Welcome back to that one studio on the what do youo Made Up Show. It's your boy, C Rock here I'm with Michelle Lamont. We're just chopping it up before we hit record here. And man, this lady is pretty, pretty fascinating. I can't wait to hear her story. I want to share a story with you all, and I know some of it. Michelle, thank you so much for joining me today.
B
It's my honor.
A
Yeah. That. My pleasure to have you.
B
It's my pleasure.
A
But you know, the thing is, is that we're doing this right before New Year's. A lot of people aren't working, A lot of people aren't doing content. We have chosen. We both agreed to get together today, the day before New Year's Eve, and we're going to have a great conversation. But I always start the show with the same question, and that is, Michelle, what are you made of?
B
You mean besides sugar and spice and everything nice?
A
Besides that?
B
I think I'm made up of the kind of stuff that makes you happy, the kind of stuff that makes you flexible, that stuff that kind of makes you unstoppable. And one of my favorite things to say to people when they think about creating anything in this world is if you create something that's uniquely yours, you're the only person in that lane. And so there's no competition. And so for me, I live on an island, the Michelle J. Lamont island, and I invite everybody to come and take a tour.
A
Yeah. You know, this aligns with me so much because when I created the brand that we have, that one I wanted to really lay out because of all the people I've hung out with that were the most successful, but they were fulfilled. Success, right? Fulfillment, man. Like feeling alive and impact driven. They all leaned into who they found out to be, who they remembered, who they're put here for or, and what, what for. And they lean into it unapologetically and which you just stated is perfect, and they become that one. It's not a competition. Nobody can touch them, nobody can compare to them. They're just themselves. And they lean into it unapologetically. And I don't know about you, but I was in a business before that did very well, but it was so commoditized, you couldn't differentiate yourself. And what that led to is the clients coming to you and saying, well, can you give me the lowest rate, the lowest closing cost of his mortgage business? And you're like, I just want you to work with me. Like, why does it got to be about the number. So I love that you laid that out that way. It's really aligned. And you went through a situation where you were successful in an industry and you mentioned the word. Well, I'm not going to say it, but you mentioned something like the fact that you were not as nice as you could be, I guess, and you're handling business. And it led to a culmination of an event and you mentioned it before we got started here. So can you take us through what you were doing at the time and then how all that manifested into a bad situation?
B
At first I'll try to give you the elevator speech, but I was born in America, but I'm a first generation American. My mother died when I was 10. My father kept my brothers and put me in an orphanage in America. I was then SA'd from the age of 11 to 17. Got to college, multiple scholarships, just Stamps and Michelle, and met my next whatever you want to call it, my husband, and survived a very abusive marriage, got IVF pregnant five times, C section scar, no babies. Finally decided that enough abuse was enough abuse and that I would divorce him in 2016. When I did, I found out all my money was gone. We hadn't. He had. He was our accountant for everything. He had an accountant degree. The house was basically gone, the business was falling apart. I had no idea. And he was gambling and spending money and whatever it was and had a girlfriend. So I divorced him and thought, you know what? I'm not doing this anymore. I fought so hard, I've done so much work, I can't do it anymore. And I was a raging alcoholic. I also had an addiction to porn.
A
And you don't hear women often talk about an addiction to pornography.
B
And if you've never been in a situation like that, you don't realize how addictive it is. And when I ended up going back to school to study the brain and neuroscience, I understood how they actually create it and how quick you get stimulated by it and how fast the addiction happens. You can be addicted to porn in less than four days and then it's very hard to unget it. And for me, because I hadn't healed or ever been to any kind of medical training for healing from sexual assault and all of that trauma, I personally thought that that's what was, you know, intimacy. And so I couldn't enjoy myself unless I enjoyed that as well. Right. And so I couldn't have intimacy. And I finally, when that all of that house of cards came crashing down, I put a 90 day plan to unalive myself. And I wrote letters to everybody, including the pet sitter who was going to find me in the pool of my house. And on the morning that it happened, my pet sitter came a day early. And the person across the street just started dating a guy who was an emt. So there was literally an ambulance in front of the house, and she came a day early. And I was still considering doing it again. And I got to a point where I was like, I'm either going to figure out what's wrong with my brain, leave this world behind of being a publicist, a red carpet publicist, being working with sports agencies and all this other rigmarole big names, or I was probably going to be ashes somewhere at the bottom of the ocean soon. And one day I was laying in bed and I was like, let me go to Lone Star Pond and get that gun. Let me go to Lone Star Pond and get that gun. And like a movie, the TV comes on. And at that time, I really didn't understand what YouTube was, but my nieces would watch it at my house for Grey's Anatomy. And this man comes on the television, and I'm looking for the remote and I see it, and it's right next to the television, and he has a little white beanie hat on and a white sweater and white linen pants and no shoes. And he says, when you change the way that you look at things, the things that you look at change. And I was riveted. And I ended up watching 6, 7, 8, 10. Now it's 7 o' clock in the morning. I'm wearing pajamas. I just ordered Domino's for breakfast, so you can tell you how unhealthy I was at the time. And I get my dominoes and I drive over to the bookstore and I was like, do you have any books by a man named Dr. Wayne Dyer? And he looks it up. First he thought I was homeless. He goes, no, homeless. And I was like, oh, yeah, where's the homeless people? And he just looked at me and he was like. I was like, oh, no, I have that. BMW is mine. I just drove from my home. I'm just eating pizza. He's like, you're not wearing shoes. And I looked down. I was like, oh, you're right. Like, I was so disassociated, I didn't even realize I didn't have shoes on. And I was like, well, I just need this. Here's my amex. I just need to see these books. And they had 33 of the 47 books that he wrote. So I just started reading. I'm a super reader. I read about 20 to 30 books a year. And right now, before I used to read about 40. And so I'm just digging into and digging into him. I'm like, I don't care what it costs. I'm going to meet him, I'm going to hire him, he's going to be my coach. And he had just died two months prior. So I knew that from that point on I had a choice. I'd either change or stay the same. But either one was a choosing something. And after going to school and studying mindfulness, cognitive therapy, doing understanding quantum entanglement, understanding the way the brain works, your hippocampus, your neurons, your neural, neural pathology, your reticular activation system, your amygdala, I started to understand why I was addicted to alcohol, why I was addicted to porn, why I could get 10 steps ahead and 10 step back in the same day. And it was just this, this treadmill of pain and suffering. And so once I removed myself from that situation, I said, well, alcohol has to go. And I remember taking all the alcohol out of my house and calling my brothers and like, you want this kettle one? You want this? Come get it. And they were like, hell yeah. And, and then, and then I went on a 30 day retreat with these Buddhists and realized I couldn't eat animals anymore. So I called my brothers and I'm like, do you want all this meat from Whole Foods? It's. Yeah, we want it. And, and so slowly and slowly I started to heal back the things that had been forcefully ripped from me as a child and throughout my whole life because I never knew how to have boundaries or autonomy. I didn't understand what manifesting was or quantum entanglement. I didn't understand what disassociation was. I really was just a 10 year old kid that grew up and was still 10 with some papers and some talent that really made it. And so I started my first business with $250 and a car that went in first, third in reverse. And by year three, I was $30,000 in debt. And by year five, I was doing over a million dollars. I moved that to six chain store and sold that. And then I started my PR agency. And within 30 days, the dancing with the Stars Dallas Cowboys was my very second client. My third client was a Bravo television show. And from that point forward, that whole life went into that trajectory now and then.
A
Hold it, hold it there. We're not going to forget where we Were you, you, you went to, you got the Bravo thing. So that's where we left off. But I, I need to point something out here so we can have success in life as far as our careers and we can have things happening for us, but our nervous system has to recalibrate and readjust to that next level or we'll self sabotage ourself and we'll go in spirals and, and, and it's, we just don't get there. We're not really there. Right. You said about the 10 year old kid. I mean I had similar stuff going on when I was 11 and I can experience this and even recently I've had situations that reminded me of being an 11 year old kid again. And, and I had to collapse entanglements.
B
And so ask yourself, why is he talking to me?
A
Yeah.
B
What does he need that I currently I'm not giving him? And why is he showing up right now? What is he trying to teach me?
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
Because you know, in the quantum, we know in the quantum field, every possible ability exists. And so if you're only healed to this degree, you can only have access to this many people, this much money, this much ideology, this much opportunity. And as all of these different quantum fields start to appear, you have to also reintroduce yourself and kill the old version of yourself and then incorporate and take on the Persona of the person in the new quantum field. One cannot exist in both. Just like you can't have two lovers, one person is never getting a hundred percent of you. And so you have to either decide this is the person that I am or that's the person that I am. And the problem is, is that most people are living in such a fight, flight, fear, fornicate, freeze, amygdala driven state that they are in. Survival. You know, there was a study done on zebras in Africa and unfortunately the watering holes are becoming fewer and fewer and fewer. So if you can imagine being a zebra in the Serengeti, how are you going to hide and where are you going to hide? So they tracked them, they put monitors on them and they measured their cortisol. And so the zebras had almost like death resting rate all the time. And then as soon as they encroach the watering hole and it went to levels of almost panic attack, heart attack, stroke, everybody you're out there, you got a stripes on you and you're white, okay, Everybody can see you. The second that they walk away from the watering hole, the cortisol goes down within one minute. You see people Are still thinking they're at the watering hole every day. Yeah, they're living like they're in the watering hole. They're acting like they're in the watering hole. They're buying like they're in the watering hole. They're not buying like they're not in the watering hole. They're. They're investing like they're in the watering hole. They're living, loving everything as if they're in the worst situation. Because they never understood how to process that and how to heal that. And then to take that energy, to twist it, turn it, and then metabolize it and use it in the world is what you've all come here to do, to manipulate energy. And so we think it's hustle or intelligence or beauty or wealth. And all of those things are true, and they give you advantages. But actually, if you understand how to manipulate the quantum field, you don't really need anything. You just need to get better and better at being better to yourself. And so there was this quote that I used to use all the time before I think I became more evolved. And it was, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear by lat zoo. And I was like, you know, and I'm your teacher, and I'm your teacher. And then one day, in a deep meditation, I realized I am not the teacher. I am simply the guide. The. The rape was the teacher. The death was the teacher. The poverty was the teacher. The destruction, that was the teacher. The insecurity was the teacher. The fear was the teacher. I'm here to guide you back to your original place where you were whole and you were here held, and you were loved. And when you can get to that place, you can see yourself as a God. And not as I want to own the world, but that my world is my sovereignty. And once I guide my energy back to me, every door that I open will approximate to another door, to another door, to another door. And it depends on how much healing you want to do to how high you want to get. And yes, there are ways to do it without healing, but then it's by force and manipulation and conning and trickeration and deception. And so, you know, you think of the tale of the king, right? The king who was dying. And he said, bring me all the best doctors in the land. Bring me accountant full of gold and bring me somebody to chop off my hand. And they were like, king, but why? But why? Well, I want all the best doctors in the world to carry my casket to the grave so everybody can see that wealth does not buy health. Well, what about the money? Well, I want to take half of my fortune and I want to spread the gold behind me so everybody can take it. Why? Because as they put me in the ground, I can't take it with me. And what about your hand? Why do you want your hand to be cut off and put above your grave? So people can know that I reached out to them, and in the end, I realized it was all for nothing. So if I asked you right now, do you remember the elementary school that you went to?
A
Yes.
B
Do you know the name of it?
A
Multiple. Multiple ones.
B
Okay. Do you know the name of the person it was named after?
A
Well, one was named after a town.
B
Okay.
A
And one was named after Wilson somebody. It was Wilson Elementary. So I don't know who Wilson was.
B
That's right. So this Wilson guy spent his whole life. I'm gonna assume it's a man because we don't really name stuff after us.
A
Yeah.
B
Especially that Wilson dude. Yeah. Still do. You know, you don't see a lot of women named Mary something.
A
Yeah.
B
So the Wilson dude spent his whole life trying to get noticed and paid attention to. And you spent one, two, four years, parents going in and out. And to this day, you don't even remember his first and last name, what he did, or who he was. And he has a whole monument to himself in a building.
A
Yeah.
B
So what is the point? So if you want to manifest the biggest and the best version of yourself, what are you actually saying? And then how in quantum energy and in your quantum identity and in the law of physics, or in manifesting or if you want to go to spirituality or if you want to go to whatever level, what's your plan to get there and why? And so once you understand that, I think everything else just kind of falls into place of either yes or nos. And when you stop chasing and it's something that when you're in survival mode, you're always chasing. Now, it doesn't mean building. Building is different than chasing. Building is. Yes. I'm going to put 50 requests out for interviews. If I get 10, then that's 10 people that might come on, you know, that's not chasing. That's building. Chasing is I want everybody to learn my way of doing manifesting. I want everybody to be singularly obsessed with what I'm doing. That, my friends, is fear. But if you say, you know what? I found a really powerful way to help you elevate your energy without you understanding it and releasing it, you're going to Be happier. You're going to feel more at peace. You won't need red bottom shoes, but you can have them if you learn how to heal what you've been avoiding your whole life. Because what is fear? It's a portal. And so what is thought? It's a belief. And what is a belief? It's something that's been indoctrinated and taught to you, not something that's true. We can't take a belief to a court of law and win. And so your beliefs can be hindered in so many different ways. And one of the examples I use is like when you're a child before the age of seven, your hippocampus rerases everything, but your subconscious mind doesn't. And so you can't recall the birthday party, but you don't know why you don't like chocolate cake. And it's probably because at one birthday party everybody got chocolate cake but you. Or they gave you the bad chocolate cake. And so now every time you see chocolate cake, you feel this insecurity about yourself. Can you believe they offer me chocolate cake? Who likes chocolate cake? And you're like, everybody knows that turtle cheesecake is the best. And why? Because you probably went to some fancy store and they somebody fancy was eating turtle cheesecake. And that association then bonds with you and food. So you might have a food situation going on in your life, you might have a money situation, maybe a love, maybe your parents weren't in love or they cheated on each other, whatever it is. So all of those things are why you incarnated here on this planet. And you incarnated here on this planet because it's the teaching planet. And so if you learn to become a person who wants to learn, this game gets a lot easier. But if you want to be a person who's insistent on being right, then you're going to have to hustle use fear, manipulation, cruelty, insecurity, doubt, oppression. Wow.
A
And good stuff.
B
All of those things.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, yeah. So.
A
And if, if you're a person that's a know it all, that's the first main barrier to learning because you fail to observe and be curious.
B
That's when I realized I wasn't the guide. I mean, I wasn't the teacher. I was just the guide. And. And all of your life was the teacher. I'm just here to get you back to the point of zero so you can actually start to build something that you believe in and that you love. And then you'll feel like every. It's. It's like this magic pill, they say, right. And I know in my coaching and stuff like that, people like, why couldn't I think of this before? Why couldn't I do this before? And that you can see their little brain exploding and you're like, listen, you were not in a quantum field of energy to access this information. You're limited to what you have healed and you can only grow to the extent that you believe in. And so you can say affirmations to your blue in the face. But if you look at anything science related, even as new as Dr. Joe Dispenza, you know, who was like a chiropractor studying quantum physics and teaching quantum physics. No, no shade. Because I talk about him and I study him and I use his information all the time. I don't mean it like that. I'm saying it doesn't matter.
A
Yeah.
B
Telling us that in the, in the perception, in the way that your, your brain stem only holds words for four hours. So if you, at 6:00 clock in the morning, you get up and you're going to do your workout routine or whatever you're going to do, however your morning routine is, you know, you have two and a half minutes before your reticular activation system just decides what you are. So if in that first two and a half minutes you do not have a protocol that's based on neuroscience, good luck.
A
Yeah.
B
But let's say that you don't and you wake up and you have a kid crying or you have a dog, you have some sort of issue and then about 8 o', clock, maybe you get the first cup of Joe in or whatever, whatever you do, and you're like, okay, let me read my affirmations because I saw it on Michelle's podcast and I'm gonna, I'm gonna say these power money affirmations. I am rich. I'm the first millionaire in my family. No, no, no, no, no. Well, we now know that the brain stem was going to hold that till about noon. And then you go back to being broke. You. And you know why? When you walk into the grocery store, you're looking at which bread is cheaper.
A
Yeah. Yeah.
B
So it's not true.
A
Yeah. Or you have people.
B
How do you get to the truth?
A
Or you have people, they have a business or they're in sales or whatever and they beat people up and negotiate price all the time with someone and try to get it bargain in a deal and then they wonder why their clients are doing that to them. Yeah. You know what I'm talking about.
B
Like, and like attracts life. Yeah.
A
Or you're like, want this thing? Not you don't need it, but you want this thing. But it goes in the back of your mind like, well, what if we have a bad week or we have a bad month and, and this and that? Well, guess what? You're not going to buy that thing. And then you're going to end up having a bad week or bad month, you know, so.
B
Because you're projected it into the field. Yeah.
A
And you got to let, like, energy flow. You can't restrict energy. Money's energy. Right. Like, you agree, right? Like, you got to let it flow, not be a. A spendthrift and, or excessive spending. But there's times where you have, you, you're, you're more, you're more comfortable. You're. You're more well off than you think you are.
B
Right? Yes.
A
And you put this, this. I do this to myself sometimes, and I shared this with you people before, but I'm a vulnerable dude. I'll tell people, like, what's going on. Right. Sometimes I play like I'm broke. A lot of times I play like I'm broke because I don't want to let the. I don't want to, like, get comfortable or complacent. And so this is a thing that I, I'm aware of and it's worked for me in times, but it definitely does restrict me.
B
It does a lot. You want to know how you can bypass that?
A
Yeah, I'm all ears. I'm always learning.
B
All right. The reason that you play broke is because you're scared that if you forget what it feels like to be hungry, then you will one day be hungry again.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so it's because I. Because I. I will get. I feel like I'll get complacent and I'll let up when what got me here. But that's why. Yeah, so I'm with you. Yeah.
B
Okay. So you're in survival mode when it comes to money. And so the more you acquire and the bigger you expand, you feel safer.
A
Yeah.
B
So if you have money here and money here and money here and money here and money here. So basically you're saying to your quantum field, I don't believe in you. I only believe in me. And since I only believe in me, I got to put this safety net and this safety net and this safety net and this safety net and this safety net. Well, fuck. I'm sorry. Well, dang. Okay. I don't know.
A
Yeah, you're good.
B
You're good. I say fuck a lot on my show. And intelligence is saying fuck. Actually, you know, there was a big study done on this. So you're saying like, okay, well, the universe is like, okay. And you're saying, well, now I've got all this money spread in all these places, even if I, I don't. You know, last year I had 20 new. Whatever things it is, you know, 20 new sales in the first quarter and this, this year. What. But if the economy crashes and this, this and that, and I only have three, well, I'm safe because I got all these things going on. Well, guess what? You don't have expansion because the only thing you're trying to do is stay alive. And so you're like, at the very least, I know I can pay my nut. I can pay the braces, I can pay this. I'm not gonna be, I'm not. My, my ego is gonna say, I'm the man. I, I did what I said and I did and I said what I did, unlike other men that I've known and other people that I know that took too many risks and got too big for their britches. And so whoever that was, you have to remember it isn't you. And so in order for you to hit multiple levels that you want to hit, and I can already feel what is you're not getting energetically that guy, he exists. He's just not you. Yeah, because you still believe in the fear that you will fail. And so what if we were to decide when that happened, who did we recognize? Was it you said you went to multiple schools. So that is going to assume that you didn't have stability growing up. And so once you don't have stability growing up, your subconscious mind is already going to say, well, money was the problem. Money was the problem. No, the problem was that you probably had parents who didn't heal themselves and didn't work on themselves and didn't know to, because in that day and age, that wasn't something that was done and there was no Internet and all of that kind of stuff. So they were just acting better, worse than they could and not from a healed place. And so then every time money came into the issue, it was based around fear. We don't have enough for this. Are we going to have to spread the bill here? Maybe you saw your parents saying, well, we won't pay the water, but we will pay the electric, or you and your brother are going to split a sandwich tonight. Whatever it was, he is still in charge of the money. And until we Let him heal and graduate. We're always going to be facing this. Put it here, put it here, put it here, put it here. Instead of you just calling in the millionaire, the billionaire, the person that you want, and saying, I'm a vibrational match to you because you are now investing in me, because through your connections and your portals, I am now a billionaire. Well, that is the dream. If somebody who has financial goals, but when somebody believes in the way that you believe, it's not really a possibility. So you're just going to keep growing and make more businesses and more businesses and create more things and more things. And that's the trap.
A
Yeah. Well said. Well said. Thank you. I hope people listening got something out of that. I can't be the only one, Michelle. I can't be the only one. And by the way, there's levels to it. You could. You could have millions of dollars in the bank and still do the same thing, and you're trapped. And that. I don't like that trap feeling. That's not something I want. And so here's the other thing. I study this stuff and understand it, then it's different to apply it and actually practice it. And you have to work the muscle, Right? You have to work the muscle to get to stay in that condition, that state. Right.
B
So give it a name.
A
Okay. Yeah, give it a name.
B
Give the old one a name. Okay. So when I was in the orphanage and atrocities were happening, I really thought it was because I was Latina and everybody else was either black or white. So as I got older, I just went by Michelle Lamont, and I never said Juanita. And then when I got healed, I realized that I was hiding that because of that. And so I had to be in my logo. Now, if you see anything, the J is always exaggerated.
A
Yeah, I saw that.
B
Because I want that energetically to be like, no, I'm the whole person now. And so whenever something of that nature comes up, whether it's a sexual insecurity or an addictive personality of me, I'm like, juanita doesn't play those games.
A
That's right.
B
Okay, yeah, yeah, Michelle did, but Juanita doesn't. And then when I think of the future of Michelle, the next level of Michelle, I call her Bright Star or Omega. Alpha and Omega. Right? And I'm like, alpha and Omega is calling me. You know, Bright Star is calling me. And so I'm like, today, I generally don't really do a lot of podcast interviews, and not because of any other reason, but it's like, I Told you earlier, was a lot of marketing and, and coordination. Once you do one, you're going to want to do another and another and another and another and another. And so for me, that wasn't the field for me. Right. I mean, it may be. Maybe in 2026 will be different. Maybe I'll go on a hundred of them and it'll all be like, yeah. So the omega, the alpha and the omega of Michelle is more enticing than Michelle, who's in fear. But the brain's job, number one job of the brain is what? Predictability. It wants to know that when you get up in the middle of the night, our feet go on the floor. It doesn't have to think, it's predictable that for you, you're going to lift up the toilet seat, press predictable. And because you're a great guy, you're going to put the seat back down.
A
Absolutely. 100.
B
Okay. And so the brain is just looking for predictability. That's all it wants. It doesn't care if you're happy. It doesn't care if you're sad. It doesn't care if you're depressed, doesn't care if you're rich. And so if you're depressed, the brain's like, awesome. We're just going to go to the couch, surf, and then be homeless. Amazing. All right. And then if you want to do something different, it's going to be like, oh, now we have to do learn something else. New neurons, new neural pathways get created. And if you haven't, if you don't understand what that means, go to YouTube and, and watch a neural pathway being created. You will see how hard it is for that thing in the reticular activation system to then create and fire. And so the more that you practice it and the more that you repeat it and the more that you do it, the more that that neural pathway has to connect and it replaces one of your reticular activation systems. And so now all of a sudden, you wake up and for your whole life, you thought, I have to cover my, my, my Betsy, I have to take care of this. I have to make sure, you know, if my monthly is 10, I got to make sure I'm always bringing in 15. And I'm putting three into this and two into this, and da, da, da, whatever it is. So that's the highest level that you can get in that one particular field. So if you were to change that and create a new neural pathway for your brain and change one of your reticular activation systems as we have five. Then all of a sudden, you wake up and you're like, I actually have all the money I will ever need. There is. If one more penny came in, I wouldn't even know what to do with it. And in that moment, you hit a new fucking level. And that's when my clients, they go from this to this, right? And I don't have that in me anymore. You know, it's not what I desire, but I know how to get you there. And so it was like when I worked with athletes or celebrities or even just myself, taking myself from being an orphan to a successful entrepreneur, there's never been a parent who's helped me. There's never been somebody to motivate me. I've never had a husband who took care of me or helped me. So every single day, babies dying inside of me, every single challenge, every single situation, trying to unalive myself, healing from alcoholism, healing from pornography addiction, and then actually to where I am now in Bel Air beach, you know, it takes a lot of healing and a lot of mental work to get there and to not just find a high bridge and jump. And so when you get to that state and you're like, yeah, I just don't care. You have access to just about anything, and that's when you become a manifesting magnet. But, you know, I say, like, I named my podcast Manifesting Miracles, Michelle J. Lamont, because I believe everything is a miracle. Why? Because I like this dude up here named Einstein. And Einstein says that there's only two ways to live. As if everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle. Which way do you want to live?
A
That's right.
B
And so if everything is a miracle, then the worst thing that happened to you. Awesome. The best thing that happened to you. Awesome. A boring little nice matcha tea. Awesome. The universe is looking at the quantum field and your reaction to it and the less resistance that you have with you trying to super plan. You're saying, I don't believe that there is bigger opportunities in the alpha omega of me, only what I can produce and what I can create and what I can think of. So you stay limited to place all your bets, right? But the house always wins. And so if you don't get in charge, you're always going to play the same game. And you might have a little better odds because you've done it longer or you kind of know the system more you. But eventually, every day, you wake up with a little bit of a heaviness of like, can I afford that for my daughter? Can I afford that for my girlfriend? My wife? Maybe you have both. I don't know. I'm just kidding. But all of that said, you're. You're in your mind. You don't want to be the man who let you down, and you want to be the man that inspires and directs, and you are. But you're also not the biggest, fullest version of yourself, because you're not. You don't believe in the house. You don't believe in the quantum field. So you're manipulating it, but you're not really owning it. You know, you're not really the dominator of it. And so once you release that need to cover your bets, you're going to be unbelievably, unbelievably more successful.
A
Let's go.
B
You could be a multi millionaire. I don't know.
A
Let's go, Michelle. Let's go up against the clock. Where could people go deeper with you?
B
So, you know, I want you to think about that for just a little bit.
A
Yeah, I'm on it. I've been thinking about it already.
B
What can I let go of right now?
A
Yeah.
B
What can I let go of? The fear of? All right. Like the money fear.
A
Yeah.
B
Okay. And what if you did lose it all? If you lost. Every today we wake up, we're hacked by some government and we don't have. Chase doesn't exist. Our 401ks don't exist. Unless you're smart. You got money in Sweden, which I don't.
A
Well, I'll tell you. I'll tell you what would happen. I came into this world butt naked, not knowing how to talk, with no network, no relationships, no experience. And I made it this far, so. Right. So if I have to go back to being butt naked. Don't visualize that. Anyone.
B
Right. Financially.
A
Financially, I have all my knowledge, wisdom, experience, network, and I'll be even better off. So.
B
Okay. Yeah. So if that's true, and it is, why do you worry about money now?
A
Yeah. It's false.
B
You're thinking employees, staff, credibility, whatever it is, responsibility, responsibilities, that is the field that keeps you trapped.
A
Yeah.
B
Right. So if you were to now say. All right, I know that no matter what I do, I am never going to be unable to afford a car, a vacation, a house, my staff, my. My office in Clearwater. I know that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Even if I have to, like, hustle and go back to my net worth and start doing trades again or working in the home industry, you know, mortgage company, I know that I have so many things that this is a waste of my energy. So you should treat your energy as if it's expensive, as if it's a luxury item. Not everybody has access to it and not everybody can afford it. And so once you understand I'm putting, I'm leaking energy over here about my finances when I could be coming over here and enjoying time with my wife or my children, what are you? Are you the king? Are you the pauper?
A
Yeah.
B
Because the popper believes that the money is the joy and the king believes that his kingdom is the joy. And so if the kingdom is the joy, you're looking for love in all the wrong places. You're looking for it in investment accounts and in money and all of that because you believe that that's love. That's how you love your people. And as a man, like, I just want to give you a big bear hug because we don't have enough men like that, you know, like we have so many. It's a lonely male epidemic. No, it's not. It's that you've gotten away with so much for so long. Women got caught up and they're like, you don't make more money than me. You're not smarter than me. You're not giving me any opportunities, so why do I need you? And so women have now shifted that dynamic to say, do you love yourself? Are you happy? Are you nice? Are you good? Do you want to defend me? Do you want to protect me? Because if I can go out and make $250,000 this year, what do I need with you? And we can have IVF and we can adopt children, we can have houses, we can do anything, right? So then it entails to how do we get that family unit back? Well, you become exactly what you are doing. You become a caretaker, you become a creator. Like Kanye says, Everybody is a GD consumer. There's only 10 effing creators out here and I'm one of them. And he's right. Until you constantly create, you're never going to express yourself in your God given quantum energy. So if you were to take that energy from worrying about this investment or that thing or this growth or how many people book here or whatever we're going to do, and you were to take 10 hours each month and give it back to yourself and give it back to your family, you're going to be not the zebra about it. You're going to feel more comfortable, you're going to be more relaxed and then you shift quantum fields because in the other Field, you are worried, stressed out, connected. And in this field, you're happy, you're relaxed, you're thinking, like, maybe we should go get a. An ice cream this afternoon instead of, I need to check on this investment. How many people are on the roll? What's January looking like? I didn't see this data. I didn't see this. I didn't see this. I know who you are. And so your brain and your quantum field is like, same guy, same story, same result.
A
Yeah. Yep, yep. Nail on the head. Where can people go deeper with you? Michelle, thank you so much for that. That was awesome.
B
Well, Michelle J. Lamont is. Everything is Michelle J. Lamont. So it's my website, my social media, everything. But obviously it's the easiest to get to me there. My podcast is manifesting miracles. We just had a million downloads in four and a half years. Never had a guest on, no marketing, no advertising, no pay per clicks, nothing. Just pure magnetism and great conversations. So if you really want to see your life in a different lens and you want to be the creator of your reality, you are just one show away. Start listening today. There's over 340 episodes already queued up in my library, and I have several different courses that you can start taking immediately. But most important, I want you to know that this is not wasted. The time that it took you to listen to this podcast, you have quantumly changed. The time that it took you to hear this, you have shifted. Now the choice is yours. The universe has introduced Mike and Michelle to you. Both of these are excellent resources. So if you're listening or watching, why In a field where there's a trillion possibilities, why me and why Mike? And then you have to say, well, I'm scared to write the check. Well, you're scared to live. Whatever they're selling, buy it if you like it. And then the money will be replaced. And the money will be replaced. But if you hoard it and you hold it, you're holding back on the life that you came here to create. And that's not fun at all. And that's why you're depressed, and that's why you're out of alignment. And that's why it feels like you're on Groundhog's Day. But if you want to shift and you want to grow, let's go.
A
Wow, Great stuff. Thank you so much for your time today. The energy, the effort that you put into this, and attention. And I want to thank you for that. And hang tight while I wrap this up, Michelle.

Quote:
"If you create something that's uniquely yours, you're the only person in that lane. And so there's no competition...I live on an island, the Michelle J. Lamont island, and I invite everybody to come and take a tour."
(Michelle, 00:45)
Mike connects:
"The most fulfilled people I ever hung out with leaned into who they were put here to be, unapologetically...and they become that one. It’s not a competition. Nobody can touch them."
(Mike, 01:21)
Orphanage at age 10 after losing her mother (02:39)
Sexual assault from ages 11–17
Survived an abusive marriage and infertility struggles
Financial ruin triggered by her ex-husband’s actions and addictions
Battles with alcoholism and pornography addiction
Notable moment:
"I put a 90-day plan to unalive myself. I wrote letters to everybody, including the pet sitter...and on the morning that it happened, my pet sitter came a day early...[there] was literally an ambulance in front of the house." (Michelle, 03:54)
At her darkest point, an accidental encounter with a Wayne Dyer talk on YouTube led to a life-changing binge of his material and a deep dive into neuroscience, mindfulness, and quantum healing.
Many high achievers self-sabotage because their nervous systems and subconscious still operate from childhood wounds
Quantum perspective: "If you're only healed to this degree, you can only have access to this many people, this much money, this much opportunity." (Michelle, 10:31)
Mike reflects:
"I've had situations that reminded me of being an 11-year-old kid again...I had to collapse entanglements." (10:17)
Using a study about zebras at watering holes, Michelle illustrates how unhealed trauma keeps us stuck in a high-alert, scarcity mindset, even when we're physically safe and should be thriving (12:31).
Reticular Activation System: Your identity for the day is set in the first two and a half minutes after you wake up (20:10)
Affirmations have time-limited effects unless paired with deep healing and routines
The brain seeks predictability, not happiness
Quote:
"The brain is just looking for predictability. It doesn't care if you're happy...if you're depressed, the brain's like, awesome, we're just going to go to the couch, surf, and then be homeless. Amazing." (Michelle, 28:53)
Mike vulnerably admits he still acts broke to avoid complacency, despite success. Michelle explains how this is a survival strategy rooted in childhood instability, not abundance.
Practical advice:
"The reason that you play broke is because you're scared that if you forget what it feels like to be hungry, then you will one day be hungry again...you're in survival mode when it comes to money." (Michelle, 22:27)
Breakthrough lever:
Stop trying to “cover your bets” and trust the quantum/universal field
Treat your energy as precious – don’t waste it on fear and over-planning
Shift from operating as a "pauper" (scarcity) to a "king" (abundance in all things: love, family, joy)
Use setbacks as lessons and sources of growth, not reasons to shrink
Notable Quotes:
"Treat your energy as if it’s expensive, as if it’s a luxury item." (Michelle, 34:38)
"Are you the king or are you the pauper? Because the pauper believes that the money is the joy and the king believes that his kingdom is the joy." (Michelle, 35:34)
Einstein reference:
"There’s only two ways to live: as if everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle. Which way do you want to live?" (Michelle quoting Einstein, 31:47)
For entrepreneurs and seekers hungry for true expansion, this episode challenges you to rethink “success,” trust the quantum field, and own your creator energy. Listen and rise.
