Back in 2021, pub-owner Rod Humphris gained notoriety for throwing (then Labour leader) Keir Starmer out of his pub in Bath, England. When I spoke with Humphris in the fall of 2024, he said that he was mourning for what Britain had once been, and he did not see things getting better any time soon.Nearly two years later, things are much much worse... and Humphris is much much more optimistic. Why? In this heartfelt conversation, Humphris talks about what has changed for him—and what he believes has changed for many in Britain—and about what is required in order to create real change in his country. Our conversation from 2024 is here. The Raven Pub can be found here.Rod Humphris fiction books can be found here

In this episode, I speak with Dave, from Common Law Trust Solutions (CLTS), about what it means to operate in the private, the benefits of doing so, and some of the pitfalls involved. We also talk about the "secured party creditor" process, its legal underpinnings, the pros and cons of going that route. Mostly though, we discuss the common-law trust, why it is important, and how to use it. CLTS has been assisting those who want to operate in the private, to set up trusts to facilitate this, for many years. The company (itself a private-based organization) also offers members education and ongoing support, something that is rare in this space. And in this episode, Dave talks about their latest innovation: An AI platform that enables members to research questions regarding common law, or the operation of their common-law trust. (Full disclosure: I have an affiliate relationship with Common Law Trust Solutions.)You can find CLTS here.Disclaimer: None of this is to be taken as legal advice.(Image courtesy of Craiyon.com)

For Domenic Scarcella, Lent is about “filling up, not giving up.” We talk here about what that means, about how technology makes it harder to have the spaces in our lives where we can experience the divine, and what we can do about it.We also discuss the meaning of “faith”, and address the question: “Do the means perhaps justify the ends?”We even grumble a little about “kids these days.”You can find Domenic’s writing and discussions on his Substack. His book—which I highly recommend—is “Good Neighbor, Bad Citizen.”

As a special Christmas treat, I present here, my husband, reading "The Rules of Christmas"—which he mostly wrote.Don't just listen... be sure to follow them..."For your edification and clarification and the avoidance of any unpleasantness on this Christmas Eve and morn."You can read the Rules here. Or purchase a hard copy, here.

I speak again with Mike Maharrey, National Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center. In a world where it often seems that politicians and government agents are free to violate our rights with no consequences to themselves, I ask Mike whether he thinks we have any power at all to protect those rights. We talk about the Constitutional right of states to refuse to cooperate with Federal law; examples of localities doing just that; strategies the 10th Amendment Center is working on; how he thinks the recently enacted Federal restrictions on hemp products will play out; and most importantly... building local community. The Tenth Amendment Center is here, and the State of the Nullification Movement is here. You can find Mike on X."Money Metals", for which Mike is an analyst and reporter, is here. And Harry Browne's book, "How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World" is here.

A little over a week ago, I spoke with Kevin McKernan about the paper he co-authored with Jessica Rose and David Speicher, looking at DNA contamination, including SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences, in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines. In that episode, I asked Kevin whether the paper is enough to demonstrate fraud on the part of the vaccine manufacturers. This is important, because if fraud can be shown, these companies lose their protection from legal liability. In this episode, I speak with Dr. Jessica Rose about the paper. She explains what is needed to prove fraud, and why that is challenging, but also explains why there is a strong case for it. We also talk about the corrupt nature of the justice system, her own calculation of VAERS underreporting, and the preprint by Kevin McKernan that had just come out, showing "Hyperstimulatory N⁶-methyladenine (m6A) in residual SV40 plasmid DNA in mRNA vaccines"—and possibly more evidence of fraud. We also talk a little about the meaning of life, and Jessica's cat shows up near the end. Again, the paper is here.Jessica's lay-person write-up of the paper is here. You can find Jessica on Substack, and on X.I spoke with Jessica back in May, about self-amplifying RNA.And my episode with Kevin, about the DNA contamination, is here.

You've probably heard about the paper by David Speicher, Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose, on the DNA contamination in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines. In this episode, I speak with Kevin McKernan about the paper, including the legal implications: Does it demonstrate fraud on the part of the manufacturers? It's kind of a big deal if it does, because that would void their liability protection provided by the PREP Act....which is why the paper is coming under serious attack. We talk about that too.I also ask Kevin if he thinks we are witnessing the collapse of "fiat science." And he's got a lot to say about that—including some practical ideas for building parallel systems for research and publication.I've spoken with Kevin about this in previous episodes, which you can find here, here, and here. You can read the paper here—I recommend downloading it, just in case. And co-author Jessica Rose did a great lay-person translation, which you can find here.Kevin's Substack—where he goes into more detail on the "PubSmear" attack—is here, and you can also find him on X.

In this episode, I speak with my friend Angela Sheehan, about her newly launched Ark of Wellness retreat center. Angela was one of the first to question what hospitals were doing to patients under the Covid-19 protocols. She talks about that experience, and about her journey since leaving that job.We also talk about the new wellness retreat center she has just opened up in Kentucky, the Ark of Wellness. The Ark will be holding its first retreat later this month, from June 26-29th. The Ark of Wellness can be found here.Angela can be reached at ASheehan11ATicloudDOTcare.

In 2019, a study from Denmark by Hviid, et al, purported to demonstrate that there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism, even among genetically susceptible populations. The study was strongly critiqued at the time, and now, journalist Jeremy R. Hammond, along with Dr. Brian Hooker and Dr. Jeet Varia, has published a paper that addresses the serious flaws in Hviid et al, in the Journal of Biotechnology and Biomedicine. I talk with Jeremy about Hviid et al, and about his own paper, and about the state of research into the connection between vaccines and autism more broadly.Links:Hviid et al. 2019Jeremy's paperThis article summarizes key points from Jeremy's paper:I discussed medical licensing with Jeremy here.Jeremy exposes the WaPo’s Lena Sun here....and the AAP’s “vaccines do not cause autism” claim, here.Jeremy's book, "The War on Informed Consent" is one of the most concise and informative works on the suppression of science and discussion regarding vaccines.https://www.jeremyrhammond.com/product/the-war-on-informed-consent/You can find Jeremy here, and here.
