Alright, Philadelphia, buckle up because today is going to be absolutely wild out there. We're looking at quite the atmospheric party happening this afternoon and evening. So here's the deal with today. We've got a sixty percent chance of showers and thunderstorms developing between two and five o'clock this afternoon. But things really intensify after five o'clock when showers become likely and possibly a thunderstorm rolls through.
