All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up and get ready for the Dan Bongino show.
Justin
So, you know, ladies and gents, I
Dan Bongino
sit here before the show and I really enjoy, thoroughly enjoy, reading your comments in the live comment section. You know, we have our contest going on right now,
Justin
and I know I say it a lot, but.
Dan Bongino
And I hope it doesn't sound overly repetitive and I hope it doesn't sound like I'm just throwing it out there because I really, I really appreciate you that you. All the compliments and comments and it are so nice in the chat. Like, I just really appreciate you being here. I just want you to know that I, I on my life, like the fact that you guys see through all the black pilling, the dooming, the grifting, frankly, the bullshit that you see through it all and you understand who's here for the right reasons and who's not, that you just don't fall for the bot armies and all that stuff.
Justin
It really is refreshing.
Dan Bongino
It gives me such renewed faith in this great, wonderful movement we're part of. I really do. I love you guys. Something happened last night, something major, but I was talking to a friend of mine about, you know, the political environment for podcast. So it's a summer, it's in really not. It's not a presidential election year. The midterms. It's, you know, it's kind of like the political doldrums. It's like sports podcasts after the Super Bowl. And this friend of mine who is deep into data analytics was like, you're in great shape, man. Like, and I'm just really proud. I mean, and I really love you guys, so thank you so much. It means a lot to me. Sorry, I didn't mean to get off track. We got a lot going on now.
Justin
The.
Dan Bongino
There's a ton going on. I haven't even talked about the Supreme Court cases yet. Yesterday, Trump accounts U.S. soccer, you know, dopey socialists, liberal commies.
Justin
And what are the. What are the libs in the media concerned about freaking red cards and the reflecting pool? Again, libs, you ever heard of a cranial rectotomy? Take your cranium, your head, take that region and remove it from your ass. There are a thousand things going on
Dan Bongino
we could talk about right now, and
Justin
this is all they care about. Why? Because, ladies and gentlemen, it is a
Dan Bongino
party devoid of logic and reason, with no compass, true north. And I'm so glad we're not that. I told you yesterday, there's no different between the fake doomer Grifter right, and the lib media lunatic commie left.
Justin
There's no difference.
Dan Bongino
There's no difference. They both rely on anything but logic and reason. And that's why they're often in the midst worried about the reflecting pool right now. All right, let me get to it. I'm going to show you what I mean. The beginning of the show, too. These people are just completely lost. Don't fall in that trap.

Justin
All the libs in the media care
Dan Bongino
about was Trump's comment on this freaking red card on a soccer game.
Justin
Listen, it was great. We had a good Run. Everybody's like shitting all over the US Team. They probably shouldn't have even made it that far. It was a fun game to watch. We lost. Congratulations, Belgium. Whatever. It was a good run. I all had a good time. Not even a soccer fan. I watched a game last night and played particularly well. It happens. Like all these people so eager to shit on America. Liberals were like celebrating. It's the Trump curse. Get the fuck out of the Trump cursed my ass. They're like, he showed up at the Knicks game. The Knicks won, you dumb shits. Did you miss it? Did you? Who won the finals, Justin? The Knicks. Correct. Well, Trump showed up at a game they lost. They lost one game out of. What are you talking about, you dumb bastards? Don't. Please, guys, ladies. Stupid is a choice. Liberals. You don't have to be stupid. It is a freaking choice. Can you please just stop being stupid? Take a stupid vacation. Take a hiatus from stupid. Take a sabbatical. Take a stupid sabbatical. They played great. The US Team. They lost last night. It happens. It happens. Congratulations, US Team. Good job.
Dan Bongino
God bless America. I'm happy I lived here. I'm happy I live in this country. I'm ecstatic about the 250th birthday team. Did okay.
Justin
Liberals are freaking excited yesterday. The Media Research center is a great outlet.
Dan Bongino
They put together this video. I'm going to place a little bit of it.
Justin
This is. You want to see why, like liberals,
Dan Bongino
progressives, socialists, commies, and foreign governments and
Justin
foreign countries a lot. But not only people have this ridiculous
Dan Bongino
view of what the United States, the
Justin
shooting gallery, murder capital, the universe. It's all bullshit. Media Research center put this clip together.
Dan Bongino
It's fantastic.
Justin
It's how the media in the United
Dan Bongino
States, a lot of this scum tells the world the United States is versus
Justin
what the world saw when they came
Dan Bongino
here for the World cup.
Justin
And they're still here. Enjoy your World Cup's not over. Wish all these teams good luck. Have a good time. Where's the finale?
Dan Bongino
Up in New Jersey?
Justin
Up there, I think.
Dan Bongino
Is it in the Giants Jets Stadium up there?
Justin
Great. But don't believe the bullshit, folks. These people are nothing but doom and gloom. Check this out.
Dan Bongino
You'll see what I mean.
Justin
The World Cups are always sort of a window into the politics of a host nation and into the geopolitical moment. And in this moment, what we're seeing is the US Co hosting this event in a moment of great turmoil and uncertainty and instability. And that's going to show up in a lot of different ways. Nothing comes close to the usa. The people, the food, the landscapes.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
I was well and truly born in the wrong country. I just love it here.
Justin
The rest of the world is looking at the United States and feeling that we are. It's a foreboding image and that we are inhospitable.
Dan Bongino
We owe America a huge apology because America is nothing like what the media tells us.
Justin
Where are you guys from? Where's everyone from?
Haley Caradilla
Japan.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
Japan of America. Texas.
Justin
Texas is good. Everything is big.
Dan Bongino
I ask a medium size. That's medium.
Justin
Like a medium.
Dan Bongino
Thanks so much.
Justin
You're welcome.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
I have to say that I'm embarrassed for this country.
Dan Bongino
It was embarrassing. I was embarrassed to be an American.
Michael Dell
Yeah.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
And of course Larry is embarrassed to be an American in that way. We should all be.
Dan Bongino
This old couple just walk past me and they go, good morning. I was like, what the hell? You guys talk to each other here.
Justin
So beautiful. Everybody's so friendly. Southern hospitality. The air smells nice.
Dan Bongino
Our president's vengefulness, dishonesty and bullying should make us all cringe. If you love America, cringe for it. Absolutely incredible. There really is like no other. I honestly think unless you've. Unless you live in America or unless you. Or unless you visit here, you can't really comprehend how nice these areas are. Juice McGrawn in the chat. If you're. If you're embarrassed, then leave.
Justin
Yeah, go.
Dan Bongino
Folks, I'm in the South a lot. Well, I live in Florida, but you know what they say about Florida. The more south you go, the more north you get. I mean, it's south geographically speaking, but South Florida is a lot of North Northeasterners. But I'm in the South. South a lot like Alabama specifically. I'm gonna tell you something. I put a post up a long time ago after the Iron bowl, was
Justin
it three years ago?
Dan Bongino
The Milroe miracle. I'm an Auburn fan. Here's a. Milroe did not play for Auburn, so it wasn't a miracle for me. Congratulations to the Alabama fans. But let me tell you something. The game was in Auburn, Auburn. It was a huge upset brewing. Auburn was going to beat Alabama. They were a huge underdog. And we lost on a. What is a 42 yard touchdown pass by Milroe at the end of the game. And I'm walking out all depressed. And all these people with Alabama gear on who had come to Auburn, they're like, pat me on the back.
Justin
Dan, we love your show. Sorry, man, but you know, it was our day today.
Dan Bongino
And I go back to the hotel I think I was staying in Opelika Marriott, right? And I wake up the next morning at like 5am I just. I don't know, I just. So wired. I get up, my cortisol must have spiked early. I couldn't believe they lost the game. And I type out this big long thing about the south and how the people in the south are just different. You're like such amazing people.
Justin
Even when they. Even when they're like curse at people,
Dan Bongino
they bless your heart.
Justin
Bless your heart. Like that's the way. That's not how they do it in New York.
Dan Bongino
It's just such an amazing place, man.
Justin
I don't want you to wake up
Dan Bongino
today all depressed about everything. Be a happy warrior, man. Lead the charge down the battlefield. Don't fall prey to these doom and gloom grifters, man, please. Because then what's going to happen is you're going to find out that when your only goal in life becomes to shit on the United States and to accumulate power, to destroy this place. And make no mistake, that's what the modern progressive, liberal, communist, socialist move.
Justin
They're all the same thing. Cut the bullshit, okay? Progressives, they notice I didn't include Democrats. There are some Democrats you got like
Dan Bongino
your Fetterman's out there who I don't believe are communists. I don't, I wouldn't vote for them. However, I do not believe Fetterman is in fact a communist. However, liberals, progressives, socialists and communists are
Justin
all the same thing. Please stop the bullshit.
Dan Bongino
Okay?
Justin
Stop.
Dan Bongino
It's the same thing. They believe in the accumulation of power to steal away your freedoms, your, your wealth, your kids, education, your health care, everything, period.
Justin
Please stop.
Dan Bongino
Leftist.
Justin
Stop the bullshit.
Dan Bongino
Stop selling us a pet rock and telling us it's gold.
Justin
We know what you're doing. The Graham Platner debacle should be exhibit
Dan Bongino
A in every future political trial against the Democrats.
Justin
I've warned you forever that the Democrats only goal in their triaging their life goals.
Dan Bongino
Their only goal is power.
Justin
They do not care about your health care. They do not care about immigrants. They do not care about your kids education. They do not care about your job, economic growth. Frankly folks, they don't even care about tax rates. They care about power.
Dan Bongino
They care about accumulating power.
Justin
Why did they support Graham Platner despite allegations like this is a red line? A woman came out alleging a sexual assault. That's a freaking red line. Not the allegations of mass deburpetation. I'm trying to like be cool about this in a ported Party. The mass determination. That wasn't enough. The Nazi tattoo wasn't enough. This is definitely the only reason that the Democrats are now pulling their endorsements to behind Platter. It's not because a red line has been crossed. It's because the odds of Graham Platner defeating Susan Collings and assisting them in obtaining power and taking away your health care, your finances, your job, your kids education, your freedoms and liberty have gone down. That's it. Cut the bullshit. Graham Platner was a vehicle for you to accumulate power at our expense and take away our liberty and freedom to cut the shit. His chances of winning went down and you threw him overboard.
Dan Bongino
That's the only reason any of this happened.
Justin
You don't think Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, AOC and this other crew of dipshits, you don't think they knew this guy was a problem? He was. There's stories out there of him satisfying himself in a poor to. John, here's Elizabeth Warren. Not that long ago, what, a couple of weeks? This is my guy. He's. Keep in mind, they knew the whole time. If Graham platner had a 60% chance of winning after these allegations, they'd be
Dan Bongino
attacking a woman making the allegations. Bank on it.
Justin
Check this out.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
I am here because Washington needs fighters. And Graham Platner is the fighter we need. You bet. I said to myself, that's my kind of man. Because that is a man who not only has the values, but a man who believes and accountability. And we need a little accountability coming out of Washington right now. We need Graham Platner to come in and get rid of the corruption in Washington. Time for new laws.
Justin
So pow wow chow here. Pow wow chow. Like we need to fight. He's fighting with his wiener in the
Dan Bongino
Porta John that they like these guys.
Justin
Like that's a bridge too far. No, it's a. This is your guy. We need accountability. Accountability. Oh, he's accounting for something in the Porta John. Just like something about Mary. She accounted for it too. She's like, what is that, hair gel? That's the only thing they were accounting for. Elizabeth Warren, powwow chow lady. Did he account for his bodily fluids? And I mean, what? What? This is the red line now. The people. There are allegations out there that maybe major media outlets. Politico reported the story about the latest allegation. And just to be clear, like, listen, I don't. I accept evidence.
Dan Bongino
I don't believe everyone.
Justin
Women, men, I believe evidence. Okay? That's not the point. The point is they already knew about this. And who did I tell you we did this show, folks in the chat. Chime in.
Dan Bongino
You know we got the contest going, so be picking comment of the day.
Justin
Who did I tell you was one
Dan Bongino
of the most, if not the most dangerous politician up on Capitol Hill in America right now? Who is it? Some of you in the chat will know this because you pay attention every day you're here. Who says it first? Pocahontas. A lot of Chad, folks.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
Robert.
Justin
Ro Khanna. Who said it? Kmart.
Dan Bongino
Good Kmart. Good prices too.
Justin
I don't know if you're a stock Kmart. Yes. Ro Khanna. He is the biggest fraud I have ever seen in my life. This guy is the worst chameleon up on Capitol Hill. He's even worse than Elizabeth Warren. Powwow, chow. Because Warren, you can see through her bullshit. I had high chair cheekbones with Papa, so I thought I was an Indian from like the Seminole. Get the guy. You didn't believe any of that shit. Ro Khanna. Ro Khanna is. You listen to this guy, talk on tv, goes on Fox and you're like, wow, this guy's for real. Is like a sensible Democrat. He's a clown and a fraud. Why do I bring him up? Here's his tweet about masturbatory guy in the Porta Johnson.
Dan Bongino
Oh, now it is a red line.
Justin
I mean, here's his tweet, Ro Khanna. He said, it's been very clear that sexual assault or violence against women is a red line. They knew about this.
Dan Bongino
These allegations are very serious and credible.
Justin
So is the Mr. That's serious too.
Dan Bongino
Graham Platner should drop out of the race.
Justin
I'm withdrawing my endorsement. This guy's such a clown. How are you falling for this guy's bullshit?
Dan Bongino
Guys, man, listen. Ladies, gents, I understand this is a conservative political show. I get that there is a preaching to the choir effect, but you're a very good choir. I love you. You guys are very knowledgeable. I read your comments. I get your emails. You guys are the best.
Justin
But I say to liberals who do
Dan Bongino
tune in, I get the media matters a holes. They tune in every day, they always have some dumb ass comment about the show.
Justin
I'm asking you, you liberal, progressive socialist
Dan Bongino
commies, you're all the same. Again, notice I didn't throw in all Democrats.
Justin
There's some, you know, coal miners in
Dan Bongino
West Virginia who may be legacy Democrats from their parents.
Justin
They love America too. That's not these people, okay?
Dan Bongino
That's not these people.
Justin
Why are you so freaking stupid? How do you keep falling for this shit?
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
How?
Dan Bongino
I want to take a quick break, but I want to get to this first. This is really important. Cue up that Alicia Keys thing. Do you notice the overwhelming majority of entertainers out there? Hollywood singers, even a lot of country people? Ask John Rich. Johnny Rich. Ask John Rich, how many country singers have gone woke?
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
A lot.
Dan Bongino
Not all of them. But country, yes, even country singers.
Justin
These entertainers are morons. They don't know anything. And yet people take their political advice from people like Alicia Keys. Alicia, you're a great singer.
Dan Bongino
I don't deny your talent.
Justin
I can't sing at all.
Dan Bongino
And not even a little bit. You know, I'm off key, even with, like, bedtime lullabies. Okay, you're very talented.
Justin
You also know jack shit about politics.
Dan Bongino
And Jack left town.
Justin
So you're left with shit that you don't know anything. How do I know that? Because she advertises she doesn't know anything. She put this video together and being
Dan Bongino
praised by a bunch of liberals who chose stupid.
Justin
They chose stupid.
Dan Bongino
And she's like, oh, my Gosh, it's been 100 years and women still don't have right.
Justin
What rights do you not have? What? Dear women in the chat, Please enlighten me, Brother Dan, if you're a liberal
Dan Bongino
woman in the chat, your name is like, powwow chow or something. Or high cheekbones in the chat.
Justin
Whatever it is, enlighten me as to what rights women don't have, please. Now, if you're a moron and stupid as a choice, you listen to this idiot. You believe. You think because she's a good singer that she has any knowledge about anything else. I'm going to get into this in
Dan Bongino
a little bit with a clip here from Constantine kissing. This is the biggest mistake. Dopey liberals who choose stupid make ready. Ready. Write this down. They don't understand the granular effect of knowledge. I'll give you an extreme example. A brain surgeon who focuses on a specific area of the brain. This guy could be the world's preeminent brain surgeon. If you have a tumor in, you have, like, Wernicke's area, whatever, you go to this guy, Dr. Joey Bag of Donuts.
Justin
If you need knee surgery, you don't go to this guy.
Dan Bongino
He's never done it.
Justin
But he's a surgeon. He's brilliant. He's got an IQ of 4,000. He's never done knee surgery. He doesn't know anything about it. I got a friend, he's an orthodontist.
Dan Bongino
Many of you know who he is? One of my best buds, man.
Justin
I asked him one time, could you do a root canal? Still? He goes, dude, I haven't done a root canal since I got out of medical school or Dental School 25 years ago.
Dan Bongino
The answer is no.
Justin
But you're a dentist. But he's the best orthodontist around.
Dan Bongino
Knowledge is granular. Alicia Keys may know a ton about playing the piano.
Justin
She doesn't know shit about the Constitution,
Dan Bongino
as evidenced by this video. Check this out.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
You know that it's been a hundred years since the Equal Rights Amendment was first introduced, and now, still, women don't have an explicit guarantee to equal rights under the US Constitution. Can you believe that? I couldn't even believe that was real. I mean, women are not asking for special rights, just equal rights.
Justin
Any comment? Has she never heard of the equal protection?
Dan Bongino
I can't with these idiots, Chad.
Justin
I love when she goes, like.
Dan Bongino
Do you see the part, Justin, at the end where she goes. I can't believe this, man.
Justin
You can't believe it because it's not true. You can't believe because it's. It. Why? You can't believe because there's no such thing. You didn't exist. Well, yeah. Nobody. What was that from? Oh, yes. Frank Fugazi. 88.
Dan Bongino
I remember 8. 8.
Justin
Frank Fugazi's. We haven't done a shout out to
Dan Bongino
Fugazi in a long time.
Justin
Fugazi's in the chat. Remember Fugazi?
Dan Bongino
8. 8. Trump flew the flag and it was assigned to Heil Hitler. I can't believe no one.
Justin
No one's talking about it because it's not real. You sweet stupid ass
Dan Bongino
Alicia Keys. I can't believe this, man.
Justin
Because it's not real. Oh, there it is. We haven't had that in a while. Tearing it up in the chat. This is bringing back memories of my pre FBI days, man. Fugazi.
Dan Bongino
Anita.
Justin
Anita, you still have the Fugazi head. Anita, in the chat.
Dan Bongino
Someone look out for Anita's car. Anita, just text me you still. We gave you the Fugazi head. But my last show before I left.
Justin
Yeah.
Dan Bongino
Anita, you got to get us that thing back for August 8th. It's Fugazi Day on the show. Can you.
Justin
Jasmine, you got to set that up. We need a full.
Dan Bongino
Anita, you could come here on 80. You know where the studio is. Come here and we'll do an honorary transfer back. What do you think?
Justin
What do you think? In the chat, McGroynes, we do a formal train. Can we do A ceremony like a fugazi transfer for zero. But listen, back to my point. You want to know why your liberal neighbors are so stupid? Because they don't understand the granular effect.
Dan Bongino
This chat's going crazy. I can see it out of corner my eye.
Justin
They don't understand the granular effect of knowledge. They think because your neighbor's a financial
Dan Bongino
advisor that he's good at changing your oil.
Justin
And then he forgets to put the oil plug back in the pan. Your engine seizes up. And what happened, dude? You made me so much money on financial advice, you know shit. You don't know anything about your engine.
Dan Bongino
Alicia Keys, a talented singer. Clearly she understands the constitution, equal rights, due process of.
Justin
No, she doesn't. She knows nothing. And that's why your stupid neighbor knows nothing too. Stupid is a choice.
Dan Bongino
Oh yeah, they do know. Women do not have to register for the US Draft Selective surge. Yeah, that's a special special right.
Justin
She doesn't even know that. She's never even thought to look that up. This is why I'm telling you with the Doomer Grifter psyops going on in the pretend fake Maga movement. That's not real. This is what they want.
Dan Bongino
They want you to believe because someone's
Justin
got a podcast or a show that all of a sudden they're an expert on criminal trial procedures.
Dan Bongino
This is how you get sucked into the liberal vortex of stupid. You know what guy's thinking right now? You know what else is stupid? I did do it for him. Not having your car insured.
Justin
That's stupid.
Dan Bongino
That's good, right? I was. Were you thinking that he was.
Justin
He was. Stupid's a choice. Kee just said that. You know what's really dumb?
Dan Bongino
Not having your car insured. Because
Justin
that's a bad choice.
Dan Bongino
That's what Kee's thinking.
Justin
P1s.
Dan Bongino
You get that? If you know ghee, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Hey, I rely on my car for everything. Commuting, quick errands, even those family getaways use it all the time. So when something's not working right, it's a huge problem. The last thing you need on your summer travel budget is spending all your vacation money on like a multi thousand dollar car repair you didn't expect.
Justin
It's a huge hassle.
Dan Bongino
Throws the whole routine out of balance. I've been there. You know what it's like? You hear a weird noise, you're like, here we go. You get the bill. You're like, there goes summer vacation. You don't need that. There's a way to stop that, however. Car Shield, we love this company with us a long time. Car Shield helps protect you from those surprise expenses. They've got 24. 7 roadside assistance, towing, even rental options so you're not stranded. You could take your car to an ASC certified mechanic nationwide. Justin
They've been doing this for over 20 years.
Dan Bongino
They cover over 2 million vehicles and people actually rate them highly, which matters to me, matters to us. Always has. Right now Car Shield. Car Shield. Car Shield is offering our listeners 20% off with the code bongino@carshield.com bongino here's the website carshield.com bongino protect yourself against unwanted and unexpected breakdowns. Don't let them ruin your day. Get covered with Car Shield. Drive with confidence. Go to carshield.com bongino use code bongino now for 20% off carshield.com bongINO thank you carshield. Some of you get the joke. There's no like set time for spots in the show, but if you're a regular listener, you know, like at around a 20 minute window, it's probably time to get one in. So when I go on, I'm in a mood like I am today. I'm in a really good mood today. Don't ask me why. I don't know. Gee's always gotta like put something in my ear like Dan, you know what would be a great idea? Reduce your anxiety. You look a little like go to car. Listen, please don't be an imbecile.
Justin
Stupid's a choice.
Dan Bongino
Being an imbecile is a choice. Believing in like the Egyptians plane theory and all this other stuff, this is all a choice. You don't have to take that choice. You can just ask for logic and reason and seek out, you know, true, you know, facts encompass true north direction.
Justin
You can do that.
Dan Bongino
Liberals, progressive, socialists and commies don't. I promise you anyone falling in this socialist trap. To the young people who listen to my show, who listen. I get it. You're early in your life. It sounds appealing. Government's going to give people free stuff. I'm not mad at you. I'm not one of these like another, ah, boomers, whatever. Boomers my ass. Like boo. I'm just a, you know, I live the life too, you know what I'm saying? But I get it's appealing to Listen to this stuff. But I can promise you this. Socialism promises you nothing more than broken promises. I said on Will Cain's excellent show on Fox yesterday, I hope you saw the appearance. Socialism has a 100% success rate of failing and I'm going to tell you why. And it's not complicated. Ladies and gentlemen, human beings are rational maximizers. Listen, beam in, missile lock. Okay? Super important. Human beings are rational maximizers. They are there and designed by nature to take care of themselves and their family first. There is no rational, logic based, reason based human being on planet Earth who is going to take care of their neighbor's kids before their own. There isn't. There is not. It doesn't happen. When people work to provide assets, money, food and housing for their family, they do not want to give those assets away to other people. They will make the sacrifice for a collective good and pay for police and fire because they know they can't pay for it by themselves.
Justin
But they're not going to give away
Dan Bongino
half their money and they're certainly not going to let the government take it all. That is why this thing always fails. People talk about sharing and socialism about sharing.
Justin
And if you have, if you wanted to do that so badly and sharing is such a popular great idea, then why does the government have to force it? Nationalize everything.
Dan Bongino
Here is the excellent, fantastic Secretary of State National Security Advisor Marco Rubio.
Justin
This video is from 2020.
Dan Bongino
It doesn't matter. It should be played again on loop right now. If anyone understands what socialism really is. The theft of your earned income, food, your home and everything by the government, it's Rubio, who grew up in the Cuban community in South Florida.
Justin
You think socialism is a great idea? Here's a challenge.
Dan Bongino
I put this out on Twitter once. Justin, how do you think this will work out? Dear Socialist, progressive liberals and commies.
Justin
Go down to a Cuban cafe in South Florida. I'm down in Miami a lot.
Dan Bongino
Sit down and tell people how much
Justin
you love Castro and socialism to bring security breakers. I don't want to be responsible. I don't want to be. Justin, am I right? Bring security.
Dan Bongino
I got some recommendations for you.
Justin
The only people love socialism are people don't know what it is or lie about it.
Dan Bongino
Here's Rubio about the promise of broken promises in socialism. Check this out.
Marco Rubio
Democratic socialism sounds benign, but at the core of democratic socialism is Marxism. And at the core of Marxism is this fake offer that if you turn over more of your individual freedom, we're going to provide you security. We're going to Provide you free health care. We're going to provide you free education. But the problem is that when they can't deliver on it, or when you're not happy with it, you don't get your freedoms back. And by freedoms, I don't just mean elections. I'm talking about the right to choose your own doctor, the right to make health care decisions for yourself. What your kids learn in school, what schools they go to, all that stuff you lose control over and you don't get it back just because the security they promised you didn't happen. So that's what we're on the verge of having to decide here in this country. It's a reason why people flee countries that have this stuff. It's a big deal for America, and I hope people start waking up to that reality. All right.
Dan Bongino
Anita texted me. She's in the Fugazi transfer.
Justin
He's not kidding. Ladies and gentlemen, even if you're a
Dan Bongino
liberal and you don't like Marco Rubio, that Ski's video today. Nice. They don't tell me that until the show comes up. I like that video, too. Even if you hate Rubio, you're a leftist, progressive, commie, fake socialist loser like Bernie Sanders making powwow chow with Liz.
Justin
Hey, howdy. You want a beer? Pants on the beer. Remember that dumb video? Remember Elizabeth Warren? Hey, how do you want fake phony, freaking fraud losers millionaire Bernie Sanders?
Dan Bongino
What does he got, like, three houses?
Justin
Why do you fly private jets? I don't want to sit with the losers on the line. What the. Remember that video we played yesterday? Watch yesterday's show, Bret Bear. Hey, Bernie, you're fighting the oligarchy flying around the country in private jets. What do you think, I'm going to sit there with the smelly people on the line in the airport? What? But, bro, you're fighting the oligarchy on a private jet. Stop being stupid and falling for these losers. At least Rubio is sincere. Go back to my point I made before. Now there he is, this dipshit. I don't want to sit on the line with the losers. Rubio has experience. Rubio is the neurosurgeon I talked about
Dan Bongino
before who's actually operated on like Broca's area.
Justin
He understands the brain of socialism because he lives and was raised in the Cuban community that were raised in the horrors of socialism. Why would you listen to this old white dude and his fake Indian Pocahontas powwow Chow friend who have no freaking idea what socialism is about. He flies on private jets and he's a millionaire. Does that not bother you? I'm a Bernie, bro. You're an idiot, bro. You're an imbecile, bro. Knowledge is granular. Why does socialism not work? Because government has absolutely no idea what
Dan Bongino
you need or want.
Justin
There's a knowledge problem in socialism. It's been described by Friedrich Hayek, Joseph Schumpeter, the great thinkers Thomas Sowell, Milton Friedman, Walter Williams, great economic thinkers of our time and a time past. Adam Smith. A sharing economy doesn't work, ladies and gentlemen, because people don't by nature want to share outside of like charity. And Maybe you give 5% of your income away. People do not want to give away their stuff to someone else. They just don't. You can live with it or you
Dan Bongino
can get burned by it.
Justin
Even if you wanted to do that. And you give your stuff to the goal, your stuff you believe in social.
Dan Bongino
Here's all my stuff. My money, my car, my computer.
Justin
The government doesn't even know who needs it. Because the government is by nature stupid. It has a knowledge problem. There's no incentive for the government to get to know you.
Dan Bongino
Here's Constantine kissing in a fantastic video bookmarked this part of the show. This guy really understands the horrors of socialism. Why, this is a really great show. I want you to listen to him explain the knowledge problem a little more eloquently than I just did. This is why government, no matter how many high IQ people work in government, will always be dumber. I'll take 1,000 plumbers over anyone in the government any day of the week. They're much smarter than the idiots in the bureaucracy. Check this out.
Constantine Kisin
Statistically speaking, a lot of people are stupid. Yeah, right. It's like George Carlin who I mentioned earlier. He had a joke about this. He said think how stupid the average person is. Now imagine half of them are even more stupid than that. Right? But nonetheless, you have to also recognize that just because someone doesn't have an IQ of 150 and a PhD does not mean that they're incapable of knowing the circumstances of their own life better than you. You don't need to have a high IQ or university education to know that your wages are being driven down because lots of low skilled people have come from another country who are now doing the same job as you. You don't have to be super clever to do that. So just because people don't talk well or, or even if they're not actually that clever, does not mean that their opinion is invalid. Their opinion may well Be more valid than yours. If they're talking about something in which they have actually a direct stake, they have skin in the game.
Justin
Thank you, Constantine. Kissing. Give me the.
Dan Bongino
You know, a roughneck or a wildcat or in a Pennsylvania natural gas field, anywhere in that whole Marcellus play up there.
Justin
I want to hear from them about
Dan Bongino
the natural gas business.
Justin
I don't want to hear from Bernie Sanders. You think Bernie said, oh, natural gas. What's that? It comes out of my ass. No, bro, that's with natural. You know, natural gas, hydraulic fracturing. You fracture, rock the gas. Why would I listen to powwow chow? She doesn't even know how to cook powwow chow. She just made that up. She's not even an expert on that. I'm going to go to a chef. I know a chef. He's a really good guy. I'm going to ask him to cook up the powwow chow. He's not even Indian. I'm not going to ask this woman because she's not an Indian either.
Dan Bongino
This show is really off the rails. I mean, I'm sorry. I'm in a mood today. Well, I'm not really sorry, but this
Justin
guy, Robert Reich, you want him? Remember this dude with the video about how great Social Security is? So great it's a.
Dan Bongino
It's going bankrupt. It's awesome.
Justin
So what happens when you give your money to idiots in the government? You want to see two morons? Here's two liberal progressive socialist commies, all the same thing. Here they are debating each other, not
Dan Bongino
even debating each year, kissing each other's ass, basically, about the just wonderful benefits and gifts of socialism, how fantastic socialism is.
Justin
But I want you to pay attention
Dan Bongino
before this little video drop here. This is
Justin
the limitation of socialism, is
Dan Bongino
what I said to you before. People do not want to share their stuff with other people. They want to take care of their own families first.
Justin
Period.
Dan Bongino
End of story. It's not hard to figure out, okay, if liberals really wanted to share their
Justin
stuff, they'd share it.
Dan Bongino
And they don't. Liberals do everything they can to avoid paying taxes. Just go look up the Clintons and all the liberals with tax problems. Just put up liberals who've had tax problems. Ask anyone.
Justin
Here's these two arguing with each other about our socialism. It's. It's just great. It's just social. It's just like sharing and then nothing. But seconds later, they go, let's just nationalize.
Dan Bongino
Nationalize it.
Justin
If everybody wanted to share everything, why would you need to nationalize it? Because people don't want to share their stuff with the government. That's why you have to steal it. Or nationalize it. Means giving it up to the nation state. That's what that means. These two idiots, they don't even understand that, oh, it's nothing but sharing. But then when you don't want to share, we'll just steal it. Because nobody wants to share. Great video.
Dan Bongino
For all the wrong reasons. Check this out.
Justin
The opposite of socialism is Margaret Thatcher saying, there is no society. So that's what I wanted to do, a book and I wanted to call it, you know, Putting the Social Back into Socialism. Ah, it's like lose the ism. It's like the isms are always the Judy ism. It's like once it's an ism, you're fucked.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
Right?
Justin
You know, it's locked down. But once it's just, you know, social media. That sounds fine to me. Do you want to be social? Yeah, let's be social. So let's meet your neighbors, share shit with them.
Dan Bongino
What's crazy is you hear socialism and you immediately think of a college class or a book you have to read.
Justin
It's really easy.
Dan Bongino
Yeah, it's like, tax the rich, including me. Nationalize key industries. Nationalize health care. And that's kind of it.
Justin
Holy Moses.
Dan Bongino
How are people falling for this dumb ass bullshit?
Justin
Does that guy on the left,
Dan Bongino
whatever, everything's backwards in a mouth.
Justin
The dude with the red shirt, does he not realize he just contradicted himself in the same interview? The one guy's like, yeah, bro, socialism. Share with your neighbor. You can do that, Bro. Bro, you can do. What's that guy's name? Doug. Bag of donuts or something? One guy's Doug, one guy's Adam.
Dan Bongino
I don't even care.
Justin
Don't even.
Dan Bongino
It doesn't matter.
Justin
Dougie. Hey, Dougie. Doug, you can share your shit. Why don't you just do it? Why do you need us to tell you? Go do it?
Dan Bongino
Jasmine, we give money to charity, right?
Justin
Yeah. Why do we do it? We force. Jasmine, has the Martin County Sheriff ever
Dan Bongino
threatened to arrest us for not give. No, he has not.
Justin
Correct. So why do we do it?
Dan Bongino
Because it's a good thing to do. Jasmine, she's like, it's good to see you hard. She's such a nice lady. Jed. I have a negative boner, but I never see anything like it.
Justin
Why do the liberals eat? You love government. It's like charity, it's great. Government's a benevolent force in your life. You said you Told us big government is good. I love big government. Big bear hug for big government. Sharing is caring. We do just like Fat Barney the dinosaur. Look like that guy in a video. Fat Barney. Go get Fat Barney. Share your shit, Dougie. Doug. Dougie, just share your shit. No one's stopping you. But you won't, and the other guy knows it, so notice how he says,
Dan Bongino
oh, just nationalize everything.
Justin
Why would you need to nationalize it? If socialism is so great and you can share stuff, why?
Dan Bongino
Why would you need that? Why would you need to do that?
Justin
Let me tell you something.
Dan Bongino
I don't even share a lot of stuff with my own crew here.
Justin
I got these protein bars in the
Dan Bongino
fridge, and you know where I'm going with this, right?
Justin
And I'm dead serious, because they're mine. And they're very specific. Jasmine wrote on the box, for Dan only. I'm sorry, they're mine. You want your protein, you can buy your own. What am I, a mean guy? Maybe. Well, I pay these guys. They work here. I don't need you to eat my freaking protein bars. At least I'm not a hypocrite. I'm a capitalist. I bought my own protein bar. You could buy your own, too, Dougie. Doug. Doug a. Doug. Just share your shit. Share it, bro. Nobody's stopping you. Why do you need the other guy, Barney the dinosaur to your right there? Why do you need him to tell you to nationalize it? Because you're all full of shit.
Dan Bongino
Young men and ladies out there. I told you I love you guys. I get it, how people fall for this stuff.
Justin
I'm not mad at you. Nobody should be mad at you. We're all. When you're young, you're like, you got a big heart.
Dan Bongino
You want to help people.
Justin
I love that about you.
Dan Bongino
I love that you think government is charity. I don't like the connection, but I
Justin
like the fact that you are really
Dan Bongino
seeking a better tomorrow. Unfortunately, you think government's the answer when it's actually a curse.
Justin
Government is just stealing your stuff and
Dan Bongino
flushing it down a toilet bowl and making people's lives miserable. You financing it is making people's lives miserable.
Justin
And that's why liberals do everything they
Dan Bongino
can to hire accounts and not pay more taxes. Because they quietly know, despite telling you publicly, that government's the answer to all your problems, that government's actually the cause of all your problems.
Justin
Let's share.
Dan Bongino
Dougie, share your stuff, bro. Send us the receipts.
Justin
Take a TikTok video a little bit. Haley can help you.
Dan Bongino
She's great on TikTok. She does all these crazy videos. I'm like, it's awesome. Whatever.
Justin
Haley, come over and film me. Go over to your neighbor Sherry. It's Carrie. Bring fat Barney the dinosaur with you. Go over, take that dude next to you, share all your shit. Be like, hey, neighbor. Hey, Johnny Smith. It's Dougie bag of donuts. I'm here with a big sack of cash.
Dan Bongino
Why?
Justin
Because it's all about sharing. The neighbor's going to be like, thanks, asshole. Take your money. Wait, what do you share with me? I share with you. You were dumb enough to give me your money, moron. Why do you think we have contract
Dan Bongino
law in the United States?
Justin
The answer is because if you give people, not all, but many people, the opportunity to F you over in a deal, they will. And you think, oh, we're just going to share it?
Dan Bongino
Yeah, okay. How do you idiots on the left keep falling for this?
Justin
You want to know how you. Why your kids?
Dan Bongino
A lot of you out there are very concerned. I get this email. Gosh, if I got one of these, I've gotten a thousand. Dan, a lot of people have emails from the old day, but we still get some of them. I get this a lot. People say, dan, I'm sending my kid to college. What do I do? Folks, I got to tell you, I don't like to bring things up. I don't have a good answer for you. I have an answer, but not a good one.
Justin
You have got to
Dan Bongino
drill into their heads before they get there. What they call, like the British debating. You know, the British debating method is, I think it's called that one when you're debating someone and you tell the audience in advance what the guy or woman you're debating is going to say. You're like, my opponent here is a liberal, and they're going to say that the rich don't pay any taxes. However, if you look at the number of taxes, the percentage the richest 1% of Americans pay, 38.4% of the tax, Then what happens?
Justin
The dumb ass on the other side of stage who's about to say, liberals,
Dan Bongino
excuse me, wealthy people don't pay any taxes.
Justin
Can't say it because you just defused
Dan Bongino
it before the bomb went off. That is the only way to protect your kids against the rages of psychopathy in academia. You have to tell them.
Justin
You're going to be told this.
Dan Bongino
You're going to be told, the United States is a uniquely horrible country. We're the only country to do this. We're.
Justin
We Take we're an imperial, we're an empire.
Dan Bongino
Here's the right answer. It's the only way. It's work, but it's the only way it work with my daughter. Thankfully, she goes to a pretty good school. It's the only way or else you're going to see this. This was a, it was a hat tip I saw. This was put together. This is a montage of headlines about academia I saw yesterday on X. I
Justin
just want you to see some of this. This is what your kids are walking into. You want to know why your kids
Dan Bongino
think the religion of socialism that has killed, murdered and starved hundreds of millions of people and is completely contradictory to every facet of human nature still sticks with young kids. This is what they're look at these headlines. USC professor calls for a Holocaust against White People professor behind White Genocide Tweet says he has university support Rutgers Lecturer tweeted about shooting white people. This goes on, by the way, forever. We got to take these mother efforts out. John Eric Williams Trinity College Professor Whiteness is terrorism, folks. This goes on and on and on. It is your job to use the debating method I told you about and interdict these bullshit, dangerous, destructive talking points before they make your way into your kids neuronal matter and start to calcify in the brain. It's your job. I did it with my kids. I do it every day, every opportunity I have to tell my oldest daughter and my youngest daughter and teach them a lesson about government theft, the dangers of government, the dangers of centralized power. I take it you should too. Look at these.
Justin
This goes to folks, this goes on.
Dan Bongino
Was the X account with this.
Justin
Because you can look at this too. This thing goes on forever.
Dan Bongino
You think, oh, those are just five headlines. There's like a hundred headlines in this thing.
Justin
This is what your kids are walking into.
Dan Bongino
Whiteness is terrorism. We got to take those motherfuckers out. China, stop. It's not really working too well. Sorry. All right, let me take a quick break because I do want to talk. I had mine the show today about the Trump accounts. I just want to tell you quick while the Madison I got to get into the Supreme Court thing because there's something people are missing. There is a case out there that kind of like given the birthright citizenship and everything else, it slid under the radar. But it's a really important case. This is what I warned you about during my time there at the FBI about surveillance technology. The founders, the founding fathers never saw this stuff coming. He's still going this stuff by the way this is, how crazy this is.
Justin
Hey, let me tell you something.
Dan Bongino
When you sign your insurance policy for some brokers, that's it. That's the finish line. You get a handshake, they get their commission. Everybody's done well. That's not how your business runs. They only hear from them again when it's time for renewal. That's no good. Your business runs all year, right? And so do the gaps and so do the risks. You need people who are there for you year round.
Justin
That's why I'm introducing you to Super Sure.
Dan Bongino

Paid for by Super Sure Insurance Agency LLC, a licensed insurance agency. See super sure.combongino thank you super sure. So I want to get to this quick because the Trump accounts came out yesterday and ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be. I said this to you yesterday. Please. Red flags in the chat. I'm looking out of the corner of my eye. Flag it up in the chat. Mark yesterday's show. Mark the point today's show because I promise you I'm right on this. I got a good batting percentage on this. I'm telling you the left is going to lose their minds to soon about these Trump accounts flags. I see them there. The red flags stand right out. Why are they going to lose their minds?
Justin
The left is going to lose their
Dan Bongino
minds because now you have a bunch
Justin
of people who are going to be
Dan Bongino
fully invested in what the capitalist economy can do. And you're going to see it. And it's going to be as Constantine kissing before talked about. It's skin in the game. So, yes, there is a government component to this. There's no doubt about it. The government is going to subsidize some of these accounts. But what I would say to you is I would rather it all be private because then you have more skin in the game. Meaning you did it and you invest, however, because you're just giving money to the government to give to other people.
Justin
The system.
Dan Bongino
Now, Social Security, I know this offends some people. I'm sorry, I'm not seniors. I love you. You deserve everything you got. You built this country. You fought in World War II, fought in Vietnam. You grew up in a much harder country. Me and my grandmother grew up in my grandparents in the Great Depression. I love you. This is not a knock on anybody, please. I hate when people do ah, bail Mary's all this other shit.
Justin
I'm just telling you, like, you gave
Dan Bongino
your money to the government for Social Security and they spent it. That's just a fact. There's no money there. The IOUs are fake. They spend your money. It's a generational Ponzi scheme. It just is. And lying to people about it's not going to do any good. So at least now you have a system where the government doesn't control the money.
Justin
They give the money to these kids
Dan Bongino
when they're born and the money is in their account. They control it. The government can't touch it and spend it.
Justin
It's a positive step.
Dan Bongino
It's definitely a big leap forward from the old system where you give your money to the government and they just waste it and spend it on other stuff. Here's this guy, Mike Solano in a tweet talking about exactly how the libs are about to lose their mind. Because people on Social Security, who in
Justin
about 10 years are going to start
Dan Bongino
getting benefits decreases because the government spent all your money, and Even the fake IOUs are running out, are going to look at some of these younger kids in 10 years whose thousand dollars is compounded into 5 and 10 and others, and they're not even seniors yet, and they're going to be like, wow, if I just would have kept my own money, I would have done a lot better. Solano says the Trump accounts are not just an extremely cool nice to have, but potentially the answer to the boomer Social Security Ponzi. I really hope Democrats can abandon the TDS for however long it takes to educate their true believers about this opportunity. Mike, love you, but you know they won't. I think he's being sarcastic. You know they won't. Why would the Democrats get in on a program that would actually make these children money and guarantee their retirement? I thought that was the point of Social Security.
Justin
Please rewind to the beginning of the show.
Dan Bongino
Well, you can't right now because the show's live.
Justin
But if you're listening on demand, please
Dan Bongino
go back to the beginning. What did I say about the Democrats? They don't care about your retirement.
Justin
They don't care about Social Security. They care about power. Why does old school bankrupt Social Security? Why is that their hill to die on despite the fact the government could just give you you the money to keep yourself because they control it. Power, power, power, power. That's all they care about. They do not give a damn about you, your retirement, anything else. They care about controlling you. And the second the money you give
Dan Bongino
to the government taxes goes back to
Justin
you in a form of this thousand dollar payment to your child and you control it. The Democrats.
Dan Bongino
Democrats are about to. You want to talk about full diaper effect? Watch what happens when these accounts over 10, 15 years start to explode. They are going to go freaking bananas. And you know what's pissing them off
Justin
even more that all these fake phony
Dan Bongino
Democrats like Dougie Doug and Barney the dinosaur guy who say they want to share all their money with everyone.
Justin
They're not doing shit. I guarantee you he's not bringing bags
Dan Bongino
of money over to his neighbor to share with him. Why not? I thought you said it was all about sharing.
Justin
Yet you get free market guys like Michael Dell who owns Dell Computers, who yesterday's at the White house gives away $6.2 billion to kids he doesn't even know.
Marco Rubio
What?
Justin
What about fat dinosaur guy and Dougie Doug?
Dan Bongino
Dwight?
Justin
What are you laughing?
Dan Bongino
Why don't they do it? Why don't they give away $6 billion?
Justin
The answer is because they're phonies. They're fakes. Go buy a Dell computer.
Dan Bongino
I'm serious.
Justin
Six billion. Not million, folks. As I said on Will Kane show
Dan Bongino
yesterday, this is an Austin pat million
Justin
billion with a B. By any measure this is generous. I don't care how rich you are.
Dan Bongino
$6 billion to kids he doesn't even know.
Justin
Here's a minute.
Dan Bongino
Adele talking.
Justin
This drives liberals crazy because they told you all these free market capitalists are all greedy. Really?
Dan Bongino
When did you give away $6 billion?
Justin
When did Barney the fat dinosaur guy and Doug E. Dog give it away? The answer is never.
Dan Bongino
Check this out.
Michael Dell
You know, 42 years ago, I started a company in my Dorm room with $1,000. And today, every newborn American child will start their life with $1,000 invested in America's greatest companies, compounding for the future. But Susan and I didn't want the children that were born just before to be completely left out. So we are contributing $6.25 billion, 250 billion to 25 million eligible American children born between the ages of 2016 and 2024, invested in America's greatest companies for their future, for their tuition, for down payments, for startup capital, for a business. And to every business leader out there who hasn't already joined us, please join us.
Dan Bongino
I just want to say to Michael Dell, thank you. I have a couple Dell computers. I love them. Go buy a Dell. $6 billion, folks.
Justin
Hey, by the way, I want to.
Dan Bongino
I love the chat, but you guys are part of the show, too. You know, we don't take callers, but the chat's the call box, right?
Justin
D.J.
Dan Bongino
smith, 1960, I think it was looked that up. Guys, he made a comment. I just want to address it because it's really important because this is. Every time I bring up Social Security, I get some iteration of these exact, exact words. Dj, I'm not saying this. He commented in the chat, if you can find it, guys, put up on the screen. He said something like, dan, I love you, bro, but Social Security was not an option.
Justin
I know, I.
Dan Bongino
Guys, please listen. Serious missile lock here. Because I don't know what.
Justin
I'm not blaming you. I'm 51. I'm no spring chicken either. I have no. I'm not anticipating getting a Social Security check at all. However, I fully support. Listen to me. It is not your fault. You are correct.
Dan Bongino
It is not an option. It was a poorly designed program. Here it is.
Justin
D.J.
Dan Bongino
i won.
Justin
1960.
Dan Bongino
I got that right. D.J. smith, 1960. You were acting like we had a choice.
Justin
I am not. DJ Love you too, bro.
Dan Bongino
I mean it.
Justin
I am not. I've said the opposite, have I not? The government stole your money and spent it. I'm telling you, if we don't recognize the problem, you're going to go to the bank with no money. You can say all you want like, well, I gave the bank my money in a deposit. It's not there. We can fix the problem of the bank, or we can ignore it and all show up one day in a bank run and find out you get nothing. Dj, we can fix it. There's time. That's what Solano's tweet was about, that these thousand dollar accounts may take the pressure off future generations and may leave money hopefully to take care of seniors. Now we've got to fix it. You did have your money stolen. And we as a group of people are not going to let a group
Dan Bongino
of 70, 80 year old, 90 year old Americans.
Justin
Listen to me, DJ. Who busted their ass for America?
Dan Bongino
You guys, I don't know how old
Justin
you are, but you did. You grew up much harder than we did. We're not going to let you let
Dan Bongino
this, not you fail. We're not going to let the government fail you.
Justin
We're not. We're not.
Dan Bongino
There is a bipartisan consensus that we have to save this system somehow, period. I'm just simply passing on to you that there's a problem. If you choose to ignore it, you're just going to get kicked in the balls. I'm actually out there looking for solutions here.
Justin
This program is one of them.
Dan Bongino
Here's Jenny Johnson from Franklin Templeton on CNBC yesterday.
Justin
Ladies and gentlemen, the miracle of compound interest is real. You're gonna put this thousand dollars, if
Dan Bongino
you put $1,000 in there, if the government seeds it with a thousand and it's a lot of money, $1,000, let's be honest.
Justin
However, if you can spare it, and not just these Trump accounts, but any
Dan Bongino
investment account for kids, if you put $1,000 in there from the day they're born. I want you to listen to Jenny Johnson and Franklin Templeton. Simple math about what would happen to that money in contrast to the money they promised you with Social Security that they already spent. Listen to this.
Guest or Caller (possibly Vince Colonnace)
The most important investment decision a person can make is not, did you pick the right index, did you pick the right stock? It's getting in the market. And what the Trump account does is it broadens the capability of people to have access to the market. So let me put that in the power of compounding. If you invest $5,000 a year, $1,000 a year for 10 years at age 20, when you retire at 60, you will have more money than a person who starts to invest at age 30 and invest the same amount per year for 30 years. That's the power compounding. And so if you look at with the Trump accounts, we're now starting at birth and being able to compound, I think it's incredibly powerful. And then the second thing is actually what has made this country great, what's made this country great is that we have capital markets that fund innovation. We're the most innovative country in the world. And now we can broaden the participation and so that individuals will be able to look at it and say, hey, I'm an owner of that really exciting company. And I think that that right there is, you know, Success,
Dan Bongino
folks. Econ 101. You take $1,000 and invest it in a bunch of companies. Some may fail, the majority won't. That's why the United States economy keeps growing. You know, a lot of companies don't fail and go 101,000amillion X. If you invested in Amazon when they sold one book, you're up quite a bit. It's because people figure out ways to
Justin
take what we used to call in
Dan Bongino
psychology the spontaneous recombination of discriminated operants. That's a fancy way of saying creativity. Someone out there a long time ago figured out that if you move a wind turbine at a certain speed, you can generate an electrical current or with
Justin
just metal and the metal necessary for that and basically some wiring. Somebody figured the wiring and the metal are worth peanuts. They weren't nothing yet. Thousands of dollars a day of electricity are generated from what was almost worthless before your money. That whatever, say it cost $1,000 to
Dan Bongino
build a small wind turbine. Just throwing round numbers at probably more than that, but you get the point.
Justin
And then the thing generates $1,000 a day in electricity.
Dan Bongino
Again, just for the sake of round
Justin
numbers, your money is going to grow.
Dan Bongino
But Dan, I didn't invest in a company.
Justin
No, you invested in the market. That invested in the company. Instead of giving Social Security money to the government where they just go out and spend it, they're not investing in anything. This is the fix.
Dan Bongino
You control your money. That's the fix. I have to get to this. This is really important, folks. I was out. Supreme Court, massive rulings. I'm sitting out there for those. I didn't tell I was out. I took a little. I'm not a big island vacation guy. I didn't do a huge weekend update yesterday because I had a lot to get to. I like history, I like taking tours. But, you know, not some of the people I go with, they're cool with it. They like it too, but they like the beach. So we went down the Bahamas. Beautiful place. Thank you to the country. Great host. You know, we're down at harbor island. Was amazing. Ran into a bunch of people. But I'm sitting there on, on this boat, like kind of chilling a little bit.
Justin
And all these Supreme Court cases are happening.
Dan Bongino
I'm like how are you not on the air?
Justin
I swear I wanted to do like an emergency show from my phone but I thought it'd be a little weird
Dan Bongino
even have like a shirt for it, you know. So all this stuff went down first. Just a quick clip cuz I want to give you some thoughts on this mail in balloting. It's really important. There's and it relates to the soccer game as a mail in balloting with the soccer game. It does. Here's a quick Fox clip. Many of you know we lost this case. Five, four. I think this was the second. It was a bad, the second worst decision. The birthright citizenship was just terrible. It's a national security problem. Check this out. U.S. supreme Court A decision is now in on a challenge led by Republicans to late arriving ballots in elections.
Haley Caradilla
This is not a win for Republicans who are challenging this. Mississippi has a state law which allows ballots to be counted mail in ballots after election day. If they come in, they're postmarked and meet the state requirements. But is a 5, 4 loss for Republicans. In an interesting cobbling together of who wrote on this, Justice Barrett wrote the opinion. Justice Rob Roberts joined her along with Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson. So those five stuck together on this. The dissent comes from Justice Alito. Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh join him. And essentially what the majority said is that these federal statutes setting election day don't prescribe or they don't stand in conflict with states that want to say okay, we have a procedure to count ballots after election day. Justice Alito, writing for the dissent, says today's decision is inconsistent with the term of the election day statutes, contemporary election law principles, two centuries of historical practice and the case law on the question presented.
Dan Bongino
So folks, there's an obvious problem with this ruling now that creates almost a semi perpetual election day. Number one, our Constitution specifies an election day, not an election season.
Justin
And secondly, you don't need to be a lawyer.
Dan Bongino
Again, the knowledge is granular effect.
Justin
However, in this case it's fairly obvious
Dan Bongino
that the majority in the case that ruled that these mail in ballots don't have to come in by election day said, well, the election's not over on election day. It's over when voting is complete.
Justin
Folks, voting is complete when the people
Dan Bongino
who designed the contest that is elections say it's complete.
Justin
Correct. What does that have to do with the soccer game? I saw this.
Dan Bongino
I mean think of this as morning, it's like 10 minutes before the show I'm doing my air squats.
Justin
20 this morning.
Dan Bongino
I felt good. As you can tell, I'm in a mood.
Justin
And I see on Twitter they're like, the U.S. soccer team didn't lose.
Dan Bongino
I'm like, really? I watched the game. It was 4:1. They're like, Nah, L.A. still counting.
Justin
I'm like, ha, that's a good one. But then I'm thinking, like, the Supreme Court ruling is the same thing, right? Why is the soccer game over? Because FIFA has said after 90 minutes
Dan Bongino
plus extra time, which, by the way, nobody knows. It's like, this is a total Nate Bargacky tweet somewhere or segment on snl.
Justin
How do you know how much extra time? I don't know.
Dan Bongino
I think they just guess.
Justin
However, there is an extra time limit. Like, that's over. And once it's done, it's done. So the game's over. There's no LA Seattle recount. That's it. Game's done. There's no extra, extra time. The game is complete and the contest is over when the rules say it's over. The rules say election day. That's when it's over. They lawyer this thing to death.
Dan Bongino
It's over when voting is complete.
Justin
Okay, what if I want to vote two months later? What if I change my mind? No, seriously, what if I change my mind? You know what I don't like?
Dan Bongino
Nazi tattoo guy who was caught spanking his in the porta john.
Justin
I don't like. I don't like that he got caught again.
Dan Bongino
He was at a. He was at a concert and I caught him. Oh, my God.
Justin
What are you doing in there?
Dan Bongino
So I'm occupied.
Justin
I want to change my vote. You. You. That's fine.
Dan Bongino
Vote.
Justin
The contest rules say you can.
Dan Bongino
We have a contest going on. We have rules. Voting is complete when the contest rules say it's complete on election day. Birthright citizenship disaster, folks. What's to stop a bunch of Communist party CCP members from taking a cruise ship over illegally, like, docking at an American port while they're all pregnant, having their children there while the jersey.
Justin
And then all of a sudden you've got a bunch of anchor babies on. Keep in mind, this is not about
Dan Bongino
the birthright citizenshipship case, despite what liberals want to tell you. This is not about US citizens, people in the country legally.
Justin
That's not what this is about. It's about political versus territorial jurisdiction. It is ridiculous to suggest anyone born here under any circumstances, at any time,
Dan Bongino
outside of, like, diplomats and that they're
Justin
all of a sudden Given citizenship to
Dan Bongino
the country and all the benefits.
Justin
It's outrageous.
Dan Bongino
One more I wanted to talk about though, was this geo fencing rule. I warned you about this when I came back from the if be ever see Point Break was that give me two thinking of that. I'm getting hungry. This geofencing thing, I bet you, you probably, you probably think I'm like against this, right? So put up that Wall Street Journal article, if you would. The Supreme Court ruled that if you're going to put a basically geofence around, that there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. In other words, if your cell phone number is around where a bank is robbed, that there should be some kind of judicial process before everybody gets roped into it. You're probably thinking, oh well, you were a law guy, lawman or whatever. You probably are against. No, I think having to get a warrant is a great idea. I know it's going to create a process. But folks, I don't think the founders planned for all this technology. If they would, they would have invented it themselves at some point. There's got to be a limit on what government can do before they find out where you are.
Justin
Well, he's in public anyway.
Dan Bongino
Yeah, but he's not in public with a surveillance device.
Justin
That's different.
Dan Bongino
I support that. This surveillance technology is getting very dangerous. There have got to be very good, strong, prescribed.
Justin
No one's saying, by the way, you
Dan Bongino
can't get a geofence around to find out what cell phones are in the area. Bankers rob.
Justin
You just got to go to a court and say why it's not hard.
Dan Bongino
Finally, the unitary executive. Thankfully. Great call by the Supreme Court on this one. The FTC ruling, folks, the president can hire and fire. He wants. Federal Reserve got a pass on this. I don't know why that happened. I don't think there's particularly special. However, a landmark decision could transform the government. Supreme Court voted to allow Trump to remove a Democrat mayor of the FTC for policy reasons.
Justin
Yeah, no kidding. The president is the chief executive. Imagine being the chief executive, the CEO
Dan Bongino
of a company that sells like fat Barney costumes. And you got a guy one time who makes the Barney the wrong color or something.
Justin
You got to fire these people. What kind of CEO can't fire his people?
Dan Bongino
This was common sense. So we're back to their powers vested in the president. Unitary executive theory. And that's a good thing. That was a good ruling. So I wanted a comment while I was away on vacation, but I really didn't have the proper attire for it at all totally unprepared. That's why I wasn't on Fox last week either. They'd asked me. I'm like, damn it. I don't even have anything. Hope you saw me on Will Cain yesterday. We have the comment of the day. You guys pick. Who is it today? I'd rather have the government invest in
Justin
children than invested in learing center goo. Who picked that one?
Dan Bongino
Was that guy who?
Justin
Josh. Good job, Josh.
Dan Bongino
Well done. Comment of the day.

Through fiery rants, guest clips, and sharp analogies, Bongino draws a consistent contrast between free, responsible individuals and the power-hungry, hypocritical elite.
