Michael Diettrich-Chastain is an author, speaker, professional coach and consultant. He is founder and CEO of Arc Integrated, an Organizational Consulting and Professional Coaching practice in Asheville, NC. Through a focus on emotional intelligence, leadership and communication, Arc Integrated empowers individuals and organizations to achieve optimum performance in their work and life.

As a consultant, Michael has helped organizational leaders and teams improve retention, productivity and sales. Michael focuses on improving employee engagement, bettering leadership and fostering stronger collaboration within systems, to improve the organization’s bottom line.
