In November 2016, the porlwi by light team invited some artists to each create a piece for the Motus.Mo lib exhibition, part of the porlwi by light festival in Mauritius. The exhibition took place in an old prison in the capital where each artist had a cell and whose work was to be based on a writing from a local author, in my case, a poem by Mauritian auteur Jean Fanchette. I chose to express the poem's mood of nostalgia and exile through a serie of diptychs: https://www.behance.net/gallery/45942337/Les-chos-bleu The visuals are accompanied by a soundtrack composed for the occasion. It is made to be listened to with headphones only, preferably at night in semi obscurity.
