You can't just go out there and do stuff. I can't just as a federal agent. And this is a good thing, right? I can't just go out and arrest you because I have the feels and I feel like and I got to, I have to prove it in order to frisk you. I need reasonable suspicion to arrest you. I need probable cause to convict you. I need beyond a reasonable doubt in a civil case, preponderance of evidence.
