Come on a journey with me to understand why we are stuck in a system that mostly benefits the politicians and big businesses. Voting your conscience is a way back to the power being in the hands of the people. With everyone picking one politician or another out of fear of the other side getting into power, be courageous and join me in voting for people that you would actually want to be our leaders. Voting your conscience can be implemented in elections at all levels of politics. It can also be used in day to day life. Every day you are casting votes for what companies and organizations you want to have more or less power in the future by using your dollars. Every time you spend money with a company, it is a vote for them to exist and have more power in the future. If you wouldn't want that company to have more power, simply don't hand over your hard earned purchasing power to them. This podcast is focused on the political system in the United States of America, but it's scope will reach much beyond politics. With the power of our country's government growing, it is reaching into our lives in ever increasing ways. I simply want that to stop. I want the power to be back in the people's hands as this country's founding was supposed to be. Come with me as we dissect why our country seems to be in a massive disconnect between the people and the government and what we can do about it.

Episode 38: How Much Government Is Enough? Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have proposed wealth taxes and even government ownership stakes in AI companies. Supporters argue these measures are necessary to combat wealth inequality and fund social programs. I disagree. In this episode, I explain why I believe the real threat to the average American isn't that billionaires have too much money—it's that the federal government already has too much power, spends too much money, and continues to expand regardless of the results. The federal government spends trillions of dollars every year, runs massive deficits, carries enormous debt, and still claims that the solution is more taxes and more control. If Washington can't balance the budget with the money it already collects, why should we believe it will become responsible with even more? I argue that the fight against wealth inequality should be fought on two fronts: • Fight government for lower taxes and less centralized power. • Fight employers and corporations for better pay and better treatment of workers. Government should not be the referee, the player, and the scorekeeper all at the same time. Topics discussed: Wealth taxes Taxing AI companies Federal spending and deficits The national debt The Federal Reserve Inflation The IRS and tax complexity Government power vs. individual freedom How much government spending is enough? Whether you agree or disagree, I invite you to think critically and vote your conscience. #VoteYourConscience #WealthTax #BernieSanders #ElizabethWarren #AITax #GovernmentSpending #NationalDebt #FederalReserve #TaxReform #Libertarian #EconomicFreedom #FiscalResponsibility #Politics #Podcast #KevinStolla

Minimum wage is seen as a protection, but I see it as an impediment to personal empowerment. People should be educated on how wages are set and who has to agree upon them. When we take personal responsibility we become empowered. In this video, I give examples for how raising the minimum wage can hurt individuals that otherwise would be employed happily. Check it out and tell me how you feel in the comments below. Has this changed your perspective on minimum wage? Episode 37 of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla

You are losing the war on drugs! It has not worked. We need an end to the government tyranny. Adults have a right to put whatever they like into their body. Trying to stop them is futile. With all the punishments of fining people. making them go to rehab, putting them in jail, forcing them into support groups, taking their kids, etc., nothing has worked. Organized crime groups power is ever expanding because of drugs being illegal. Police officers power over citizens has grown drastically. Welcome to the show!!! On this episode of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla, I talk about my opinion on the presidential debate and cover all the branches of government and how they are supposed to function. If you could use a refresher since grade school about what the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government are for, then this is for you. People have so many opinions online and in the media, but most of them have no idea what they are talking about. I get it. No one has time to pay attention and analyze the situations that this country finds itself in. No one is going to solve these problems for us though. It is up to us to vote our conscience's with our life decisions, dollars, and at the polls. The only solution is each individual taking responsibility and working towards a better society. Welcome to the show!!! Episode 32 of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla is about the wealth tax, corporate tax and the federal government's power. I believe the wealthy can afford higher taxes, I just don't think that they should have to pay them. They should be using their extra money for good. Paying higher wages, charity, investing in communities, cleaning up their own environmental messes, providing quality safety equipment, etc... The only think that taxes the rich more will do is to give the federal government more power. They will still not help us. They never do and it isn't because of a lack of funding, in my opinion. Tune in to this episode if you want to raise taxes and eat the rich!! I think there is a better way that includes all of us having more individual power. My goal is to give a perspective that is outside of the right and lefts narrative of being for government or corporations. Check it out and remember to always Vote Your Conscience. Welcome to the show!!! This episode of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla is all about climate change. Unanswered questions I have. Is the climate a conspiracy? What happens to the space the oil fills after we drill it out of the ground? Are the glaciers melting a good thing for humanity? Are we all dead in 5 years? Almost no answers, but a lot of questions. Join me as I try to understand what is happening to the world and what we can do about it. Is the world perfect? Does mother earth already know what to do? Tune in an find out what I think about it! Welcome to the show!!! Episode 30 of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla is all about student loans. I believe there is an easy way to end the student debt crisis and it doesn't involve giving $500 billion to people with student loans. Just allow them to fall under the current bankruptcy laws and repeal the law that has the federal government backing the loans. These two laws would crush future student loan debt and help anyone that is in really bad financial straits with student loan debt that they can't afford. Everyone is fighting whether or not the government or the corporations are bad, but I think that they both are. They have worked together to create the most powerful organizations on the planet and have reduced our power to almost nothing, or so they want you to think. Working together, we can take our power back in an instant. When you realize that you already have the power to make the right choices and impact on the world, you immediately gain your power back. With that in mind, remember to always vote your conscience in your own life choices, with your dollars, your career choice, and at the polls!!! Thank you so much for listening!!!
