Welcome back to the what do youo Made Up Show. It's your boy, C Rock here. I'm with Leah Lovio, a friend of mine, and I wanted to share her story with you all. Thank you for all, all for being here. And let's get into it. Leah, welcome to the show.
B
Thank you. C Rock, it's always a pleasure to see you and you know, you are doing extraordinary works in the world and bringing so many of us together. So it's always a joy when we get to have a conversation.
A
Thank you. Thank you. Pleasure to do what I do, but we've gotten a chance to meet up. We were out in LA at biohackers World. We met there. We have some mutual friends. And then you came into this community and hung out at our event, Quantum Expansion event in Vegas after that. So we got to spend some quality time together. And I really, you know, respect everything you're doing and just love the vibe and energy you bring. So wanted to get you on here to share that with the audience. And we start this show with the same question every time. And that is, what are you made of?
B
What are you made of? That's such a beautiful question. And, you know, I think what we are made of changes over time. Right. And there's layers and hopefully it continues to evolve as we continue to evolve as human beings. What I'm currently made of is a deep reverence for life, a deep reverence for humanity and for the blessing that we have to live in this most extraordinary time. I think this is the most extraordinary time to do anything you want, optimize yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically. We have so many resources and it's just deep reverence for existing at this time and reverence for humanity. Because I meet people like you every day, people that are really trying to do something good for the world. And some people are a bit, you know, pessimistic about the world. I'm very optimistic about it. The more people I meet, the more I see that people truly want to do something in the world, bring their sacred medicine to the world and do good works. And so that's. That's what I'm made of is really reverence for the blessing of being alive.
A
Yeah, love that. Love that. We need more optimism in the world. And I guess I got to do some things different because if you're meeting people like me every day, I'm not doing enough to differentiate myself.
B
That is a good one. You are unique, though, because you have a special ability.
A
That one.
B
Yes. Of bringing people together. Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, and that's with you. That's a big gift. I mean, you do. I have seen one. Well, number one, and I'm going to say it again, because of our experience at Quantum Expansion, and you and I were, you know, waiting to be on a podcast, and you were so kind to let me go first, and that is very unique. Right. You come from that place of generosity, and now that is something that we need more of, more people in the world realizing that, you know, what you're not going to lose by being kind and generous. You're only going to grow more and expand as your Quantum Expansion group does expand what you are able to share with the world. So, you know that you do have that uniqueness.
A
Yeah. Thank you. I, you know, at the end of the day, like, I've done enough of trying to build my brand and being at all about this and that, and then I got so much more fulfillment out of elevating other people and serving. So it just. It's. It's not even like a decision I have to make over and over again. It's one decision I made, and then it just carries through. So thank you for that feedback, though. I really appreciate that. Um, now you work with a lot of people in the, you know, out there in, you know, whether it's celebrities or entertainment or. Or business leaders and what have you. Where did it all start for you? Like, how did this get started in the first place to be able to do what you're doing today?
B
Well, it started for as long as I can remember, from the time I was a child. As early as six years old, I was very in tune with energy. I was very in tune with the spirit world. At the risk of sounding woo. And what happens for some people that are very empathetic, very in tune with energy, you know, your calling just ends up being helping people precisely with their energy. By the time I was 16, I was hosting television shows in Los Angeles, mostly in Spanish for Latin television. Then I was on some movie sets, and I did a little bit of acting. But what happened for me is that I was everyone's spiritual guide. They would come to me for help with, you know, whatever issues they were having mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, and even with energy work, because I was blessed to study with many spiritual workers and energetic workers from a very young age. And so what I realized is that my true calling was not to be in that entertainment world, but to help the people do their great work and bring their sacred medicine to the world. Kind of like what you were saying, you know, that you, you've elevated yourself and now you're here to help other people elevate themselves. And so at one point I had a client, which to me was not a client, was just someone I was helping, say to me, you know, I think I should be paying you for this. You're spending a lot of time with me, you're really helping me, and I want to refer you to people. And so that's how it started. And it was at a very young age. So for many years I focused on the mental, emotional and spiritual side of healing. But what I learned over time is that even if you have all the mental, emotional and spiritual help, if you can go all over the world and you know, get healings, if you didn't optimize your physical body, you couldn't be totally 100% well. And the same with the reverse. You could have all the tools. Many of my clients did, they could go all over the world, see the best doctors get the best therapies, but if they weren't okay mentally, emotionally and spiritually, sometimes those perfect therapies didn't work for them. And so that's why I created conscious wellness, which I call the dance between scientific medicine and spiritual medicine. Because I think as humanity, we need both and we dance with both versus having any aversion to one or the other.
A
Yeah, you know, I love that. And, and by the way, where did you grow up?
B
Mostly in Los Angeles.
A
Okay. Were you born in la?
B
Pardon?
A
Were you born in la?
B
I was born literally in, at the Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital.
A
Okay, okay, okay. So yeah, so you were around that world. And that world is when it comes to spirituality, when it comes to energy, it has a, it has a heavy, heavy feeling, heavy energy in that city. You know, there's obviously spots where it's not, but overall thing, it's like a very low toned society in LA and Hollywood and there's a lot of evil that goes on there. I got evil everywhere, but like there's some presence of this thing. I noticed. But, but, but when you come into the world with somebody that's like an optimistic, as an optimistic person, you can bring this energy that like kind of overwhelms it. Do you notice that? Like when I go to la, like I don't, I don't, you know, I don't have any issues.
B
Exactly. No, you bring your light. Yeah, you bring your energy and your light. And you know, I actually call Los Angeles the City of Angels. And I know it has the negative connotations of Hollywood and the chaos. Forget about Hollywood. We've got, like, there was an era where we had tremendous gang violence, for example. So there's a lot of violence. There's every culture, every spiritual practice, every political view. And then, of course, you layer on Hollywood. But I have found that if you can find your own peace anywhere that you are, are. You share that piece with everyone else. And that's why I do call it the City of Angels, because I have found extraordinary human beings here that are doing beautiful works in the world. And the other thing is that sometimes our society has a bit of a judgment, right? On people depending on what they do for a living. Like, okay, so if you're in Hollywood, maybe you are a shallow person. I don't see it that way at all. Most people are really using whatever their gifts are to try to make an impact in the world. Even some very famous people, whether it's in politics or, you know, people that have changed the way we navigate the world in cars, these kinds of things. They have people that hate them and love them. But ultimately, when you get to know them, most people behind the scenes, not always publicly, are doing really good works. They're helping people. Maybe they're known for something, but behind the scenes, they're feeding children all over the world. They're, you know, they're helping people who can't pay their medical bills. They're doing really good works in the world. Not everyone advertises those good works that they do. And sometimes they're getting the grunt of society hating them for certain things when behind the scenes, they're actually doing good works. But life is a bit complicated, right? We can't make everyone happy all of the time. We can make some people happy some of the time. So we just have to bring our own sacred medicine and do our good works no matter where we are. And I love that that you come to Los Angeles and it doesn't affect you.
A
And that's because I affect it. That's the way I look at it.
B
I love that. Yes.
A
That's the way I look at when I walk in a room. No. There was a story about a football player named Russell, Russell Wilson. And his brother was telling me the story about how he was known as a room tilter. When he walked in a room, the room tilted towards him. Now, there's also the sayings about be the thermostat in the room, right? Like you, you control the temperature of the room. But I always thought about that as, like, if I can have the ability to do that Then that makes me very powerful to influence somebody in a direction. Now I have great intentions, so that's good for me to be able to have that power. Right. You know, so that's just the way I look at it is like when I come in the place, it's going to change to the way my intention is. Because most people, most people aren't on their own intentions. You notice that too, like most people are on other people's intentions.
B
Yes, absolutely. You know, that's when you go into the environment instead of thinking the way you're thinking. I am the captain. I am going to affect the energy. I'm going to have my vibrations be high and whatever's negative will fall away. There's other people that unfortunately will go and they're depending on what the other people are doing or saying to evaluate how they're going to think and feel. And when you do this, you're very vulnerable. And there is a place for vulnerability. But in the public world, if we don't make a decision as to what we want to bring to the world, then yes, the world can start poking a lot of holes at your energy field and can really drag you down. Even as a healer, as a person that serves people, our job is to elevate ourselves as high as we can, energetically, consciously, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically so that we can better serve humanity. Even for some of the doctors that I work with, if they are suffering with their patient, they're actually interfering with the healing process versus doing what you're talking about, which is. No, no, no, we're going to elevate this energy. We're going to get through this. We're going to bring the protocols, bring the strategies, bring the people together, but we're going to elevate the energy. And that way what really needs to fall off will fall off.
A
Yeah, yeah. I mean, and by the way, it's not a bad thing to. If you're not wanting to be a leader every. There's a lot to talk about there. Be a leader, be a great leader. But it's okay to be a follower, but pick the right people to follow. You know what I mean? Like, that's the crucial part of it, you know, so most people get that. By the way, when you said you're in at from a young age, you were in tune, spiritually in tune with energy. What does that mean?
B
Well, you know, I usually don't speak about this so publicly, but I, you know, I just like, Wait a minute, wait a minute.
A
I don't Mean to cut you off. But why, why would you speak about it publicly?
B
You know, because it hasn't come up, that's all.
A
You know, nobody asked you a good question.
B
Nobody asked that one specifically. Yeah, you know, I, I did see spirits and speak to spirits and have always had an extraordinarily rich spiritual life. And I can tell you that I think this is such a big benefit for people if they open themselves up to their own spirituality. Why? Because, as you know, the world can be tough and not everyone comes in with a loving, supportive family. Not everyone comes in and lives in a middle class neighborhood where everyone's nice to each other. Many people grow up with tremendous trauma, with abuse, with negativity around the gangs. And so when you have an anchor, a spiritual anchor in your life, now you've got something to hold on to. Now you have a team with you. Not everyone's got a team rooting for them. Not everyone found their tribe and has people rooting for them. Some people have people throwing tomatoes at them from the time they're a child. And so then what do you do? This is where the spirit world, the spirituality, having a peacefulness within yourself can really help you and anchor you to have your own team of spiritual guides. Maybe you don't have the physical guides in this world. Eventually, maybe you make those teams and those tribes and you have wonderful people in your life. But sometimes it doesn't start out that way. And so if you do have a spiritual life, you're never ever alone. You've got the best tribe and the best team behind you helping you.
A
Yeah, yeah. And for me, I have a great relationship with God. And I used to, I used to have problems being alone. And when I was in college, I'd have roommates and if they'd go home for the weekend and I was by myself, I'd be like, man, I gotta, I gotta hang out with somebody. You know, I try to call my other friends or get a girl over and hang out just for companionship. Like, I didn't, I didn't want to be alone. And then when I started getting myself right and really developing a relationship with God, I mean, I'm cool now because I'm never alone, you know, So. I agree. What was it like seeing spirits? Like, what do they look like?
B
You know, mostly anywhere from just shadows, you know, to actually seeing somebody that looks like a human. Sometimes they're in the form of a light. Sometimes, you know, I don't know if you have pets. Do you have pets?
A
Yeah, I have a dog.
B
Yeah, some people have found. And I have that with my beautiful. I had a beautiful Bella, that was her name. She was my cockapoo. And she was my only child for a very long time. And for example, with her, I can call her anytime. And there are days when it's. When it's a full moon, for example, and I'm on my evening walk, I will say, hey, Bella, I want you to visit me tonight in my dreams. And she will come and, you know, we have fun and we play and we enjoy ourselves. My father who passed away, I can call upon him anytime. Sometimes you ask for signs, right? You ask for a sign, hey, leave me a feather here, or this type of flower or things like that. We, you know, we are one as a humanity, and we are one as a spirit. And you believe in God? I do too. And, you know, what is God? Everything. Right? We are the creation. So what? What is it not? What does that leave out? Nothing. And so if we are one with the divine that created us, so is everyone else that has left the physical body. And so we can communicate with them and we can merge with them again. You know, the people that have loved us in our life, that are no longer with us physically, they still love us, they still want a relationship with us, you know, and we can still do simple things to bring them to us, like light a little candle, put a little bit of flowers. Simple things, or just simply the intention. Dreams are amazing, right? Because you can. You can ask for what you need in your dreams, or if you really miss somebody that's no longer with you physically, you can ask them, hey, come visit me tonight. You know, let's hang out in my dreams tonight.
A
Yeah. Yeah. And by the way, with the different peptides now, just so everybody's aware, like, there's a bunch of benefits, but one of them is, like, I forget which ones really worked because I've been cycling off some different ones. But some of them were like, impressive dreams, like, vivid. And I went through a period prior to doing any of these optimization things where, like, I don't remember dreaming at all really. And. But I had some really good ones, like, really vivid and, like, felt like I was actually there, you know, I forget. I don't know if it was. I don't know if it. I don't know if it was the. The mitochondrial peptides like SS31 or Mot C, or if it was more Tesmerelin and Ipamorelin. And I don't remember. I have to. I'll have to take note next Time.
B
Well, you know, the peptides, you know, those are sacred medicine. Right. Because we have those, they just start to deplete as we live more years on the planet. But when we bring those back in, sometimes many of our senses come back because things that we were missing are coming back. And so absolutely, we have a lot of molecules and peptides and supplements. And there's plant medicine that some people like to do that can put you in certain states of consciousness that can help you. And it's not for everyone. Right. Everyone has their own path to healing and to elevating their consciousness. Or, you know, some people like to go to church and pray. Some people like to go do plant medicine. Some people like to go study with shamans. It's individual, but there are many ways to elevate ourselves. And I absolutely love peptides. I think peptides make life fair, actually.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, because if you're working out, for example, you were doing Tesla Marellin and ipamorelin for the growth hormone secretags. That gives you the return on your investment when you go to the gym. There you go. Yes. Because you could just, especially after 30, for example, you know, we start to lose muscle, we start to lose. Lose collagen. But if we start using these peptides now, we go to the gym and you don't have to suffer six days a week for two hours like I used to do.
A
Yeah.
B
And you will get the results. But again, we have to be open to, you know, different ways to elevate ourselves and heal ourselves.
A
For sure. Yeah. You know. Okay. So when you're working with some of these folks, like, what does it look like to work with you? Like, let's say somebody signs up with you, like, what does that look like? High level.
B
Yeah. So typically, some of my clients will have me, for example, if they're on a political campaign, they'll have me travel with them sometimes. Or if they're touring, you know, with a concert or on a movie set, they'll have me be there. And then I have a lot of different kinds of clients that are more like have companies and are launching a product or something like that. So it just depends on what they need at the time. Sometimes we work energetically and most of the time, actually, always this is part of it. We work on the thought processes, number one, because it doesn't matter what you do. If you don't manage the way you think, you can't really manage anything and you won't even benefit. In fact, even with medicine or peptides, you can literally find two People that do the exact same strategy and it works for one and not the other. And that's where the thought processes come in. It's like, what are you thinking about what you are doing? Right. Just like you were saying about walking into the room. Are you thinking, oh, I'm going into this room of crazy people in Los Angeles and I'm going to be drained when I'm done? Or like you? No, I'm going in and I'm going to elevate this energy. So with my clients, we work on, number one, optimizing their thought processes. A lot of them have half the world that hate them, half the world that loves them. And so you and I, you know, we live in our neck of the woods and it might be a little bit of social media that might hate on us or a neighbor or a cousin or an aunt or whatever, but when you are very high profile or high visibility, now you've got half the world that can hate on you or love you. And so we have to become independent of the good opinion of others. And that is something that we work on. And how do we do that? By really getting in tune with the purpose. Right? What is my purpose? What is my sacred medicine? So that we're razor sharp, focused, like a horse in a race with blinders on. We have to be focused on what our sacred medicine is that we want to offer the world so that any of the negativity just bounces off of us consistently. Because otherwise, you know, there have been people that have taken their own lives that have been very high profile people, high visibility, because they just couldn't handle all of that attention. They couldn't handle the negativity of the public, for example. And that's the work that we do.
A
Okay, so I got it. So I think there's also a knowledge that needs to be gained because once you really understand love and hate, you realize that hate is a form of admiration. And really, if they didn't care about you, they wouldn't spend time on you. No attention, no. So admiration is very powerful. And if you know how to use it, so you can also use it giving admiration to people, right? And if somebody's not paying attention to you, they have no admiration for you. So if they're paying attention and they're hating on you, that is like, thank you. That's the way I always look at it. Like, hey, thank you.
B
Right.
A
Because I, you know, I've got my share and I've also, as we're building our community, you know, have to protect the container and identify certain behaviors in people and emotional tone level that people are at so that I can predict behavior and when I have to handle things from that. What's the word? Prediction. I get hate from people, you know, So I, I definitely understand that. But I was just having a conversation with my daughter this weekend and I was talking to her about thoughts. And you really cannot control the thoughts, maybe that pop into your head, but you can control what you do with them and where to send them and whether to replace them or not and whether to add energy and fuel to them or suffocate them. Is that the kind of work you do with the thought process part?
B
Yes, absolutely. And I do think that with some attention and desire, you can definitely start to optimize your thoughts and manage them. It's just a practice, you know, we have so much control. We do have a lot of control. And healers, for example, that's the one thing that many of them have, is that they have thought mastery, which leads to energy mastery. Because there's nothing that you've ever done that didn't start with a thought. Like you said, it's what, what are you going to do with the thought? But then there are thoughts that make people feel really bad. There are thoughts that make you feel optimistic and hopeful, and there are thoughts that literally can keep you from getting out of your bed and doing anything in your life. And so this is why we do work on paying attention to the thoughts from a practical perspective. That's why I say even spirituality, it's not as woo as it sounds, because energy is created through what you say and what you do. But where does that start? It starts with your thoughts. And even if you are an energy healer, for example, you have to have thoughts that will lead you to master that energy. And so I like people, I say, dance with your thoughts. For example, I tell people, don't be at war with your thoughts. Dance with your thoughts, Notice them, observe them, and be curious about your thoughts. And even, you know, have a sense of humor about them, especially when you're trying to optimize your thoughts. And let's say you are having a negative thought about somebody or something or even yourself. You're like, oh, isn't that amusing that I'm having this negative thought? That's not the kind that I want to have because it does not lead to having better relationships, to having a better life, to having a healthier lifestyle. And so I do ask people, you know what I mean? Let's upgrade and update that thought to Something that is actually going to make me either say something or do something that is kind, that is giving, that is going to optimize myself and another human being. And it's really just a practice, but without having like a too tightness about it. Right. I call it equanimity. You don't want to be too tight. Not too tight, not too loose. Because then you're rigid and then you're always in stress mode. Oh, my God. I can't have a negative thought versus, okay, I'm having a negative thought. I know. I don't want that upgrade and update that thought and next time it'll be better. And it is a practice, just like everything, right? You go to the gym, you have
A
the muscles, it's because you want workouts and nutrition. Like, you gotta have give yourself grace and understand, like relax a little bit. Don't take things so seriously, you know?
B
Yes.
A
Because that, that does. But that does. I mean, I've been through it before where I'm just like hard on myself. And maybe I was trying to stop at like, I never really, like had a thing where I was trying to stop drinking all the way or anything. But like, maybe I'm just trying to slow down. But then I go out and we go to a Mexican restaurant and that spicy margarita looks good and I have it and then I get pissed at myself. Like, what's the point of getting pissed at yourself? You know, it's.
B
Yes. And actually that double layers the stress that you put on your body. Right. So it's very different if you had the margarita and you're like, eh, I had the margarita. Obviously I don't want to do that versus, oh, I had the margarita. Now, not only did you have the margarita, now you're causing stress to your body about thinking about how bad it is. Instead, you know, you just move on.
A
Yeah. All right, let's. Let's run through some quickies here. Okay. With the time we have left, what's a belief you hold that would make a room full of doctors angry?
B
Oh, you know, in the beginning it did, but now I have tremendous doctors that really do understand how important the thought processes are to the healing and that the doctor's thought processes are important to the patient healing. This is one that some of them struggle with. But once they get it, they realize they have to optimize what they think about their patients. They cannot have judgment, criticism, or negativity towards their patient. Even if their patient drinks a margarita every single night, they cannot think, oh, that's a bad Patient or a bad person because they drank the margarita. They have to have reverence and love for their patients. And when they understand that everything changes, they have much better patient outcomes.
A
All right, what's something you've witnessed with your own eyes that you know is true but you can't prove scientifically or you were blown away by.
B
Oh goodness, the, the beauty of humanity? Most people really think when they see somebody that isn't doing something they want that they're a bad person. And I think most people are truly have something very good in their heart that they want to do for the world. And I hope more people will start to believe this.
A
All right, what. By the way, this is right now very, very important because there's a lot of good marketers out there spreading information on healing or optimization, biohacking, longevity. What's the most dangerous advice being given by well intentioned experts right now? Just one.
B
What's the top giving a protocol that works for everyone. Saying this peptide works for everyone. This supplement works for everyone. This type of exercise works for everyone. There's not one size fits all.
A
Okay, what if the, I'm sorry, what if the thing people call healing is actually keeping them trapped?
B
Well, paranoia for example, right. So people like especially that are really wanting to optimize, sometimes they will really isolate themselves because they won't be around other people because, oh, I can't go to the Mexican restaurant because there's margaritas there where you're, you're separating yourself from humanity. And we need other people to be in our lives and to be able to love them and be generous and kind to them so that we can both heal.
A
Yeah, that's a good one. You know, I've done that before where like it crushes your social connections and circles and, and then you're introverting. Introverted. So most people don't understand. Introversion at times, like for acute periods of time is cool. But introversion chronically is a non survival behavior.
B
Yes.
A
And people label themselves introverts a lot. And you don't have to be an introvert just because people have told you that before. What have you. Extroversion is a survival behavior, thriving behavior. And you can be whatever you want to be. So, all right, what's a question nobody asks you because they're afraid of the answer?
B
What am I doing? What am I doing wrong?
A
Ooh.
B
And sometimes it's, it's that they have not. They just look outside at what's wrong outside, what the other people are doing, what the other people are saying. Versus how can I optimize my thoughts? How can I make sure that I'm the one that's not criticizing, that's not judging myself or anyone else? This is the hardest thing. People are married to their opinions versus their spouses. And marriages have been destroyed based on opinions, just opinions. People are just so hooked into their opinion about politics, about how you should live, what you should do. If people can let go of and understand that your opinion means nothing, it only means something to you. And it's just an opinion. It doesn't determine anything. If we can just be looser about opinions, we will be very free.
A
Good stuff. By the way, what's the dating scene like in LA?
B
I have been with my husband for 20 years.
A
Oh, okay. Okay. I didn't know. I didn't. So 20 years. I've been. I just hit 23.
B
Oh, congratulations.
A
Awesome.
B
Yeah, so I don't know about the dating scene.
A
Okay. I didn't know. Okay. So, yeah, okay, we'll. We'll mark that. And so you do have a good ex. Understanding of relationships and how opinions matter and what destroys marriages. I. One of the thing, biggest things for me, I got to chime in here because this is a good topic. When I stopped making everything about my wife as far as what was wrong and started taking ownership of things of myself and responsibility, of how I can become the best version of myself for her, my kids, people around us, being a living demonstration. I talk a lot about that changed everything, right? Most people point the finger, right?
B
100%. That's beautiful. C Rock. And I appreciate you saying that because that is the divine masculine, right? That's real empowerment of the divine masculine. And I think more men are starting to step it up and take responsibility. And as women, we also need to respect the divine masculine. Our society has had a bit of a war between the masculine and the feminine. And nobody wins when we do that.
A
No. And by the way, what does your husband do?
B
He has a, an app. It's a technology company for restaurants, services and maintenance. So he's the uber of services and maintenance for restaurants.
A
Oh, awesome.
B
Yeah, he's got restaurants nationwide that, that they have this app that they use and they get services.
A
Now does he take your, your, your expertise when you bring it to him or how do you deal with that? Because, like, when I, I know a lot. Okay. I don't know everything, but I know a lot.
B
Right.
A
And then when I bring it to my house, my family doesn't like, respect it like everybody on the outside world does. So how does that work in your house?
B
You know, I. Going to the relationship things. Right. One thing is that what we learned in our relationship is there's very little that's worth arguing about.
A
Yeah.
B
So we both came to a point in our life where we were like, is it worth arguing? And the other thing is that I try to see his brilliance. My focus is this. He is brilliant. If I'm with him, it's for a reason. And so when I feel in relationships, when we focus on looking at everything that's extraordinary about that human being that you're with, everything changes, you know? And so I don't give him my opinion unless he asks for it. And he's a very smart man, and I respect him. And if I didn't, then I would have made the wrong choice.
A
Yeah, Yeah, I agree. All right. What's the closest thing to a miracle
B
that you've ever witnessed every day is the healing science. Is the miracle of today science?
A
No, no, no, no. I'm not going to let you get away with that one. What's the one thing you can remember that comes to mind the one time specific time that happened that was the closest to a miracle that you could say
B
love. The immense love that I have felt for the people that I love. I know you want me to pick one thing, but just.
A
No, but doesn't something stick out to you that one time just blew your mind? Like, wow, that's a miracle. It's gotta be something.
B
Yes. I've had doctors that have had people that couldn't walk, walk. Right. In ancient times, we called those miracles, but now we have the scientific ways of doing it. And I really have to reiterate that what we're living today is a miracle. We can get people a new heart, you know, we can get them a new kidney. We can get people to walk. We can get people to see. Think about it. In ancient times, we had Jesus who helped people see with his miracle. Now we can replace lenses. We are living miracles every day. And I really feel that if you see life and the science that we have today as a miracle, you will constantly be in awe of life and have this reverence for life.
A
Yeah. And. And it has to do with love, too. I'll let you slide with that one, though. But I wanted to do a specific. So thank you.
B
Love is the biggest miracle.
A
What's the most intelligent person you've ever met or who is. And wait a minute. What is the most intelligent person? How did I write this? I want to know about the most intelligent person you've ever met that you were completely wrong about.
B
Too, too many wonderful people, because that. So from a very well.
A
Did you ever meet somebody that you were, like, thinking something of and they actually surprised you and you actually like, like them and vibed with them?
B
No.
A
No, no. Okay, that's good. All right.
B
No, no.
A
What's a problem people spend years trying to solve? That was never actually the problem.
B
Other people.
A
Everything aligns with what we're talking about. I like that. Other people. All right, last one. If I followed you around for a year, what belief would I discover that you hold that most people would call crazy?
B
That life is a miracle, that you can do whatever you want. You can do whatever you want and you have all the power. Just right here. Right here, you make a decision and you work with your thoughts. And you revere the sacred vessel, this body that you get to navigate this life. And you revere your brain, your thought processes, and the ability to actually make changes. When you have a deep reverence for your human existence in the physical realm. You can do whatever you want.
A
Yeah. I gotta tell you that I tell this story all the time, but this intelligence officer was talking to an alien. He said. And the alien said, you human beings have no idea what you're capable of. And that stuck with me. And I'm like, yeah, well, let's see how far we can take this thing then, you know. So, Leah, thank you so much for your time today. Where can people go deeper with you?
B
They can follow me on Instagram or on my website if they, you know, want to contact me. It's lealovio.com ll O V I O is the last name if they want to meet me in person and see where I'm speaking at next. Usually I have that on my Instagram dropdown menu and that's. That's the easiest way.
A
All right, well, thank you for putting up with me with my quickies. I. I don't like people. I don't like, let people slide with the easy ones, so.
B
You're tough. I know.
A
Thank you so much for your time today. I really appreciate it and look forward to building with you in the future.
B
Okay, you too, C Rock. Thank you for everything you do.
