now he has been in office and he's been doing that very same thing. Promises made, promises kept. In fact, that promise being kept has led to the routine assault and murder of American citizens at the hands of
Co-host
illegal aliens that Steve Discano keeps releasing.
Vince
And that includes Stephanie Minter, who you probably know her story. She was stabbed to death in a
Co-host
bus stop recently by an illegal alien
Vince
who Steve Discano kept releasing back out into the public. In fact, here's Stephanie Minter's mother, Cheryl, in a recent interview with that very
Co-host
same reporter, Nick Minock, explaining that she wants this lunatic out of office and she's working very hard to get rid of him. Watch this.
Cheryl Minter
She had so many looks.
Co-host
I loved them all.
Cheryl Minter
She loved to cook.
Cheryl Minter wants justice for her only daughter, Stephanie. A single mother from Fredericksburg was murdered last month.
My two youngest, side by side, nine years between them.
The suspect, a violent repeat offender who Cheryl says should have been in prison.
This is one of the last photos ever.
The man charged with stabbing Stephanie to death at a bus stop is an illegal immigrant who has been arrested dozens of times for everything from stabbings and robbery to rape.
We've been sent so many cards.
The case has Gotten national attention to
the friends and family of Stephanie Minter. I saw an article about Stephanie's murder. Although it may be of little comfort, may justice be served in this heinous crime.
Cheryl tells 7News that for her, justice looks like making sure Fairfax County Commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano can't fail any more families. So she's been in contact with public safety groups, talking about organizing a recall,
getting it together for signatures, probably to get him out of office. He's as dangerous as the criminals themselves.
Seven news was the first to report that before Stephanie's death, Fairfax county police warned Descano's office in writing three separate times that Abdul Jala was so dangerous that he could kill someone. But despite those warnings, Descano's office kept dropping charges and releasing him until investigators say he killed Stephanie Minter.
Had he even begun to pay attention to the police and the emails or letters that were sent, I mean, Stephanie would be alive.
Cheryl hopes the recall effort against descana will be successful so that other families don't have to feel her pain.
I'm never gonna speak to her again.
Vince
Hear her voice, see her face, just see her smile.
Cheryl Minter
Reporting in Spotsylvania County, Nick Minoc, 7News.
Co-host
Man, that breaks your heart.
Vince
Cheryl, if you see this clip, I
Co-host
want to do anything I can to help you with that recall. Anything I can. Got to get rid of this guy now. There are consequences coming for him. That's the good news. In a moment, I want to share that with you. I want to take a look at what's happening to Steve Discano because we had some indicators earlier this year, in fact, I think you and I talked
Vince
about them, that there is a legal
Co-host
path to address this, to go after guys like this. And it's not just Descano. Do you have a Soros funded prosecutor in your community? Is there a Soros funded prosecutor in
Vince
a city near you? This could be a model to go
Co-host
after all of them. Oh, man, I've been waiting for this. More ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to thank our two of our great sponsors today. Boland Branch is one of them. We love Boland Branch, ladies and gentlemen. Just fantastic sheets. I told you recently I had some house guests come over and they had an amazing night's sleep. I'm buying a Helix. Which one do you have, Vince? And I've got the midnight Lux.
Co-host
I've got the Helix Midnight Lux, but let me.
Vince
And she's asking me because she wants
Co-host
to get the same one.
Vince
I don't know if that's going to be right for you though. And the easy way for you to figure this out is to go to
Co-host
helixsleep.comvince and take the sleep quiz and
Vince
then figure out exactly the right one for you.
Co-host
That's what I want you to do. Because we love our, our Helix mattress. It's. It's incredible.
Vince
We, we do sleep so well on this thing.
Co-host
And I used to have, you know, kind of. We used to have crappy mattresses. I didn't realize it was the mattress. I thought it was just me.
Vince
It was the mattress.
Co-host
It turns out Helix has just been such a life changer for me and for Allison. We love them. And when all the guys here on the team, everybody's got a helix mattress, they love their mattresses too. Total game changers.
Vince
And you can see it. You wear a sleep tracker. Get the helix and then put the
Co-host
sleep tracker on and see how things change. Just try it. I'M telling you, we spend more time in deep sleep. We wake up feeling refreshed instead of stiff. It all lines up with Helix's research which found that 82% of sleepers do experience an increase in deep sleep.
Vince
We can feel the difference each morning.
Co-host
And what makes Helix stand out is definitely the personalization. With over 20 different mattress models to
Vince
choose from, you're matched exactly to how you sleep.
Co-host
No guesswork, no compromises. Go to helixleep.com vince 27% off site
Vince
wide exclusive for you.
Co-host
That's helixsleep.com vince 27% off site wide.
Vince
Make sure to enter this show's name at checkout so they know that I
Co-host
sent you helix sleep.com Vince all right, thank you to Helix.
Vince
All right, so we've got these source
Co-host
funded prosecutors that, that we need to impose consequences on because we got to get the rule of law back in this country. And George Soros has figured out, he figured out a long time ago. How about instead of spending all this money on presidential elections, he's still meddling in those other elections?
Vince
How about I spend most of my
Co-host
money on buying some of these lower
Vince
level prosecutors so that the law doesn't get enforced at all? If you own the prosecutors, you can stop them from prosecuting.
Co-host
So that's what Soros did.
Vince
It's kind of, it's evil genius in a way. And he's been doing it for years.
Co-host
And Steve Discano is one of these guys.
Vince
So what do we do about it? Well, back in March of this year,
Co-host
there was a gentleman called Jason Johnson, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, who
Vince
wrote, I thought a very eye opening
Co-host
piece for the Wall Street Journal about how to do this.
Vince
He said the Justice Department should investigate
Co-host
Stephanie Minter's killing, investigate her killing.
Vince
And here's how he said. After Breonna Taylor died at the hands
Co-host
of the Louisville, Kentucky police, the Justice Department launched an investigation into the police department.
Vince
When George Floyd was killed, the Department of Justice started an inquiry into the Minneapolis Police Department. Stephanie Minter's killing in Fairfax county should prompt the same federal scrutiny. This time, however, the target shouldn't be the police, but the prosecutor's office. The question is whether Commonwealth Attorney Steve
Co-host
Descano, a self described progressive prosecutor, has
Vince
engaged in unlawful and dangerous discrimination against American citizens by giving preferential treatment to defendants unlawfully present in the United States.
Co-host
This is brilliant.
Vince
He goes on to say that the way this would be done is with
Co-host
a so called pattern or practice investigation. Pattern or practice investigation.
Vince
In fact, that law has been the
Co-host
Basis of more than 80 Justice Department investigations into law enforcement agencies for civil rights violations. And they can also reach into prosecutors offices.
Vince
In fact, the Justice Department has used it to go after district attorneys that may have violated civil rights. Mr. Descano's record suggests such a pattern.
Co-host
So this gets back to yesterday's decision announcement. It's a civil rights problem, isn't it, ladies and gentlemen?
Vince
Who chat? Who handles civil rights in the United
Co-host
States Department of Justice?
Vince
Anybody know the answer to that question?
Co-host
I'm gonna take a sip of my tea while you answer that.
Vince
Who handles the civil rights in the
Co-host
United States Department of Justice? Whose job is that?
Vince
Let's say. Overall.
Co-host
Nailed it right away.
Vince
Har meat could get into. Yes, exactly. Har meat. Harm meat. I love it.
Co-host
Harmeet Dillon is the goat. I love Harmony Dillon. She's just the best. She's the best. Well, ladies and gentlemen, we got great news. Harmony Dylan is all over this idiot. Harmony Dillon has officially announced that the United States Department of Justice is investigating Fairfax county for giving preferential plea deals to illegal aliens while discriminating against American citizens.
Vince
If true, this. It's true, by the way.
Cheryl Minter
It's true.
Co-host
Just to be clear. It's totally true. Investigation over, I've concluded it. If true, this violates several federal laws, and the DOJ will not allow state prosecutors to play favors based on immigration status. They're on it.
Vince
The United States Department of Justice has
Co-host
officially launched its investigation into Steve Descano. His plea bargaining arrangements, his charging decisions, his sentencing policy.
Vince
He's under the hot lights of the
Co-host
United States Department of Justice now. And it couldn't happen to a better person. The guy is perfect for it now.
Vince
He's not alone. This case can be duplicated all over the place again. We've got Soros funded prosecutors everywhere. Descano is not the only prosecutor with such a record.
Co-host
He's not in the Wall Street Journal piece.
Vince
Philadelphia's Larry Krasner, Manhattan's Alvin Bragg. Austin, Texas, is Jose Garza.
Co-host
And those are just the beginnings.
Vince
They've all embraced policies that soften immigration consequences for illegal alien defendants, often at the expense of American citizens like Stephanie Minter. So, you know, the good news is
Co-host
Hermy Dillon has launched this investigation. But I'm going to go ahead and venture a guess here. She ain't done yet. This is just the beginning. And once again, it's precisely what I voted for.
Vince
So while you have Cheryl Minter pursuing
Co-host
a recall election, simultaneously, the United States Department of Justice is going after Steve Descano. And I can't Love it more. I'm very grateful for it. So thank you to our meet and it's great. And look, P. Schrait says it in the chat.
Vince
Hooray.
Co-host
This is what I'm praying for every single morning. Thank you, Jesus. Yeah. Amen. I love this. And I just, I have been very encouraged, I've been very encouraged lately by the headlines we're getting.
Vince
But by the way, Jason Johnson, the
Co-host
president of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, I believe we do have him booked for the big national radio show today. So I'll continue this conversation with him later today on the program. I'm very eager to do that. Very excited to talk to him about what's been accomplished so far.
Vince
All right. Now, these illegal aliens, the left loves them. The left loves them because they accrue power from them. And this week, one of these deranged
Co-host
lefties, who is stupid enough to say it out loud just literally explained why they love them so much.
Vince
It's because they need them again for political power. And they need them because they're literally
Co-host
replacing American citizens with them. Wait, are you serious, Vince?
Vince
They're replacing American? Isn't that a conspiracy theory?
Co-host
I don't know. Here's crazy Katie Porter explaining her plan. Watch.
Tulsi Gabbard
Go ahead.
Katie Porter
It's the job of the California governor to protect every single Californian. The sanctuary state policy is designed time to make sure that our state resources, the taxpayer dollars, the public servants that we have, are focusing on doing their jobs, which is not cooperating with the federal immigration authorities. These are Californians. They contribute to our economy. They pay taxes, and they're one of the only ways that our state has been growing in recent years.
Vince
What she see, she says it out loud. She says illegal aliens are Californians. And they're one of the only ways
Co-host
that our state has been growing in recent years because actual Californians have been leaving.
Vince
So we're replacing them with illegals and
Co-host
then calling them Californians.
Vince
I'm sorry, I thought the great replacement
Co-host
theory was a conspiracy theory.
Vince
A false fake conspiracy. It turns out it's an actual conspiracy, that she's just brazenly bragging about it in California as she runs for governor.
Co-host
Psycho. Complete psycho. That crazy Katie Porter. In fact, in California, man, they, they love their illegals. Big fan of illegals. There was a mayoral debate yesterday and this guy, Spencer Pratt, man, he's on another level. I, I can't even believe. Actually, it's funny. I'm talking about Spencer Pratt.
Vince
I, to the extent that I was
Co-host
aware of Spencer Pratt, I had Seen him, incidentally.
Vince
My wife Allison had watched the show
Co-host
that he was on many years ago. It was called the Hills. Anybody in the chat familiar with this show?
Vince
If you remember this show, it's a reality show.
Co-host
Long, long time ago. Now, I can't even believe how long
Vince
ago it was, but the guy was
Co-host
the villain of the show.
Vince
I mean, every scene that he was
Co-host
in, he was like the bad guy. He was just.
Vince
He was. He was just the source of all
Co-host
of the chaos on this show.
Vince
And again, I didn't really watch it
Co-host
that much, but it's hard to miss it when your wife's watching it all the time on television and you're like, that guy.
Vince
Guy's a jerk. He's a total jerk. And now all of a sudden, he's like the freaking hero. The guy's. The guy's like. Like he's coming out. And the reason he's a hero is because he's had to live with the consequences of the left's actions. You got everybody's house burns down. Nothing gets rebuilt. It's. Everything's being destroyed. In California, you got drug addicts everywhere. You got the fentanyl lean going on.
Co-host
They're, like, all slumped over like zombies.
Vince
People are getting stabbed. And Spencer Pratt's like, I'm done with this shit. I'm running for office against these idiots who are destroying my state.
Co-host
So his.
Vince
His campaign has been downright heroic at this point. It's just been amazing to watch. What a breath of fresh air. So on this issue of illegal immigration, last night at the LA mayoral debate,
Co-host
it was aired on the local NBC affiliate.
Vince
They. They asked each of the candidates on stage. There's three of them. There's Spencer Pratt and two Democrats, Karen
Co-host
Bass and this local Democrat lawmaker called Nithya Raman.
Vince
They asked them, do you think that non citizens should vote in our elections? Now, normal people say, hell no, but two of the three people on stage were abnormal. Watch this.
Moderator
This is a yes or no question and answer. So there's an L. A council member. He wants voters to decide. He is saying that noncitizens, should they be allowed to vote in local elections. Is this a yes or no, Mr. Pratt? No, Mayor Bass.
Karen Bass
It depends. It's not a yes or no.
Moderator
Depends on what?
Karen Bass
Well, first of all, when you say non citizens, it doesn't mean they're here illegal. It doesn't mean they're undocumented. They could have green cards. They could be here. Perfectly legal. And there's a lot of states and cities that do that on very, very local elections. We have to see what the councilman is proposing.
Moderator
Councilmember Bremen.
Vince
Yeah, I would say again, it does depend.
Fox News Reporter
In other places, school boards have non citizens. Non citizens.
Moderator
Mr. Fred, I have a question for you.
Vince
You told NBC News. Okay, so the question is yes or no? Should noncitizens vote in our elections? Spencer Pratt answers crisply, no,
Co-host
he's got my vote. I'm not in la, but he's got my vote.
Vince
I mean, if. If non citizens can vote, if illegal aliens can vote, why can't I vote? I'm not.
Co-host
I'm not in la, but I should vote for Spencer Pratt. At least I'm an American. Listen to what they're saying, though. Isn't that amazing? It's amazing. It's just so brazen.
Vince
They're saying the same thing Katie Porter said.
Co-host
Yeah, we should replace American citizens.
Vince
Yeah, we should replace their votes. Let's water down the value of what
Co-host
it means to be an American citizen.
Vince
Oh, you thought being American citizen meant something unique for you, that you get to dictate the terms of who your leaders are?
Co-host
No, no, no. We'll allow non citizens to steal that from you too. And then, of course, the two Democrats on stage, rather than having the huevos to say out loud that they do support noncitizens voting, they begin to dissemble and offer all of these rationales for
Vince
why we have to distinguish between the undocumented and all these things. They're saying, yes. The answer, in so many words, they've wasted a lot of calories, is yes,
Co-host
I support noncitizens voting in American elections. You people should not be in American politics.
Vince
And if California could be made great
Co-host
again, it would be to reject people like that. To reject.
Vince
But this is what you know, that's what happens when you replace the whole
Co-host
population with non citizens.
Vince
Then, of course, of course, non citizens want to be the voters. And that's the people to whom you're appealing because you've gotten rid of all the Americans who were there.
Co-host
It really is an amazing. An amazing and really unfortunate sequence of events. Spencer Pratt was great yesterday, though, in that mayoral debate.
Vince
Here he is destroying the Democrats on
Co-host
stage for continuing to perpetuate drug addiction and homelessness. Watch this moment.
Spencer Pratt
How many beds you give these people? They are on super meth, they are on fentanyl. The DEA statistics says 93% of this is a drug addiction problem. Nitya Councilman Robins plan for treatment first. I will go below the Harbor Freeway tomorrow with her and we can Find some of these people she's going to offer treatment for. She's going to get stabbed in the neck. These people do not want a bed. They want fentanyl or super meth. These ideas cost us over $400 million to house for 70. What did you say? 3,000 people for 400 million is an absolute failure for both of them. They're a team.
Vince
Yes. Why does it feel like Spencer Pratt
Co-host
is just one of us standing on stage screaming at these jackasses like you're
Vince
just aiding and abetting the utter destruction of our community? You keep talking about opening up new beds. It's not about the beds. It's about the freaking drugs. And our city looks like a third world country. I'm gonna take you under that bridge. You're gonna get stabbed in the neck, dude. The guy. The guy is us. He's standing on stage. He's pulling. He's pulling a Donald Trump before the world right now. Amazing.
Co-host
Of course, his political opponents, they were
Vince
accusing of being a MAGA Republican.
Co-host
He was, like, rolling his eyes at how stupid they are. Man, I hope people are impressed by that. I really do. You got to break free, you know? You got to break free of this nonsense. You got to break free of this destruction before it's far too late. And maybe it is too late. Maybe it's too late in California, but Spencer Pratt's holding that hope, and he's fighting, God bless him for it.
Vince
Now, after the debate, media caught up
Co-host
with him and asked him about whether or not he has the requisite experience.
Vince
Like, what makes you think you could be the mayor of this city? You don't even have the experience.
Co-host
Listen to Spencer Pratt's answer yesterday.
Spencer Pratt
Look at the city right now. Look at what their experience has done. They don't want to talk about their experience, but because that would bring up what your experience living under their leadership is, all I need to do is surround myself with people who don't call in bomb threats to City Hall. The mayor's deputy mayor, when she was in Ghana, when my house was burning down, he was under house arrest because he called in a bomb threat. I just got off the phone with my potential deputy mayor, Chief Bobby Garcia from the US Forest Service, right before this debate, because I didn't know if the question would come up about public safety. And I said, when you retire, sir, you. You ready to be my deputy mayor? He said, let's talk, as in, I'm bringing in experts. I'm. My job as mayor is to just make sure our tax money is not being stolen and laundered to increase problems which is happening right now. Four more years, these people, another billion dollars more drug addicts all over the street.
Vince
Yeah, you want to talk about experience? Look at the people have destroyed the
Co-host
city with all their experience.
Vince
And I love that he's trying to
Co-host
bring in a deputy mayor from the U.S. forest Service.
Vince
You notice that chat? You notice that move? What a great move. Why is that a great move? I don't know. Because California's communities keep burning down. If he brings in a guy from the US Forest Service who understands forestry and understands the threat that's posed by allowing all this stuff to grow up and just become fuel for those vicious fires, maybe, just maybe we could prevent
Co-host
our communities from being burned down.
Vince
Maybe that would work. At least the guy's thinking it through.
Co-host
Experience. Is he serious right now?
Vince
Just.
Co-host
Just epic. Just totally epic.
Vince
Now, last night was a busy night for debates.
Co-host
Cuz it wasn't just the mayoral debate. There was yet another gubernatorial debate last night for California. And we got a couple of moments from that. Tom Steyer, the billionaire, once again doubled down on his calls to destroy immigration enforcement in the United States.
Vince
This is, I think this is kind
Co-host
of the primary feature, the primary plank of most of the Democrats who are running for governor in California right now,
Vince
which is, I want to end immigration enforcement. Why? For the same reason I just laid out for you. They want. They're replacing Californians with illegals. That's why. So they want to end immigration enforcement because otherwise their scam gets ended. So here's Tom Steyer yesterday saying we
Co-host
got to keep the scam going. And I want to prosecute these agents
Vince
and I want to prosecute. Who else do you want to. Oh, Stephen Miller. He wants to prosecute Stephen Miller too.
Co-host
Great American Watch. Here's Tom Steyer. Cut nine.
Tom Steyer
ICE is a criminal organization. They're coming into our state, they're terrorizing people, they're racially profiling people and they're harming people and committing violence against them. I'm in favor of abolishing ice, but along the way I did push for the sanctuary state law, which I absolutely believe in. But more than that, we should be prosecuting ICE agents for racial profiling. It's illegal in the state of California. We should be prosecuting them for violence against Californians. It's illegal. And we should go up the chain to the people who ask them to commit violence, including Stephen Miller. The truth is we should be investigating their detention centers that they will not show that are dangerous and they won't let anyone in. And I guess you can figure why we should be protecting immigrants. The state was built by immigrants.
Vince
Illegal.
Tom Steyer
They continue to make this state run. And the idea that we'd let agents from Washington, D.C. with masks and assault rifles come in here and terrorize them is absolutely against Californian values. And the governor is here to protect Californians.
Vince
Psycho. Just utter psycho. Complete psycho. The guy's a complete psychopath. And representative of the rest of the
Co-host
Democrats who stand on that stage, Katie Porter's got the same exact views as that guy, which. Got to get rid of ice. We got to prosecute these people.
Vince
Psycho. Man, can you believe I, I get like you and I have become so used to this.
Co-host
This is why I say these things are not shocking, but they are appalling.
Vince
It's because we've become so accustomed to this kind of insanity. But I. You know, it seems like a decade
Co-host
ago or 20 years ago, despite the
Vince
fact that the Democrats were already starting to do this, the idea that they
Co-host
would say it out loud, that would have been shocking.
Vince
Nowadays, not shocking anymore.
Co-host
They're just brazen about their contempt for the American citizen.
Vince
Oh, yeah, we're going to totally replace you.
Co-host
That's the plan.
Vince
We're bringing in a ton of illegals, and we're going to end immigration enforcement, and then we're going to arrest law
Co-host
enforcement, and then we're going to arrest people at the White House, and we're
Vince
going to attack the people who are
Co-host
trying to restore law and order to the United States. And then we're going to allow the illegals to vote. Okay, I, I, I don't even have
Vince
to suss this out.
Co-host
I don't have to do any analysis. You just declared outright what your deranged plan is.
Vince
Is every American aware of this? Everybody. Everybody okay with this? Yeah. Quick team meeting. Are we okay having our votes stolen? Our country stolen? We okay with this?
Co-host
We're not. Not this team. This team is not. It's. It's. It's amazing. It's amazing. There was an epic moment last night, an epic moment at that debate. Crazy Katie Porter was raging on stage, as usual, because she's always raging. And remember, Katie Porter as a part of her history. She is a complete lunatic.
Vince
She's.
Co-host
She dumped a boiling pot of mashed potatoes onto her husband's head and, and menaced the children and became the source of a lot of, you know, frustration inside of the house. Imaginably, you can imagine that. And here is Chad Bianco.
Vince
This is Okay, I just have to tell you, it is so freaking funny
Co-host
that this was posted by Katie Porter. The clip you're about to see.
Vince
The clip you're about to see.
Co-host
Let me just show you on screen what it looks like without. Without showing you the clip all the way through.
Vince
It says, Chad Bianco.
Co-host
What mothers need is respect and support, not your advice. This is Katie Porter.
Vince
Watch the actual clip again that she posted. Here it is for your viewing pleasure.
Co-host
Watch this.
Katie Porter
I mean, I think we ought to enforce the existing sanctuary laws everywhere so we don't have crazy cowboys taking the law into their own. Tell that to a crazy mother who lost her child. Sir, I don't need any lectures from you about being a mother.
Vince
Of course you might. Okay.
Cheryl Minter
Oh,
Vince
and she posted that to her account. She got posterized by Chad Bianco. She. I don't need any lectures for you
Co-host
about being a mom. Actually, you might.
Vince
I might.
Co-host
I might be a better mother than you are.
Vince
In fact, I guarantee it. You know, here's what I wonder this morning. Is there video of how she treated
Co-host
the staffer who posted that video to
Vince
her account last night?
Tom Steyer
I.
Vince
This is.
Co-host
That's what you call posting your Ls when you post a video of you getting owned.
Tom Steyer
God.
Co-host
Couldn't happen to a better lady. That's so funny that you might. God. Hasn't Trump made debating better? Donald Trump has really improved the quality of our political debates, at least for the Republicans. The Republicans, by and large, are just not holding back anymore. The good ones, they're not holding back.
Vince
They're just.
Co-host
Just like. They're just saying it like it is on the debate stage. Super funny. Last item for you from the debate last night, which was insane. It was totally insane. Except for the two Republicans, of course.
Vince
The debate concluded with all of the
Co-host
Democrats on stage calling for the destruction of women's sports. Now, you'll hear the moderator here, he garbles the question a little bit. It's almost kind of hard to understand what he's asking.
Vince
But it's very clear what the Democrats want, which is what?
Co-host
They want men cheating in women's sports. They want the destruction of women's sports
Vince
because, again, they're psychos.
Co-host
Watch this.
Moderator
Under the California Education Code, you perform in an athletic event, K through 12, based on your identification by gender. Would you change that law to match the IOC that you identify based on your. Or your. Your. Your birth gender? Yes or no? Very Quickly, we have 30 seconds left, Mr. Mahan.
Vince
Sorry, change which law?
Tom Steyer
State law.
Moderator
The current law says you'd identify and that's how you participate.
Vince
Yeah, but at higher level levels, I
Tom Steyer
would let the leagues decide. Okay.
Moderator
Mr. Becerra, enforce the law. Okay. Mr. Sty.
Tom Steyer
Allow trans athletes to participate.
Moderator
Mr. Hilton, I have a wristband that says save girl sports. Katie Porter.
Katie Porter
Yes. Enforce the existing law.
Vince
Wake up, America. Wake up. Just wake up to what these Democrats stand for. They were all saying they want men to cheat in women's sports on stage. That's not a popular position. That's not that. When that gets polled, even among Democrat voters, it's not in any way a popular position. Nobody fundamentally is from men cheating in women's sports. They really. I mean, the desperation to appeal to
Co-host
the most radical elements of their base is constantly on display, which is yet another sign of why they have to rig elections. If they were competing on a level playing field, they're destroyed for having these
Vince
positions, but the playing field is not leveled right now. Across the country, they have 40 congressional
Co-host
seats that are completely unearned, rigged as we speak.
Vince
We're working to fight back against that.
Co-host
Making a lot of progress on that.
Moderator
But.
Vince
But still, the. The left is nuts. They're cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs standing up
Co-host
on stage saying men should cheat in women's sports.
Vince
Okay, all right. Yeah, great, great. Get the word out.
Co-host
Let people know what they think.

Because that's really. I mean, it's just on display.
Vince
Finally, I do have. Is. Do we have a little time for this? Yeah, we do. We do.
Co-host
We have time for this.
Vince
You ready? You guys want a left?
Co-host
Fake scandal of the week? We have one, ladies and gentlemen.
Vince
Here we go. And now it's time for the lefts fake scandal of the week.
Co-host
Extra, Extra.
Vince
Yeah.
Co-host
Ladies and gentlemen, time for the last
Vince
fake scandal of the week. We have a big story today. A big, big story today from the Atlantic. Going after a guy called Cash Patel.
Co-host
He's the director of the FBI. They really don't like Cash Patel over there. And here's what they've discovered about Cash.
Vince
You ready for this?
Co-host
Shocking news. I don't know if you're prepared for this. Cash Patel buys liquor bottles, has his name engraved on the side of them, and then gives them out as presents.
Vince
Yeah, there we go.
Co-host
I know, it's shocking. Look at that.
Vince
The.
Co-host
Here's the. Here's the headline on the piece. Cash Patel's personalized bourbon stash. It's a big story. It's a huge story. And it looks like these are bottles of Woodford Reserve that he's buying. And then it looks like they laser engraved the side of the bottle. He goes to an aftermarket laser engraver. They engrave the shield of the FBI. It says, director Kash Patel.
Vince
Kash Patel, FBI Director.
Co-host
You see this? I know, I know, I know. Are you sitting down? This is really intense stuff. They start with referencing J. Edgar Hoover in the piece. Of course, J. Edgar Hoover. But then came Cash Patel. Then came Kash Patel. After the last story I wrote attacking Cash, says the writer, I heard from
Vince
people in Patel's orbit and people that he has met at public functions who told me that it is not unusual for him to travel with a supply of personalized branded bourbon.
Co-host
The bottles bear the imprint of the Kentucky Distillery, Woodford Reserve. What do you mean they bear the imprint?
Vince
They're bottles. They're Woodford Reserve. What are you talking. They bear the imprint, obviously, because that's what they are. And they're engraved with the words Ash
Co-host
Patel, FBI Director, as well as a rendering of an FBI shield surrounding the shield. I love the overt explaining of this. It's meant to make it seem more scandalous. Surrounding the shield is a band of text featuring Patel's director title and his favorite spelling of his first name, K A$H.
Vince
An eagle holds the shield in his
Co-host
talons along with the number nine, presumably a reference to Patel's place in the history of FBI directors. In some cases, the 750 milliliter bottles.
Vince
Seven I love.
Co-host
Again, a 750 milliliter is the standard size of a bourbon bottle.
Vince
And again, they're trying to turn this into a scandal.
Co-host
It's exactly 750ml, if you can believe
Vince
it, bear Patel's signature with number nine there as well. One such bottle popped up on an
Co-host
online auction site shortly after my story appeared and the Atlantic later purchased it.
Vince
You dude, this guy's living so rent
Co-host
free in your head you're buying his personalized liquor bottles.
Vince
The person who sold it to us
Co-host
did not want to be named, but
Vince
said that the bottle was a gift
Co-host
from Patel at an event in Las Vegas.
Vince
And there they go.
Co-host
There's the front of it. There's Cash's signature on it. Number nine.
Vince
Okay, so let me just point out
Co-host
a couple of quick, obvious things.
Vince
One, are they really upset that Cash is enjoying himself? Is that really what they're mad about? They seem to be very upset that
Co-host
Cash is having a good time enforcing
Vince
the law, that he. He's kind of reveling in it. What's wrong with. I don't. I don't have a problem with the
Co-host
guy having fun in the gig as
Vince
long as he's doing the gig. If he wants number nine branded merchandise. I know they keep sharing stuff like, oh, he's wearing sneakers. It says number nine on it. Okay? That's his thing. He likes it. He's enjoying it. He's got swag. Whatever. I don't care about that fundamentally. What I care about is, is he
Co-host
going after the bad guys? I don't know. What's the murder rate? Oh, it's the lowest level ever. Are they going after Democrat corrupt criminals?
Vince
Yeah, they just raided Louise Lucas yesterday. The United States Justice Department. Maybe the FBI will follow suit. Going after Steve Descano yesterday. You got all these guys being prosecuted and raided. They're saving children by the thousands all across the country. If I look at all the data, I'm saying, yeah, the guy's doing a great job. Oh, oh, he bought in the piece. They straight up admit that he's the guy who buys the bottles. It's not even. These aren't even paid for by taxpayers.
Co-host
This is not like a taxpayer funded thing.
Vince
This is Cash Patel buying his own liquor bottles, using his own money, getting them engraved and then handing them out to people.
Co-host
Yeah, it's a big scandal, ladies and gentlemen.
Vince
Huge, huge scandal. Huge scandal.
Co-host
You people are morons.
Vince
We should get liquor bottles and engrave them with you mad and then hand
Co-host
them out to these idiots. Actually, no, that's probably too good for them. We shouldn't do that. Although, Cash, if you're listening, I want one of those bottles, brother. I want one of those bottles. I know, I know. It probably costs a pretty penny, though. So whatever. Just give them to somebody more deserving.
Vince
But that.
Co-host
That is a nice bottle. That's a very nice bottle. Yeah, that's funny.
Vince
The last thing is, I love how if.
Co-host
For those of you watching rumble.com, vince,
Vince
I love the photos that they took of the bottles. The photos are like beautiful. They did a great job.
Co-host
The Atlantic did a great job taking these pictures.
Vince
They look like merchandise photos, like, like the kind of photo you would take to sell the bottle. You know what I mean? Like if you go to the. Look at this. Look how gorgeous that looks. The lighting is perfect.
Co-host
It's, it's, it's kind of under lit
Vince
a little bit, which is a good way to get a liquor bottle to
Co-host
really, to really shine. The focus is perfect. They really nailed the marketing on these bottles. So anyway, congratulations to Kash Patel who is this week's lucky target of the left's fake scandal of the week. Appreciate them as always.
Vince
Appreciate you.

Episode 284 | May 7, 2026
Host: Vince Coglianese | Cumulus Podcast Network
Co-host: (not fully named)
Notable Guests/Clips: Cheryl Minter, multiple news clips, quotes from Obama, Tulsi Gabbard, Katie Porter, Spencer Pratt, Tom Steyer, and others
This episode dives into major breaking news about expansive FBI and DOJ investigations into leading Virginia Democrats, particularly State Senator L. Louise Lucas, and the broader implications for the Democratic establishment. Vince also covers the political firestorm in California, featuring debates around illegal immigration, noncitizen voting, and high-profile races, along with his signature analysis on left-wing "fake scandals." The tone is sharp, combative, sarcastic, and full of punchy, cutting commentary.
[02:46–10:08]
Obama: "The norm is that [the DOJ] is independent ... The AG is the people's lawyer, not the president's consigliere." [03:17–04:12] Vince: "The gaslighting in this interview is completely off the charts." [04:51]
Eric Holder: "I'm still the president's wingman." [05:57]
Tulsi Gabbard: "The evidence ... directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment." [07:15]
[10:08–20:29]
"The top Democrat in the state of Virginia is also a drug dealer." [11:09]
"It involved allegations of bribery related to the cannabis dispensary." [13:49]
"Both [products] came back containing Delta 9 THC, which is illegal to sell in Virginia." [15:41]
Lucas: "They're about power ... what we saw fits a clear pattern from this administration. When challenged, they try to intimidate and silence the voices who stand up to them." [17:02] Vince: "You deserve to be picked on because you rigged the elections." [17:44]
Notable Quote:
Vince (mocking): "Joe Biden was supporting Trump and targeting you because you would eventually rig Virginia's elections? Is that what was happening? Man, the plot goes pretty deep, doesn't it?" [17:59]
[22:11–37:53]
"If you own the prosecutors, you can stop them from prosecuting." [32:54]
Descano (from website): "Steve's office will take immigration consequences into account when making charging and plea decisions." [23:32] Vince: "I'm going to treat illegal aliens better than American citizens." [25:15]
Cheryl Minter: "Had he even begun to pay attention ... Stephanie would be alive." [27:48] Vince: "Cheryl, if you see this clip, I want to do anything I can to help you with that recall. Anything I can." [28:27]
Vince: "The United States Department of Justice is investigating Fairfax county for giving preferential plea deals to illegal aliens while discriminating against American citizens." [35:41]
[37:53–45:50]
Porter: "They're one of the only ways that our state has been growing in recent years." [38:56] Vince: "So we're replacing [citizens] with illegals and then calling them Californians." [39:09]
Moderator: "Should noncitizens vote in our elections?"
Pratt: "No."
Bass/Raman: deflect, say "it depends." [41:38]
Vince: "Why does it feel like Spencer Pratt is just one of us standing on stage screaming at these jackasses ... The guy is us." [44:53]
Pratt: "All I need to do is surround myself with people who don't call in bomb threats to City Hall ... my job as mayor is to just make sure our tax money is not being stolen and laundered to increase problems which is happening right now." [46:04]
[47:42–50:15]
Steyer: "ICE is a criminal organization ... I'm in favor of abolishing ICE ... we should be prosecuting [its] agents ... Stephen Miller." [48:31]
Vince: "Psycho. Just utter psycho. The guy's a complete psychopath." [49:30]
[53:34–55:44]
Vince: "Wake up, America. Just wake up to what these Democrats stand for ... They were all saying they want men to cheat in women's sports on stage." [54:44]
Chad Bianco: "Sir, I don't need lectures from you about being a mother."
Bianco: "Of course you might." [52:15]
[56:27–61:45]
Vince: "Are they really upset Cash is enjoying himself? ... What I care about is, is he going after the bad guys? ... They're saving children by the thousands ... the guy's doing a great job. Huge, huge scandal. You people are morons." [60:00–61:25]
