We keep talking about it. I'm gonna, I'm gonna show you some video footage that further justifies why we. But to remind people the Insurrection act is a law that is about as old as the United States itself. We've had it forever. And it allows the President of the United States to deploy the military, yes, the military, in order to restore order to our streets. It's as simple as that. We send. We send the military in, we arrest the bad guys, and we make the cities peaceful again. The Insurrection Act, I keep telling everybody it's been invoked 30 times in American history. A lot of presidents have used it. Most recently 1992. That was the last time. That was George H.W. bush during the LA riots at the request of then California Republican Governor Pete Wilson. But historically, Democrats have opposed. Democrat governors have often opposed the Insurrection act being used. And, well, it didn't matter to the American people. They said, send in the troops anyway. And order was restored oftentimes because racist Democrat governors were trying to prevent the law from being enforced. Well, I hate to tell you, we have a supremacy clause, we have a Constitution, we have a President of the United States, and we have the American voter, all of whom have made very clear the Insurrection act is legit. And for those of you who, who think of, we might. Might hear this and think of that Latin phrase Posse Comitatus about the idea that the military can't be used domestically. Well, this is the exception. This is the exception. From the very founding of our country, we've had the Insurrection Act. And it, it is that. That limited but important exception where the military is actually allowed to be used in this way entirely legally, entirely constitutionally. And at this moment, it makes a lot of sense, a lot of sense to do that. In fact, it makes so much sense that one of the guys who is famous for his sensibility has come out and said, yeah, I support that too. Elon Musk, overnight joining the chorus, joining you and me calling for the. The invocation of the Insurrection Act. Now, here's what he says. Time to invoke the Insurrection Act. Yeah, he's the latest. He's the latest. He's responding here to a post from Insurrection Barbie, who says, here's some Fun facts echoing what I just told you. The Insurrection act has been invoked 30 times by 17 different presidents. In fact, 37% of American presidents have invoked the Insurrection Act. It was invoked to deal with rebellions and uprisings, including armed groups that openly defy federal law, state or local authorities who could not or would not enforce federal law, violence or organized resistance threatening the authority of the federal government. And courts were blocked and taxes couldn't be collected or officials were attacked, which is why the Insurrection act was invoked. In fact, the Insurrection act was also invoked in order by Ronald Reagan in order to stop a prison riot in Georgia. So yeah, the Insurrection Act's been used a lot. And as insurrection Barbie says, look, I described, I just described Minnesota. I just described Minnesota. Yeah, that's exactly what's going on in Minnesota. We have an insurrection on our hands. And one more thing. I saw Adam on this issue. I saw Adam Kinzinger crying, Adam Kinzinger, fake Republican, saying that, oh, the Insurrection act can only be used to augment the state resources. In other words, that the, that the states themselves, if they need help, like Pete Wilson did in 1992, they could just send a request to the federal government. And that's why the Insurrection act would be invoked. No, no, no, that's not what this is. That is a condition by which it could happen. But no, it's in the face of a full blown insurrection at the hands of a Democrat governor, or any governor for that matter. But it's only Democrats who have ever done this at the hands of a Democrat governor like Tampon. Tim Walls. Yeah. You can invoke the Insurrection act and send in the troops. I've been getting a lot of questions about this. People are people. What does it, what does it do? How does it work? Why would it even change anything? Well, I think deploying the Marines. So let's do that, shall we? Elon Musk is calling for that as well now. So that's fun. That's interesting. We've got some new information about what exactly went down now two nights ago as an ICE officer was attempting to make an arrest of an illegal alien from Venezuela. We found out a lot more from Bill Malusian, who as I understand it, Bill was. Bill's should be already on the ground in Minneapolis. He was traveling there yesterday. Decided, you know what, I'm going to go get, I'm going to get a frontline view of the insurrection and report on it. Good for Bill. Here's what Bill tells us about the illegal aliens multiple who are attacking that ICE officer this week, which led to riots on Wednesday night, by the way, as the left lied about the circumstances. DHS released the names in the backgrounds of all three of the illegal aliens they say attacked that ICE agent in Minneapolis Wednesday, leading to that shooting. All are Venezuelan illegals. They were all caught and released at the border by the Biden administration. That's right. President Otto Penn bringing even more illegals into the country who would go on to assault federal law enforcement. Thanks. Joe Biden, per dhs. Julio Cesar Sosa Celis, a criminal illegal from Venezuela, previously convicted for driving without a license and arrested for two counts of giving a false name to a peace officer. Oh. Fraud was the subject of a targeted enforcement operation. This was the guy they were going after. He was released by Minnesota authorities before ICE could even lodge a detainer. Sosa Salis illegally entered the United States in August of 2022. That was under Joe Biden. And then Alfredo Alejandro Ahorna, an illegal alien from Venezuela, illegally entered the US May of 23 under Biden. After he failed to show up for his immigration hearing, he was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge. We call that due process. Gabrielle Alejandro Hernandez Ledesma, a criminal illegal from Venezuela, illegally enters in the US in May of 23 under Biden. The Biden administration marks this illegal alien as a non enforcement priority. And for those of you watching rumble.com Vince there are the mug shots of the scumbags. You can see all of them. And these are the guys. As one of them flees that ICE officer who's looking to take them into custody, then crashes the vehicle, takes off on foot. The ICE officer tackles him and they get into a physical scuffle. As he's trying to take him into custody, two of these other ghouls, they come flying out of their apartment that they're living in in Minnesota and they begin striking the officer with a broom handle and a snow shovel. That would be assault with a deadly weapon, by the way. The officer fires his gun, shoots one of the illegals in the leg. All of the illegals escape into the house and try and barricade themselves inside. You know the rest. Everybody gets taken into custody and. And that's the story. But now we know they're all illegal aliens. In case you were wondering, it wasn't just like some random strangers who decided to intervene. A couple of white lib ladies who came running out with snow shovels to hit the ICE officer. Although that would not shock me if that was the sequence. No, these were all three Venezuelan illegals attacking ICE officers. And meanwhile, Tim Walls and Jacob Fry pretend like everything is fine, like nothing like this is happening to begin with. So, you know, in case you're wondering. So that was the predicating event. That was the event that lit the fuse as the left immediately lied about the assault on that ICE officer. Acting like ICE officers, just gunning down American citizens in cold blood, running around shooting children or something. These are the lies that they're telling over on Blue sky and anywhere else these radicals are getting their information. And what are they motivated to do? Well, the Washington. Excuse me. Yeah, the Washington Free Beacon. That's the great, the great website I'm going to refer to now. The Washington Free Beacon has a brand new piece of information up on this subject. And they say that the anti ICE organizations that are in the state are now openly advocating for, quote, militancy as Tim Walls encourages resistance. The Free Beacon reports Minnesota Ice Watch is declaring that time is ripe to embrace militancy. Militancy. I don't know, is there a way to interpret that as some sort of like, call to free speech or. These are about our protest rights? I don't, I don't think so. Pretty certain when you use the word militancy, you're, you're literally encouraging revolution, armed revolution against the lawful authorities of our country. Minnesota Ice Watch, you'll remember. Minnesota Ice Watch is the group that Renee Good was a part of. She was parked in the middle of the street trying to obstruct ICE officers. They gave her multiple minutes of warnings to get out of the street. They eventually approached the vehicle and she decides to drive her car directly into an ICE officer. He has to open fire to defend himself, his fellow ICE officers. She dies as a result of her own actions. And that, of course, started more rioting earlier this week. So we've had, we've had a lot of craziness going on in Minneapolis. We have to keep covering it because every day there's more of it. The ICE Watch group, at the center of the unruly demonstrations gripping Minneapolis is urging its supporters to, quote, embrace militancy. Militancy and escalate their demands by any means necessary. Ladies and gentlemen, you've heard this phrase before. By any means necessary. This is, this is what the Marxists are constantly using, these radical lefties all across our country. They'll use this phrase. In fact, they'll even inscribe it using spray paint on the side of, of buildings. They'll, they'll, they'll tag them, will write B A m n by any means necessary. In other words, up to and including murder, in order to achieve our demented agenda. By any means necessary. Hours later, Minnesota Governor Tim Walls also encouraged residents to resist ice. He accused the agency of carrying out a campaign of organized brutality. Minnesota ICE Watch, which describes itself as an autonomous collective documenting and resisting against ice, police and all colonial militarized regimes. Colonial? What are you, idiot? You live in the United States of America, or at least many of you do. And now you're protecting illegal aliens who are invading the country. Talk about colonial. What the hell is this? It's incoherent, it's low iq, and, man, there's a lot of people who are falling for it. They shared an Instagram post on Wednesday teaching agitators how to relay information on police and or fascist activity at demonstrations. We, within the belly of this imperial beast, faced a turning point. The post said, after seven full months during which our protests have utterly failed to slow the gears of the war machine. Yeah, they failed because they're feckless and stupid and. And of course, ICE has to enforce the law. There is nothing left to do but escalate, they say, but escalate. And by the way, by the way, there is nothing left to do but escalate is italicized. The Free Beacon says that emphasis is theirs. It's in their Instagram post. Nothing left to do but escalate. The time is ripe to embrace militancy on the ground, both to keep ourselves safer and as a demonstration of our commitment to the words by any means necessary. Okay, I don't think we need to see anything else. This is where the FBI goes in. Just arrest every one of these people. I mean, if the goal, as you declare, is to wage an insurrection against the United States. Okay, fine. You're running a foul federal law. Arrest these people. And by the way, in the process, invoke the Insurrection Act. I've been calling for it. Now Elon Musk has joined the calls. Let's do it. Please. They're calling for militancy. And Tim Walls, of course, not helping anything. He. Earlier this week, he was doing that. That stupid address to the people of Minnesota, telling them to. What is it? Get in the faces of ICE officers. Little Maxine Water style. Accosting. Accost a bunch of ICE officers. Get in their faces. Film them so you can capture all of their criminality. Meanwhile, it's the camera wielders who are embracing criminality and militancy. In the words of ICE Watch, which just got Renee Good killed. So if anybody is a part of that ICE watch group who somehow bumps into this video or this audio, let me just remind you how this goes. If you engage in militancy, that's how you get dead. That's. Renee Good is kind of a dying example of the militancy you're talking about. She. She drove her vehicle directly into an ICE officer, so now she's dead. Those were her actions that led to that. By the way, speaking of Renee Good, you know, she was never actually married to that. That woman, Becca Rebecca. She wasn't married at all to that lady. For a million reasons, including. Marriage is actually a sacrament. It's not. It's not. It's not actually an institution of the state at all. It's designed to be a religious sacrament. But it turns out as. As a lot of. As a lot of you are aware, they're not married. Like, everyone's like, oh, it's her wife. It's not. That's a lie. No, no. You know whose marriage was authentic? Well, not as. Not as a religious sacrament, certainly, but as far as the state was concerned, Ilhan Omar married her brother. That's. That's a. That's a marriage. Renee Good was not married to a lady. That. That's. That's a lie. That's a lie. Just like, just like all the rest of them. The rioting we saw this week as a result of the lies about those Venezuelan illegals who attacked that ICE officer. And he had to defend himself by discharging his weapon. A part of those riots this week. I showed you video. There were people breaking into vehicles, breaking into law enforcement vehicles on Wednesday night, trying to steal everything they could out of the cars. And Nick Sorter, who I talked to on the radio show yesterday, he's just such a great American. He's been on the ground there in Minneapolis and say a prayer for Nick Sorter and any independent journalist who's out there trying to do this job right now. It's, like totally crazy what's happening in Minneapolis. I'm just. I'm grateful for these guys who are actually putting in the work. Nick Sorter captured video of. Of a suspect who broke into an FBI vehicle and stole a rifle. And Nick told me yesterday, and for those of you who heard it on the. On the big national radio show, Nick was describing the rifle that was stolen, according to the government included a switch to put the gun in full automatic, a fully automatic FBI rifle stolen by one of these insurrectionists this week. Here's the video of, of the guy we have that video, right? Yeah, we have the video, Justin, of the guy stealing the rifle from the car. Let's put that one up on screen. And you can see if you look kind of the left of the back of this vehicle. A guy picks up a rifle bag, there it goes. And then begins to cart it out. Yeah. Nick Sorter emphasizes it, puts a, puts an arrow on it. There's a dude with a face tattoo and it's just stole FBI rifle. Now Nick kind of keeps tracking what's happening in the back of this car. And then they turn, he turns the camera and you can see here emphasizes the getaway video. They show the license plate, Minnesota license plate, the rifle, suspect driving away. So Nick, I mean, talk about service journalism. Nick is putting his own body on the line. He's capturing this video. He apparently was in a disguise that concealed from the crowd that it was Nick Shorter, of all people, capturing this video. He gets video footage of the guy stealing the rifle from the FBI vehicle and then he gets video footage of the guy's license plate driving off. Well, here's the good news. They caught him. Now the face tattoo is kind of a dead giveaway, I would say. It's a little hard to. Little hard to disappear into a crowd with a face tattoo. They caught this guy. Nick Sorter appearing on Fox News last night with Laura Ingram revealing. Yeah, I've got good news, everybody. The Trump administration has captured the FBI, the FBI rifle stealing, face tattoo guy. Watch this.
Justin
He wasn't arrested last night. He could have been, but the Minneapolis police didn't bother chasing the vehicle that had just stolen a high powered rifle out of an FBI car. So that stole it out of one of these weapons lockers that was in the back. But what I can confirm now is, is that Raul Gutierrez, age 33, that you see in the video that I posted last night, stealing a firearm from an FBI vehicle, has been arrested by the ATF and the doj. They executed an arrest warrant today. And he's a known member of the Latin Kings gang.
Vince
He's a known member of the Latin King's gang. He's been taken into custody. Surprise, surprise, A Latin King's gangster taken into custody. So they got this guy, which is great news and, and, and love to see it. But why did it take that long? Why can't Minneapolis police be a part of the, part of the equation here? Why are they being told to stand down? I mean, you know, earlier this week they had a statement from Jacob Fry saying that Minneapolis police need to fight back against ice, need to fight back against ice. And even in the video that I saw going around our great Jason Howard and shared it on one of our Bongino channels yesterday, you see the police officer in the background, his eyebrow pops up like fight ice. Fight ice. And then he doesn't say anything. He just keeps his mouth shut. But his eyebrows react. And meanwhile, the rest of us are like, what the hell is going on? This is, I think that's an insurrection. Pretty sure that's an insurrection. But what's it going to take for President Trump to determine that the Insurrection act needs to be invoked? What's his red line? Yesterday morning I was, as I do many mornings, I was talking to our great White House correspondent at the Daily Caller and certainly a friend of mine, Reagan Reese. And we were getting together the day's affairs and talking about questions for the White House. And I said, here's the big one that I want to know. What is the red line for President Trump? What will it take for him to invoke the Insurrection Act? So you know what Reagan did for us? She asked, she asked the White House yesterday. I've got that. Coming up next here on this edition events, you'll be able to take a look at Reagan's question to Caroline Levitt yesterday during the press briefing. It's very valuable, very appreciated as always. All right, more ahead. I want to thank our great sponsor, Patriot Mobile, who is just wonderful. I use Patreon Mobile. I love Patriot Mobile. And Patriot Mobile is good for for two huge reasons. By the way, just, just a random thing for the live audience here. Is X down for anybody else or is this just for me? Justin, you have in trouble on X today. Oh, it's having a problem. Okay, good. I was, I've been trying to load up some random X posts as we go and my for. And I just kept, I was like, man, it's hitting some bumps today. I don't know what the heck's going on. There must be. I don't know. I wonder, is it a denial of service attack? Have we heard anything chat? Do they know why it's not working? I wonder. I wonder about that. Yeah, it is down. Well, that's lame. I don't like that. Well, luckily we do enough homework here that we pull videos and things, so we're all right. Well, we'll make it through. Okay. So yesterday, the great Reagan Reese heads off to the White House with an important question in mind. And it's, and it's a, it's a simple one, but a deeply important one. What's it going to take? When does President Trump arrive at the conclusion that the Insurrection act needs to be invoked? For many years now, he's flirted with it. During the 2020 George Floyd riots, President Trump was indicating that I might have to use the Insurrection Act. I have it available to me even this very week. He posted it to Truth Social saying, you know, if they don't knock it off, I'm going to invoke the Insurrection Act. Okay, what's it going to take? Here's Reagan Reese asking Caroline Levitt yesterday. Watch.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
I'm wondering what his tipping point is.
Vince
Like, what would it take for him.
Caroline Levitt
To invoke the Insurrection Act? Look, that's only a question, frankly, Reagan, the President can answer, but the Insurrection act is a tool at the President's disposal. As you know, it has been used sparingly, but it has been used by previous presidents in American history. And I think the President's Truth Social post spoke very loud and clear to Democrats across this country. Elected officials who are using their platforms to encourage violence against federal law enforcement officers, who are encouraging left wing wing agitators to unlawfully obstruct legitimate law enforcement operations.
Vince
Okay, so let me cut right to the chase. She said that's not her question to answer. That's fundamentally what she said. Now, I'm, I'm perfectly happy to hear Caroline Levitt talk about all the ways that the left is, is staging an insurrection right now, that they're out of control, that they're encouraging the very violence that we're seeing in America's streets. The leaders, by way of either cowardice or, or outright villainy or some combination of both, are making our country a whole lot worse. And this needs to be tackled. She's right about all of that. But as she pointed out, this is the President's question to answer. And so I'll, I'll submit it again publicly. Mr. President, what's it going to take? What's it going to take? I don't, I don't get it. I mean, I think that there are. People think that there's. Again, I think it's. The consideration is maybe there are political consequences here. Oh, no. What will people think? What will people think if our country's in full blown chaos come the midterms? What will people think if there's more blood on the streets? Let me ask a core question. It doesn't matter if it's for President Trump or anybody else who might be in that office. Do we really need an ICE officer to be killed in the streets of Minneapolis to invoke the Insurrection Act? Are we waiting for something that tragic, that horrific to take place before the Insurrection act is invoked? Let's not wait. Let's just restore order to an American city, a great, historic American city. Let's restore the order. This doesn't come from a place of, of animus. It does not come from a place of, of wanting to see my political opponents crushed or anything. This comes straight out of a love of country. I hate what's happening to Minneapolis. I hate what's happening to the rest of our country. And if we can crack down on it, if we can impose consequences on the people who are breaking our laws, then as a result, we get a little bit closer to healing the country. If you demonstrate that there are consequences for your actions, like Renee Goode experienced by the fact that she slammed into an ICE officer and then she died as a result of that behavior. And then what happened, Remember, the lefties in the days that ensued were like, maybe I shouldn't drive like that into ICE officers. Yeah, that's because what you hear are consequences. Seeing consequences serves as A deterrent. Well, let's deter illegality. Pretty straightforward equation. So calling on the President to do that. Yeah. Mabes078 says Vince, he's working on a. President Trump's got a lot on his plate. He will come through. Hold. I'm praying for that. I pray that he comes through. I look, I'm not, don't mistake me here. Don't mistake me here. I'm not in any way down on President Trump. I think the guy's been an immense success. Greatest president of my lifetime. He's achieved a lot. Locked up that border. He's deporting people by the millions. I, I, I am very pleased with the victories that this administration has had and continues to have. No question whatsoever. But I'm never going to be shy about encouraging him to be at his absolute best. And to be at his absolute best right now. That would be using a power that is completely legal and available to him to rescue America's cities. That's what I'm asking for. It's as simple as that. Speaking of FAFO and consequences for lefties who break the law, there's a crazy one this week. Did you see the guy out of California who decided in the midst of an arrest by federal law enforcement to charge at the cops? To charge at law enforcement? Well, what happens if you charge at law enforcement while they're in the middle of doing their duties? Well, they may shoot you with riot control gear and that's almost generous. That's precisely what happened this week. I've got that FAOFO story coming up in just a moment on this edition of Vince. Stand by for that. We got great sponsors including Zipix. We have an Fafo moment for you, fresh off the presses. We just had recently a crazy lefty go out in the streets on January 9th of this year. He was in Santa Ana, California, and he decides to rush at law enforcement. And when he sprints at the cops, they're trying to defend themselves from the mob. And one of these cops turns and fires a non lethal crowd control device and it hits the guy directly in the face. Well, let me just begin with how to avoid that. Don't run directly at the cops. How about. Don't start with that. Here's cut five from January 7th, Santa Ana, California. Let's see what happened. Taking the guy into custody. People run at him. Boom, he gets shot in the head. Like, look at that. It looks like he ran into the line of fire, too. They're trying to take somebody into custody. And so the crowd starts charging at the officers to stop the arrest. They begin firing crowd control techniques at these. At these people. Crowd control, non. Less than lethal, nonlethal firing. The guy runs his face directly into a beanbag or whatever it is that hit him. So how about don't do that. Don't attack the cops and let them do their jobs. Sure enough, this guy's faced consequences. So here he is this week, cut four, revealing what happened to him.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
I will be blind for life. They said my glove was ruptured. I had like, my lower lid was like, cut up and they had to take skin from my temple to fix it. There's. There's a lot to it. I don't remember all. All the things that they said. I have fractures in my skull that they can't fix. And I can't sneeze or cough because. Because it's dangerous, too. I remember also when I shot, there was pepper in it. And I had pepper down my throat. Made it hard to breathe for a long time. They pulled a piece of plastic the size of a nickel out of my eye. They said I had shards of metal, glass and plastic all throughout my eye and behind my eye and in my skull. And they also said that I had a piece of shrapnel metal about a few millimeters away from my crown. Corroded artery. And they said it was a miracle I survived because if it got any closer, if it hit that, I would have died that night.
Vince
Huh. Well, here's an idea. Maybe if you spent more time at home painting your fingernails and less time charging at the cops, none of this would have happened. The guy says he's going to be blind now in One eye for the rest of his life. According to doctors, his face experienced all sorts of fractures and things. Yeah, none of this happens if he doesn't do what he did. He ran directly in the line of fire as these officers were trying to defend themselves from the marauding mob. Whose fault is that Chat. Whose fault is that? Particular sequence of events. How did that guy end up losing sight in one eye? Yeah, that's his fault. That's. That's his fault. Probably a good thing that that video gets out there. That's a. That's an FA f l moment that, you know, there are consequences to these things, including you may lose your sight. You may lose your sight. That's. That's what happened there. So that's the big one this week. Just to share that with you. Also in Minneapolis, we've got some. We've got some other craziness to share with you. Did you see the lefty insurrectionists who started attacking one of their own media outlets this week? NBC, I presume Ms. NBC sent a. What do they call it now? Miz? Now. Well, the guy says he's with NBC. I don't know if he's misrepresenting it or what. Anyway, it doesn't matter. The point is, NBC, one of the dedicated lefty outlets, was out on the streets of Minneapolis this week. And the cameraman from NBC, he had rented an SUV because he's got a bunch of heavy camera equipment that he's trying to carry around with him. It looks like a white Chevy Suburban. And the mob, seeing an suv, thinks it's probably federal law enforcement. So they go over and they begin menacing the cameraman. And he starts pleading with them and he tells them, I'm on your side. I'm an NBC cameraman. The implication, please don't hurt me. I'm one of us. Look at this moment as. As these guys, they confront the NBC cameraman. Cut three. Look at this. Here you go.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
There.
Vince
Like I said, I don't have to do this. I'm having to do this. Yeah, yeah, that's all. We just gotta stop this.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
So he's got a lot of camera equipment.
Caroline Levitt
I think we can say this isn't.
Vince
I. Yeah, I'm not. I tried to tell the first lady, nobody cruises. That's all can do is tell you. I already show. Listen, first of all, I don't. I don't have to do any that. But I'm kind. I. You know, I respect what you all are doing.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
Yeah, there.
Vince
I respect what y' all are doing. I really Appreciate what you guys are doing. I really appreciate what you're doing.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
Were you here yesterday?
Vince
Yeah.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
Yes, he was here yesterday. I can testify that I didn't recognize when he was.
Vince
No, I appreciate you. I'm, I'm not here to help you.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
I think the fact that you're in a vehicle like this, I get it.
Vince
But with all due respect to everybody, I can't help drive.
NBC Cameraman / Interviewees
Well, you can.
Vince
You go rent something else. Well, go rent something else. That's not how it works. This is my business. I know. This is not even how it works. So anyhow, I hope you guys understand. So the guy is pleading with them, he's trying to get the mob not to hurt him. You can tell exactly what's going on here and they start interrogating him. What's in the back of your car? Show us the equipment. Oh, that's camera equipment. One woman tries to talk the mob down a little bit. She's like, I don't, I don't think he's with the feds. That's camera equipment in the back of the car. Just imagine, Imagine if it was a cop. What are you gonna, you're gonna attack a police officer? That's the attitude. That's the mood among these Soviets. They're like chasing people down for their little revolution to try and hurt them. And so just by virtue of the fact that the guy's driving an suv, he is now suspect. We have to hurt that man. And then that one woman is like, you need to drive a different car. I don't, I don't even believe. Go rent something different. You're not allowed to drive an suv. Now you tell me exactly how any of that's an American impulse. How is it that any of those people are even pretending they're standing up for the United States of America, the Constitution or freedom, when they're running around like a bunch of Chinese cultural revolutions assholes, just like, yelling at people and demanding that you mouth the words. The incantation he used to get out of it was, I'm on your side. I, I appreciate what you guys are doing. He had to. He had to suck up to the mob to survive the interaction. That makes sense. Is NBC proud of that? That their cameraman's doing that? Probably, but that's just gross. And of course, just like always, these left wing revolutions, they always eat their own. Nobody's ever pure enough. You're driving an suv, you need to be crushed. People might mistake you for a law enforcement officer. So we are going to menace you until you Drive a different vehicle. That's crazy, man. That's super crazy. And that's what's playing out right now in our country. So, yes, President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act. I'm sorry, I can say it a million times. I'll say it a million times more. He should absolutely invoke the Insurrection Act. Let's get control of our country again and stop allowing the Chinese Cultural Revolution to take place here. There's no reason for that at all. And yet that's what we have. Hey, I showed you some video a moment ago of. Of Caroline Levitt. Caroline Levitt's wonderful. She's a great White House press secretary. She's been so impressive in the role. But she had a moment yesterday that I thought may have been the most legendary moment she's had yet. And it was about the fact that Renee Goode got herself killed recently when she decided to drive her vehicle into an ICE officer. And yesterday at the White House press briefing, a columnist from the Hill, a guy, a guy whose name is Niall Stanaj, seated among the journalists inside of the White House press briefing, he decided to engage Caroline Levitt in a debate. He said he, instead of asking a question, he just made up a fiction and then attacked ice. And Caroline Levitt was having none of it. This is one of the great moments, man, it's great to have this on a Friday. Ready to enjoy this? Here's Caroline Levitt, not just taking this guy who's pretending to be a journalist to the woodshed, but feeding his face directly into a wood chipper. Watch this. 32 people died in ICE custody last year. 170 U.S. citizens were detained by ICE and Renee Goode was shot in the head and killed by an ICE agent. How does that equate to them doing everything correctly?
Caroline Levitt
Why was Renee Goode unfortunately and tragically killed?
Vince
Are you asking me my opinion? Because an ICE agent acted recklessly and killed it. Unjustifiable.
Caroline Levitt
Oh, okay. So you're a biased reporter with a left wing opinion.
Vince
What do you want me to.
Caroline Levitt
Yeah, because you're a left wing hack. You're not a reporter. You're posing in this room as a journalist. And it's so clear by the premise of your question. And you and the people in the media who have such biases, but fake like you're a journalist. You shouldn't even be sitting in that seat. But you're pretending like you're a journalist, but you're a left wing activist. And the question that you just raised and your answer proves Your bias. You should be reporting on the facts. You should be reporting on the cases. Do you have the numbers of how many American citizens were killed at the hands of illegal aliens who ICE is trying to remove from this country? I bet you don't. I bet you didn't even read up on those stories. I bet you never even read about Lake and Riley or Jocelyn Nungray or all of the innocent Americans who were killed at the hands of illegal aliens in this country. And the brave men and women of ICE are doing everything in their power to remove those heinous individuals and make our communities safer. And shame on people like you in the media who have a. A crooked view and have a biased view and pretend like you're a real honest journalist.
Vince
You ready? Here we go. Fatality. That was unbelievable. That was unbelievable. What a great moment yesterday in the White House press briefing. You think people got the message? You think everybody else in that room got the message like, holy crap, I'm not going down this road. I'm going to let the Brit take the heat for this one. I'm learning a lesson. You want to talk about a deterrent? How about a deterrent for stupidity? How about Caroline Levitt just opens fire rhetorically on a guy who she appropriately said shouldn't even be in the room. She should not. That guy should not even be in the room. You shouldn't even be in that chair. You know, nothing about the circumstances on. Your question is predicated on fiction. Why are you wasting everybody's time? Good for her. Good for her. The. The only. The only thing I'm concerned about is Riley Gaines was in the room yesterday because she had her. She was. She was in the new media seat. The great Riley Gaines. And she brought her a little baby with her. It was adorable. And occasionally you'd hear the baby, you know, goo gooing, gaga ing. It wasn't the normal baby sounds you hear from the press. It was a. It was an actual baby who was in the room. And I hope. I hope Riley Gaines did earmuffs for that moment. That. That was a rough moment. That was a very adult moment as Carolyn Levitt just absolutely shellack that idiot. You should never go, what is he doing in the press briefing? Deny that guy press credentials on the, like, on the basis of no insane people. You're not allowed to be here. That's all. It's not about freedom of the press. It's like, just, please, you're wasting everybody's time with these lies, and the lies are dangerous. To be clear, that guy is out there telling people that ICE is just wantonly killing human beings. You see what the left does with that kind of claim? They use that as a way to whip up the weak and the weak minded, the violent people in their base who then turn around and, you know, conduct assassination attempts on American citizens who are trying to attack ICE officers yet. Enough of that crap. No, let's not, don't, don't even pretend that serious for a moment. Good for Caroline Levitt. Kind of wild. Yeah. Ear must for the baby. That would have been. I'm sure, I'm sure Riley Gaines did that. We got to, we got to protect the children. We have to. We got to protect the children. Let me see what else I got. Going for a, on a, on a completely different but important subject, President Trump has been talking about obtaining Greenland for a million reasons. I had the deputy national security adviser to the president, former deputy national security advisor Katie McFarlane, on the big radio show yesterday and she was, she was great on this subject and she was talking about, you know, you ever wonder why President Trump is interested in Greenland? Well, if you've got a globe in your house, you've got an old fashioned globe, at some point just go look at Greenland and then look what it's surrounded by. Greenland right up there. The Arctic Circle. It's. Everything seems like a stone's throw away. Nearby Russia and, and China's a little more distant. Europe, the United States. Everything is real tight in there, around Greenland. Greenland, in terms of a strategic piece of land, very important to the United States. And in fact, the United States has been trying to obtain it since the 1800s. We've been constantly trying to make offers and figure out a way to, to make it essentially a U. S. Territory, to, to purchase this thing, to make it ours. Clearly, we've set up military bases there, we've expanded our sphere of influence to Greenland. But the real competition is between the United States and ultimately China, to some extent Russia, but ultimately China. China is and have and has been making inroads onto Greenland. And if you have an America first agenda, you should definitely protect your own hemisphere. You should definitely be looking to prevent your signature adversary from making gains in your direction really close to you in your hemisphere. How about no, how about no China in Greenland? How about no China in Venezuela? So President Trump, one by one, is ensuring our security in our hemisphere and that's why he's so sincerely trying to obtain Greenland. Now, you would think that American lawmakers would be all in on this, that they'd be super supportive of President Trump trying to do this. In fact, they'd be standing shoulder to shoulder with him. But they're not. And it's not just Democrats who are opposed to doing something good for the country. It's also people who call themselves, once again, Republicans. Politico's got a report today. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Republicans amp up their resistance to Trump's Greenland push. Greenland push. Oh, so what are Republicans doing to resist President Trump? Why is it always Republican? What are you doing? Here's, here's what they're doing. President Trump is talking about taking over Greenland. Politico says by any means necessary. I love this. That, yes, he's like a left wing insurrectionist. Republicans in Congress are trying to scare him back to reality as Trump continually there. They're going to scare Trump, I'm sure. As Trump continually threatens to bring the Danish territory into the US over the objections of key global allies and the island's elected representatives, some Republican lawmakers are stepping up their warnings and engaging in diplomacy. As Democrats prepare to put the other party on record opposing a military invasion, Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina. Thumbelina is predicting that members on both sides of the aisle are going to lock arms and require a congressional sign off if it becomes clear Trump was preparing imminent military action. Here's thumb ready, quote, if there was any sort of action that looked like the goal was actually landing in Greenland and doing an illegal taking, there'd be sufficient numbers here to pass a war powers resolution and withstand a veto. All right, so Thom says that he's going to oppose President Trump from seizing Greenland. Representative Don Bacon, also nominally a Republican from Nebraska. These are the Republicans we have in Congress went further, predicting that it would lead to impeachment and calling Trump's Greenland obsession the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Don Bacon. I finally found the one thing Bacon doesn't improve. It's Congress. It's Congress. Don Bacon says he would impeach Trump and that his obsession with Greenland, which, by the way, is a national security obsession, is, quote, the dumbest thing he's ever heard. Don Bacon. The blunt public messaging comes as lawmakers try to reassure US allies, including Denmark in private. A bipartisan group of House and Senate lawmakers are in Copenhagen Friday. That's today. They're in there in Denmark today to suck up to the Danes, to promise that, oh, no, oh, no, Trump's not going to take Greenland. I won't let it happen. They're in. Are you serious? They want a message that military action does not have support on Capitol Hill. Greenland needs to be viewed as our ally, not as an asset, said Senator Lisa Murkowski. And I think that's what you're hearing with this delegation, she said, after meeting with Danish and Greenlandic leaders there. And then there's Jonathan. What's John Thune up to? Well, Politico says John Thune did not join the delegation, but he largely endorsed the message. The contingent is sending in comments to reporters Thursday saying, quote, there's certainly not an appetite here for some of the options that have been talked about or considered an apparent reference to military action. All right, so who's on President Trump's side exactly? Why is it. Why is it left to normal people to constantly be waging these fights? Why is it left to me and you to fight on behalf of President Trump? What kind of party is this? Fellas, hello. Come here. Come here a second. Come here. I got a question. This is sincere. Do you want to win the midterms? Do you want me backup whatsoever? Do you want more Republicans to come to Washington, D.C. to help you get an agenda through? Do you have any indic. Like, any. Any desire to improve this country? Are you just here to get rich? Is the whole job just insider trading for you? You perfectly happy being in the minority? Is that the game plan? Just to go back to the minority so that, you know, if you even have less power than we, we have no recourse. We can't come to you and expect you to do something for us. You just throw your hands up, you're like, sorry, we're in the minority. There's nothing to do. Is that really the game plan? Oh, yeah. Get me closer, Justin. Is this really the game plan for you idiots? Thanks, Justin. Thank you. All right. Stop scaring the people. It's the game plan. This is all they're doing. So they're rooting against. Oh, I'm sorry. I realized I left my camera all jacked up. This is the game plan. They're rooting against Trump at every turn to the point that Don flipping Bacon. The only cool thing about him is his name is saying that Trump would be impeached if he figured out a way to get Greenland. By the way, president, I'm sorry about this. Close up scared. I wasn't. I wasn't trying to scare you guys. I'm trying to want to rattle Congress a little bit. Here's the thing. President Trump was asked this week about military action in Greenland. The press is going crazy because here's. Here's really what's going on? The White House keeps being asked, is Trump going to invade Greenland? Is Trump going to invade Greenland? And the White House just gives simple answers that are always the same Trump answer, which is, everything's on the table. We don't take anything off the table at this White House, literally, every option continues to be on the table. The President is never going to tell you, oh, no, I'm removing that as an option. But even when he's asked this week, are you going to invade Greenland with the military? Well, first of all, if we wanted to, that game, set, match, I mean, that's the easiest you ever play Risk. You ever. You ever move from country to country. You got like a thousand pieces in one country and you're going up against an army of one piece. Yeah, that's a guarantee. You take that piece, you take that country. That's Greenland. We got a bajillion pieces on the United States. There's Greenland. They got, like, one little, you know, like, soldier who like. Like yodeling or something. We. We can take them like that. But that's. That's not what we're doing. Come on, please be serious. We're not invading Greenland. No. And so when President Trump's asked about it, he. He just laughs it off. He thinks the whole thing is so stupid. The President is negotiating. He always is negotiating. The whole idea is he's a deal maker, he's a dealmaker. He's saying, look, I really want this place. Let me make it crystal clear that I want it. I'm going to say every option is on the table. I want to force people to come to the table. And for that matter, the leaders of Denmark and Greenland, they're all meeting with the Trump administration now because they know the heat is on. And President Trump's trying to figure out a way he wants to make an offer to acquire this thing for the benefit of the United States of America. Amazing. Just amazing. Good for him. Glad to hear it. Sadusec 23:57 says. Vince, how can you talk for 45 minutes and not say anything? Satisfact wants to know. And then the moderators just hit him in the face. Well, Sadusk, I want to hear what you have to say. What did you cover in your podcast today? Tell me what was on. What was on your podcast. I'm dying to know. I'm dying to know. Did you by any chance get a question into the White House about the Insurrection Act? Because if you did, if you got more traction than I did, God Bless you for it. It's pretty funny. All right. Sad. Sad, Is it Sad Sack? Is that what the name was, Justin? Do we know Sad. Oh, Sad Sack. Well, tell us that. Hey, guys, don't. Don't block Sad Sack. He can come back if he wants. He can come back for free speech. Sad sacks allowed to contribute. All right. Anyway, that's. That's what's going on in the world. That's what's going on with Greenland, and that's what's going on with Sad Sack. Sorry, buddy. Let's see, I've got Greenland and. Oh, one other thing for you today. You know, there's been a lot of speculation online about. About whether or not Tyler Robinson actually killed Charlie Kirk. Remember last year, September 10th, that awful day at Utah Valley University? Charlie Crickets shot Tyler Robinson in a position on top of that roof, leaps down with the gun, separates the whole thing, puts it in the woods. And remember Tyler Robinson, he confessed it to his whole family that he was the shooter. He confessed it to his boyfriend who thought he was a furry creature or something. Well, we just got a new interview. This comes to us from News Nation. The. The reporter is Brian Enten. Brian Enton at News Nation. He covers a lot of these murder stories, not just ones that are like, involve politics in any way, but just murder stories across the country. Goes to courtrooms and interviews people. He just had an interview with a relative of the furry guy, Lance Twigs. Lance Twigs. And one of Lance's relatives sat down with Brian and discussed this. And Brian asked the core question. He's like, hey, there's a lot of speculation all over the place that, that Tyler Robinson didn't do it or maybe other people were involved. What can you tell us exactly about what went down? Here's what somebody who knows Tyler Robinson, it sounds like pretty well, very close connection to Tyler, has to say about all of this. Take a look. There are so many theories out there, and I'm sure you've seen them. People think other people are involved or another government was involved. I mean, you're kind of in the middle of this. How confident are you that police have the right guy, Tyler Robinson? 100%. They have the right guy. 100% they've got the right guy. That guy's facing trial now for what he did to Charlie. And, you know, I think execution would be right for that, be the right sentence for that situation. Just awful. Just awful. I can't even believe we've lost Charlie Kirk. Can't even believe it. To this, to this very day. It is, as always, super awesome to be with you guys. We really, really have the best audience anywhere. Episode: Who is Behind the Assaults on ICE? | Episode 205
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: January 16, 2026
In this episode, Vince Coglianese tackles the recent upheaval surrounding assaults on ICE officers in Minneapolis, the escalating tensions and riots sparked by these incidents, and the mounting calls—including those from high-profile figures like Elon Musk—for invoking the Insurrection Act. Through coverage of breaking developments, pointed commentary, and notable interviews, Vince dissects the political and public responses to unrest, the motivations behind anti-ICE activism, and broader implications for law and order in American cities.
“Time to invoke the Insurrection Act.” — Elon Musk, as cited by Vince (04:05)
“Tim Walls and Jacob Fry pretend like everything is fine, like nothing like this is happening to begin with.” (11:58)
“The time is ripe to embrace militancy on the ground, both to keep ourselves safer and as a demonstration of our commitment to the words by any means necessary.” — ICE Watch, Instagram post (17:00)
“That’s only a question, frankly, Reagan, the President can answer … the Insurrection Act is a tool at the President’s disposal.” (24:46)
“Maybe if you spent more time at home painting your fingernails and less time charging at the cops, none of this would have happened.” (34:50)
“I respect what you guys are doing. I really appreciate what you’re doing.” — NBC Cameraman, attempting to de-escalate (37:32)
“You’re a left-wing hack. You’re not a reporter. … You’re posing in this room as a journalist and it’s so clear by the premise of your question.” (41:51)
“Fatality. That was unbelievable. That was unbelievable.” (42:56)
“If there was any sort of action … there’d be sufficient numbers here to pass a war powers resolution and withstand a veto.” — Sen. Thom Tillis (47:50)
“Don Bacon says he would impeach Trump and that his obsession with Greenland … is 'the dumbest thing he's ever heard.'” (48:20)
“Time to invoke the Insurrection Act.” (04:05)
“You’ve heard this phrase before. ‘By any means necessary.’ … In other words, up to and including murder, in order to achieve our demented agenda.” (15:00)
“You’re a left-wing hack. You’re not a reporter. … The question that you just raised and your answer proves your bias.” (41:51)
“Just by virtue of the fact that the guy’s driving an SUV, he is now suspect. We have to hurt that man.” (37:50)
“Do we really need an ICE officer to be killed in the streets of Minneapolis to invoke the Insurrection Act? Are we waiting for something that tragic … ? Let’s not wait.” (26:20)
Vince delivers commentary with edge, sarcasm, and directness, blending facts, pointed criticism, and cultural references. He maintains a combative and unapologetic conservative take throughout, frequently calling out what he labels as media bias, governmental cowardice, and left-wing activism. Vince’s tone is informal, often irreverent, and richly opinionated.
This episode delivers a no-holds-barred breakdown of the ICE assault, the unrest in Minneapolis, and broader themes of militancy and resistance against immigration enforcement. It interrogates the roles of local and federal leaders, the motivations behind leftist activism, and the legal/political options available to restore order—culminating with a direct call for decisive federal intervention. Noteworthy are the clashes between journalists and White House officials, the real-time consequences faced by rioters, and the ongoing debate over Trump’s controversial strategic ambitions.
