Welcome back to what are you made of from that one studio. It's your boy C. Rock here. I'm with Marina Ortega today. She's a friend and client at that one, and she's a member of our community as well. And I had to bring her in to share with you all. I want to, of course, give her some exposure as well, but I wanted to share her with you all because she's got an amazing story and she's making a huge impact in the world. Marina, what's happening?
B
Hi, Mike. Thanks for having me on. So grateful and blast.
A
My pleasure. My pleasure to have you here. Well, look, we start this show the same way every time, and that's what the question what are you made of?
B
I'd say I'm made of grit, determination, and a whole lot of love.
A
Yeah. Yeah, I like that answer. Me too. Yeah. No, you say grit because that means that you went through some stuff, right? And you had to figure some things out and keep going. Persevere. Yeah, right.
B
I was. I was rock bottom twice. I mean, I was hit with black mold in my lungs last year, and I was bedridden, and I was so sick, and I was so lost on. On how to navigate. And I feel like it's the silent epidemic that's no one's talking about. So when I got sick with black mold, I literally, like, couldn't breathe. I was bedridden for two and a half months, and there's no, like, pill or prescription you can take when you get black mold in your. In your lungs. So I'm trying to figure out, how am I going to detox this out of my body and how fast can I get it out? So that was a huge setback for me. I figured out how to navigate through it, you know, by myself, kind of DIY and piecing it together. But doctors were quoting me 50,000 cash, no guarantee, 90,000 cash, no guarantee. And I'm thinking, what is going on out there in this, like, mold world, right when you get exposed to it? So that was a huge setback. The other one was when I was in my early 20s, I was the girl that dealed with constipation. So I would literally poop maybe once every two weeks, if I was lucky, maybe every seven days. Wow. Literally, like, I couldn't. I was so constipated, and no one wanted to talk about it. And it was like this little secret. And I felt like no one talked about pooping, constipation. The doctors were like, you know what? You just need to get on laxatives. I'm thinking, I don't want to get hooked on laxatives. So that was a huge step back. I, I, I really scrambled for about five years. It wasn't until someone said, a naturopath doctor said, hey, Marina, have you tried a colonic? And I thought, oh, what? You know, I'm like young, 20 years old, and I'm like, I am so desperate right now. I've got, I, I will try it. So I went in, had my first colonic. I unloaded, I'm not even kidding you, seven pounds of poop in that one session. I thought, this is life changing. You just changed my life. It couldn't be any more organic. It's just highly filtered warm water, you know, going through your colon and it's helps you evacuate poop. And it was a complete game changer. So those two stories right there, I mean, those are the two setbacks. But I had to figure out how to navigate. I felt like I wasn't getting answers from any of the doctors, Especially back then, you know, 30 years ago, no one talked about poop. It was like, don't talk about it. So I literally was in 2014 when I just said, I've had it. I'm determined. I can't imagine anyone in my shoes going through what I went through, men and women, because both men and women are dealing with constipation. Coming to find out. But it was in 2014 when I said, I'm going to quit my corporate job. I was making really good money and I'm going to give back. I'm going to do this myself. I'm going to do it the right way, make it clean, clinical, bougie, have a naturopathic doctor on site. And we are going to create Scottsdale Hydrotherapy, a wellness center. And we're going to focus primarily on colonics. You know, we're going to, I'm going to help people because it worked for me. And I would say that colonics saved my life. When I was detoxing from black mold, I was, you know, doing sauna infrared saunas like crazy every single day. I was doing castor oil packs every day. I was doing coffee enemas probably three to four times per week. But the colon hydrotherapy is what helped, you know, eliminate and get, get things moving out of my system because doctors were like, hey, it's two to seven years to even detox all this black mold out of your lungs. And I thought, I'm running two companies, I'm bedridden, I got to show up every day. And that's just exactly what I did.
A
Yeah. Well, okay, a couple of things here. First of all, girls poop. Yeah. No, I'm just kidding. So. So, all right, when I'm thinking about this, it, like, it hydrated your colon. So was. Is there a way that you could hydrate effectively from through the mouth? Right. To. To avoid that dehydration that you probably. Probably were dealing with?
B
Yeah. Most people are chronically dehydrated and don't even know it. They typically say, take your body weight, cut it in half, and that's amount of water you want to have. But now news, new studies are coming out where it's like, listen, you've got reverse osmosis. You've got highly filtered water. It's now dead water, so it's not even live water. So they're taking out all the minerals and stuff like that. So a lot of people truly are drinking, like, dead, flat water. And they're like, I'm drinking a gallon a day. I'm like, I don't care. You're not absorbing it in your cells. You're just peeing it out. You're flushing it out. So you always want to make sure that you have some sort of minerals, like natural minerals when. When drinking your water.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And so.
B
But so a lot of people think, like, oh, I'm hydra. Like, no, you're not. So what we're doing with colon hydrotherapy, it's an internal cleanse for your colon. We're just taking highly filtered water, and the client will insert a little rectal nozzle. It's like the size of number two pencil. There's only one way in. So it's super simple to do. And then once we turn the water on the water, your large Intestine is about 5 to 6ft long. So it's just going up there and hydrating and hydrating, wetting everything down. Believe it or not, your poop gets bolder Clay, like, hard. Like. Like when people are constipated. Like, it's like hard dehydrated. So that doing a colonic is just going to wet everything down, get some movement, loosen stuff up, and then you'll start eliminating. Basically pooping it out.
A
Yeah. So once you did that the one time, were you able to stay hydrated and not have to do it again? Like, were you regular after that?
B
I was so constipated. Like, I mean, we've seen people unload £10 in one session of poop.
A
But. But I mean, but after that. Were you regular again?
B
No, it took me a couple sessions.
A
Okay.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
I had to work. I had to. I had to work on it. I probably did, I don't know, six to eight sessions. And then I started correcting the constipation.
A
Yeah, yeah. The root cause. Right.
B
There's different. Yeah, there's different protocols, stuff. It kind of depends. Like, I sometimes will work with a healthy athlete, Right. That just wants to absorb at a higher level. So, you know, he wants a good, you know, kind of reset. So maybe he'll come in just for like three sessions.
A
Okay. And if somebody's in their own market, where do they go to do that? What kind of place is it called that they would go to to do that?
B
I would say this. Make sure that you. You vet out your colon hydrotherapist, make sure that they're using FDA approved equipment, and make sure to take a look at the reviews. That's what I will say.
A
So, but it's, but it's called a colonic hydro.
B
So people call it a colonic or you can call it colon hydrotherapy. Okay, Same thing.
A
Okay. All right.
B
So colon hydrotherapy is probably what they would Google or colonic nearest to them. But see, the thing is, is not a lot of people have access to colon hydrotherapy. It's not in every city. It's not in every town. At one point, I lived in a small town in Valentine, Nebraska, and I was dealing with constipation. I had to drive three and a half hours to the nearest location, and then three and a half hours back. So that was my whole entire day. My whole world was revolved around trying to poop, Right?
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And have you heard of restructured water or structured water and quantum structured water, like where they restructure the water? Have you ever heard of that?
B
I don't know much about it, but yes.
A
Yeah. I'm not sure. You know, obviously under microscope, it definitely the, the, the particles of water or whatever that you can tell the restructuring. And I'm not sure what it does and how effective it really is, but I've heard a lot of great.
B
Sounds interesting.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
All right, so let's talk about the black mold for a second. Because the black mold situation can come from your house, Right. And where there's water damage and then black mold starts and then spores spread. Right. And is there a smell associated with that in the house?
B
Here's the deal. Sometimes, like, I'm so sensitive to mold now, like, I'll walk into a building, be like, I Got to get out of here because I could just smell the mold. Sometimes you can't smell. Smell it. I was exposed to black mold in a gym. It was an older gym, and it was in the steam room. And I didn't realize it until about seven months into my journey. I was like, I know exactly where I got it. I was working with an environmental scientist, and he said, marina, black mold is notorious in steam rooms. Don't ever go into a steam room again. I thought, okay, fine, I won't. Because I was steaming like four or five times a day. And we tested, you know, you can have somebody come out and test your house for mold, and we did that. I even had a mold dog come out and test our home as well as our, you know, work. My office as well. So why.
A
Why three, four times a day in a steam room?
B
I just, I love to steam. Like, I'd go work out, whatever. I just go jump in the steam room and steam, you know, for 15 minutes or so. I just love to steam. Yeah.
A
Gosh, three, four times a day. So I bought this thing.
B
No, no, no. Three times a week, not a day.
A
Okay.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
I bought something called a Neuro cover. Have you ever heard of Neuro cover? This is not an ad for them, but it's a steam sauna for your house, right? Yeah, but. So every time I'm doing it, though, when I'm finished, I wipe it down and then I put a fan in there and let the fan blow in there to make sure it dries, because otherwise I'm concerned with that mildew mold stuff. So. Yeah. What about. What about when people leave their clothes in the wash too long and they get that smell and it smells mildew. Is that similar to. Or no?
B
Yeah, definitely. You can have black mold inside of your. The washer for sure. Yeah, that's very common. Come to find out.
A
Yeah. And what's the best way to get rid of it?
B
Get a new. Get a new washer.
A
Okay.
B
Like, once black mold is there, like, it's really hard to get rid of it. You know, people think, oh, bleach is going to help it. That's not going to help at all. It's super hard to get rid of. Your best off just getting a new washer, in my opinion.
A
Okay.
B
But there's also a lot of water damage. We. From what I've discovered from this journey behind the washer machine, like from leaks and stuff. And then you can't see it, but you kind of smell something. So it's just this Whole process, you know, And I always say, hey, you know what, don't even guess. If there's any question that you may have mold in your house, just get your house tested for mold.
A
Yeah, yeah. And then, you know, then there's remediation available to deal with it. Yeah.
B
And that can be very, very expensive. And there's a lot of fear mongering out there. I mean, I experienced it. I was getting quotes that were crazy, you know, anywhere from 400 to 800, and they're like. And if you remediate, first of all, your insurance doesn't cover anything and it could be 10,000, 20,000, 30,000. So people start getting scared and then they just stop. They're like, screw it, I'm not going to get my house test. Not going to go through any of this, you know, and they kind of have an idea that there's mold in the house. But I understand it starts really adding up, you know, and there's some scams out there.
A
Yeah, it's a shame. People take advantage of opportunities, you know, with that. So. All right, so talk to me about when you left your job and the uncertainty that comes along with entrepreneurship. Right. You leave a corporate job making money and you get into that. How long did it take you to start making some money?
B
I would say it took a. I would say it took a little bit over a year. It ended up being a really, A really cool concept. I don't know how to explain it. And I did it because I wanted. When you walk into our facility, it's like walking into a spa. Like it is when it comes to the decor, the aesthetics, everything about it, People's jaw drop and go, wow. And it's. I wanted that because I walked into different places when I was getting colonics. They were all a bit different and, you know, some were better than others. And I just thought, you know what? I know exactly what I want. I'm putting something up my butt. Like, I want it to be clean, clinical, bougie, and just relaxing and very inviting. And it's a really safe place for people to come and talk to us about constipation or if they're detoxing from heavy metals or whatever it is, or if they're sick with cancer. It's just the vibe in the environment and the staff that we have is incredible. And it's just a really. It's like your group, you know, I mean, everyone can talk about stuff, share different ideas, bounce ideas off each other, connect. And that's really what we've Created within Scottsdale Hypotherapy and Trust yout gut. Obviously that. That's our community. Trust your gut.
A
Gotcha. So did you start brick and mortar right away from the beginning?
B
No, no. I started off renting at a friend of mine. He was a chiropractor. So I started at his location for a couple years and then we expanded and added on the ozone sauna, lymphatic drainage and a couple other different science back modalities where we're at now. And we've been there for almost four years now.
A
So that's.
B
It's just been a huge hit.
A
Yeah. So how long did it take you to start making money?
B
Right away.
A
Right away.
B
Like it was. Yeah, and yeah, right away.
A
How did you start getting. Well, I guess you got clients from the chiropractor. That's how your first clients came in.
B
Yeah, that was. Yeah, that was definitely a feed in. And then I really. We started taking social media serious and started. I just started showing up every day on social media. I mean, you know, I had someone say, you're not. You're never going to grow unless you start showing up. And I was so scared to get on Instagram. I was so nervous, you know, like, I don't like my voice, let's just say, you know, and it was. I just really had to overcome that and just say, you know what, I'm doing it. That's exactly what I did. I just started showing up and committing and things started happening. People started saying, oh my gosh, I'm following you now. And it's this beautiful thing.
A
Yeah, yeah. It's huge. I mean exposure. I wake up every day pretending nobody's ever heard of me, you know, and. And it works, you know, I'm obsessed with it and. Yeah. And then one thing about the coffee enemas. What. What's the difference between water and using coffee?
B
I would say this. You know, if you're dealing with constipation, I would definitely start off with distilled water enema. We have one in our product line that I created because can come to Scottsdale to do a colonic. Not everyone has access to colon hydrotherapy. So we created our trust your gut line, which we do have an at home enema kit. You could do a coffee enema. And then of course we have our castor oil packs and stuff. But to answer your question, if you're dealing with constipation, the number one thing, this goes for any cleanse as well. You want to open up your detox pathways. You want to open up your drainage pathways, you got to be pooping, peeing, and sweating. Number one, don't even think about doing a cleanse unless your drainage pathways are draining. Right? So if you're dealing with constipation, I would do a distilled water enema. And then therefore, you can get some relief, you know, at home or if you're traveling. Like my, my kit goes in my travel, it lives in my suitcase. So if I'm on a trip and I'm constipated, I just whip it out, grab some distilled water and go into the bathroom and I'll administer an at home distilled water enema. Now, if I'm detoxing for, for liver purposes, which, you know, our liver is exposed to about a thousand toxins per day. So I'm doing coffee enemas right now, about twice a week. And the liver is going to get stimulated by the caffeine in the coffee, the palmitic acid. That's what makes it so special, right? It's like super caffeine. So once you put it into your rectum, it's going to shoot through the heptic portal valve and then it's going to open up in the liver here, Open up the, like kind of create dialysis by the caffeine. It's opening up the bile ducts and it's going to get that bile to start moving and transporting out, which you want that. It's also going to increase your glutathione, which is your master antioxidant, by like 500 to 700%. So coffee enemas are super powerful when it comes to liver detoxification. No question.
A
And what, why doesn't it work when you drink coffee?
B
Because you're, you're ingesting it into your digestive system, not through your rectum.
A
Okay, so it takes, takes the power out before it gets to the liver.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
Basically, yeah.
A
Gotcha.
B
And then when you do your rectum, it's completely different, the process.
A
And when you do a colon cleanse, how long does it take?
B
It takes probably, I would say no more than about 45 minutes. Is, is, is the colon hydrotherapy session.
A
And what about if you're doing it at home, you're in your bathroom for how long?
B
Well, ideally you want to try to hold the coffee for anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes, because what's happening is our blood filters in our liver every four minutes. So if I'm doing a coffee enema, if I can hold it for 15 minutes, well, that's each time it's passing through and like cleaning the blood basically and getting things moving. So the whole setup and breakdown for me is, I don't know, 30, 40 minutes.
A
And so take me through this then. So is it cold brew or is it just regular, like cool coffee?
B
We actually, we have our trust, your gut coffee that we created. And it's usda. USDA organic. And that's very, very important if you are going to do a coffee enema. You know, there's a lot of greenwashing and price gouging out there right now, so be careful. A lot of them will say organic. And you definitely want to put USDA organic coffee up your butt because it's highly regulated. Right. A lot of coffees that say organic, they're contaminated. Contaminated. And that's not good.
A
Yeah. There's mold in coffee, right?
B
Absolutely.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
Ours is third party tested. Ours is mold free. All of that super important. But you are going to brew the coffee. So you will brew the coffee. Basically. I usually just boil the water and then I have a little. What do you call it? A little plunge. What is the coffee thing called?
A
Yeah, I. I should know.
B
A French press.
A
Press.
B
Yeah. Yes. So then I'll put the two scoops of the coffee enema in it and then fill it with hot water. And then now I'm going to let it sit there for about 10 minutes. You want to make sure it's at room temperature because you don't want to put something too hot or too cold up your. Obviously. So you want to make sure it's room temperature. And then you. I go into the bathroom and then I'll fill up my enema bag and I'll lay on my shower floor and I'll insert it and do it and hold it. Then you get up off the ground and you'll go into the toilet and you'll evacuate. You know, you'll eliminate your poop.
A
Okay, gotcha. So when you're holding it, you stay parallel and that helps you hold it because if you get up, you're gonna have a hard time. Right? Okay.
B
Get up, you go to the toilet, and then you eliminate. Yep, that's how it works.
A
Okay.
B
And if you.
A
Go ahead.
B
Go ahead.
A
No, go ahead.
B
If you ever want instructions, if you go to trustyourgut shop, you'll. I'm doing one. Like, I show the community, like, hey, this is how you do it. So if you ever have any questions, you can watch my videos.
A
Oh, wow, that's detailed. So, so. So if you don't have a shower floor to lay on. Like a bathtub is fine. Anything where the water can catch you and you're not gonna get all over the place, right? Okay.
B
Yeah. Even like in a small bathroom, like, I would just lay down on the bathroom floor. The toilet's like, right there next to me. So I'm laying there, I'll just pop, you know, eliminate. Go to the bathroom and so you don't have to have a big bathroom.
A
Gotcha. And then what does it feel like afterwards? Well, actually, no, no, no. While you're doing it, what does it feel like and what does it feel like afterwards?
B
I mean, I think it feels great, right? I mean, you might feel a little bit of pressure. Like, whoa, I gotta go. Like, I've got this poop window at 7am where I'm like, I gotta go. You kind of get that feeling, like you'll just know when you have to go. So you'll kind of feel a little bit of pressure from the water, you know, entering you. And then you'll. At some point it'll kick in where you're like, oh, I gotta go. Then you'll get up and then go to the toilet afterwards. I mean, I feel amazing. I feel incredible. I feel more energized, to be honest. Not. I wouldn't say energ. Well, yeah. More energy.
A
Yeah.
B
More clarity. Less brain fog. Like, so many great things are happening with a coffee enema as well as a colonic. I mean, my brain fog was so bad. Like, when you're backed up and not pooping, like, you start to get really heavy brain fog as well because your body's like the septic tank just loading up, loading up because you're full of poop. You're absorbing the same stuff over and over, over. Auto intoxication is kicking in and it's like you're highly toxic and you're not going to feel great and your body's going to be completely inflamed.
A
Right. So, yeah.
B
So, you know, we need to start.
A
I wanted to touch on that. The inflammation. So inflammation can show in many different ways. And part of it is like, I know that, you know, sometimes I can tell my. I'm not as cut and a little bit of bloating. And that just shows, like, wait a minute, I might be inflamed. I might be eating something that's not. It's. It's inflammatory. And then just pay attention to those kind of things, right? Like, what kind of foods cause inflammation like that?
B
They see a lot of nightshades which are like tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplants, things like that. It's called the nightshade family. If you ever dive in deep, those are, you want to keep those out. If you're, if you're dealing with inflammation or you know, trying to decrease your inflammation. I am finding though, I mean, you know, my team has administered over 30,000 colonics. One of the most common things that we have seen is that when people are dealing with inflammation, it's their, it's their lymphatic system, the drainage system of our whole entire body. It's like the sewer system of our body. We are finding that things are really stagnant or they have a job and they're not getting a lot of movement. And remember, inflammation starts building up, building up because your lymphatic system, unlike your cardiovascular, your heart has a pump. The lymphatic system does not have that. So you have to create movement to get your lymphatic system going. Right. Hence you can just go walk for free. I mean that's moving the lymphatic system. So the more you can get that moved, the more it's going to start dumping and draining, decreasing that inflammation for sure.
A
What kind of foods are good for anti inflammatory?
B
I mean everyone's got their own opinion on that. You know, I eat a pretty clean diet. I mean we eat a lot of steamed vegetables versus raw vegetables just because I find that the raw ones make me personally more bloated. So we eat real clean, we all grass fed meat and we, we source all of our veggies and fruits from farmers around our area. We're really big on farmers market and collaborating and working with people that are local. I would encourage anyone the same thing. There's usually some sort of program they have, they drop the box off every single week to our house. It's just the coolest program.
A
Yeah, yeah. It's so like for a lot of people, it's just especially if they don't live in a city where there's like good grocery stores. It's so difficult to, to find like healthy vegetables and fruits and meat. Like we have meat delivered to the house because the stores around here just don't have good meat, you know. And it makes a huge difference. It really does. And it's a shame that like the country is like the way it is. Like we should have a situation in our country. It's like you cannot sell this kind of food.
B
Like yeah, I, I, I agree. I grew up on a farm, Mike. So like, I mean my dad Would slaughter the cow. I mean, my mom still has her chickens. Like, we have a garden. I have a garden here. So always even educate people when they say, you know, I don't have access to that. I mean, you could even start off with a small herb garden because herbs are so, you know, they're so powerful when it comes to vitamins and minerals and stuff like that. But I think, you know, just if you don't have a garden, if you have some space, throw up a garden, you'd be surprised.
A
You know, what about hormone effects?
B
So when it comes to, I mean, I mean, I'm in menopause right now, so if you want to talk about hormones, I mean, colon hydrotherapy has been a game changer. When I was going through perimenopause and even menopause, like, it's night and day and a lot of our clients would say the same thing. Yeah, I mean, you just feel so much better after a session. Things kind of start to balance out.
A
Yeah, you, you should connect with Dr. Jen Berman. She was in the chat this morning, actually. Dr. Jen Berman, she's in LA and she is the world's expert in menopause perimenopause. But she does some unique things with, with it. She's, she's a, she's a character too. She's awesome. I always like talking to her. But yeah, you should connect with her for sure. Do a 15 mini with her.
B
I will, thank you.
A
Yeah. And. And so then let's talk about like community and building network and all that. So it sounds to me like you built a community around this, of people that were interested in this. Right. So how did that start and where did you house the community?
B
So this is all new for us. We just launched our affiliates. Funny you asked. We just launched our affiliate program probably about four weeks ago. So we're still navigating through that. We launched it through Mighty Networks. We find that's best to create the community. So far it seems to be working. But again, we're really new at this when it comes to the community. And it, it has a ton of information we've provided our affiliates and anyone else wants to join it. There's a couple different communities going on in it to talk about gut health and to talk about parasites or mold or whatever it may be. So, yeah, we have a lot of education in there. I'm in there often as well, collaborating and answering questions and.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, it's huge to build a community nowadays, especially with AI coming out, the lack of connection it's going to create great lack of, you know, authenticity, and the human element is going to be missing. And this is going to be, you know, if you have a business, it's. It's imperative to create community. It is imperative. Yeah. And, yeah, definitely, we're seeing the results.
B
We're seeing that right now. I mean, just overall in the wellness industry, I mean, it's just. It's kind of like it's faceless. It's like people AI is behind it. Right. So you can't even get a face. You can't talk to a human. I mean, there's just no, it's just very. It's a very cold process, I'm finding with a lot of these wellness products and tools that are, you know, every. They're being, you know, launched and stuff like that, I'm like, wow, you know, who's behind it? And what we're finding is that most of these companies are spending so much money on marketing and they're doing such a great job. And then what gets lost is that human element, like you said, and that touch or even the ingredients where they're like, oh, it's organic. And it's like, okay, what does organic mean? Right? Yeah, that regulated.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm with.
A
Well. And then the good marketers are dangerous because if they don't know what they're talking about, then people pay attention to those marketers. We talk about this in the health, wellness space all the time. It's like, like, I want to be a part of elevating those that know what they're talking about, because I don't want to be in a situation creating a lot of attention for someone and they don't know what they're talking about. And then leads to people listening to them. Right?
B
Yeah.
A
And then we're hurting more than we're helping, so. And then as far as connecting and collabing with other health and wellness people, like, what do you do to go about that on a daily basis or weekly basis?
B
Well, I'm part of your group, which has been super beneficial and thank you. It's been a blast. Like I was telling you, there's been a lot of connecting going on there, but we get so many different hit up on Instagram all the time. I do people that are local, that want to do collaborations and things like that. So that's where a lot of those leads are coming in from. I would say definitely from Instagram, or they're physically coming into our location saying, hey, I want to, you know, can I get like 15 minutes of your time. I want to chat with you. I'm a chiropractor or I do this or that or naturopathic doctor. And then I will go to some networking events throughout the year as well that I get invited to.
A
Yeah. Have you thought about like creating something? You might have already done this, but, but you know you started in a chiropractic office, right. So there's tons of chiropractic offices out there that don't have this. And figuring out a way to license your product or collab with them or to expand throughout the country.
B
Yeah, that would be beautiful.
A
Absolutely. Yeah. I mean that's one thing I would do, man. I would set up 15 minutes with, with chiropractors and just say hey, I just want to learn more about your business and, and hear about what you're working on and, and then just maybe serve and figure out ways I can can, you know, add to your practice and create a win win situation.
B
And even with our, even with our trust your gut products too, I mean that would be super valuable. I mean, you know, not everyone can afford to do to get a colonic. Right. Maybe they're just not set up for that. So what's cool about it is that they can always do a castor oil pack and then they could do the distilled water enema. So if chiropractors or even naturopathic doctors wanted to carry that, I think it would do really, really well for sure.
A
Yeah. Yeah. And then that just scales your company and you don't have to be the one doing it all the time. Time, you know.
B
That's right.
A
So I'm sure there's ways to get lists of chiropractors out there.
B
Oh yeah.
A
You know, there's probably tons of opportunity there and then just have a 15 mini link and light it up, you know, I love it. So from as we wrap up here, what's the vision from here like? If you could have it your way, what's it look like going forward?
B
I would say, well, we're doing something really exciting right now. We're getting ready to blow out another 1500 square feet of our facility. So we're in the middle of doing that. That's what's got me super excited right now. We're going to bring on other science backed modalities. We've got about another five rooms that we're adding. So that's super exciting. Trust your gut is really starting to blow up. That's the wellness tools that you know, you can use to Detox your body or to help with constipation. I'm very excited about that. I mean, it'd be a dream come true if this is like a. Like a household item. You know, it's what we did differently compared to everyone else out there, Mike, is that we created a high quality, very affordable product. So there's a lot of price gouging going out there. And what I mean by that is, like, our castor oil, people are selling it three times the amount. But I'm like, we're not going to raise it because I. I want it to be affordable. People are sick, and I want to help people and I want to make it where they can. They can afford it. Right. Because things are expensive out there. I mean, there's so many things.
A
Yeah, yeah. 100%. And. And so where in Scottsdale are you, by the way?
B
North Scottsdale.
A
North Scottsdale. Okay. By the way, I. I love. I get off the plane every time. I don't know if I told you this, but every time I look at my wife, I'm like, why don't we live here?
B
Right? You guys have to come visit. I mean, we.
A
We just were out there this summer for a Morgan Wallen concert, and we stayed in outside of Phoenix, but then we went to Scottsdale, and there was a restaurant, I might have told you, like that lookout, I think it's called, or something. It's on the top of a mountain in. In Scottsdale. It's a restaurant, and it looks over the city of Phoenix.
B
Oh, yes.
A
Yeah. It was awesome. Yeah. Yeah, it's.
B
Yeah.
A
See, I live in a place that's flat. We live by the ocean. Ocean City, Maryland. And. And you go out there and you see all these hills and mountains and desert. It's just so cool. Like the. And the cactus. We come out. I come out for the Waste Management open sometimes, too. That's a good time.
B
You do? Okay, so I'm not even. We live not even half a mile from that.
A
Okay. So we stayed at that. That resort. I think it's called the Princess or something. Yeah, we stayed there before. And the golf course is right next to it.
B
Yeah, that's a great location.
A
So the next Quantum event that we have after the Florida event in January, I think. Quantum expansion. We're going to go to Scottsdale. I think that's the next location because we're going to try to bounce back and forth from the east to west to continue to accommodate everybody that's in the group. And. Yeah, so we'll be talking about that then. So it sounds good.
B
So just don't come in the summertime. Don't come in the summertime. It's too hot here.
A
No, I think it's going to be Aprilish.
B
That's perfect.
A
Yeah. So, all right, where can people go to go deeper?
