The agency fired back, basically threatening Senator Ernst's staff, saying divulging this information about negotiated indirect cost rates would violate federal law. Apparently, USAID put up the next screenshot so you can read Ahead a little bit. Apparently USAID is funding so many regime change, censorship, bullshit operations around the world, lgbtqia, identity politics, anti American activities that the people involved.
