Welcome back to the what do you Made up show. It's your boy C Rock here and I am with my guy, John Jubilee. He's going to share what he's made of today. John, thanks for coming on the show, man.
B
Hey, great to be here, brother.
A
Hey, you know, one thing about you, man, I just, you know, you don't get this with everyone. You have this energy about you. And people say this about me a lot, but I know what they're talking about now. Like what you, you're just like uplifting, just the energy. And where did that come from? Has that always been like that?
B
Well, for me, I guess it has, you know, I guess since I was a, you know, know, even since I was a little boy, man, I grew up in the inner city, you know, in the bottoms of Columbus, Ohio. And you know, seven years old, man, I'm out there, you know, five o' clock in the morning delivering papers and, you know, hey, I got to help my single mom here, you know, put some money into the family kitty. And so, yeah, I guess I always was very enthusiastic and energetic. So, yeah, I think God just made me that way.
A
Yeah. Okay, so then, yeah, so some, sometimes people have to work on it, right? They go through life and they get beat up and it just, they start carrying this weight and that dark energy and you can feel it. But then others, you know, they naturally have it going forward. So that's one thing that I've been pretty good with it. But it's, it sometimes life gets to you sometimes and it beats you. And then, you know, what I do is I just, I'm very self aware and I realize it. And then I start, I start, okay, what's the process here to get this back on track? Because I want to, I want to have my light shine, bro. Like, my light has got to shine. It's too powerful not to shine because I'm going to impact a lot of people. And I, I think that you operate that same way.
B
For sure. I think it's important to know that, look, everybody's going to get beat up in life, you know, I mean, I was, I grew up in abject, you know, poverty. Both of my brothers were murdered, you know, at a young age. I mean, I grew up really hard, you know, I came up the hard way. I was working 10 at night till 6 in the morning when I was in high school in an iron foundry. You know, it's very hard, you know, dirty, brutal job. And, you know, life is hard, man. You know, hard stuff, you know, happens to Everybody in life, but we always have control over two things. Life always, no matter what's going on, two things we control. We control our attitude and our action. So it doesn't matter what happens to me, it's no. How am, what am I going to count it as? You know, so if I count it as. No, this is adversity that just like in that iron mill, we had to grind, you know, the iron so that it could become a useful resource, a useful tool, and whatever the part was that piece of iron was, but you had to grind part of it off, you know, because when it gets made, it's not perfect. You got to grind it and make it perfect. And that's what life does. Life grinds us if we allow it to so that we can be a powerful tool in the earth.
A
Yeah, I love it. I love it. Yeah. I mean, I always get excited for hard things now, man, you know, when the workouts come, like, it's not a thing, like for me anymore, I know that it's going to be making me an animal, you know, so. But I remember days where I used to hate doing squats. I used to hate doing pull ups, I used to hate this, I used to hate that. And I'd be like dreading it. But now I don't, I don't ever have that anymore. I don't know what. There was like a snap that happened at some point in my life where it was just like, this is what I do. So did you ever. Well, actually, I got to stop for a second because I always start the show with this question on the wall back here. And it's an esoteric question I'd love to hear your answer to. So let's start there. What are you made of, John?
B
Well, I, I truly believe, you know, that, that God made each one of us uniquely. I believe he made us uniquely. And definitely, you know, I, I, in my own life, you know, I live by faith first. And I truly believe, you know, I'm, I'm made as a, as a son of God. I'm made to accomplish a destiny, you know, that I was uniquely created for. And so I truly believe that, you know, for myself personally, you know, I had an interaction with Jesus Christ when I was 11 years old. And that really gave me a purpose, a vision, a sense of destiny that, you know, I'm really destined to do something, you know, great in this world. I'm created with a divine purpose. And so at my core, you know, I would say I'm a child of God.
A
Love it. Yeah.
B
All right.
A
Okay, now we're talking. Now we're talking. You know, surrender is a big part of being a child of God and walking in faith. Did you. Did you ever have a surrender moment where you actually just prayed and said, I. I've had enough, I surrender. I. I'm following you as far as anything that goes.
B
Well, you know, like I say, you know, my story is a little bit different. You know, most of. Most of my friends or people that I've done, you know, they. They maybe had that kind of a life where, you know, maybe they were an alcoholic or drug addict or porn or whatever they did, and then they came to the end of themselves. You know, I'm. I'm grateful to say in my life it was. No, I had this childhood connection, you know, to Jesus. And so, you know, I really, you know, I didn't have that kind of a moment. But, man, I'll tell you, since I had that moment, you know, I had 20 life and death experiences. You know, growing up with my. My wild brothers, you know, I was like the white sheep of my family. You know, my brothers were gangs and drugs and. And so. But I was with them. You know, I was with them because I love my brothers and. And. But they both ended up murdered. You know, they. Tough choices in life. So it's not that I didn't go through all kinds of crazy, you know, wild stuff. And then in business, you know, obviously, when you're an entrepreneur, you know, you're up a few million. Next thing you know, you're, you know, you're Donald Trump. You know, you're. You're bankrupt. I mean, the bankrupt Donald Trump. Yeah, multiple times. And so I've had all the crazy ups and downs of businesses, but I can truly say through it all, you know, it's what I call hugging the cactus. If you're in a desert and you're. And you're dying of thirst, if you'll just hug a cactus and squeeze that thing. There's water in the cactus, but it's super painful. Painful, right, to get it out.
A
Yeah.
B
And life is like that. We gotta hug the cactus. We gotta squeeze it. It's gonna hurt. It's gonna be really painful. But we're gonna thrive and survive, you know, we're gonna thrive and survive even in a desert, even in a deep, dark place that we're in. And, man, if we'll just hug the cactus and squeeze it and get everything out of it, we can get. The greatest lessons in life are not in our successes. They're in our failures, they're in our struggles, they're in our fiery furnaces of life. That's where the real growth happens, you know, for us as men and women.
A
Yeah. I was just having a conversation with my daughter about this. We talked about baseball and softball yesterday on the phone and she, she pitched her first time this season and struck out seven people. But then she started to get a little wild, Right. And we had to take her out. But she had like, few walks and things like that, and she was focusing on that part and getting down on herself. And I'm like, wait a minute, let's look at the good stuff first. And secondly, if it all went good, we'd be in trouble. Okay. Because you're not going to get better. You know, and. And so we had the same conversation this morning at breakfast. You know, I think when we're working with our kids, we have so much opportunity not just to pour into them, but also to learn ourselves. You notice that?
B
No. Right. Our children are the greatest mirrors. You know, they're the greatest mirrors. You know, more is caught than taught. You know, our kids will become who we are, not what we say. And so it's so important for us as parents, you know, to. Yeah, you want to take a good look at yourself, just look at your kids. What are their behaviors? What areas are they falling down in? Well, they learn that somewhere, you know, and most of the time is because, you know, of what we have modeled to them as parents and the opposite is true as well. So. Absolutely. Yeah, I, Yeah, I got six boys and two girls. I got a bunch of kids, man. So I got a lot of mirrors, you know, to take a look at.
A
Wow. I grew up in a family of eight, but I only have two kids. I can't even imagine being a parent to that many. Yeah.
B
So.
A
All right, so you started in. You're working in health, wellness now and optimization, and you've helped tens of thousands of people. But before we get into that, I want to know about the banking career, because I had a 20 year career in the mortgage industry and did very well, but the money felt like a trap. And because I wasn't really enjoying it, wasn't fulfilling to me. And so what was your story with it? How did you get into the banking world and then what was the story like? Getting out?
B
Yeah. So interestingly, you know, I dated a girl in high school. Her dad was the president of Lake City bank in Warsaw, Indiana. And so he always said, I'd love to have you for a son, but not A son in law. It was scary to him that I worked at a foundry and you know, I banked about $60,000 in high school. So he saw all my money in his bank and so he, you know, so he always thought that guy's a good business guy, you know, he's going to do something in. So I did not marry his daughter, by the way. But when I, after I went to college, he called me and you know, offered me to come and, and I started in the mortgage side, by the way. He wanted me to manage a mortgage side of their bank and so I started in banking that way and then ended up, you know, in full, you know, one of the top five banks in America, managing over 100 bank branches for them. So I got into the retail, the mortgage, you know, doing all that, which I crazy loved it. You know, I love the banking, but how I got out of it was in all that banking, you know, as you know now back in the day, like, dude, we had to wear long sleeve white shirts and suits every day and you know, casual day you wore a light colored suit. You know, that was just the whole baking world. And so, so I was in a suit every day of my life and. But a suit will hide 30 or 40 pounds of fat. Really good, you know. And so, so I ended up, you know, basically being a fat banker, but still look pretty good in a suit and ended up for my sports. You know, when I was younger in life playing sports, I was bone on bone in both my knees and they said now you got to get knee replacements. And so I tried everything, Mike, for about 10 years. Yeah, you know, because I had a lot of money, you know, had a lot of banking success and financial success and. But man, did I learn that money can't buy your health.
A
It can, you're right. What was the highest you got to weight wise?
B
Well, I was about, I was about 40, 45 pounds heavier, you know, than I am today. Today. Today was not good. No, I'll just say I had, my waist was 10 inches bigger than it is today. So guys know if Your waist is 10 inches bigger than it is today, you were fat. You were a fat cat. You were a fat cat. Yeah, just own it, man. So my waist was 10 inches bigger than it is today. But the worst part was not the fact it was I had high blood pressure, I had hypertension, I had brain fog. And that bone on bone in your knees, man, that is like every day, every step of your life is like a knitting needle gets stabbed in your knee and So I tried everything for 10 years, man. I'm trying every diet, every supplement, thousand 1500amonth in supplements, a gallon of water a day. Ten years.
A
Working out, too?
B
Oh, of course I was working out, man. I mean, even on my bone on bone knees, you know, I just, you know, I run five miles, man. I'm trying everything, you know? And so finally I got to the end of my rope. I'm like. Because I had a moment. I had a moment. I got up one morning to go throw the football with a couple of my boys in the backyard, and we're out there throwing five minutes, 10 minutes, man. I couldn't even make it 15 minutes. And I'm in so much pain. I got to go back in the house. I go back in the house, I plop down on the couch, and I see myself, like, you know, third party, and I'm like, oh, my gosh, I'm the. I'm the flipping couch potato. I'm the couch potato dad. Like, is. Is this really happening? And I'm just being for real here, man. Like, dude, I, like, was having a moment of depression. Like, I was depressed. Like, I am the couch potato dad. Like, how, how did this happen to me? Like, I have to do something.
A
How old were you at this time?
B
No, I was 37 years old.
A
Okay, okay.
B
And I'm the couch potato dad. And I'm walking like a 90 year old man, by the way. You know, just, you know, kind of, you know, shuffling around like some dude with slippers on. You know, I mean, it was. It was bad. But in that moment, Mike, that's when I went and said, you know what? You know, I'm a smart guy. I can figure this out. Like, there has to be something, you know, to do. And I'm not. I shouldn't say that. I'm not a smart guy. I'm a gifted guy. You know what? You know, I was born with photographic memory. I could read encyclopedias and quote them when I was 9 years old. And I tested out of 12 years of college math in 45 minutes. Like, but that's not because you're smart. You're just gifted. But I use those gifts God gave me to go research like a wild man. And when I did all this research, I realized we're just like a giant bag of water and cells. That's really all we are. So when you're logical, right, you go to the bottom line, you just skip all the steps. You know, mathematically it works that way. And it worked that way with all this Medical and physiology and biology. And my brain went to the bottom line of, wow. If all I have to do is make my cells healthy, well, then if the cells are healthy, everything's going to be healthy. So I create this protocol for myself. You know, 88 days is a cellular cycle of the human body. So. So I created this 88 day program for myself, and it worked. So I did it. And by the way, I got to tell you a funny story, though. I'm trying to. I realized, well, I have to get hydrated. But how do you even measure hydration? So I'm calling my doctors, you know, hey, do you guys have something to measure hydration? No, no, no, no, no. I'm like, how does a doctor. They can measure blood pressure? A1C CH measurement of our whole body is our hydration. How can you guys not even know how to measure? So now I'm researching on the Internet. It cost $11,000 in 1997 to buy a device just to measure my hydration. I'm like, whatever, you know, But I had to have it. Why measure myself? I'm 20 pounds low. 20.
A
Oh, water weight.
B
I'm drinking a gallon of water a day for 10 years.
A
20. Wait a minute. 20 pounds of water weight, low.
B
20 pounds of water weight, low. Low.
A
Wow.
B
So. So now I'm thinking, wait a minute. If I'm 20 pounds of water weight low and I'm drinking a gallon a day for 10 years, everyone's dehydrated. Like, everyone has to be. No one's drinking more than me. You know, no one's drinking more than me. But what I realized was the revelation was my cells are hard as a glass marble and all that water just bouncing off.
A
Right, Right.
B
Which also means guess what else is bouncing off. All my 1500amonth in supplements is also bouncing off. And I have really expensive because it's just all going straight down in the toilet. So this protocol basically made those glass marbles turn into sponges. It opens them up like a sponge. So now my hydration got in there and. And, dude, I didn't even care what I looked like, by the way. I really didn't. All I wanted to do was feel better. Because when you have high blood pressure and you're bone on bone in your knees, man, you just feel bad. Well, the great news is, I'm telling you, like, no, I fell so much better. And Automatically I lost 10 inches in my waist in 88 days. Like, I just look like a different, you know, human being. And all these people are coming up to me saying, what'd you do? What'd you do? What'd you do? What'd you do? Well, you know, and I'm just encapsulating the story. For the next 11 years, I helped several thousand people. I would just give them this program. I would just say, hey, man, just do this. This is what I did. And so I just created a word document, you know, and I'd say, man, just follow these steps. Like, I just laid it out like a treasure map, you know, follow these steps of the treasure map. Well, all these people were reversing every illness and disease that you could possibly name. You know, Lyme disease, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, you know, diverticulitis, spinal stenosis, migraine. I mean, everything. They would come to me and say, john, can you help me? And I would say, I don't know. Let's see. I don't know. That's all I said, Mike, for 11 years, I don't know. Let's see. But after 11 years, every single person, every single time, reverse whatever they had, whatever it was, it just reversed. And then I was part of this, you know, high level eagles business group.
A
You know, wait a minute. Before you get into this, because I want to. I want to. I was going to touch into this part. Okay. But then we'll hold off on that point for a second. How does it work? So, like, what is the cell having more water? Does that just reduce inflammation throughout the body, which is the cause of most disease?
B
No. Great point, great point.
A
No.
B
Look, the whole medical world is trained. This is why medicine doesn't work. This is why medicine doesn't work. All medical doctors are trained, are trained to treat a symptom. They're trained. If I have this symptom, I give this drug. If I have that symptom, I give that drug. That's medicine and that is medical training. So I love doctors. I have 200 doctors in my cell phone that are my friends and my clients. I have the utmost respect. But these doctors have taught me, John, what we learned in medical school is treat a symptom. The reason you crack the code. And this is doctors talk and not me. The doctors tell me, no, you crack of health and wellness. And why did you crack the code? Because you're going to the root cause, which is inflammation. And when you take inflammation out of the body, whatever disease you have, whatever pain you have, it is going to reverse because inflammation is the root cause. And Mike, just like you walk in a dark room, if you Turn a light on. Darkness cannot cohabitate with light. It's gone. Inflammation cannot cohabitate with intracellular hydration. When you put intracellular inside the cell, hydration. Not inside the body. No, inside the cell. When you put that hydration inside the cell, inflammation cannot exist. And when you have no inflammation, you cannot have sickness. I've not been sick for 29 years, not one day. You can't, you can't be sick when you have intracellular hydration.
A
Okay, so and then those machines, it costs $11,000 at one time to get that right. But like nowadays, you stand on this machine barefoot and hold the things and it tells you your body fat and all that and water weight. Is that accurate or is that, is that a way to tell how, how much water you have in.
B
No. Well, well, great question. There are a few accurate machines. Now this is funny. My wife and I did this project one time, so we bought machines from all over the world because we want to see. So there is one machine, it's $30,000. It's an in body scanner and it measures ICW intracellular water and ECW extracellular water cost 30 grand. So even if you go to the nice gyms and you hold the thing and all that, those machines are maybe ten thousand dollar machines. So they're not necessarily accurate, by the way. But what we found, you know, again, I've been measuring it for 29 years, but this $30,000 machine is accurate. We from all over the world, and we did find one. We found one that's within 1% accuracy. Now that's the one we FedEx to all of our clients. So we just tell them now the good thing is they don't have to spend 30 grand.
A
I was going to ask that, how much is that one?
B
But yeah, you know what it's about? I'll just say less than $100.
A
Oh, wow.
B
And it's within 1%, 99% accuracy. Yeah, 99% accurate. Because we need to know that number. It's the most important number that every one of us needs to know. Because men should be 60%, women should be 55. Men are a little higher, by the way, because our muscle is 75% water. So for men that are trying to be strong, that are trying to, you know, increase their strength or their power, their endurance, it's three times more important how much hydration they have in their cell than their workouts or their diet.
A
So when you say 60% for men, that's intracellular interest. Okay?
B
Yes.
A
Okay. Does the extracellular matter that number.
B
Well, it, it doesn't really matter because look it, you know, for women, that's what they call water weight. When women have water weight, they just feel it slushing around. That's extracellular. There's people that have congestive heart failure. They may have 30 pounds of extracellular water just in their body. That's why they have to go get it drained. Yeah, yeah.
A
Okay.
B
The key is you get it in your cell. By the way, this is why I work with professional athletes. And these professional athletes, you know, the reason they come to me is. No, if they get. I could take a pro athlete, increase their strength 50% in 88 days just because of, you know, intracellular. And look, I look like a normal sized guy, right? You know, I look healthy. Yeah, but, but I'm just a normal, a normal sized guy. But I can lift these crazy amounts.
A
Yeah, because you don't look like a bodybuilder like the, the jacked up ones that are like competing in, you know, but you, but you can lift almost as much as them at 500 some pound bench press or 555, 14 times.
B
Yeah.
A
Oh, it's not just like a one rep max either.
B
No, no. And by the way, I have no ego, you know, so.
A
Yeah, no, I know that about you.
B
No, I, no, I set the world record for any age as a senior citizen. You know, I'm 65 years old. You know, my wife said, honey, you need to go set that. That's inspiring. You're a senior citizen and you can outlift anyone in the world. It's like, go do it. You know, and so I, So I did 14 reps because I'm not a one rep, not trying to impress anybody or whatever. And then plus I want to be safe. Right.
A
So that's on that machine. Was it a flat bench or like incline? I'm just curious how it all worked out.
B
Yeah, no, so I, So yeah, when you do a. Yeah, you're not allowed to use a machine. You know, you have to it for it to count as a world record. It has to be, you know, machines have leverage. They have leverage and they have, you know, assist. So. But hammer strength, Hammer strength as a free weight. You know, hammer strength still counts as a free weight. And I don't know if you know this, but, you know, weightlifters do. Yeah, once you get over about £400, the bar gets a wobble to it. So it's a little dangerous, you know, to lift over 400 on.
A
I just posted a video of squatting for 405 and the bars bend, like bouncing on each side. Yeah.
B
So imagine when you're lifting it, you know, you can really tweak your shoulder.
A
Yeah.
B
So anyway, I told him, I said, hey, as long as it still counts. So I did it on a hammer strength. I did 555, 14 reps. Yeah. On a free weight, hammer strength machine.
A
And then like the reason I'm asking is because I do the hammer strength too. I do flat and sometimes. And I'll do the one that's a little incline. Was it like straight out or was it incline?
B
Well, it's officially, I would say it's a decline, not an incline.
A
More, more down this way.
B
Yeah, yeah, okay.
A
Okay. Yeah, I do that one too. Yeah, I have all three at the gym, so I'll mix them in. Yeah, but the damn, dude, that's like, that's ridiculous. I mean, did you blow your own mind with it or did you just knew that? Hey, this is the answer. And I know what I can do with based on this answer, if I'm hydrated.
B
No, you know what? No, I just got a little bit stronger though. My goal was to gain 10 to 12 pounds every year so I could bench press 200 pounds, you know, when I was 37 years old. So I just set a goal because I read a scripture in the Bible. It said, as your years are, so shall your strength be. And I said, well, that says you're supposed to get stronger. So I'm going to try to get 10 pounds stronger every year. So every year, you know, 10 to 15 pounds, I would just increase. It doesn't sound like a lot, right? It's like a pound a month. But 29 years is a long time.
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
Like I said, I'm 65 years old. And so I just kept getting stronger every year until one day I just was at the gym and these guys were like, dude, that's like a world record, you know, and of course I came home and told my wife and she started googling. She goes, honey, that is a world. You should go do that.
A
Wow, man. So John, get back to that part where you were in a business group.
B
Yeah, yeah. So I was part of this high level business group. Twelve guys meet every Friday, 5 to 7am and and so these guys start saying to me, john, man, you should go full time in health and wellness, man. You know, like, you're gonna change the world and you gotta go do this. I'm like, are you guys out of your mind? Because you know, at that Time I was, you know, very successful, you know, in the, in the banking world. And, you know, I had a big life and, you know, cover of magazines, I'd speak to 5,000 bankers at a time and all. So I never imagined I'd be out of that field and. But then one day, the biggest guy in the group, you know what I mean? There's always the big dog in the group. And so this guy was crazy successful, you know, I mean, he had over 15 million followers back then, you know, like, this was like 2008. So he was way ahead of his time and 800 employees in his company and. But he just sat me down one day and pointing his finger in my face like, john, I'm telling you, this is your God calling. Like, no, this man, no, no one can do what you can do. Like, I've seen these miracles of what you're doing for these people. He said, I'll put my money where my mouth is. I'll give you my whole staff for free, you know, to go do this. And I just walked out of his office and said a simple prayer. You know, I just said, God, like, are you calling me to leave banking? And said, yeah, I am.
A
That's the surrender moment that I was talking about earlier.
B
Well, there it was, because. No, that was a surrender moment because. And you know what's amazing? No. And I asked, I did. I said, well, what does that look like?
A
And.
B
And the Lord showed me me doing this. It was surrender. And I said, well, what does this mean? And he said, I'm going to give you every resource, I'm going to give you every connection. You're going to go make people healthy. And so in 72 hours, man, I gave away my company. I bailed and emailed. Every client said, never call me again. I burnt the bridge. And. And I did. I stepped out. That was 18 years ago. And now I've been able to help tens of thousands of people get off all their medication, reverse age, get their energy, get their life. Yeah, it's been, it's been a joy, man.
A
This thing here. Okay, I got to show you something. Can you see that up above the top of my screen? There's a little here. I mean, see that?
B
Yep.
A
So I had the C and the R made into a little guy, like, going like that. So crazy, John. Yes. I love it, man. There's so, there's so much symbolism there. It's like surrender. It's like, yes, whatever. But there's also this thing of, like, I'm gonna do my part to hold up the world, you know, and damn, that's. That's so, so powerful, bro. All right, man. So. All right, what I want to do is I want to get into a couple questions here, and we're going to kind of like, spitfire these and just give me what, you know, off the top of your head. What is something millions of people have accepted about aging that you believe is completely false?
B
Oh, no, this is. This is a great one for me. No, people have accepted that their best years are behind them, that they're going to be weaker and less energetic. You know, I absolutely want to tell everybody at 65 years old, I'm the strongest I've ever been. I'm the most energetic, enthusiastic. No, you can have your best Life. Moses was 120, full strength, full power. And the Bible says his eye was not dim. You know what that means? He didn't even have to wear glasses. So we can have full strength and full power to at least 120 years old. I believe that.
A
So. And that goes not just with your health and everything else, but it can go with your business. Like, people fall, like you said, the bankruptcies and so that. And they forget about the fact that they still have all the stuff that got them there. Now they have more because they started with nothing. Now they're at a place, maybe they go back to ground zero, but again, they have. They're not a ground zero because they have experience, network communication ability. So it's the same kind of thing, right? It's never, we're going forward, not backwards.
B
Well, look, and what did we talk about earlier? No, bankruptcy in business is just like striking out in baseball. You know, you learn how to build back better. You learn how to do things better. When you have those failures in business, no, those are the biggest stepping stones you could have, is to lose it all and come back 100%, man.
A
All right, John, is it possible that many people are more committed to their story than they are to their transformation?
B
Oh, that's good. That's so good. No, look, in this day and age, right, everybody wants to post, post, post, post, post, right? Yeah. They want a story, but they don't really want to live the real life. So I totally believe. No, that is so profound, what you just said. And I would encourage people like, who cares, guys? I'm just telling you, at 65 years years old, like, no, it doesn't matter what people Internet. It doesn't matter what you're posting, your, you know, your perfect Facebook story or Instagram story. No, man, Just go live real life. Go live real life. And if you happen to put a camera in front of you, let it just be authentic of what you're putting there. You know, let your pimples. You know, let your pimples show and your. Your challenges, you know, that you have in life, because being authentic and genuine, you know what? That is the story. It's like, yeah, I failed. Yeah, I messed up. Yeah, I. I made these thousand mistakes, and then just. Just learn from them and grow. But. But just live a real life because it's so. It's so hard to be fake, you know? And at the end of the day, you're not going to have any real joy. You may have followers, but I can tell you, Mike, I have such joy, real joy in my life joy. I have contentment. I have peace, you know, not happiness, not fluff. I don't have the followers, by the way, because I'm not a Facebook guy. You know, I got 50,000 real clients, you know, that I've helped life. But I maybe have 4,000 followers because I don't go for the. You know, the followers. I go for. Let me help real people to impact their life.
A
Yeah, yeah, No, I love that, man. And you know what? They'll come anyway, because you're. You're getting ready to get some exposure, massively so. What's the difference, John, between people who transform permanently and those who keep starting over?
B
You know what? It's the humility to learn. If we just have the humility to learn and say, I was wrong, you know, I repent. I was wrong. I'm going to forgive others. I'm going to forgive myself for the mistakes I make, and I'm going to get better. I mean, that's what it takes. It's just like. No, just learn one lesson at a time. You know, I. I have a saying. You know, learn the lesson. You know, feel the pain. Feel the pain. Learn the lesson. Feel the pain. And focus forward like it's okay. Feel the pain, man. Learn the lesson and just go on.
A
Yeah, great stuff, man. All right, two more. If the body is constantly communicating with us, what are most people failing to hear?
B
Do the next. Do the next right thing. You know what? Your body does know what the next right thing is. It really does. No, your body knows what the next right thing is. It knows if you need to go to bed on time. And I teach my clients, it's not about getting up on time. It's about going to bed on time, you know? No, you go to bed at the right time, you'll automatically get up at the right time. No, when your body's telling you that this food is sucking your energy, and you know that it's. You know, it's. It's honey in your mouth, but it's gravel in your stomach or sugar in your mouth, and it's gravel in your stomach. No. If your body's telling you to stop it, whether it's alcohol, whether it's sugar, whatever it is. Yeah. Listen to your body. Our bodies are telling us this is how you should sleep, this is how you should eat, this is how you should drink, and this is how you should exercise. It really is talking to us.
A
Yeah. And we always have this thing when we know we're doing something wrong, whether it's not just eating and all that, but, like, it's like, I shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't have done that. Right. There's a. There's an old comedy skit that this guy was paying $5 for. The greatest advice in the world. I forget what it was on. And. And the person would come in, and then they'd say, I can't stop smoking. I need help. What do I do? And he would just yell at him, stop, stop. He's just yell at him. They're like, what?
B
That's all you need.
A
Just stop. It was so funny. I think it was Bob Newhart. I don't know. Anyway, most people can't remember that that far back. All right, last question here. John and I appreciate your time today. If you had five minutes with every person in America, what is the one message you would want them to hear before it's too late?
B
Good one. Well. Well, here's what I would want to say in five minutes to everybody is. Is, look, we are. We are going to live forever. We're all going to live forever. You know, you really are. But you have this lifetime. You have this lifetime. So God gave us this gift to accomplish your specific mission in this life. So learn what that is as early as you can. Do it with everything. With everything that's in you to live every day. So it's the two sides, Mike. There's a lot of Christian people that say, oh, I just can't wait to go to heaven, and I just can't wait. Well, that's not the right attitude, because if God just wanted us to go to heaven, he would have skipped this part. We could all just stayed in heaven the whole time. No, this life is where we differentiate ourselves for eternity. It's. What did we do? In this life? What did we do with the gift? It's like God gave us a gift and said, there, there's your life. What are you going to do with it? Are you going to have impact? You're going to have influence? Are you going to help people? Are you going to uplift humanity? Are you going to make a difference in mankind? Or you're just going to go punch a time clock, sit in front of a television, you know, eat, whatever? No, it really is a choice in life. And I truly believe that it's such a gift that we have a mandate, man. It's like, hey, you know, wake yourself up and realize, wait a minute, wait this amazing life. Like, I can really have impact. I can have influence. Like, no, God gave me these unique gifts. We're all like a fingerprint, you know, we're all just a one in a. In a trillion of people in life. No one can do what you can do. No one can do what you can do. People that are listening to us, you have a special gift in life. So figure out what that is, man, and just go do it with everything you have.
A
Yeah, let's go. That's John Jubilee. Hey, man, where can people go deeper? Learn about that protocol? Where should we send them?
B
Yeah, it's energized health. Energized. With ED, we want people to be energized, so it's energized health.com and yeah, come on, man, be yourself. Be. Be your true self that you're meant to be. And Mike, I will say there's a scripture in The Bible, in third John 2, it said, Beloved, I wish above all things, above all things, above going to church, above making a dollars, above giving your tithe, above singing in the choir. I wish. No, it says above all things that you be in health. God knew the number one thing on this planet is your health. Like, no, you can't accomplish your destiny if you don't have your health. So figure it out, man. Figure out the way. No. How do I get healthy so I can be optimized to fulfill my true destiny that God called me to do?
A
