Ben Mandelker
And no, they had one last week last time, didn't they? Or was that a watch?
Ronnie Caram
It's always been in the clubhouse. It's always been.
Ben Mandelker
No way.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, they're getting a real one. Yeah. So we open with the season finale with Maddie and Joe taking a walk and Joe's like, you ever feel like when we walk down here, like, do you ever feel like we just like don't belong? Like in this neighborhood? You know, you don't. Yeah, well, I don't know what neighborhood it is, but I'm just going to automatically say don't.
Ben Mandelker
You literally don't There is a lady walking behind you, filming you with her phone. Okay. She's calling the police. You don't. Do not belong in this neighborhood, man. He's like, yeah. I'm like, well, maybe we'll never be able to afford that house. We'll never be able to afford that house. Oh, my God. He's like, I know. What is that? Oh, my God. Ladybug. It's ladybug. So, yeah, yeah. It's just ladybug, though.
Ronnie Caram
Hello, ladybug. What? Oh, my God, Joe. The. A little ladybug lands on his shirt and he like goes from being like, very panicked to being like, wait. Oh, wait, wait. What? What do I do? Do I blow on it? Do I blow? She goes, no. Joe, make a wish. Oh, my God. He's like, no, don't blow on the ladybug. Oh, God. Flew away. Flies away. Wait, really up, Joe. I wish. I wish for that house the ladybug left. You blew on it. That's not how you get a wish out of a ladybug.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, you blew that wish. God, Joe. So now we go over to Leva and she's planning a party. They're going to do a big old summer bash for our hospitality group. So it's going to be like New Orleans style. So, yeah, we need this courtyard to be like chef's kiss. Got it.
Ronnie Caram
I'm so glad she's throwing a party for this group because I feel like they never get time together just to socialize and be together as one big group. Sounds nice.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So he's like, oh, yeah, well, live music. And she's saying, yeah, once a year we do a staff appreciation party. We basically just want to pump up the staff because it's like a big family. Yeah, it's a real big family. You know, like when you're a stickier mom and you're like you're no longer my mother and you tell them that over email. You know, it's how families work, how Republic works.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, we're going to throw down some beads and like boas. It's going to be like a real elevated Marty Gr. I'm like, actually, I feel like it's a fake. Completely not elevated Marty Gr. That's fine, though. Exact opposite of how you described it. Oh, speaking of fake and not elevated, let's go to Zachary. Zachary's where Lake is having her art show. Cuz of course, if you're going to be displaying the art that you spent four years of your parents money going to art school for, why not set Them up in a daiquiri bar with.
Ben Mandelker
I mean, it's basically 10 different.
Ronnie Caram
Spinning. Spinning. Slushy. Slushy drink things going.
Ben Mandelker
Basically a gallery. It's basically the loof. So she's setting up, and somebody, you know, whatever. The event is starting. So let's just go to that. So everybody comes like, oh, my God. Hi. Is that art yours? Like, no, actually, that's like, the sign for the bathrooms. Oh, yeah. I guess it is really good representation of a woman, though. I mean, I can really see it.
Ronnie Caram
Wow. Yeah, this is. It's really beautiful. I feel like I've been transported to the Gagosian galleries here. This is just, you know, between that raspberry daiquiri spinning and this beautiful portrayal of a bathroom sign, I'm just like, wow. I am in the heart of the art world.
Ben Mandelker
So everybody checks out the pieces. I'm not sure which ones are lakes and which ones are other peoples. Are they all.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, because the thing is, I was actually wondering the same thing because some of them had, like, a completely different art style. I thought, well, this maybe is not lakes. Maybe she is curating and not painting.
Ben Mandelker
She was curating, but then I think she's curating other artists and putting her art in there as well. But there was no. I mean, look, it doesn't always have to have, like, big caps above it.
Ronnie Caram
Like, this is lakes.
Ben Mandelker
I guess that's not how it works, but I don't know. I want to know which ones are lakes. I know the eye was lakes because, remember, we started drawing the eye. That was me in junior high. I was like, I'm an artist now. So I went and got a bunch of, like, oil. Oil paints and canvases, and I just kept painting eyes over and over again. My dad still has them. I'm going to hang them in the office behind me. And I also made a clown. It was pretty.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, I. My favorite piece of art that she did was that really, like, that pink. It was like a pink canvas. And then there was, like, beautiful. Like, it was the. The. There was like a. Like, an etching of, like, a glass. And then below it, it said margaritas. Then I was like, oh, wait a second. This is the menu. This is the menu. Sorry.
Ben Mandelker
No, there. There was that one where it's, like, a person lying down, and you're like, oh, my God, are they dead? Are they resting? Like, what is it? You have to really stare at it for a while to see what's going on. And then there's, like, another image where there's A person putting their hands on their ch. Oh, it's the choking.
Ronnie Caram
The choking sign, actually. I love that there was, like, sculptures. I thought that was, like, really impressive. Like, the. That sort of, like, bulbous one that had. They, like, used some sort of, like, polymer or, like, some sort of thing to make it look almost like it, like, condensation. And it was like a glass, and it was, like, full of. Oh, I'm sorry. That was the adisto. A chipotle pineapple margarita of Casamugo's chipotle pineapple, simple syrup and fresh lime juice, available at Zachary. Zachary's.
Ben Mandelker
So, like, it's like, my dream job in the art world is to dive deeper into the gallery business. Michaels is like, this is fire. So she's saying she put together this show, and it's giving a taste of, like, curating side that I want to, like, pursue in the future.
Ronnie Caram
Okay, well, I love how she says, I want to dive deeper into the gallery. Like, the. The gallery side of it. I was like, dive deeper. You haven't. You're working at Republic. I think you have to start, like, you have to get in at least at the shallow end first. Like, at least work at where Charlie's gallery is or something. So Leva goes up to Michael's, and she's like, how are you doing? He's like, I'm good. I'm like, so dot good. It's like, okay, good. I'm happy to hear that. And he tells us. I think when I first got that email, I was kind of, like, in shock. And you know that because you heard me going. I was like, what? What? But then I have to remind myself in the past, like, I had conversations that, like, what would a position look like with, like, more autonomy? And we see that basically six weeks ago. He's like, I want to prioritize Republic, but I also want to prioritize being a model. So, like, how does that work?
Ben Mandelker
I'm wearing, like, tinted lenses right now. They're yellow. So I really want you to take me seriously as a model, because I am one. Just like, okay, yeah. Getting total model vibes from you. So, you know, I can maybe discuss with management, like, see what we can shake out for you, you know, Then you don't have to be a manager anymore. He's like, great, okay, well, then, what the hell? She probably still should have called him and been like, hey, so remember having that discussion? We figured it out. We found someone to take over. You don't have to be ag anymore. Now we're just Going to move you to this other position. But no, it's Leva. So she's going to call him and put the man into a nervous breakdown first.
Ronnie Caram
Maybe this was the work, like the final act of Leah CEO who has disappeared. And we. We met her replacement today, which I did not appreciate.
Ben Mandelker
And le CE appreciate this Tom. What is his name? Michael.
Ronnie Caram
Whatever.
Ben Mandelker
Out of here. Not Leah. I'm never gonna take this man seriously. He say ciao to the CEO. Okay, yeah.
Ronnie Caram
No, I want Leah CEO at all times. And if I don't get her, I'll be very upset. So I think that maybe on her way out, she's like, all right, you're gonna take me? I'm taking out someone else with me. Michael's like the best CEO this bar has ever seen. You are being phased out of your job. See you later, alligator.
Ben Mandelker
Need more rayon. Thank you. This has been Leah CEO. Yeah. Like, I need to focus on modeling now. It's bittersweet. And Lev is saying, yeah, he's like one of the best AGMs we've ever had. We created a new position because, like, he was valuable to us. So he's still helping in managerial positions, but now his title is vice president of daiquiri machines of swirling colors in an art gallery. Kind of, but not relic. Not really. But we want to make Lake happy because she could be a future good daiquiri server. Is that too long?
Ronnie Caram
Is that. I don't know. Does it. Does it flow off the tongue? Does it. I don't know. He's like, y. It's like bittersweet, you know? But like, the job is kind of like part of my identity, so it's like, definitely something that I'm gonna have to, like, make peace with. Yeah. And so, like, like, guys, I have a surprise. So everyone strike a post, cuz we're gonna draw the guys. Okay, so everyone. Guys, you have to get into booty shorts and then like, pose and Booty shorts for everyone. I was like, yes, just like, walking into the Guggenheim itself.
Ben Mandelker
This is the third or fourth Bravo show this year that's had painting the male figure thing. We have this. We have Beverly Hills. We had Ladies of London. There was another one. I'm sure of it. I think it's been four, but I can't come up with the four, so I'm gonna say three. Bravo. Can we just go back to vagina freezing? Like, come on. What are you doing?
Ronnie Caram
Michael's Michaels is like. I mean, after my first shoot with like, a small gay magazine, like, modeling comes With a price. But, like, when it comes to my best friend, I'll do it for free. Okay.
Ben Mandelker
After that. So Dot gay shoot. They are rolling. The offers are rolling in, but okay, I'll do the. Zack's got the Dax gig for free, I guess. So she gives him little booty shorts. And Joe's like, yeah, I'm not doing that. I'll draw them. But I'm not wearing these shorts because my back hurts and I haven't been able to work out. Do you know what that's like? I haven't worked out in three weeks. You can't do this to me. It's like.
Ronnie Caram
This is, like, very triggering for me.
Ben Mandelker
I refuse to do it.
Ronnie Caram
You know a magic ladybug landed on this shirt. I know. I, like, never want to take it off. Cuz, like, if I take it off, will I lose my wish? I don't know. It's scary.
Ben Mandelker
I'm just gonna had a ladybug come land on me today. And the ladybug flew away. And as it was leaving, I'm pretty sure I heard it called me fat. So
Ronnie Caram
I can't do this right now. I can't do this. I don't feel confident. Okay. Throw my back. So he's like, I didn't sign up. This are on my model shirtless at Zach Stacks right now. Like, my body, my choice. I'm like, that's not really. That's not the soul of that saying, but sure. So then Lake's dad calls up and he's like, hey, what's going on with your archer? Wait, why aren't you at your art show? Why are you getting drunk? Dad, this is my art show. Oh, okay. Well, damn, if you told me there'd be 10 margarita machines going, maybe I would have shown up. You got to tell people. You got to sell the event now, honey.
Ben Mandelker
Wow. Isn't it nice? Her dad called. I think her dad's such a jerk. He should be there. He should be there. Okay. To be like, I'm here with my new kid. Sorry, can't make it to your thing. I didn't like it. And. But she's happy. And he's like, her.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, she's happy because he's like, oh, you take some photos that I could put on my story.
Ben Mandelker
My dad's gonna put me on his Instagram stories that, like, makes my life worth living. It's, like, so sweet. It means he does like me.
Ronnie Caram
Wow. So then her mom is not coming either.
Ben Mandelker
My mom puts me on her Instagram stories. I've done something wrong.
Ronnie Caram
Okay.
Ben Mandelker
It's never. It is like the. Look at what this did this time. And she says her mom's not coming either because she has a work gig. And I said audibly to my. Because my dog looked at me. So I know it was my outside voice. I said, the mom's gonna come because the mom, you know, is a supportive, good mother. You know, she's going to show up. The mom's not going to be like, I'm not coming to your art gig, honey. I have a work thing. I was like, I don't believe it. She's going to show up. I believe in this mother.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, the mom is so good. Mom gives great advice.
Ben Mandelker
It's time for a commercial. It's time for a crappin's commercial.
Ronnie Caram

Amazon Health AI presents Painful Thoughts. I. I can't stop scratching my downtown. Yeah, but I'm not itching to go downtown and tell a receptionist I'm here to talk about my downtown. Some things you'd rather type than say out loud. There's no question too embarrassing for Amazon Health AI. Chat your symptoms and get virtual care 24. 7 Healthcare just got less painful.
Ronnie Caram
So now the guys are gonna. They come out in their. Their booty shorts. And Lake is like, I'm trying to bring culture. You know, this is art right here. The body get naked. So everyone's drawing. Everyone's just doing, like, little doodles, you know? And Emmy shows up, and Emmy's like, you.
Ben Mandelker
They're like, oh, my God, this is art. It's the body. Okay? Age, age. And call me.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, you know, it's also art of the ruins, so we'll see you in a few years.
Ben Mandelker
Exactly. You know how, like, the finest art is covered with a sheet? Can we go back to that art? That would be great. That's the kind of art I'm giving you. Okay, Cover it.
Ronnie Caram
So now, like, a bunch of them are sitting in a booth and Joe's like, hey, guys, gather round, gather round. It's sort of like the staging of, like, the beginning of Greece or something or just like any school play. He's like, guys, gather round. Okay, listen, I found out that Michaels. Apparently, he's no longer agm. Like, well, yeah, he hasn't driven a GM car in years. Right? I mean, I think he's moved on to Toyota's. No, no. Assistant General Manager. Oh,
Ben Mandelker
Guys, Michaels is no longer agam. What? Agam.
Ronnie Caram
What, America's got mallets? No, no, no. It stands for Assistant General Manager. So, yeah, he's not gonna be manager anymore. Guys, don't you feel like we should maybe break out into a big new school number? No, no, no, he's not. No, no, no. Yeah. Well, guess what, guys, I have some bad news. He got an email during work. It was so scary, I had to hide in my bathroom.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, my God. What did the email say? And then he's like. I mean, it was just, you know, like, let him know that, like, I mean, even no longer agm. And I. I mean, I don't know. It was terrifying. It was. I will tell you, it was terrifying. I've never been close to that drain in my entire life. I was near the drain, shivering cold. I was freezing cold, scared out of my mind. You know, we were. When he got the email, I mean, could you imagine being at work when he got that? So now Michaels comes over and Mia's like, oh, just found out. He's like, what? That you got demoted? Oh, ouch. What happened? He's like, I, I, I didn't get demoted. I mean, it wasn't really a demotion. It was like, it wasn't that.
Ronnie Caram
Like, Michaels, what is it? I'm just. I'm not like AGM anymore. Like, can you tell us what that means? Assistant General Manager? No, I, I feel like that's not what it means. Yeah, it does. Like, guys, don't you have, like, anything better to do than to talk about me? Like, there's, like, so much beautiful art in this room. Like, talk about the art. Don't talk about me. I mean, I know I'm a masterpiece, by the way. They literally have nothing better to do than talk about you. Like, there's nothing. They have literally nothing else to do except watch the machine spin and talk about you.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, that. We've seen the art. It's not worth talking about. So TJ's like, well, what's your official title? VIP client engagement and Sales. Brad's like, oh, yeah, I think they're just making up titles at this point, because that's not real. Which is true. They did just make up this title. And so Joe's like, yeah, I think that means you got demoted.
Ronnie Caram
So, yeah, it's called, like, model emeritus or something like that. That's your title.
Ben Mandelker
Mia's like, yeah, you're the manager now. You're not the manager. That's my corporate expertise is telling me you got demoted. So sorry.
Ronnie Caram
And so then Maddie's like, oh, my God, tj, You guys can sleep together now. It's no longer a conflict of interest. He's not in a position of power. Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. My ladybug wish came true. I wish that TJ and Michaels could have sex finally. Wow. Ladybug. Thank you.
Ben Mandelker
So, like, like, guys, this was such a good turnout. I'm so glad everybody's talking, and I'm glad we had, like, a male model experience. Oh, my God. Wait, there's my mom.
Ronnie Caram
Jerry walks in. She's like, oh, hi. Wait, this is where your art show is? What? What? We spent our money on this. What is happening? Lake, you can't. Over here. We. I'm moving to a different state.
Ben Mandelker
So she's being supportive and stuff, and likes. Like, she's always been supportive of my career. And they take pictures together. And now it's a new day at Republic, and Joe is having another meeting with Lava.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, God, here we go.
Ben Mandelker
So she's. Okay, Joe, I'm really tired.
Ronnie Caram
Another episode of Guppy Tank. God.
Ben Mandelker
Guppy Tank. Shark Tank.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah.
Ben Mandelker
So love is like, okay, Joe, I'm a little tired today. Okay. He's like, oh, yeah, me too. Definitely, like, feeling, like, post weekend, you know, it was, like, so much partying. Say woof. Post weekend blues, right?
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. My back and, like, all that stress from the ladybug, you know? And she's like, okay, yeah, I know it's been a grind. He's like, yeah, you know, and now I'm getting older. She's like, oh, Joe, I love how you're talking like you're turning 50 or something. You're still 30. Okay, now I'm. Now. Now that I'm getting older. Like, you're just, like, one year of 30. He's like, yeah, but, like, I'm worried about playing pickleball later because, like, my lower back is killing me. Like, Maddie's gonna, like, destroy me. But, like, anyway, thanks for meeting me. The fact that he's talked about his lower back so much this season, but it's, like, not a storyline. It's just something he complains about.
Ben Mandelker
I mean, this is exactly what you do when you want to get a job. You talk about, like, how much you partied over the weekend, then how you're gonna spend the day playing pickleball on a work day. And then. Then how your back is still hurting and always hurts. No one is gonna hire that. Joe. Come on, buddy. So she's like, okay, Joe. Just, like, get on with it. And he's like, okay. Well, I think, like, everyone's like, joe, you have so many ideas. Your name is Joey Bottles. Like, that's such a cool name. And so, like, now I'm, like, trying to put stuff on paper, you know, and, like, I'm making all these business plans, and I think there's a lot of synergy for us to, you know, like, both come out happy for this. And you know what? Synergy, because that's the word. And so synergy means putting stuff on paper around paper, though, so. But it's up here. Don't worry. It's all up.
Ronnie Caram
Joe. Joe, can we just, like, walk this back? Who are the people that say you always have so many ideas? Well, Maddie, the ladybug, the person, the car wash. When I was like, should I put my car in. Should I put my car in park or should it be a neutral? And they said, put it in neutral. I was like, I'll put a neutral. And he goes, that's a good idea. I was like, thanks. They just also have such good ideas. So, like, it's a lot of people, really, if you think about it.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, Joe. So she's like, okay, Joe. And he's like, yeah, you know, like, so many people want to work with me. It's, like, insane. Joe, nobody wants to work. Who are all these people who want to work with you that you're turning down to be a doorman? Get out of here. That's not true, Joe. Stop saying it. It's like, well, last night now. Oh, sorry, go ahead.
Ronnie Caram
I was just gonna say that last night, I balanced a stapler on top of a shoebox, on top of a basketball on top of a shoe that was originally in the shoebox, and I put it all on a pad. So I just want to show that I can put things on paper. So I think I'm, like, ready.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. Like, my initial meeting, I didn't have a plan, but, like, now I have a concept. Okay? So, like, you know, I want to be humble, but also hungry. Like, I want to be hungry. Humbly hunk hung. Okay, so I'm not the. The concept isn't mixing words together, but, like, I have confidence now because, you know, I can do big things, like throw live events. Because remember I had that email night that half the people came to for Free, but you know what I mean? Like, it was really good. It was huge. Everyone's like, jojo more emo. Like, I see people in the street. Like, I saw a lady in the street crying the other day, and I was like, emo. I did that. I did that. So, yeah, I want to partner with you guys, you know, because, like, I'm in love with hospitality. I'm in love with live music more than anything. Like, I know it sounds cheesy as hell, but I love, like, weddings. I love, like, weddings, you know, do what's great. Bracelets, love bracelets. Those are so, so.
Ronnie Caram
I love, love. And, like, I just have, like, these ideas. I was thinking about weddings and I was like, what about, like, a wedding? It was just like an idea of, like, the sort of event that we could, like, that could happen. I. I had this other event. I was like, I was thinking, okay, here's a good idea for a party. People come in and they, like, drink. Oh, I don't know. Just like, a lot of ideas that people are asking about. I was like, so, like, have you
Ben Mandelker
ever thought, like, you know how, like, if you look at a lake, it's like, just like a hole in the ground with water? So I was thinking, like, what if we had a place where we dug a hole in the ground and put water in it? That's a swimming pool, Joe.
Ronnie Caram
Exactly, yeah. Ideas. So what are you exactly pitching me? Like, you want to pitch an idea of a future business or what? It's like, yeah, I had this, like, so, like, okay, like, okay, Official Charleston's becoming the fastest growing wedding destination in the United States. But, like, I like to think, like, combine like a vers. Like a versatile venue where it's like, not just live shows, but, like, we could have a wedding and, like, wedding parts too. I'm like, yeah, Joe, it's called a venue.
Ben Mandelker
He's like, that's what venues do, Joe.
Ronnie Caram
Okay, wait, but you could also, like, have a dance and like, a prom. You kind of like a fraternity formal there. Like, I'm just, like, thinking out of the box. But we could also store boxes in there though, by the way. Just think about that.
Ben Mandelker
And she's like, he doesn't know anything about weddings. Like, well, there could be like a rooftop. Like, it could be very upscale. Like, these wedding after parties, there's like, so much money in that. You know, I see a hole in the market. Like, I see that demand. Like, how many weddings are on roofs? Not enough, that's for sure. Hole in the market. So, like, you know, I'm excited for my career and, like, making money with you guys, you know? And she goes, okay, so is there something you want to show me, like, on your computer? He's like, well, this is, like, the first time I've ever done it. She's like, yeah, I'm too blind for this font. Like, what.
Ronnie Caram
Who's. Okay? I like, is this for ants?
Ben Mandelker
Is it a wedding venue for ants?
Ronnie Caram
Can you actually, yeah, I was thinking, like, you know, ants, they've got these colonies, but they don't have any place to dance. So, like, we could have a venue and we could call it Pants. That way you could say, there's ants in my pants. You see what I'm saying here? Joe, can you just show me something? Okay. Like, the. The venue, it'll primarily just, like, showcase live music and rock, but there. There could be DJs. You know what I mean? It's like, yeah, yeah, like this.
Ben Mandelker
A big empty space that we're in right now. She's like, okay, well, here's the thing. Like, I know you head is like, oh, I want to be at the top of the mountain, but, yeah, I'm going to need more from you, Joe. Like, I need, like, breakdowns of numbers, and, like, I need to see a cost, and then it'll. Then it'll feel like you did some work. And he's like, oh, oh. She's like, yeah, I was expecting market research and, like, who's our competition? Just the basics, you know? I mean, this feels juvenile.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, he. He. He watched Vanderpump Rules and thought that was, like, a real business that, like, you know, Lisa Vanderpump gave Tom and Tom, like, a 95 share. It's like, no, they just were the faces of it. This is still Lisa's business. And I think Joe thinks that he's gonna get the same thing, but, like, he has to do, like. But. But love is like, no, I'm not gonna just. You're not famous enough to just, like, put your face on it, and everyone's gonna come flocking to it. It's gonna be a real business for me, so you have to give me some numbers. So he's just like, you know, I was expecting a little bit of, like, market research and investment and, you know, things like that. This is all just so juvenile. And she goes, you know, a lease is really fucking expensive on King Street. To take that risk is massive. Yeah, but. No, but I would own the space, because that's fine. She was like, yeah, no, you. You wouldn't own it. Nobody really owns anything unless you've got $10 million. You're going to have to get investors and you have to own a percent of it. And then your investors are just going to be your new boss. Never mind the fact that you're going to need a new CEO. You. Did somebody say CEO. Looking for work?
Ben Mandelker
CEO back in action. So she's like, yeah, like if I'm an investor, Joe, like, I'm going to be your boss again. So there's, you know, like, you need to build your own brand without investors. Like, do a DJ night. Book a wedding after parties, you know, book them on all our spaces. Go to Lamars, the back of Bourbon and Bubbles. Like, we have so many spaces. Like, why work for someone else? You can work for yourself and use our venue. Start small. Like when TJ brought me a hot dog plan and you know, he slowly did XYZ and now he's slowly getting somewhere. So like pick a night once a month, you know, start booking things at the venues. Like, maybe it's going to be emo, maybe it's going to be girls night. And he's looking like this her, like he's going to cry. She's actually giving him the best advice and opportunity. If you book all of this stuff, you'll still be making the money as the person who booked it and get a percentage of whatever you book, Joe. And you won't be paying rent, you won't be paying lease, you won't be being bossed around by people. You won't have this massive. But he's too like thick headed to entitled. And he's too entitled. He's like, no, I want you to buy me a restaurant that I have zero ideas for except that it's going to have a rooftop and have live music and maybe a DJ and have weddings sometimes. Joe, that's every restaurant, Joe.
Ronnie Caram
It's literally every restaurant. And he just, I think he thinks like, I'm famous. People like me like, this will just work. And it's like, it's not, it's, that's just not how it goes. Joe. And I love that level was just like, I love that Levitt was not giving some sort of like, like, oh, yeah, we'll start a company. She's like, no, no, I, I don't actually play with my businesses in this way. Like, I'll give a fake title to Michael's, but I'm not actually gonna like have you just like run one of my businesses. You're totally unreliable.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, and, but she's giving him the opportunity to. To do something, to make money, improve himself. He's just like. He refuses to do that. He has no interest in, like, proving himself. It's so weird. He's just like. But I already did because I've been like a. You know, like, I'm. I mean, I've been working here for, like, years. So what? Joe, you're a doorman. I mean, you're a doorman called a VIP host, whatever. So you sell some tables, but you're ultimately, like a doorman selling tables. Joe. He's like, but I've been so. But I've been, like, so loyal. Okay, well, what's the alternative to being loyal to your job? Do we all get, like. What does that mean? Like, you would cheat on your job doing something else, so you would be a doorman somewhere else, and they would get upset? What does that even mean? You were loyal. You showed up to work and you got paid for it, Joe.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, you have to, like.
Ben Mandelker
And.
Ronnie Caram
And you.
Ben Mandelker
He.
Ronnie Caram
He even says later in the episode, like, how he's been demoted because he did in the first season. He, like, made a real big pitch so that way he could become, I think, assistant general manager, and then he got pushed down again. It's like, why would you think, after being demoted and after, like, all the things that Leva has said to you earlier this season, why would you think that, like, you'd be entitled to this? And also, like, listen to her advice. She's giving you a path forward, and, like, all you have to do is do the path. If you want to work with her. She's giving you a path. She said, this is what I need from you. And then we can. We can re. Establish. But he just assumes that he. That it's. That it's something that he can get.
Ben Mandelker
It's just, yeah, this guy. Oh, my gosh. So he's like. But, yeah, like, I. I'm trying to pitch you a business concept I want to put my entire life into. Like, not just sort of some sort of theme night at Republic. Joe, you have to have a resume of doing something, so do something to build a resume. So she's like, yeah, start doing this small, and, like, we'll circle back in a year. And he's like, oh, my God. Reality starting to hit. The. My dream of partnering with people I'm loyal to is, like, getting dimmer and dimmer. What she's telling me is, I don't want to. I don't want you to leave the front door. No, she's telling you do something to prove that you're more than opening a door and saying hello to people on King Street.
Ronnie Caram
Don't start at step Q. Start with step A. Okay? Just start there, dummy.
Ben Mandelker
So now we go to Brad's and basically like, everybody's just getting ready for the day, right? He puts nipple covers on the dog, on the dog's eyes. He's like, haha. And then we go in front of a coffee place and Justin's FaceTiming Charlie and flirting with her instead. They're all getting ready because it's going to be a big party, guys. I don't know if you heard about it.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, big dance. Big dance for the gang, guys. And he's like, I can't wait to see you. She's like, I can't wait to see you. Oh my God, Sally's banging at my door. Please don't tell her we ever talked. And then we're at pickleball and Maddie and Joe. And Maddie's like, joe, I'm stretching to beat your ass. Lol. And Joe's like, yeah, I feel like last time we were here was for your 10 year sobriety thing, remember? She's like, yeah, of course he said yeah. I'm just like worried about like, my back though, because, like, I also don't want you to like, beat me too bad. Oh God, where's that ladybug? I wish she couldn't beat me too bad. Ladybug, please come back. It's an emergency. I'm still like a little sh. Shocked from that meeting. And like, people are telling me to, like, take these leaps of faith and like, not be afraid of failure. And I feel like every time I do that, I fail. Yeah, well, that's the point is that like, don't be afraid. Like, you do it again. Like, fail. Allow yourself to fail. It's okay.
Ben Mandelker
But you're not even doing anything. You're not doing anything. You haven't done anything to even fail at. You sitting down at your computer and like rubbing your temple and then flicking around a pencil erase is not doing something. So you can say, look, I came up with an idea. Weddings. That's not doing anything. Joe, come on. Oh my God, this guy. So he's like, I'm just worried. Am I like, good enough? No, because you don't do anything. So his. She's. He's complaining about his back and mad. He's like, oh my God, shut up about your stupid back, you wuss. We're playing pickleball. So they play and then after that, he's like, yeah, well, he tries to do a scene while he's doing the pickleball. She's like, joe, we can't talk and play pickleball. God. So they stopped to do the scene and he's like, okay, well, love, I, like, totally. Like, the meeting went like. Like, I gave her my big business plan and she was like, oh, concerts, wedding venue.
Ronnie Caram
Cool.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, that sounds like it could work one day. Like, not right now. Absolutely not.
Ronnie Caram
She didn't say that the concepts don't work. It's that you spearheading them won't work right now. Man's like, what? It's like, yeah, I just feel like they don't look at me as, like, someone that they want to get into business with. I mean, so what? I'm a guy with lower back pain playing pickleball and doing bad at it. I just feel like she made me feel like it was, like, intangible. It's pretty cool that I said intangible. Like, she's like, this is, like, too big for you. Well, I feel like you've been, like, working her ass off all summer. All summer. How about like, for five years, minus four years? God, I can't believe that they would say this.
Ben Mandelker
My heart breaks for you, Joe. So she's like, yeah, I've seen you have conversations with Lamar about having a business with them one day. And he's like, yeah, yeah, I thought so too. She's like, I feel so bad, Joe. So she cries for him. He's like, I'm sick of people not taking me seriously and not, like, not feeling fulfilled and like, I'm sick of staying at the same spot. Like, I'm not doing it anymore. I'm not doing it no more.
Ronnie Caram
I'm sick of people not taking me seriously. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. An alien species just landed on my shirt. Oh, yeah, it's another ladybug. Oh, my God. That's crazy. Anyway, people don't take me seriously. Says the guy who started the episode freaking out about a ladybug. So now it's the night time night shift at Republic and Maddie is walking with an ice bucket and she's complimenting girls and everything. And Michaels is. He's adjusting the stanchions outside and he has, you know, he doesn't seem very happy right now. He's back to being just a regular guy in a suit out at the front door.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, he's like, there's an extra stanchion out there, though, so take that one at the end. And they're like that. Then. Then it'll be too long. He's like, then we have an extra one. Take it inside. Oh, my God, I can't believe I'm doing this. Fuck my life.
Ronnie Caram
Blake is like, he may not have the AGM title, but he's the AGM in my heart anyway. And also, if I don't move the stanchion, he's gonna ice me out for another three days. So, yeah, for the past two years, I've had all these responsibilities, so just like, to have them taken away, it just feels like a little strange. Like, I mean, it's not. It's nothing I can't do. It's fine.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So Joe's like. Joe's like, yeah, I'm worried about his ego. Yeah, worry about your own. But also, you're not wrong.
Ronnie Caram

Ronnie Caram
It is getting warmer and it's time to go outside and start grilling. You can find quality meat, fresh organic produce, seasonal bakery treats. It's all there at Whole Foods Market. Ready to cook beef or chicken kebabs,
Ben Mandelker
corn, asparagus, great on the grill.
Ronnie Caram
And Whole Foods has Teton waters ranch hot dogs and sausages made from grass fed beef. Shop for all of your summer favorites
Ben Mandelker
at Whole Foods Market. So then we see two hours until staff appreciation party. So everybody's getting dressed for tonight. And now we go to Molly's Getting restless. Everybody's getting ready. I don't know. Molly's like, I'm gonna go for Michael's tonight. He with me.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. And we see. It's Bella. Bella and Emmy are getting ready. God, I'm so glad to know what Bella's up to. And they're. Maddie says she's going to be. She says she's gonna be. Her look is gonna give Cherry. I'm like, was it. Do we know what?
Ben Mandelker
Do we know who share is? I don't know. Share rides. Like, what are you talking about? So now we go to. Yeah, right Shares. So we go to Mia, Molly, and TJ, and they're talking about TJ having a date. And TJ's like, oh, my God, he's really cute. And it was like, kind of a blind date situation. And he was gonna stay at Joe's, but he ended up sleeping at my house last night. So
Ronnie Caram
we were like, were you naughty or nice? A little naughty. Were you a little naughty? Yeah, I. I did. I did just say naughty. He's like, wait a second. Were you naughty? Me? I said naughty. How many times have to say it? Okay, I got up this morning, and I did not vacuum my room. I was very, very naughty.
Ben Mandelker
He just blew him. So, like, oh, my God.
Ronnie Caram
Yay.
Ben Mandelker
So TJ is like, yeah. Like, when we were leaving the last bar, he was like, should I go get my stuff? And I was like, yeah, like, the date continued at my apartment. And like, he watched me vacuum and started jerking off, and that's all I needed. We're going to get married. So then he shows a picture where he's sleeping. The. The guy is sleeping next to him, kind of turned away, and TJ's taking a picture, like, got him.
Ronnie Caram
Don't do that.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, that's kind of creepy, buddy.
Ronnie Caram
Guys, look at his. Look at his hands when he gets here. Is that correlated to his penis? You wouldn't know. But, yeah,
Ben Mandelker
Molly just catching all sorts of strays. She's like, yeah, it's girthy. So then she's like, speaking of girthy. Here he is. There he is.
Ronnie Caram
Here comes Joe. So Joe is here with his friend, and they're like, wow, Matt, there. He's so sexy. His hands are so big. Look at this Matt.
Ben Mandelker
Wow.
Ronnie Caram
Joe's like, yeah, they're both short kings. But like, Matt, he seems like he's a top. Because I feel like Matt, he's like, good that, like, Matt has, like, an intra 2 on him. So, yeah, that's pretty cool for them.
Ben Mandelker
So now they're talking about Michaels. And Molly's like, he backstabbed me and he can take accountability for it. He completely lied to my face.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, well, now he's not in charge of anyone. So, like, maybe that will take a little, like, chip off his shoulder. Yes, I'm sure nothing takes a chip off of someone's shoulder. Like getting demoted.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. Like hurting their pride. So Molly's like, well, he should never be in charge of anyone. Everyone's just awkward, silent, you know, because Molly. Here goes Molly. She's gonna try it again. So TJ's like, oh, my God. You weren't here for cucumber night and just like, oh, actually, I was like, I was all set on coming back here, but I feel like there's been long enough where, like, I don't have to bring, like, the sage in here after. That cucumber knot was rough.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, yeah. When, you know, I was accused of getting pegged. Somali's like, yeah, that was a fun night. So Matt's like, whoa. I have no contacts on anything you guys are saying. Welcome to Charleston, mad. I'm glad you're here, dude. Oh, my God. Wait, there's a knock at the door. Who could it be? Oh, my God. It's Chris. Lily. Ha. And she's like, I'm back. She was all happy. She's determined to be happy this episode. She's like, I've had a bunch of sad episodes. I'm gonna be happy for the season finale.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So then we go to the party, and Brad's taking pictures of Justin and Charlie. Everybody's saying hi. They're asking TJ what do they think about TJ's date? And Michaels is like, whatever. Good for them. He sees them, and he's just like, excuse me.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, he's not happy. And then Michaels was telling Joe to fix his pants. He's like, yeah, but they're capris. But they're, like, a little tight on me, so, like, I gained a little weight. I've been. I don't know if you heard about my lower back. I haven't been able to work out in three weeks, so it's, like, been pretty rough.
Ben Mandelker
It's been really rough for me, guys. So he's sitting with Michaels, and he's like, dude, I'm just, like, tipping you off. What's going on? Like, I know you cared about Molly, but she's pissed, and she thinks you got her fired. He's like, oh, okay, that's fine. Like, then I'll put her aside and have a conversation with her. I mean, I'm sorry. I'm not gonna, like, let that be a on my night
Ronnie Caram
that Joe's so messy. He hasn't been, like, as messy this season as he has been in the past. I think he's been sort of just, like, focused on Maddie and, like, typing things on his computer. But he sort of was like, okay, well, I want to show Lava that I'm, like, worthwhile. So let me get back to being messy, doing what I do best. So then Brad is, like, talking to Julia, and he's, like, feeding her shrimp and everything. He's like, only you can make eating shrimp look sexy. And Michael's pulls Molly. It's like, can I talk to you? Yeah. So, like, he told me you were livid because you thought that I got you fired. She's like, yeah, well, which is crazy because, like, for me, it's, like, very heart wrenching. Huh. Well, Michael's cut the shit. No, no, I'm being so for real right now.
Ben Mandelker
So I cut the shit. And we brought it up. Okay. You want me to solve mystery? Nancy Grace is here. I will call Emmy right over here, right this second. Don't you fuck with me, mister. He's like, okay, well, then bring her over. And she's like, in Punta Cana, she told me, okay, And I'm gonna bring her over here right now. Get over here. And he's like, can you come here? No, not you, Joe. Not you. I don't want an audience. Okay, all right. Emmy. Emmy, you. And so Molly's like, okay, well, we were talking in Punta Cana. Do you, Amy? She's like, yeah, I. Yeah, totally. And I. I was like, yeah. Michaels was like. Wasn't completely uninvolved in firing you. And Michael's like, got a call that you were being, like, let go. And, like, he wanted no involvement with it. But then you responded saying, like, oh, he didn't defend me. And I was like, well, no, he didn't defend me. So that was, like, basically how the story went, right? Remember, like, where I didn't really do anything. That was basically how I remember it. You liar, Emmy. You liar.
Ronnie Caram
Oh, my God, she is so funny. She set Molly up so badly. She went and told Molly this one thing, and then totally, like, Molly goes out there after. Everything is fine with Molly and Michael's. Everything is perfectly fine. She sets Molly up, and then Molly is all pissed at Michael's. There's a confrontation. And then he's like, well, no, I don't know what you're talking about. I was like, you are so sneaky.
Ben Mandelker
But it works. Emmy got off the hook for this season finale because it should have been about coming for everybody, coming for Emmy one last time. And she got out.
Ronnie Caram
I know. I was so. I was surprised. So then TJ comes over. He slinks over, and Mike's like, I don't need an audience. Please, no, please stay away. Please. The. The artist is at work. No, please stay away, girl.
Ben Mandelker
TV first of all, you don't want them over there because you know everybody's gonna call you out because you're lying.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. And I mean, he's like, molly, I, I, I, I said that he was involved, and, like, But I didn't see, like, that he ran it or, like, it was like it was doing. I didn't say that. I just told you the truth of, like, the situation. He said that he was notified of you being let go. And, like, I, I don't want to be part of this because, like, I'm not in charge of this. But, like, it's just. That's. That's the truth. And Michael's like, yeah, you know, at the end of the day, why would I even be involved in your firing? It's like, Michael's your assistant general manager. You would definitely be part of that conversation.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, I'm always like, one, you're lying, and two, you get nothing for nothing. Okay. And I'm not shocked that Emmy doesn't have my back. I'm not expecting her to have my back. But you can't backpedal when I'm looking at you in your face. I mean, did you forget we're on camera, idiot. So then we see a flashback, and Emmy's like, yeah, Michaels was asked his opinion on if you should be fired, and it was a yes. Yeah.
Ronnie Caram
So it's blatantly that. That Michael's had an active role in it. So Molly's like, but I don't think.
Ben Mandelker
Look, Michael's is pretty clearly lying here. But also, Michael's has the total right to fire Molly. I think Molly was fired for valid reasons, and she has not. She keeps saying it was, but then why isn't she going to Leva and having this fight. Go, Go ahead. Fight with Leva. Let's see how she handles it. Because you were fired because you weren't showing up to work, Molly.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, it's an ongoing issue with this cast, apparently. So Michael's like, I have an email that literally asked me to write you up where I defend you. And Molly's like, well, why would you not tell me? And Emmy's like, well, I mean, he's written me up before. I mean, it's like, it's. It's a pretty normal thing. Like, I mean, not silly. Look at me. I'm an ally. Look, I proved myself, guys. I'm an ally. So Molly's like, I've been written up once, and I got fired for you didn't have my back, and, you know, I'm a hard worker, and that's what I have a problem with.
Ben Mandelker
So Michael's like, go over there, everybody. I don't want an audience, okay? Because everybody's just. They're so messy. They're just all tedious. Is like, hi. Okay, I guess I can't come over. And the Mia comes over. They're all trying. They're all circling like sharks.
Ronnie Caram
Nothing says, I don't want an audience. Like, like, everyone, get away. I don't want an audience. I mean, I don't think that he actually did want an audience, but, like, that's not how you're gonna get people to go away, is because, like, the louder you are, the more people are like, wait, wait, what's happening over there?
Ben Mandelker
And Mia doesn't even care. She's like, yeah, I'm not leaving. So is she lying that you had a say in this or not? He's like, listen, if it were up to me and I was gm, you wouldn't even have worked there to begin with because you're a shitty employee. And then it's. There he goes, Michael, pulling out his greatest hits, yelling at a woman. I'm really glad you got to end the season yelling at a woman. Michaels. What the is wrong with this guy? Enough. My God. He's like, you were a shitty employee for Michaels. And then he does this again, bro.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. And he's saying, you were a shitty employee. You're a. You're a. You are a shitty employee, and you are a horrible at your job. I'm like, so you. Did you defend her, or did you not defend her? Because that doesn't sound like.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So you're basically admitting that you didn't offend her and she deserved to get fired. So just say that in the first place. Stop screaming at women. Talk to one man. Go. Go talk to Bradley. This way, please.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, yeah, seriously. So Molly is like, well, you have seen me in a place of work. Don't ever speak to me like that. And Michael's like, no.
Ben Mandelker
Fucking horrible.
Ronnie Caram
Molly's like, mine's like, well, what? And why did you get demoted? I did not get demoted. I have a fucking modeling career. I don't. I don't give a flying fuck. Get the fuck out of my face. Your friendship cost me nothing. That I have a modeling career is hilarious. Like, it's just such a funny thing to yell out in it.
Ben Mandelker
No, you don't. You have the seeds of something, but stop. And then there's. He's screaming at her, and she's screaming right back at him. They're standing up in each other's face, and love is like, whoa. Because the whole party is watching. Watching them now. And I was like, whoa, what the hell? And so Bradley's like, chill. And he's like, I don't care.
Ronnie Caram
I don't care. I don't care.
Ben Mandelker
Like, I don't. I don't give a flying okay. Like, it's a conversation between Molly and I. No, now it's heated now, because if you were in my position, you'd be pissed, too.
Ronnie Caram
Brad was like, hey, hey, hey, hey,
Ben Mandelker
hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
Ronnie Caram
And he's. I mean, I was like, well, it's your manager. It's your manager. Look out, Michaels. Your manager's here. Love is like, are you okay? I'm so pissed. Like, I'm so. I'm gonna go, all of you.
Ben Mandelker
I'm going home.
Ronnie Caram
So he storms off, and Mario, I'm going home. And love is like, what is going on here?
Ben Mandelker
Take my mic off.
Ronnie Caram
I have never seen Michaels with this type of energy. I mean, honestly, I've just never really seen him with energy. He's just so blase all the time. I don't think it's acceptable, and I don't think it's appropriate, and I certainly don't want to see it in my business.
Ben Mandelker
So now some of them are chasing him down the street, and Brad is updating Lev on what happened, and he's like, yeah, he lied and said he had nothing to do with Molly's firing. And, like, he didn't know about it. And love is like, of course he knew about it. He's the AGM. Hello.
Ronnie Caram
Or was the AGM. How awkward. DJs like, yeah, but he's saying he doesn't. So then Lake is now going after Michaels, and I hope he remembers this, by the way, the next time. He just, like, ices her out cruelly. So she goes after him to console him, and she's saying that he went to the corner store. So then Joe is, like, in the corner store with Michaels and, like, the bodega talking to him, and we see it through the window. And Michael's like, dude, Molly and I had a conversation with. And with. Where we were just like, hey, if I have a problem with you, like, we're gonna hash this out. And just like. Like, yeah, but, like, why would Molly come at you this hard if Emmy didn't say that to her? Like, that's what pissed her off. Think about it. Think about.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. Joe's like, hello. Pay attention. This is all. This is all set up by Emmy to get out of trouble. Hello, Dum dums. And I'm Joe saying, this. Okay, I just pitched a DJ wedding venue. Come on. So then we go back to the rest of everybody else talking about it, and me is like, wait, Emmy, I'm confused. Did you lie to Molly and Putacana? What's on.
Ronnie Caram
Going.
Ben Mandelker
Going on? And she's like, no.
Ronnie Caram
What?
Ben Mandelker
What? What? What would that do me? Why would I do that?
Ronnie Caram
So who was lying, then? You were. Michaels. Michael.
Ben Mandelker
Michael Michaels is like, I don't know why he's lying, though. I mean, he's agm. Like, of course he's going to get notified when someone's like, oh. I mean, he was. He was notified of the firing. So, like, for him. Him to lie about. I don't know. Like, why. Why would I lie?
Ronnie Caram
Molly tells us Michaels is an egotistical little model with. Well, he's a very tall model. Egotistical little model with severe emotional anger issues, and I want nothing to do with you. So now Joe is like, God, come on, look, you're still a leader in the company. We gotta get back, okay? You gotta get back to our fake New Orleans party in the courtyard. Come on, bro.
Ben Mandelker
Michael's. Her saying I was demoted is, like, so fucking crazy. You were demoted? You were.
Ronnie Caram
No, no, you're not demoted. You're not demoted. You were actually promoted to a lower position. So it was like you went up and it's like, you know when you go up a hill, you go down a hill, and it's not like when you come down the hill, you're like, actually lower than where you were before, but you still were going forward, right? That's what's happening with you.
Ben Mandelker
So Justin's like, oh, good. Not a good look. And Brad's like, yeah, he's just running away. Like, what the hell? So Michael's comes back and he's like, I just want you to know I wasn't yelling at you. And Brad's like, like, yeah, you were, because. Okay, I'm sorry. So TJ's like, I sent you a text. He's. I know, I know. It's all your text. I need to go. I needed to go get coconut water.
Ronnie Caram
Hey, guys, I'm back. My blower back, though, really hurts. Yeah, it's like, joe, Joe, did you find Michaels? Maddie a little slow on the uptake there? Yeah, Michaels is already back with Joe,
Ben Mandelker
so is like, you can't just run away. Justin goes, yeah, you got to stand on business. And he's like, yeah, okay, like 100. But, like, whatever. So Mia comes over and she's like, what's the issue. Like, why would you just not tell her that? Like, I'm sorry for, like, knowing that you were gonna get fired. Like, why is this hard?
Ronnie Caram
Like, I did not know. It's like, well, then why is Emmy lying then? And Brad's like, wait, why is she lying? I don't know, dude. Wait, is. Is Emmy lying?
Ben Mandelker
No.
Ronnie Caram
Wait, but you just said she was not lying. I mean, she was throwing me under the bus because she was mad. So was she lying? TJ's like, Wink threw you under the bus. So that means you admit to the situation then, right?
Ben Mandelker
What do you mean? Well, like, you're saying she threw you under the bus, so then you're admitting that to the situation because the bus was you knowing that she was gonna get you. Understand what the bus is? Does anybody understand what the bus is?
Ronnie Caram
I take Ubers. I take ride shares. Oh, my God. You get my look. So then Mia is like. They're like. They're like, wait, what? Michael goes, can you guys just please stay out of it, okay?
Ben Mandelker
He's like, I need a drink. And he goes, no, you don't. You can't forget that. You just, like, screamed at everybody and ran away. Jesus. And he's like, but I love you guys. She goes, no, that's not how that works, and walks off.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. They just sort of are like, it's. It's. It's really bad when the cast at Southern Hospitality can, like, unravel your little mystery. Your little. Your little. Your little lie there. It's like. It's like the little gum shoes there.
Ben Mandelker
So he's done this so many times that they're just like, okay, okay. Michael screaming and yelling and throwing a big fit like, you. You were wrong.
Ronnie Caram
Just say you're wrong. So Mia is like, okay, you guys, it's a work event, and I crash this for you guys. It's a work event for me. I just crash it. I'm just here to drink and eat beignets. So now they're eating beignets, and someone. Justin called the beignet a donut, which is crazy. And Charlie. Charlie shows up, and she's like. She's like, hi. Hi, Hi. Hi. We have to pause, Pause, pause. Possible. Grace is like, joe, Joe, I want to pull you aside and chit chat, okay? And Joe's like, wait, you want to talk? Okay, let's talk. So now Joe and Grace Lily are gonna have their confrontation.
Ben Mandelker
So first of all, how you doing? He's like, listen, I just want you to know, like, I don't hate you, like, that's a problem. I love you and, like, for what you said about me and, like, how you treated me like my girlfriend, that's unacceptable. I mean, like, taking it off the butt, that's not cool. She's like, oh, yeah, I know. It's wrong of me, you know, it's just, like, it's been real hard for me to ask for help.
Ronnie Caram
Probably.
Ben Mandelker
Like, it's hard for you to ask for help when you need help getting that. Getting that dildo up your ass, you know? Because that can be hard sometimes. It's behind you. Why did God put our butts behind us? How are we supposed to do anything with them? You know what I mean? The butt should be where the belly button is. We could take care of it easier. It's what I say. If I met God, I tell him, why don't you replace belly buttons with butts?
Ronnie Caram
Hey, hey, it's okay. Don't feel bad. You can be vulnerable with me. I'll do anything for you. I'll even take a dildo up the ass. As long as you're honest and looking to, like, get better, you know, because that's all we're looking for. We love you. That's all we want. Also, do you want to invest in, like, a live music venue? It cost $10 million. It's on King Street. Do you think you want to do that?
Ben Mandelker
Could we have weddings there?
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, exactly.
Ben Mandelker
And I'm in. That's such a good idea. But, you know, I just don't want you to think there was a day that's gone by since that night that I haven't thought about you with the dildo in your ass and just felt terrible about it. It just felt terrible.
Ronnie Caram
I hope that's true. I hope that's true.
Ben Mandelker
It is. It's been real. It's been kind of awkward. Dreams, but they've been dreams. Still the same. So, you know, sincerely, I. Deeply, even deeper than that dildo in your butt. Apologize. Very sorry, Joe. Okay.
Ronnie Caram
Because ever since that night, people have been walking up to me and called me Peg Bundy. And it took me actually a while to understand why. I was like, is my hair really tall? But then I realized what they were saying, and I was like, wait a second. Yeah. And I feel bad about that. And, like, that's what I want to take in this conversation. I want. I want to remove the dildo from it, you know? Yeah.
Ben Mandelker
So they make up and they hug, and she's like, you want me around, don't you, Joe? And he's like, yeah, yeah. We want you around Grace. Good. Joe wants me around everybody. Okay, I'm back. I'm back. Season four will have me. Season five will have me. Grace. Lily in it. Okay. How did you hear that? Maddie, we made up. Okay. I'm back in your life. And she's like, okay, great. I hope you had a good combo. Yeah, it was so good. I'm real sorry for what I said, okay? And I'm not wearing pajamas today, so you should feel real comfortable with that. And by the way, don't wear pajamas to parties.
Ronnie Caram
So by the way, I really wasn't high that night. Okay. On the Holy Bible. I mean, the night you picked me up. Yes. Big old ketamine. But that night I wasn't Maddie's like, well, I hope that this honesty will translate the next time in the moment. And I hope that, like, our friendship can continue in an honest manner. She's like, yeah, I up and I'm sorry. I feel. Guys, the three of us are back together again. Isn't it fun?
Ben Mandelker
Yeah. So now there's a showgirl, and they're throwing beads, and just like, oh, my God, I'm gonna pop my titties. My hairy titties. So then the new CEO, Joe, comes out on the balcony with Leva to address everyone. I was really pissed. Justice for Leah.
Ronnie Caram
Justice for Leah. It's like, thanks all for coming here for the closeout of the summer. As I come in as the new CEO, I'm. Wait, you can call me the ce Joe. Pause for endearing moment. As employees love their new overlord, I'm now more happy to grow with you and to know you. As we open up the next chapter, we move on to our new venue. It's called On Air without Ryan Seacrest. That was a joke. And it's gonna be Republic's sixth amazing location here to serve Charleston. And love is basically like, yeah, it's gonna be live music, and there'll be a rooftop deck. And Joe's like, what? But I invented rooftop decks and live music.
Ben Mandelker
Rooftops, live music. What, are you gonna have weddings there sometimes too?
Ronnie Caram
Are they gonna serve food and alcohol? God, is nothing sacred? Stolen.
Ben Mandelker
So he. This was crazy of Leva, though, to be like, to just have had a meeting with Joe and then not say anything and then just be like, now we're announcing a new music venue without Joe.
Ronnie Caram
Like, damn, I know.
Ben Mandelker
I really know how to stick it in.
Ronnie Caram
Geez, you would have thought that she would have said, look, we have something else that we're Working on. We'd love to have you involved at the. At the ground level, but we're not, like, you know, like, work your way up.
Ben Mandelker
Yeah, yeah, Something. But yikes. And so he, you know, has a little breakdown. He's like, this is so, like, devastating. Like, I've been the face of this entire company for all these years, Joe. I've been this company's bump it. Without me, you would. Guys would have had flat hair.
Ronnie Caram
I've been this company's lower back pain for so many years at this point. But now to do this, it's just like, I was not expecting this. It's crazy. I've made them a lot of money. It just sucks. How could they steal the idea of live music at a restaurant? It's crazy.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, my God, Joe. You're like a salesperson wanting to take over a Dillard's because he sold some perfume. That's not how it works, Joe. So a big king cake comes out, and Grace is like, oh, my God, is that for me?
Ronnie Caram
Yes. Yes, Grace. No one will make me hate Grace, Lily.
Ben Mandelker
I just love her. Hey.
Ronnie Caram
Okay, I understand. Like, hey, Maddie, can you come over here? They don't know my value. They don't know what I bring to the club. Yeah, but, like, what have they done for you? Like, think about it. So Leva's like, hi, guys.
Ben Mandelker
Support you for five years while you're off doing whatever the you want and still letting you come back to work whenever the you feel like. It's bit crazy.
Ronnie Caram
I love this because basically, Joe is being so, like, spoiled and being. He's being petulant. And Leva comes in here and he doesn't realize that love is about to read him down and, like, air out all the things. So he's like, I just love. I just feel like I've devoted my entire life a year ago, four years ago, and then a few days of the past four years to Republic, and I have four years.
Ben Mandelker
Like, I'm basically five years old.
Ronnie Caram
So I came out of the womb holding a sparkler in my hand and a little sign that said, congratulations, Suanne. Okay. Like, it was my life's mission to
Ben Mandelker
work here, and, like, nobody takes me seriously and I work my ass off, man. He's like, yeah, like, he's good at his job, and, like, he's been working here for a long time, and, like, it's been like. I mean, like, I want to open the bar and, like, he wants to do it now, you know, and, like. And I feel like, in a way, like, we both feel like. I don't know, like, there's, like, false hope. Love goes. Here's the thing. On air, which is possibly one of the dumbest names for a bar I've ever come up with, but on air should have been yours. It would have been yours. Okay? Lamar and you had talked about having a rooftop. Like, you fell off, Joe. You got lost in the sauce, my friend. You stopped communicating. You went with Maddie, and you wicked. You dicked off for a year.
Ronnie Caram
Well, okay. Well, I won't regret it, though, because I fell in love with my girlfriend, and I went on the road with her, and I was like, I. She was sick. That's fine, Joe, but you're trying to. You're trying to just now insert yourself in the hierarchy. And, like, you don't get to do that. You made a choice to do that. Your career, the. The businesses continue on, and your career doesn't. So love is like. I was like, come back, Joe. You've got to come back. And you didn't come back. And once you lose trust with someone, you don't open a business with them. You don't give them 10 million. You don't give them 5 million. What about, like, 4 million? No, Joe, the metaphor does not need to continue.
Ben Mandelker
Could I borrow $20? Can we start there? It's like, no, Joe. Okay, no. He's like, but that breaks my heart, like, for you to tell me that you don't trust me, like, that makes me want to cry. She goes, you left us holding the bag, Joe. You know, who was out there to say there's too many stanchions? Nobody. Nobody was out there. We were. We had so many extra stanchions. People were tripping on the sidewalk over the stanchions. Joe, you could have killed somebody.
Ronnie Caram
TJ Is sitting with Matt. He's like, oh, my God, listen to this. Maddie was, like, talking her man to Molly, but, like, no one addressed it, and it was, like, really funny. And, like, so, okay. Like, so when? Then. Then. So I didn't tell Mia what Maddie said. So, like, you need to go tell her. Mia's like, what? Ma's like, yeah. So I was like, how are you and Joe? And she was like, I don't see myself like Mariam. Like. And Mia's like, she said that? And I was like, yeah, she said 100 this to me.
Ben Mandelker
Oh, my God, T.J. didn't you already do this last year? Trying to ruin Maddie's relationship? Leave her alone. Go. Go do something with hot dogs, for Christ's sake. So now back to this. TJ's like, oh, once the show airs, it's gonna be, like, a huge issue. And he's, like, really enjoying it. He's such a little ghoul sometimes, and the guy's just like, oh, my God, I love this. This guy's, like, perfect for this guy. He's perfect for tj. So then back in the room that the other people are in, just like, I mean, I need to put myself first. Like, I want to have children with her one day, but after, like, five years of just busting my ass for very minimal money, she's like, you were on salary for working three nights a week. Like, what the fuck are you talking about? What planet are you on, Joe? Like, you guys don't understand how the real world works. He's like, but after five years. It's not after five years. You're good for two years, and then you're given a salary, and then you're, like, just not coming to work. And you're not even telling us when you're not coming to work, Mark. And for you to sit here and be like, I've been busting my ass for minimal money. Shut up. Shut the fuck up. Now I'm getting pissed, Joe. And I've given you every opportunity, and you've had everything in the palm of your hand, Joe. And you were literally, like, the golden child of fucking Republic. And then you took off with fucking Maddie for a stupid fucking DJ career. Jesus Christ. What, were you taking electronics into a pool last week in Mexico? What the fuck is wrong with you?
Ronnie Caram
Well, I. I don't regret that, because even pools need to have music. And, like, this is the girl of my dreams.
Ben Mandelker
Like, this is my favorite family, by the way. Go ahead, Joe, keep crying.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah, it was. Yeah, we went to the doctor because she was sick, and I'm like, I know. I'm, like, going to, like, on my own rooftop someday. Someday I'm gonna have a rooftop. So meanwhile, TJ is like, wait, where are Joe and Maddie? What's going on? And then he's like, oh, Leva. And Joe and Maddie are in the middle of a meeting, and it's heated. So then Lev is like, we put you in a position to do well, and you don't want to do well. I can be your big sister. I'm not your mommy.
Ben Mandelker
It's like, well, fine, but, like, a lot of other people are asking me to start a bar. She goes, oh, really? Okay, well, then go start a bar with other people and see what that's Like, I'm not gonna chase you and beg you to work for me. I don't need you. Do you understand? I've told you this five times. I do not need you, Joe. Okay.
Ronnie Caram
And then Brad, with other people are like, cheers to a great summer. Love, all of you. And scene. It's over.
Ben Mandelker
Wow. I'll give it to this cast. They can do great openings of seasons and great endings of seasons because both were stellar, I think.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah.
Ben Mandelker
The middle could have used some work this season, not gonna lie.
Ronnie Caram
But the tightened up a little bit. Yeah.
Ben Mandelker
The beginning and the end were both really good. I think that was really messy of TJ to just like, oh, hey, I guess I'll just fuck up someone's relationship here at the end of the. It's not necessary, sir. But overall, I think a pretty. Pretty good season. And good for. I don't say that very often on this show, but that was. That was good.
Ronnie Caram
Yeah. It felt like it was coming from a real place. Like, I am paying you to not work because I know you're important to the show and people like you and I like you. But now you're gonna actually act like you deserve something more than that when you've been on basically, like, leather Welfare. No, it's that. That's not gonna work out. So good times. This is a. It's such a fun show. And we've got the reunion next week, so we will catch you all then. Thanks for being here. Talk to you on the next one.

In this lively and irreverent recap, Ben and Ronnie break down the Southern Hospitality Season 4 finale, "You’ve Got Me Feeling Demotions." As the Republic crew faces promotions, demotions, and interpersonal fireworks, the hosts revel in the absurdity, pettiness, and emotional shenanigans that only Bravo can provide.
