It's called the "Chatter Box," and we'll explain how to set it up, and why it's so important. Though most of the advice you'll find in the Weightless Productivity podcast is about getting to inbox zero once a day through changes in behavior, just this one simple rule can allow you to get rid of so many other rules, so that the only time you're interrupted is when something meaningful or truly urgent lands in your inbox. This podcast will only scratch the surface of the topic as an introduction, but it will give you enough information that you can customize your Chatter Box rule with your own exceptions, until you reach a point that only the important messages show up immediately.
