what happen?
Ben Mandelker
Who cares what happens when there's so much that happens? Hello and welcome to Watch what crap ins a podcast about all that crap on Bravo that we just love to talk about. I'm Ben Mandelker and joining me today, the one and only Ronnie Caram. Hi Ronnie, how's it going?
Ronnie Caram
Oh, hello. How are you?
Ben Mandelker
Oh, I am, I am jazzed. I am so excited to talk about an explosive summer house episode that left many of our jaws agape. But before we do that, just some gentle reminders that we have a cabaret coming up in a few weeks in New York City and it's completely sold out. So thanks to everyone who bought tickets. But you can actually watch it with streaming. So be sure to use the links on our social media or on our website, watchgrappens.com and go get your streaming links for a cabaret in the first week of June. June 3rd, June 5th, three shows. Also patreon.com watch rapids is where you get all our beautiful Patreon content. We'll be recording a bonus episode after this one. Probably a trailer trash. See, I think it is. And also you get ad free listening. There's a newsletter, a free newsletter that's on Patreon Discord. All sorts of great, great stuff. Plus our video. If you want to watch our video a week before it hits YouTube, come to our Patreon. So with that all being said, wow. Summer house. Summer should be fun. Big, big night for summer house. We Had a big fight. Big. We had a lot of emotions. We had a hug that lit the Internet on fire. It's just. It was. Everything was happening all at once. It was crazy. What did you think, Ronnie?
Ronnie Caram
The fun times? I loved it. Listen, I love when the men on this show fight, because the men on this fight show so stupid. They fight. The men on this show fight so stupid every time. And it's a. It's a. It's just a thing they do. I don't know if it's like a Hamptons thing, what it is, but they only fight by saying each other's names. And it cracks me up that, I mean, they've done it for so many seasons, and they're still doing it. Whenever they get in a fight, they go, carl, Kyle, Kyle, Carl, Carl, Kyle, Kyle, Carl, Carl. It's like, guys, we know your basic ass names, okay?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
And they did that. And then Carl got really upset and started, you know, acting all tough and then waited for people to be there to hold him back, to act like he was gonna get physical. You know, it's just typical. We've been watching the Show now it 10 years, and they are still pulling the same from the first season. And I loved it. I loved it. It was like going home.
Ben Mandelker
It was great. It was a great fight also. I thought this was a great episode for Carl. You know, we've done nothing but give Carl for 10 years, and I think he's deserved all the we've given him. But I also got to say, I thought he was really good this episode. I was happy to see him actually say exactly what was on his mind to Kyle, at least during that fight and mouth off to Kyle. And I thought that was good. Good for Carl. It was like. It felt like almost like.
Ronnie Caram
And then immediately resend it right after. Oh, Carl.
Ben Mandelker
You know, it was like a supernova that, like, burns bright and then, like, collapses down.
Ronnie Caram
No, I didn't mean anything. I didn't mean. I wasn't. I wasn't offended about you not investing.
Ben Mandelker
Not at all. H. But it also felt like we've been sitting through this precious Carl for a few years now, where it's like, I'm just like, think about myself. I'm just, like, trying to protect myself. It's like talking in therapist speak for so long, and then all of a sudden, like, the. The seas parted and Carl just started acting just like a little bit more normal, you know? And by. No, normal is a wrong word. That's such a loaded term. But, like, the therapy speak Sort of went away for a moment. It just was like he was just saying what was on his mind and he was talking to the. To. He was talking to other people in that way. He was talking to us that way. It was like, oh, my God, Carl, look. Look at you. But, you know. And then he sort of comes back in. But I thought it was a good episode for Carl, to be honest.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, well, it was. It was an episode that Carl was in, and I enjoyed that. It was. It was a great episode. This is just a great episode. I mean, I think what I really loved about it. I mean, I don't. I never fall for Carl's bullshit. You know, I have a thing. I do have a thing where Carl just makes me crazy. I don't know. I mean, I do know what it is. It's a lot of things, but he just kind of makes me crazy. So I'm never, ever on Carl's side. And I think this was another episode where it was just like Carl being Carl, like, trying to look all tough in front of everybody and then immediately taking everything back. Like he couldn't stand behind really anything he said. It's just typical Whisk Carl. But let me tell you, Carl may make me crazy, but he's been very entertaining on this show. Over the years, even the boring years, he's brought something. He's pissed other people off, you know, and even when he's making me rage and scream and yell, which I've done a lot of, I leave feeling like, well, that was something. It gave me something, you know? So, yeah, it's like empty calories, but they're still calories, and I love calories. I love them so veggie crisp.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, I was. I was into it. But my favorite thing was that somebody was finally telling Carl what we've been screaming all these years. Because it seems like sometimes when you watch these shows and everybody's just maybe babying the person in this. In this situation, Carl, it's like, does nobody see this? Is anybody seeing this? Is it just us seeing this? So it's nice to hear Kyle being like, fuck you, car. What do I do to you? Nothing. You to wind all summer. You're like, oh, I'm so sensitive. And I loved that. I loved Kyle yelling at Carl. I was cracking.
Ben Mandelker
That was nice, too.
Ronnie Caram
It was nice to hear.
Ben Mandelker
It was nice, too. Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
Like, thank you. He's like, oh, yeah, you missed our sensitive Carl. Oh, yeah, you're real supportive of me, Carl. Yeah. You bitched about me behind my back. Oh, stunner. Like finally somebody said it. Carl with his. Because he's kind of like Kyle from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Like I've always been such a good friend to you. You've been talking about me all year. What are you talking about?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, it was good. It was good to hear them all get, get the stuff off their chest. It's, it's sort of fun watching bros fight. It's also funny how quickly they, they patch things up too. Which I enjoyed. I was like cracking up at that. But anyway, so we're in the fight. Little. The episode opens up with Kyle saying, you, Carl. Which is kind of a funny way to open up a show. And yeah, they're fighting at each other.
Ronnie Caram
Me?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, fuck you, Carl. Yeah, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
What I do to you? What I do to you? I didn't do, I didn't do anything to you.
Ben Mandelker
You bitch all summer. You're like, you're like, oh, I'm the end of you bitching wine. You bitching wine.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, okay, okay. I'm sensitive. Could you say that?
Ben Mandelker
No, because where the fuck am I in your fucking picture? You fucking loser. Fucking loser.
Ronnie Caram
So everybody inside's like, oh, there's a fight. And Carl's like, what, what the did I do to you? Nothing. Except I'll support your ass. Support you. That's all I've done.
Ben Mandelker
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
I've been here for you all summer. I've been here all summer.
Ben Mandelker
Okay, sure, sure. Thanks, thanks. Yeah, thanks a lot. Thanks for the support, man. Bro.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, I did. When I said your DJ career was for losers and I said like, you're a shitty husband. And when I said you like wouldn't invest money in me and like you're not there for me, I was totally there for you. Are you talking about.
Ben Mandelker
Ah, really? Thanks a lot. Hey, but thanks by the way. Thanks for your lack of support of me, you loser. Go focus on yourself for once.
Ronnie Caram
And he gets in his face. Carl comes up and gets in his face cuz now people are coming out. So this is when Carl gets really tough cuz before people come out he's like, hey, what's wrong Car? What's wrong, Kyle? Like what's up? Maybe you should calm down a little bit. And then people come out and he's immediately like, oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah. Hold me back. Hold me back, Ben. Hold me back, Ben.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, he always, he always, he always flops around once. There is like a shield of people to hold him back. Like every single fight it's the Funniest thing. It's like. He's like, hey, what are you saying to me? Kyle, what's going on? Wait. Oh, Ben's here. Ben and Cage are here. I'm out of control.
Ronnie Caram
And then he gets right in Kyle's face. He like, walks up to him and like, like, bows at him and he's like, yeah, I'm gonna. You're bowling me, bro. You know what? Off you. Six foot five. Okay,
Ben Mandelker
that's right. I'm gonna weaponize you, right?
Ronnie Caram
You decide to your advantage. Use your advantage. That's not fair.
Ben Mandelker
Jesse's like, hey, hey, hey. Some of us are six. Six. Come on, man. And then I like, Ben is out there. He's like, guys, boys, boys, boys. Oh, wait, hold on one second. I've got someone on the phone here. It's Sabrina Bell. And she says, oh, my gosh. Oh, my God, you guys are fighting. I love that for you. And I love when my friends fight because it means they
Ronnie Caram
support you both so much. And I just want you to remember, as both of your best friends, that I'm here for you.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, yeah. Six foot five. You use height to your advantage. Really?
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. Go ahead, hit me.
Ben Mandelker
Hit me. Go ahead, hit me, bro.
Ronnie Caram
Hit me.
Ben Mandelker
Stop that. Stop that. Let's not shame him for being tall and using height for his advantage. You do know that you have height on him, Carl. You could really take care of him really easily.
Ronnie Caram
Long, all summer long he's been coming at me, Kyle. Not all summer, man. Not all summer. So then Carl pushes Jesse and kj. He's like, let me add him.
Ben Mandelker
Let me add him. No, no, no, guys, I think what we need to do is to calm the situation is just to have a little bit of a serenade. So I'm just being me. I'm Jesse Salomon.
Ronnie Caram
Just a guy watching fights. That's all you can do most nights. Just gotta
Ben Mandelker
wait a second. Is Kyle fighting Carl? And Sierra's like, oh, my God, I'm gonna beat his ass. So Sierra bolts outside. And Lindsay, though the women start going outside. And I mean, I was like, guys, no, no, he's not okay. No, no.
Ronnie Caram
What the is wrong with you? What's wrong with you? West is like, carl, Carl, you're good. Okay? You're good. So now everyone's like, oh, my God, they're fighting. What's going on? Fight. What the is wrong with you? Kyle? Get the off of me.
Ben Mandelker
You're good. You're good. You're good, bro. You're good. Come on, bro. Come on. Down. Come on down. So what's happening?
Ronnie Caram
Wes is like, they're fighting. Just let him go. And then he whis. He like grabs her. She's like, kyle. And he like comes behind her and kind of grabs her under her boobs, which is really weird. And then pulls her away and then just puts his head right up to her ear. And like, he's like, don't do it. Just that Kyle's himself over right now. Just let Kyle himself over. Maybe we can call the police later and then bang in the closet.
Ben Mandelker
Just. Just give it a few minutes. More hours than we can drive off to Mexico. So then Kyle's like, carl, Carl, we're trying to support you. And Ben's like, guys, just chill. Just chill. It's like everything you say is about you. Whoa. Really? Look inside. Look inside. Look into your heart.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, Kyle, breathe. Kyle. Kyle, breathe for a second. Stop. Kyle. Carl goes inside. He's like, I'm sick of this fucking shit. The way he's walking.
Ben Mandelker
It's like he walks, he walks away. That I. Unfortunately, Carl and I have the same gate, which is that we keep our elbows by our hips, but our. Our forearms flop around. It's this like angry penguin flop. So he walks in, doing the thing like that I do. He's like, I'm going inside. I'm bad. So he goes inside. And then Amanda's like, kyle stopped by. Everybody stop this relationship. I want to leave you. Stop.
Ronnie Caram
And instant side Lindsay, you know, old dependable Lindsay is like, oh my God, Carl, look at me, girl. Look at me, girl. Yeah, take a deep breath, Carl, take a deep breath. I'm so like he's coming after me and he's like flipping out of everybody else. Oh yeah, you think he wants a piece of me? I'm going back out there.
Ben Mandelker
No, no. Carl, take a deep breath and think about all the ways that you wronged me in the past few years. No, no, not now. Lindsay.
Ronnie Caram
I love how I felt when your mother came up to me at soft bar.
Ben Mandelker
You're just you.
Ronnie Caram
What better thing to be than just
Ben Mandelker
you little short haired Lindsay, you little skank. How who broke my son's heart Anyway? Have a great one. You want a hug? I actually love Lindsay being like you. Stand over here. It felt like Lindsay has been so annoyed at Carl, but like in this moment it actually felt like it stepped into old timey dynamics. Like, okay, now this is like. I feel like this is probably the thaw because, you know, they're friends again now. They were like hanging out at the up fronts. And I feel like this was the moment of the thaw, because in this moment, it wasn't about, like, he's my ex, and I. And, like, I'm so mad him. It's more like, this is Carl, the guy I've known for many years, and I'm Lindsay. Like, we have a relationship that goes back many years, and. And I can tell him you go and stand in timeout right now.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, exactly. So meanwhile, Amanda and Kyle are outside. She's still like, please breathe for a second. He's like, I'm sick of being in the frying pan. She's like, no one's frying anything. Yeah, they are. I got bacon grease all over me. No one even wipes it off, and it just coagulates.
Ben Mandelker
I'm trying to eat healthier. Why is there always a frying pan? No, Kyle, please stop the metaphor. We're not attacking you. Everyone can fuck off. Fuck off. Okay, we need you to. Kyle, calm down. We need you to calm down.
Ronnie Caram
And Carl's like, I'm not gonna calm down. I mean, he's coming after me. I'm just trying to calm his ass down. Okay? Please don't ever work for ems. You know what I mean? All right. I heard there's someone sick on the street here.
Ben Mandelker
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Ronnie Caram
They're hit. They're swinging at me. You know what, you person with a heart attack.
Ben Mandelker
I just need to be calmed down. I need somewhere soft. I need soft. Take me to softball. So out of line. Don't go back out there, Carl. Don't go back out there. Carl, Carl, Carl. There's no hogs out there. No hogs out there. Whoa. Really? Okay, I'll stay inside.
Ronnie Caram
I'm so sick. Levi. That frying pan. I'm sick of that. I'm going to let him have that. I'm so sick of frying pan. I'm so sick of that. You know, why can't we just get a. Like a fucking stickless?
Ben Mandelker
Why can't we just get a stickless Levi's? Like, come back inside. They're like, who said that? What was that?
Ronnie Caram
Was there a voice?
Ben Mandelker
And we're haunted now. We're haunted.
Ronnie Caram
It's time for a commercial. It's time for a Crappin's commercial. Lately, I've been more intentional about what I wear day to day. And I'm leaning into pieces that feel easy and comfortable, but still put together. It just makes getting dressed simpler. Quince has been my go to. The fabrics feel elevated, the fits are clean, and everything Just works without needing to overthink it.
Ben Mandelker
Quince has all the wardrobe staples for spring. Think 100% European linen shorts and shirts from $34. Lightweight, breathable and comfortable, but still look put together and clean. And 100% Pima cotton tees with a softness that has to be felt. Ronnie.
Ronnie Caram
Their pants also hit that same balance. Relaxed and comfortable, but still polished enough to wear pretty much anywhere.
Ben Mandelker
Everything is priced 50 to 80% less than what you'd find at similar brands. And Quince works directly with ethical factories and cuts out the middlemen. So you're getting premium materials without the markup. Let me tell you something. That Mongolian cashmere sweater that I got from Quince, that is like a real icebreaker at parties. Because when people ask me about that sweater and I'm like, oh, I got it at Quint, they're like, oh, my God, I have one from Quince too. And then we bond. You would actually would never think a Mongolian cashmere sweater could be such a bonding thing, but it is a lovely, luxurious item.

Ronnie Caram
Certified to operate by Chev. My favorite is Jesse acting like he didn't help start this whole thing. Because Jesse, you know, we. And we see clips throughout the episode of Jesse going up to Kyle being like, oh, wow, you know, like, you know, Carl's been so upset. Like, he's so upset about software. Like, he wrote you, like, a whole email. He didn't even send it.
Ben Mandelker
Hilarious.
Ronnie Caram
And just like, getting Kyle up. And now that Kyle explodes, he's like, yeah, I don't know, it looks like maybe he's not thinking straight.
Ben Mandelker
I don't know what's wrong with Kyle. Yeah, he's got his trapezoid face on. So then Amanda's like, kyle, look at me for. Look at me for a second, Kyle. And he's like, I didn't put money into his business. You know why? Because I put more money into my business than he could ever put into any business that he ever put in. Amanda's like. So Amanda's, like, covering his face. Like, don't. Like, don't say things that you're gonna regret. I'm like, don't hug people that you're gonna regret, lady.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. So Carl comes back out, and he's like, oh, I'll beat the out of you.
Ben Mandelker
Okay. Yeah. Watch out. Here. I call. It's like, girl, stop being a Magicyl. What? Like, I won't be degrading to women and say, don't be a vagina, but what I will do is be degrading to the Magisil brand. So don't be brand. Don't be Magazelle.
Ronnie Caram
Carl, how about you stop helping women with yeast infections?
Ben Mandelker
Carl, how about you don't be a nationally recognized brand that's actually successful, unlike lover boy? How about that? Carl's like, I will literally beat the out of you. You know it. You know I will. When you look at someone who's owning something, something called soft bar, you know they're gonna beat the out of you, right, Carl? No. Somebody was like, kyle, shut up. I'm gonna. It's like too much. Like, I'm gonna, like, punch you in the face. Stop it.
Ronnie Caram
And so Carl's like, oh, stop talking or I'm gonna beat your ass, Kyle. Wait, wait, hold on. Could I get some help here? Okay, they're holding me back now. Yo, I'm gonna beat your ass. I'm gonna beat it.
Ben Mandelker
I'll beat your ass. But first, before I beat your ass, I'm gonna need you to hug me. Oh, yeah, just get me ready. Put your weight on me. Oh, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
And Levi and me are watching. They're. Oh, my God. This is how intense. My heart's racing. Matt is like, you could have handled that so differently. Kyle's like, no, everybody can suck my fucking dick. All right, you guys can do it. Fucking Vagisil over there. Chef Vagisil. Hey, if your company had as much use as Vagisil, it would probably be worth something. You fucking lither. Oh, yeah. Kick you up. Kick your. Kick your ass.
Ben Mandelker
Get. Get out of. Get out of here. Origel. Don't need you around. Oh, you gotta get. You gotta stop going to CVS so much. I don't.
Ronnie Caram
I've had it with you.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, big Neutrogena talking over there. Wow.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, now you're moving on to things without a ill at the end.
Ben Mandelker
Okay, yeah, cuz I can adapt, Carl. I can adapt. Okay, Carl. Yeah, okay.
Ronnie Caram
Kick your ass. Stupid. Adapting.
Ben Mandelker
Ok. Oh, Latisse over there with the long eyelashes. Congratulations. Oh, hey, everyone. Clairol just walked in.
Ronnie Caram
Okay, now I makeup. Now I'm makeup.
Ben Mandelker
That's hair dye. Is it in there?
Ronnie Caram
They sell Pop Tarts at Walgreens, right? You're a Pop Tart.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, look at this. It's a Solo Cadbury Creme Egg. That's gotten a little. A little sticky, huh? Oh, you're in the impulse purchase aisle now. Maybe I am.
Ronnie Caram
Shut up. I've heard it all summer long and clear. Jesse's like, clearly there's some unresolved feelings. You know, I just. I can't deal with that guy. I'm going inside. All right? So he leaves. And God's like, yeah, I got hurt, Ben. I was really hurt because, like, I used. She talked shit about me and he couldn't say it to my face. Like he's pissed I didn't invest. Like, bro, we Talked about in December 24, I said, Merry Christmas. I'm not investing. Okay? And you're telling everybody you're upset about it now? Well, Santa Claus is gone, okay? You can't complain about the call you got in your stocking in July. Wow.
Ben Mandelker
Big deal. Frosty the Snowman didn't invest in softbar either. We're gonna do a boycott Snowman. I don't think so. Just the way life goes, you better be good, you better be nice. Apparently, you better be investing in software, mother. Jesus Christ.
Ronnie Caram
Ben's like, hey, no one's saying you're the bad guy except the entire audience, all right? So don't worry.
Ben Mandelker
That's not how I feel. I've been the bad guy all summer. Okay, I'm sorry. I forgot. Carl's 6 foot 5 and more fragile than a China. Oh,
Ronnie Caram
and west is like. Well, I can't tell you, really upset. Yeah, West. We see. We see that West. But thanks for. Thanks for coming in. I know. Yeah. With the brother. You know, guess who's been there. Guess who's been there for the whole brother thing. Okay, don't say it.
Ben Mandelker
No, don't say anything stupid, Kyle, because you don't want to. You don't want to get on the bad side of the audience. So, like, be careful. Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. Well, I forgot My dad's birthday last weekend. So sue me. All right?
Ben Mandelker
But we're just like. Like, this is why I, like, this shit's so deep. Because it's, like, not even, like, about Carl maybe.
Ronnie Caram
I don't know, like, it wasn't about what the. As it is about Carl.
Ben Mandelker
So, like, you're mad at Lindsay because, like, to be totally honest, Lindsay just, like, tried to, like, start some with you, and, like, I don't know, like, you just got, like, riled because of, like, Lindsay and, like, you kept looking at Amanda, and I was like, stop looking at my girl. You know? And then you were, like, looking at her, and I was like, I'm gonna sit behind her, and then you're looking at her, and I was like, what? That's my girl, though. You know? You know what I'm saying?
Ronnie Caram
I like. I like when Kyle's even wasted, he can still understand. Like, he still can't be gaslit because he's like, no, because what Lindsay was saying felt like something that was Amanda said to her. Which. Yes, that's the point. That's why. And now I don't love him saying you to Amanda. He totally should not be doing that. What an idiot. But, I mean, you get why. Because he knows that she's been talking to everybody. Now it's coming out through everybody else, and he's like, okay, so one minute I think we're going to therapy and working on the things. Next thing I find out you're telling people you're leaving me, and then you're. You're telling Lindsay all this other. To come at me like, what the hell? And then just sitting there smirking while everybody's, like, giving me at dinner.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, exactly. And so west is like. But that's, like, kind of how, like, you, like. Like, your. With, like, Amanda comes out, like, when other people talk to you and things like, okay, all wrong and all. You think that she's saying it wrong. You said. You think that she's saying that. And Wes, like, yeah. And, like, that's, like, what the problem is. Because it was like. It was like Lindsay to be mad at Lindsay because, like, Amanda didn't. Didn't say anything. I was like, no, she just stared at Kyle and smiled while he, like, yeah, sat there and everyone grilled him. Although, by the way, people grilled him. The grilling was not undeserved, too, by the way. But, yeah, she definitely was enjoying that moment.
Ronnie Caram
So inside, Lindsay's like, I feel bad because, like, I instigated this, and I didn't mean to, but, Lindsay, you shouldn't feel bad because that man should be able to have a conversation and talk about these things without going off the deep end.
Ben Mandelker
No, I only feel bad because I wanted this chef to be able to serve his whole meal and he didn't get to. So I feel bad about that. Everything else is great. I love it.
Ronnie Caram
He's like, you're making a mountain out of a molehill. And I'm like, but like, I'm literally asking you, like, what's your idea of partnership? Because this does not seem like a partner.
Ben Mandelker
Well, because he preaches about partnership all the time, but he wants partnership when it's me to him, but not him to me.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, and you're not wrong in anything you said. And that's why I just sat there and quietly and let you do it.
Ben Mandelker
So then Mia's like, Mia goes up to Carl. She's like, look, I know you and Kyle have history. Oh, I love the guy. I love him. I love him. I love. I love that short little man. And Mia's like, and I know you love him, and I know that's why you're responding this way. Oh, yeah. And I'm just like, watching him crumble. And he's always like, woe is me. Whoa is me. I'm like, carl, I'm not sure people in. In woe houses shouldn't be throwing wo stones. Yeah, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
He's throwing away his relationship for what? Like, to dj. Like, what? He doesn't even have his own music. Okay, like, that's what you're gonna bank on next five years of your life. A DJ gig? Like, I'm sorry, that's insane. That's insane.
Ben Mandelker
Carl's not necessarily wrong, but also Carl is the one who's made soft bar, so we'll just move on.
Ronnie Caram
I mean, look, congrats on software, you know, like, congrats on getting that one thing off the ground. But you're like in your 40s, and that's the thing you've ever done that stuck. So this guy's like, got multiple businesses and he's actually bringing in a lot of money DJing. So I don't know, like, but also, like, I mean, I think it's kind of weird for a 43 year old to be like, I'm leaving you DJing, but at the same time, he is bringing you money and trying to pay off a million dollar debt.
Ben Mandelker
So I just think I. I think we sat through like a summer, like two summers maybe of Carl complaining. I just want to Be supported. I have this vision. I just want to be supported. I just want to do brick and mortar. I just like, why can't I be supported? Why can't it be like. Like, oh, my God, I love what you're doing. Instead of, like, that's not.
Ronnie Caram
What about my podcast? Remember? And Lindsay's like, yeah, damn it. I brought him all this podcast equipment.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So we sat through all that, and now he's like, I mean, really? You're gonna be a dj? You don't even have your own music. My Carl, do you remember? Do you remember your grievances? Be consistent. So Carl's like, well, I'm gone. I just think I've realized that he has a lot of things that he truly needs to figure out. And until then, I think I know where I stand. It's here in the kitchen, by the way. I'm in the kitchen. I'm sitting in the kitchen.
Ronnie Caram
It's much higher than he stands, so I'll just be tall over here. And Billy's like, don't go. Don't. Please don't. Please don't. We could make out again if you don't go in there. Come on, we can make out. Let's.
Ben Mandelker
Come on, let's take a beat. As a musician, I know specifically what a beat is. So it's like, no, I'm not gonna say anything. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm like a corpse plant. I bloomed right now. And then I won't say my real feelings for the next hundred years. Thank you very much, everyone.
Ronnie Caram
But come on, we can make out. And all the girls like, oh, my God.
Ben Mandelker
Make out.
Ronnie Caram
Make out. Guys, this is not the time for this, okay? This is not one of the make out games. Okay, I guess they're not gonna make out. Guess we'll go back to the kitchen. This sucks. No one's making out. So then inside, Bailey's like, wow, that was pretty hot. Jesse's like, oh, I'm gonna go talk to the girls. And Carl's like, I'll be fine. I'll be fine, guys. Don't worry about me. So Lindsay goes up to Kyle, and she's like, I was not trying to rattle you. I was trying to just destroy you. So I. I hope that you understand that I was not trying to make you mad. I was trying to make you sob.
Ben Mandelker
So we were just, like, all thrown by your Vegas residency that, like, no one knew about. It's like, no. Ben's like, it's not a residency. It's just management. Thank you. So great. When you're a model who can clarify things. Thank you. Appreciate that so much.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, well, that's the confusion because like if we didn't know like it was a residency, we don't even know what we're mad about. But it was misunderstood. It's just management. Here comes one right now.
Ben Mandelker

So downstairs, Amanda goes up to Carl, and he's like, oh, I'm sorry, man. Don't apologize to me. Oh, my God. She gives him a big hug for standing up for her. He's like, I'm just trying to have your back. I don't think it's cool that he spoke. He speaks to you like that? Oh, yeah. I want to give you a hug.
Ben Mandelker
Harder, Amanda. Harder.
Ronnie Caram
Harder.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, God, I've been waiting two years for one of these things. Oh, no. He throws attention.
Ronnie Caram
That's too hard. That's too hard.
Ben Mandelker
Too hard. I'm a little bit like a hall.
Ronnie Caram
Wow.
Ben Mandelker
You know, Kyle throws a tantrum at the dinner table for, like, how many summers now? Like, am I right? High five. Whoa. My high five is very high. Sorry about that. Low five for you, low five for me. High five for you. Okay, great. Whatever.
Ronnie Caram
Six foot five. High fiver with. With a high five.
Ben Mandelker
Hey, Amanda, hug me. You hug me. You're last around me. Okay, now that you're last around me. Okay, Come at me, bro.
Ronnie Caram
Come at me, bro.
Ben Mandelker
Come at me, bro.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, I just can't act like that. And so Dara. Dara's like, oh, my God. Are you okay talking about this? Do you want to? Because it's not your responsibility to explain what's going on with that. Okay. You don't have to. I'm Dara, and I'm telling you what you have to or do not have to do today. Do you want to talk about it? Do you not want to? Do you not want to? Okay. Are you feeling okay? Are you okay? Okay, I'm gonna go in Ben's room for a while. No, not Ben's room. I'm sorry. That was. That was outside. It wasn't outside. I don't know who said I went to Ben's room. I'll get him. Hold me back. Like, hold me back. Hey, hey, wait a minute.
Ben Mandelker
Hold on. That's mine. Oh, I'll hold you back if someone holds me back. Okay, wait a second. We're doing a conga line. What's happening? So, by the way, did you see that KJ and KJ and Dara posted something on. KJ posted something on Mother's Day. It was like, a picture of him with Dara, and he's like, happy Mother's Day. To future. To. To future mother or something like that to Dara. I was like, oh, my God. Is there a pregnant. Is there a pregnant. Is there a pregnant. She's like, no, I'm not pregnant, guys.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. Happy birthday. Happy Mother's Day to, like, the future mother of my children.
Ben Mandelker
Yikes.
Ronnie Caram
Slow down there, tiger. Slow down, buddy.
Ben Mandelker
So west is on the. Is on the phone on a chair on the front porch. So Jesse and Sierra go and hang out with them, and Sierra's like, hey, bud. And just, like, that was crazy. And, like, one thing that is happening through this episode is that this trio is, like, in the wake of the resolution of an episode and a half ago. Like, it's kind of like, oh, my God, we're back. We're back, we're back, we're back. Yes. The trio is back again. And which makes the real world news all the sadder with the whole love triangle, because it's like, you guys were in such a good place. So Ben is, like, with Kyle. He's like, you want to have a seat, mate? Just. Just sit down and chill. Just sit down. Sit right next to this male model and enjoy yourself. Okay. Basket.
Ronnie Caram
I had a huge conversation with Sierra on the beach, as you're saying. Maybe you would imagine separate for a month. Oh. And that's what's bringing up this emotion right now. So it wasn't my fault either. It wasn't my fault after all. Oh, my God. Residency management. Who knew? Didn't even have anything to do with it. Get vindicated.
Ben Mandelker
I just feel attacked, you know? And Lindsay's like, well, I know.
Ronnie Caram
And I feel really bad about that.
Ben Mandelker
Just kidding. I don't. But I'll tell you that it's like I'm just being blamed for, like, everything. Like, I'm in such a freaking vulnerable, sensitive spot that I was like, oh, my God, I can't wait for this weekend, you know? So.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. And you have a lot of pressure. Yeah. It didn't take much to just rock my world. Okay, I know, Kyle, but one second. You know, you have to wait, work on your reactions. Like, you got to stop saying you to Amanda. I mean, that has to stop. He's like, but she deserted me. I feel like she deserted me even though I'm gone six months a year.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. And I love that Lindsay said this. She goes. And maybe she feels asserted when you go in DJ and then go out and stay out late, and then she's getting dms. Like, that leaves someone feeling abandoned as well. And that's what you have to understand. Then he's like, but no, there's no sex for seven years and no attention and no friendship and no partnership will probably wear someone down. So basically, he's saying, yeah, there's a reason why I'm going out and DJing all the time. It's because I am also feeling like I'm not getting. I feel abandoned as well. So basically the point is they are living in a hellhole of a relationship and they both need to get up because they both feel abandoned by each other. At some point, I feel like I've sort of gotten to a place where it's like a chicken and egg situation, because it's like, oh, my God, like, Kyle has, like, Kyle's going off and DJing, and Amanda just wants her husband. It's like, Kyle, you don't even realize how you're contributing the downfall of this relationship. But then you see Amanda being so emotionally distant and closed off to Kyle, and you're like, well, you know, you gotta, like, give something to, to your man, right? Like, you got like, you're in this relationship too. But then you're like, but she's like that because Kyle's like this. He goes, but Kyle's doing that because of Amanda. And you realize, like, there's no point in seeing where this all started. Well, there is. We all know where it started, which was the affair. Honestly, that's where it all started.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, but that was before they were even married.
Ben Mandelker
And it was even before then because, like, we wouldn't have. Summer should be fun. Amanda, not fun. If there weren't already these issues in this relationship, let's be honest.
Ronnie Caram
I mean, it started the first episode, and I say that was before the marriage. Not like that excuses anything, by the way. I'm just saying it's from the very beginning, it's always been this dynamic of, like, kyle, I'll come over, but I don't want to keep coming over if I'm not your girl girlfriend. Well, I don't want a girlfriend. But then I'm not gonna keep coming over. But then I need you to come over. But then I need you to be my boyfriend. Okay, we're boyfriend and girlfriend. I mean, it's been this, like, crying, and you don't want me. And then from the beginning. So it's been. That's been their thing from the beginning. I don't think they would even know how to break out of the cycle. You know, at some point, it's just like chewed up gum on the ground. You know, you see it and you're like, I didn't chew it up. I'm not cleaning that shit up. And it just stays there, there, and it stays there and it stays there and eventually you're done. It clears, and you're like, I do not need a piercing. I'm 50. And you walk back to your car, and you end up stepping in the gum. Like, you could have just bent down and cleaned up that gum, and this would have been solved. But now you've ruined your Adidas. They were the only cute shoes you had.
Ben Mandelker
That's a hundred percent what I think of. And I think. I think ultimately, Kyle, the problem this relationship is, I think that Kyle always dangled the carrot of, like, don't worry, this is what I'm doing right now is temporary. And you're gonna, like, like, you will. We will reach the promised land together as a couple. And then she's just always thought that she could change him. And, like, that. It's just. It was never gonna work all these years. But where it started, hard to say, but it happened all at once, I think, and it's terrible. So Kyle is now crying, and he's sad. And then outside, Justin's just Jesse and west and Sierra hanging out. And Jesse's like, this is tequila rocks. I don't know if you guys want something to drink, right? And they're like. And Wes goes, oh, this is, like, so 2023. Oh, my God. And Sierra goes, we are so back. Like, Sierra.
Ronnie Caram
No. And so, yeah, they're, like, celebrating. So then Lindsay is checking with Amanda now, and she's like, well, I mean, I had a calm conversation with Kyle, and I was like, what you cannot do anymore is a you to Amanda. And then he started crying, and he was like, but I feel deserted. And then he said he had a long conversation with Sierra and she suggested maybe you take a month off. And she's like, yeah, I told her he wouldn't go for that. Oh, my God. It's not only his choice. It doesn't matter if he goes for it. I think a lot of this, too, is because Kyle has, like, a monologue later to himself where, all right, no one's going to listen to me. I'm just going to do a Days of our Lives monologue in the closet. And he just goes to the closet and starts talking to himself into the mic. He's like, yeah, well, this sucks, because Amanda's wanted to leave me forever, but she won't do it because she won't do anything on her own. And I think that's a part of it, too. It's like, well, Kyle, you know, Kyle's paying for stuff, and Kyle's got the apartment, and Kyle pays for the Car. And Kyle does this and Kyle does that and she doesn't want to. It's like leaving home. You know, it's like, my parents are mean, but I have to now pay for stuff.
Ben Mandelker
I think this has also been a
Ronnie Caram
common, really red thing. I was out when I was 15, but still, you know, I get the. I get the idea.
Ben Mandelker
I think this is a common thread also is that I think that Kyle really. He's a. He is, I think, very alpha. And he's like a self starter and he goes. And he's an entrepreneur and he goes, goes, goes, goes. And I think that's not Amanda. That's not really her vibe. And you know, she sounds like she's not the same sort of self starter. She's also has been very open about dealing with, you know, mental health and falling into depressions. So, like, I think car. I mean, Kyle struggles with Amanda being like, just not as active or as motivated, and that drives him absolutely nuts. And I do almost wonder if now Amanda sort of. She is in that kind of lane of like, I'm just gonna have someone do this for me because, like, what's even the point of trying to make my own decision because he's just gonna. Like, he's just gonna railroad over my choices anyway.
Ronnie Caram
Well, I mean, I think there's definitely something to him always making the decisions. And then like, well, what kind of person are you if you. If you want to be making all the decisions and then you're with somebody who has no. No drive in them, you know? So what does that say about you? Is it like, do you want a controlling thing with them or whatever? I mean, they've both just got so many up things going on.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
So many codependent things going on.
Ben Mandelker
That. Right. Thanks. So. So, man. So Lindsay's. Yeah. Saying this whole thing about, like, she says that Kyle got really emotional about this stuff. And so Amanda's like, well, one thing about Sierra is that she tends to say out loud what I've been thinking internally, which is sort of another example
Ronnie Caram
of someone like, I want to.
Ben Mandelker
Amanda,
Ronnie Caram
that's the first thing I said. I was like, yeah, yeah, I know. You seem to copy a lot of what Sierra's thinking. Sorry, go ahead, Ben.
Ben Mandelker
No, so she goes, you know, I've considered. Do we separate? Do we break up? Like, I've had all these thoughts and at this point, all the use, all the glares, all the nastiness just make me feel stupid. Like, what am I holding out for? Yeah. But at the same time, also, this is the point where you need to be the one saying these things, not Sierra like you. You need to have the conversations. And then when Sierra was saying this stuff, stuff you should have said to Sierra, but this is something I have to talk to Kyle about, you know, but she doesn't, because she knows that Sierra is going to go to bat for her. And that's kind of shitty, I think, because it's like. It's a weird position, you know, It's a weird thing to have this friend be the one. Be like, you guys should separate.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. But there's a lot more going on than emotionally, too, because there is the whole lover boy thing. And that's been going on since they've been together pretty much almost the whole time they've been together. So it's like, do I leave him now? Do I leave this guy who I've have been in this hellish relationship with now when basically all we have is debt, or do I hold out hoping we can eventually sell this thing and there's a payout? You know what I mean?
Ben Mandelker
Right.
Ronnie Caram
Not to be cynical, but anybody with any kind of brain in a divorce is going to be thinking that, like, well, do I leave now, or do I wait for this thing to finally be a success that I've been a part of, too? You know? So, yeah, she's very much like, yeah, it's here is just saying what I'm thinking. And so then back in the kitchen, she's like, I mean, this just can't be the way he handles things. That was a lot. And Bailey's like, oh, my God. I'm not gonna lie. I did not hate angry Carl. That was so hot. Oh, my God, I'm so into Carl.
Ben Mandelker
Guys, Mia's like, did that turn you on a little bit? Oh, it did. It did. It did. I saw the bad side, and I was like. I was getting. He was getting pulled off him, and I was like, oh, I don't hate this. I am. I am ready to go grab a bowl of sweet green and do things in the bathroom with it. Whoa.
Ronnie Caram
Now there's a man who can throw a salmon salad across the sweet greens right there. It's like, oh, that's pretty bad. It's like you're kind of bored with Carl until he shows the toxic traits. And then you're like, yep, up. I'm into it. Yeah, let's. Let's book it. Which is why I can't date. I'm like that. You know, So I see that. I see that myself. I'm like, no. So then, yeah, nice guys finish last. But they do let you finish your salmon salad. And, you know, at some point, you gotta. You gotta eat the salad. Okay. So then Bailey's like, oh, my God. His neck was bulging. His skin was like, ugh, I loved it. He's like, like, oh. And I. You know, like, he's got his little dog tags on.
Ben Mandelker
Wow.
Ronnie Caram
I cannot ever get over dog tags. It was just so hot. I want him to make out with me again. Yeah, I'm ready. He's yelling. I was like, this is my husband, Bailey.
Ben Mandelker
Bailey. It was good. Something. The hottest thing I've ever seen. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Well, guess what? Tomorrow morning, he's off to marathon practice again. So I think that lady boner's about to go right back down the hall. I'm gonna go run 26 miles.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, not as fun. Oh, God. These are my favorite pants, by the way. They're gone.
Ben Mandelker
Ben's like, no, a bit of blood might never hurt anyone. We'll get it out. I was like, blood? Where did the blood come from?
Ronnie Caram
What happened?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, was there a physical situation that happened? I feel like they didn't even touch each other. So Kyle's like, I just wish I could control my emotions better. Yeah, definitely. Definitely. And I just, like. I feel like. I just feel like I'm drowning.
Ronnie Caram
All right, listen, it's. It's tough right now, but hang in there, mate, all right? It's all gonna be good. One day you can meet a lady obsessed with chokers, and your life will never be the same again. Just hang on, hang on.
Ben Mandelker
Thank you. Thank you.
Ronnie Caram
So In Carl's room, KJ's like, Bro, I was scared that you were about to hit him. Like, that was the first time he liked, like, probably ever seen me up in his face like that.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, pretty much. I actually, I. I just want my friend to be okay. That's it. It's like, yeah, and it's just like, he's, like, thinking, like, he's being painted out to be, like, a bad guy. It's like, Kyle, like, no one's looking as a bad guy, bro. We just think you're a douche. That's different, y'. All. Y'.
Ronnie Caram
All.
Ben Mandelker
Never.
Ronnie Caram
Never.
Ben Mandelker
Not the bad guy. He's not the bad guy. Even though I said, you don't care about me. You only care about yourself. And I reminded him that I was six, five. Oh, short, short man.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, we just want to see you grow. He's like, yeah, I don't know. Where we're going to go from here. So, Kyle, I don't. Talking to Ben.
Ben Mandelker
I hope Krows too, but we don't. Won't be up. Oh, hey, High five. Oh, sorry. Low five for you. I have low five for me again.
Ronnie Caram
I hope he gets on platform shoes. Spiritually, I mean, of course spiritually.
Ben Mandelker
Soft shoes. So I was like, dude, now I gotta go about as a girl. Ben's like, well, it might be easier to have a real chat now, you know, now that you kind of let it out all outside. Now you can sit down and be like, listen, I don't like the way you were talking to me, Sabrina Bell, you know, things like that. It'll be nice. It'll be good for you. So just say sorry and let's unpack it there.
Ronnie Caram
So Mia's like, oh, my God, this is a lot, you guys. And everybody's just saying, oh, my God, it's so intense. Blah, blah. So west goes inside to see Amanda, of course, and she's like, oh, my God, Wes, are you pulling up your chair next to me to stand up for me against Kyle? And then they hug and hug long and hug. And he kisses her head and sniffs her hair. The whole thing.
Ben Mandelker
The whole thing. And clearly, if they have not been hooking up already, this has got to have been at a conservative timeline. This has got to have been the beginning of the emotional affair, right?
Ronnie Caram
No, they.
Ben Mandelker
This is like a significant moment right in this timeline.
Ronnie Caram
Those two are so. He's like kissing her head and stuff. And he says, no problem. She's like, I love you. He's like, you good? Because he's not even gonna say it now. There's no way you're not gonna get that out of him. Second. Yeah, it's gonna be. So now Sierra goes inside and Jesse's like, don't worry, I'll stay out here with a watermelon. Okay? We just see him with a random watermelon on the porch.
Ben Mandelker
Watermelon significant in the summer. House. House.
Ronnie Caram
So if you're seedless, how are we supposed to procreate? Watermelon.
Ben Mandelker
Watermelon.
Ronnie Caram
Why have we been talking about that before? Our first date? That's where I'm gonna write that one down. Spotify.
Ben Mandelker
So now it's time for the big Kyle and Carl summit. Like, tensions are high. They're at each other's throats, these two friends of 10 years. Best friends, even. One was the officiant in a wedding. The other one would have been a flower girl. And the other one's wedding had it actually happened, what will happen? How will they even be able to find a way to connect? Are. There is. The abyss is so large, bro. Roll it in. I love you, man. I love it. Love you too, man. I love you, too. I'm so bad.
Ronnie Caram
I just, like. What I hate is not being able to support you and not being able to, like. I don't know. I don't know how to help. And I just. I lost my. I lost my. Because all I want to do is help.
Ben Mandelker
I cracked up that after this whole big fight. Fuck you. Fuck you. Like, you're a 6 foot 5 loser. Y' all. Shut up, y'. All. And it's like, bring it in. Bring it in. They just hug. It's like, it's so bro. It's so bro. Yeah, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
He's like, I know. I'm on, too. And they're hugging. Carl's like, no, I'm sorry, too. You know, I made it worse, and that wasn't my intent. I was. I was trying to find a way to calm you down, which is why I called you a loser and then told everybody your career sucked.
Ben Mandelker
So I tried to calm you down, but then I realized you're so short, you already are kind of down. So I was like. I was actually trying to see if I could calm you way down. You wait to hum you up? Yeah, pretty far down on the way.
Ronnie Caram
Way down. Okay.
Ben Mandelker
Well, I was trying to look at the clouds.
Ronnie Caram
Hey, Kyle, did you fall down a well?
Ben Mandelker
I wanted to give you some seeds so you could climb a beanstalk and talk to me face to face.
Ronnie Caram
Well, I was afraid you were gonna get up here and try to steal my golden goose.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. Oh, it's a different fable, but that's okay.
Ronnie Caram
No, it's the same one. No, it's the same one.
Ben Mandelker
Golden Goose.
Ronnie Caram
Jack and the Beanstalk. Yeah, Giant had the golden goose and Jack tried to steal it.
Ben Mandelker
Okay.
Ronnie Caram
I mean, I'm talking about the end of the woods version, so we're. We're New Yorkers, so.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah.
Ben Mandelker
Well, you know, there's giants in the sky. There's giants in the Hamptons. Oh, so that being a badger sell.
Ronnie Caram
So then Amanda's going upstairs and she's like, oh, my girls. They would have hated tonight. My dogs. My dogs would have hated tonight. You guys. I'm sure your dogs hate their existence at this point. Poor dogs, having to listen to these two.
Ben Mandelker
Seriously, the dogs have heard worse.
Ronnie Caram
Unfortunately, the dogs need emotional support. Dogs.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. They really do. Especially because one of Them is named Vagisil. Like, oh, so awkward. So Kyle is like, all I want to do is just, like, squash it. Cuz, like, that was heated by the way. Kyle. Kyle putting more energy and more effort into making sure, like, he's understood and that, like, Carl feels like, okay than he does with Amanda is also kind of really sad. Like, he puts more effort into trying to see Carl's perspective.
Ronnie Caram
I mean, kind of. But he's been doing this with Amanda for so long that it's like he knows she's hopeless.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
And also, I think he's still. I. I think he still believes, like, Amanda was the one starting all of this by going to everybody talking, talking behind my back. So he's still pissed off at Amanda. I'm sure he blames this whole thing with Carl on Amanda, you know?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
I'm not saying whether that's right or not, but I think that's probably how
Ben Mandelker
he thinks Kyle was happy because he was just happy that car. He says, I feel like you needed to get that out a little bit. Like, And y'.
Ronnie Caram
All.
Ben Mandelker
A little bit. It's like. It's like. Because Carl never really says what's on his mind, so Kyle's just, like, proud of him. Carl's like, like, dude, I'm not upset at all about, like, the soft bar investment thing. I'm not. Even though I just screamed at you and said, thanks for not supporting me, but I've talked about it all season.
Ronnie Caram
I'm not really mad at that at all.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, not at all.
Ronnie Caram
I was fired up. Yeah. I was all over there. Yeah. You know, and, you know, I thought you threw a drink at me. He goes, what? Yeah. When you got out to the front, you had your lover boy and you threw it at the house. But I thought it wasn't me, so, you know, I thought it was like. I thought it was like you throwing a drink at brick and Mortar, and
Ben Mandelker
I got really upset. Like, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that. No, no. I just want the best for you. I just want you to throw your lover boy, like, away from humans, you know? Yeah, I know. I. I don't know how it transpired from, like. I don't know. It's like, yo, well, you feel attacked. I get it. Because I was attacked by your lover boy. Oh, sorry. I just had a flashback to that. I have to remember, you were not being attacked by the lover boy. He meant to hit the shingles. Okay. But I'm sorry. And, like, when I see you tell your wife you like, that's out of line, Carl. That's, like, really out of line. You would think at this point, Kyle. I think Kyle has, like, calmed down enough that now he has perspective to be like, yeah, you're right, that was up. But nope, he doesn't.
Ronnie Caram
No, he's like, no, because he's out there and I'm talking. I feel like this is how it's been. Like, I'm taking bullets and Amanda's eating it up. And that's why I said you. You know, because she just like, dude, imagine feeling like your wife and your partner. I mean, I can't even remember the last time she stood up for me,
Ben Mandelker
but makes me sad. And I'm sure she's actually stood up for you quite frequently. So then in Sierra's rooms here and Amanda are in bed, and Amanda's like, dude, when he looked at me across the table and I didn't even say anything, and he was just like, you. That was like, the worst part of it. And Sierra's like, yeah, me too. She's. Because I didn't even say anything. I think what I need to do is just, like, put myself in someone else's shoes. Yeah. I think that's all that's a good way to live life, is to put yourself in someone else's shoes and see what they might think of a situation. Like, any situation you might find yourself in, it's good, before you embark on it, to say, well, how would this person feel about that? I think that's a really good idea, Amanda.
Ronnie Caram
Unfortunately, you don't take that advice anytime soon. But when she's like, look, this you from Kyle, that's never going to be okay. But Amanda, you were sitting there smirking and smiling and, like, making faces at everybody during that whole thing, during that dinner. Like, Amanda just being like, oh, my God, like, so innocent. It's making me crazy. And she's like, yeah, I didn't say anything. So Mia comes in and she's like, yeah, well, how would you feel if that happened to one of your friend's boyfriends? And she's like, I'd be fighting with my friend. Like, I don't even know you guys. Taking, like, I wouldn't even be able to handle someone talking to my friend like that.
Ben Mandelker
And I mean, the truth of this, I was just like, you know, joking about how, like, you know, when Amanda says she should, like, be in someone else's shoes, obviously, like, like, it's dramatic irony, foreshadowing to what's to happen. But in this case. You actually really should do that because it's like she shouldn't be in this relationship at all. Like you. Like, it's just. There's just no world in which your husband says you to you that you should ever tolerate that or be okay with that. And especially if it's on camera. If someone, if your husband feels comfortable saying that to you on camera, like, yeah, it's time to go. It's time to do that. It's over. It's done.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. You need to think of what it's like to be in someone else's shoes. And those shoes need to be on a person that's walking away from something. Okay. Empathize with that.
Ben Mandelker

Watch What Crappens – Episode #3363: Summer House S10E15 Part 1: It’s All Downhill From Here Ben Mandelker & Ronnie Karam | May 13, 2026
In this recap of Summer House Season 10, Episode 15, Ben and Ronnie dive headfirst into one of the most explosive, emotionally charged episodes of the season. The main theme centers on the ongoing feud between Carl and Kyle, accentuated by years of pent-up tension, therapy-speak exhaustion, and bro-fueled bickering, punctuated with a viral hug, relationship drama, and classic Bravo shenanigans. Along the way, the hosts unpack the tangled web of relationships, mock the cast’s overly dramatic tendencies, and drop insightful and hilarious commentary on the unraveling friendships and romantic partnerships at the core of the show.
The recap is a blend of affectionate ridicule, snark, and genuine psychological insight—signature hallmarks of Watch What Crappens. Ben and Ronnie lean into over-the-top impressions, playful exaggerations, and witty asides that mimic the absurdity and melodrama of the cast. Even as they mock, there’s an undercurrent of camaraderie and relatability, especially regarding unhealthy relationship cycles and Bravo’s flair for drama.
This episode delivers a blow-by-blow breakdown of the Carl/Kyle feud and the dysfunctional marriage of Kyle and Amanda, with hilarious, sometimes savage commentary from Ben and Ronnie. They highlight the cyclical nature of the cast’s conflicts, dissect poignant scenes (like the viral hug), and dig deep into why so many of these relationships are stuck in toxic holding patterns. If you missed the episode, this recap will leave you as entertained as watching it, with plenty of memorable quotes and real talk along the way.
