You should be subscribed to rumble.com Vince, which currently directs you to the Bongino Report. For those of you who watch Rumble really, really closely, you will see that the channel previously known as the Bungee as Dan Bongino, which then became Vince, is now back to being referred to as the Dan Bongino Channel. So, which is great news because Dan is coming back on February 2nd. That's a little over two weeks away. Unbelievable. That's going to be here before we know it. And when he arrives, this program will be live on Rumble at 8am Eastern Time each weekday morning. And you'll be able to see that right on the Bongino Report channel. So that's, that's item one. Make sure you are subscribed to the Bongino Report. It's going to change your life for the better. It's going to be great. Additionally, speaking of Dan, my hope is I got to talk to Dan about this. We'll have him on the podcast ahead of his return to his podcast. But I want to have him here on this show. But I did have him on the radio show yesterday. It was kind of a surprise. I didn't know this was happening. Jim calls me before the show starts. Producer Jim, the excellent producer Jimmy, calls me before the show starts. He goes, hey, do you want Dan on the show today? And I said, yeah, absolutely. Let's have Dan on the show. And so we got Dan in yesterday to the radio program. If you're looking for that interview, you can thank producer Justin for this because he saved the video of it. Because we do, we do the radio show every day, but we don't always save a video file of the whole radio show. But producer Justin jumps in, saves the video file, is posted to my X account right now. Right now you can go check out the Vince Colonnade's Ex account. You can see the full interview with Dan Bongino. And of course, we'll have hopefully more interviews with Dan in the weeks and months ahead. A lot, a lot more to discuss that guy's got a lot that he has to share with the world and I have a lot of questions for him. So that's the expectation there. So those are items one and two for you this morning. And now let's get to the President of the United States. I've got some breaking news from the President this morning. He's busy on Truth Social, which makes it a day that ends in. Yeah. And here's what the President had to say today. Eyes on this. This is about the people of Minnesota. President Trump says the following. Do the people of Minnesota really want to live in a community in which there are thousands of already convicted murderers, drug dealers and addicts, rapists, violent released and escaped prisoners, dangerous people from foreign mental institutions and insane asylums and other deadly criminals too dangerous to even mention? All the patriots of ICE want to do is remove them from your neighborhood and send them back to the prisons and the mental institutions from where they came most in foreign countries who illegally entered the United States through sleepy Joe Biden's horrible open borders policy. Every place we go, crime goes down. In Chicago, despite a weak and incompetent governor and mayor fighting us all the way, a big improvement was made. Thousands of criminals were removed. Minnesota Democrats love the unrest that anarchists and professional agitators are causing because it gets the spotlight off of the $19 billion that was stolen by really bad and deranged people. Fear not great people of Minnesota. The day of reckoning and retribution is coming. The President is bringing up something that I've been obsessing over, over, which is do the people of Minnesota truly know how good it is that ICE is on the ground in their state right now? Do you know how jealous law abiding citizens are across the country that Minnesota gets the benefit of a law enforcement surge right now? The kinds of human beings that are being picked up by ice. The President is barely scratching the surface as he describes how evil they are. And I want you to see this because this, this information of how evil these human beings are came to us this week and is absolutely worth dwelling on on your screen. If you're watching our video podcast, rumble.com Vince, you can see mug shots of many of the creatures that President Trump and ICE are pulling off the streets. And these images come to us by way of ICE sent to Bill Malusion in the Fox News Channel. And Bill has described some of the crimes that these guys have committed. And I'm, I want to, I want to just prepare you for how vile they are. Take a look at this ISIS provided Fox a list of the most egregious criminal illegal aliens they've arrested during their surge in the sanctuary state of Minnesota. Says Bill, it's the most disturbing list he's ever seen, including numerous convicted child rapists, sodomizers and 10, count them, 10 convicted killers. These are homicidal maniacs who are running free in the streets of Minnesota. They've got tons of bad guys, most with deportation orders going back many years. Several from Laos, Somalia and Sudan. You ready? Here we go. This man, Sri Dorn, five on a Laotian illegal, convicted of strong armed sodomy of a boy and strong arm sodomy of a girl, with a deportation order since 2018. He's a child rapist. Tuvang, a Laotian illegal alien convicted of sexual assault and sodomy of a girl under the age of 13 and procuring a child for prostitution. He too has a deportation order since 2006. That's what we would refer to as due process. Get the hell out of our country. Our system has declared. And yet they're protected by the Democrats who run Minnesota. Chung Vu, a Laotian illegal convicted of the strong arm rape of a 12 year old girl, violent rape of a 12 year old, kidnapping a child with intent to sexually assault her. Deportation order since 2004. Another Laotian illegal, convicted of strong arm rape, aggravated assault with a weapon, strangulation, deportation order. Another Laotian illegal convicted of rape and child fondling, deportation order. Another Laotian illegal order. You see in a trend here, a lot of people from Laos in Minnesota. What are they doing in Minnesota? Illegal convicted of rape, rape with a weapon, sexual assault, deportation order since 1996. Bill Clinton was president then. A Mexican illegal, Hernan Cortez Valencia, convicted of sexual assault of a child, DUI deportation order, 2016. A Somalia legal convicted of homicide. What are murderers doing running around in the streets of Minnesota? A Salvadoran illegal, convicted of triple homicide, deportation order since June of last year. A Mexican illegal, convicted of homicide, Sudanese convicted of homicide, Laotian convicted of double homicide. Sierra Leone illegal, convicted of two counts of homicide. Mexican illegal homicide, Somali manslaughter, Sudanese homicide, Guatemalan negligent homicide, Ndui Burmese illegal negligent homicide. Now I'm just reading. This is a look at this list. Holy cow. So we got rapists, murderers, child rapists. These are the worst human beings imaginable on the whole planet. And they're right here in the United States of America. And they're being protected by Tim Walls and Jacob Frey and Keith Ellison and Ilhan Omar. And these are all people who keep stepping up to microphones and pretending like something awful is going on when ICE comes in to enforce the law. I'm sorry. The men and women of ICE are doing the damn job. They're getting in there and they're getting these people out of these communities. There shouldn't be protests against ice. Minnesota should be throwing ticker tape parades for the men and women of law enforcement who are doing this long overdue job. How do you have people with final deportation orders, homicidal rapists who've been in the country since the Clinton administration with final orders of deportation? And. And nobody's gotten them out yet. Now's the time. Better late than never. Get them the hell out of our country. And the reason I'm highlighting this list, first of all, is to emphasize the value of what ICE is doing. I want you to know that. I want you to. It's. It's. This is really important that we know how vile these human beings are that we're picking up. But understand something else. Were it not for Bill Mallusion and ICE being on top of this, would people know about this? The reason I want to obsess over how disgusting these killers and rapists are is because the men and women of ICE are getting no credit from the legacy media right now for the job they're actually doing. They're cleaning up our communities. Every single one of these communities that has the benefit of ICE officers going in and cleaning them up. They shouldn't be attacking ICE officers, assaulting them, protesting them, assassinating them. That stuff is insane. They should be throwing ticker tape parades for these guys because they're getting the right people off the streets. And there's a media blackout on this story. There's a media blackout on it, and as far as I'm concerned, that ends with us. We've got to tell this story because the legacy media will not. They will not. So God bless the Trump administration, God bless the men and women of ice. Please keep up the great work and get these people the hell out of our country. Just the absolute worst imaginable here in America. Get them out. Get them out. All right, let me fire this dude. I hear some guy named Dan's looking for works at Viper. 696-9. Fair. Fair. The least I deserve. I. I don't know what the hell happened to my Internet. Okay, coming up on the program, I've got more details for you on the left's insanity. They're not demonstrating gratitude at all for ice. And I got Some breaking news on the Somalis who are in Minnesota. The president of the United States has some breaking news today, which is that he is booting thousands of Somalis from the country and he's given them a deadline of St. Patrick's Day, March 17th. Get out by St. Patty's Day. Here's the breaking news. Fox Fox News has the summary this morning. A couple of outlets do the Trump administration is ending temporary protected status for thousands of Somalis in the United States. The Trump administration ending temporary protective status TPS for Somalia and this will affect several thousand Somalis who are currently living in the United States and several hundred currently living in Minnesota. Under this protection, Somali migrants with temporary protected status will be required to leave the country by March 17, St. Patty's Day, quote, temporary means temporary, says Kristi Noem in a statement to Fox Country. Conditions in Somalia, they've improved. So no longer do they meet the law's requirement for temporary protected status. Yep. That is really a key detail. I just want to remind people of that word temporary. What the hell does the word temporary mean? Does temporary mean forever? Does temporary mean for eternity? Does it mean perpetually? Does temporary mean always and never ending? No, temporary means there's an end date, there's a drop dead date, there's a get the hell out date, there's a leave date, there's an end to this generosity. And so the Trump administration has said, look, Somalia is good enough. Go home, go home. So if you're here on a temporary basis, go home. Further, allowing Somali nationals to remain temporarily in the United States, says Kristi Noem, is contrary to our national interests. We are putting Americans first. This contrary to our national interests. Isn't it nice to hear somebody tell the truth? Why would it be contrary to our national interest to keep Somalis the United States? Well, here's a start. How about 20 billion reasons? How about the like the New York Times straight up said when it came out with its coverage in November of all of the Somali fraud going on in the United States, they consulted an expert on Somali culture and they said, tell us about Somali culture. What implications does that have for all this stuff? And their Somali culture experts said, well, the truth is Somalis have discovered that stealing from the government is kind of a feature of their lives and they do it in Somalia and they bring the culture here to the United States of America. The New York Times said this like as an excuse for Somalis stealing from you. Okay, well if that's your culture, go back and embrace it in Somalia, assimilate back into your home country, please, because you're not doing it here. You're just stealing from us. So the Trump administration has determined that, yeah, on net, this is a massive negative for us, so let's just end temporary protected status. And so they're doing it. God bless them for it. God bless him for it. Because, you know, I like not being robbed. I like thinking to myself, hey, maybe if the government has taken money out of my paycheck, perhaps it could be used for some constructive purpose instead of just have me be robbed to, you know, catastrophic levels. That would be nice. So that's, that's the latest there. The breaking news this morning that the Somalis. The one. Not again. There's. There's Somalis who are currently American citizens in the United States. That's a whole other question. We got to denaturalize people who are committing crimes and get them out of the country. But in terms of temporary protected status out, there's also a lot of Somalis who are here illegally. Ilhan Omar tries to keep covering that up, but even this weekend, she was like, well, a majority of the Somalis are not here illegally. Okay, well, if a majority are not here illegally, that means there is a group of people you're referring to who are here illegally. Get them out. Get them out. This is very straightforward stuff. Now, in addition to all of this, we don't just have Somali problems. We also have Venezuelan gangsters in the United States. You saw this past week that in the wake of the, the Minneapolis incident, the attack on an ICE agent, he had to discharge his weapon to defend himself and his fellow ICE agents killing Renee Good. There was also an attack on Border Patrol agents in Portland, Oregon, conducted by Trend Aragua gangsters. Now, when Chris Van Hollen heard about this, he got very excited because he loved gangsters. He wanted to, he wants to go visit them in jail right now. He's super excited about it. He's already planning out his conjugal visits. He's going to love it. But for the rest of us, it's a total nightmare that we have Trend gangsters in the country. And here's what we learned yesterday. The feds, meaning the Trump administration, say that the Trend Aragua gangsters rammed the Border Patrol with the Trend Aragua prostitutes car over and over and over again. This isn't like one of those, like, whoops, we accidentally collided. Federal prosecutors officially charged a suspected Trend gang banger for allegedly using a vehicle as a weapon against Border Patrol agents. The DOJ lodged criminal Charges against Luis Nino Moncada, Venezuela national living illegally in America, they said Monday. During a federal immigration enforcement operation in Portland, Oregon. On Thursday, Nino Moncada allegedly damaged property and put Border Patrol agents in harm's way when he repeatedly. Remember, words have meaning. Repeatedly rammed a law enforcement vehicle with the Prostitutes car, the Trend Prostitutes car. Tda quote, anyone who crosses the red line of assaulting law enforcement is going to be met with the full force of the Justice Department, says Pam Bondi in a public statement. This man and illegal with ties to a foreign terrorist organization should never have been in our country to begin with, and we will ensure he never walks free in America again, says Pam Bondi. You remember the other day, I don't know if you saw this, but CNN was referring to the Trend, the Aragua gangster and the Trend Aragua prostitute as a married couple. Now, it's pretty obvious that this dude was her pimp and they were going ballistic against Border Patrol, but they're a married couple. It's just like Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The Maryland man is just a Maryland father. Why are we hassling him? Well, he's an MS.13 gangster who was involved in human trafficking. Oh, details, details. The guy's a Maryland father, and Chris Van Hollen, you know, wants to share margaritas with him. This is crazy. I can't even believe the world in which we live, the fact that we even have to explain this crap that's actually going on. So in Portland, Border Patrol agents had to discharge their weapons to defend themselves against another attack, this time by a terrorist group called Trend, just in case you're wondering what the state of play is. And in Seattle, we talk about Twin Cities on the west coast that are kind of dominated by lefty craziness. Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington. Those are the two. And you're always like, my gosh, what is going on in Seattle now? Do they have autonomous zones again? What the heck's happening Seattle? It's like Seattle wants to be known for coffee. Instead, it's known. It's known for mayhem. That's it. Mayhem and miserable weather. So what's going on in Seattle? Well, the Democrat mayor there is a socialist called Katie Wilson, and she's a psycho. And Katie Wilson just got caught. I say caught. She's. She's proud of this. She's bragging about it. She's hanging out at some public event declaring that if you're there illegally in Seattle, you're a member of the community. That community is yours now. Fact check. No, it's Not. But here she goes.
B
Your city. And when I say that, I mean everyone. People who were born here in Seattle, people who came here from across the country and from across the world. Whatever the status of your immigration paperwork, this is your city.
A
No, it's not.
B
You deserve to be safe, to live a dignified life, and to have a say in your government. There is power.
A
I love that. You deserve to have a say in your government. Yeah, Here's a fun trick. Your government isn't even in this country. Go somewhere else. Go home. Go home. Have a say in your government, because this ain't your government. This is not your government. This is the United States of America. And every single person who's in a position of power in the United States has to be brave enough to say that. What you are witnessing from the mayor of Seattle in theatrical fashion. But it's true of Democrats everywhere, is rank cowardice and election rigging. That's as simple as that. It's cowardice in the face of chaos. And, of course, you know, if you lead a household, you know that if you're cowardly in the face of chaos, your family is gonna be decimated by your weakness. That's straightforward. That's true for a country, too. If leaders are cowardly in the face of chaos, your country is decimated by your weakness. Simultaneously, Democrats are using illegals as a means to rig elections. It is super clear how do they do that? Because the more illegal human bodies you pack into a state or a congressional district, the more congressional seats and electoral college votes you get. That's it. This is why they conceal in the census whether or not somebody is actually a citizen of the country, because they're using human bodies as a means to accrue political power and then pretending like we're indecent for noticing. It's disgusting. So it's time for that to end. Coming up in a moment, more of this chaos is not just limited to the West Coast. It's also on the East Coast. There are. There are psycho sheriffs, it turns out, even people who wear the badge. Psycho sheriffs in places like North Carolina. We'll discuss that with Matt Van Swell coming up in just a moment here. Okay, so I just saw a headline out of North Carolina that is, like, you just. Just when you think things are, like, super crazy, like, how could it get crazier? Well, North Carolina is demonstrating how it could. At least one sheriff is in North Carolina. A Democrat member of the state legislature says that the sheriff of Mecklenburg county, this is Charlotte Mecklenburg, has threatened her with harm if she doesn't protect the sanctuary status of the city. This is looney tunes. Listen to this. A moderate Democrat blowing the whistle on a sanctuary sheriff's alleged attempt to threaten her into voting against more cooperation with ice. North Carolina State Representative Carla Cunningham. She's a Democrat. She was intensely pressured by her party to vote against a July 2025 override of Democrat Governor Josh Stein's veto of House Bill 318. This is legislation that required sheriffs to honor ICE detainers. That is don't obstruct ICE. She's now alleging the sheriff of Mecklenburg county attempted to extort her when he suggested that she would, quote, get hurt if she helped Republicans pass the bill. Whoa, we got some Democrat on Democrat violence here. She says one of the first things he said was that the citizens of Mecklenburg county would come at me. She told the Daily Caller News Foundation. And she said she talked to the sheriff ahead of the vote. And as the conversation went on, he said he didn't want to see me get hurt. And I said, well, you know, I'm already under security. Which I thought he would have known because the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department knew because the General assembly police work with the local community. But then he said, but you're in my county. But you're in my county. Cunningham believes the implication was clear. McFadden was allegedly suggesting he would refuse protection for her if any members of the public attempted to harm her. This is crazy. It is not shocking, but it is appalling. Joining us now to discuss Matt Van Swall is a former nuclear scientist with the Department of Energy, an ex photographer for all sorts of big brands. During Hurricane Helene, he worked with his neighbors in North Carolina to help rescue them. And he joins us now. Matt, good to have you back with us, sir.
C
Hey, thanks for having me on, Vince.
A
What the hell's going on in Mecklenburg, dude? The Mecklenburg sheriff is threatening local politicians in order to maintain sanctuary status.
C
It's crazy, I know. And just in case people forgot, this is the same county where Irina Zaruska was murdered. You know, from the. From the repeat felon that they let out over and over and over again to terrorize citizens and then eventually kill Irina Zaruska. But, I mean, it gets crazier than that. So the representative obviously said she thought that McFadden was telling her, you know, I'm not going to protect you. Which is pretty obvious from the statement, because those two talk a lot. And the representative has been accosted at many of her town halls by her constituents, so he knows what's going on here. And in the. In the filing, she says it was akin to a Mafia boss saying, nice little story you've got there. It'd be a shame if anything happened to it. You know, like. Like what the Mafia would do to extort. I mean, it's just crazy to me, all of this over the sheriff not wanting to hold criminal illegal aliens in jail. Just today, we. We found out that there was a criminal illegal alien that is on an ICE detainer that murdered two teenagers in Mecklenburg county. And he's labeled as a white, strawberry blond male. It's clearly Hispanic.
A
It's.
C
I mean, the corruption, I feel like in Mecklenburg county, which is where Charlotte is, by the way, is. Is so insane. Even that original legal report goes on to say that McFadden, you know, wouldn't let his officers work with ICE to. To detain people, but he would let his officers drive around representatives to, quote, topless bars. So shows you where the, you know, priorities lie, I guess. In Charlotte.
A
It's so crazy. And it's funny you bring up topless prose, because I was just thinking to myself, this person is not a real sheriff. Like, how could somebody who pretends to be, who declares that they're a part of law enforcement then, like, just rampantly support lawlessness at that point? You're a fake sheriff. You may as well be a stripper dressed up as a cop, because you're not a real cop. You're just like a phony. And then you go out there and then you root against law enforcement and you root for lawlessness. And then you, in like, the most low IQ mob threat ever, are going after Democrats, even Democrats, who are like, hey, maybe we should work with ice, and you're like, no, actually, you're going to be physically imperiled if you do that.
C
Well, it's funny you mentioned he's a fake sheriff because he's actually famous from being on a TV show as a fake sheriff.
A
That's.
C
Yes. For real. Yeah. That's, that's, that's actually a lot of people don't know that, but that's one of the things he actually played was as an actor. So anyways, but. But going along to your point of, you know, not protecting his police officers, in the complaint that the representative put into the state legislature, it talks about this one officer, a jail officer, that went in to go check, do like a routine search on one of the jail members, got stabbed in the neck with a shard of glass. And then McFadden comes in and says, oh, you shouldn't have been doing that with your other officer. You should have given him a bigger heads up. And thinking, I can't even imagine how low the morale must be for these officers to have a sheriff that is not on your side 100% of the time. And it makes you, you know, play Uber driver for, you know, his friends that want to go to bars. Like, that's got to be so demoralizing.
A
It's disgusting. So what impact is it having on Charlotte? Are the people of Charlotte waking up to this at all? You know, the Trump administration deployed immigration enforcement there. It became a big national scandal because, you know, because enforcing the law is apparently a scandal. They call it Charlotte's Web, which is a great name for the prop. For the operation. Are the people of Charlotte waking up to this? That they have a deranged fake sheriff.
C
Or no, I don't think so. I don't think so. This. This report was not really in any of the big local news stations in Charlotte. Surprisingly enough, they didn't really cover it. And then during Charlotte's Web, the entire coverage was on how awful ICE was being. And if this is the craziest part, I did not know this until very recently, but apparently a lot of the local news outlets and news outlets in general employ writers that are paid by immigration nonprofits. I had no idea. So I was reading these articles thinking, oh, this is some, you know, just normal news report. No, this. This person works for, like, an immigration nonprofit and is writing anti ICE article. I. I don't, I don't know how that.
A
What do you mean? Sorry. So. So there are local reporters, like, for the. For the city newspaper, you mean? That's correct.
C
Yeah. For. For the city newspaper. I went and looked at one article. It was, you know, it's the Charlotte observer, right? Yeah, the Charlotte Observer. And if you scroll to the bottom of the article, it'll say, just a heads up here, the person who wrote this article is actually employed by X and X nonprofit and it's an immigration nonprofit. And you're like, how is this allowed? Clearly, this is a biased article. How is this allowed? But it happened all the time. And to me, what happened with Rene in Minnesota was just not a surprise if you followed anything that was going on in Charlotte. I was shocked that this hasn't happened earlier because you've got these guys that are taking down the worst of the worst criminals. And then you've got mobs of people blowing whistles at them and screaming at them. Like, can you imagine trying to do this podcast just. Just the podcast with mobs of people screaming at you all day?
A
Just.
C
You do a terrible job. Imagine if you had a gun and were arresting a criminal. Like, it would. It would be so much worse. And I. I don't understand why these people think it's safe to do something like this. It's clearly not safe for anyone. Not for you, not for the person being arrested or for the ICE agent. Like, you're making their job terrible. So I think, you know, they're not waking up. I don't think the news is covering it. It's kind of just a sad state of affairs.
A
It's a super sad state of affairs. By the way, there's an effort to get rid of this sheriff that's underway right now. In fact, guys, if we can go full screen, I want to show Carolina Journal right now, here's a story on the subject. A hearing is scheduled Thursday on a petition to remove the psycho Mecklenburg sheriff, and that's set to take place later this week. And State Representative Carla Cunningham is the Democrat that we've been talking about, the one who said she was threatened by the sheriff. She's one of five people who have signed the petition to remove him. So apparently that. That very much is in play this week. So we'll keep an eye on that. But, you know, what is this, though? You know, Matt, why is it this is not the only place that we're seeing this in Philadelphia? We've got a psycho sheriff too, who's saying that ICE is fake law enforcement. She's rooting on Renee Good, the woman who just attacked ice. Can. Can you even begin to explain why it is that someone who does wear the badge of law enforcement would just take up a position of attacking them?
C
I wish I had the answer to that. I don't. I can't quite explain it.
A
It seems like Democrat power politics, more. More so than any kind of law and order.
C
It does. It does seem very ego centered to me, where it's like you know, the federal government can, can come in here, but this is my jurisdiction. You kind of saw that in.
A
Right.
C
You know, when he was threatening the representative. It's like, oh, but you live in my county. You seems very ego driven. It's like you, you have to do things my way or they're not going to get done. And there seems to be just, it's a great way to get votes in Charlotte too. You know, you've got to vote in the sheriff. So, you know, it's, it's, you know, people seem to like that. In Asheville, where I live, the whole city just came out and said, you know, we're not working with ICE anymore. You know, we saw what happened in Minneapolis. We're not going to work with ICE anymore.
A
Anymore.
C
And it's there, you know, a lot of these people are coming up for election, so it's a great way to get votes from your Democratic base.
A
But also it, the thing is like as you're describing this, I just keep thinking we're witnessing an insurrection.
C
Yeah.
A
We're witnessing a rejection of law and order, a flagrant one. And as it's been, as it's true in American history, it's often Democrat governors or Democrat leaders who are giving double barrel middle fingers to the American people and say, we're not going to enforce the law, we're not going to integrate, we're not going to let these kids into this schoolhouse like over and over and over again. And normally what ends up happening in American history is the president invokes the Insurrection act and says, no, you'll follow the law and we'll send in the troops to make sure you do. Do you think North Carolina could benefit from that kind of move from the White House?
C
Yeah, we've, I forget which Representative Mark Harris has called for the National Guard to be deployed to North Carolina. I don't think it's a bad idea at all. I think it'd be very helpful.
A
But, but as a North Carolina resident, you wouldn't be intimidated by the troops, would you? You wouldn't be, you wouldn't be suddenly fearful that American troops are, are in your state?
C
No, not at all. You know, you know, if you, if you're terrified of law enforcement, you probably have something to hide or you're doing something wrong. I was, I was sharing the story just yesterday, but you know, I was detained by Border Patrol, you know, in Arizona. I was near the border and you know, a dog picked up on something on the car and they, they detained me and maybe get out of the car and search, search the car. And I went on my merry way because I wasn't breaking the law. I didn't do anything wrong as us.
A
And that wasn't your weed is what you're saying?
C
No, the dog just parked on the car. There's nothing in it. But. But it's like. Yeah, there's no reason to be scared of law enforcement if you're not doing anything wrong. So, you know, send it in the National Guard, you know, if they're not going to enforce the law, somebody has to. And if the state won't do it, then I guess it's up to the feds.
A
Yeah. Yeah, rightfully so. All right. Well, Matt Van Swell, thank you as always, man. Good to talk to you and thank you for being attentive to the needs of your country. I always appreciate you.
C
Yeah, you do. Thanks.
A
There he is, Matt Van Swall. You can follow him on X. He's got a great and very busy account there. Matt Van Swell. He's inspirational. Actually, he's a much better tweeter than I am. Way better. Matt. Matt Van Swell. Okay, let me. I mentioned the Philadelphia sheriff. We got updates on that chick, the, the fat lady who calls herself the sheriff of Philadelphia. She came out with a really deranged speech this past week where she was rooting on just like the Hollywood celebrities at the Golden Globes this weekend. She was rooting on people who attack ice. Now she calls herself law enforcement. Take a look at this idiot and what she had to say this week.
D
Good afternoon, I'm Rochelle Bilal, the sheriff for the city and county of Philadelphia. And I say her name Renee Good. Renee Good. Renee Good.
A
Renee Good.
D
This should not have happened. But we're here today. Let know that law enforcement professionals, real ones, not the fake made up ice, probably Trump's new army to attack citizens of the United States. Did you hear what I said?
A
Well, I heard what you said and none of it makes any sense whatsoever. So you hear what she starts. She starts with a chant, like an incantation. We just keep repeating the name Renee Good, like she's Beetlejuice or something. She's going to appear in the room if you say her name three times. What the hell is that? Renee Goode was the woman who just attacked ice. And if anything, if you're going to don that badge and all where she's a four star general in the Philadelphia police. It's like so crazy. And then she comes out and then she's like condemning law enforcement. So on whose side are you on. Come on now. And then attacks ICE and ice. I'll remind you. What are they doing in Minnesota? They're picking up rapists and murderers and vigilantes like crazy people who are misled by the radical left, by people like Tim Walls and Keith Ellison. The rest of these goons are going out in the streets and trying to obstruct and attack ICE to stop them from doing this. So this fat chick is talking about how ICE is not law enforcement.
D
No law enforcement professional wears a mask.
A
That's not true. That's not true. Does Philadelphia have a gang unit? Gang units wear masks. Any cops that engage SWAT teams wear masks. I mean, if cop engages in a war, in a law enforcement action that would imperil his family, if his identity becomes public, then yeah, they mask up. This lady has no idea what she's talking about. Where did they hire her from to pretend to be a sheriff?
D
Those that come into our communities wearing a mask to commit crime, I'm thank God for our District Attorney Larry Krasner Soros funded who say he's going to lock him up. And I'm saying now we are not going to whisk you away for them to hide your identity because when you do it there you getting arrested there.
A
They're going to support the criminals. That's the statement from this, this lady, the sheriff of Philadelphia, which is amazing that, that I'm even saying those words, but there she is. There she is. And so that's, that's the move that these people pull. I mean this, this is the move that we're getting. And Tom Holman, the border czar, he's responded to all of this. He just did an interview in the last 24 hours. He was asked about this, this anti ICE lunatic who's apparently in charge of the Philadelphia Sheriff's Department. And he said what you and I are both thinking, which is she sounds like a very dumb person. Cut to watch this.
E
She can bring the smoke, go bring the fire. I mean, bottom line is her comments themselves speaks largely to her intelligence. So look, we're going to continue doing this job. I don't know who she is. Why a law enforcement official who took a sworn oath to enforce the laws and protect her communities would not want to work with ICE who are out there wrestling the worst of the worst. We're taking public safety threats out of her jurisdiction and not just taking them off the street, taking them out of the country because number one, they're here illegally. Number two, they committed a crime against US Citizens. Some Horrendous crime. So, like, in Minneapolis, you know, we look at a number of the releases we. A number of arrests we did in the last couple weeks, and there's numerous people.
A
Yeah. And he goes on to say, obviously, numerous people that are rapists, numerous murderers. I mean, Tom Holman's doing great work, by the way. Tom Holman should not be the only one who's out there in public saying all this. This is why I'm talking about it. And please talk to your friends and your family about this, too. You realize what they're picking up in Minneapolis? Rapists, murderers. The worst people imaginable. Trump isn't making it up. This is real. And it's really good for our country that they're doing it. But it's not just the government officials who are talking crap about ICE and imperiling them. I've got. I've got video here this morning of yet another deranged lefty who's straight up calling for the murder of ICE officers. Take a look at cut one. Hey.
F
So look, I'm just gonna come out and say it. I don't really care about the consequences anymore. I don't care. We need to kill these people.
A
There's.
F
There's just an alternative. I don't care if you say, oh, I've got the crazy eyes. Whatever. Yeah, I do feel crazy because we've had three people die in like 72 hours, and we've had over almost 30 die in the. Since. In the last year to a group of quote, unquote law enforcement that is basically just buffed up mall cops, right? Who are gun triggering, happy, Proud Boys. Let's call them what they are. It's the Proud Boys. Why do you think we didn't hear about them? Any of you heard about the Proud Boys all year. Suddenly no more Nazi marches. None of that shit.
A
Right?
F
There we go. They're Nazis. Peyton said it best. They're Nazis. And the only way to stop this shit, let's be honest, is going to.
A
Be to get violent.
F
We got to get violent people. And I'm tired of denying it, and I'm tired of y' all being pussies about it. Grow up. We're not going to get through this. Holding hands. Peaceful protest only works if your enemy has a moral obligation to. To listen to it. They have none. You guys are. Are sitting there holding up signs and saying, oh, I'm mad at you. You're pathetic. Burn something.
A
Obviously that's one kid, one guy. But you know that. That worldview is Way more pervasive than it should be. Last year, we had a big conversation. We had to keep having a big conversation about something called an assassination culture that's on the left. Assassination culture surveys, including surveys out of Rutgers University, found that a majority of people who consider themselves on the center left or beyond, in other words, moderate Democrats or beyond, said they could justify the assassination of Donald Trump if necessary. Yeah, I could justify that. I could see why that would happen. Legit. Nearly as many said they could justify the assassination of Elon Musk. And this was. This was obviously early in the year. This is when Elon was very involved in Doge and helping the Trump administration out. In its early days, the left was advocating for his assassination. Remember, they were destroying Teslas whenever they encountered them, including Teslas owned by fellow Democrats who had bought them through the years to stop global warming or something. And then, of course, Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Last year, on September 10th, during the Presidential election, we saw President Trump shot and yet another assassination attempt that occurred that was stopped by Secret Service. And so is there an assassination culture on the left? The answer to that is a resounding and unfortunate yes, there is. And that guy's social media video where he feels completely comfortable just recording a threat to the men and women of ice, which, by the way, should earn him an obvious visit from law enforcement. Clearly. I don't know if I've. I mean, this is one of the clearest examples you've ever seen of somebody signaling their intentions for what they want to do and commit an act of murder. He says it's not enough to just hold up signs and protest. We have to start murdering people. Okay? That's how you get visited by law enforcement. But the fact that he feels comfortable doing that is a sign, I think, that there is a broad problem on the left that's going to boil over into something truly awful. We've seen assassination attempts on ice, especially in the state of Texas. We saw multiple. We saw one gunman open fire from a rooftop trying to kill ICE agents, instead killing illegal aliens inside of a vehicle. These things are happening. ICE is undergoing an 1800% increase in assaults, an 8000% increase in death threats like the one you just heard. The risks are very real. And President Trump desperately wants to stop it. He desperately wants to stop it, and I'm rooting for him to do that. We've got to get control of our country. We can't allow violence to dominate because the whole thing will collapse as a result. So let's not do that. Not do that at all. Also, that guy seems pretty chippy for. I mean, he does have crazy eyes. He's right about his own assessment, but it's like he's telling everybody else to get violent. I'm looking at him going, I don't. Are you gonna do that? You're gonna do that? Are you just telling everybody else to do it in social media? I hope neither of those things happens. But, you know, man, people get really brave in front of their camera phones. Okay, let me, Let me tell you one last thing. I mentioned Pam Bondi. I feel like I should. I shouldn't get out of here without a Pam Bondi update. Yesterday and Friday, for that matter. I was calling your attention to the fact that the United States Justice Department, or at least the Attorney General of the United States, has very little role in the. The fraud investigator that, that the White House just created in order to handle nationwide fraud, including by Somalis. And we just got a. And I said, I just, I said, just mark that down. Just keep an eye on that. Because it's interesting to me that Pam Bondi is being exc. From that. And we just got a Wall Street Journal report. Now, I can't tell you what's. Whether or not they've got this story dead to rights, but it strikes me as interesting, so I'm going to bring it up to you. Wall Street Journal report. Trump has complained about Pam Bondi repeatedly to aids. That's the piece from the Wall Street Journal. They got three reporters on the byline, Josh Dawsey, Sadie Gurman, Ryan Barber. And they say that basically President Trump has been dissatisfied by the fact that we get all these prosecutions, including, including against people like James Comey and Letitia, and then that somehow they get defeated in court through process claims, and radical judges are throwing the cases out, and that Pam Bondi is just not being successful enough at keeping these prosecutions going. And it's really frustrating Trump and it's certainly frustrating us, right, me and you, that we're not seeing all these people behind bars with more speed. And what role does Pam Bondi play in all of this? Now, I've told you many times that it's the United States Senate where we have so many problems. We need more U.S. attorneys, and Republican senators are standing in the way of us getting that. So they deserve a healthy share of the blame here. But President Trump reportedly not exactly the most thrilled with Attorney General Pam Bondi. And the reason I bring this story up is because they cite what I've been citing here two things. One, they say Bondi has grown concerned in the past month about Trump's complaints, people in touch with her have said. A spokeswoman for Bondi said she's been focused on executing Trump's directive to make America safe again. But deeper down the piece, they go on to mention what I told you yesterday and here's what it says. JD Vance on Thursday also unveiled an unusual arrangement, the creation of a high ranking Justice Department post to investigate fraud that would be run by the White House and answerable to Trump instead of Bondi. Huh. Bondi thanked Vance in a post on social media. She worked with the White House on the position. The department officials said of course they would say that regardless of how it was set up up and she advance chose it over the appointment of a special counsel. So the White House, they're playing nice with, with her publicly. There's even statements in this Wall Street Journal piece where they're saying, oh, we're working great with Pam, but I, I'm sorry, my spidey senses are way up right now. Something interesting is happening. So keep an eye on that story. Keep an eye on the, on the Pam Bondi saga at the United States Department of Justice. That's all I can say on that because that I'm, I'm watching this and I'm, I'm interested. I think something interesting is going on. Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: January 13, 2026
In this episode of the VINCE podcast, Vince Coglianese delivers a high-energy, unfiltered take on ongoing national debates surrounding immigration enforcement. The primary focus is on the operations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Minnesota and other “sanctuary” jurisdictions, where they face both political resistance and hostility from activist groups and local officials. Vince explores the recent surge of ICE activity, the types of criminal aliens being apprehended, retaliatory threats against politicians who support ICE, and the broader political implications—including new Trump administration policies targeting Somali migrants and reactions from left-leaning public figures. Special guest Matt Van Swell joins the program to discuss the chaos surrounding immigration law enforcement, local corruption, and defiance of federal directives.
“Minnesota should be throwing ticker tape parades for the men and women of law enforcement who are doing this long overdue job.”
— Vince [15:23]
“How do you have people with final deportation orders, homicidal rapists who’ve been in the country since the Clinton administration… and nobody’s gotten them out yet?”
— Vince [17:33]
“Temporary means there’s an end date, there’s a drop dead date, there’s a get the hell out date… and so the Trump administration has said, look, Somalia’s good enough. Go home.”
— Vince [22:27]
Mayor Katie Wilson (Seattle):
“Whatever the status of your immigration paperwork, this is your city.” [23:05]
Vince’s retort:
“No, it’s not… This is the United States of America.” [23:23]
Van Swell on the sheriff:
“…akin to a Mafia boss saying, nice little story you’ve got there, it’d be a shame if anything happened to it.” [31:26]
Sheriff Bilal (Philadelphia):
“Law enforcement professionals, real ones, not the fake made-up ICE, probably Trump’s new army to attack citizens of the United States.” [42:07]
Tom Homan (ICE):
“Why a law enforcement official… would not want to work with ICE who are out there arresting the worst of the worst?” [45:01]
Left-wing activist calls for violence:
“We need to kill these people. There's just no alternative. I don’t care... We’ve got to get violent people.” — Activist [46:46]
True to Vince’s style, the episode oscillates between outrage and sarcasm. He employs strong, sometimes inflammatory language to criticize political opponents and highlight what he views as widespread corruption, hypocrisy, and media malfeasance. The guest, Matt Van Swell, brings a similarly direct yet occasionally more measured perspective, especially when explaining North Carolina’s political dysfunction.
This episode of VINCE is a full-throated defense of ICE and aggressive immigration enforcement, paired with condemnation of local officials and activists who, in Vince’s view, endanger public safety through sanctuary policies and anti-ICE rhetoric. With a mix of detailed criminal case reporting, media criticism, guest analysis, and blistering commentary, Vince aims to inform and mobilize listeners who feel the national conversation underplays the threat posed by criminal aliens and lawless local officials. The episode closes with speculation about rifts within the Trump administration and reminders for listeners to stay tuned for further political analysis.
