Now, the, the key, of course, is that Speaker Mike Johnson and the House Republicans need to take Ted Cruz seriously here and, and act on this. And I would perhaps add one other thing here that the Senate and that Chuck Grassley and Ted Cruz should make, to the extent that they can find any tripwires in criminal law, a criminal referral to the United States Department of Justice for the behavior of James Boasberg. Impeachment, of course, is a remedy that is available right now, and they should use it, and they should use it expeditiously. In fact, this should have happened a long time ago. And it goes back to a point that I made earlier in the program, which is like this kind of tyranny when it's perpetrated against everyday citizens. The truth is, even among Republicans, they drag ass about holding these guys accountable. Now that it's happened to United States Senators, they do feel some personal ire about this. They've got some righteous indignation welling up. Good to see Ted Cruz now calling for the impeachment of Boseberg. But that should have happened a long time ago. But whatever it takes, let's. Let's get the ball rolling and let's do it quickly. Time is of the essence. We can't let these guys just continue to linger and survive and move on past the Trump administration. You can't survive in that role. You got to leave it. You got to be impeached. You got to be kicked out of that job, do it now and do it expeditiously. So we've got that one last thing on Boasberg. Boseberg. Mike Benz pointed this out on social media. Boseberg is also the same judge who let Ray Epps off like completely scot free for the January 6th stuff. Completely. Ray Epps is one of the only people even on camera screaming that people needed to go into the Capitol, trying to whip the crowd into a frenzy, completely let off by Judge James Boasberg, this Obama appointee who's been nothing but a left wing hatchet man. It is well past time that that man be removed from that job. He's doing way too much damage to the United States of America. Way too much damage. So we'll, we'll keep tracking that story because it matters a great deal. The, the, the Arctic frost story is, it's only just beginning. I'll bring you more details as we get them because look, it's the, it is really in so many ways the biggest scandal of our lifetimes and we've been through a lot of them. Speaking of big scandals, the auto pen investigation has reached new heights. I was telling you yesterday that the House Oversight Committee made a released report and made a criminal referral basically to the United States Department of Justice, asking them to assess whether or not huge elements of the Biden administration can be invalidated by virtue of the fact that Joe Biden's brain wasn't working, that his signature was being affixed to documents by a robot and that Joe Biden himself was not involved in those decisions. That's completely unconstitutional. You can't assume the powers of the presidency without being president. That's, that's an insurrection. That's a coup d'. Etat. It's just, is crazy actually. And so the update that we are getting, it's a limited update, but I think a meaningful one from the, the Fox News Channel. They say that the Biden auto pen investigation is now heating up in not just the United States Department of Justice, but in particular in Washington, D.C. and in Delaware. They say an investigation into the auto pen controversy, including involving former President Biden, is now gaining momentum, specifically in Delaware and D.C. fox has learned. A source familiar with the situation told FOX Wednesday that, quote, it looks like the investigation has heated up in recent weeks. And it does appear that there is a focus in Delaware. That's where Joe Biden lives as well as Washington, D.C. and so that's really it. I mean, Fox doesn't offer much more than that. They just give you the source familiar and Then that's the line. The rest of it is kind of short of a recitation of the available facts. The reason that Delaware strikes me as interesting is of course, that is where Biden lives. And presumably they are establishing some criminal elements here that might, might involve the way that they were covering up Biden's deficiencies. You know, if the investigations in Delaware, if there's a grand jury impaneled in Delaware, that would suggest that crimes were committed in Delaware. So again, we'll keep, we'll keep our ear to the ground on this particular story, but the United States Department of Justice, I don't think there's any question whatsoever is sincerely going after the auto pen unconstitutional violations of the Biden administration. And so I anticipate more updates on that subject. And I, and I really hope we get them very soon for sure. We've watched as a number of Democrats have been indicted, which is really important because the, because unlike in previous years where nothing ever happens in the Trump administration, something's always happening. We've seen James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, all indicted. Adam Schiff may soon be indicted. John Brennan has been the subject of a criminal referral, may soon be indicted. And then we just saw another Democrat, this time a congressional candidate, be indicted by a federal grand jury this week. And this time it's because she was involved in, in impeding federal immigration enforcement in Chicago. In Chicago. The name of this Democrat is Kat Abuga Zela. Let me show you on screen here, just the Daily Caller reporting on the subject, Abu Ghazayla. A federal grand jury on Wednesday has indicted a Democrat congressional candidate and other protesters for allegedly impeding federal immigration enforcement. Kat Abuga Zale or Bugazela, something like that. A Democratic congressional candidate from the Chicago area was just among six individuals who were indicted in federal court for her alleged role in late September blocking law enforcement vehicles outside of that ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois. So here's, let me just give you some basics about this chick's background. This, this girl Kat used to work at Media Matters. You guys know, chat. You know what Media Matters is, right? Media Matters is the Soros funded left wing attack operation that has tried to destroy conservative media through the years. Now, mission not accomplished. In fact, conservative media has never been more flourishing and never been more successful. So they have completely failed. And George Soros, he should keep dumping his money into that. That's a good way to, to waste his cash. But she was a chick who worked there and now she is running in Illinois as a congressional candidate. And one of the ways she's been trying to attract attention to herself is she's been trying to block traffic at the ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois. She's been jumping in the ways. In the way of. Of law enforcement vehicles. Now, obstructing law enforcement, as most normal thinking people know, is a crime. If you're obstructing justice, you're committing a crime. She did that earlier this year, and in fact, sort of wonderfully, it was caught on video. Here is. Here is Kat Abu Gazella getting thrown on her ass as she tries to block traffic. Watch this. Yeah, there she is. They throw her down on the ground as she tried to block an immigration enforcement vehicle right onto her tush. Ready? There she goes. Every time. So I can't get enough of them. I just. I think that's the funniest thing. Look at this girl. They just. Boom. Every time, over and over and over, they keep throwing her down. So a bit of fafo for you today. That's one of my favorite videos of the year. And since that moment, she's been fundraising off of it like it was like some horrific event that happened to her. I got treated like garbage. No, you got treated the way everybody's supposed to be treated. Nobody's above the law. And if you get in, what, in the way of law enforcement, they're gonna throw your ass down on the ground. And so that was the first punishment she was subjected to. That was the consequence of her idiocy. And now the latest punishment is she's just been slapped with charges. Now, like. Like every one of these libs, after they get hit with charges for. For the crimes they've actually committed, they make the story that, oh, I'm the victim. I'm the victim. I was hurt. Take a look at Kat Abu Ghazala pretending that she's surprised about all of this and that she's the real victim. Watch. My name is Kat Abu Ghazali. As she runs for Congress by being a complete radical left wing lunatic, tries to obstruct law enforcement. And now a grand jury in Illinois has determined that she deserves charges. Remember, there's a grand jury process involved here. A grand jury of her peers considered the charges against her and said, yeah, she deserves it. So good luck with that, cat. Good luck with that. So a little bit fafo for you today. Always appreciate one of those stories. Good to have one of those on a Thursday. Also, the United States Department of Justice has announced even more arrests of left wing terrorists. These are in California in earlier this year there was a number of events where terrorists were trying to block law enforcement yet again from doing his job and literally attacking federal law enforcement while they were attempting to do it in Southern California. And so Yesterday, the great U.S. attorney out in California, Bill Asale, announced even more arrests. He says so far this year they've arrested 97 people who've been involved in these left wing terror acts, which, and I hear that, and I think that's wonderful. I'd like to see a lot more. Please keep it coming. Here's Bill Asali announcing how much they've done this year so far. To date, we have charged 97 individuals either with assault or impeding a federal agents engaged in immigration enforcement operations. And we will continue to charge more as we, as we obtain the evidence. 97 people so far. Okay, so who did they add to the pile yesterday? Here's Bill Asali explaining the new charges. Well, every American has a right to peacefully protest. What is not constitutionally protected is a right to engage in violence or to impede federal agents by assaulting, doxing or obstructing their operations. On July 10, law enforcement officers were executing a court ordered search warrant at locations in Vetura County. Protesters, including members of an organization named VC Defensa came to the site of the search warrants. VC Defensa is an organization that operates and manages what they call a rapid response network designed to impede federal agents and their enforcement operations. In one of the criminal complaints today, we are charging two members of VC Defensa for conspiring to impede and injure federal law enforcement officers. These two VC defense members went to the protests on July 10th in Ventura county and acted with others to assault enforcement vehicles and officers. All right, so Bill Asale, by the way, he has been a great U.S. attorney in California. The left hates him out there. They've been trying to get judges to disqualify him, to remove him, to take him out of the position of being the prosecutor. He's holding on for dear life. And that's great news for the rest of us because L. A is completely lawless. Remember, Bill Sale is the guy who earlier this year had kind of enterprised the use of criminal warrants to be able to go after illegal aliens who are being held in prisons and jails in the country in order to get them deported. No more detainers with Bill as Sale because they're going right to criminal warrants. Anybody who's done felony re entry of the United States states is subjected to a criminal warrant in California now thanks to Bill Asale. And that forces the jail system to turn these people over, not just smuggle them out the back door like they do with detainer requests. So Bill has basically come up with this, this system and other US Attorneys now across the country are able to use it in order to get these guys out of the country. He's, he's really good. And so they make these arrests. They're charging these guys, you heard him, he's, they're actually going after the organizations here as he, as he lays out these groups that are designed to terrorize these law enforcement VC defense. That's perfect. Go after them, get to their funding sources, take down the whole operation. This left, left wing terrorism needs to stop. We got a couple of statements though on this from the FBI. So the FBI of course making these arrests. And here's the, the director of the FBI, Cash Patel. He says the FBI today arrested nine violent agitators in Los Angeles for their roles in a June protest where law enforcement officers were trapped under a bridge and attacked with Molotov cocktails. Violence against those who protect our communities will never be tolerated. The FBI stands firmly with the men and women of law enforcement. Justice will always come for those who bring chaos to our streets. That's right. So remember that June protest that Cash Patel is talking about? That was. Those were. Yeah. California Highway Patrol officers, in many cases, who were being attacked as people were throwing rocks off a bridge to attack local law enforcement. So here you have the feds standing with the locals. In return. The locals should be standing with the feds in places like Chicago, in Portland, these cops should be protecting federal law enforcement because guess what? Federal law enforcement is protecting them. That's great news from FBI Director Cash Patel. We also get this reaction from the great Dan Bongino. He said this. We said we'd find you. We did. Great news. So in the, in the world of, like, hey, do we see these guys get held accountable? Does he see these guys get tracked down? Do we see these guys get arrested? Do we break up these terror networks? No question. An insatiable appetite from the guys who are at the top of this law enforcement operation to do that very thing. Today is day 30th of the United States government shutdown. The government shutdown, and here's the state of play. One, the Trump administration has fired thousands of federal employees during the government shutdown. They have used this to the extent that they could. Here's what got in their way and the reason why we're not seeing thousands more. A federal judge has blocked President Trump from making any more firings right now. And this is being appealed in the 9th Circuit as we speak. They're trying to open up the opportunity to do this even more, which is, which is key. I'd like to see more of that. So long as the government shutdown is going on. Controlled burn of the useless people within the federal government. That's, that's the key here, too. We are headed for a cliff. Come November 1, food stamps are going to basically disappear in the United States because they're running out of funding. Now, there's a couple of ways to approach this food stamp conversation. One, there's obviously plenty of Americans, poor people, who desperately need the food stamps as a form of assistance just to be able to nourish Their families. It is horrific. The Democrats are putting them in a position where they're not going to be able to get those things and the food banks are going to be slammed as a result. To no question there's a lot of abuse within the food bank system. So as we deal with food banks, you know, and sorry, the food stamps, I mean specifically as we deal with food stamps, we really got to tighten up that system. We got to make it so that people get a hand up, not a hand out. Make it so that able bodied people can be gainfully employed and not be drawing off of federal taxpayers going forward. We got to fix that system. That's clear. No question about it. And no illegals, no more illegals drawing from that benefit. None. So these are things that need to be fixed. But that, those are, that's, that's a conversation for another day. This is a complicated issue. But the point is, insofar as there's any suffering going on in the United States coming up beginning in November, you can thank the Democrats for this. And Democrats are losing the shutdown fight. They're getting their asses handed to them right now in the shutdown fight and they don't even know how to get out of it at all. And it's ticking off the Republicans who are trying to keep trying to reopen the government and get people fed and get the troops paid and get their traffic controllers paid, the immigration enforcement guys paid, everybody. Here's John Thune. The normally mild manner. John Thune in the United States Senate yesterday for the first time in recorded history, John Thune is now yelling on the Senate floor. Take a look. This isn't a political game. These are real people's lives that we're talking about. And you all just figured out 29 days in that oh, there might be some consequences. There are people running out of money. Yeah, we're 29 days in and they've done their best to make sure that a lot of these programs are funded. But at some point the government runs out of money. 13 times people over here voted to fund SNAP. 13 times they voted to fund WIC. There's John Doon. I've never seen John Doon yell. I didn't even know he had a voice. The guy's like, usually just like kind of lurks in the background, keeps his mouth shut up. There he is screaming on the Senate floor yesterday, and rightfully so. That's what we would refer to as righteous indignation. He's ticked off at these Democrats who are playing this stupid game. Of chicken, where they keep saying over and over that the misery of the American people is their levers. They've been bragging about it. Meanwhile, the lefties themselves, they're screaming. Here's Chuck Schumer yesterday shouting into a microphone because his ass is losing the shutdown fight. Watch. The bottom line is they can fund it just as in 2019, just as in other shutdowns for a long period of time. Also the contingency fund, which is $6 billion nearly a month. Three weeks runs out, then they can pass Senator Lujan or Senator Hawley's bill, both of which we support. We know that there'll be 60 votes for that. Why aren't they calling it up? They're losing control. They're not calling it up because the House isn't here to pass it. That's the way it works. The House would have to come here. They probably would have to vote on the Epstein file. They're losing control to let kids go hungry instead of having to vote on the Epstein files. There's no doubt about it. They have been out the Epstein files. You guys are so. Just think if they have all this money for Argentina and all this money for other things, they have enough money to keep funding Snap. They're screaming into microphones. They don't know what to do. How about this? I have an answer for you vote to open the government, you gremlins. There's Chuck Schumer. There's Chuck Schumer. So that's the state of play right now. We'll see. My. My sense is there's some reporting right now that there may be some so called moderate Democrats. Do those exist in the United States Senate who are gonna be crossing the aisle soon to vote for the government to get back open. But these, these stupid games are. Don't you. We get, you know, we get so annoyed by these stupid games. Stop it. Stop it. Get the government open and then shrink the government. Please. Get these. I looked at the menu of tattoos and I said, I'll take that one. That one looks cool. And he had it for 20 years and he says he just had no idea the whole time that it was a Nazi tattoo. Here he is going on MSNBC with circle backy Jen Psaki this week to, to once again double down on the lie that he just had no idea. He's shocked that the Nazi tattoo became a scandal. Watch. Internet history, I assumed was going to get poured through. I mean, I'm a, I'm a regular guy who has lived a, I'm not going to say a regular life, but I was certainly not ever preparing to run for the United States Senate. You know, many years commenting on the Internet. I figured somebody was going to go through all that stuff at some point that I expected. I will say the tattoo, I did not expect the tattoo thing. I've had it for 20 years. I've gone through multiple security clearances. I've been taking my shirt off in front of other people and taking photographs the entire time that had never come up. That one very much caught me by surprise, especially considering that I spent my entire life essentially hating Nazis. So to have that accusation thrown my way was, that was not expected. He's so full of garbage. And here's why. You have Chuck Ross with great reporting this week at the Washington Free Beacon. The headline, my Totenkopf, Graham Platner Associates say he knew he had a Nazi tattoo. And who said this? It was his campaign manager, one of his top campaign officials who just quit the campaign. He keeps losing. Campaign officials said that he would brag about it. There it is. If you're watching rumble.com, vince, you can see the tattoo. He's, he's since has quite literally covered it up. He had ink put over it to try and cover up the fact that he had this Nazi tattoo. But he's just lying. He's. I can't believe that having a Nazi tattoo became a scandal. Well, believe it, fella. The same guy, according to additional reporting, was involved in training left wing radicals in Maine in how to shoot guns. He's been training antifa on how to take up arms against the country. So great work, lefties, great work. That's their, their leading candidate in Maine. And, and you know, Bernie Sanders, of course, is standing by him. You know, to stop the millionaires and the billionaires, we got to vote for the Nazi guy. Okay, Bernie, go with that. Go with that. That's. That's what these guys are up to. Speaking of insane statements coming out of lefties, have you guys seen what Congressman Jim Himes said today? Yesterday, Congressman Jim Himes on television was talking about the President of the United States, this president killing narco terrorists, right? We've been bombing these boats that have been bringing drugs towards the United States with the. With the intent of killing tens of thousands of Americans. President Trump fighting back and saying, hey, the cost of you attempting to bring these drugs in, we will destroy not only the supply, but the people who are driving it into the United States. We have been taking them out, and rightfully so. That's the war we should be fighting, the one to protect American citizens in our homeland. And Congressman Jim Himes said yesterday, you ought to think this through, fellas. Republicans killing people. The President can kill people. Just imagine who President Aoc will kill. Listen to this. Lindsey Graham and other Republicans want to go the route of saying it's okay to kill people illegally, just so long as the American public supports it. The American public needs to really think that through. You know, there will be a Democratic president someday. And almost my MAGA friends who are cheering on these illegal killings need to imagine who gets killed when President Alexandria Ocasio Cortez says that it doesn't matter what the law says, she's going to do what she's going to do. So, look, I work here, so I understand the complete abnegation of principle and a complete thumbing of the nose, a thumbing of the nose at the rule of law. But I would hope that people like Lindsey Graham might not go. Go that path, because it's a very, very dangerous path for this country to go down. Am I not. Am I hearing so. Are you hearing the same thing I'm hearing? He's saying that be careful because when Democrats are in charge, we will kill American citizens. Is that not the single most demented thing that any of these Democrats have uttered on television this week? And by the way, they of course, have uttered a lot of demented things on television. Jim Heim saying American citizens are going to be killed when AOC is President of the United States. Now, he may very well be telling the truth about that subject, but it is completely insane that that would even be within the realm of possibility. Now, it's also consistent with the fact that Democrats do kill American citizens when they're President of the United States, Barack Obama drone striked American citizens while he was president of the United States. So it would be entirely consistent for AOC to do the same thing entirely. God willing, she's never president of the United States. But Jim Himes saying, you know, Americans can't defend our interests. We can't stop the terrorists because Democrats might kill Americans. What, what kind of weird threat is that? But settle down, son. Settle your own damn party down. And then, and then there's this. Let me add, let me end here with you. I got. So President Trump today is coming back to the United States. The President of the United States has been touring the planet, touring Asia, striking new trade deals, new peace deals that they're signing. And we're in a good situation. Speaking of having a Republican versus a Democrat president, we're in a great situation having President Trump in office. And you know who we don't have in office? Kamala Harris. You know what Kamala Harris is doing? She's doing a book tour. A book tour. You know the book that is like, here's why I didn't become president. Here are all of the excuses why every, why it's everybody else's fault that I didn't become president of the United States. And so on her book tour this week, she's done a bunch of interviews with foreign reporters, including this one with an Australia reporter. And she keeps getting her ass handed to her over and over and over and over again. Take a look.
