Fuel tax relief, Israel/Lebanon talks, GLP-1 for fatty liver disease, and more

<p>One day after gaining a clear majority government by sweeping three byelections in Ontario and Quebec, Prime Minister Mark Carney announces a temporary suspension of the federal excise tax on gas and diesel.
