All right, let's see here. Don Lemon is under arrest, which is an amazing piece of news. This was something that we had a preview on because originally we saw a couple of. This is all. A couple of weeks ago we saw the invasion of that Baptist Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, as a bunch of left wing lunatics barrel into a church service and then begin menacing the congregation to the point that you have children crying, absolutely paralyzed with fear as these lefties are screaming in their faces, that crazy guy William Kelly and all these other people just going ballistic. And it's a total violation of the law. It's a violation of the face act. And, you know, anybody who saw this thing goes, man, we need some accountability here. We need consequences for these people. And then a couple of them got arrested. A couple of them are already been arrested, already taken into custody. They've since been released and from any sort of pretrial confinement, but the process has begun for them. But one of the guys who stood out was Don Lemon. Why wasn't Don Lemon arrested? Well, the answer to that up until this point has been radical judges have been interfering to protect Don Lemon, to keep him from accountability, despite the fact that Don caught on camera, his own camera, helping the. The. The people who stormed the church, feeding them breakfast in the morning. He was buying them coffee and donuts, you know, planning this out with them going into the church. He's menacing the pastor. He goes up to the pulpit, demanding to know why the pastor doesn't honor the First Amendment by letting these crazy people scream in his church. And then when he walks out at one point, he says, you know, look, I saw there's kids that are traumatized, but that's how protest works. That's how protest works. And as I said at the time, that's not how protest works. That's how terrorism works. If you're terrorizing people into compliance, that's terrorism. That's not protest. So spare us your protest lectures. And you caught all of this on camera, and that includes your own violations of the law. Well, sure enough, overnight, last night, and all this news is breaking this morning, Don Lemon was arrested in Los Angeles. Don Lemon arrested in Los Angeles. They say he was covering the Grammys. What? He was covering the Grammys. What was he covering, Don Lemon covering the Grammys anyway? The New York Post, one of many outlets with reports on this, this morning that Don Lemon's been busted. And they say the following. Don Lemon arrested for Minnesota church invasion while in Los Angeles covering the Grammys. Allegedly disgraced ex CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested early Friday over the anti ice protest that stormed that Minneapolis church during a Sunday service. According to his attorney and US Attorney General Pam Bondi, Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy Awards. Lemon's attorney, Abby Lowell, said in a statement shared with multiple reporters. He was one of four people arrested by federal agents early Friday in connection with the coordinated attack on city's church in St. Paul, Minnesota. Bondi later confirmed in a statement it. Yeah, sure enough. So he got arrested overnight. You'll notice Abby Lowell is his attorney. That's his attorney. Abby Lowell is also Hunter Biden's attorney. That's where you know that name from? You're like, I know that, yeah, that's Hunter Biden's attorney, of course, obviously representing Don Lamond. And Abby Lowell released a statement, and it's. It's typical stuff. I mean, look, it's got Don Lemon's.
B
Logo all over it.
A
There's a picture of Don Lemon in black and white. Hold. Holding out his Don Lemon microphone. It's a very. It's a iconic photo. Now he's a. He's a. An American hero. Don Lemon was taken into custody, says Abby Lowell, Hunter Biden's attorney, by federal agents last night, Los Angeles. He was covering the Grammy Awards. He's been a journalist for 30 years. He's constitutionally protected, says Abby Lowell. And Abby Law says the following goes. The First Amendment exists to protect journalists, whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable. He says this unprecedented attack, this unprecedented attack on the First Amendment and transparent attempt to distract attention from the many crises facing the administration will not stand. An unprecedented attack on the First Amendment, Ladies and gentlemen, which amendment is under attack if Don Lemon storms a Christian church and menaces the faithful, which amendment would be under attack in those circumstances? I believe that would be the First Amendment. It's the very first part of the First Amendment. All of these lunatics going in after these Christians are trampling all over their First Amendment rights. So Don Lemon broke the law. He. He fade. And now he's foing. And again, we had an advanced preview of this because Harmee Dhillon joins us, joined us and discussed this on January 19, not too long ago, 11 days ago. Cut nine. Here's Harmeet Dhillon, the assistant Attorney general for civil rights, explaining that, yes, the Justice Department is going after Don. Watch. Yeah, no, it sure looks like it. So among the people who went into the church was Don Lemon, who was filming himself throughout the day supporting the people who went into the church. In the morning, he was giving them donuts and coffee. And then he went up to the pulpit and was confronting the pastor. And then afterwards, he said that traumatizing children is a feature of protest. Are you keeping a close eye on Don Lemon's activities in that church?
C
Look, I certainly. A lot of the video that we are looking at is put out by him, including additional statements from him. What I have said publicly about this, and I don't want to prejudge anything, and everyone's entitled to a presumption of innocence, is that a journalist is not inoculated from criminal charges just because they say they're a journalist or they switch hats rapidly between being a journalist and a participant. And so you can't embed yourself in a crime and then say, I'm a journalist. I'm just filming it for, you know, for clicks or whatever. It's a crime to go into a house of worship and disrupt it. And so, you know, we're looking at the video and we are making our judgments and we're talking to witnesses. Not everything is on video. So the witnesses who can give us some information about the initial encounters and what went on, but you know, this, just whether he's the subject of a criminal investigation or not, he's bringing coffee to the organizers, he's kissing them, he's saying we outside the church. So these are all things that, that he's put out there that we're looking at We.
A
He's saying we. Yeah, journalists do that. They say we when they watch a bunch of Christians get menaced inside of a church. Okay, so that's, that's the situation. That's the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights and the Attorney General of the United States, Pamela Bondi. Well, this is her this morning. Here's what she had to say on all of this. She said, at my direction, early this morning, federal agents arrested Don Lamond Trehearn, Jean Cruz, Georgia Fort, and Jamaiel Lidell Lundy. What a name. In connection with the coordinated attack on city's church in St. Paul, Minnesota. More details soon. You know, with Pam Bondi, I recognize and I share this, that there's always this kind of like, you know, underlying skepticism. Is she doing enough? Is she the right person for the job? Are they handling things? And, you know, whatever your thoughts are on Pam Bondi, that's what I want her doing. I want her arresting these people. I want her arrest. I don't care how high profile or powerful you are. I don't care if you know the right people. I don't care if Abby Lowell is your attorney. What I care about is that nobody is above the law. And, and anybody who attempts to break the law, especially a high profile person, we should make an example of them as a deterrent to any other would be criminal. You break the law, there are consequences for you. So say whatever you want about Pam Bondi, and we've said a lot, but I'm telling you right now, this is precisely what she should be doing. They place these guys under arrest. Let's keep doing that, okay? And so don't miss. In this news, it's not just Don who was arrested. They also popped three other people in the process. And one by one by one, they're going after these people. That's good. That's good. And they're doing this job the right way. The final point on this. And then we've got a lot of other things to get to, including the Interior Secretary of the United States. Doug Burgum is joining us. We've got a lot to talk about. American Energy, America 250. But the reason Don Lamont gets arrested, the reason this occurs, is because a federal grand jury said this is legit. So this was the findings of a federal grand jury to bring these indictments against him. So what now? Now, grand juries are invalid. I thought grand juries were perfectly legitimate. Like if a grand jury returns an indictment against Donald Trump, President Trump, the left went and said, look, these are. These are unimpeachable. You can't. You can't second guess a grand jury. These are American citizens who rendered this judgment. What happened here? American citizens rendered this, Rendered this decision. And now we've got Don Lemon in custody. So I'm going to go with it. I'm going to go with it. Those are the rules. Nobody's above the law. And Don Lemon's finding out the hard way. I don't think he thought this was going to happen. And. Well, it's happening. It's happening, Don. It's happening, Don. All right, let's see. We. Coming up today, I've a couple things for you. Oh, one other thing, actually. One other thing from the church. One other thing from the church. While I'm on the subject, let's stick with this. Remember, one of the ringleaders, or perhaps the ringleader of the invasion of the church, other than Don Lemon, was a woman called Nakima Levi Armstrong. Nakima Levi Armstrong. And she has already been through a portion of the FO sequence because she was arrested and she was talking about this. Cut eight. Watch this. She was talking about the fact that. That she was placed under arrest and she had handcuffs put on her. And this was such a traumatizing experience. She said, now I know what it feels like to be a slave. Yeah, heard me correctly. Cut 8. Watch this. We had belly chains around our waist, and we had handcuffs with Bars in the middle. As someone who majored in African American studies, I can tell you that that is the closest I ever felt to slightly slavery in my life. Being shackled as if I was a slave.
C
It is unacceptable and unconscionable.
A
But it's on brand for no. You were handcuffed as if you were a criminal, which you are. That's what happened. She said she. She's a little shocked that the justice system includes detaining you and handcuffing you if you break the law. That's weird. That's reality. Smacking her in the face. That's the closest thing I've ever been to being a slave. You've had a pretty good life, I would say. I mean, this is like the most pampered possible assessment. I didn't know any consequences were coming for me. This is the weirdest thing I've ever encountered. Yeah. Yeah, that's what. That's what happens. You break the law, we hold you accountable. This is very simple math. You want to avoid that fate? Don't break the law. Don't menace Christians. Pour into a church you're not welcome in and then just get in everybody's face and scare the children. How about don't do that? And then no handcuffs. And then you don't have to experience the perils of slavery again, idiot. Like, it's just like slavery. You don't even. She said she was a. What did she say she was a major in? African American studies. What? You may want to get a refund from wherever you got that degree. You have no idea what you're even talking about. This is just like slavery. No, it's not. It's nothing. It is. It's nothing like slavery, you colossal moron. But there she is, and she's. She's one of those high IQ church invaders that was just arrested. So we'll keep. We'll keep following that saga. We've got.
B
We've got a lot going on.
A
We've got a lot. A lot of movement on the SAVE Act. On the SAVE Act. This is. Remember, the SAVE act is. Is a really great idea. It involves verifying that American citizens are actually American citizens when they register to vote. Verifying nationwide. Can you imagine? The most common sense thing in the whole world. And then additionally, there's a new element being added to the SAVE act in the last, especially 24 hours, led by Chip Roy and Mike Lee and a bunch of other Republicans are now signing onto it. It is a national voter ID component. In other words, in every election all across the country in order to register to vote, you have to prove you're an American citizen and you have to show photo ID when you vote. Now in a lot of states that's, that's already the case, that latter part that you have to show photo ID when you vote, that's in basically Republican states, Democrat states, they, they don't want photo ID as a predicate to voting because they kind of like having a vulnerable fraudulent system. That's what they enjoy. And the last thing in the world they want to do is have a secure election. But the movement right now in the United States Congress is very much on the side of making it so that you have to prove you're an American citizen when you register to vote and you have to show photo ID in every single state in our union when you cast that ballot. We're going to get into the details of, of why so much movement is happening right now in the Senate. This is a result of your voice, your efforts. We'll talk about it. We'll get to that coming up. But first, we've got the secretary of the interior joining us in just a moment. We'll talk to Doug Burgum. That's ahead on this edition. Events first and foremost, I got to share with you our great sponsors. Every day, Americans make choices that shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone provider we support. Thank you, Vince.
B
Great to be with you. Good morning.
A
Good morning to you. We had one of your colleagues, Secretary Chris Wright, on yesterday. We're talking American energy with him as well. And I know, like, I don't think people realize how. How big your portfolio is. Like the Interior Department. People hear that like they don't even know what it is. What's the Interior Department? What are you handling? It turns out you've got, like, the whole country under your control. Tell people about the Interior Department and especially as it relates to American energy. What are you dealing with?
B
Well, first of all, you're absolutely right, Vince. Probably the most misnamed department ever in the history of America. Because the Interior throws people off 14 time zones, going from American Samoa to the US Virgin Islands. All of the Bureau of Land Management, all of the Bureau of Reclamation, Open Service Mining, Offshore Bureau of Energy Management, which is all the offshore, all the national parks, all the relationships and trust management with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. You add all of this stuff up, we're talking 500 million acres of surface, 700 million acres of subsurface, 3.2 billion of offshore acres is. If Interior was a balance sheet, it would be the largest balance sheet in the world in terms of asset management. And of course, buried in all that is rich in minerals, rich for grazing, rich for timber, rich for oil and gas, critical minerals. And when we do a lease to sell on nsf, the money goes to the American citizens. I mean, people talk about all the debt that America has. We got all this debt. Our balance sheet on the asset side is, is. Could be 10 times bigger than what our debt is. And we never talk about it. So think of, think of this as the balance sheet of America.
A
That's pretty amazing. And I want to get into the energy stuff in a moment, but I can't help but, like, totally ask you about what it's like, the privilege of doing the job. So you get the National Park Service. Does this mean that you've been able to go visit, like, the basement to the Lincoln Memorial? Are you getting to see, like, these exclusive spots that most Americans don't get to take a look at?
B
Well, I would say, oh, yeah, I've had a chance to get into that. But one thing we are doing is because it is so cool under the Lincoln Memorial. A lot of people don't know that whole thing is built, like, on gigantic cathedral arches that lifted up, like, almost 100ft that we're opening up a museum in conjunction with Freedom 250 under the Lincoln Memorial. So all the citizens are gonna be able to get in there and get a chance to see exactly the amazing engineering that holds that incredible iconic memorial up in the air on what was a swamp. They filled it in. They built these cathedral arches, and it's sort of like the Lincoln Memorial is built on top of Notre Dame because that's what it feels like underneath it.
A
That's so cool. So is there a lot of things that you're doing right now for America 250, are we going to see a lot of events at the nation's monuments?
B
Absolutely. And, of course, this is, as you said, asked about the honor, but serving as the 55th Secretary of Interior, one of the oldest departments in the government, and have an opportunity, because we have not just our 63 flagship national parks, which everybody thinks about the Yosemites, the Grand Canyon, the Yellowstones, the glaciers, but we also have all the historic sites. We have everything from Concord and Lexington to Independence hall, every Civil War battlefield, revolutionary battlefields, almost 500 national historic sites. And so at Interior, then we manage across all of those locations, any objects that are found. So think of like the Indiana Jones aspect of this thing, which is the Interior curates more historical objects than anybody but the Smithsonian. So all the cool stuff that America has, but the celebration for us 250, we're going to be celebrating it across all of these properties and all these assets, like I said, from the Statue of Liberty, the Golden Gate Bridge, but here in D.C. this summer, it is going to be. I think this. I might be breaking national news right here, but there is going to be an attempt. I think we're going to hit it. But it could be the largest fireworks display ever on Earth on the Fourth of July in Washington, D.C. this could be as many as 20 times larger than the typical Fourth of July event, if those plans hold. But just for you, Vince, first time I've said that out loud. But National Park Service is the one that manages the ball. So if you're shooting off fireworks between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument, you can thank your National Park Service for managing all the aspects of safety and all the management of these celebrations. Right. Right here as part of our incredible 250th birthday.
A
I'm sorry, 20 times larger. First of all, the fireworks show each year on July 4th is incredible at the National Mall. 20 times? You mean 20 times as many explosives? 20 times the length? What are we talking about here?
B
I think we Talk. I think they're talk. Pounds of fireworks. And so this is a, this is going to be a record, record setting effort that we're, we're chasing. Could be a Guinness World Book of Records.
A
I love it. I love it. Well, it's a perfect way to celebrate America 250. I'm very excited about that. Let's see here. Let me ask you about American energy because that, that's, that's a big issue right now. And clearly in your portfolio you just mentioned a moment ago that some of that energy is pulled from land that you are managing on behalf of the American people. And so in other words, when the government makes a lease, allows a lease for somebody to drill that oil, we get money back from the lease and that money can be used to pay down our debt. I mean, how much, how much more of that could we be doing? Because I know this audience and I certainly care. We've got $38 trillion in debt. Is it possible that we can really attack it through expanding more energy exploration?
B
The answer is absolutely, because not only do we get, they lease it and we get a paycheck, and then when they produce it, we get a royalty. So then we make money. We're partners in getting a revenue stream off of the royalty that comes off of the onshore and offshore mineral development. So, yeah, this is a, and it's not a little thing. I mean, right now on lands managed by the Department of interior represent 27% of all the oil production in this country. So interiors, interior resources, the American people are producing more oil than ExxonMobil is. So this is a, it's a big opportunity. And of course, but what's happened over the last 30 years, you go back to the Clinton era, which is, hey, we're going to save this spot at owl, so we're not going to cut a tree. Oh, we're worried about, you know, the impact of, of, of beef. And so, you know, we're going to stop grazing. Oh, mining that's dirty. We should stop doing it when the US Is doing it cleaner, better, safer, smarter than anywhere. And when we got out of the mining business, who got into it? China, controlling all those critical and rare earth minerals, tearing up the Congo. Indonesia, child labor, no environmental controls. If people care about the environment, they should want the US to produce every electron, every drop of liquid fuels and everything that you mine. I mean, the cell phone that all of your listeners have has got 65 different critical minerals. And in a single cell phone, we should be doing that here, not just for national security. But because for job creation and because we do it cleaner, smarter and safer, all of that can happen. Most of those resources are, most of the land that we own is in the West. That's where most of the, these rich resource minerals are. And from, you know, again, so from the west all the way up through Alaska, big opportunity. And think of it as America's untapped Southern wealth fund. I mean, this is an asset that could be generating benefits for every American.
A
Yeah, I hope, man, I hope you succeed big time.
B
And I should just throw this in. We generated more revenue in Interior in just the last eight months than they did in the entire four years of Biden because we got back in to the business of giving leases for timber, for grazing and for oil and gas and for mining. So we're driving the revenue number up, but we're just getting started.
A
That's great news. Okay, talk to me about China because I know you know a lot about this subject. It seems to me, I've been, I've been talking to this audience a lot about this, that President Trump has been kicking the power cord out on China. He's done that in Venezuela, he's doing it in Iran. I mean, China very dependent on the black market for discounted, illicitly purchased oil. That's all going away right now. What's your perspective on this? Because it seems to me that not only is this an energy and an economic situation, it's also a national security situation.
B
Absolutely. Vince, it's so fun to hear you say that. You get it. You understand that. So many people don't. President Trump, I'll call it energy dominance. When you have energy dominance, then you can do energy diplomacy. You can use it to end wars overseas and you can use it to lower the cost of everything at home. So prosperity at home, peace abroad. But as you said, the failed sanctions of the Biden administration turned Venezuela and Russia and Iran into China's discount gas station. They were buying, China's been buying energy. They're the most energy dependent country in the world, but they've been buying it from bad actors on the black market over the, over the Biden administration years. President Trump is changing that. And even if, you know, Venezuela oil goes back on the world market, if China wants to buy it, great, they can pay the world price as opposed to, they were getting it basically close to half price here one month ago and shipping it on the dark fleet. So it's going to help balance out trade around the world. And it's also the Venezuela is shifting the geopolitical. For 70 years, the geopolitical center of the world was driven by oil, and it was driven by the Middle east that can move back to the Western Hemisphere with President Trump's energy dominance approach.
A
And then finally, and I know you're short on time, so we'll, we'll just, I want to stick the landing here. Venezuela, the president seems to have, has made a lot of progress there. He's obviously gotten rid of Maduro. He's taken him into custody here in the United States. Maduro, the illegitimate leader of that country, not elected at all. So he got rid of him there. He's managing the government there right now. He's managing the oil supply coming out of Venezuela. Just give us a picture of what's happening there. And where do you think that things go next?
B
Well, you had Chris Wright on yesterday, and Chris Wright's on point on that. For Team Trump, on navigating how we get oil production up and how we get that energy sold, President Trump is again driving a strategy where you control the oil, you control the economy, and then you can control the direction of where it goes. And this is going to be a great opportunity. That Venezuelan, 25 years ago, all that Venezuelan oil was primarily flowing to the United States. All of our refineries, miners on the Gulf coast, are set up to manage that heavy Venezuelan crude. And when that product comes to the US it means lower gas prices for Americans. So this is like, this is President Trump, like, making a triple bank shot with his eyes closed. Because this thing, it hits China, it hits all the illicit sales, it's going to put the squeeze on Cuba, which is another failed state right at our doorstep. And then it's great for, great for the American public. And without, without any troops on the ground and without any dollars, you know, going into this thing, the private sector from the US Is ready to step in and start going after it. They have a lot. Venezuela's reserves are larger than Saudi Arabia's. I mean, it's the largest in the world. And, and they've been in 20 years of decline in terms of production. All they confiscated tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars of assets from American companies who are ready to go back in. This is going to be a win for the Western Hemisphere, a win for American citizens, certainly a win for affordability on energy, because when you have lower energy prices, there's an energy component in the clothes you wear, the food you eat, the home you heat, the electricity. You know, what's powering the computers that are running this. This Our meeting today, that's, it's in all that stuff. And those prices are coming down thanks to President Trump and his energy dominance agenda.
A
Yeah, I love it. And America built Venezuela's oil industry and now we're rescuing it again.
B
Yes.
A
Thank you, Doug Burgum. It is nice to talk to you, sir. Mr. Secretary, the Secretary of the Interior. Good to have you with us on a Friday. Thank you.
B
Well, good to be with you, Vince. Hope to see you again soon.
A
Good. Talk to you soon. A little bit of breaking news there from the interior secretary. The Fourth of July celebration for America 250 will be 20 times larger than it's ever been before. That's exciting. The biggest, biggest fireworks show in world history. Yeah, I'll take it. That sounds like a Trump event, actually. That's, that's a lot of fun. Yeah. Thank you again to the, to the secretary. Thank you to all the cabinet secretaries who joined us this week. Very cool. We'll have, we'll have all these guys back. There's always, always more to check in on with those guys. All right, coming up, the SAVE Act. What are we going to do? What are we going to do to safeguard America's elections? There's progress in the Senate right now and it's because of you, for real. The details on that coming up in just a moment. Before we get there, I want to thank the great sponsors who make this program possible. Thank you very much to Kalshee. Kalshee is a great, a great sponsor. Koshi's Fun. You know why I like Koshi? Because I can track all sorts of data and market sentiment about where people think things are going. So, for instance, just now I was talking to the interior Secretary about some of these, these adversarial nations that trade in energy. And one of them is Iran. Iran sends 90% of its, of its oil exports, its energy exports to China. And look at this from Kalshee this morning. Is Ali Khamenei going to leave as the Supreme Leader? You have to see the numbers here. Kalshee people are placing good money on the fact they think this guy is out this year, that there's going to be regime change in Iran before April 1, 32% chance. Lots of people thinking that, 42% chance before July 1, 48% before September 1. There's a, there's a lot of, a lot of people expecting Ali Khamenei to be yanked as supreme Leader out. That's on Kalshee today. Fascinating stuff. Everybody's got their opinion. Everybody's got Their opinion couch is one of the only places where you can actually trade on the real world events in all 50 states, not just politics, economics. They've got markets on everything. Inflation, numbers, sports, pop culture. It's cool and I use it to track odds and see what people are betting on. You can go to cowshi.comvince and you can get a free $10 credit when you trade 100 bucks. That's cowshi.comvince once again cow.com/vince. You must be 21 and the purchaser must be present in the state where the trade is placed. See important disclosures@cal.com cow she is subject to US regulatory oversight by the CFTC. Thank you to Kaushi. Thank you also to our great sponsor, the wellness company. You know a big medical hack of 2025 was actually several peer reviewed studies identifying possible direct connections between anti parasitic medications having off label benefits, fighting a wide variety of cancers. And this actually kind of makes sense, doesn't it? Because the connection between tumor growth and parasites that's been studied for years. It's been reported that millions of Americans do suffer from parasitic infections that do often go undetected or undiagnosed. This is why Dr. Peter McCullough, the chief scientific officer at the Wellness Company, one of the world's most published cardiologists says that these studies make a clear case to do at least one medical grade parasite cleanse annually. The Wellness Company USA is compounded ivermectin and MEB indisol. I always trip over that word but it's MEB Indisolution is a doctor prescribed gold standard combination dose designed to help the body eliminate parasites plus other incredible benefits. Each bottle contains 90 capsules. That's enough to complete four 21 day cleanses. You can fill out a quick intake form, a doctor reviews it, they issue a prescription right for you and your medical grade parasite cleanse arrives in a week. Now it's time for a new year and a new you reset and own your health. Head to TWC Health/Vince. That's TWC Health/Vince. Use the code Vince. You'll save 60 bucks plus you'll get free shipping. USA residents only. TWC Health/Vince promo code Vince. All right, let's talk about what is going on with the save act now. You know by now Mike Lee and Chip Roy have been pushing this. I'm trying to get Chip run the radio program today. We'll see if that happens. I hope he hope he stops by. I text with producer Jim last night. I was like, hey, let's get. Let's get Chip to stop by, so we'll see if we can get him. But here's the. Here's the rub. Here's what's happening this week. All of a sudden, it looks like the dam is starting to break on the establishment Republicans in the United States Senate supporting this thing. We did a show recently where I was reviewing Chuck Grassley and kind of the now candidly, kind of the mealy mouth, sort of like trying to, like, pull the wool over your eyes or whether or not he supports the SAVE Act. I didn't like it. I didn't like it at all. And we just got an update from Chuck Grassley yesterday, midday yesterday. He now says, I have long supported voter ID in ensuring that only citizens vote in our elections, which is why I'm now a co sponsor of the SAVE Act. Well, that's a huge change because before he was straight up saying, I don't. I'm not against the SAVE Act. Well, not being against it is not the same as being for it. So why don't you be more specific? So here's Chuck Grassley. Now he's being specific. Not only is he for it, he's a co sponsor of it. I'm a co sponsor of the SAVE act now says Chuck Grassley. Well, it turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. How did Chuck Grassley get there? That's you. You did that. You called his office, you let him know on social media, you started pounding that drum in order to get him to a point where he says he's going to support the SAVE Act. And it's not just him. Suddenly all these senators, these Republican senators, not all of them, but a lot of them are now saying, actually, I support it, too. And that includes John Thune, importantly, the leader of the Republicans in the Senate. In fact, John Thune is now promising a floor vote on this legislation. And he said, I'd like to add something else to it as well. Take a look. Here's John Thune, cut one this week. My understanding is that they are still modifying the bill. It includes right now a requirement that you be a citizen to register to vote, but it doesn't include a requirement that to vote, you be a resident. So in other words, if you're going to have what we call voter ID or photo id, when somebody goes into the ballot box to vote, that's not currently covered in the bill. So that's being fixed and addressed. And I think the new bill that comes out hopefully will Deal with that. But, I mean, at some point we'll have that vote. I'm for it. I think most of our colleagues in the Senate are. And I don't, you know, it hasn't had consideration in the relevant committee yet, but I, I know there's a high level of interest among our members in getting a vote on save. All right, keep the pressure on. We have to keep the pressure on here. We got to get the dam to fully break. We got to get to a majority here. I mean, there's, there's a million other things that these guys have to do. You got to keep the pressure on to get rid of the blue slip. We got to keep the pressure on to get rid of the silent filibuster. We have to keep the pressure on and get these guys to get their asses into the Senate and vote for this thing and safeguard our elections. This is the most obvious thing on the whole planet. It's not, you know, it's a really, really basic thing. Certify that somebody is an American citizen. Confirm it before you let them register to vote. That's it. That's all we're asking for. That's it. Every American can prove they're a citizen. Just let them do it. Let them register to vote. Nobody else. We don't need our system corrupted by illegals or people are not allowed to vote. Joining the rolls. None of this, like, automatically, oops, we accidentally registered a bunch of illegals to vote through our motor voter laws or whatever. None of that stop that crap now. And this is what the US Senate is apparently getting a lot of esteem right now to do. They're near that majority level. They're getting closer. Keep the pressure on. Now let's talk about the legislation itself. What does it do? And I was curious about this, so I dove into the actual text of the legislation because, you know, that's what I'm into. And here's what I found out. Here's, here's, one, that, here's something that leapt off the page at me. Absentee voting. Absentee voting is, is a big deal in the country. And we need to deal with like, hey, what's the deal with like, photo id? So the bill, which is now called the Save America Act. Save America act, would one, require only American citizens. You have to prove it to register to vote. Two election officials who screw this up, they can be sued by American citizens for failing to do their jobs correctly. And then on the photo ID component, not only do you need to produce a photo ID to get A ballot. If you're getting an absentee ballot, you have to produce a photo ID to get the ballot sent to you. You also have to produce a photo ID when you send it in, you have to submit a copy of your own photo ID when you send it in. There's double photo ID verification to use an absentee ballot. Take a look here. Absentee ballots. In the case of an individual voting by absentee ballot, the individual shall include a copy of the eligible photo identification document, A, with the request for an absentee ballot, and B, with the submission of the absentee ballot. This. So we're. It's double photo identification requirement in order to do this. Now, this is a chef's kiss. Perfect level of security for the absentee ballot system. Now, of course, we should limit the use of absentee ballots as much as humanly possible. People should show up on election day and vote candidly. That's the way this should all be handled. But we do have people who can't necessarily be home. If you're. If you're a service member who is overseas deployed and you want to vote in an election in your community or in your country, by all means, absentee ballot for that person, totally legitimate. But insofar as we have absentee ballots, photo identification on both sides of it. Okay, let me remind you what happened in Georgia. Remember Georgia? Georgia. We're talking about Georgia this week because we got a lot of. We got an FBI investigation going on into the 2020 election. What happened in Georgia? Well, back in 2020, the way that they had set up their insane election system is that if somebody submitted an absentee ballot, you know how they did it? Signature verification. All you had to do was sign it. And then an election official would stare at the signature that was on the ballot and then stare at the signature that was on file and go, hey, that's good enough. Or that election official would go, eh, they don't match. I'm gonna throw this one out. Well, hold on a second. What do you got, a bunch of handwriting experts sitting around? What? People's signature is the same from the moment they registered a vote to the moment they cast the vote? Is your signature the same today when it was, when you were 18 years old? Is it the same? I mean, for most people, it's not. For me, it's not. So what is that system? It was an insane system in Georgia. And for what it's worth, historically, that system is actually disenfranchised. I love the left talking about they don't want to disenfranchise black voters. They were disenfranchising black voters like crazy through that insane system. So what did they do in Georgia? Remember the voter integrity law that they passed in Georgia that Republicans successfully got passed? The one that Joe Biden called Jim makes Jim Crow look like Jim Eagle? Remember that crap that we were getting? It was at the same time that Texas was passing its own voter integrity law. Georgia changed its laws around absentee ballots. And here's the change they made. When you submit your absentee ballot, you write your state license number on the ballot, your driver's license number. In other words, you're using an ID number, ID reference number. So that way when the ballot is submitted, they actually have something to compare it to. So it's a form of voter ID built into the absentee ballot system. Now, does it go the distance the same way this legislation does? No, it doesn't. It doesn't require the. The photo ID to be xeroxed and included with the, with the ballot, which it should. But it's way better than the signature system. It's way less vulnerable to fraud, and it's way less vulnerable to election officials who are deciding willy nilly which ballots to actually count. It's way better. And what did it do? Well, black turnout went up in Georgia. Fewer black voters were disenfranchised, and the election was made more credible by the fact that it had verification and safeguards. So again, don't believe any of the lies. Oh, photo ID disenfranchises black voters. I'm sorry, that's a racist assumption that comes from you if you actually believe it. Or it's just horse crap designed to protect a fraudulent system using some sort of black moral blackmail as a means to do it. It's. It's just grotesque all the way through. So, no, let's make our election safe. And this legislation will go a long way to do it. So now it's called not just the SAVE act, but add this to your vocabulary. It's the Save America Act. It's now called the Save America Act. And this is what you should be demanding, that your lawmaker not only pass, but browbeat every single other colleague around them to join them in this endeavor. Chip Roy is the guy. Chip Roy and Mike Lee in the Senate. Chip Roy overnight saying, breaking based. Mike Lee and I have finalized the Save America Act. The Save America act adds a voter ID requirement for voting in federal elections while maintaining the original SAVE Act's proof of citizenship requirement for voter registration. Let's roll Save America now, how's the left reacting to this? Oh, they hate it. They hate it. They do not like this at all. In fact, among election rigors, there's a fellow called Mark Elias. You know his name, remember, he was responsible for commissioning the Steele dossier. He was Hillary Clinton's lawyer at Perkins Cooey, who was, you know, kind of the. Kind of the bag man who was handling all of this. He was. He got in touch with Fusion GPS and they got Christopher Steele. This guy draws up the Steele dossier. They make all these phony allegations about Donald Trump and Russia. Trump, Russia, collusion. That was Mark Elias who was quarterbacking that whole stunt. Marc Elias, who has been involved in interfering on behalf of Democrats in every election they can possibly rig. That's Mark Elias. Mark Elias has a blog, if perhaps you didn't know about it. It's called Democracy Docket. Democracy Docket. What does Democracy Docket think about all this? Mark Elias. They are scared to death by the SAVE Act. They call it the most extraordinary attack on voting rights in American history. How the SAVE Act Upends Over a century and a half of protecting voting. That's a real headline from Mark Elias's actual blog. They're panicking. Now you tell me something. Why would you panic that we are verifying that only American citizens vote in our elections? Why would you panic that we're asking people to show photo ID in order to vote in our elections? Why would it be the, quote, most extraordinary attack on voting rights in American history to make sure only Americans vote? The answer is it wouldn't be. It's not an attack on voting rights. It's a preservation of voting rights. If you let illegal aliens vote in our elections, you know what that does to my vote? It disenfranchises me. It waters it down. It steals from me. It undermines the will of the American people. And so the attack on voting rights is making it so that your election system is vulnerable to fraud. That's what Mark Elias stands up for. These people always move forward and then they. What they do is they dress up their own cruel power priorities as somehow being something of virtue. An old friend once said, it's the dipsy do flip a roo. They accuse you of exactly what they're doing. Sure enough, sure enough, they're attacking voting rights. And then when you try and protect voting rights, they say you're attacking voting rights. Yeah, we've. We've seen that a lot. In fact, there's another guy, another Democrat, called Dan Goldman, the Levi Strausser. This Guy is a tool. This guy is a tool, and he just put out a thing saying that the Republicans are trying to rig the elections right now by raiding the Fulton County, Georgia, election offices, rating it, in order to review the 2020 election again, an election six years ago. How would we rig an election? By conducting a criminal investigation into the 2020 election. What the hell are you even talking about? And he says that we are in the midst of rigging an election that is Republicans, conservatives, by arresting rapists in Minnesota. Is this real? Are you serious right now? Here he is. Here's that tool, Dan Goldman, the Levi Strausser who's in Congress for some reason. Listen to this idiot.
D
Stephen Miller is trying to rig the election. Let me explain, because what's going on in Minneapolis is all part of a much larger scheme that date dates back months and months. The idea, of course, is to send Donald Trump's paramilitary force masked agents intent on inciting and conducting violence to create a whole situation.
A
Listen to the lies that this guy tells his sucker of an audience. So what's really happening is in Minnesota, we're going up, picking it. Picking up homicide convicts, we're picking up rapists, we're picking up child abusers, illegal aliens, people who should not be in our country, getting them the hell out of the country. And Dan Goldman continues to feed the vicious lies that are getting people like Renee Good and Alex Preddy killed. That's Dan Goldman. Goldman, who's got blood on his hands, is telling the rest of us that Donald Trump's trying to steal the election by enforcing the law in cities across.
D
This country where he can then invoke the Insurrection Act. And if he votes the Insurrection act, he can then claim that he needs to cancel the elections until the, quote, invasion.
A
You're such an idiot. First of all, Trump hasn't invoked the Insurrection Act. This has been a source of frustration to me and this audience and all sorts of Republicans, conservatives everywhere, Americans were like, invoke the insurrection. Now put this thing down. Let's just stop this nonsense. Let's stop the violence to stop the criminality. So you're advancing a conspiracy theory about something that we're frustrated President Trump hasn't even done yet. So what the hell are you talking about, you absolute goon is over with.
D
But what we've seen in the last couple weeks are many more dots that are connected.
A
Now he's connecting dots. He's got yarn on a board. He's got the push pins and everything.
D
In this master plan. This week, the Fulton County Board of Elections was searched by the FBI for their voter rolls and other voting information, all based on the completely bogus accusations that there was fraud in Georgia in 2020.
A
They. Wait a second. Hold on a second. How is it that the FBI was able to do this? How does the FBI. Here's. Here's a. Here's a fun little brain experiment for you, Goldman. How is it that the FBI can just go into a building and seize paperwork? What. What would it take for the FBI to be allowed to do something like that? Can they just make it up as they go along with Trump just being authoritarian? They just blast their way into a building, grab whatever paperwork they want? How does this work exactly? What did the FBI do in advance of going into that building? Let's see. They obtained a fricking warrant. They have a judicial warrant. They went to a judge and they said, hey, we have evidence that a crime was committed. The judge looked and they said, oh, wow. Yeah, we got probable cause here. Yep, you crossed the threshold. Certainly looks like a crime to me. Go ahead, fellas. Go in there, grab the paperwork. So Dan Goldman is pretending like this was just invented, that Donald Trump is just barreling his way in there grabbing paperwork. That's not the way this works at all. In fact, this administration follows the law. You may not be familiar with it because your party really hasn't done that for many years, but this administration follows the law. And here he is advancing the conspiracy theory, and he's now saying that the judges are in on it. Now he's saying that the criminal justice system is in on some sort of conspiracy theory to help Donald Trump steal an election.
D
Now, we're out of the statute of limitations for almost all crimes. So this is clearly an effort just to get information.
A
Almost all crimes. Well, which crimes are we still in play with here, Goldman?
D
But it's not the only one, because Pam Bondi wrote a letter to Governor Tim Waltz that said ICE agents would withdraw from Minnesota if Minnesota gave the Department of Justice their voter rolls, which they have no right to and no need for other than to try to purge them.
A
I mean, even the little clip that he showed on screen shows that Pambadi did not say that, but she is telling him, like, hey, turn over your voting rolls. Why would Minnesota be a source of concern about their voting rolls? Why in the world would that be an issue? Well, could it be that the Minnesota Democrats perpetually commit fraud in every environment that they have power over? Yes is the answer. Yes is the answer is the reason why this week, everybody believes that Ilhan Omar faked some sort of weird apple cider vinegar attack on herself. It's because you just assume if you're a Minnesota Democrat, it's fraud. Whatever you're doing, it's fraud. You're stealing our money. It's fraud. You know, you're. You're not giving out money to people for housing. You're not giving out money to people for autism. You're not giving out money to people for actual daycare. It's going to the Quality Leering center so you can rob us blind. So enough of that crap. So show us your voting rolls. I want to take a closer look at that because I'd like you not to steal something else from us.
D
This comes on the heel of Donald Trump saying last week, on the same day that he have to consider invoking the Insurrection act and later in that day, that we shouldn't even have elections. It's not a coincidence that he said those two things on the same day.
A
This guy's trying to stitch together things that don't fit. So, anyway, the point is, like, the idea that Donald Trump is going to cancel an election, this is. This is, you know why he thinks like this? I'll tell you why. If he even for a moment, sincerely believes this and that guy lies like he breathes, so I don't even know what he actually believes. But the reason you get something like that from Dan Goldman is because that is how Democrats think. Fundamentally, they think outside of the terms of the way the rest of us operate in the country. So, like, if you, if you don't like a politician, your thought process is, okay, how can I rally support to vote that guy out? Or if you do like a politician, you're like, how can I rally support? How can I make it so that that guy can stay in power? Right? You're thinking about it through the rules of the game. That's not. Democrats think. How do Democrats think? Democrats think, how can I rig this? How can I rig this? How can I remove my political opponent from the ballot? Maybe we can do it in a state like Maine or Colorado. Those were places that were trying to kick Donald Trump off the ballot. That's where Democrats were trying to do that. Maybe we could remove our Democrat primary opponents, people like RFK Jr. We could keep him off the ballot. Let's figure out a way to do that. Or Dean Phillips or any of these other guys. You know, maybe we could imprison our political opponent. We'll just stick the justice system on him. We'll get, you know, Fat Fanny Willis. We'll get Big Tish James. We'll get Fat Alvin Bragg. We'll do. We'll just get these guys, you know, idiot Jack Smith. We'll get all these guys to go after Donald Trump. We'll try and throw them in prison, and maybe that'll prevent them from being reelected. That could be. That could be wonderful. Maybe that'll work. You know, maybe we'll just deprive the American people of knowing anything about how corrupt this Democrat is. We'll just hide the whole Hunter Biden story and prevent the American people from knowing so that when they go to the polls, they're deprived of the information that's necessary to inform them about how to make a better decision. We could just actually rig the election. That could be good. Maybe we do that. Maybe we just let illegal aliens into the country like crazy. Tens of millions. We stuff them in the blue states. We get extra congressional seats that we don't actually earn. Right? We get extra electoral college votes that we don't actually earn. We just rigged the election. Like, it's. Like. It's not like we're going to appeal to voters. It's not like we got some great policy that they're actually subscribed to. So why don't we just rig it? How about that? So when Dan Goldman's assessing all of this, he's like, I can't believe Donald Trump's auditing our behavior. He must be trying to cancel elections and rig elections. The only reason he comes to a conclusion like that is A, he's lying, or B, these are his instincts and he's just saying them out loud because he assumes Donald Trump is as evil as he is. And chances are it's some combination of both. Goofball stuff, dangerous stuff. Is all the more reason why Democrats shouldn't have any more power at all, and we should work really hard to prevent it. So how do we do that? Pass the SAVE Act. Excuse me, the Save America Act. Fix our elections up. And while you're maintaining pressure on the United States Congress to do that very thing. And we should. We're having results right now, guys. It's working. More senators are joining us right now as we pressure them to do that. Get rid of the blue slips, get rid of the silent filibuster, and get on board with the MAGA agenda, because the rest of us are already there.
