Who is Brian Samson?

Brian Samson is the founder of Plugg Technologies, a leading nearshore firm connecting Latin America talent with U.S. companies. Brian has spent 10 years focused on nearshoring, including living as an expat in Argentina. As a founder, he has grown three separate companies from $0 to $4 million ARR each. Prior to Plugg Technologies, he served as VP of Talent for several San Francisco-based technology companies, including one IPO and one acquisition. He holds an MBA from UCLA.
