You know, June's got something for everybody. You know, June in a midterm year is the worst month on average. That's the Carson Group's Ryan Dietrich on cnbc. We know we've had a lot of momentum in this market. Are we stretched? Of course we're stretched. Up nine weeks or I've been up ten in a row since 1985. But one thing I think it's really fascinating, this bull market last week just topped the longest bull market since 1962. 64. All right, so now it's the eighth longest bull market ever.

Dietrich says June has actually been a winning month for stocks in nine of the past 10 years. And he notes that the markets may fall from recent bull market record highs. But he doesn't think it'll last the whole month as the AI tech boom isn't done.
B
June is the only month in the history of the stock market out of all 12 that the S&P 500 has never peaked. So maybe we have a little bit of a peak after a nine week rally and we pull back say five to eight. Never have we had the ultimate peak in June and we don't think this year is going to be the first one.

Market outlook for June 2026:
Despite June’s reputation—especially in midterm years—as a tough month for stocks, the ongoing market momentum (especially from AI-driven tech) could continue, though a minor pullback is likely. The odds that June will set the year’s market peak are historically slim, so investors should brace for some volatility but not panic.
