That's six o' clock again. Rumble.com Haley to tune into that. Very cool. Eager to hear what he has to say. Very eager to hear what he has to say. A lot, A lot to come with Dan. Now, as far as the world that we're living in right now is going, nobody is more ridiculous than the entire Democrat Party. They are absolutely cartoon characters. And it would be even more hilarious if they didn't wield so much tyrannical power in the past over the rest of us. They yesterday, all day long, spent January 6th of 2026 acting like some sort of terror attack had taken place. And they were, they were grieving it. They were very sad about it. It was just all day long, cnn. It was hilarious. I had lunch yesterday at my radio station break room and somebody, I got to figure out who did this. They left CNN on in the break room. And I'm eating my. What was I eating yesterday? I think I had gyro meat on top of lettuce. It was a Mediterranean salad or as they, as they say, giddle meat on top of lettuce. And I'm eating my salad and I look up and there's cnn and they're doing like a lot. Like, basically they're playing their old footage from five years ago. This is what it was like moment by moment on cnn. It's Wolf Blitzer in Tony, I've never seen anything like this before. And then he goes to Rahm Emanuel for commentary. What do you think Rom? Rom's like, oh, Republicans are awful. We should never let them have power again. Yeah, great. Thanks, Sienna. That's really useful. And then yesterday, all day long, Democrats were, you know, just doing these crocodile tears about, about January 6th. And it ended in the most hysterical way imaginable. They had a plastic candlelight vigil yesterday. And when I say plastic, I mean, I truly mean pla. They carried plastic candles out down the steps of the United States Capitol building. And we're like, you know, pretended like this was like some big moment, you know. Oh, this is really big. I love it. You can tell they're plastic, too, because some of these Democrats are carrying the candles upside down as they're walking down the steps. And then that makes, that also makes a lot of sense, because Maisie Hirono was in the crowd. And the last thing you want to do is give Maisie Hirono an open flame. So they just were like, okay, plastic candles for everybody. They walk down the steps, they're. They're holding them, and then they're pretending like they're a part of something solemn and important, rather than cruel, callous and opportunistic, which is, of course, what it was. And then they have the audacity to sing God Bless America like some percentage of them even believe in God. Listen to this. And by the way, I just have to warn you, the screeching here is so pronounced. It's so pronounced that I'm apologizing in advance. But whoever was producing the stream realized that the singing was terrible, so they cut it off. Watch. Thanks for watching. They just cut it off. All right, well, that's. That's the way it goes. That's the way it goes. So this is. This is amazing what we're witnessing here. And these guys are just absurd. They're totally absurd. But that's. That's who these Democrats are. So thank you to the Democrats for being, as ever, showing up with their plastic candles and their disastrous performance of God Bless America. What a. What an insult. What an insult. You know what this is, too, by the way? This goes back to 9 11. Like they're treating what. What they've done is they've basically tried to create a pale imitation of September 11, 2001. Those of you old enough to remember. I can't even believe I say those words, but those of you old enough to remember now, 9 11, you knew that after September 11th, what is. What happened in the ensuing years? Well, the cable networks would replay their coverage of 911 so that, you know, as time passed, we don't forget, we can see what it was like moment by moment, as the planes were attacking the Al Qaeda was attacking us with airplanes in the United States. And then right after 9 11, there was that kind of famous moment where Republicans and Democrats gathered together on the steps of the Capitol and they sang God Bless America. It was actually a heartwarming moment. It was a solemn, heartwarming moment where both parties could come together. They sing God Bless America and Americans appreciated that demonstration of unity in the wake of such a horrific attack against our country. What are Democrats doing now? They're sowing division. They're advancing tyranny. They're trying to exploit your decency, and they're pretending like you're somehow morally depraved for supporting Donald Trump. And then they do these, like, hoax representations of 9, 11 in the form of this January6 hoax. And they just keep doing it year after year. So, you know, it's. Is it pathetic? Yes. Do they keep doing it? Yes. In fact, my favorite version of this is what they did in 2022, a year after the the original Americans enter their own Capitol building event. Nancy Pelosi introduced the cast of Hamilton to produce a musical number to commemorate January 6th. Watch Lin Manuel and his father. And the Hamilton singers, whom we'll hear from, said that they were all very honored to be asked to participate today. Dear Theodosia, what to say to you. You had my. Ey. You have your mother's name. When you came into the world, you cried. Unbelievable. It's so funny. All right, enough. You know, it's so funny just to watch these guys. I mean, everything is melodrama with these idiots because they need to somehow pretend that this is resonant. And of course it's not. It's not. Was all just a pretext for tyranny. And the cruelest kind of tyranny in the United States in this century is just awful. It's just awful. We got some news yesterday from our friend Julie Kelly by way of Senator Rand Paul, ultimately by way of the FBI, and Cash Patel about the ways in which the FBI was not only destroying the lives of people who walked into their Capitol building, the FBI was destroying the lives of people who didn't walk into the Capitol building. A lot of them, in fact. This is a crazy graphic. I want to show this to you. Let me see here. I want to get this up for you here. Basically, what ended up happening on January, in the wake of January 6, is the FBI began spying on a woman called Christine Crowder. Christine Crowder. And this woman was not even in the Capitol building. She wasn't in the Capitol building at all. Somebody called the FBI. Somebody. On January 11th of 2021, somebody called the FBI and sent in an anonymous tip stating that they were a, quote, former friend who recognized this poor woman, Christine Crowder, from News coverage of January 6th. Now, I want to remind you, she wasn't even in the building. She wasn't there. So some jackass thinks he sees a woman that he knows calls the FBI and says, oh, yeah, I know that lady. It's Christine Crater. I'm a former friend. I'm not even associated with that person. I just want you to know I'm a former friend. You're a Soviet, like, pile of garbage is what you are. And so they call the FBI, and the FBI launches a full investigation into her. By June 25th of that year, the FBI filed paperwork to open up an investigation into Christine Crowder not even in the building. The FBI recommended she be watch listed, despite what they said was a negative search for her geolocation or facial recognition at the United States Capitol. So they didn't even have any evidence that she was there other than this bullshit tipster? Nothing. Nothing. And then in July of the same year, the FBI conducted physical surveillance of her house. They were watching her house. They had no intel to suggest she was even in the building. And let me just remind you of something. This is a very basic point. I don't care if she was in the building. She doesn't. She doesn't deserve a counterintelligence investigation. She doesn't deserve to be treated like a terrorist by her own government for going into her own Capitol building, which she didn't even do. The FBI would go on to approve paperwork to add her to the terrorist screening data set, the terrorist watch list, in other words, labeling her a domestic terrorist. By August of that year, the FBI agent who was assigned to the case filed a notification from the Terrorist Screening Observation Unit of her travel. They began tracking her travel in the United States. She was watch listed by the FBI, and she was selected for expanded selectee status by tsa so she would be hassled while she traveled. These are all violations of her rights. To be crystal clear, these are all complete violations of her constitutional rights. The FBI conducted physical surveillance of her home. In February of 2022. The Biden FBI for the purpose of photographing the property for search warrants. The FBI then received video from an anonymous tipster of an individual they believe is CROWDER Exiting the U.S. capitol building. So now they've got. This is probably the same person, but there's people trying to rat out a woman who wasn't even in the building. Then they were conducting more physical surveillance of her home. And basically, the. The story goes on. And I could. I could keep reading all this to you, but I'm just telling you that they eventually. It takes all the way until 2023 that they finally closed the investigation because they determined that she wasn't there. She had all sorts of receipts, evidence to prove she wasn't even in the building. It took that long. It took. It took over two years for you to come to that conclusion. I mean, this is utterly disgraceful. I mean, this is why you and I have been chomping at the bit to see these people prosecuted and absolutely meaning the. Meaning the people who would break the law in such a way to see them prosecute, which is why we've got to blow through. I want to emphasize a point here that's really important and it can't be emphasized enough. There's a thought process out there that some that decent Americans have, which is, well, why can't Trump just arrest this guy? Why can't they just prosecute that guy right now? Why can't this happen at this very moment? And I'm with you in terms of desiring the speed I have been all year long, we've been talking all about this. But understand something about our justice system. It only works if all of it works. If we have failures in our justice system at any point along the process, it means that the people who need to be subjected to it don't make it to the finish line. That's a massive problem. So where are the failure points right now? One of the failure points is we don't have U.S. attorneys, we don't have prosecutors. Do we have some? Yeah, we got a couple, but we don't have that many. That's a disaster. We don't have federal judges to support us. We have too many corrupt and totally radical federal judges clogging up the system. That's a disaster. The FBI, Cash, Patel, these guys, they could conduct these kinds of investigations. They can find out all of this evidence of criminal activity. They can bring it to the United States Department of Justice. But if they don't have a U.S. attorney, you can actually bring this case and see it through. And you don't have a federal judge who's actually going to treat it with respect. And you don't have a grand jury system like in a place like Washington D.C. that's going to treat this case fairly. Right. How many cases are brought in Washington D.C. and they're just thrown out immediately by left wing grand juries, even though you have criminal violations literally caught on camera all the time. All the time. They do that because it's a Democrat protection racket. That's a broken system. What I'm describing to you is third world. The reason it prevails is because of Congress right now. I'm sorry, but it's just true. The Republicans in the United States Senate are allowing the blue slip to continue to be an impediment to getting the U.S. attorneys and federal judges that we need in order to complete that justice system to make it so that people go to the finish line. That's the way this works. You want to know how the system works? I'm telling you how the system works. This is it. And it's Republicans who stand in the way. It's John Thune, it's Chuck Grassley, they're standing in the way right now. They're holding onto the blue slip system. And if you haven't been following this closely, really simply, the blue slip gives each senator veto authority over any U.S. attorney or federal judge in their state. That means Adam Schiff gets to veto all the California picks by Donald Trump. What? Tim Kaine gets to veto all of the Virginia picks by Donald Trump. Democrats all across the country get to veto any one of Donald Trump's picks in their respective states. It's not based on anything other than a handshake agreement in the United States Senate. We're going to let that keep going. We're losing our country if that's the scenario we're going to be through. This is why we keep desiring accountability. And we're like, what's the, what are the impediments to progress? Hello, it's the Republicans in the United States Senate. I that's just, that's just the long and short of it. That's just the reality of it. You got to break through that in order to succeed. Yeah, the blue slips are awful. CLB73. We have the filibuster standing in the way, Republicans allow it to continue. We've got the blue slip standing in the way, Republicans allow it to continue. And Congress does not go into a full blown official recess to allow the President to make recess appointments. Whose side are they on here? Does these guys know what time it is? Do they really think they're going to outlast Trump and then everything is going to go back to the way it used to be and that the rest of us are going to go back to sleep? Hell no, that's not happening. No, we're very much awake to this and we'd like to fix it now, please. Yesterday, please. It's one of the reasons why I'm excited to hear from Dan Bongino again because Dan is going to be able to give you a perspective from the inside about the way all of this is really working. And I look forward to, you know, depending on when you're listening to this show. It may have already happened, but Dan is doing the live conversation tonight with haley. That's again, rumble.comhaley h a y L E Y You'll be able to watch him live as he talks about what the future holds and we'll be able to hear so much more from him. All right. We have a lot more to get to. I've got to talk to you about Venezuela and I've got to talk to you about what's going on with China and Russia and Iran. President Trump right now is in the midst of undertaking and perhaps pulling off one of the most important international realignments in, in world history. I mean, he really is at this moment, he's got a real big opportunity to re establish America in, in very, very big and important ways. We will talk about that. And of course, coming up, we've got joining us the the great Amber Duke will be with us. It's all ahead on this edition of events. Our sponsors today include home serve home service. Awesome. Great operation. Great operation. Okay, so here's here's what's going on with Venezuela. This morning we get some more breaking news that ships, remember I was telling you yesterday that we've got ships who are evading our blockade right now? They're trying to these ghost ships, they're trying to they're putting new flags on the ships they're cutting off all the communication systems and the lights. They're trying to travel en masse away from Venezuela to evade the American military. Well, I said yesterday this is not going to work. We. We can see everything. We see when people can. If we're, if we're tracking you, we know where you are. Hell, the United States government was tracking some poor lady who wasn't even at the Capitol building. They were watching her house. You think we can't see a gigantic tanker? Oh, we're watching the tankers. The Trump administration's watching the tankers. And sure enough, these tankers who've been trying to evade the American military, we're catching them. Look at this video this morning. Two tankers who have been trying to evade the United States Coast Guard and changing their flags, painting new names on the hall while being pursued. They tried and they failed. They absolutely failed. The Coast Guard intercepting these tankers on the high seas. They said, through treacherous storms, keeping diligent watch, protecting our country with determination and patriotism. And they have intervened. As of this morning, they capture both of these ships. So this isn't going to work. And these ships, you know where they're headed? They're headed to places like Russia, Iran, China. These are obviously massive adversaries of the United States. And it goes back to what President Trump and Marco Rubio and J.D. vance have all been saying is like, don't screw around with us. If President Trump says something, he means it, and they're going to act on it. So big interceptions this morning being reported of these ships, these tankers who thought they could get away. You're not getting away. We will catch you. And they've been caught. So that's good. That's great news. Caught on the high seas. And this gets back to the point of what the hell is going on right now with Venezuela. Well, here's what we know. We got a report last night ahead of President Trump talking a little bit more about it publicly on Truth Social. We got a report last night that President Trump has demanded that Venezuela kick out all of our adversaries. All of them, everybody get out of the country. So remember what I was saying. Remember, Trump's been saying he's running the country now. He's running the country now because look at this. Trump is demanding Venezuela kick out China and Russia and partner only with the United States on oil, says ABC News. The Trump administration telling Venezuela's interim president, Del C. Rodriguez the regime must meet the White House's demands before being allowed to pump any More oil. And first, the country's got a kick out China, Russia, Iran and Cuba. Those are the ones China, Russia, Iran and Cuba, who, as a result, you understand what's going to happen here. They're going to wither on the vine, especially countries like Cuba, they're going to wither because they've been rolling on access to all this Venezuelan oil in exchange for giving security to Maduro. President Trump is cutting all of that off. So we've been talking for weeks now why Venezuela is a strategic interest of the United States and the American people. Here it is, ladies and gentlemen. President Trump has kicked out the power cord for these countries and said, you're not getting it back. And he's told Venezuela, you want. You want the Maduro treatment or do you want to play ball? And right now, Venezuela is playing ball. The reason Delsey Rodriguez is still there, and yes, she is a commie, Delsey Rodriguez, Maduro's number two, the reason she is still there is because President Trump has determined she is the most likely right now to keep the country in a position of stability at this very moment while they work through this transition phase. There was a lot of considerations made. Clearly, should we put opposition leaders in charge? Is there somebody else inside of the Maduro cabinet who can do it? And the answer that they came up with in the Trump administration is keep Delsey Rodriguez there for now. For now. And while she's there, you've got Marco Rubio breathing down her neck every day to get her to abide and to play ball here. So what's happening? The President's kicking out all of our adversaries who've been using this as their gas station leave. Second, Venezuela must agree to partner exclusively with with the United States on oil production and favor America when selling heavy crude oil, they added. Marco Rubio told lawmakers this week that he believes the United States can force Venezuela's hand because its existing oil tankers are all full. Rubio told lawmakers the United States estimates that Caracas only has a couple weeks before it will become financially insolvent without the sale of its oil reserves. So we've got them over the oil barrel right now, so to speak. And that brings us to what the President just announced last night. Now, this, of course, is to the consternation of the American news media, which is never rooting for us or the president's success. But here's what the President said, and it's really important to pay attention to the details because this is one of those things that is instantly being misconstrued of course, intentionally so. President Trump announced that the interim authorities in Venezuela will be turning over between 30 and 50 million barrels of high quality sanctioned oil to the United states of America. 30 to 50 million dollars. And if that's all. 50 million barrels. Excuse me. And if that's all you read and if that's all you see in the headline, what you walk away concluding is that, oh, Trump just took the oil. Now, if that's what he had done, that would be great. That'd be perfectly fine. President Trump has made no secret of the fact that he thought one of the foolish, one of the foolish elements of our intervention in the Middle east, from Afghanistan to Iraq, was that we didn't, quote, take the oil. We're stupid for not taking the oil, he said. And so here he would be taking the oil. But it's not actually as simple as that. It's more complicated and more interesting. President Trump said the oil is going to be sold at its market price. They're going to sell it, and the money will be controlled by President Trump. He will make a determination about where that money goes to ensure it's used to benefit the people of Venezuela and the United States. So he gets the oil. This is 30 to 50 million barrels, right? He's going to sell this oil, and then he will divvy up the money. He will do it to the benefit of the people of Venezuela. First. That's the first thing he mentions in the sentence. And the second thing is he's going to benefit the United States. And one would assume that includes the oil companies who had all of their infrastructure stolen by the communists in Venezuela, by Chavez and Maduro. So President Trump understand what he's doing here is he's solving and trying to remedy a lot of different things all in one fell swoop. It's kick the power cord out for China, kick the power cord out for places like Iran and Cuba and Russia. Stop our adversaries from having a foothold in the Western Hemisphere. He's calling this the Don Row doctrine. And then enrich the people of Venezuela so that they're a part of the process of not only making their country wealthy and, and flourishing again, but stable again. We need a stable, flourishing Venezuela with an authentic democracy in our hemisphere, and to make whole the people in the United States who had their property stolen by the commies. He's trying to pull all of this off all at once. So I love it. President Trump says he's asked Energy Secretary Chris Wright to execute the plan immediately. Chris Wright's, already on it and they are taking it will be taken by storage ships and brought directly to unloading docks in the United States. Thank you for your attention to this matter. DONALD J. Trump, Trump PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES so this ultimately, you know, we talk about, you know, what's an America first foreign policy. It's a foreign policy that not only resolves the current conflicts that we have, but it also ensures the long term longevity of our country. What conflicts do we have? Well, I don't know. We're locked in a full blown in cold war, in some cases, hot war with China. Hot war. I don't know. Depending on how you classify the death of over 100,000Americans a year due to fentanyl that comes from China, you might say that's kind of a hot war, wouldn't you? Yeah. China is a crystal clear adversary of the United States. Do we have a complicated relationship with them? Are we still buying products from China? Absolutely. No question. And we should do everything we can to mitigate an actual exchange of fire between the between our two countries. But in the process, what we should do is get them out of the Western hemisphere, stop giving them a ready supply of energy that they can use to power a war machine. Let's stop all of that garbage. That's a really big deal. And to that point, I want to show you one last thing on this subject. Then we're going to get to our great guest, Amber Duke. There's a piece this morning in the publication the American Mind. It's called the Don Row Doctrine in Action. The Don Row Doctrine in Action. And in it, J. Michael Waller, who wrote this wonderful piece, he talks about what Russia is in this scenario and he says Russia is China's largest foreign oil supplier. Russia is. So that's an issue for us right now. China, though, has also been buying between 60 and 90% of all of Venezuela's heavy crude and 85 and 90% of Iran's like crude. This sanctioned oil is cheap twice over for Beijing. First, China gets it at the pirate discount. And second, it generally pays not in American petrodollars but in printable Chinese yuan, depending on the figures. And factoring in Venezuelan oil shipped to China under a false flag like Malaysia, Venezuela and Iran together provide as much as 30 to 35% of all of China's oil imports. Arab countries who are responsive to US concerns provide another 40%. So with pro American governments expected to run Venezuela and Iran soon, says J. Michael Waller, talking about the unrest that's happening in Iran right now, Trump will be able to regulate a good 70% of communist China's present day oil needs. Russia, by contrast, supplies about 18 to 20% of China's oil imports. So at the moment, President Trump is moving pieces on the chessboard in order to disempower China. It will diminish China's hand and its ability to even wage war, including in the South China Sea against Taiwan or any of these other places. This is an amazing moment we're living through and, you know, it's clear that President Trump has a plan in mind. We are watching it play out in, in very real time and we're going to keep, keep a close eye on it. You know, this is, you know, you like President Trump to fight for American interests. Here it is. And I, I see one of the things that, that people keep saying is like, well, he's just going after the oil. Why shouldn't he? If you want us, if you want to affect international foreign policy, go straight to the power source. In this case, literally the power source. What's powering all of this illicit oil? Where is it coming from? Venezuela and Iran. What is he tackling those two countries worth keeping an eye on. Amber Duke, going to join us in just a moment. B
Hi, Vince. Thanks for having me.
A
Okay, let's, let's just kind of talk about what President Trump seems to be pulling off in Venezuela right now. This morning they captured two more tankers who are trying to evade our blockade of those oil tankers leaving the country. He has taken possession of some 30 to 50 million barrels of oil. He is now going to handle the sale of that. And it looks like it's going to go directly to the Venezuelan people and not to the commies who've been stealing it in the first place, leaving the rest of the Venezuelans to eat zoo animals. I'm struggling to figure out what the downside is here.
B
Yeah, I think what's leaving people feeling a bit concerned is what is the long term plan? How long is the US Going to be involved with helping to run the country and what does that mean in terms of regime change? But I think overall, the argument for taking out Maduro has nothing but upside in the short term. Right, because you have millions of Venezuelans who have left the country, 8 million over the past 10 years, plus the people who weren't able to leave, who are celebrating his ouster and are thrilled that they finally have their country back from this dictator. You also have, of course, the strategic reasons for taking Venezuela. You mentioned the oil, but also just generally the security and safety of the Western hemisphere should be of utmost importance to the American people. This is the classic Monroe Doctrine, which now is the, the Donroe Doctrine. Right. According to the President. And I think most importantly though, what this does is it recreates a relationship with Venezuela that were previously they were more in bed with China and Russia. And I saw Raheem Kassam put this really well in a comment to Axios where he said, if Venezuela is going to be a puppet, wouldn't we rather them be a puppet for the United States than for Russia and China?
A
You know, I think what's happening, one of the, one of the obvious things that's been happening on the right is, and as I was talking to Michael Knowles about yesterday, we have become very pessimistic about the use of the American military by the establishment in Washington. Very pessimistic and for good reason because we've engaged in all sorts of foreign policy adventurism that led to massive losses of American life, the enrichment of the sort of the military industrial complex with very little strategic upside to the United States and in fact, perhaps a lot of liability. So people become skeptical of watching the military be used in any other country. But as a result, I, I do think that we've reached a level where, you know, the left kind of is always preaching self loathing of our country and people have forgotten what it means to wield strategic influence in our interest in the world. And President Trump is kind of restoring that.
B
No, I think that's exactly right. And on this point about the military, it's so important because when we saw the Afghanistan withdrawal, we saw Lloyd Austin breaking the chain of command and disappearing wearing a Darth Vader mask during COVID The firings due to the vax mandates, the dei, the transgender troops. All of this led to severely diminished confidence in our ability to exercise military might. And under Trump, we have seen two operations that have been just unabashed successes and also incredibly impressive. I mean, first the B2 stealth bombers flying 37 hour missions to drop bunker busters on Iran's nuclear facilities. And then this Venezuela operation, which was just incredible. I mean, you have the military going in, taking control of the Venezuelan airspace and in just a couple of hours getting Delta Force on the ground, raiding Maduro's residence and getting to the President before he's even able to get to his steel shelter which they had prepared for. They had blowtorches with them just in case. And I think this should be an indication to the American people that the US Military is still great. The problem that we had previously was poor leadership and poorly defined goals. But so long as the leadership is very clear about what the strategic benefit is to using the military and also is focused on quick and efficient results, this is the type of thing that we can still accomplish as the United States of America.
A
Yeah. Well, it's amazing to see, so we'll keep tracking it. But it looks like President Trump has control of Venezuela's oil now. And China's got to be rattled as hell about this because the Chinese war machine, just like the Russian war machine, it's all energy dependent. I mean, they need energy, especially China. That's why they're building so many coal plants all the time. And President Trump just cut them off. He kicked their power cord out.
B
That's exactly right. And that's the sort of underrated part of this move, is how it triangulates China and its relationship with Venezuela. They have been taking Venezuelan oil, getting around US Sanctions for years. So when Trump started seizing those oil tankers, it wasn't just to punish Venezuela, but also to send a message to China that we are certainly not going to accept you breaking the rules of international engagement, breaking sanctions in order to try to gain leverage over the United States. But we're especially not going to let you do it in our hemisphere. This is ours. We are the superpower over here. You don't get to come over into the Caribbean and take what should be ours.
A
Let me ask you about these ridiculous Democrats. I started the show showing them walk out with plastic candles to hold a phony candlelight vigil for January6. In your view, Amber, why is January6 continuing to be such a high holy day for the Democrats?
B
Well, it's probably the only example that they have in modern political history of someone on the right or a group of people on the right doing anything even close to violence. And they want to distract from the fact that their own people literally creating autonomous zones within cities that they were trying to run as a quasi government in order to effectuate political ends. I mean, these people were engaging in straight up terrorism. And January 6th, in January 6th, you know, having a candlelight vigil. The only person who died, of course, was someone who was actually participating. Where are the candlelight vigils for the shop owners that were murdered during the BLM riots of the summer of 2020? Or the people who died in Chaz or Chop because ambulances couldn't get through the antifa controlled areas, they would never have those. And Senator Rand Paulvance, you might have seen this, just released documents about the witch hunts that took place post J6, including one of a Catholic school teacher, a woman who was falsely identified from a quote unquote former friend as being at the Capitol that day. She was not there. She provided evidence to the FBI that she wasn't there, but they continued to surveil her house and even put her on the no fly list for years, all because of this misidentification. So, so many people were swept up in this fervor that had nothing to do what happened that day. And it's because ultimately what they wanted was they wanted to be able to pin this on Donald Trump. They wanted an excuse to impeach him. They wanted to accuse him of being an insurrectionist because he said the word fight during a speech on the Ellipse. The whole thing really was, was ridiculous on its face, but it was because they needed an excuse to try to take out the president.
A
Well, also, it's so brazen and incoherent too, because it's an event where only Trump supporters were killed, right? And they're holding a candlelight vigil and they're pretending like the Trump supporters are the bad guys. So it's all so crazy. Additionally, you talk about what, what are we living through in this current moment? Amber, as you know, the left has an assassination culture. Huge numbers of people on the American left are perfectly comfortable with assassination as a remedy for, for their political differences. And, and ICE agents in particular are under attack right now by the left, including by like, American businesses, left wing American businesses, like a, like a random Hilton hotel in Minneapolis who's refusing to allow ICE agents to even spend the night there, have a place to lay their head down. Because the left has so demonized the people who are dedicated to restoring law and order and following the Constitution. And then they, then they show up and pretend like they're great defenders of it and they have the audacity to sing God Bless America like they're on the side of the angels when they're serving something I think is demonic.
B
That's absolutely unbelievable and so correct. And you know, it's not just ice, it's also the police. We have progressive prosecutors elected around this country who do not allow the police to do their jobs. They arrest criminals. And the prosecutors say too bad they're going back out on the street. You know, where I live in Fairfax County, I'm not sure if you're In Fairfax, too, Vince. But we've had multiple cases over the past couple of years of Steve Descano releasing criminals back into the community who went on to kill people. But somehow they are the good guys because they believe in what social justice reform and criminal justice reform. We've got Bom Donnie in New York City who wants to send social workers in to take on domestic violence calls. Domestic violence calls are some of the most dangerous calls that police will ever go on because those situations are already very high tension. You have a victim that you're trying to protect and a violent aggressor who oftentimes turns that aggression onto the police. But we want to send in someone who has a psychiatry degree, a psychology degree, and not expect that anything bad is going to happen. They are going to get people killed.
A
Yeah, which is another reason why this is like this year, midterms. There's a lot on the line, and there's just way too many people on the left, though. They're out of power at the national level, but, boy, they've got some real footholds that are very dangerous, including in New York City. Tell me why you think Minnesota Governor Tim Walls just dropped out of the race. What is your theory of why he dropped out?
B
I think there's two things. One is that he got back some polling and it didn't look good. And the second is that I think he's genuinely concerned that the law enforcement proceedings that are taking place in Minnesota are going to find some kind of connection between him and the Somali fraud. He has received campaign donations from the Somali community. He was rushing to defend them, say, saying that calling out fraud was akin to white supremacy. You only do that if you're worried about what they're going to find in your own backyard. And there have already been several whistleblowers who have insinuated that Tim Walls did not pursue the fraud sooner because he was worried about political backlash from the Somali community. And so I think where there's smoke, there's fire. But ultimately, the reality is that a lot of Democrats will not give up power, even if they are facing some kind of criminal investigation or jail time because they're so obsessed with power. I think the. The bigger thing for him was probably the polling that showed he couldn't win reelection. And the Democrats might have pushed him to step aside so that they could have someone like Amy Klobuchar run who has fewer ties to the Somalians in Minnesota.
A
Well, I have a way of proving that it's not white supremacy. Prosecute that white Goober, like go after him. Like, you know, he deserves it. He definitely deserves. And I hope you're right. I really hope that criminal consequences are coming for him and he knows it. I hope that's what this is about. Because yesterday he finally did a press conference and he was bitching and moaning about the U.S. attorney in the state who is actually the one who's exposing all of this fraud and digging into it. When you HEAR that number, $18 billion, that number comes from that U.S. attorney who said that over half so far of the math that they've looked at is fraudulent of the, of the money that's gone out from taxpayers is fraudulent and it could be as high as $18 billion. So we're dealing with historic levels of, of money here, all on Tim Walls's watch. And it certainly looks like, you know, with his consent.
B
And it's not going to end with Tim Walls. This fraud from the Somalians has happened in other states too. I mean, there was a whistleblower in Maine who came forward who said that there was a company called Gateway Community Services that bilked millions of dollars from taxpayers by basically creating fake documents saying that they had served disabled patients when they had not even manipulating time cards and things of that nature. And amazingly, Vince, there are three Somali Americans serving in the main State House. To all three of them signed a letter going after Donald Trump for calling some Somalian refugees garbage, which I mean, let's call a spade a spade. Two of the three of those who signed that letter worked with or for Gateway Community Services. So again, it's, you know, the, the person who is doing the, the bad behavior cries out when it gets struck. One of the individuals who was indicted in Minnesota was also buying property in Kentucky and apparently trying to make inroads with the Somalians in Kentucky. So they are trying to spread this operation, this influence around the United States. So Minnesota, I think, is really just the tip of the ice.
A
Okay, so that gets to my next question. President Trump announced this week that there are investigations underway into Gavin Newsom in California.
B
Right.
A
Which seems to me like a very target rich environment for left wing fraud. So what, what's your message here for what the Trump administration should be doing? Because it does seem like they've got a moment of opportunity here. There's public appetite to fix all of this. So what needs to be done?
B
Well, I think first of all, what they've already done in terms of pausing a lot of these payments to the child care facilities and the Medicaid recipients is a good first step, there needs to be massive investigations. But it can't just be. We're going through the Nick Shirley video and looking at the places that were identified there. This is far more widespread than just one YouTube video. And I know that people are going to feel icky about the idea of looking at Somalian owned daycares and Medicaid facilities and healthcare facilities and things of that nature. But the reality is this is a country, their home country, that traffics in fraud and piracy and all kinds of immoral behavior. And I don't think it's that insane to say that if large numbers of people come from a country where those behaviors are normal, that they have this massive welfare state to take advantage of. For them, fraud is not a bad thing. It's a matter of course in their home country. That's where the targets have to be set. Sorry.
A
This was when the New York Times wrote its big splashy piece on this subject in November. I think it was November. They said they actually consulted a Somali American expert who said that it is a feature of Somali culture to steal from the government. Yes, it was used. It was literally in the New York Times piece. It was used as an excuse for what we were seeing. I was like, well, if it's a part of your culture, don't bring it here. I'm not interested. I'm not interested at all. Wild. All right, well, Amber, as always, thank you. Thank you for your assessment and I hope you have a very happy New Year.
B
Thanks, Vince. Happy New Year.
A
Good to see you. That's Amber Duke over at the Daily Caller. She's excellent. Always good to have her stop by. Hey. Okay, so I mentioned with Amber just now, Tim Walls finally did a real press conference yesterday, but he was angry that he had to answer any kind of questions, which was super funny because the day before when he announced he was dropping out, it was like, yeah, I'm not answering questions today. Maybe I'll take questions tomorrow. And as soon as he started taking questions on Tuesday, he instantly started spazzing out. Here is Tim Walls being asked whether or not he decided to drop out of the race on his own or other Democrats gave him the Biden treatment, the heave ho watch.
C
This is a decision that I make and make with my family. And certainly, I think, as I said, it's the right decision. We, I'll note, I think it's appropriate we're here today. The war that's being waged against Minnesota, you're seeing it. We have a ridiculous surge of apparently 2000 people not coordinating with us. That are for a show of the cameras. I'm going to note to all of you, today is January 6th. There's no debate what happened. The President of the United States got an insurrection against a fair election to try and overturn that and, you know, report both sides of this. Well, he, you know, he said he really didn't. And courts convicted 400 of them and he pardoned them. No, he did that.
A
What? By the way, the question was, did you end your campaign by yourself or did you receive pressure from Democrat allies? And his answer was January6. January6. It was like, all right, all right, buddy. You're a psychopath and a terrible dodger. By the way, the answer to this question is yeah, that's the answer. So when if you can't even answer it, the answer is yeah. The answer is yeah. They gave him the hook. They gave him the hook. Which, by the way, is also election rigging. Democrats do this all the time. They rig elections. Guys running for governor, they don't want him in the seat anymore. The establishment gets rid of them because they see them as a liability. Boom, they got rid of them. Wham, bam, thank you, ma'. Am. So how do Democrats win elections? They rig them. That's how. How do they handle the Democrat primaries? They throw Bernie Sanders out. Every time he got close to winning in the Democrat primary, they figured out a way to rig the election to stop him from winning amongst their voters. Yes, Bernie Sanders is a psycho, of course, but he was going to actually win the votes of their base. So they rig it to get rid of them. They did it against Hillary, they did it against Biden. They just keep doing it. What do they do on ballots? They get rid of RFK Jr. When he was running in the Democrat primary. It doesn't get to appear on the ballot. What do they do on ballots with Donald Trump? They get rid of him in Maine and Colorado. They make. They try and stop him from appearing on the ballot. The Democrat Party is a never ending election rigging operation. It's why they're zealously guarding ballot harvesting wherever they can do it. It's why they've got, in Minnesota, like election registration, vouching. They have a vouching law which basically makes it so that if you own a building with a thousand Somalis in it, you can register all of them without any proof of id. What? That's your system in Minnesota? That seems like it's rife for fraud. Yeah, it is. That's how Democrats win elections fraudulently. How do they get extra members of Congress by rigging the census using illegal aliens. How do they get extra electoral college votes by rigging the census using illegal aliens. How many more examples do you need here of they rig elections? That's what they're doing it to Tim Walsh. They're throwing him out of the party because he's a political liability. Get out. And he does. Aye. Aye. Click. He's gone. But there he was yesterday spazzing out over the very question. It's about January 6th. Huh? He's also mad in particular at the U.S. attorney who is digging into all of this. Tim Walls is furious at Joe Thompson. Joe Thompson, I want to. I want to show this to you. I don't know if we have this clip, fellas. Is it clip 5? Do you have that? Justin checking with you. Okay, Good. Here's clip five. Tim Walls mad at the U.S. attorney. Watch.
C
Why 2000 folks. What are they coming? Do they. Do they want to coordinate with us? Do they. You saw a U.S. attorney stand up. Which was been released by. Would have been let go by any other administration speculating about things with no factual information. That's defamation. That. I mean, that's. And that's coming from the US Journey. We are under assault like no other time in our state's history because definitely of a petty, vile administration that doesn't care about the well being of Minnesotans. My job is to protect the well being of Minnesotans. So the good news on this is Republicans assured they're going to lose the governor's race dramatically. That's fine by me. I don't care who sits in this seat as long as it's not one of them who hurt Minnesotans. I care that it's somebody who understands and respects this office.
A
One of them who hurt Minnesota. Listen to this putz. It's completely incoherent. Whose watch was it on that $18 billion was stolen? It was Tim Walls where that happened. Who has acknowledged that there's immense fraud in this state? That would be Tim Walls. He said, oh, there's all sorts of fraud. You're right. That's true. We're trying to tackle it. He lies and then he's like, you know who's really getting in the way? The U.S. attorney. The U.S. attorney, Joe Thompson. The guy is doing his job. Thank God we have that U.S. attorney in Minnesota. He's calling for Thompson to be fired. He's angry that Thompson's hot on his trail. That's what he's ticked about. And here's Thompson just a month or so ago saying we've got a lot of fraud going on in Minnesota, at least half of the $18 billion in suspicious payments fraud. Here's Thompson Watch.
D
I don't, I don't make these generalizations in a hasty way. So when I say significant amount, I'm talking in the order of half or more. But we'll see. When I look at, when I look at the claims data and the providers, I see more red flags than I see legitimate providers. And overwhelmingly. So you're saying you have reason to believe more than half of that $18 billion likely represents fraud? I'm saying that's very possible, yes.
A
Yeah. Yeah. More than half. Probably a lot more than half. It's a scam. Allowed to be continued by Tim Walls, Keith Ellison, Jacob Frey, Johan Omar on the rest of these goals, who've been running Minnesota. And so should a Republican win there? Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Democrats should not only lose, they should be in prison for what they did to the people of our country and the people of Minnesota. And we shouldn't stop at Minnesota. Minnesota, as we were just talking about with Amber, is just the beginning. It's just, it's just the appetizer. It's just to get your appetite going, right? Because guess where we have to go next? We got to go places like New York and Illinois and California, keep this barreling forward. I don't know about you, but we're $38 trillion in debt. And if we can claw that back, if we can cut off all of this fraud. How many years have we been talking about waste, fraud and abuse? Washington loves running its sock about waste, fraud and abuse. We gotta tackle waste, fraud and abuse. Hello. We found it. It's there at epic levels. Let's cut it off. Let's deport anybody we can who needs to be deported. Let's denaturalize anyone who's been just who came in and became a citizen and then took advantage of our generosity. And let's imprison the bad guys. And that doesn't mean just the Somalis. That means the criminals in our government who made that happen. All right, big national radio show coming up today, the Vince Show. You can get your local listings. The VIN show dot com. Amber attributes the focus on J6 to the Democrats’ lack of modern examples of right-wing political violence, contrasting this with left-wing urban riots and political zones during the Trump era (40:18–42:08).
“[J6] is probably the only example they have in modern political history of someone on the right… doing anything even close to violence.” (40:20, Duke)

“Democrats…a never-ending election rigging operation.” (53:00)
Plays audio of embattled Tim Walz, who dodges questions about his exit by referencing January 6th instead of addressing fraud concerns (50:53).
On Democrats’ J6 Commemoration:
“They carried plastic candles out down the steps of the United States Capitol building…some upside down…Maisie Hirono was in the crowd…last thing you want to do is give her an open flame.” (10:30–11:30, Vince)
